Description and Background:
Rhinoceros, often abbreviated as rhino, is a group of five extant species of knee-less, odd-toed ungulates in the family Rhinocerotidae. Two of these species are native to Africa and three to southern Asia.

Members of the rhinoceros family are characterized by their large size (they are some of the largest remaining megafauna, with all of the species able to reach one tonne or more in weight); as well as by a herbivorous diet; a thick protective skin, 1.5–5 cm thick, formed from layers of collagen positioned in a lattice structure; relatively small brains for mammals this size (400–600 g); and a large horn. They generally eat leafy material, although their ability to ferment food in their hind gut allows them to subsist on more fibrous plant matter, if necessary.

The horns are made of keratin, the same type of protein that makes up hair and fingernails. Both African species and the Sumatran rhinoceros have two horns, while the Indian and Javan rhinoceros have a single horn.

The rhino has an immense body and large head, a short neck and broad chest. This rhino is approximately 3,500 kg (7,700 lb), have a head-and-body length of 4.6 m (15 ft) and a shoulder height of 2 m (6.6 ft) and can run a speed of 30mph. The user can ride on it and it specializes in earth element techniques.
The user uses his own blood to summon the Rhino summons after performing the following hand signs Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram.

This toucan has a blade located where his top beak should be, that is able to spin fast enough to when he sticks is beak to the ground he can easily dig into it, His wings big enough to cause great winds when they are flapped, and has razor sharp talon attachment to make them abnormally sharp. He is also able to use raiton to make his spinning blade beak and talons more penetrable when attacking.

Description:kyofu makes the most unbearable croak that will send chakra out from his croak to the sky and cut off there sense of hearing. The chakra will cause clouds to form. once the clouds fully form to where thunder sounds and lightning passes thru the clouds
kyofu will then fly to the sky and use his blade beak as a conductor and attract the A-rank lightning and mold it with his own chakra. This will give him +15points in damage to his attacks.

Description:kyofu begins raise his head to the sky as he opens his mouth, the top blade beak starts spinning. Once the blade spin at it’s highest velocity kyofu then slams it to the ground, drilling it with the spinning blade beak. This in result creates a earthquake that causes the shattering ground underneath to smash the opponent. Combined with the lightning call jutsu makes the beak drill faster causing greater damage and the lightning on the beak run thru the ground and shock the opponent if he’s not already dead.

-note: lightning call used by this summons will count as one move.

Description: After making few handseals the user summons a great,giant and badass VULTURE of all time named GAVA, which shows no mercy on his opponent, he looks like a big Raven with white eyes, which is extremely powerful and battle type, can use powerful attacks with his beak and his wings, it has sharp edge beak which is able to pass through the solid rock defense also has very strong claws, strong enough to carry away other summonings [depend on the weight/size of other summoning] user can ride on his back to use combos and also has very loud noise which can disturb/distract the opponent, it is able to fly high in the sky where opponent's jutsu's are unreachable.

Description:
User makes few handseals and uses his blood to summon great,giant and badass Vulture Boss, Gava, who shows no mercy on his opponent .He's a giant vulture with half black body and shinny white eyes,looks like a big Raven. He has large, strong wings, which gives him impressive speed and powerful claws, powerful enough to carry other summonings away (depend on size and weight of the summoning).He also got a sharp edge beak, as stong as a metal and able to break through solid rock walls.He produce shock waves with heavy and disturbing voice to distract and attack the enemy .

Abilities:


-Can use wind element up to forbidden rank.
-Have incredible speed impossible for normal eye to predict and hard for
doujutsu user (sharingan, Rinnigan) to catch up.
-Can produce shock waves by screaming.

Description: This technique was created to quickly apprehend a target without the use of physical force. The user performs a quick sequence of two handseals (Hare -> Inverted Bird) and traps the target in an illusion where the target is suddenly unable to breathe, so to speak. To be precise, once initiated, the target is still able to breathe i.e. their chest and lungs muscles still work, and they are still able to inhale and exhale but when they inhale they suddenly find that their necessity/”thirst” for air (oxygen) is not quenched/satisfied at all. That is, the target experiences a condition/sensation where they are severely and quickly deficient of oxygen – they are suffocated and slowly lose their energy (being less agile, strong, and so on). The effect of the suffocation gets to a point where the target begins to experience a severe headache; which combined with their suffocation will make it difficult for the target to concentrate while affected by this technique. This genjutsu lasts until dispelled by the target or cancelled by the user.
*Note: Can only be used 3 times per battle.
*Note: Due to the target being suffocated and their inability to focus their attention, the target is unable to obtain the required concentration to use Wind techniques above A-rank and techniques above S-rank while affected by this technique, and will have difficulty moving.

