[Discussion] A's raw speed & Minato's raw speed

He teleports. Thats all he does. NO RUNNING NOR SPEED IS INVOLVED. His speed is a legend No one in the Anime/Manga knows how he could move so fast. BUT WE AS THE READERS DO KNOW along with Minato himself. You never see him running alone with teleporting or throwing kunais or Using FTG.

10 mins in Minato saves Kakashi from getting split in half, we see his speed and now your indicating he isn't fast? So maybe if Chouji learned FTG he could be faster than Raikage or as fast as him with FTG? Minato marked the guy after he saved Kakashi so all around he came between 2 head on attacks saving Kakashi and marking the guy and yet you doubt his speed.

Armour is a tool. Is he born with it? or does he get it and put it on? So it's considered an item aka tool in his advantage which he enhanced himself but the same goes with Minato who learned FTG and mastered the tech. as much as he can and like I said to be able to teleport you need SPEED.

Look this has gone on long enough. Yes Minato uses FTG too much, but that's not what defines his speed. We've seen his speed when he caught baby Naruto from right over Madara's head. Minato is fast even without flying thungder god, but how fast well we don't know, just like we don't know how fast A is without his raition armor. All we can do is speculate on who's faster without their techniques, but until full proof is shown who's faster I'm going to go by what A himself said and I'm going to assume Minato is faster. If A himself said it, then it must be true.

Why would such a question be even brought up? Minato without FTG and Raikage without Armour? It's like saying Itachi without MS or Kakashi without the sharingan, Madara without EMS, Pein without the six bodies or rinnegan itself. It's just plain stupid (not indicating this at you). It's their techs the way they use it is up to them.

Why don't we have Itachi with no Sharingan VS Nagato with no Rinnegan who wins? Kisame with Samehada VS Killer Bee with 8 tails?

I know Minato has speed it's the main reason why he can use FTG does require speed and we seen this with Tobi also. Just even say that Minato was only faster than Raikage because of FTG, It still wouldn't change anything as it is his tech. and he can use it the way he wants.

Ok answer this question. When Naruto and Bee at full speed are heading for battlefield A and Tsunade are in pursuit to block them. If A is so dam fast how comes Tsunade was able to keep up with him? Does that make Tsunade as fast as A?

Firstly, you clearly did not view my video which shows some of Minato raw speed. You seem like learning teleport techs. are so easy and a blind folded man can learn it. Why is it only 3 ppl where known for their TP (Minato, Tobi, Hanzo). All which had great amount of speed. If TP were easy techs. and did not require much speed why didn't Oro learn it? He was after forbidden techs I mean for him it would be much better as he could teleport from safe house to next safe house or village to safe house?

Also you make it seemed everyone was stupid and no one knew what TP is in Naruto. These random ninjas have heard of Amaratsau, Sasunoo and what not but no one knew of Minato tech. too far fetched for me to believe. Well anways tomorro is the next manga if Kishi desire to show us we will see, whos fast but even A said Minato fast so won't see much.

I said this before as well Minato has raw speed and is faster than A. He uses ftg only for strategic purposes because it gives him an advantage during fights.

But tomorow when naruto kicks A's butt we will see who is the fastest and tomorrows topic will be is naruto faster than Minato.

I can't stand it when people don't pay attention to the actual manga. It was stated that with A's armor it makes his reaction speed as great as Minato's which mean Minato was fast. This was proven last chapter which Minato dodged at the last second which shows how fast Minato's reaction time actually is.
His reaction time is so fast because he is fast. Proven he's faster than A. When he jumped off that tree he kicked A in the back an attack even A didn't see even with his armor on also A was still in the same fighting possition. That wasn't FTG that was his actual speed. Besides the FTG in his hand that was the only FTG you see on that panel. Minato had speed so fast that even with A's senses hyped up still didn't see that kick.

FTG did add to his legend but it was also his speed. A said now that Minato is dead I'm the fastest alive. There is no hidden meaning to it just Minato was faster than he was. I do believe the reason why A got so close was because maybe Minato just wanted to see the tech and could have been caught off guard or A was fast. I mean either way A was fast but Minato was faster

Sorry the "Hanzo" part I didn't get, don't remember him being known for teleport speed and stuff, but anyways Tobirama Senju was known for it as well, as acknowledge by Minato himself for being skilled with it.

R'Kage is actually one of my least favourite characters, but I give credit where it's due and his raw speed is the fastest in the manga, while moving. Minato on the other hand is arguably the fastest without moving (Flying Thunder God). Both of these Shinobi's reflexes are similar, but speed-wise while moving it's R'Kage, but without moving it's H'Kage.

This thread is dumb not because of what its about but because of what is being said by the creator of this thread...lol but without techs neither A or the 4th is fastest that would go to guy hands down

First if (like many others have said) its raw speed that means no techs (lightning armour is a tech so is the tail beast/anything that u wasn't born with (legs, feet, hand, etc) is a tech).

Next if you want A to have lightning armour then u have to give the fourth his ftg (its only fair...but you don't want it to be fair do u. just so u can be right smh).

Lastly you could also even it out by giving both lightning armour (this would be the same as having raw speed/even playing field sense you want A to have the armour) then who would win

Disclaimer: I like the fourth but I think he is overrated, don't like A but I think he is overrated
