Description: The user releases powerful heat waves out of his body which soon cover part of the sun rays falling on the earth surrounding the user. Then with the sun rays within his control, he can choose to either make the rays fall on the opponent covering all sides or focus it on a single point. The heat waves carry enough heat to evaporate any water near it and can cause high burns on the opponent as the sun ray's temperature will be increased due to the the heat waves.

Note: Can only be used three times per battle

I'm confused. "Cover part of the sun's rays falling on the user?" How do you even dictate this? You can't just control the sun. And what if it wasn't sunny, but raining? Clarify the jutsu better.

Description: The user performs a series of two hand seals and channels his chakra into the brain of his opponent and alters his sense of feeling in such a way that the opponent would suddenly start feeling something eating away inside of his stomach. He would feel like as if his acidic secretion of his stomach had increased and because of this, suffers through all the side effects of acidity. He would have a headache and would feel like puking. As time goes, the pain keeps increasing until he passes out under the mental stress.

Description:
The user focuses their mind on their swordsmanship and sword, letting their warrior instincts take over. The user channels chakra through all of their body, creating a visible layer of it on their skin, before it extends to their sword. A bright flash of light goes off which has similar effects to that of a flash bang once the chakra finishes covering the sword and body, yet it is unable to cause any damage/effect the user or their allies. From then on, arms made of chakra holding swords made of chakra (exactly the same properties as a normal sword) can spurt out from anywhere on the user, and can preform kenjutsu techniques that the user knows. The arms appear passively, though the techniques they preform cost a move. The user can sustain up to 3 extra arms and swords at once. The blades wielded by these arms can phase through the user, leaving them unharmed. These arms can also throw their sword at a target up to mid range away.

-Can be used twice per battle
-The user may sustain up to 3 arms at once

(Burasutobūtsu) - Blast Boots

Description:
Blast Boots are, as made clear in the name, a pair of boots. These boots have multiple compartments in them for different uses.

Ninja tools/technology in the boot
The sole of the bottom of the boot has a small compartment in the center of it which can slide open and release small senbon about the length of a nail. 20 of these senbon are loaded in each boot. The left and right sides of the bottom of the boot (facing outwards) can release smoke or mist canisters which can flood all of mid range with whatever was released. One mist and one smoke canister is loaded on each side of each boot, for a total of 4 smoke and 4 mist. The toe of the bottom of each boot can slide open, revealing a sharpened piece of metal which can be shot forwards up to mid range, or kept in the boot sticking out to create potentially lethal kicks. Each piece of metal can be retracted back into the boot if it was only revealed and not shot out. The entire boot is fireproof, and despite the wide array of tools in the boot, the base weight of it before all of that is so light that it is about the same weight as the average shoe.

How chakra plays in:
The user can channel wind or fire chakra into the boot, allowing it to catch fire or be covered in sharp raging winds. They can also channel raw chakra into a specific location or all around it to give off a blast of chakra that can be used offensively or to blast the user off the ground or in a certain direction. If said blast of chakra hits someone, it does B ranked damage. The blast is so strong that it can push the user up to 20 meters in the air, through mud, dirt, and other obstacles if need be.

-Can only be taught to use by Leathercandle
-The blast from the boots can be used 5 times per battle, and cannot be used twice in the same move

Declined - the first part of the abilities is fine, just say they abilities cost a move per turn. The second part is actually a combination of 3 cj that i own, Power of the fire dragon, power of the wind dragon, and fire stream. Just used in your boots.

(Raiton: Harukusumasshu) - Lightning Style: Hulk Smash

Description:
The user channels lightning chakra through their arms and hands, forcing them to vibrate slightly and visibly give off small stray bolts of lightning here and there (purely aesthetic unless someone is within a food of the user, where it will give them painful zaps and numb them). The user then clasps their hands together, and slams them down onto a foe from above. The lightning chakra added into it has enough voltage to numb and paralyze things as large as entire elephants and whales. The danger of this technique is attributed to the impact of the hands though. The lightning chakra enters the user's muscles and stimulates them, increasing their size dramatically momentarily, which creates the power. The lightning chakra also enhances the speed of this attack, as the muscles are so developed which allows greater control over them. It could also be attributed to the general truth that lightning techniques are often of very high speeds due to the way the chakra in them works. This attack can shatter entire skeletons by having the skull smash down into the opponent's body, and destroy their ribs and spine, and then bones below. With so much excess lightning chakra running through the user's body after this technique is preformed, the user becomes immune to B ranked and below lightning techniques for one turn.

-The user suffers 30 damage after using this due to so much chakra running through them violently