±± Declined ±± Too powerfull and too "unescapable". Also, that "thrist" for air has a name. I was tempted to DNR this because you can't simply fool their minds when it comes to a reflexive action but i'll give you a chance to make this approvable.

~ What ? This makes no sense. With your technique, what you're doing is making it seem like he can't breathe enough, but in reality he will be breathing normally and any gasping will only increase his air intake. Where do the headaches come in ? Or are they merely illusionary headaches ? ~

In actuality, these lumps/growths are in fact flesh-eating scarabs or bugs that begin to move around frantically underneath the target's skin, making for quite a disturbing image for the target; causing considerable pain and discomfort. However, much to the dismay of the target, these bugs then proceed to literally devour the target alive burrowing deep into the target's flesh as well as eating outwards onto the target's skin thereby bursting out of his body. From the target's perspective, it seems as though his body (particularly his skin) is being melted away - this affect is further supported by the accompanying excruciatingly debilitating pain experienced by the target due to the scarabs eating his flesh. In short, with this illusion the target suddenly sees a swarm of scarabs suddenly burst out of his body and eat into his flesh and out onto his skin causing enough debilitating pain to cause the target to collapse onto the ground. This genjutsu lasts until dispelled by the target or cancelled by the user.

Description: The user concentrates a large amount of Suiton chakra into a nearby water source to cause the water to rotate/spiral around extremely rapidly, funneling upwards towards the heavens. That is, the user essentially creates a huge inverted water tornado (narrow funnel end upwards, towards the sky) to spiral upwards from a water source; using the addition of vast amounts of Futon chakra to drastically increase the tornado's rotational velocity and lethality (i.e. augmenting the sharpness and slicing capabilities of the huge rotating mass of water) due to the presence of furiously sharp wind currents. The width of this tornado spans abit further past mid range from its epicenter and reaches up towards the sky; targets trapped near (either within it or close to it but on the outside of it) feel as though this huge tornado exerts an attractive/gravitational force on them, sucking/pulling them towards it's epicenter - however, in reality, this is just due to the intense amount of gale-force winds of the tornado. Any targets caught in the epicenter of this tornado will maimed by the wind currents before being sucked upwards towards the narrow end of the tornado (towards the sky). However this jutsu requires a very large amount of chakra and concentration to be used which has unwanted effects on the user.
*Note: Requires a water source.
*Note: Can only be used once per battle.
*Note: User takes 25 damage due to chakra and mental strain (due to the high amount of mental concentration required in order to perform and maintain such precise charka control).
*Note: The user's speed is reduced in half for 3 turns after activation.

Description: Upon activation, the user is surrounded by a blast of pure chakra (Lasts 2 seconds). The user's attire then changes, the user a dragon head on their left shoulder and a cape on their waist to foot. On their right shoulder is a piece of gray fur. The blade itself also seems to be composed of a bright pink energy. The user's physical strength is increased as well as their defensive capability and speed. The blade can also extend in to mid-range with no drawbacks and with no resistance (Swinging as if normal (The blade's weight doesn't increase or anything similar to that)). The user's run speed is increased up to Rock Lee with no weights. The user also gains the ability of minor healing (Reasonable damages, similar to 9-Tails) as well as an Iron Defense, which allows the user to block minor techniques with just their body without recoiling.

+ The user's physical appearance changes.
+ The Chakra Blast is a simple B-rank explosion.
+ The user's sword movements are made much easier. No wind resistance or air friction.
+ The user gains Rock Lee (W/O weights) speed.
+ The user has minor healing abilities (Healing wounds like sword slashes, small-medium sized stab wounds).
+ The user can stop a technique with their own body, allowing them to plow/defend through techniques that are at a reasonable size.

- The Bankai Release only lasts 4 Turns .

- After the release is exhausted the user cannot use techniques that require 4 or more handseals for 3 turns.
- Kotomaru cannot be uses at all for the rest of the fight.
- Chakra Blast can only defend in Short Ranged attacks.
- Bio holder can only use this 10 times.

~ No. Just no. Declined, no resubmit. We are in the Naruto world, and there is no conceivable way 'a blast of chakra' changes your appearance, gives you regeneration, and an 'iron defense' whatever that is. ~

Summoning Technique: Yura The Porcupine

Description: The user will wipe blood on their Porcupine tattoo and after performing five seals, the user will slam their hand on the ground, summoning Yura. Yura is a large white porcupine (a bit smaller than Gamabunda Jiraiya summons) and has blue eyes. She gets along with her summoners. Like all porcupines, she has two weak spots: her underside and an area above her head (where the summoner can sit), due to having no quills there. Yura has an affinity to Wind style, being able to use Wind jutsus without using any handseals. She can fire off quills (like the other porcupines) infused with wind chakra and can pierce everything. She also has the ability to curl up into a ball by putting the summoners and her/his allies on her underside protecting them from attacks.

