(Kuchiyose no jutsu: Tiamat Umi no Megami) Summoning technique: Tiamat The Sea Goddess

Description: Tiamat is a white with sea greenish feathered bustard. The color of her feather is due to her affinity towards water element and hence called as Sea Goddess. She is capable of using water element up to the user's rank(The user requires to waive hand seals, if any for her). She is capable of shooting blasts of water bullets at the enemy (equivalent to A rank) from her mouth. She has also trained herself to use her beak and legs for attacking her opponents (and other summons).

Note: Can be summoned once.
Note: Lasts for 4 turns max.
Note: Her abilities can only be used 3 times.
Note: Tiamat's techniques count towards the users move count.
Note: Can carry two persons on her back.


X-Declined-X Well you cant perform hand seals for each other, that isn't allowed. Collaboration ninjutsu is fine but better explain that in the description.

She is capable of using water techniques up to the user's rank. She has the ability of shooting rapid blasts of water bullets at the enemy (equivalent to A rank) from her mouth. She has also trained herself to use her beak and claws as extra means of attack.

mention how long her wings, using water up to your rank is a no, up to S-rank with no handseals is the maximum that i'm going to allow, make her summoned once, up to 4 turns, remove that restriction about her abilities can be used 3 times, that's vague, just restrict the amount of times she can use that rapid water blasts, mention how big the blasts are and how many are they.

Description: The user summons Šamaš The Emperor, one of the oldest bustard. He has a golden colored crest on his head as result of his fire affinity. He is a fairly large summon about as big as the Hawk Sasuke summoned. He is able to use fire techniques up to the user's rank as a result of intense training with the user. In addition to that, he has a special ability to absorb fire jutsu up to S-rank and release the same later at user's will. He can carry one person on his back at fast speeds with great maneuverability providing the user with good aerial skills and making them a hard target to hit. Just like Sin, Šamaš is also one of the fastest Bustards. He has trained himself to use his beak and claws as extra means of attack.

  • The number of times he can absorb a fire jutsu depends on the rank of jutsu & which he absorbs first.
    B-rank and below: 3 times (or)
    A-rank: Twice (or)
    S-rank: Once per battle
  • Can only be summoned once per battle.
  • Lasts for 5 turns max.
  • Any other techniques used by Šamaš counts towards the user's move count.

Description: This jutsu is derieved from (Yoton: Yurasu no Kazangan) - Lava Release: Rock to Lava technique and advance version of it. The user gathers a great deal of chakra within their body as they surge it all throughout the ground and brings out large amount of magma from deep under the ground, changing the terrain to a fiery terrain of lava. Then by performing a single hand seal, the user causes multiple pillars of lava to erupt from it which rise up to 12 meters in height and are 2 meters in diameter. The numbers of lava pillars created depends on the user.

  • Can be used twice.
  • No S-rank lava jutsu in next turn.
  • Can be taught by -Avenger-

Description: The user will unleash a fixed amount of hair from his body, towards a water source. Using the natural ability of hair, to absorb liquids, the user will further increase this with the help of chakra, making his facial hair work as a sponge, sucking up any liquid source his beard is making contact with. The liquid will be stored within his hair. The absorption can also occur with already-existing hair jutsus, meaning it can be combined with other Bearded Sage techniques. The absorption procces doesn't last long, though of course, the bigger source the longer time. Naturally it would be able to empty a big pond of water, within very few seconds. The user's running speed will be slightly altered when having absorbed a high amount of water, however it will also be functional as a potential water source for the user, for future use.

Too generic. Would enable you to suck up virtually almost any volume of water. Also, shoots hair? No...you would make facial hair grow and absorb water in contact with it. But the volume of your hair is directly related to the water volume you can absorb. So more water, more volume. Add that somewhere. And don't forget, the water would need to go somewhere if you want to absorb again.

Description: This technique allows the user to defend against Sound by bending the Wind itself. The user, applying the same concept on a larger scale, can also use this technique to compress attacks composed of some form of pressure, such as Sound and Wind. This can increase the power and density of the technique in question to such an extent that its rank is increased by one (1). Unfortunately, this also makes the technique in question much easier to avoid, given that it has decreased in size.

X-Declined-X Highlighted part is vague. From my understand array is a systematic placement of seal or explosive tags. The placement itself has a meaning or concept within it like explaining a seals number (Your techinque below) or placing an array in a manner it creates no opening for detection by means of chakra, there are numerous examples. Explain "Transparent sealing array". Furthermore, long range explosion? Why not just spread explosive tags and explode them when you wish?