(Fūton: Shingan no Dai Sanji) - Wind Style: God Eye Calamity

Description: A highly effective and difficult technique involving one's Fūton chakra, God Eye Calamity is just as dangerous as its name suggests. However, depending on the user's mastery of the element Shingan no Dai Sanji can actually have adverse effects. The style is divided into two ranks for adepts and novices of Fūton release. The first variant of A ranked allows someone without a Fūton specialty to channel their chakra into their head and neck area. From there they will have their eyes focus on a target within mid ranged of their vision while amassing the chakra into the forehead region right above both eyes. Once the target is set the user will fire a highly condensed tubular shape of wind about an inch thick and slightly translucent, with similar appearance to the Wind Blade, at said target. This tube of wind will act like a lance, able to pierce through objects and people like a high caliber round. It's a projectile attack rather than stream and as noted before, is A ranked in strength. The charging sequence doesn't take long and behaves just as fast any other chakra molding technique and the firing is just as fast as any other wind technique. However, for those who possess exceptional control over Fūton they have access to the higher ranking side of the technique, the 'Calamity' side per say. This S ranked version requires the formation of the hand seals (Ram and Boar) to properly guide the chakra through the user's body and have it culminate in the head area safely. Once this is done the user will release a blindingly white beam of condensed wind and chakra which is 4 feet thick as opposed to its weaker variant. This version is a stream type and can be prolonged so long as the user keeps fueling chakra (-20) to keep it active. This S ranked version can reach up to long ranged and is able to grind away structures and people to nothing like an eraser beam. Both A and S ranked attacks are able to adopt a slight curve in their trajectories to hit targets that may be hiding but this curve has to be initiated at launch and cannot be sharper than a ninety degree turn.
Note(s):
- A ranked version can be done 3x, with a turn cool down.
- S ranked verison can only be done 2x and requires a Fūton affinity to perform, with a two turn cool down.
- After the S ranked version is used the user is restricted to A ranked Fūton during the turn performed and the next.

The first component begins with the molding of one's Fūton specialty to channel their chakra into their head and neck area. From there they will have their eyes or any other extra sensory means focus on a target within mid ranged of their vision (or range of whatever sensory the user is capable of) while amassing the chakra into the forehead region right above both eyes. Once the target is set the user will fire a highly condensed tubular shape of wind about an inch thick and a meter long and slightly translucent, with similar translucent appearance to the Wind Blade, at said target. This tube of wind will act like a lance, able to pierce through objects and people like a high caliber round. It's a projectile attack rather than a stream one and is A ranked by individually. Once this wind lance is fired the user will form the Seal of Confrontation and focus his Katon chakra within the tube of wind and have both chakra natures co-exist without irritating the other, think of water running through a pipe. The Katon chakra serves as the real killer side to the technique as once the wind tube connects with a solid object the wind is uncontrollably blown from shape which in turn agitates the Katon chakra and causes a dense and powerful deflagration which stretches up to short range. I say deflagration instead of explosion because, the resulting detonation has just the right amount of Katon and Futon chakra that it rages with pure wind/fire might that sends slight shock waves of heat and wind throughout impact area (short ranged) that can affect opponents that weren't even directly hit by the attack, and then it all dies out in less than a second. That translated into the time frame logic means its quick, hot, and powerful, but also very fast (the explosion, not the projectile) and can be over before it was even realized. The Katon chakra inserted into the Futon tube is A ranked in strength which in turn makes the technique and overall S rank. Shingan no Dai Sanji is also able to adopt a slight curve in its trajectory to hit targets that may be hiding but this curve has to be initiated at launch and cannot be sharper than a ninety degree turn.

Declined - two chakra natures requires Y/Y even if the wind is a projectile. If not, use the basic wind blade jutsu of some sorts and have a fire jutsu that ignites it.


(Kōan Genjutsu: Jōmyō Inin)- Koan Illusion: Mortal Dictata

Description: The Jōmyō Inin or "Mortal Dictata" is a Genjutsu developed by a skilled Uchiha during one of his episodes of meditation. The nature of the illusion was a paradox placed on his mind that tampered with how he perceived opportunity and misfortune. He later recorded these feelings and became able to replicate them in the minds of others through chakra, making it a Genjutsu. The technique begins with a Ram hand seal and placing the chakra on the opponent(s)' mind. The illusion has two parts; fortune or misfortune, and will be highlighted below.

Fortune | Kōun: This side of the illusion tampers with the opponent's visual cortex where it completely changes the appearance of the user and his techniques. The user will appear gravely injured and weak in the opponent's eyes. This can be anything from missing limbs to profuse bleeding. Again, this is a visual illusion is does not actually tamper with the opponent's cognitive perception of the user, it only provides visual stimuli that would lead him/her to believe the opponent is actually injured. The second use to this side of the technique is how it affects the visual information of the user's jutsu as well. In other words, a grand fireball from the user may appear like a measly fireball to the opponent.

Misfortune | Fukō: This the second side of the illusion changes the opponent(s)' visual perception of the user and his techniques so that they appear much more superior to theirs. The user may appear godlike, in their peak condition and appear very capable of combat. This also applies to the techniques where a simple wave of water may appear even more devastating, like tsunami level. Of course the illusion doesn't actually change the rank and damage of the user's techniques, it only changes the appearance.

Both sides, Kōun & Fukō, can be used simultaneously, but on different minds. Meaning, the user may place Fukō on one opponent and Kōun on another at the same time they activate this technique. This can lead to incoherence between allies and further aid the user. However, it is impossible to cast both sides of the illusion on one person at the same. However, if this double use is used the technique is used twice and hence can't be used again. But if the user applies one at a time he may wait a while before using it again. ime.

Note(s):
- Can only be used 2x.
- Kōun & Fukō lasts 2 turns each on the opponent(s), with a three turn countdown between each individual use.
- No Genjutsu above B ranked for a turn after the illusion times out.