- Can only launch quills twice. After that, Yura loses her quills for the remainder of the match
- Can only remain on the field for 4 turns
- Can protect three times only (Can´t protect if she loses her quills)
- Can use Wind techniques only up to A rank
- Can only be summoned by Uzumaki Naruta and Teno

Description: This Sword is said to pass down from a family of Scorch users throughout the years. The blade is made from Black Metal, With Gold Lines down the middle of both sides.. It was said to be a forbidden black smith material back in the day. Nether the less. It could infuse The Scorch KG. Since the sword could hold the extreme heat of a SCORCH KG, they had to make a holster that could stand the extreme heat. The Holster is white with Silver lines down the middle. The holster can be equipped on the side of the person. This blade is special because of how it can be used. The User will Draw his blade out real fast. Causing the Heat inside the Holster to rush out Due to the Heat from both the holster and sword being compact. (In a tight spot. causing the heat to just gather up). Causing Massive heat waves. Hot enough to Drain A rank Water and Below. The Heat Wave can only Be used in Short range though. But thats not the jist of it. This Sword is coated with Scorch Causing Heat waves to be around it. Making it Extremely hot.. This Sword Can Even Block S rank Water Due to the massive Heatwaves . Once This sword evaporate the Water into Steam. It will attract the steam to the sword and infuse the steam into the sword. Causing the sword to increase its Range.. The Steam will Come towards the blade somewhat like a magnet. The Sword can Only Reform The Size Twice. Growing about half the size of itself everytime it absorbs the steam. Once absorbed 2times. the sword is double its Height. But the heatwaves are no longer Active. Still Infused with Scorch it Can still cut the opponent having the same affect as the scorch sun. The sword can not be wield by nobody other then Scorch KG users or their water will be evaported from their body.

-Can Only Use the Heatwaves to Absorb Steam Twice. And The heatwaves from the Holster Withdraw once. Giving it a total of 3 times it can be used
-Holster Withdraw Can Block A rank and below Water And The Regular Heatwaves Can block up to S rank Water
-The User can NOT user Any Scorch Jutsus While this sword is active (Not in its holster)

(Can form up to 4 Scorch orbs at a time)


If Blocked a forbidden rank Water. That counts as 3/5 times the user can use the heat waves.

Can not use Basic Ninjutsu Once the sword is even used ONCE

No Water jutsus Above B Rank Once the Sword is Drawn

The Scorch Wave can travel up to Mid range

No Fire and Wind Jutsus Above A Rank Once the sword is drawn

Can Only Be used by Teno

Description:The user performs 5 handseals(Snake-Horse-Monkey-Dog-Ram) and then slams both hands onto the ground surface while channeling chakra through the earth.The user will manipulate a large area of the earth around the enemy causing irregular shaped blocks of rock the rise from the ground.These blocks will almost instantaneously fly together to form a large air-tight cube around the enemy sealing them in.The cubes inside walls are laced with chakra and are almost impossible to break with the user able to shift the placement of the irregular earth blocks around to spread the damage along the wide surface area thus stopping any perceivable damage.However from the outside the cube is not so sturdy and is able to be destroyed with a powerfull area of effect lightning attack that must attack all sides of the cube at once.As a final resort the user can perform the ram seal and shout 'kujiku' causing the cube to start to decrease in size untill the user is completely restricted in which stone spikes will pierce the enemy from all sides of the cube.

Our apologies, but we're a bit swamped with the CJ thread, what with a few mods being on vacation and others busy with RL stuff. I have four pages to go with the checking, and hopefully the few of us active will be done in a few days' time.
However, any CJ submitted on 16th or 17th will be declined, since you can only submit three techniques between markers, and the last marker was till the fifteenth. However these will not count as your 3CJ of the week and you can resubmit them once I put up a new marker shortly.

Effects of venom:

Neurotoxin: venom acts on the nervous system and brain. This venom works to disrupt the function of the brain and nervous system, which causes paralysis or lack of muscle control, but it can also disrupt the individual signals sent between neurons and muscles.

Hemotoxin: venom acts on the heart and cardiovascular system. This venom typically acts to lower blood pressure and encourage blood clotting. The venom may also attack the heart muscle with the goal of causing death.

Death in ten turns after the victim was infected with the venom, If left untreated.