Description:User claps hands together, forms the hand sign Snake, and then presses their palm on the ground sending out a pulse of electric energy imbued with their chakra into the ground giving them the ability to know what general direction an opponent is in. It is a great counter against jutsu aimed at impairing vision, such as the Kirigakure no jutsu because no one has the ability to suppress the electrical pulses given off by the human body.
Note: Can only be used by Ryuken and those taught by Alchemist.
Note: Is not effective against speed enhanced shinobi such as Maito Guy and Rock Lee.

Note: Shinobi two ranks or higher than my own suffer similar effects except they can use jutsu up

Description: The user will draw blood, perform a line of several handseals then he or she will thrust their arm downwards and Herupā The Servant will appear. Herupā meaning helper is a weak red cardinal from Aries. He has a black bill, black face and a vibrant red/pink body like most male cardinals. He can fly at speeds up to 30 mph. He is ruffly the size of your average adult parrot meaning he is the smallest in Aries. Herupā can speak perfect english and can sense chakra in a short range of him and his summoner whether it be underground or in the air. As soon as Herupā is summoned he begins to save up his chakra. Once per battle, Herupā can also release all of his saved chakra and disturb any genjutsu that may have been casted upon the summoner. After this is done, he poofs away.

Since you didn't bother to bold the changes you made about the medium and the handseal, i'm not going to approve it, reduce the rank to B-rank and make it "Short - Mid" Mid alone means it can't be performed in Short range, 1 handseal isn't good enough.

Without hesitation or losing speed, the user drops his scythe and grabs the opponent by the neck and releases a large concentrated mass of chakra into the opponents body. By doing this the user's chakra will interfere with the opponents chakra flow making it so the opponent molds chakra at a significatnly slower rate. The user grabs his scythe then jumps back before the opponent can retaliate.
-Must be taught by a Grim Reaper or Master
-The effect last for 3 turns.

Illusion Art: Fast Forward (Genjutsu: Hayaokuri)

Description: The user will look in his opponent eye(s) and put them under a genjutsu. He will then manipulate his opponent senses and slow down his anticipation ability by performing the half tiger seal. This will cause the opponent to see everything in fast forward, and loose track of what is happening. The intensity of this genjutsu depends on the difference of rank between the user and the opponent.
-Needs direct eye contact
-If the user and the opponent are the same rank, the opponent will slow down by a little, and perceive 3 hand seals in the time needed to perform a single one.
-If the user is one rank higher, the opponent will be slower by 6 handseals speed, 9 for 2 ranks higher etc. If the opponent is of a higher rank than the user, he will perceive the time needed to perform 2 hand seals as that needed to perform a single one.
-Lasts 2 turns

Description: Zapdos is a giant vulture, of the same size as Gamabunda. He is a Raiton master, and can use raiton up to forbidden rank. He can carry a full size Akimichi on his back (size of the Gedo Mazo). He is yellow in color, and his plumage is constantly disparaged. He can also perform hand seals with his claws, although the jutsu performed on the hand of the user, will be performed in the Vulture's beak instead. To summon him, the user will put his blood on the contract fan, perform the needed hand seals and swing the fan in the air above him. Zapdos will appear right above the user, already flying. He can speak in human tongue as well.
-Can only be summoned once per battle
-Must be Kage rank or higher to summon him, or one won't earn his respect, and he will fly away

Up to Forbidden rank lightning is a no, S-rank lightning max, how is he going to perform handseals with his claws and he's a bird? O_O make him use S-rank lightning with no handseals instead, the same size of Gamabunta is too much, half Gamabunta's size is the limit for birds, being able to carry someone as big as the Gedo Mazo? lolwut? Gedo Mazo is bigger than Gamabunta, it doesn't make any sense, take that out.

Fire cannot be materialized, the technique is very overpowered, and doesn't make sense, also next time fix your descriptions, because the way this is now is an orb that's made around you, as you mentioned it's made around the user not the opponent, and then heats up and explodes so it should kill you.

Description: This is an especially large, chakra-infused curved blade has been passed down through generations. This Zanbouto has a ring on its handle, resembling that of a Kunai, where the origin of the name comes from. Because of the sheer size and weight of the blade, it is normally carried on back, where it may be seen having bandages wrapped on it. The blade has a tremendous amount of power and cutting ability, although when the user is able to manipulate the chakra within the blade to undo the few bandages, which allow the Blade to unleash it true abilities.

