The user gathers Dark chakra in both hands and brings them together, he then releases a Dragon composed of Dark chakra with help of shape manipulation, from his left hand, the dragon if clashed against a B rank or lower Fire or lightning based technique it will "eat" the technique meaning it absorbs it and will simply grow bigger, faster and stronger, however the user must keep the dragons tail attached to there hand, meaning if he stops the chakra channeling the dragon will simply dissapear. It has enough strength to smash an opponent to the ground and break a few bones.
- Can only be used 3 times per battle.
- Must wait 1 turns before using again.
- Must be a Dark user.
- Can only be taught by Mihawk.

Most comonly used for traveling.

Description: Allows the user to summon a mist composed of thousands of nano-sized box jellyfishes. The mist moves concisely as a whole. Due to their small size, they don't require a large amount of water as per se, rather each individual is able to survive inside very small water sources, which would enable them to survive, for example, inside the droplets of the mist or inside the human body. Using their powerful venom, they infect the body and eat away the flesh, causing great pain throughout the process. Since they're minimal they are unable to preform jutsus of any kind. As they're summoned they bring forth a water mist, distinguishable from the regular mist by the naked eye only because of an soft and discrete unnatural glow on the droplets of the mist, as if it it alive, unless they're summoned directly into water, thus keeping the glow but summoning no additional water.[/COLOR]

Define the size of the water sources where they can be summoned in. By just saying water you could pretty much summon them in the rain. Also, change the last restriction to at least 2 turns.


( Koukurage Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Taitou Oubochi ) Box Jellyfish Summoning Jutsu: Baron Cimitiére's Accession

In it's initial accession, it is capable of piercing through most metals crystals and other substances up to it's rank, and the strongest (Diamond. Tungsten) one rank lower. Afterwards, it can wrap around his opponents to crush them and poison them with it's venom.

Description: The user preforms one handseal, summoning Maman Brigitte. She comes forth covering the whole battlefield with a thick mist, throwing off chakra sensing techniques. The mist carries a strong genjutsu, as it is filled with both Maman and the summoner's chakra, making the opponent hear obscenities coming from a female voice, without being able to detect it's origin. Anyone trapped within the mist is flooded with images of black roosters, dead spirits and a burning taste and smell of rum and red peppers, all rounded and perverted by Maman's voice as if mocking them and the ones they lost. Maman herself is a great box jellyfish the size of a human, light enough to swim through the mist, taking advantage of the confusion of her opponent to strike him from behind. This takes the concept of a living Genjutsu, of a mist, a summon and, genjutsu mixing together. The genjutsu constantly shifts it's chakra signal, making it so that it adapts to any shifts in the opponent's chakra flow, making this a constant genjutsu even if the opponent is able to constantly shift his chakra or body, as long as the opponent is in the mist.

Oped. If you want the bolded part, reduce the range of the mist (which I guess it's up to long-range). Also, edit your first note/restriction to something more reasonable. A b-rank wind technique could blow a bigger area than some S-rank techniques, depending on what the jutsu specifically does, meaning rank doesn't mind here, but the strength/size of the wind able to blow it away.

They appear on the user's shoulders, channeling chakra to their feet so that they don't easily fall off, however, they can also leap off for various purposes. The appearance of the toads match with their names, Gamakin: The Toad of Gold is a golden colored Toad in a black coat and a golden circle on the cloak (the back). Gamagin: The Toad of Silver is a silver colored toad also wearing a black cloak, however, the circle on the cloak is silver. The Gamakin can perform Fire Techniques not requiring handseals up to Rank A, while Gamagin can perform Wind techniques up to A Rank. These Toads specialize in Wind and Fire combinations. Gamakin has greater physical strength than Gamagin, while Gamagin has greater speed.

Note to person checking the above CJ (Earth Release: Destructive Earth Eruption). I have done my own research and I have went through the wiki, even though this was done in the Naruto Anime, it's only for the starting (Shippuden Opening 9) of the anime. It's just a dramatic effect and not an actual jutsu.

X-Pending-X Heat waves have been made and the only way to transfer heat or raise temperature is conduction, convection and radiation. So declined on my end you should explain the technique better. But another mod can put his input here.

Kurōn no Fukushū {Genjutsu Release: Revenge of the Clones}
Type: Supplementary/Attack

Description: The user channels their chakra into an opponent and forces them to see multiple illusions of themselves throughout the battlefield. This works especially well when an opponent has one or more clones of themselves on the battlefield causing the genjutsu to effect the clones as well. The opponent will see multiple clones of themselves that are trying to attack him and is paralyzed in fear. If there are clones on the battlefield, instead of them being paralyzed they try to attack their original by throwing a barrage of kunai with explosive tags. The kunai that are thrown take on the image of another clone attacking the original, which makes the image more terrifying. The user takes on the image of the opponent while casting this genjtusu, throwing multiple kunai at the opponent(s). This jutsu can be cast against multiple opponents to make them attack each other with multiple kunai with ex tags instead of being paralyzed in fear.
Note: If casting against multiple opponents, can only be used once per battle, otherwise can be used 3x per battle.
Note: No Genjutsu above A Ranked for remainder of battle if this technique has been used 3x.
Note: No Genjutsu can be used the turn after this technique is used.
Note: The user must wait 5 turns before using this technique again.