Description: Hebi No O(Short version:Hebi) was after Dei Dei made is stretchable scarf. He made this sword whip out of the same material just more stronger. Hebi is a 6-part segmented blade; each segment is wider than the one preceding it from the hilt with 2 pick-like protrusions on the front and back of each segment, with the ones on the front much longer than the ones at the back. The segments are connected by a stretchable thread that is a very strong material, making Hebi more useful as a whip than an actual sword, though it can serve as a regular sword just as easily, thanks to Dei Dei swordsmanship. Hebi's guard and handle remain the same as a normal katana. While Hebi can be stretched to incredible lengths in its whip form, Dei Dei has a limit of three consecutive attacks before having to bring the segments of Hebi back together for recovery -which makes him fairly vulnerable during this time interval. To make up for this, Dei Dei has to have a plan ahead of time. It is also wrapped in bandages when not in use and the bandages is attached on the hilt which acts on the user will.

Description: Senbonzakura(Sen) is two long katanas with a base white handle with black diamonds. The scabbard is all black with a white tie on the top of it. The hilt is in an ovale shape with four flames shapes in four directions. Sen is made of chakra metal and can block normal katanas, kunais, shurikens, needles, daggers and scythes with no harm. Sen has three abilities the user can use.

Abilities:
-(Senbozakura Chire) - Thousand Cherry Blossoms Scatter: The user channel chakra through the blade and point at the opponent. Once pointed at the opponent, the opponent is placed into an illuision where he/she see the user blade separates into thousand cherry blossoms. The cherry blossoms go straight towards the opponent in a swirling way that attacks the opponent, cutting the opponent up with small but deep wounds. In reality, the opponent is just standing there.
- (Senbonzakura Kageyoshi) - Vibrant Display of a Thousand Cherry Blossoms: The second ability of Sen is, the user holds one of the katanas down towards the ground. The user releases the katana and the opponent is placed into an illuision. The katana looks like it has fell into the ground. Then two row of thousand giant blades rise up from the ground on both sides of the opponent. Those thousand giant blades scatter and countless flying blades fly around the opponent cutting he/she all over. In reality, the opponent is laying on their knees in a mental pain from the illuison which attacks the opponent brain.
- ( Ho/Mizu/Kaze/Tsuchi/Rai Houin ) - Fire/Water/Wind/Earth/Lightning Sealing Method: The next and final ability of Sen is that it can be used in a way to seal things into it. Sen has a three special seals on it that allows the user to use them as a way to seal in elements. The user points one blade at whatever the element they want to seal and release chakra out in the shape of cherry blossoms. The blossoms absorbs the chakra and the katana poined at the element seals into it and a shape(the shape on the blade in the pic) appears on the blade showing the element has been sealed. This happens twice, once for each blade and then the last time the user uses both blades. When the users the sealing again, the user points both blades at the element he/she wants to seal and cherry blossoms shape made of chakra come out and absorb the element and the hilt of both katanas turn white showing the element has been sealed.

Restrictions:
-The genjutsus counts as one of the three moves per turn when used.
-The sealing jutsu that Sen uses is ( Ho/Mizu/Kaze/Tsuchi/Rai Houin ) - Fire/Water/Wind/Earth/Lightning Sealing Method but Suze uses it in a dfferent way which is without the scrolls but +10 chakra to use the sealing.
-The two genjutsus Sen uses is short to mid range, A rank, and 30 chakra points, for each.
-The two genjutsus can be used twice per battle, each.
-The user cannot use any other genjutsu in the same turn while using one of the genjutsus of this sword.

The user will them manipulate the water particles so that they are all angled towards a light source, Sun, Fire, a bright Light etc. This will then cause the opponent to be totally engulfed in every direction with blinding Light (the weaker the light source the less the effect). Also the heat produced will slowly start to singe the opponents skin each turn that they remain engulfed within the mist.

Notes:
~ Requires a light source. Due to the amplifying of the light by multiple reflective surfaces it can be effective with a large fire or even Moon light.
~ Opponent must be stood on a water source.
~ Must have mastered water and have learnt "Light Reflection Mist".
~ Can be used only twice per match.
~ Blinds opponent while they are engulfed and for one turn after while skin is left burnt.
~ Useable only by Rasnall unless taught.

The user will manipulate the water droplets, and using light reflection, will angle the water particles to reflect the image of themself towards the opponent in multiple directions so they would see a seemingly endless amount of image of the user in every direction. If more then one opponent is on the field then this justu can be used to reflect the image of the two opponents at each other (again looking like seemingly endless copies). Due to the illusion the opponent loses all sense of direction of the user and the terrain around them if they are only using the naked eye. If either the user or opponent uses a jutsu that can physically interact with the mist then it will be momentarily disrupting along the path the justu takes. It would quickly reform and reflect the users image again once the jutsu dissipates. The user will also lose the ability to navigate using the naked eye but as the water was produced using the user's chakra, the user can sense the location of the opponent.

Notes:
