Summoning Technique: (souseiki harinezumi) Godric

Description- The user cuts his palm till blood drips. Once that is done, he then does 5 hand seals and slams his/her hands on the ground.. Godric (My summon) Will Appears in mid air (short range) above the user circling him/her..Like other birds of Paradise Godric's appearance is beautiful to most, having all red feathers and yellow feathers covering his tail. He can fly at high speeds (= to Sasuke's Hawk).and his Beak is Incredibly Strong. This summon is the same size as Sauske Hawk. so easy rideable. All the Lesser birds of Paradise can talk, so can this one. Once summoned, Godric starts to release invisible toxins that quickly spreads around the area. Once the toxins are inhaled by someone they fall victim to an optic illusion. Up and down, left and right as well as forward and backwards are opposite. It is not just the sense of direction that is changed, the persons eyesight, direction of incoming attacks and injury location seem to be inverted in the illusion. Countering the damage from the invert directions simply by processing it all within the mind is not possible. No matter how powerful the opponent even if one is accustomed too fighting in that particular way, their body will not adapt and will continue to fight by reflex, which causes it to continuously succumb too the powers affects. The biggest flaw of using these toxins is that who it affects cannot be controlled, therefore if the summoner inhales the toxins he will also fall victim to the optic illusion.

I understand this may not be entirely possible, as there have been many rule changes since I've been on, but I was one of the first, if not the first, person on here to have a sword that changed shape as it's niche. I'd like to be able to keep that ability, if at all possible. I'm trying to balance the power of my sword between it's current form and its original form which was...well, vastly more powerful.

Description: After using the first Mikomi no Yaiba, this blade’s predecessor, for years, Keotsu decided it was time to forge his own blade. Keotsu took the ancestral Mythril blade and used its shape-shifting ability to transform it into an ore that he could smelt and form his own sword with. Using a process from his home, Keotsu spent three straight days forging the blade, infusing it with his chakra and life-force as he did so. On the dawn of the forth morning, the blade gleamed in the early morning light, and was completed. Infused with the powers of the previous Mikomi no Yaiba, this blade retained the ability to change its shape, but not its mass, by responding to the wielder’s chakra manipulation – and due to this ability to change its shape, the godly edge that the previous blade held was still present after this re-forging, shown when Keotsu plunged the blade into a sheer rock face and withdrew it, the weapon unscathed. Keotsu’s re-forging had an adverse effect effect on the blade: it allowed Keotsu to amplify the chakra he used for his Kenjutsu technique, boosting their strength. Due to the legendary metal from which it is forged, Mikomi no Yaiba: Mythos’s edge will never dull, and the weapon is indestructible, and the weapon's scabbard -also imbued with Mythril -changes to fit the blade.

The Mythril blade retained its ability to change it's shape, but not it's mass when subjected to Keotsu's chakras, as did the scabbard of the weapon, though the two were no longer explicitly linked. A few improvements were noted by Keotsu, though: the blade seemed to resonate better than before, boosting his powers in battle; second, the blade came to reject energies that were foreign to Keotsu - that's to say, for example, if an enemy tried to use Nagashi after grabbing the blade, the energy would stop completely due to the nature of the blade's composition. ±± New Cycle of Submissions ±±

Ok, I've worked through my vacations to clean the thread but it took a bit longer than i anticipated. However, a new cycle is hereby available. The cycle will start today, the 25th of June and end on sunday, the 1st of July. As always you can only submit 3 techniques within the markers.

One personal notice though. Its a shame to see members ripping peoples customs back and forth and I'm being forced to take harsher actions towards those issues. We have a Cannon Jutsu List of 300+ techniques so if you can't submit customs of your own imagination, don't. Theres no need. Also, just because you can, doesn't mean you should post customs. I see young members posting useless customs all the time or customs that if we approve, will basically be a waste of space on your Customs Thread. Be mindful of that and try to be smart about it for your own good and the clean working of the CJ thread.

One final note. Each Custom Summoning contract can only have 10 summoning animals... This is 10 summoning animals all together and not 10 per signer. Be smart about this as you all know, dropping customs isn't currently allowed.

Description: The Stoner, is a stone made staff, with some of the Earths strongest rock materials, while the staff is exceptionally light for greater mobility. The user inserts chakra into the staff, to access the staffs special abilities. Special abilities consist of "Staff protection", where if the user is occupied or needs a last second defense, the staff can grow/change into different shapes to shield and protect the user. The second special ability is "Earths communication", where the user sends chakra into the Stoner staff and then certain amounts of chakra is released from the staff itself into the air then directly into ground, the earth itself can then communicate with the staff which inserts chakra waves into the user informing the user on whats going on around them, to heightened their awareness.
-"Staff Protection" defenses protect up to A rank attacks.
-"Earths communications" isn't a chakra sensing ability, the users chakra that is sent into the Earth by the staff becomes "one" and reads vibrations made by things on the ground, also wind vibrations, touching any surrounding tree's due to the tree's being rooted from under the ground.
-Once each ability is activated, they remain activated, also taking their respective amount of chakra each time the ability is used [ability 2 can be active but the user can choose to accept or decline the incoming chakra from the staff].