Declined - It's an S rank gen with hardly any restrictions, this would take and F rank surge to break so i wont approve stuff like this lightly. Now the fact that you say it makes your jutsu look godlike, how does this work, Godlike to me is light and shiney all holy power, where as a small fireball getting bigger is a different sotry, but tit wouldn't just be an illusion on the jutsu it would effect all the surroundings around the jutsu also, if create awave of water with this jutsu, then use the second effect to make it look bigger and stronger it would also desimate the terrain as it goes, taking alot of skill and concerntration to keep up such an illusion, you'd have to constantly maintain a high level of chakra control which would limit what you could actually do while this is active.

(Suiton/Raiton: Kamisori no ejji de) - Water/Lightning Release: On The Razor's Edge

Description: The user performs a series of two hand seals and channels his chakra in to a water source of any type in the vicinity or in to the falling rain, should the user know rain release. Once they have done so they will exert control over the water forming a spiraling vortex around the opponent. The vortex is self sustaining once formed around the opponent and will continue to shrink close to them each moment that passes, at which time the user now free to attack once more due to the nature of the vortex will make one more handseal using an ability similar to the fangs of lightning technique, he will cause bolts of lightning to strike the edges of the vortex, before finishing with a final handseal that uses shape manipulation to take control of the lightning shaping it in to a multitude of razor sharp spikes similar to Chidori senbon, this happens as the vortex reaches the opponent, crushing and impaling them inside it's powerful shell.
Note(s):
- Can only be used once in a battle
- The height of the vortex is a grand total of 30 meters with a total diameter of only 3 meters. Making it very difficult to escape by going upwards.

(Ototon Genjutsu: Ro-ringu Ikazuchi)- Sound Release Illusionary Art: Rolling Thunder

Description: By releasing their sound chakra into the atmosphere, the user would be "feeding" the clouds sound energy to be used for the jutsus purpose. Which is the ability to magnify the effects of thunder. The sporadic thunder noises upon areas that match this jutsus necessity become the jutsus vocal point and source for this jutsu to take effect (these weather patterns may be man-made, or natural) . The user then uses the high resonance and amplitude of the thunder's noise as a medium for casting genjutsu. The effects of the genjutsu would be to simply cause an unbearable amount of pain which would feel as if the opponent's brain was repeatedly being beaten into, giving the effects of thunder and vibrations "stuck" in the opponents head, believing to feel these intense effects on their brain. With this intense throbbing within the victims head, it would nullify advance cognitive ability and quick thinking for physical reaction. Along with the pain distorting the opponent's ability to mold chakra effectively (won't be able to perform S-Ranks and above) due to this intense pain occurring inside one of the important chakra points of the body; the brain.

Note: This jutsu can only be used if clouds are present.

Description: The user activates an ability that increases the hardness of their earth-based techniques (including KG/CE) to solely increase their defensive abilities. This technique employs the same hardening as that seen in Earth Release: Earth Spear (Kakuzu’s signature technique). Techniques affected by this jutsu look much darker on creation, with the earth very nearly becoming black in appearance. While this technique doesn’t boost the damage of techniques, it allows them to defend against boosted attacks of most kinds (still following elemental S/W). This hardening grants the technique the ability to defend against techniques with 20 more damage points than usual. Activating this ability does not require any time whatsoever and is instant. This is because it does not do anything when used independently, and its effects are only realized when another earth-based technique is used. This ability can only be applied to jutsus that are solid and have their own physical form. This technique cannot be used on anything that deals damage directly (the damage part of the technique must be “N/A” or zero). Simply put, this technique is purely defensive in usage.

Notes:
Lasts for four turns
Can only be used twice per battle
Will not work on mud or sand-based techniques
Elemental S/W remains unchanged

Doton: Gifuto bāto | Earth Release: Gift Bad

Description:
Gifuto bāto is a technique based directly from the added weight techniques used from Iwagakure, though with this variant the user applies the affects to a specific area. To be exact, the user fills the ground within a short range radius around himself with Doton chakra to create a dark circular zone which holds the affects of the technique. Anyone/anything that steps into the darkened area would suddenly have their weight increased substantially, forcing them to the ground from the weight + gravity pulling them down. The newfound weight of the victim(s) would be enough to even break the ground, essentially burying them into the rock as they're pinned down. The affects don't stop at just the person/thing the weight is applied to, but also everything on that person. This means if a Shinobi wielding weapons and such were to step into Gifuto bāto, not only would their bodies be affected by the weight change, but any weapon directly connected would also be weighed down. Though very affective for detaining people, this technique has its flaws and openings just as any other. The affects are only applied if someone touches the darkened area, thus objects/people/animals flying over it wouldn't be affected unless they landed. This leaves openings for projectiles or airborne opponents to reach the user without being affected.

Declined - love the idea, reminds me of FT, but make it so i can only be active for 4 turns in total, takes up one of your moves per turn while active and state how many X it increases their weight. Lastly just describe you infuse your chakra into the ground 5m around you and when they step on it the chakra is released up through their legs first increasing their weight and into the rest of their body, bringing them down to the ground.

(Ototon: Levicorpus) - Sound Release: Levicorpus

Description: A rather weak Sound jutsu, this is used to cause a foe small annoyance by lifting him in the air. This works by the user speaking a Sound (Levicorpus) and causing a set of waves to form around the opponent's leg, isolating the lower leg with a powerful wave. The purpose of this isn't to deal damage, however; after forming the wave, the user then causes it to move, the isolated leg moving with it, flipping him upside down in the process. Causing no damage, this hindering Sound jutsu is used to cause annoyance to the opponent as it lifts him into the air, slowly hoistering him higher and higher. This is ideal to use against an opponent as they perform handseals, interrupting them and forcing a momentary pause in their actions as they are flipped upside down. The user must also accompany this phrase with a jerking movement, done with their hand or a held item.

