UNlike Minato who had to learn the symbols or create them on paper and use people, walls, trees, Kunais Ect, for his Justu to even work. HE NEEDS TOOLS OUTSIDE FORCES, A doesn't he only has Himself and his Chakra.

lol Minato is faster. It makes me laugh to here people trying to give reasons why A's raiton armor is his raw speed, when it's not. Raw speed is what it is, raw, unchanged, untouched, un-manipulated, un-anything!! It has to be raw. Minato has incredible speed without FTG, so both of them in their raw speed, i'm sure Minato is faster, but I don't really know how fast A is with his raw speed, so I can't really make a good assumption, but lets get this straight, his raiton armor is NOT his raw speed, and there's nothing that can convince me otherwise unless Kishi says so himself. smdh

He's manipulating HIS chakra, while FTG is a TOOL.

Every kind of jutsu uses chakra and ftg is a jutsu. Just stop making these threads. You're really starting to piss people off. You don't like minato and you think he's overrated fine, but stop trying to force your opinion on other people because it's not going to work. Raikage stated in the manga that minato was faster than he was end of story. Now enough with these damn threads.

First of all....FTG is not a tool. Minato uses special jutsu (similiar to Reverse Summoning Technique) on any entity he wants to teleport. In this case he uses kunais cause they are easily carried and thrown into places where people wont notice them (there might be better options too but anyway who cares).

Second of all....FTG DOESN't require any use of chakra.

Third thing....A is super fast but as he said in the series "I'am the fastest shinobi alive, now that the fourth hokage has passed away" and one other thing, as you said....A is manipulating chakra so according to your statement you are saying that he is using some kind of technique, correct? So my point is, how does that separate Minatos FTG from his chakra manipulation?

Anyway, im not really fan of neither of them but my reply seems to be more of on Minatos side :?

He teleports. Thats all he does. NO RUNNING NOR SPEED IS INVOLVED. His speed is a legend No one in the Anime/Manga knows how he could move so fast. BUT WE AS THE READERS DO KNOW along with Minato himself. You never see him running alone with teleporting or throwing kunais or Using FTG.

A used actual Running and Natural Speed.
It would Appear Minato is faster. BUT with teleportation NO.
A with his Armor Which is not a TOOL. He would still be faster because he never use teleporting.

Think about it If you have to teleport your slow.
If you just need a lil boost of YOUR OWN CHAKRA then your pretty fast.

Minato is fast even without flying thungder god, but how fast well we don't know, just like we don't know how fast A is without his raition armor. All we can do is speculate on who's faster without their techniques, but until full proof is shown who's faster I'm going to go by what A himself said and I'm going to assume Minato is faster. If A himself said it, then it must be true.
