(Raiton: Sanjakubo Doki) - Lightning Release: Sanjakubo's Wrath

Description: The user gathers a very large amount of Raiton chakra in his hands and raises them up. He, then mutters a simple player and sends Raiton chakra toward the sky continuously, summoning a figure, which looks like the Tengu God, Sanjakubo. The figure is entirely made up of lightning. He's about 5 m tall and 3 m wide. Upon the user's command, he can attack the opponent, sending several thin, but powerful lightning streams at him from its mouth. The user can also launch it at the opponent, after performing the Ram handseal upon which he explodes into 100 small sized lightning bolts, which are enough to kill the opponent. As a defense, the figure surrounds the user when he channels additional chakra to it and weaves the Tiger handseal. It can bear up to B Rank lightning attacks. A Forbidden Rank lightning however, destroys the figure. The figure lasts only for 2 turns, after which it disappears with a bright light. Summoning the figure damages the user's hands after the jutsu is over and the user suffers 2nd degree burns on his hands.
Notes:
-Can be only used by Nāruto
-The user has to maintain focus over his chakra for the figure to retain its shape and form.
-Can be only used once per battle.
-Lasts for only two turns
-Cannot use any Forbidden or S-Rank lightning jutsu for the current and next turn.

Whoa, whoa. At the bolded part. You need to emphasize, good sir. How do the lightning streams work? How many exactly and what's the nature of them? How powerful are each? Shouldn't it also count a move?
For the second ability, what do you mean by "a hundred lightning bolts?" Are they small in nature or just an explosion? How does that kill the opponent? And, can you only send him up to mid range?

Description:
This is a jutsu founded during the time of the Third Hokage, but due to its side effect on the user, this technique was abandoned, over the years, after the Fourth Hokage died, Mako stole the scroll and escaped to Kumo, a user will first perform the Tiger- Boar - Snake handseal and then release their Katon chakra into the air above them creating a giant orb of flames ( 5meters radius ) much like a rising sun, this is where this jutsu gets its name, on the user's signal, the orb will release an immense heat wave concentrated on target(s) which could dry up a lake in split seconds, the heat will dry the water content in the opponent's body and at then set them ablaze similar to Pakura's scorch style, the heat of this jutsu has been seen to even increase the temperature of the air around making breathing difficult for target(s), due to the ground being a conductor and having water content, the temperature of the ground is also increased, with a final flick of the user's hand, the user can send the "sun" crashing into a target and causing it to explode up to mid range from the point of contact.

So you're saying that the "sun" can both send out a heat wave and explode on contact? Also, a heat wave is a general area of effect, wouldn't you be affected by this jutsu too given how hot it is?

The explosion affects the user due to the amount of heat released from the explosion.

Description:The user gathers his chakra and releases it as transparent water particles all around him, which refracts light to show an inaccurate location of the user’s position. The refraction operates at any angle around the user, such that anyone who attacks him will be aiming at an empty spot, except for large scale jutsus. It is best used when the opponent’s attention is caught elsewhere, like when they are already handling another jutsu, if the water molecules are hit by a jutsu capable of destroying it ( Following Elemental Weaknesses and Strengths of course ), the suiton particles will disperse stopping the attack ( Elemental Weaknesses ofc ) .

~Needs a turn cooldown between each usage.

Description: Maya's creation is a sound jutsu which falls into the Genjutsu inducing sound waves section, without it being a genjutsu itself. This jutsu would instead be used as a medium for other genjutsus under the users belt. Upon activation of this jutsu, all the genjutsus used by the user would no longer require the normal inducing factors that are described on them, but would instead be induced through the release of high frequency and low energy sound waves. This would allow genjutsus to be used at a quicker rate, however, despite this, once activated the genjutsu would take it's course as described, with no change to the speed or intensity of the illusion itself. Of course the strength of the genjutsu would not change either, nor the normal methods used to release said genjutsu.

Description: Seeing how handseals are usually something which are considered a hindrance in battle due to the jutsus which require them taking a longer time to perform, Roy decided to change that through the use of Hindering Sound waves. This jutsu itself require two hand seals to perform, and whilst those hand seals are being performed, the user would amplify the sound made by his fingers greatly, releasing it as high frequency and low energy sound waves which travel at quite fast speeds towards the opponent. This sound waves do no real physical damage to the opponent but instead focus on making the opponent either lose his sense of balance as his equilibrium is affected, leading to slight dizziness, disorientation and even nausea. Or increase the opponents hear rate, leading to a loss of breath, slowing down movement and reaction time. Both of these effects are temporary and are only in effect when this jutsu is activated or when hand seals are being performed. The effects last the turn that handseals are used on, and all bodily functions would return to normal and the opponent would be in the same state they were before, the turn after, assuming no hand seals are used.

(Mokuton: Ogakuzu no uchiwake) - Wood Release: Sawdust Breakdown

Description:The user channels their mokuton chakra into a wooden creation and when they perform the tiger handseal, they manipulate the mokuton chakra and cause the wooden creation to dissolve into a cloud of small wooden particles. The user can control and manipulate the sawdust (cloud) with hand gestures, similar to Gaara manipulating his sand. The user can create shapes with the cloud made out of wooden particles and when they perform the Ram handseal the wooden particles will attach to each other and the saw dust cloud will turn into a hard piece of wood again. This could be used to reshape wooden creations. But the user could also simply attack the opponent with the sawdust cloud. The more wood that has been dissolve, the bigger the sawdust cloud. The limitations of the amount of wood that'll be dissolved are set by the chakra put into the technique.

Description: Arguably, one of the most powerful attacks in the entire style of Devil's Fist, but actually its most basic application. Simply heating the user's body. By the user entering into his standard Devil's Fist stance, a low and wide stance, in which the knees are slightly bent, and the user's hands are resting near his head. While in this stance, the user is focusing his fire chakra into his body and heating it up as much as he can without it becoming dangerous and harming him in the process. The user will then dash towards the opponent. The user then delivers a flurry of at the very least 4 blows using any part of the body. Knees, elbows, etc. The more attacks he makes, the less focused and coordinated the attacks are. For example if the user were to hit ten blows, they would be much less focused, and each indivual blow would be much less damaging than if the user were to attack with say four blows. During the course of this jutsu, the user's body would be far too hot to touch with an unguarded body part. Unguarded contact would cause severe burning of the opponents' body.