The new cycle starts on 24/03/2016 (at 16:00 GMT +1) and ends on 30/03/2016. The thread will be closed up to a week so we can check any remaining submissions and then it will be re-opened.

Rules of all upcoming cycles
1) Checking will happen throughout the week rather than at the end. Only make your submission when its complete as its liable to being checked there and then. No need to rush like crazy to submit your stuff since as you've seen, I check things in a random order.

2) To avoid clutter you're only allowed to make one post. This means if your post is checked and it only contains one technique, you cannot make another post to submit additional techniques. If you wish to submit the full three techniques, I suggest you post them all in one post when all of them are ready.

3) Of course this means resubmissions in the same cycle are no longer allowed.

4) You cannot edit your post if even one of your techniques has been checked by a moderator.

5) Techniques I deem too long for no reason will be declined automatically.

6) If you get a decline don't VM, PM or IM any mods about it. We've been pretty relaxed with the red rule but a lot of people have been taking advantage lately.

The sudden replacement of memories for these depressing ones cause the target to become emotionally shut down, immobilizing them as their minds become to numb to will them to move.

Should the XO layer be broken, the second layer, The Host, kicks in. The Host causes a trance-like state of euphoria to fill the target's body, similar to the effects of an intense drug high. This intense euphoria enhances, rather than hinders, the target's five senses, but is in no way beneficial. Sensations that the target perceives become multiplied and compounded onto each other. Description: A highly effective and difficult technique involving both one's Fūton & Katon chakra, God Eye Calamity is just as dangerous as its name suggests. However, depending on the user's mastery of the aforementioned elements Shingan no Dai Sanji can actually have adverse effects. The style is divided into two parts. The first component begins with the molding of one's Fūton specialty to channel their chakra into their head and neck area. From there they will have their eyes or any other extra sensory means focus on a target within mid ranged of their vision (or range of whatever sensory the user is capable of) while amassing the chakra into the forehead region right above both eyes. Once the target is set the user will fire a highly condensed tubular shape of wind about an inch thick and a meter long and slightly translucent, with similar translucent appearance to the Wind Blade, at said target. This tube of wind will act like a lance, able to pierce through objects and people like a high caliber round. It's a projectile attack rather than a stream one and is A ranked by individually. Once this wind lance is fired the user will form the Seal of Confrontation and focus his Katon chakra within the tube of wind and have both chakra natures co-exist without irritating the other, think of water running through a pipe. The Katon chakra serves as the real killer side to the technique as once the wind tube connects with a solid object the wind is uncontrollably blown from shape which in turn agitates the Katon chakra and causes a dense and powerful deflagration which stretches up to short range. I say deflagration instead of explosion because, the resulting detonation has just the right amount of Katon and Futon chakra that it rages with pure wind/fire might that sends slight shock waves of heat and wind throughout impact area (short ranged) that can affect opponents that weren't even directly hit by the attack, and then it all dies out in less than a second. That translated into the time frame logic means its quick, hot, and powerful, but also very fast (the explosion, not the projectile) and can be over before it was even realized. The Katon chakra inserted into the Futon tube is A ranked in strength which in turn makes the technique and overall S rank. Shingan no Dai Sanji is also able to adopt a slight curve in its trajectory to hit targets that may be hiding but this curve has to be initiated at launch and cannot be sharper than a ninety degree turn.

The technique begins with a Ram hand seal and placing the chakra on the opponent(s)' mind. The illusion has two parts; fortune or misfortune, and will be highlighted below.

Fortune | Kōun: This side of the illusion tampers with the opponent's visual cortex where it completely changes the appearance of the user and his techniques. The user will appear gravely injured and weak in the opponent's eyes. This can be anything from missing limbs to profuse bleeding. Both sides, Kōun & Fukō, can be used simultaneously, but on different minds. Meaning, the user may place Fukō on one opponent and Kōun on another at the same time they activate this technique. This can lead to incoherence between allies and further aid the user. However, it is impossible to cast both sides of the illusion on one person at the same. However, if this double use is used the technique is used twice and hence can't be used again. But if the user applies one at a time he may wait a while before using it again. ime.

Declined - It's an S rank gen with hardly any restrictions, this would take and F rank surge to break so i wont approve stuff like this lightly. Now the fact that you say it makes your jutsu look godlike, how does this work, Godlike to me is light and shiney all holy power, where as a small fireball getting bigger is a different sotry, but tit wouldn't just be an illusion on the jutsu it would effect all the surroundings around the jutsu also, if create awave of water with this jutsu, then use the second effect to make it look bigger and stronger it would also desimate the terrain as it goes, taking alot of skill and concerntration to keep up such an illusion, you'd have to constantly maintain a high level of chakra control which would limit what you could actually do while this is active.