Abilities Notes:
When the bandages become undone, the user is able to send an immense amount of their chakra into the blade because the sword itself is capable of storing chakra, In doing so the user can send various forms of powerful concentrated chakra at their target at enormous speeds. When infused with chakra, the blade radiates a bright white glow. When send powerful "shots" of chakra at the target which can destroy up to B-Rank defenses, the user is able to send three of these "shots/blasts" at a time. Also the chakra can be molded into various shapes and sizes (for example: a longer sword) which allows the sword strikes to reach up to Mid-Range. When infused with chakra, the blade can destroy up to B-Rank defenses due to its devastating power and force. The concentrated chakra strikes are that of an S-Rank attack. It roughly takes the user about the same amount of time to form one or two hand-seals to extends the blades full reach and range. Ultimately the size can vary depending on how much chakra is stored within the blade.

Geckos have movable eyelids, making their eyesight wider than the average eyes. Their climbing skills, allied with their ability to walk on smooth surfaces and also upside down, make them an unique summon.

Geckos' hunting are most based on ambuscade, making them a very silent animal by nature. They are also very fast, and together with the ability to take out their own tail to fool the enemy, they are very good escapees.

They have elemental affinities for Earth and Water.

Abilities for RP:
-Proficient climbing and sticking to surfaces, can pretty much climb any sort of surface
-Super prehensile tongue, (can extend and retract, and is strong enough to attack/ensnare the opponent)

While traveling the world Professor Sarutobi one day came to the nature country which had no ninja village of their own, only farms all across the island country. There is where Sarutobi found a sheep farm with a family that were often harassed by rogue ninjas from another land and were using the only thing they had to fight back attempting to make the sheep capable of defending them but so far had very little success. In exchange for helping them and killing the rogue ninja the family gave Professor Sarutobi the sheep they had been attempting to weaponize, bringing the sheep back to Iwagakure Sarutobi began breeding his own sheep and training them in the ninja arts with varying results.

Behaviorally, sheep are gregarious, precocial, defenseless creatures. But what does that mean? Gregarious means that they flock together or like to be with a group. It is rare to see a sheep by itself because of their gregarious nature. Precocial means that they have a high degree of independence at birth. This means that they can stand on their feet shortly after birth. Sheep are defenseless for the most part against predators like coyotes and wild dogs. Sheep are also very selective in their grazing habits. Sheep have a split in their upper lip, with this they are able to pick the preferred leaves off of the plant.

At one time all sheep were wild. Around 10,000 BC sheep were domesticated by the humans. Most of the wool breeds of sheep were developed from Moulfan sheep. Most of the hair breeds are similar to the Urial sheep of ancient times.

As the animals were raised under tamed conditions, they went through several changes. On the outside the sheep began to develop more wool and less hair. The color of the wool and hair changed from brown and shades of brown to whites and blacks. Their ears became more of a lop ear than an erect ear. The horns that the wild sheep possessed were weakened and disappeared from many breeds. On the inside the sheep changed as well. These internal changes happened at both ends. The tails had less vertebrates, or bones than the sheep do now. Today's sheep also have a smaller brain than the sheep 12,000 years ago.

So far the largest the sheep have seen growing to half of Gamabunta size, these were fed special chakra enhanced grain grown by Iwagakure's researchers. Most however are the standard size for sheep ( 125 pounds and 3 feet tall)