Summoning: Ammit the Devourer (Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Shokomotsu no Ammit)

Description: Ammit is a large pufferfish, appearing to be about the size of an elephant when fully grown. Unlike other pufferfish, his size does not expand or contract. He can still fill his elastic stomach, but he acts as the contract's defensive summon. Ammit has a naturally blue color, but he cannot change his color like other pufferfish. He of course has toxic spikes evident in most pufferfish, but only has the generic poison found in most pufferfish. His poison infects the target, and causes painful burning to tissue. The pain is very great, actually surpassing the pain of a burn. These spines can be launched up to mid range, and are as hard as steel senbon. Launching them at the opponent counts as a move. This ability is A ranked.Ammit is a timid pufferfish, contrary to many others. Instead of fighting, he prefers to relax with some snacks. He has very low self esteem, even though he is actually a capable warrior. Ammit's body is reinforced with a layer of tough scales, underneath his toxic spikes, which can be reinforced at will (making Ammit immune to freeform taijutsu and weaponry) . This layer is extremely difficult to pass through, and would require a jutsu of C rank or above. Although, a weakness is that Ammit has an extreme weakness to raiton. Even the weakest D rank lightning attacks, will be able to easily overpower his toughened scales. He can be summoned right in front of the user to serve as a shield from such attacks. This however, is not at all or even nearly the extent of Ammit's usefulness. Ammit has a very strange stomach. By eating certain materials, his body processes them into a strange substance. A sticky syrup, similar to the kind found in Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field. This is produced when Ammit devours a water jutsu. By absorbing the water jutsu (can absorb water jutsu up to A rank), he can produce this syrup. He can use it in several unique ways as well. He can excrete it through the pores on his skin so that his body becomes covered in it, making him take up the qualities of the syrup (it's stickiness, so that objects when in contact with him will stick to him). He can fire off the syrup in the form of bullets of syrup, equivalent to the rank of the water jutsu absorbed. These bullets of syrup can travel up to mid range, and are the size and diameter of the water jutsu absorbed. In additon, they will count towards the three allowed jutsu per turn.Finally, he can also coat his toxic spines in this syrup, making them much harder to remove if they have pierced an enemy.

Description: The user will either create a ball made up of pure chakra or use a pre-existing soccer ball (CW). They will kick the ball with the inside of their foot, while swinging their leg in a large arc with a heavy follow through. This will cause the ball to have a massive lateral spin. The ball will race towards the opponents location, but due to the heavy follow through the ball will actually pass the opponent during flight, not harming them whatsoever in this stage, but due to the massive spin and force delivered, the ball will make a sudden curve during flight, where it will change direction and had back towards the opponent, by making a circular curve, hitting them from behind. This jutsu makes for a powerful deceptive attack. The user is able to perform the kick in almost any position due to having excelled acrobatic abilities because of the fighting style, the user would just have to make sure they kick the ball correctly.

Description: This is perhaps the most powerful jutsu found in the Devil's Fist fighting style. The user will run up to the opponent, before concentrating his fire chakra into his arms. His arms become extremely heated, and the user begins a gigantic punching assault at the opponent at extremely high speeds. The user's arms appear as a blur, moving faster than most can people can see. This makes it appear as if the opponent is being punched dozens of times, while in reality the opponent is being punched so fast that it appears to be striking the opponent with dozens of hits at the same time. The attack is powerful enough to be able to break through S rank and below earth, and comes in as a very versatile jutsu utilizing the raw strength and speed that is evident in user's of Devil's Fist. The opponent will suffer not only from the blunt impact of the punches, but will also be severely burned after the duration of the attack. The attack is unfocused, and will (if it lands) hit a majority of the opponent's body.

Description and Background:

General Description of the Animal in Real Life:

Despite its name, the Maned Wolf is not directly related to any other living Canid. It is not a fox, wolf, coyote, jackal or dog but a distinct Canid with it's own Genus, although previously it has been placed in the Canis and Vulpes genera based on similar physical traits to other Canid species. Its closest living relative is the bush dog but it is the only known member of the Genus Chrysocyon which means "Golden Dog". It's believed that it's a survivor from the Pleistocene Epoch, which spanned from about 2.6 million to 11,700 years ago. It is the largest known species of canine in South America which can reach up to 4ft tall on all fours and generally weighs around 50-75 pounds.

Physically the Maned Wolf looks like a large, long legged fox with it's fur's main color being red or orange, but they are known for having other fur colors, including black, brown, gray and white, while it's legs and mane are usually black and it's chin, neck and tail's tip are usually white. It has a long, pointed muzzle and large, erect ears as well as a full set of sharp fangs and claws. The Maned Wolf gets it's name from its tendency to raise its mane when it feels threatened or if it is attempting to appear intimidating, raising it's profile so to speak. The Maned Wolf is also known for it's signature odor which has granted it its unfavorable nickname, the "Skunk Wolf". The smell has been likened to cannabis or hops, both of which have a similar substance known as Pyrazine. Another nickname for the species, due to it's slim, long legs and fox-like appearance, is "A Fox on Stilts".

The Maned Wolf's main habitats are flat grasslands or forests where they have evolved with their long legs to look over tall grass for their prey. The Maned Wolf is carnivorous, but it is known to eat vegetables like sugarcane or wolf apple, they even eat insects to supplement their diet. Their general approach to hunting is to find their prey and pounce on it, killing it with their size and weight. What's most interesting about their hunting approach is the fact that they never hunt in a pack. They are monogamous meaning they only mate with one partner during their lifetime, but they live very solitary lives, only meeting for a few months a year to mate and raise their young. Despite their solitary nature, they defend their territory and share it with their mate, using their powerful smells to indicate where they have hunted or buried prey and also to ward off other predators who may try and steal their prey or hunt on their territory.

Background and General Information in the RP:

The Maned Wolves live in a large Forest Region in the South-West of The Land of Fire. This Forest is fairly overgrown, with large tree's that allow very little sunlight into it. The general feel and appearance of the Forest is like that of the 44th Training Ground: The Forest of Death, with a massive network of branches creating an elevated platform high about the sea of flowing roots below. Because of this, rather gloomy, appearance, the Forest has been dubbed "Darkroot Forest". Another off-putting factor of the forest is the Maned Wolf's natural odor. A foul smell which has earned them disfavor from other Canine Summons and those with heightened smells, such as the Inuzuka. This has lead the Maned Wolves to become hostile to other Canine Summons and especially the Inuzuka. This is why the Maned Wolves have remained undiscovered for so long, no one has dared enter Darkroot Forest, because of it's appearance and smell. However, deep within this seemingly deadly forest lies the Darkroot Basin, the Ancestral Meeting Grounds for the Maned Wolves. The Darkroot Basin is nothing short of an oasis amongst the dark and endless roots and branches of the Forest, with plenty of open space and crystal clear waters for the inhabitants to rely on. Also hidden, deeper within Darkroot Forest, there is the Darkroot Garden where the Maned Wolves allow humans to sign their Summoning Contract. Erected in the center of the Garden is a massive gravestone, and inscribed on it, every person who has ever called on the Maned Wolves in battle and have had the courage to call them "friend".