This technique also prevents the opponent from generally performing any Earth technique that involves manipulation of the earth, due to the presence of the 5m deep chakra-infused mud layer that prevents the opponent from manipulating the earth. Seeing how the Nara clan uses basic ninja tools and traps in order to make deadly attacks, with which it is regarded as one of the strongest clans in Konoha and the smartest shinobis ever, this technique was developed to take on the concept of traps, and putting a lot of wood tweaks to it. By using the Snake handseal, the user would release his Mokuton chakra through his feet, transporting it into the ground below him. The chakra would be focused in a spot that is decently away from the surface, so no vibration could be felt by either the opponent or the user. The user would create a large layer of wood that would cover any distance from short to long range to him. This layer of wood would act as a source from which several roots would emerge and travel upwards, reaching up to 1 meter from the ground. The roots would also emerge quietly and move slowly in order to make no vibrations or sound whatsoever. As the roots reach this far from the surface of the ground, several small branches gets out of it and slowly pierces the ground. Due to the size of the branches, it would be really hard for the opponent to see it, unless he really concentrated on it, and it would also depends on the terrain (i.e it would be impossible to see it in a grassy terrain.). These small branches exists for one purpose, and one only, which is acting as a trigger. Once the opponent steps on them (or in case they emerge from below the ground, once the opponent touches them) the roots would rapidly emerge out of the ground and bind, impale or restrict the opponent. The user can make one extra handseal to wrap explosive tags around the roots while underground, the same way it is done in the Hidden Explosive Tags Technique, but that would count as a jutsu.

Description: An advanced lightning techniques that requires a high level of shape manipulation, unlike any other technique and that is due to how condensed lighting would be. This technique could be used in one of the three ways. One, the user would focus his lightning chakra into the ground in any spot he desires. After that, the user would shape his lightning chakra into any construction he desires, roots, pillars, tables, swords, spears etc.. meanwhile condensing the lightning chakra. This condensation would make the lightning lose it's normal form, and turns it into a semi-solid form which permits making such structures. The other method is to apply the same pressure into the chakra, but while creating the chakra from his body which allows him to create such structures form his body. In such case, the user can detach the construction, or let it attached to his body for a certain use. The last method is by making the weather cloudy and creating the constructions out of the clouds. But that is not all. This technique had another purpose, which may or may not be regarded as better than the three mentioned before. Due to the nature of this technique, the user can use other lightning techniques as a source for these lightning structures (i.e creating lighting roots from lightning bullets etc...). The affects of such structures are also different than normal lightning techniques. Due to how condensed the lightning is, it doesn't payalze when it hits the opponent, but rather, it burns as well as numbs the respective area the constructions hits.

In theory, the blade appears to be a somewhat odd looking, but relatively simple, sword. The sword is actually quite the opposite. It actually has multiple unique abilities, each different from the last.

Immortal Object:
The Elucidator's metal is one currently unknown to anybody except the sword's creator. All that is known about it is that even when hit by some of the most powerful weapons, techniques, and even natural disasters, the sword has never maintained so much as a scratch over its 300 year lifespan, therefore being defined as an immortal object, being completely indestructible. The sword itself can cut through defenses of hardness equal to that of doton or lower of B-Rank or lower. Any harder than Doton, and the sword can only cut through C-Rank of it.

Flawless Cut:
The Elucidator's edges are sharp enough to cut a human being and draw blood if they so much as tap the blade. This makes the sword especially unaffected by air resistance, as it is able to flawlessly cut through the air surrounding the blade during a strike. This means its cuts are extremely quick, almost 1.5x that of a standard katana being used by a warrior of similar power to the wielder of the blade.

Moonlight Empowerment:
The moonlight pulse is the Elucidator's most powerful ability. By surging their chakra into the blade, the user will cause the sword to brightly glow in a sky blue shade. This is a sign that the blade is charging power. When using this, the blade will gain access to it's special technique (to be posted), and will gain +20 damage to other kenjutsu, dealing larger cutting and impact damage when being used, as well as gaining strike speed. This effect lasts a single turn, and costs a move to activate.

Declined - as soon as you mention an unknown metal that creates a new element of sorts so you need to change that to chakra metal or just not mention it. I don't approve indestructable weapons sorry. They will then follow up with a two handed thrust, following with another reverse one handed spin attack. The user will then freeze, and will not follow through after delivering the final strike. Due to the speed at which the moves are performed and at which the blade moves, 4 sky blue crescent blades will appear to blast out from the target, signifying the combo's completion. These blades are really just compressed air currents, each representing one of the slashes performed.This attack will almost certainly kill an opponent if 1 or more of the strikes make contact, as the speed at which the hits are delivered becomes nearly immeasurable due to the gained momentum throughout the combo. The combo can also be started without the parry, simply by initiating the attack the way one normally would.

Kuranon is a very small crab, about half the size and height of a human being, and has a white coloration instead of the usual brown shell. This is because he actually has an underdeveloped shell. Because of this, a single A rank attack can cause him to disperse. This means that if he takes two B ranks, 4 C ranks, or 8 D ranks, he will disperse. He however, because of this lack of defense, is absolutely blazingly fast. He appears as a blur to the average eye and uses this to his advantage. How he does this? Taijutsu. Kuranon is one of the very few crabs able to use effective taijutsu. His form of taijutsu is rather different though. He uses a special style of taijutsu known as Crab Kenpo (techniques to be posted.). In this style, he will deliver attacks through use of his pincers, by closing them, making them act as fists. He also has two large legs at the back of his body, similar in shape to his normal ones, except larger and usable for kicking attacks. Kuranon, of course, like all other crabs also has the ability to use water release attacks up to the s rank.