At the sign of the gesture, two great sealing arrays will appear, one ten meters above the opponent, extending to mid range around the area it’s made, and one below the opponent, which extends short range around the area it’s made on. The arrays can, alternatively, emanate an eerie glow and hum immediately upon activation. As the arrays appear, beams, seemingly made of light, will extend from both arrays with great speed and connect, giving the structure a cage-like appearance, but not affecting the target or user in anyway. The lower array will, as the beams connect, immediately lock anything above it in suspended animation, making a great kanji for ‘halt’ appear in the middle of itself. The top one will, as the beams connect, fire a great hurricane of weapons towards the area beneath it, covering a wide range very quickly. The hurricane itself will consist of thousands of weapons of all shapes, sizes and origins.

Description: The user claps his hands together, causing numerous seals to appear on his/her body, all of whom are linked to two main-seals on both of the users’ palms. The numerous seals all act as converters and conveyors for chakra. Tanren no Moudan is essentially the creation of temporary weapons and armor, all created from different types of elemental or raw chakra. Like the Water Walking Exercise, the user of this technique will emit ever-changing streams of chakra from different points on their bodies, using extremely basic shape-manipulation to alter the chakra into the needed form. The seals will then, at a mental command from the user, convert the raw chakra into any accessible type of elemental chakra. Using this simple trick, elemental weapons and armor can be accessed at a moment’s notice. Of course, the technique has its limitations. Every piece of elemental armor or weaponry is B-ranked in terms of strength, while raw chakra equipment is C-ranked in strength. Any product of this technique takes one of the three moves allowed per turn to create, but every piece of equipment is created extremely quickly because of the simple concept and the assistance of the seals. The seals allow the elemental equipment to exist while the user performs other techniques, since he/she merely needs to maintain the chakra-flow to uphold the equipments existence.
-One cannot use any Ninjutsu related to whatever element is used to create equipment with this technique, with the exception of constructions made of raw chakra.
-One can create multiple pieces of equipment using multiple elements, but the same restrictions apply to the new elements.
-After creating a piece of equipment, one must wait two (2) consecutive turns before creating another piece using the same element.

This technique does not affect an opponent’s technique. Shin'youshuu allows the user to use simple gestures to form creatures and shapes out of the rain itself. By using short and precise gestures to knead the chakra in the rain, the user is able to slightly increase the size of the individual raindrops and make them light up because of the chakra inside them. As such, this technique does not shape moving creatures, it merely sets up a frame that moves from raindrop to raindrop to create the illusion of movement. While this method is just as efficient as actually creating the creatures, it is infinitely many times simpler. Since no actual creature is created, the shapes of Shin'youshuu cannot be used to ram into the target. Instead, the chakra inside the raindrops simply turns unstable in nature, causing shockwaves of rain and chakra to hit the target, and everything in his near vicinity, when detonated.

~Declined~ I'm not seeing what your point is with this technique. What's the point of changing the shapes to creatures and then saying the creatures aren't actually created and cannot hurt the opponent. If your goal is the detonation of the raindrops, then the majority of the description is superfluous. Rewrite it and be clear about the effect of the technique damage-wise.

Description: The user performs the Dog -> Boar -> Ram handseals and creates a semi-solid wall of water from a water source. A lightning jutsu can be used to electrify the wall and shock anyone in contact with it. Because of this, if an opponent attempts to break free of the belts using Chidori Nagashi, he will only be shocked with his own jutsu. This jutsu can be performed on a greater scale while utilizing a large water source which increases the strength of this jutsu to S-rank. Description: The user wipes blood on his summoning tattoo to summon Hado, a dark brown locust 4 meters in height known as the earth locust. With an earth affinity he can perform earth jutsu the summoner knows up to B rank that do not require handseals. By rubbing his legs against another part of his body Hado may produce a genjutsu inducing sound that makes opponents see a dome of earth suddenly form around them, leaving them in complete darkness and cut off from outside sounds.

-Can stay for 4 turns
-The genjutsu is B-rank, mid-ranged and can only be used 4 times
-Earth jutsu and genjutsu count towards the summoner's 3 moves per turn.