However this is only the home of the Maned Wolves. They don't reside there permanently, when a Maned Wolf reaches a certain age they must venture into the unknown and prove their worth, either in battle or by other means, such as bringing new or valuable knowledge back to their fellow Maned Wolves. Great Warriors of the Contract have extremely distinguished Manes and title's, a sign of their power and a symbol of the respect they receive from their own kind. These Manes vary from simple decorations to more drastic physical changes, such as a Maned Wolf's Mane representing their Natural Elemental Affinity. Because of their "Coming of Age Rite", they have ventured far and wide to various Lands and learned their ways, giving the Maned Wolves great elemental diversity amongst their ranks, as every one of their kind has ventured to a different part of the world and experienced different things.

As Canids they naturally have a great sense of smell and hearing while in battle Maned Wolves can rely on their sharp fangs and claws, as well as their great agility due to their extended leg length, but this makes their legs a weak area since they are longer and skinnier than other Canine legs. Additionally Maned Wolves have their individual skills which vary from Wolf to Wolf, depending on either their Elemental Affinity or area of expertise. Possibly their most "odd" natural feature is their smell. The odor is very potent, causing people to become overwhelmed by it, especially those with a heightened sense of smell, like members of the Inuzuka Clan. The smell itself cannot be exactly likened to anything else on the earth, but has a distinctive "burning" after-scent.

Because of their overall appearance and the general opinion of them, people rarely decide to sign their Summoning Contract, but those who do decide they wish to be associated with the Maned Wolves must receive a tattoo, like all other Summoning Contracts. Very nice choice of animal, never heard of these before. Just a couple of things before it can be approved. Try to condense it a little, there's a lot in there and not a lot of which seems important. The story and in depth background is nice, but it could use a little shortening. Besides that the smell stuff needs to be clarified. You say it affects Inuzuka, but not to what extent. Obviously it can't be anything drastic, though I think saying it rendered their smell tracking abilities useless would be okay.

Since I made a few changes, instead of bolding almost the whole thing, I've listed them here.

  • Changed Name. "Fingā" is just a more literal translation of Finger.
  • Changed Range. Short Range is more accurate than "Self".
  • Changed overall description, including examples of all Elements, not just Fire & Earth.
  • Removed the first Note, as it's useless. A user will be able to tell that it has very little practical battle uses due to it's Rank and Damage, even without the note.
  • Removed the example image.

Then, through the use of chakra control the wind will shape into a large dog-like beast composed solely of wind. Giving off a beastly form, when standing with four feet, his height was twice can be high as a normal-sized adult human. While his total body length ranges up to five meters. The beast commonly called Soyokaze has a body running through confimed wind to form it's legs body and head, while being seemingly covered in round quilt partterns, which have a more aggressive wind properties to them. As it's name and body structure imply, this beast excels in wind manipulation. It has the ability to with a single swipe of it's claws, which can slash human flesh with ease, release a three blade pattern of it's claw, roughly 1 meter in length each blade torwards the target. This can be done successively if wanted, and each 3 bladed swipe has a strength of A rank. Soyokaze's other primary ability is to 'surf' through the air, using it's wind abilities to do so, this is done by one out of 2 methods. While in gale form, the beast can still manifest and solidify only selective parts of it's body if wanted, with the gole of causing damage, such as rushing torwards the target as a gale and then manifesting only a claw to slash at them. The second method of air flight/surfing was developed mainly to give the user aerial movement. Since the beasts body is solid enough to actually allow the user to place themselves on it's back. However turning itself into gale would make the user fall, because of this the beast instead turns only it's four legs into continuous streams of wind. Releasing wind into the opposite direction to carry the user on it's back, while doing this however, it cannot attack in any way. Lastly, the beast of wind can by will turn into a wave of slicing winds when wanted, carrying an S rank strength behind it, once used however, the beast ceases to exist completely. Because of this, this technique is commonly known as Final howl, needless to say, this can only be used 1 time each time Tempestuous Whisk is used. Freeform slashing or biting does not have rank strength, but it can slash and stab into human flesh, though not deep into the bone.

Description: The user does a couple of handseals, focusing their fuuton chakra into the air at a location on the battlefield to generate a slightly flat spinning whirl of vacuum wind, near their position or the target's. The vacuum whirl suspends in the air and is constantly sucking anything it is facing, aslong as within the radius of the sucking motion, the constant twirling of the vacuum creates a shallow but wooming noise, giving it's existance to be aware of to anyone nearby. Anything sucked into it is then forcefully crushed and shred through the pressure within the vacuum, or otherwise have their body partially crushed (like a hand, etc.) should they escape/counter while being sucked almost fully by the vacuum whirl. The vacuum is large enough to suck in even summonings the size of sasuke's hawk; It pulls in anything within a 10 meter radius infront of itself, and can be created no more than 12 meters apart from the user without self-destructing. The technique can otherwise be used as a defensive vacuum, given it has the ability to suck it not only solid matter (live beings), but also fire, lightning, wind or water techniques. Strong elemental techniques however will cause the vacuum to implode on itself. The sucking speed by itself is rather fast, however gives awareness to the victims appropriately before fully consuming them. It cannot be created any less than 10 feet near the target(s).

Descrption: Wonsusla by itself is a supplementary technique, however varying according to its use it may have offensive/defensive uses. The technique revolves around the concept of wind shapeshift. The user forges wind orbs the size of a baseball, which stay adjacent to their body ("Wonsusla"). Remaining afloat through chakra fuel, with a mere thought and a charge of chakra the user can change the wind composing said orb into an object of wind. Example like 2 foot needles to hurl and pierce targets, small shields to block freeform assaults/weapon or solid plate to stand/move. The shape the wind takes depends on the user' needs, and is restricted only to imagination. However the object must follow logics, as one cannot create a large wall of wind, the size is restricted to small-medium sized objects and nothing too advanced like animals either. Objects created are maintained through use of the transmitted chakra. Thus one can manipulate the object to float, move and attack within a short range radius, or otherwise attach it to their body depending on the object. Offensive objects can reach up to mid range without popping.

