Hago said Ashura's power grew to match Indra's power.

Based off Hashi and Naruto, I'm assuming that Ashura mastered Sage mode during Hago's lifetime. Then on his deathbed, Hago made Ashura the leader of ninshuu and gave him yang energy or chakra mode ability where he can concect with all 9 bijuus.

If you think I'm wrong, then please explain to me why Ashura was able to gain chakra mode and purposely made it look like Kurama?

Aside from size, the head of Ashura's Avatar is clearly samurai-like, whereas Naruto's is clearly a fox's. Naruto and Sasuke most likely, due to being transmigrants, imitated Ashura and Indra even with different powers. Following the logic that because Naruto's avatar looks similar to Ashura's means that he had the bijus, then this means Indra also had the bijus enhancing him as Sasuke named his final attack that uses the bijus as "Indra's arrow."

Ashura would have to be friends with Kurama to have that mode, only Kurama's Jinchuurikis had that type of mode and the Bijuus only mention Naruto being like Hagoromo and didn't bring up Ashura. BM is only accessed by prefect Jins, the Bijuus remembered Hagoromo telling them that they'll find someone better than he is; this wasn't Ashura who was his successor but Naruto as the Bijuus agreed too.

Pretty sure Ashura was born with a RSM because he has The Sage's body as Indra has the Sage's eyes but weaker versions.

His face look just like a fox and his legs are shaped like fox legs. That's more than enough proof to tell you that it is Kurama!

Further proof that it is Kurama? Hago clearly stated that bijuus are suppose to be use as balancer and not weapons. Well Ashura weaponize the F out of Kurama!

Indra's avatar is a product of the Sharingan which is a product of the Juubi's chakra, logically Ashura's avatar would also be a product of the Juubi's chakra influencing his own. However I think the avatar was unlocked after he received the Yang seal because his chakra would have been amplified to RSM level like Naruto's.

Right. Because the timing would make sense. Indra awaken the MS after Hago died and Ashura unlocked Avatar mode after Hago gave him the yang seal or yang energy.
