The lightning upon impact, lifts the target into the air before dropping them down.

Need a few clarifications. You can form this technique into a weapon..so like a Chidori Spear?Is it usable as a weapon as of itself? Also, by saying that when you throw it onto the ground, do you mean like targeting exactly where the target is standing? So, visually speaking, you throw this at the ground, it disappears into it to form a "pillar" of electricity, and then shoots the opponent into the air? What's the radius on it? I'm sure that your opponent wouldn't allow you to even hit anything near their feet.

Bure-do no Arashikage The Arashikage Blade

Description: A blade that was once used by the beloved Hard Master of the former "Arashikage clan". The blade had been locked away for years because the current Grand master saw that no human was worthy of wielding this blade. After defeating Storm Shadow, the Grand-master saw that Snake eyes possesed the skills and was worthy of this blade and so he gave it to him. The blade is made of the legendary black Arashikage steel with a simple wooden handle made from the great White Oak tree. right above the handle you can spot the legendary red marking of the former Arashikage clan.
Note: Since the blade is made of black Arashikage steel it is unbreakable and can even resist attacks from swords with an element mixed with them.
Note: Can only be wielded by Snake Eyes bio's.
Note: The blade has to be passed down bio to bio meaning two bio's can't have the blade at the same time.
Note: In order to completly master this blade Snake Eyes cut himself with it and the blade absorbed some of his blood. This process had linked Snake Eyes too the Blade giving him the power to teleport to the blade or to have the blade teleport to him anytime he wishes. This means that if Snake dropps the sword during a fight he can have it teleport back to his hands or teleport himself to the blade. This will count as one of the users moves.
note: the Blood linking process can only be taught by copy ninja hatake kakashi.

(Raiton: Sankakki keimusho) - Lightning Release: Trianglular Prison

Description: The user gathers a large amount of Lightning chakra and performs the Boar handseal. He then shapes the fingers of both his hands to form a triangle after which he channels lightning chakra into his hands and releases lightning from them, shape manipulating it into a triangle like structure made up of electricity. Once formed, the lightning triangle is released onto the opponent, surrounding him. While the prison is surrounding the opponent, the user has to maintain focus over his chakra to not let the lightning disappear. The lightning triangle is about 2 meters high and 3 meters wide. As the opponent is encased, he gets electrocuted by the lightning continuously, from all 3 sides. The electrocution lasts for 5 seconds, after which the user snaps his fingers to make the lightning prison disperse into thousand tiny sharp lightning spears, piercing the opponent and paralyzing him on almost every single point of his body.
Notes:
- Can only be used twice per battle
- The user cannot use any S-Rank or above lightning jutsu in the next turn
- Can only be taught by Nāruto

Description: Through countless hours of training and meditation, you have become extremely aware of what your own chakra normally feels like, and exactly how that feel changes when you mold it for techniques. If you suspect that you are under a genjutsu, this technique allows you to quickly check if your chakra feels like it's flowing like it should based on your experience. If you can tell that something is off, you can then quickly stop the flow of your chakra and restart it thereby disrupting any genjutsu D rank or below. Though you may recognize genjutsu up to C rank, you will not be able to disrupt them. The technique costs 10 chakra to examine your chakra flow, and the full chakra cost of any genjutsu you decide to disrupt.

- Cannot be used to identify or free genjutsu in others
- Can only be used once per turn
- If disrupting multiple genjutsu, user must pay the full chakra cost of all genjutsu

Description: This technique silences the sounds produced by the user's clothing and movements through the air, and suppresses negative emotions and killing intentions while active. The chakra is distributed efficiently through the user and their equipment and gives off no signature to chakra sensors, though it does not mask other sources of chakra including that of the user. It can be activated and deactivated instantly with no hand seals, though doing so repeatedly in a short period of time is very inefficient. The name 'Floating Butterfly' comes from the common use of this technique to drop straight down on an unsuspecting enemy and attack them without triggering a 'danger instinct' anymore than a passing butterfly would.

- an enemy will adjust to the technique when over exposed. Using Floating Butterfly for 3 out of 5 consecutive turns will cause the negative emotion and killing intent masking portion of the technique to fail for the rest of the fight. Sound's from body movement will still be hidden.

- Chunin are experienced enough to become immune after one turn. Jounin and above are completely immune.