Description and Background: Wyverns are a rare species of reptiles often regarded as mythical. It’s a Draconic creature with 4 limbs, two legs and a pair of wings similar to its ‘cousin’ which gained much more attention ,the ‘dragon’ having 4-6 limbs and depending on the specie a pair of wings. Although similarities exist, wyverns are much different than dragons in both behavior and anatomy, more aggressive the previous in any manner while dragons are civil.
Where the habitat of a dragon is generally close to the land, Wyverns prefer living in high altitudes like mountains and trees that have lived thousands of years. On rare occasions they would occupy abandoned buildings created by humans. Being reptiles, wyverns have a set of unique capabilities, something common in the animal group. Mating among wyverns is forceful, young ones are born in eggs and their gender depends on the amount of heat the egg received during development, wyverns tend to breath fire over their eggs to aid this. To protect the young one from the extreme temperatures, the scale-like shells of the eggs are heat/fire resistant.
As they grow up, to sharpen teeth and biting strength for hunting, they practice over mountains by biting the rocks with their bare mouths. A fully grown wyvern would have the bite strength of approximately 2000 kgs (1200 kgs is an ‘average’ crocodiles bite strength), with teeth sharp and strong they rip off their prey with relative ease but more than that, platinum from the mountain rocks get attached in their mouths making their bites deadlier, the attached platinum when struck inside flesh causes metal poisoning to its preys where wyverns themselves are immune to it.
Wyvern require a lot of food to keep their functions running, their gut bacteria digests food and release hydrogen which is stored in a separate bladder linked to the oeso****us. They use this hydrogen in two ways, breathing fire and flight. Having platinum stuck up in their mouths, wyverns could exhale hydrogen from their mouth which reacts with the platinum and oxygen in the air creature and combustion which released in the form of a stream of fire, (varying ranks, the method is natural therefore would not require any chakra cost or technique however, there is more to it). Wyverns have several characteristics typical of flight. The honeycomb structure of their bones allows them to be light, while retaining their strength. Huge hearts are also typical of flight, as chest muscles would need vast amounts of oxygen-rich blood in order to move the large wings. Although they possess large wings, the wing-span/weight ratio of wyverns is not enough for the wings to give enough lift. Their capacity to hold hydrogen further lightens them to fly, they can migrate in relatively high speeds by reaching a high altitude, having a huge heart and lung capacity makes them fully functional and buoyance keeps then above the air. Their anatomy makes them both agile and incredibly strong allowing it to lift objects 3x its original weight without losing any speed. Given their functions, their hierarchy is based on sizes. A larger wyvern would have more strength and capacity to hold hydrogen inside allowing it to breathe a larger body of fire. Since the hydrogen capacity, although they keep great reserves isn’t unlimited, there is a limit to how much fire they could breathe. Thus, going back to size in determining how strong a wyvern is in its wilderness. Lack of Hydrogen does not however affect flight since it has more to do with light weightiness then hydrogen.
Wyverns are prideful creatures in nature, they consider snakes and reptiles inferior and their prey even worse. They have a competitive side when against dragons and would often spar to determine who holds supremacy as species. Although rare it is possible for wyverns and dragons to mate among each other and the offspring could be either a wyvern or a dragon, making it possible for a wyvern to have a dragon sibling. They do not allow humans to make contract with them in a superiority complex so long they are unable to overpower them fully. Humans would teach them how to communicate and control chakra although not being able to perform hand seals leaves the ability useless. But combined with their techniques, wyverns would get stronger as a summoning creature. Humans would draw sealing scripts and patterns over their wings (like orochimaru draws 3 tomoe over his snakes) allowing wyverns to channel chakra within them and induce basic illusions to whomever that looks at their wing patterns. These scripts would again be used for elemental combinations, by sealing elemental techniques prior to battle such as a wind blast which would be in conjunction to fire breathing.

These wisps revolve around the user playfully making echoing sounds in little girls voice, the user is able to manipulate them to surround other people/objects similar to Scorch release: Extremely Steaming Murder. The wisps are harmless to humans, summoning animals and other beings, they act upon the users will or independently towards incoming threats. When released towards an object, upon impact the wisp burst into a huge white flame, the burning is fast but not instantaneous and anything that’s burned by the wisps (even water and fire itself, and nothing alive as stated above), is sealed inside the users consciousness until release. The technique is one of the several sealing methods of Onryodo, and takes the form of Will-o-wisps which is translated as Shiranui, the word shiranui also has the literal meaning of unknown fire which explains concept of the technique.
Note: Last 4 turns, can only make 6 wisps per use.

So how exactly is this genjutsu induced? it needs something like handseals, and in general genjutsu requires you to know the target's location, if you don't you can't catch him in the genjutsu, and the paralysis isn't done like that, it needs something restricting to happen in the genjutsu, like a chain that wraps around him or something of the sort, but hearing a few words won't paralyze him, lower the rank of this technique to a C-rank or a B-rank, it's not complicated enough to be an A-rank.

what common sense? you can choose to move if there's a gun pointed at your head, in the genjutsu you can't force your opponent to do anything, so he can't be paralyzed like that, because he can choose to move, so this is an invalid method, making the genjutsu voided, if a chain wrapped around him would be be able to move his arms or legs? no, so that way he is paralyzed, i gave you a chance, don't resubmit.

I was tempted to DNR this off the bat for the simple reason that you submitted a weapon that makes you immune to genjutsu without even explaining why or even considering any kind of side effect or restriction. Also, regardless of the permission from Roku and Zero, this would eventually be equal to their own techniques. Not to mention that the low depth and description of it is not befitting of the whole concept. So, basic idea: make this better and more reasonable.