- Remain four turns before popping.
- Follows Elemental strength and weakness of wind.
- Can only be used x4 per battle & create a max of 2 Wonsulsa per use.
- Aslong as the Wonsulsa is not destroyed, after being used returns to orb shape.

With which, he creates nano-seeds which would get inside the opponent(s)' body as the wood technique/ninja tool touches their body. These seeds are no ordinary seeds, they are different than the other seeds which the user creates in order to sense the presence of the others. By using these seeds, the user is able to produce wood techniques from the enemies' own body from the seeds. With this, the user is to both harm the opponent(s)' by attacking/harming them with the produced wood and also hurt their inner body(ies) as their bodies aren't used to producing wood at all, unlike wood users.

Description: This is a pretty unique wood technique as it is way different than the concept Mokuton depends on. The concept about Mokuton is producing wood from either the user's body, the ground or a water source in order to be of their service during battles. However, it is up-side down here. The user first performs the snake handseal, which is pretty mandatory for most of the wood techniques if not all. Afterwards, the user focuses his Mokuton chakra in an already created Mokuton technique. However, he doesn't simply focuses chakra, he manipulate the properties of the Mokuton chakra in order to give it the ability to drain the Mokuton chakra of the other Mokuton technique, which could be done fully in which the user Mokuton chakra would drain all the Mokuton chakra, turning the Mokuton technique to either a water technique or an earth technique, or semi in which the user's Mokuton chakra would drain some of the Mokuton chakra in the Mokuton technique. This technique was originally created in order to overpower some other elements which could be stronger than Mokuton, however, weaker than it's source, which are earth and water.
Note: This technique would turn a Mokuton technique whose formed from water into water again, or earth into earth again

(Futon: Shou Keiteki) Wind Style: Devastating Whistle

Description: This is a very useful jutsu to keep enemies from getting into close range, and blowing away weapons/items. The user will gather up large amounts of wind chakra into every single pore into their body. Once done, they will release it all at once, creating an immense and powerful breeze of wind from their body in every single direction up to short range. The breeze is so powerful that if one person is in short range, the wind pressure would blow them back into mid range with ease, and even then the opponent can still feel the breeze all the way up to long range (It would feel as if its simply windy from Mid-Long range) It is able to blow away objects giving them more speed (If a kunai was to be thrown at the user and this jutsu is active. It would blow the object back twice as fast due to the wind propelling the weapon backwards) This justu essentially makes it extremely hard to get within short range without being blown back violently. Luckily this jutsu does no physical damage except the small blunt impact of being blown back but that isnt strong enough to do damage. This jutsu is very unique, cause just like chidori has the chirping sound, this jutsu gives off a loud whistling noise, to give off its unique nature of a jutsu as the air currents makes the noise from the users body. This jutsu is in no way offensive so it does no damage whatsoever.

The user will then channel all of his earth chakra into his dominant arm/shoulder that once the opponent is airborne the user will thrust his shoulder into the body of the opponent, sending them flying backwards with major force all the way back to long range with no footing. This taijutsu technique is enough to bust through A rank Earth techniques and even crack the ribcage if landed successfully onto the opponent.

The user will take a stance where their feet are spread slightly apart holding their sword with both hands with the tip of the sword facing outwards. The user will then apply massive earth chakra throughout their whole body, to the point where their earth chakra is so immense and powerful you could see their physical chakra resonating out of their body to where it would cause a very small crater in the ground right below the users feet to signify the major pressure and immense chakra thats being used. Once done the user will wait for an opening. Once the opening is created the user will channel every single ounce of earth chakra he gathered into the tip of the sword as it comes in contact with the opponents body powerfully blasting their body back with major blunt impact. The impact is so powerful that the impact would send a violent shockwave through the whole body, not only breaking the body part that was struck with ease but bruising the whole body. Once this technique is thrusted forward, the force would be so great the the earth from behind the user would lift up when the sword is thrusted forward (This has no affect on the technique. Its just for an epic visual)

Earth chakra is generally used to create blunt damage on impact, not contained explosions by itself so no to the shockwave as well as the earth lifting up, even for dramatic effect. Also, if this is used, it will take two turns at least before it can be used again. ♦

Description and Background:

these are a wading type bird with long legs similar to that of an ostirich, the color variety of these birds is numerous having very bright colors and use this to there advantage being able to change the colors of there feather's to blend into the environments this will be a natural ability of all flamingos.

flamingos are a very unique species of bird for instance they carry around a parasite called feather lice, and have the ability to disperse these lice on the field and the lice in turn can make an enemy itchy and constantly scratching themselves distracting them from simple tasks.
these birds are known flyers and can even stand in mud without sinking because of there webbed feet. being a wading type avian they spend time and are natured to water but are also very adept at flying and and strong affinity to the wind element. these birds will have a very unique taijutsu based fighting style as well because of there long legs they excel at kicking.

flamingos are very social birds being able to communicate with shinobi's and hold a conversation easily, they show very good stragetic planning as well. these birds also have a very long lifespan and aging is that of humans themselves. the older these birds are the more experienced in battle and stronger chakra and abilities they have as well. these birds are known in the ninja universe to be able to disperse shooting there feathers and regrowing them within a very short span of time.

Tengumaru is a large black Kanabo, which is the same height of the weilder and the diameter is 2 feet. it is covered in bladed protusions with a chili pepper coating which make it resemble a cactus, while the handle itself it the length of one foot. it is incredibly strong and sturdy able to withstand and block C rank elemental chakra blast by batting them out of the air(using defense called BATTERS UP)(All but Lightning). the bladed protusions have a very unique ability that they can be charged with katon chakra shot out of tengumaru while the user is holding tengumaru above there head, and forms a single one handed handsign. the protusions can explode into chili powder smoke upon contacting any object with physical form. the protusions will after being fired be replaced by a second set which come out after the other protusions are fired. the smoke upon being unleashed can only span short range of contact and leaves the enemy gasping for air filling there lungs with every breath, while also burning there eyes making them water profusely. the smoke if not countered within the first phase of the enemies turn will leave there eyes useless for one full turn unable to see. it will in all fairness be like eating hot pepper's but instead your inhaling this extreme spicy smoke. knowing that smoke user's use masks they are not affected by the lethal smoke of this chilli smoke. tengumaru is carried hanging across the user's back wrapped up like samehada.