Description: The user imbues large amounts of chakra into his bow which manifests a web-like crosshair in front. It acts as a barrier against frontal attacks and strengthens arrows shot from the bow with once they pass through the one-sided barrier.

-Lasts for 4 turns
-Can protect the user from 3 C-rank, 2 B-rank, or 1 A-rank attack
-Only 2 jutsu per turn may be used while this is active excluding the turn it was used

Description: The user imbues large amounts of chakra into his bow which causes it to glow and manifest a spherical barrier around the user with him at the center. As the user moves the barrier will move with him. The barrier is one-sided, meaning the user can be protected from outside attacks while objects can leave the barrier freely. When the user aims his bow, a crosshair appears on the surface of the barrier and the arrows that pass through it are strengthened. A variation of this technique is performed by aiming the user's bow at a target and creating the barrier around them instead in a reversed state so he can be trapped inside while the user attacks him from outside. The barrier remains stationary when trapping a target.
-Usable twice per battle
-Lasts for 3 turns
-The barrier can be destroyed by 3 C-rank, 2 B-rank, or 1 A-rank attack

I removed a few unnecessary restrictions like the jutsu per turn limit and the decrease in ninjutsu strength.

The bursting of fire from the user’s hands burns them causing damage to the user.
*Note: Can only be used once per battle.
*Note: The exhertion of fire chakra severely damages the users hand, slowing his hand seal speed for 2 turns or until healed.
*Note: Cant use any Fire jutsu next turn or any S-rank Fire and above the turn after that.

~Declined~ Seems too generic. Several other techniques do essentially the same thing. Also, why is Earth Gun Punch required?

Description: By following the same process to create a lighting shadow clone, the user will only create weapons out of his raiton chakra (just like the weapons of the Lighting shadow clone). By performing the tiger hand seal, the user can make the weapons burst into lighting, powerfull enough to paralyze the opponet for several seconds (aplicable only after throwing the weapon to the opponet, or the user will get paralyzed too).

±± Both Declined ±± First one has been down countless times before. Second one needs further explanation. How big the weapon you can create? Whats its limits? Also, like the Lightning Shadow clone, that technique would paralyze on impact, not when you do a hand seal. The idea isn't half bad though.


(Raiton: Kaminari no Ōbundōmu) Lighting Release: Thunder Oven Dome

Description: By performing 32 hand seals, the user will first create a giantic dome of lighting around the battlefield. The dome is as big as Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave. The user can only defend by using the Plasma ball (though, the user will still be harmed, it will prevent him from hetting killed). After 3 seconds, lighting bolts will start striking in all directions in the dome, generated by all the walls, constantly for 2 turns.
-After using this jutsu, the user can only use up to B-rank raiton for 3 turns
-Cannot swich chakra natures wile the dome is still in play

Once the user slams his palm the ground Jin appears in mid air above them. Jin is one of the smaller birds within the Lesser Birds of Paradise, around half/three quarters the size of sasuke's hawk. Jin's skeleton is made of a sturdy lightweight metal which makes Jin almost indestructible, Jin can also harden his feathers to a steel like quality (strength wise). Jin can travel at great speeds and is one of the fastest of the Paradise Birds. This summon can fire feathers that take the steel-like quality and act as daggers from his wings.

Description: By placing five kunai charged with raiton chakra in a pillar, one at the bottom, one at the max height you want the wall (must state where so the height of the wall can be know) and the rest evenly dispersed in between. Five kunai must be placed at corresponding spots on a nearby pillar with the top an bottom kunai at approximately the same height that are also charged with raiton chakra. To release the wall the user will make the monkey → boar hand seals which will release the lightning chakra causing them to emit a weave of lightning between the corresponding points thus making a wall. The jutsu works by embedding negatively charged raiton into one set of kunai and positively charged raiton into the other pair of kunai.
Note:
- The max height of the wall is five meters and the max width between the two points is three meters,
- The pillars can be trees or any other structure fitting the above point,
- In the case that there are no pillars some may be made using an earth technique, though this counts as one of you three moves per turn,
- Must be set up properly at least the turn before it is used,
- The kunais only maintain enough charge for one use and new one must be placed/thrown into place in order for the wall to be used again.
- The wall is designed to stop one b-rank jutsu or under, except for wind and earth release in which case it can stop one c-rank for wind and a-rank for earth or under.
- Kunais remained charged for three turns,
- Can be used twice per battle,
- Can only be taught by Shinta.

- After the jutsu is used the earth pillars are destroyed from the effects of the lightning wall,

±± Approved ±± But just so you know, this technique is useless in battle and there is no way that you have time to pull this off against any opponent. The time it takes to prepare this is too long for it to be useful.