Description: A modification of the basic bunshin developed after many hours of training. The user creates a bunshin that stands inside the users own space, and can be instructed to mimic the actions of the user perfectly. This technique requires no handseals and aside from a small surge of chakra is not apparent to those without chakra sensory abilities or advanced doujutsu. The clone is not disrupted by the users presence or physical objects, but will be destroyed if it comes into contact with any another chakra source. While the clone follows the user's move in synchronization normally, it can be instructed to do something different in order to deceive the enemy, and in fact that is the purpose of the technique. The clone must be maintained via a steady flow of chakra to sustain itself but can be dispelled at any time without handseals.

-Clone must maintain contact with the user at all times or it will become a normal bunshin that can be disrupted by objects and the users body.

Description:This technique allows the user to end their Kenjutsu technique mid way, in order to quickly transition into a Kenjutsu maneuver of C rank. Focusing chakra into their waist, spine and attacking arm, The user will momentarily pause as his muscles begins to clench in said areas. The second it is felt, like an instinct, the user releases the placed chakra, allowing them to move freely without being forced by the bodies previous strike momentum. Giving them seconds to try and form an attack to combo the previous with. If done correctly, the target will notice the user do a fake out, crossover move or "juke" like movement before beginning his next attack.


Notes:
- Next jutsu must be a C rank Kenjutsu.
- Cannot alter or change users flight path.
- Can only be used 3 times per battle after every 10 user posts.

Description: The user draws their blade while in mid pursuit of the non running target. As they reach the opponent, the user quickly forces chakra into their dominant jumping foot, causing a greater force in the users leap. As the user leaps, they lean forward to begin a vicious tatsumaki like somersault toward the opponent while holding the dull side of the blade in alignment with their own skull. Thus causing the blade to rotate with the users somersault and slash the target as the user flips. The user then lands to the ground with a powerful final slash dealing liberal damage to their enemy. The maximum landed hits are 7 hits(60 DMG) and the minimum 4 hit(30 DMG). The users capabilities as a shinobi comes into play at this time and place, allowing them to land more slashes before landing..

Description:Holding their blades in an underhand grip. The user focuses chakra into their dominant foot. When needed, the user then stomps on the ground with said foot, expelling the chakra into it as he/she crouches. The user then rises into with greater force than that of an average leap, performing a 360 angled spin. With the users hands wielding blades the user rotates his body so that the blade drag upward against his/her foe for two slashes whilst they spin. Causing the opponent to rise into the air about 10 feet if not blocked properly. The user remains 5 feet off the ground as they descend into landing.

Notes:
- After the attack is over you have to descend to the ground. (-2 jutsus allowed next turn)
- Target is too high/far away to hit without landing and re jumping/ using a projectile (Ken Sui is ineffective)
- Can only be used 4 times per battle after every 7 user posts.
- Can only be taught by Shinboi B "Benn"

Description: After 5 years of training to develop his earth technique. With hard training, effort and praying every day for 5 years, the user did 1000 punches a day, and it took 18 hours to finish 1000 punches on his first day. After two years, when he completed the 1000 punches, the sun had not yet set. And after 5 years hard training, the user completed 1000 punches in less than one hour and more time to pray. Because of this hard training every days and takes 5 years to completed it, his punch become more solid and able to deliver punches with fast speed as the user normal speed, also able to shape manipulation by takes form of a gigantic statue of Guanyin, a Bodhisattva that is associated with compassion as Veneration by East Asia Buddhism, it emerge from behind, beneath the user’s ground. When activated, the user emits a gigantic multi-armed of Bodhisattva with reach heights of 10 meters and the multi armed able to reach up to mid range and this can be done by using his earth chakra continuously injected into the statue. In order to attack using the statue of Bodhisattva, the user must first prays by clasping his hands together in a fluid motion. After that, the arms on the Bodhisattva strike down upon their targets in conjunction with the user own hand motions.

Note:
- No S-Rank earth jutsu can be done when this jutsu activated with the exception of earth jutsu which associated with this jutsu.
- The hand of bodhisattva speed are the same as normal speed of the user.
- Drain -20 Chakra every turn
- Last for 4 turns and auto vanished.
- Can only be activated twice every battle and recharging for one turn each use
- After 2 times usage, the user can no longer use S-Rank Earth Jutsu and S-Rank Ninjutsu for the rest of the battle.

Give a specific number of arms in the description. Given the name I assume there are 100 arms, but it could also just be for naming purposes, so it needs to be clarified in the description. For the bolded, does that mean you can use the statue to attack without additional techniques? If so it needs to be described better. How many arms can be used at a time? What rank are these attacks? How many times can it be used? How often can it be used? Does it take up a slot in your turn (it should)? Etc.