Getting there. Size is still a little big I think. If it was hollow like before 2 feet would be okay, but a solid metal sword with a diameter of 2 feet is going to be heavy as hell. The chili protrusion shot needs a rank (I think A would be good for it). You can't make being hit by it equivalent to S-rank damage. If someone is hit by it they just suffer the damage that would come with getting hit by a large metallic bat covered in spikes. Now if you want to add a special melee attack with that has a rank/limits, that's fine.
Revamped the entire thing making it easier to read and sectioned things to organize reading it.

Looks description: tengumaru is a club of sorts as tall as the user but only 2 feet in diameter. this club is like that of an aluminum bat hollow inside but with a thick shell, the shell of tengumaru has spiked protusions on it that make tengumaru resemble that of a cactus with row's of spiky protusions. the hilt of tengumaru is 2 feet long to make for two handed style of gripping and swinging, it also has cloth on the hilt as well. while not using tengumaru it is wrapped up like that of samehada the 12 swordsman blade. this weapon is made of a metal called Vanadium which is a medium hard, ductile, steel-blue metal. Some sources describe vanadium as "soft", perhaps because it is ductile, malleable and not brittle which gives it good flexing ability without breaking but still very solid and nearly unbreakable in this form of weapon. when not being wielded tengumaru is wrapped up similar to how samehada is wrapped.

Batter Up tengumaru has the naturally gifted ability of being able to bat a jutsu out of the air that has solid form up to C Rank jutsu only. the only thing that it cannot bat out of the air would be anything electrical in nature as this is a metal weapon and would just transfer the electricity to the user.
Restrictions:
-Can only use this once per turn.
-Can only be used five times per battle.
- Can be used to redirect (bat)he jutsu back at the enemy.
-Cannot be used in the same turn as chili pepper protusions.

Spicy explosions The user of tengumaru also has the ability to channel fire chakra to the spiky protusions on the club which have a unique chili pepper coating, and proceed to fire them off of tengumaru while holding tengumaru above head. the user does this by forming a single handed handsign and which in turn sends fire chakra into the spiky protusions and charges them. upon contact with any jutsu or enemy, that of a any object the protusion spikes will explode and also leave a chili pepper smoke behind which clouds the battlefield. the user can also charge the protusions with fire chakra and simply hit the enemy without firing off the spiky protusions but rather making the hit a solid impact with an explosion effect. this however can slightly damage the user from the backlash of the explosion but not cause the same damage as that to the enemy. once the protusions have been fired once a new set of spikes take the old one's place
note:
- spike's used either by hitting or exploding shots are A rank in strength.

Remove the vanadium stuff and leave it as normal everyday iron/steel or whatever they use for weapons. Also, for the batters up ability, batting things back will only work with solid objects like earth or metal. Things like fire, wind or water would simply be destroyed.

-Declined- A few things that need clarification, first, why would the screaming drive someone insane? sure it would hurt his hearing, but you can't force someone insane with a normal genjutsu, such a feat is only achievable through Sharingan genjutsu, Second, you say that his image in the mirror would be paralyzed, but does that mean that he will be paralyzed in the genjutsu which would mean he is paralyzed in reality as well? why? because of fear? it's not possible to be paralyzed this way, the only way he would be paralyzed in reality is that his mind believing that he is paralyzed in the genjutsu, like chains wrapping around his body to prevent movement..etc Also remove that whole getting behind your opponent while in the genjutsu thing, you can do that yourself after performing the genjutsu, no need for it to be there.

Description: The Underground Kings are a series of 7 puppets owned by Sasori of the Red Sand. These puppets are a collection of grey puppets that all have gold crowns on their head and each of them have unique weaponry and techniques. Each puppet is draped in an akatsuki cloak with inverted colors(red Cloak with black clouds). Each of the puppets have a name: Rei, Ichi, Ni, San, Shi, Go and Roku. These puppets belong to the 298 puppet collection Sasori has accumulated and only uses them in dire times.

Rei: Rei is a puppet the size of a average human in height (176 cm). It is a slender puppet modeled after a female body. It has long Red synthetic hair with dark blue pupils. Rei's arms are covered in what seems to be "dragon scales" with a single command, Sasori is able to open up the compartment in a similar fashion to the chakra shield technique but in reverse direction. "Zero" is written on the flaps of the openings. Through the users chakra, She is able to release a burst of raw unfocused chakra. This blast is A rank in strength, reaches up to Mid range and counts toward the allotted moves per turn. Further into her weaponry, with one command the palm of Rei opens and releases a sharp blade that is the length of a katana at great speeds jutting out out like it was compressed by a spring.

Ichi: Ichi is a short puppet standing at 132.62 cm. Because of the puppet's small stature, it can be maneuvered quickly, moving twice as fast as any normal puppet would. Ichi is a young boy with short red hair and covered in an inverted akatsuki cloak. Ichi's arms can extend to mid range and have a flexibility towards them allowed them to be wrapped around enemies and restrain them. With the formation of one handseal, Ichi opens his mouth and reveals a pipe from his mouth with a diameter twice as wide as the pipes Sasori contains in his palms. This pipe can release a large compressed sphere of wind that can reach up to long range and deal A rank damage (This counts as one move). Much like normal puppets, his head just snaps on and can be rotated on its axis, 360 degrees.

Ni and San: Ni and San are twin puppets that function as one entity. Witnessing the kekkei genkai, souma no Kou, these puppets are summoned together under one body that can be separated into two. With the motion of a handseal the user can detach this two from each other by disconnecting their joints from each other and using his chakra strings to control these parts and form then into individual puppets. This counts as a move. These puppets,however can be summoned separated meaning if one wants to put them together it would require a move. While separated, Ni and San are rather large puppets with the bulky bodies. Their hands are plated with a thick piece of metal to increase their impact with physical hits. By focusing lightning chakra throughout the puppets, their fists become electrically charged due to the metal in their hands retaining that lightning. When the lightning chakra is focused into them, their hands give off a distinctive blue,erratic hue. These two puppets are meant to be used for close quarter combat to overpower the opponent. Their punches have enough force behind them to level a large boulder(40 damage; 60 only with lightning chakra added). Focusing lighting chakra into their fists also count as a move per turn. While combined the user cannot imbue them with lightning chakra. These puppets are large in stature standing at 193 cm.