Lightning Release: Archangel Soul | Lightning Release: Tenshi No Tamashii

Description:
Kirito Uchiha surges lightning chakra throughout his body. So much so that one can even see the lightning crackling around his body. Suddenly, he will begin jettisoning it in massive quantities, resulting in a massive column of light of appear. After the light fades, Kirito is left standing with Light Blue Hair instead of his usual Black color. This is because the lightning actually begins to affect the keratin in his hair, changing its color due to the chakra's influence. During this state, because he is jettisoning chakra from his body in such quantities, it takes a form of its own. When being viewed with any form of dojutsu or chakra vision, the chakra will appear to take the form of a pair of wings, made of lightning. This effect is similar to that of the nine tailed fox in the chuunin exams, how to neji, he saw the outline of the fox and felt it's presence. Everybody else could only feel it's presence. The same is for this jutsu, people who cannot see the wings will simply feel a massive presence of lightning chakra, causing their hairs to stand on end. The main effect of this technique is not cosmetic however. It connects Kirito to the static field in the air around him and his opponent up to long range, allowing him to feel and control it at will. The technique does this with the initial flash of light, as the flash is Kirito's chakra simply be sent out into the area around him, connecting him to the static field. This means Kirito becomes Hyper-Aware of his surroundings, feeling whatever his opponent feels, as the sense of touch is stimulated by static. This could be a rock, or the air around them, meaning this gives Kirito a "Perfect" 360 sensory field. Kirito can anticipate attacks, and essentially feels everything around him, living or non-living. But this state has two flaws. First, he cannot use Sharingan while under this state due to the stress this causes on his body, and the chakra control needed. The state does not enhance his reactions, meaning he cannot react to things he physically isn't fast enough to dodge. Unlike the sharingan, which slows things down, Kirito simply feels things at the speed they happen, meaning he only gains knowledge of attack type and direction. The state also lasts only 4 Turns, having a one use policy. The jutsu's final ability is it's greatest. As the sense of touch is enabled by contact with static fields, causing a neuron to fire, simulating feeling depending on texture, Kirito can manipulate the field of static around his opponent, causing them to lose their sense of touch. How? He simply manipulates the static so it gives a positive charge, disabling it's ability to give a response to another positive charge, which is what the body uses to feel. This ability costs a move however, and takes up a move slot each turn it is active. The final drawback of the technique is that the user cannot use any tangible elemental technique types while it is active, such as earth, or any solid KG element/CE. They also cannot use wind abilities due to the conflicting chakra natures and the level of Elemental Affinity required to perform this technique.

Description: The user will gather enormous amount of Lightening chakra throughout their body, surge it outward continuously on the edge of the users skin all at once much like (Raiton: Chidori Nagashi) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Current. This enormous release of raiton will shock and numb all entities caught across it's path outwards, by manipulating their raiton chakra, they'd generate a non-focused electricity filled barrier-like bubble (S-ranked) that's sustained by the user. Within this created space of flowing electricity, the user and victims will be under a constant electric shock every-moment, numbing number-less parties upon first interaction. Even though they're within the bubble, they'll still feel normal air breezes and such regularities. The reason being that is that everything within the bubble is constantly covered in the user's raiton chakra, which acts like Static electricity upon everything in the user's radiance limited to mid-range. The user will then proceed to create portals that appear in dark stormy-like wave forms from where-ever they can precisely perceive their targets or desire as long as within the bubble/barrier. These portals being much like those from (Doton: Otoshibuta) – Earth Release: Dropping Lid, allow the user earthen-like artifacts, granted to him/her access of all the world's treasures that he/she can recall through being alive during his/her life, which include prototypes of other shinobi's custom weapons, and s/he can launch them as through as the strongest arrows towards his/her opponents. While s/he may sometimes choose to wield them as regular weapons, its preferred to use mainly for fights like by raining down an infinite amount of weapons on his/her opponents. The weapons can ignite in a flame explosion relative to (Katon: Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu) - Fire Release: Mist Blaze Dance Technique (due to the forming of the mud-gassed harden tools within portal) as long as they're within the bubble/ barrier upon user's will (mentally or verbally). This doesn't add to Taijutsu but gives a more unique pain and method of attack, numbing on first contact of barrier/bubble and shocking inwards of prolonged stay within vacancy of it. Metal/ conductive stuff, entries, or subjects will be electrified within the bubble/barrier as well. The user can ready numerous weapons, letting their hilts stick out when s/he is waiting and instantly showing the weapons when about to fight. Description:

These roots start from 15 inches deep as they head through the ground around in a radiance from the user, reaching as deep within the earth's mesosphere mantle. This jutsu's main advantage is it's very aspect of canceling doton from ever starting as it runs through the deep grounds simply ending the doton jutsu in its tracks. While active, their body which generates non-focused electricity the will keep them surging chakra streaming right into the ground through her/his feet to sustain the jutsu altogether. However the user cannot use other techniques besides lightning release or physical based techniques while sustaining the technique.

