Sorry the "Hanzo" part I didn't get, don't remember him being known for teleport speed and stuff, but anyways Tobirama Senju was known for it as well, as acknowledge by Minato himself for being skilled with it.

His teleport wasn't that famous. If you go back to his little confrontation with Yahiko and Nagato when he had Konan in his possession and made Nagato kill Yahiko, the final hit Nagato was going to get on Hanzo made a seal and escaped no one knew if he actually teleported or if he died their but once he got summoned by Kabuto it was clear that he most likely teleported as after he escaped Nagato he then got caught by Pein (Nagato) when he had his flashback VS the Samurai guy. (Not gonna say 100% was a tp but seems like it was, he pretty much disappeared).

I have been telling everyone this before that A is faster than Minato w/o FTG, but nobody believes me.

FTG - Teleporting because of summoning seals.

I don't know if it's a mistake or that's the way they like to call it but either way, Hanzo had to have teleported I mean Nagato knew he didn't kills him thus killing Hanzo entire family trying to lure him out. Hanzo just vanished Shunshin no Jutsu helps travel at a fast pace dosn't vanish you, unleashed he had some insane speed with his Shunshin no Jutsu no dodge a head on attack.

Supa, please tell us what you mean by raw. Because in my opinion raw speed is the speed of the ninja without ninjutsu.

Ninjutsu refers to any technique that utilizes chakra and allows the user to perform actions that a normal person otherwise would be incapable of doing.

FTG and lightning release armor are both ninjutsu. It has been stated by A that Minato's speed is extraordinary even without his FTG.

So either way Minato is faster. Now please stop trolling. I am in no way a Raikage or Minato fan. I am strictly a Madara/Sasuke/Naruto fan.

I think the last manga should put an end to this, Minato teleposts is not pure speed.