Shi: Shi is the most unique puppet out of the Chika Kindachi. The puppet moves like a beast of burden, crawling on all its limbs much similar to Hiruko. Out of the side of the puppets body, two arms protrude from each side totaling 4 extra limbs(8 limbs in total of the whole puppet.) With the command of the puppeteer, Shi's mouth opens revealing a summoning tattoo on its mouth labeled "Explode." By channeling chakra throughout the puppet and activating that symbol, a carpet of numerous explosive tag balls are released from its mouth. All these explosive tag balls detonate at once creating a large explosion spanning up to mid range equivalent to A rank damage. This counts as a move. Much like a spider, daggers are placed in the middle of all its palms. This can be used for two applications: 1) as a defense measure to attack the opponent if they get to close. 2) The daggers can dig into the surfaces of objects and keep the puppet still securing it to that surface like a spider. These daggers can be shot at an opponent but it loses its ability to cling onto surfaces.

Go: Go is a tall slender puppet made out of black wood giving it a completely back appearance. Go does not have any facial features as he just has a blank face with no details on it; a clean slate. Much like Shi, Go has extra limbs but only found on his upper body. He has 4 arms, two on the front his his body and two on the back of his body much like the Tempestuous God of Valour. Each of these hands contain wire strings in them that can be shot out towards the enemy to bind them. As the wires are shot out, they are lubricated with a highly flammable oil that resides on the very edge of the exit. With the one movement of a chakra string, a compartment located within the wrist of the puppet. It reveals a small pipe that produces a small fire that is large enough to hit the wires and ignite them. This combo is of B rank damage and counts as a move. Once the wires wrap around their target, the puppet can firmly retract the wires to firmly grip and restrict the target(in some cases using the razor sharp wire to cut through flesh or other rather soft materials.)

Roku: Roku is a rather short puppet standing at 165.1 cm tall. Unlike other puppets, Roku's design is closely modeled after Sasori's even being the only puppet to contain a slot for Sasori's heart container. Roku is a puppet without any artificial hair on its head. He has 6 eyes two on the front, two in the back and one to either side of his head. With a flick of a chakra string, dual swords come out of his sleeves, both of them with jagged edges. A metal tail his hidden by his akatsuki cloak. It is an exact replica of the one that exists on Sasori's Hiruko puppet but the tail itself is black while the linking is gold. This tail can extend and attack the opponent from almost all ranges(Short-Mid). Focusing Earth chakra into this puppet will cause its body to harden giving it protection against A-Rank and below jutsu. This counts as a move.

A lot going on here, most of it is fine. My biggest issue is with Roku since he has the chamber for Sasori's heart. Protection from A-rank and below, when coupled with the rest of the puppets and their abilities, is too much. Make it B-rank and below, and make it clear the technique only lasts for one turn. I'm a little iffy on the eyes too. You'd be gaining 360 degree vision, which really should be unique to Hyuugas. You'd be going from a normal field of vision, to 360 degrees, something you're not accustomed to. It would be very difficult to focus on anything. Perhaps if you added something about the tracking ability being reduced for a certain number of turns until he can adapt to the new field of vision.

As the lightning is spiraling apart and the rock section is being broken apart, tendrils of lightning will begin to grow in size to the point anyone close in the radial area would be pierced from the lightning as well as terribly shocked that would numb the opponent. The rock section will soon turn into rock debris that will follow with the tendrils of lightning basically creating a vortex of lightning with rocks chunks. The rocks would be released outward as projectiles and move anywhere in distance same to the lightning tendrils. The rocks and tendrils of lightning move and are sent at a unpredictable manner making it difficult to understand where they are being launched, further decreasing the possibility of an easy way of evasion.

Description: The user will gather their katon chakra and channel the chakra towards the users mouth and release the katon chakra from their mouth while thinning the chakra out, so instead of normal fire, a flammable gas will be released. The gas is clearly visible and has a dark color. The user as they release the will be directed towards the ground and as it touches the ground it travels in a radial manner, being able to travel up to long range (25 meters). Due to how it travels in a radial manner and requires contact with the ground, the user will have to be above ground (A flying summoning as an example) or on top of a mountain or high point so they are not caught within the flammable gas. The gas will be released as a projectile, so the user will have no more control of the gas as it travels. As it travels everywhere around the terrain, the gas will act to feed up on the untouched oxygen in the air and replace the oxygen in the air with the flammable gas. Thus anything within the area below will begin to decay slowly due to the lack of oxygen for especially plants. An opponent will not be able to breathe while in the area, causing them to suffocate. If an opponent however breathes in the flammable gas, it can cause internal damage, harming their lungs making it difficult to breathe and develop a light head, over time they will faint (2 turns). Due to the density and the color of the gas, it also makes it difficult to see through the gas while also being chakra infused. (Not including certain dojutsu and sensory) The gas can also be lit on fire, with the use of a basic light or another fire jutsu to create a devastating inferno attack.

Description: Lucario is a rare Coyote, mainly for the color of his fur. Lucario like most other Coyotes has learnt to walk on his hind legs and tends to walk on them more often than quad-leg. Lucario is the right – hand of the contract holder, regardless of who they are. Lucario is stationed in the Land of Iron were he runs his clan of Coyotes away from the main clan in the Land of Wind. Lucario is a Taijutsu expert, able to use Strong Fist (excluding EIG and related jutsu) with ease. Lucario is quite fast, moving at speeds matching a Kage Ranked Taijutsu Expert, and his raw strength allows him to create small craters with a simple kick. He as a mode unique to himself, were he focuses his chakra into his body, also absorbing some from physical contact with his summoner, and merges it into a new form. In this form he known as Mega Lucario, were his appearance changes as well. His Taijutsu is boosted due to the new amount of chakra being pulsed from his body, adding a additional +10 to his Taijutsu. To achieve Mega Form however, he most wait a full turn for the chakra to merge with his own in order to fully transform. While in the mega form, Lucario can speak telepathically with the contract holder, due to holding a special bond with them as well as having absorbed their chakra, otherwise with other signers he speaks by projecting his voice out and speaks as he is talking through his mind. Lucario stands at the height of a teenage male (5,3) when on his hind legs and 5,0 when on quad-legs

Description: The Guardians of the Tomb are specialized caracals within the sanctuary. They reside as the protectors of the burial grounds for the fallen caracals and are led by Anubis, one of the Sages of the caracal sanctuary. They all have a high balance of yin and are proficient in genjutsu like other caracals but their specialty is their absorption jutsu. All the caracals that serve under Anubis are skilled in the absorption jutsu and the basic E-ranked transformation that allows them to turn their bodies into weapons at the dispose of the user. Anubis has more defined skills and abilities. To summon either the guardians or Anubis the user must first right the kanji for “dead” on their hand and then slam it on the surface they wish to summon their caracal.