The added features can be anything from conventional limbs such arms and legs or they can be body parts exhibited by animals/summons such as horns, claws, tentacles, tendrils, spiked protrusions, scales and so on. The size of these added features will be proportional to the size of the sentient creation. The extra bodily enhancements can be made from solid rock or they can be made purely from sticky mud. Declined - remember, with the jutsu above, you can only control the arms and legs as it mimics your movements. If you make a tail or winds they will be inanimate, so if you take control of say a stone golem with the first jutsu, then make wings with this jutsu, the wings would be useless through your own controlling method, unless you want to reword it. Also also it can't be instant say they grow and form fast like earth spikes do or something.

Declined - Now, i'd rather you make all this into one jutsu with three abilities. Each one taking up a move per turn and that it can only be used on one thing at a time. So with this one jutsu i'll give you an example:

You create an earthen lid:
You then use one move to take control of it
Second move to grow tendrils as it drops that you use as arms to pull them back under the lid. Have it as a mode of activation and while using any of the three effects you can't perform any other jutsu, it's almost like a elemental puppetry jutsu if you will with broken down effects to control, mimic and grow.

Description: Before performing their next doton technique that emerges from the earth, the user infuses the ground below with their koton chakra to create a layer of black steel just beneath the surface. As the earth technique rises, the layer of steel will morph around it to encase it in the form of a coating of black steel scales. The size of the layer will always be proportional to the scale of the technique about to be used. The result is the original technique once fully surfaced technique being completely enveloped in a chassis of glossy metal. It could be said that the technique is "wearing an armour" as the coating boosts the defensive abilities of the technique considerably. The armour of scales "worn" by the technique is the equivalent of an A-Ranked Steel technique and is purely defensive in usage (meaning it will not boost the damage techniques can inflict). Affected techniques do not become dual-elemental, simply layered. For example, using this on a B-Rank Earth technique will make it so the exterior is an A-Rank Steel technique and the interior is a B-Rank Earth technique. Destroying the exterior of metallic scales will expose the underlying rock and this will leave a B-Rank Earth technique. While seemingly powerful, an S-Rank Lightning technique would destroy an S-Rank Earth technique coated with this A-Rank Steel armour and still continue onwards. The main purpose of this technique is to make the user's own earth techniques superior to that of the opponent's. It is still vulnerable to Lightning. Formation of this metallic armour is passive and does not result in the premature termination of earth techniques which require maintenance such as the Earth Dragons and the Stone Golems. The usage of this technique and the one succeeding it (the jutsu that will be clad in the steel) occur in the timeframe of a single technique.

This allows the user to evade attacks that would have otherwise landed or close the gap between an opponents at mid or long range. The shards come together as quickly as they erupted but their reformation is an audible process even at a long-range distance (it sounds like thousands of nails scratching against each other). However, the time of reformation is significant enough to allow the opponent to react to the user’s next attack regardless of the distance between them. That combined with the technique being easily heard by anyone means this technique’s nature isn’t intended to be offensive in any way but rather more defensive and supplementary.

shinzō no myakuhaku Is a NinTaijutsu type technique that focuses on the use of Pulsating Senjutsu in conjunction with physical attacks. It is a simple concept, yet can become very useful if used properly. Whenever the user chooses to, he can release from his limbs (Arms or legs) a wave of Senjutsu that acts as a pulse in a chosen direction. The pulse is simple with its affects, simply being able to bluntly push away objects and cause damage with the force. Though a simple trick, the user can use it for not only offensive strikes, but to supplement his movements or even defend. The technique can be used to stop Ninjutsu of the same rank or lower, by causing a pulse of Chakra to push it away. Of course, they'd cancel each other out if the same rank, but if the pulse is stronger it will push the technique away. An example of it supplementing the user's movements would be like them being mid air and kicking in a given direction, using the pulse to push their own body away.

Shady is one of the 5 Guardian Elemental Snakes. These Snakes each specialize in one of the 5 basic elements and are the Manda special minions. Shady has Mastery over the Wind element, being capable of performing all wind techniques up to and including S-rank. To Summon Shady, the user would have to draw blood and wipe it on his Snake Tattoo or do the generic summoning, bringing forth the great wind beast. Shady is an all white snake that is half the Size as Manda and carries all the natural features of a Burrowing Asp. Along with the ability to use Wind, Shady has the 1 special ability that all Guardian snakes have. He's able to convert his body into a breeze of wind, abling himself to evade techniques, Albeit still clearly visible as a white hue. This counts as an A-rank move and can only be used once.

Description:
Ōkui no hebi is a special summoning technique made to call forth a unique group of Snakes from Ryuchi Cave. By drawing blood and clapping ones hands together, one would summon several dozen Snakes of Gluttony. These particular snakes are very small, nearly unable to be perceived by the untrained eye. They'd be summoned directly onto the user, where they'd slither around his body awaiting to be used. These snakes have 2 basic abilities that help them cope with the user in battle. The first is the passive ability to link their Senjutsu with the user's, making it possible for them to blend in and hide within the user's techniques without being directly harmed by them. Once they've enabled themselves capable of blending with the users techniques, they'd infuse their stomachs and mouths with Senjutsu also. This way, when enemy techniques collide with techniques the snakes are hidden within, their defensive capabilities come into play. The snakes are able to converge onto the said technique whether it is solid or energy, and begin eating at it. The Senjutsu present in their mouths and stomachs are violent by nature, ripping apart what comes into contact with it, thus making it a simple task for the snakes to eat almost anything of the same rank or lower. Even though the snakes can be hidden within the user's techniques, they can also defend from and eat techniques directly attacking the user seeing as they are present on his body already.