Description: Poseidon’s Will revolves mainly around the control of water through the usage of mere hand movements or subtle motions, or even the thought of the mind. However, it is merely limited to the manipulation of water, and not the creation of it. The initiation of Poseidon’s Will is simple; by solely molding Suiton chakra within the user's body, the user forces all chakra within his own body into water chakra, preventing the usage of other forms of elemental chakra. This makes it such that within the user's body, only Suiton chakra flows through it. The massive amount of Suiton chakra generated within the user's body allows the user to freely control water. The circulation of a singular chakra nature gives the user more clarity of thought, gaining much more control over Suiton chakra than he normally would, without the cluster of several elements. The user's sentient mind starts to link with his chakra. The Suiton chakra is imbued with an imprint of the user's own mind, and creates a sort of understanding between the user and the chakra. The user, through manipulating that chakra, can send it through physical bodies of water, infusing the chakra with the water body, and start to control it freely with the mere motion of the hand, or even the power of the mind, though the elaborateness of the gesticulation determines the size and power of the control over the water. There are a plethora of possibilities for the water, and pragmatic shapes of intricate designs to those of huge size can be created with the imagination of the user's mind.

- Due to the manifest of suiton chakra within the body, after the deactivation, no suiton for the following four turns
- Due to the complete circulation of suiton chakra within one's body, the user is unable to mold any other element during the duration
- The Rank | Damage | Chakra Cost for what is formed or manipulated, needs to be stated during the turn it's used in

(Raiton: Rikujōkōrō) - Lightning Style: Six-Staff Lightning Prison

Description: Six Staff Lightning Prison revolves mainly around the usage of subduing an enemy for a short period of time using the paralyzes properties of lightning. The initiation of Six Staff Lightning Prison is quite simple; the user will perform a sequence of two hand seals, while subsequently building up chakra within one of their index fingers. The build up of chakra should be relatively quick, seeing as how lightning is a fast element. The user will then begin to point their index finger towards its target(s). Around the time the index finger is pointed, a blinding light will begin to emit from it. The light is a mere distraction, causing blinks of temporary loss of sight. The user right after initially pointing their index finger, shoots off six triangular beams of condensed lightning towards its target(s). The beams of lightning travel at high speeds, which can be easily tracked, but quite hard to counter with techniques that require hand seals. The beams of lightning once reaching its target(s), will begin to surround them in a formation. A hexagonal formation if the target is merely one, and an equilateral triangle formation if the target is two. Soon after the formation occurs around the target(s), the beams of lightning will slam into the target(s) midsection, causing them relative pain from the slam, while holding them in place. Without a moments waste, right after slamming into the opponent’s body, the condensed lightning beams begin to release electricity into the opponent, paralyzing them much similar to Nagashi, hindering the target’s movements, and reducing their movement speed once the technique is complete.

- The paralyzes effects last for ten seconds
- The reduce movement speed last for another ten seconds once the technique is finished
- The beams of lightning automatically follow it's targets until destroyed
- No Lightning techniques for the following turn
- Can only be used twice per match

All I did for the update, was revamp the description to be more detailed and precise, increased the rank back to it's original, and gave it a little more effects. The ten seconds, as I didn't want to change that restriction, is merely a turn if you would like to call it.

The user will tag their opponent with Wind Chakra, the target shouldn't be able to notice it (unless they are a dojutsu user or have sensory capabilities) until the user makes the Rat hand seal when ever he wants to activate it and the wind chakra creates a gust around the target that will knock them about, taking them off guard. The user then makes another hand seal and the gust becomes tighter around the target and traps them between the ever flowing wind, which spins around their body, but does not damage except for keeping them still.

What do you mean by tag their opponent? Does that require you to touch them? If so, this kind of seems like fuuinjutsu more than a wind release, even if wind is what's being used to bind them.

Description:
The User focuses on a small portion of the air around their target, they focus their chakra within it and make it very sharp for a a second or two. This technique is used to distract the opponent usually, this can cut a part of their gear which would make the sheathe for their sword to fall on the ground along with the blade or even make their ninja pouch drop before they reach into it for a kunai or tool they need for an attack / technique of their own. The Sharp blade of wind can be heard, but it is hearD at the moment it cuts, making a kind of slicing sound for a second - it also appears to be a fast moving bit of air with a green aura around it 2x2 inches in size.