(Doton: Atorasu no ribenji) Earth Release: Atlas' Revenge

Description: The user makes one handseal and stomps/hits the ground pulling the earth apart leaving a thin layer of earth over a 90m deep hole lined with spikes (unknown to the opponent). The pulled apart earth flips up long range from behind the user and opponent enclosing them in a cone of earth in which has small holes to let light in. Due to the lack of earth underneath only C-rank and below earth techs can be used by the opponent while inside the cone, this tech strips the user of his Doton for the rest of the battle. After 2 turns (users) the thin floor collapses causing all thats standing on it to fall into the deep hole also making the cone of earth crumble and fall, with A-rank force, onto anything within it. Description:

The technique can target other areas and deliver similar blows to induce other similar reflexive actions. If the user does 2 handseals (boar+rat) he can cause the enemy to experience pain and even target the enemy's neck from behind, making the enemy experience severe pain and loss of limb control for a few moments, collapsing to the ground as if a precise blow was given to a nervous cluster in the neck. Description: "Bakusaiga" the weapon of legend that gave the holder the supposed power of a tailed demon. Whoever held this weapon would get a very dense chakra so ominous that they were put into legends and folk tales. Taiketsu Yagami found this sword and the truth behind it came with a tablet only readable by those combatible with the chakra. The sword's abilities actually come from a monster known as "Yama" A artificial chakra monster with chakra levels so dense and high, it was considered a 0 tailed beast. The Sage of Six Path's decendent was able to kill off the monster and seal his chakra into the sword while engraving a seal that allowed the chakra to mix with the person who held it if compatable. When the user releases the seal, they become infused with the chakra making them a monster in a sense by giving them demonic chakra with very high chakra levels.

~Abilities:
-This sword syncs with the user making the user's chakra become very dense and demonic while taking on a green hue, increasing the power of non-elemental ninjutsu[+5] aswell as making all chakra based techniques to be equal to an elemental technique of the same rank.
-The amount of chakra being channeled causes the user's chakra levels to rise substantually. (They can be considered a tailed beast without a tail like Kisame)
-When a foreign object touches the user's chakra, they get burned in a similar manner to Naruto in his incomplete form since the chakra is so demonic.
-The sword itself is virtually indestructable due to alloy it is made from and can stand very high temperatures.

~Restrictions:
-While using this sword, the user can only use techniques that require creating the jutsu or element itslef since this chakra can't be channled into foreign objects.
-The sword's granted abilities last 5 turns after activation
-The user suffers in a similar manner to Naruto while wielding it after activation. (After 5 turns of using this chakra, the user's body begins to shut down starting with right arm, next turn left arm, next turn legs, and then next turn body making them completely paralyzed and in need of medical attention.
-The user is limited to only two moves a turn while this is active
-Can only be wielded by Taiketsu Yagami (Anyone else, the chakra would severly injure as it can't mix with theirs.)

When the arm was decapitated, it's said that from the heavens it fell and landed in a temple in the deserts of the land of Wind. For many years his arm was to have been guarded by the monks who inhabited the temple until the bandit raids. From then it rested with the temple unknown to those in the outside world. Though the myth is popular among local towns there is a weapon that is said to be forged with the power of the arm. This metallic arm fits on a humans arm up to around the elbow. It's colored with a dull grey and a black wrist. Even though this ancient weapon may looks old, the abilities is great. The branch metal arm harnesses the power that is surely mother earth to a godlike extent. Strengthening the abilities if related to Earth and smashing down the uses of water. If a source of chakra is underground, whether it be a enemy shinobi or sneak attack the weapon tightens on the wearers arm to give them a warning that something is impending in the ground below them. This arm has a permanent force upon it that equals "Earth Release: Earth Spear Technique", this however only applies in the arm that the weapon is worn giving physical attacks a +10 in offensive power that uses the arm - taijutsu mostly. This branch arm is a taijutsu users dream giving the boost of power in one arm, if a target is hit with that arm it's as if they've been directly in the chest with battering ram, severely damaging their internal organs. Due to the arms god-like power it's indestructible and cannot be broken by means of other weapons or elements. Anything else is listed below..

The flames twist and join at the top (like a reverse twister) the second the shoot from the earth and engulf the opponent in hellish flames.

Description: Resonance is a damage dealing sound release technique. After performing a series of hand seals, the user focus on index and middle finger to write two circular seals in the air until they form into glyphs. These glyphs then move on the ground and the air until they position themselves appropriately to strike the correct area. The user then performs a seal of confrontation to activate the technique, following which both glyphs release a strong sound wave in between their vicinity. The waves are of the same resonance which results in a reaction, the aftermath is a huge concussive blast which spreads horizontally 360 degrees crushing everything with a tremendous force.