Declined - first blue, cover your body in fire it will burn them, you can't just have them immune to that. As for the technique overall, you're covering yourself with snakes that eat oncoming jutsu, which i wont allow either.

This hand held shield is made of chakra metal which makes it so the shield can resonate with the user's chakra, be it elemental or regular chakra. This shield is shown as whatever colour the user deems fitting for his style. It has taken years of training to perfect utilizing a shield in battle and taijutsu combat with the shield, but well worth the effort put into it. This particular style and fabricated shield weighs no more then that of a two samurai's katana This shield is round in shape and covers close to half the user when blocking attacks, it also has a strap on the backside for carrying purposes. The strap has built in holder's for three kunai, or three scrolls(similar to a gun strap holding bullets) making for easy access to kunai or scrolls in place securely. The offensive ability behind this shield is usable once every two turns the user is able to infuse the top of the shield with Wind based chakra and by rotating the wind on the face of he shield it boosts the throwing speed and power Rotation of the shield upon contact with a target. The user even has the ability to make the edge of the shield like a saw blade with wind chakra adding a slicing and cutting ability to the wind natured shield. The shield is returned to the user by either attaching a chain of wind that is near invisible or by ricocheting off of things. The user of the shield must catch the shield by its strap which slightly hangs down while being thrown, many shinobi have said that this was the true form of Rasenshuriken. While in wind state shield mode the user can use it in close combat as well smash the enemy in the face or chest with extra force due to the wind chakra on the face of the shield.
It also has the ability to block explosive kunai's and up to C rank Taijutsu, while also adding a +10 boost to damage while using the shield in conjunction with taijutsu and any shield developed taijutsu made at into Freeform or actual jutsu's.

+once per two turns the elemental shield throw and only three times per battle.

This giant hammer was passed down from a woman named Nora Valkyrie. It is a long handled hammer with a big head and a long haft(handle) the length of 5 feet, and weighs in at 20lbs. The head of the hammer is round and flat on the front side and on the back side it comes to an Spike like point . The user can channel wind chakra into the head of the hammer, and use it to propel the backside of the hammer. This gives it a burst of speed that is harder to visually time an attack. This release of wind will help to propel the hammer swings and or rotational swings of the hammer.
The boosting speed is similar to that of a jet stream of wind released from its backside. Having a speedy swing will give extra momentum for crushing blows. Due to the size of the hammer the user can place a foot on the head of the hammer, while it is upside down. The user holding the haft and standing on the head will be able to release the wind from the spike end. This will propel you through mid air combat by jetting you around on the hammer. As seen in the video the she was able to lift herself into the air or around mid air on the battlefield.

Extrovert

Using earth chakra with the hammer and seining it into the ground. A person can create a wave of undetectable tremors throughout the ground up to long range. This will stop any forming of a Jutsu in the earth. And or breakdown any earth Jutsu that are already being controlled in the earth, making them fall apart( up to A rank but not including A ranks).



Restrictions:

+ wind burst requires a full turn cool down between usage.

+ earth wave disruption can only be used twice per battle.

+ earth wave disruption lasts for two turns.

+ weight change can only be used four times per battle, and at the end of the last turn the hammer stays in normal weight.

Description: this young meerkat regular in size 3 feet tall and can stand on two legs and use hand signs Tsuki is a earth sage and able to change his body into the earth and take control of the earth in the perimeter of short range of the summoner. this makes it so the meerkat has control of the earth directly under the summoner for the duration of four turns. This allows the meerkat to block A rank and below earth Jutsu the are used through the ground. He also has the ability to feel vibrations across the ground meaning that if an enemy begins using earth and or even just moving across the battlefield. This means that he is able to feel even the slightest of pressure that is applied on the earth's surface. He also can utilize vibrations from his paws. By placing them on the ground breaking down earth based making the enemies earth jutsu's crumble apart once per turn by enhancing and sending more power into the earth with a vibrating paw touch ( raw chakra Vibrating at high speed).
Tsuki is able to use up to A rank Doton jutsu's only when he is above ground and not when he is fused with the ground. he is even able to use doton jutsu that require handsigns.

+Behemoth
This hammer has a unique trait that while swinging it and using wind to boost the speed of the swing. The user can manipulate a portion of wind propelling the hammer to envelop around the head. Doing this the user can enlarge the size ( double the size) of the hammers head coating it with wind to increase its close combat range. When used in conjunction with tempest strike the user will have to use two slots to use behemoth with tempest strike.







Restrictions:

+ every time an ability is used it uses a Jutsu slot.

+behemoth can only increase the size of the hammer head twice per battle.

+ tempest strike requires a full turn cool down between usage. This also gives a +5 damage boost.

+ Talley Hoooo can only be used twice in the same turn.

Description: after summoning any A rank meerkat. The animal is then able to form two hand signs and release a special dander that is imbedded with fire chakra. This dander has condensed fire chakra that once it touches you it burns the skin. This cloud of dander will be bright orange when release and will linger in the air for two turns or until dispersed. The cloud can reach into the up to 8 feet high.

With an extra Handseal the summon can transform the fire dander into a clone of itself that can be sent out at the enemy or used as a type of diversion. This form however is slightly different as it will engulf and surround on touching anything solid.