Description and Background:
A barnacle is a type of arthropod belonging to infraclass Cirripedia in the subphylum Crustacea, and is hence related to crabs and lobsters. Barnacles are exclusively marine, and tend to live in shallow and tidal waters, typically in erosive settings. Barnacles are encrusters, attaching themselves permanently to a hard substrate until they have to leave the field. Barnacles usually have a natural affinity to water and earth, depending on which Barnacles are summoned they are able to attach to Earth or any kind of hard substance easily - they can even attach to the opponent. Barnacles can be summoned in with water, washing against the earth and attaching onto it - some will then use their own chakra to take over the Earth technique (within reason for example like a golem or dragon head) and can change the trajectory or attack so that they attack the opponent instead.

There are three types of Cirripedia, they are Acrothoracica, Rhizocephala and Thoracica :
  • Thoracica
    These are the most Common types of Barnacles and there are two types of this class called the "Acorn Barnacles" (Sessilia) or the "Goose Barnacles", these Barnacles have six little limbs used for catching food and are usually found in large quantaties on hard substrate e.g. Rocks or Drift Wood. These Barnacles have a very hard calcite shells which are impermeable, and they possess two plates which they can slide across their aperture when not feeding. These plates also protect against predation - simple blades cannot break through the barnacle shells. Their feathery appendages beat rhythmically to draw plankton and detritus into the shell for consumption - this rhythmical beat will be used in more ways than one depending on the summon's ability. Barnacles are usually found within water and can be found very deep within it, though they are commonly found in the shallow areas. Barnacles are well adapted against water loss.

    The Thoracica Barnacles can manipulate their shells - this is a hard Calcite shell that is very hard and useful as it grants protection. Depending on which of these Barnacles that are summoned, only certain techniques can pierce through their shells. Usually it is lightning or Wind techniques that can break through, other elements will have a tough time overcoming the shell of the Barnacle.

  • Acrothoracica
    These Barnacles 'bore' into materials like the ground like earth or wood, though they can bore into shells and sometimes other plants - this produces a slit-like hole in the surface. Acrothoracicans are typically smaller than other types of barnacle, being only a few millimetres in length. Being protected by the hard surfaces into which they have bored, they have no solid carapace of plates like other barnacles but have a soft, sac-like body fixed to the surface by a chitinous disc at the front of the head. They have from four to six pairs of feathery limbs, or "cirri", which they project out of their borings to catch drifting detritus for food.

    These Barnacles can be summoned in large quantities and create slits in the ground, they usually use their limbs to reach out of the holes slightly and use their chakra to generate an attack or some sort of supplementary use to the user - the Acrothoracicans also have other functions aswell. Because these Barnacles don't have the great protection of calcite shells, they can be killed much more easily than the Thoracica.

  • Rhizocephala
    These are Parasitic Barnacle which usually could only take over other crustaceans, but these Rhizocephalan can use chakra and become more powerful and Parasitic to other creatures other than crustaceans, making them extremely Deadly. Their bauplan (body plan) is uniquely reduced in an extreme adaptation to their parasitic lifestyle, and makes their relationship to other barnacles unrecognizable in the adult form. As adults they lack appendages, segmentation, and all internal organs except gonads, a few muscles and the remains of the nervous system. The Sharp blade of wind can be heard, but it is hearD at the moment it cuts, making a kind of slicing sound for a second - it also appears to be a fast moving bit of air with a green aura around it 2x2 inches in size.

Description and Background:
A barnacle is a type of arthropod belonging to infraclass Cirripedia in the subphylum Crustacea, and is hence related to crabs and lobsters. Barnacles are exclusively marine, and tend to live in shallow and tidal waters, typically in erosive settings. Barnacles are encrusters, attaching themselves permanently to a hard substrate until they have to leave the field. Barnacles usually have a natural affinity to water and earth, depending on which Barnacles are summoned they are able to attach to Earth or any kind of hard substance easily - they can even attach to the opponent. Barnacles can be summoned in with water, washing against the earth and attaching onto it - some will then use their own chakra to take over the Earth technique (within reason for example like a golem or dragon head) and can change the trajectory or attack so that they attack the opponent instead.

There are three types of Cirripedia, they are Acrothoracica, Rhizocephala and Thoracica :
  • Thoracica
    These are the most Common types of Barnacles and there are two types of this class called the "Acorn Barnacles" (Sessilia) or the "Goose Barnacles", these Barnacles have six little limbs used for catching food and are usually found in large quantaties on hard substrate e.g. Rocks or Drift Wood. These Barnacles have a very hard calcite shells which are impermeable, and they possess two plates which they can slide across their aperture when not feeding. These plates also protect against predation - simple blades cannot break through the barnacle shells. Their feathery appendages beat rhythmically to draw plankton and detritus into the shell for consumption - this rhythmical beat will be used in more ways than one depending on the summon's ability. Barnacles are usually found within water and can be found very deep within it, though they are commonly found in the shallow areas. Barnacles are well adapted against water loss.