Once performed the seals inside the eye filter the users vision making everything appear grayscale. All seals however that are hidden or apparent starts to glow, the user is able to see the glow even if the seals are hidden behind objects or clothes. With added focus he is able to read them identifying their purpose.

Description : The user perform a single hand seal then slam his both hand into the ground beneath to raise up a giant tea cup made of earth with size 50M in diameter from beneath the opponent ground where the opponent as the center of the cup, when the earthen giant tea cup completely forming and trap the opponents inside of it, then it shot out numerous sharp earth spike from around the wall of the cup and also from the base of the cup which will impale the opponents. While simultaneously the cup arise, the user open up a portal above the opponent sky to drop down the cup lid, and closed off the cup when the cup completely forming. Size of the cup lid same size with the tea cup, and the lid will causing a small tremor when comes in contact with the surface of the cup. This lid shall prevent the opponent to escape to the sky.

Description: When the user performs this technique,a two-metres,spiky wall rises from the ground,from the users point,5 metres long.The wall cannot have any other direction expect a straight "line",from the user's point.It can be used for either attack an opponent or for defense.

*Restictions/Further Explanations:
1)This Technique can only be used if the user have the Doumedaru Gitou : Furui Sakura (Bronze Sword:The Ancient Blossom).
2)The user must hold the Sword and swing it towards a direction in order to perform the technique.The User let his chakra flow into the ancient sword and then swing/wave it(for example) from up to down,creating the spike wall.
3)There is no other use for the sword expect this technique and its usage as a normal sword/katana.
4)It can be used only 5 times per battle,or else,the sword breaks,and both of them can be used after one week.
5)The wall can be destroyed by A-Rank Lightning Techniques and higher.



Well,as you can see,the sword and the jutsu are connected.Yes,I've made some mistakes but tell me what I have to fix.If one of them,even if I fix it,can't be approved,this means that the other one should be disapproved too.

As far as I saw,there wasn't a jutsu,neither a sword,like this.

Also the sword,is just a simple sword if the user isn't using the technique.

Description:kyofu makes the most unbearable croak that will send chakra out from his croak to the sky and cut off there sense of hearing. The chakra will cause clouds to form. once the clouds fully form to where thunder sounds and lightning passes thru the clouds kyofu will then fly to the sky and use his blade beak as a conductor and attract the lightning and mold it with his own chakra.

Description:kyofu begins raise his head to the sky as he opens his mouth, the top blade beak starts spinning. Once the blade spin at it’s highest velocity kyofu then slams it to the ground, drilling it with the blade beak. This in result creates a earthquake that alters the battlefield causes the shattering ground they're standing on to smash the opponent. this can be combined with the lightning call jutsu which makes the lightning on the beak travel thru the ground and shock the opponent.

if this is a water technique, you need to add proper naming. Also, this would only work on fire within reason, as you need to take into account the size of the technique you're facing.

Summoning: Charonscythe, Toucan Of The Underworld

Description: After wiping blood on their Toucan tatoo or scroll, the user will perform the summoning jutsu hand seals, and then touch an object to summon Charonscythe (also nicknamed Charon). Charon is a Giant toucan, (half the size of Gamabunta), able to carry up to 3 persons. He is entirely black, except from his beak, which is entirely red, reminding exactly what his name means: a grim ripper's scythe. He can fly quite fast, covering long range distances in one turn. He has mastery over lighting release (but cannot use any hand seals), and can focus lighting chakra to his beak to turn his beak into a fatal weapon. He can also launch a lighting chakra blast from his beak that is S-rank focused raiton. Stays 2 turns and can only be summoned once per battle.

(Raiton: Raika no Jutsu) – Lighting Release: Lightification technique

Description: Similar to the Hydrification technique, this technique allows the user to turn his whole body (or partial body parts) into lighting at will, so this technique makes it impossible to receive damage from physical attacks. If an opponent touches the user's body wile he/she is using this, they will be numbed. In his pure lighting form, the user looks like a light blue, semi transparent version of him/herself. It is using the concept of E=mc², to transform solid matter (the user's body) into pure lighting and vice versa. In this state, the user can only use lighting jutsu. As this technique turns the body into lighting, the user is super-vulnerable to wind techniques because he must keep a balance in his lighting state (to be able to turn solid again), and wind will destroy that balance. The user can also link him/herself through metallic objects, and other conductors. Finally, the user can be physically hit by a natural insulator, such as rubber... Only a kage level (or above) shinobi with mastery over raiton can learn this technique.

Description: After using the lightification technique, the user can perform the tiger hand seal to turn himself into a blue lighting bolt (same size with the user), and travel as fast as a regular lighting technique, in a straight pattern. To change direction, the user must turn into the regular lightification form. The user is extreamly vulnerable to wind in this form, taking double vulnerability damage (meaning that even a C-rank futon that hits could cause fatal damage to the user).