Description: The user begins by creating a surge of lightening in both hands, they then spread their arms out to reach each side as far stretched as possible, they follow by forcefully bringing both hands in clapping together having both surges mix and due to the force they spread out sending electrical currents throughout the area. Having to cover the whole field this does not have much impact on the opponent from mid range onwards but its main purpose is to create the similar but louder sound effect of the Chidori but covering the whole area drowning out any other noises.
- Short Range will leave the opponent paralyzed for 1 turn
- Last for 4 turns

If it's only for sound purposes then i'm ok with it, but remove the paralysis part, if you include that it would be similar to the lightning mineralization technique that's cannon, anyway what is the use of it? distraction?

The user begins by placing their hands together & performing the Bird handseal, they then begin parting their hands as a small orb of fiery light appears & takes the form of a bird, the bird then flies up rapidly toward the sky expanding in size. As it reaches the clouds they begin darkening having explosions spread throughout. A enormous blaze of fire shaped as a Hawk then comes racing down toward the field at an immense speed, it heads straight toward the target towering over them in both height & width having them unable to see anything but a bright orange light as it reaches within close range & as it hits a large explosion occurs burning anything within Mid-Range. The blaze is hot enough to evaporate small sources of water, the explosion rips apart the ground while leaving behind a trail of fire within Mid-Range .

Overpowered, and why would a large hawk descend from the clouds? Kirin is made because lightning can be released from the thunderclouds, fire can't be released from the clouds nor materializes, it either comes out of your mouth, hands or the ground, so that voids your technique, and "immense speed" is a vague term, and large explosion burning anything within Mid range? is another, honestly i was going to DNR it because it's ridiculous, i'm gonna give you one chance to tone it down and make it reasonable.

Remove a "fast pace", define the exact size of the hand that erupts, remove the "&" and write it normally, how would the hand and the target have 1 meter gap if it's coming down from underneath them? make it useable twice per battle, and no lightning techniques can be used in the same turn as restrictions.

Alright, I can kind of imagine this, but I need you to be slightly more specific. You state short range, so can your snake only bite people at close range combat? Also, can he separate himself from Hei or not?
Also, add the fact it can only stay on the field for four turns.

This requires Yin/Yang training, because wind and fire chakra according to your description are released at the same time, if it's a stream of wind then you need to apply wind chakra constantly to the stream, which means you can't add fire chakra while releasing wind chakra, remove the "intangibility" and make it visible to normal eyes, make it more reasonable.

Description: First, the user will perform a set of handseals (rat > snake > rat > Ox) and then create a giant rose garden made of ice to surround, bind, and freeze their opponents, the giant ice roses start from the user as it's epicenter and spreading, they move in a circle radius around the user and outwards. The giant roses have meduim sized sharp thorns wich sprout out of them as they are created, being able to impale the target(s) aswell. This technique is not able to freeze a summon of Gamabunta's size, however they are enough to bind them in place and hold them off for a few moments aswell as deal enough cuts with the ice thorns to cause injuries, smaller summons like Gamakichi or sasuke's hawk would easily be frozen in place. This technique reaches a 10 kilometer radius from the user as it's intial/centerpoint area and outwards.
- May only be used x2 per battle.
- Must be taught by Loki to use.
- Must be member of the Yuki clan.
- No other ice techniques in the same turn may be used.
- Only A rank and below ice techniques may be used the following turn.

The user draws his own blood and either wipes it on his Tiglon tattoo or uses the summoning technique in order to summon Nel, a warrior Tiglon. Unohana takes on the typical look of a tiger but with a small clean mane along with a thick, gold cuffling around her neck and a small one around her tail. Around her paws hers fur is very thick and take on the shape of angel-like wings, which allows her to fly but at speeds 1 ranks below it's summoner. When she is first summoned she's small enough to fit on an average sized man's shoulder. And like all the other Tiglons she's able to communicate with the summoner via telepathy. She is also noted to be the only Tiglon to be able to walk on it's hine legs to function.
Abilities
Nel's abilities are more of a "support" type, she is able to use Genjutsu up to A-rank and Taijutsu up to B-rank. Along with that she is able to feel her summoners chakra flow in a "sensing" type of way and force chakra into him/her in order to free them from A-rank and below genjutsu.
Anytime in battle Nel can "expand" herself to become a full sized Tiglon that stands twice as big as a horse. This allows the summoner to ride her instead of her riding the summoner. Nel is known to move at speeds equal to a Sannin Ranked Taijutsu specialist.