Guardians of the Tomb: The guardians of the tomb are a collection of several caracals all with the ability to absorb chakra. Their appearances are that of ordinary caracals with bandages around their torso, paws, snout, and tail. Some of them have unique markings and other features on their bandages. They also have the ability to transform into weapons (swords, staffs, etc.) which they can use as a means of leverage to absorb chakra. Upon contact with a source of chakra (even energy based elemental chakra) the transformed guardians can absorb it. However, these summons are the equivalent to A-ranked meaning, in their weapon form, they can only absorb equivalent to A-rank and below; if hit with anything higher, their transformation will be disrupted and they’ll disperse back into the origin of summoning. These caracals can use genjutsu B-rank and below but only when they are in their caracal form.

Anubis: He is the leader and the Guardians and one of the Sages of the Caracal Sanctuary. He’s the size of a small adolescent male lion bandaged from head to toe, however the bandages around his head give him a more jackal looking head shape. Like his subordinates he specializes in the absorption jutsu. He can also transform but his transformation technique is unique to him. In battle, Anubis can transform his entire body into bandages and use them to wrap himself around his summoner like a mummy; this is nothing more than an application of the combination transformation technique. In the mummification form, the user will appear like the God Anubis, covered in head to toe with bandages. Like his subordinates he can absorb chakra upon contact however he is a S-ranked, and he can therefore absorb S-ranked level techniques (only twice however) directly into his bandages. He can also absorb his summoner’s chakra if he so wishes or anybody else he and the summoner come into direct contact witih. In his caracal form, Anubis can cast A-ranked and below genjutsu techniques.

Note: This technique can be used 3 times per battle (summoning the guardians [one at a time]) or once per battle (summoning Anubis)
Note: The guardians stay on the field for 6 turns while Anubis can stay on for 5
Note: Their transformation counts towards the 3 moves per battle, however in their weapon forms they can passively absorb chakra and energy they come into contact with (minus natural energy).
Note: To absorb chakra directly from another being (summoner, opponent, or another summoning, etc) they must use the absorption jutsu which counts as move.


 Declined  No summoning animal with abilities as high as these can be summoned more than once or stay in the field more than 4 turns. Also, you need to separate these into 2 summons. The absorption aspect is undefined. You make it seem as if they can use the cannon chakra absorbing technique but that tech doesn't allow the absorption of ninjutsu, only chakra from an opponent. Anubis is also highly oped. You'd become basically a user of a technique similar to those in like Meiton users or Rinnegan users.

In a taijutsu or kenjutsu the user will appear to be moving in a completely different manner than he actually is. For example; the victim may appear to see a high left punch to the face when in actuality the user has moved behind him and struck him with a blade. The technique is versatile enough to allow the user to create several different scenarios to disguise his technique. In addition, the user can appear as though he’s moving faster or slower at whim to confuse the perception of timing (within reason). This technique is a high grade genjutsu but also requires knowledge of taijutsu in order to create scenarios.

 Declined  This is a tad unreasonable. To a normal ninja, you can easily stab them in the back in a one hit knockout without any real possible defense. Only Doujutsu or sensors can actually notice or defend from this in a viable manner. Also, why is it mid range? And you need to rank the genjutsu. This isn't a Genjutsu but part of a fighting style (which btw, could work as one) so you need to differ both aspects: physical attack which will be X damage and Genjutsu which will have Y rank.

Several errors. Firstly, your last note is completely irrelevant. Secondly, why do people talk about portals like they come out of nowhere or have access to space-time ninjutsu? Earth Dropping Lid doesn't work like that, it didn't come out of a portal, the lid was formed in the sky and then dropped down on the opponent. Fix it.

Need a few clarifications. You can form this technique into a weapon..so like a Chidori Spear?Is it usable as a weapon as of itself? Also, by saying that when you throw it onto the ground, do you mean like targeting exactly where the target is standing? So, visually speaking, you throw this at the ground, it disappears into it to form a "pillar" of electricity, and then shoots the opponent into the air? What's the radius on it? I'm sure that your opponent wouldn't allow you to even hit anything near their feet.

The base is surrounded in very dense mole fur, and the top part of the lance resembles a moles head, and on the sides the paws, both brown in color. Fixed up a bit for better clarification. You're lucky I play Pokemon, from Yellow to X and that I get the reference. I suggest Adamant nature, EVed in speed/attack with leftovers. Moveset can vary, but of course, you would want earthquake. He works well as a physical sweeper and is slightly tanky too as there aren't any 4x weakness I can think of...okay, why am I ranting right now. <_< Competitive Pokemon days. I had him in my sandstorm team.

The smoke is also very thin and white (as most cigar smoke is) which causes this technique to almost be somewhat transparent/camflouged with the contrasting background. This process can be done fairly quickly and be used in a pinch.

Once the user slams his hand on the ground, the ground will begin to violently start inverting on itself after the user makes it just a little more soft so the process may be completed, in almost an instant, turning itself inside out in a manner of speaking, dragging surface below while pushing its depths to the top. Everything ontop of the surface or 30 meters below the surface is to be crushed during this process meaning everything 30 meters or above will be completely buried underground as well. The violence in which the earth is inverted intraps and injures the enemy severly as they are carried during the process of inversion. The inversion process only takes a couple of seconds to be completed, and this can also be used to get rid of water sources or even earthen constructs on the ground.

Description and Background: Real life description of the Animal: The Dhole is a species of canid native to south asia. The Dhole is a very social animal that lives in large clans wich, during hunting splits up into small packs. The Dhole has very high stamina and mostly hunts medium sized ungulates by tiring them out and then disemblowling them. Unlike most social canids (but similar to African wild dogs), dholes let their pups eat first at a kill. Dhole packs are fearfull of human but bold enough to attack larger and more dangerous animals like water buffalo's, wild boars and even tigers.
the etymology of the animal remains unclear but it may have come from Kannada. Dholes are more related to jackals then wolves and one theorie has Dholes becoming social animals as an adaptation to living with tigers and leopards. the largest of the subspecies is the Ussuri dhole. with a long, narrow face and a skull measuring 189 mm long on average. The winter fur's general tone is intense rusty-red. The top of the head and the outer ears are brownish-rusty with black-brown highlights. The shoulders and upper surface of the back is brownish-rusty with black-brown highlights. The outer sides of the legs are rusty brown, while the inner sides of the legs and lower sides of the body are yellowish.

