Uzumaki have more than just strong life forces.
Think of every pure Uzumaki we have seen. Karin, Kushina, Mito (somewhat), and Nagato. They show exceptionally large chakra reserves. It's obvious why they were feared. Even Naruto, being half Uzumaki, has a larger chakra pool than most characters.

Nagato isn't a pure Uzumaki. Zetsu said he's also from the Senju clan.

Uchiha(Yin) > Senju(Yang) b/c Hago is predominant in Yin