Ginrei Kojaku is a portable composite bow made out of chakra enhanced steel that is indestructible, able to withstand powerful attacks. The weapon first takes an appearance of a pentacle-like necklace. It is abnormally large, able to match the size of a man's palm. By squeezing it, it expands into giant, unusually shaped bow reminiscent of blue flames. The bow is a cross between a Spider Web and a Pentagram. It extends out into 4 extensions, the width being 1.75 meters long and the height being 2 meters. It is connected by several curved structures which is the primary foundation that holds everything in place. The handle has two hollow semi circles next to it, in which the object(s) are projected. Even though it may not look like, it is very flexible, bending backwards when the string is pulled back with great force, making it function like a Slingshot in some cases. The string is joined together, attached at the top and bottom of the bow's extension. The hollow sides near the handle allow for greater accuracy when shooting the arrows, by narrowing down and aligning the hollow sides with the target.

I'm a bit confused. So, firstly, this dragon bursts out of the ground and flies toward the opponent, in some kind of arc to acquire momentum, then you state "once feet away from the opponent". o_o The heck? Is this some kind of typo? Also, do those tendrils of earth come out of the dragon's mouth or something? I'm trying to visualize it and it ain't going so well.

Description: Forged in the mountainside caverns of the now extinct TaiyōGakure, the Village Hidden in the Sun, the Blade of the Fire Master was the last sword forged by legendary sword maker Hattori Hanzo, and by far his finest work. The sword was slowly made over the course of an entire year. The blade is the length of a standard Katana blade with a square black hilt, the steel ot the Blade is slightly darker than normal, approximately 1 meter long with a black leather handle which has a wire attached to it mid range in length wrapped around the base to retrieve the sword if knocked out of the users hand. The sheath is made of a dense wood also black in color with the kanji for "Fire" in red on it. Inscribed on the blade are the words "If god should cross it's path, he himself would be cut down!" , a dedication to the sheer strength and sharpness of this blade as it was said the special chakra enhanced steel was hammered and folded over 9000 times using nothing but Katon chakra for the heat, the chakra painstakingly imbued by Hattori himself, a Fire specialist amongst Fire specialists, and a step above his brethren in the art who went into hiding while making the Blade. From the manor it was created, this swords metal is extremely reactive to the users Katon chakra, and can be used as a medium for Katon jutsu's allowing the wielder to use them without the need for seals while holding. The sword itself would be no more than a standard sword in the hands of a Non Fire specialist.

Abilities:
-Ability to use Katon without seals can be done 6 times per match, and the sword must be drawn and in the users hand to use
-When the Blade is filled with Katon chakra, a slash attack with the sword will deliver S rank damage, slicing thru and cauterizing wounds from the excessive heat, and is hot enough to slice thru Earth and Steel release of A rank and below within reason. This ability counts towards the 6 times Katon can be used without seals
-2 times per match, the sword itself can be used to create a barrier of A rank Katon chakra from residual chakra in always in the metal, which surrounds the user in short range, delivering A rank damage to those caught in it, but needs 1 turn cool down between uses. This can be done by simply touching the handle channeling chakra into the sword to activate and does not require the wielder to unsheathe the Blade.

Description: This is the Ultimate attack created by the Blade of the Fire Masters creator, and is only unlocked upon mastering it's usage. The user begins by grabbing the swords handle with both hands, concentrating and channeling large amounts of Katon chakra into the Blade, mixing with the residual Katon chakra already in the Blade while raising the sword high in the air, then pointing the Blade downwards, driving it into the ground violently with both hands. The chakra is then released into the ground, which spreads outwards immediately erupting upwards 2 meters around the user and extends up to mid range in a fiery explosion of flames. This leaves the ground area scorched except the 2 meter radius around the user

~Notes~
-Must posses the Blade of the Fire Master and be a Fire Specialist taught by -Vegeta to use
-The user of this jutsu will suffer minor burns to the hands and will be unable to use hand seals for 2 turns after using
-No Katon jutsu the next turn after use, and only A rank and below for 1 turn after that
-Counts as 2 moves in the 3 move limit per turn due to the time to gather such a large amount of Katon chakra into the Blade which will have a fiery aura around the Blade when fully charged
-Using this attack renders the Blade unusable for the rest of the battle

~Notes~
-Must have Katon as a main affinity (1 seal) to wield the Blade of the Fire Master
-Can only be wielded by -Vegeta and those he teaches
-Because of the heat generated by the sword, the user will start to suffer fatigue if using the sword for more than 3 turns in a row and would need a 2 turn cool down to use its abilities again
-All abilities count towards the 3 move limit per turn
-The Blade and sheath are indestructible within reason

(Futon: Ima no shūryō) - Wind Release: The End of Now

Range: Mid
Chakra: 50
Damage: 90 (-30 to user's hands)
Description: The user of this jutsu begins by forming the Ox->Ram->Tiger seals, gathering large amounts of Futon chakra into his chest, and puts both hands out aimed towards the sky behind the enemy while channeling the chakra from their chest down both arms, exiting the hands and imbuing the sky behind the enemy (long range) with the futon chakra which immediately strikes as a large dense spear of wind chakra 1 meter in diameter at the enemy from a 45 degree angle from behind, piercing thru whatever is in its path and leaving a hole in the ground in front of the user 5 meters deep.

~Notes~
-Because of the nature of futon, the user will suffer slicing damage to their hands while the chakra exits them. Because of this, no futon above A rank can be used the next turn, and no hand seals for 2 turns. A Wind specialist will not suffer as much damage, and will not be able to use seals for 1 turn
-Attack occurs as soon as chakra is imbued into the sky and cannot be set up before hand
-Can only be used on a target who is Mid ranged from the user
-Once aimed at a target, the trajectory cannot be altered
-Must be taught by -Vegeta

(Guile's Sakuryaku) - Guile's Gambit

Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: The user begins by enhancing their feet with chakra as they bend down to a low position, spring boarding quickly upwards doing a forward motioned back flip, the chakra on their feet forming a blade of chakra that creates a vertical circle around the user following the arc of the flip, causing slicing and blunt force damage to anyone caught in the attack. This attack is best used on an air bound opponent.

-Can only be used 3x per battle