    The Thoracica Barnacles can manipulate their shells - this is a hard Calcite shell that is very hard and useful as it grants protection. Depending on which of these Barnacles that are summoned, only certain techniques can pierce through their shells. Usually it is lightning or Wind techniques that can break through, other elements will have a tough time overcoming the shell of the Barnacle.

  • Acrothoracica
    These Barnacles 'bore' into materials like the ground like earth or wood, though they can bore into shells and sometimes other plants - this produces a slit-like hole in the surface. Acrothoracicans are typically smaller than other types of barnacle, being only a few millimetres in length. Being protected by the hard surfaces into which they have bored, they have no solid carapace of plates like other barnacles but have a soft, sac-like body fixed to the surface by a chitinous disc at the front of the head. They have from four to six pairs of feathery limbs, or "cirri", which they project out of their borings to catch drifting detritus for food.

    These Barnacles can be summoned in large quantities and create slits in the ground, they usually use their limbs to reach out of the holes slightly and use their chakra to generate an attack or some sort of supplementary use to the user - the Acrothoracicans also have other functions aswell. Because these Barnacles don't have the great protection of calcite shells, they can be killed much more easily than the Thoracica.

  • Rhizocephala
    These are Parasitic Barnacle which usually could only take over other crustaceans, but these Rhizocephalan can use chakra and become more powerful and Parasitic to other creatures other than crustaceans, making them extremely Deadly. Their bauplan (body plan) is uniquely reduced in an extreme adaptation to their parasitic lifestyle, and makes their relationship to other barnacles unrecognizable in the adult form. As adults they lack appendages, segmentation, and all internal organs except gonads, a few muscles and the remains of the nervous system. Once the droplets of mud make contact with anything, the mud will swiftly harden into sturdy, solid rock. However, since the droplets of mud are made from the user's chakra, they will be unaffected by its stickiness and droplets which come into contact with them will not harden into rock. As a result, this technique can be used to encase the opponent in a makeshift prison of rock or even to convert the surface of nearby water sources and swamps into earth, restricting their usage. Since the downpour spans over the course of two turns, conventional methods of offsetting the technique are negated (e.g. Chidori Nagashi) as at best they'll have a momentary effect. The oncilla resembles the margay and the ocelot. But it is smaller, with a slender build and narrower muzzle. It grows to 38 to 59 centimetres (15 to 23 in) long, plus a 20 to 42 centimetres (7.9 to 16.5 in) tail. While this is somewhat longer than the average domestic cat, Leopardus tigrinus is generally lighter, weighing 1.5 to 3 kilograms (3.3 to 6.6 lb).

The fur is thick and soft, ranging from light brown to dark ochre, with numerous dark rosettes across the back and flanks. The underside is pale with dark spots and the tail is ringed. The backs of the ears are black with bold ocelli. The rosettes are black or brown, open in the center, and irregularly shaped. He will then use his large wings to zoom through the battlefield toward his opponent scorching everything along the way until he crashes through the target incinerating it. After the technique has ended the user will suffer some minor burns of his own and feel somewhat drained from the massive amount of chakra required for the technique.

When the enemy is in range the user will shoot out four thin senbon like shapes of smoke at the enemies’ eyes causing them to go temporarily blind as the smoke will cause some minor burning, irritation, as will anything entering one’s eyes will. The senbons being shot at a short distance and coupled with their extremely light weight causing them to travel at great speeds makes it difficult for normal ninjas to see an attack like this coming. The smoke is also very thin and white (as most cigar smoke is) which causes this technique to almost be somewhat transparent/camflouged with the contrasting background. This process can be done fairly quickly and be used in a pinch.

They usually have Earth affinities, few have had water affinities, and they have been rarely noted to have lightning affinities. All jutsus used by Earthworms are of course those done without handseals. The earthworms summoning size might vary from normal sized worms being a few inches, to worms as large as Manda. It is not uncommon for the worms to have some kind of plated armor around their bodies when summoned, also when summoned they can of course borrow underground and use various jutsus while underground without worrying about the ground collapsing on them for they can dig without aid of chakra. While underground they have more acute senses in that environment than humans so they can easily sense through vibrations and chakra everything above ground. If they are cut or divided in parts thay have the ability to regenerate damaged parts of their body if they are not totally destroyed. They can all speak (some smarter than others) and love to make dirt related catchphrases. Nearly all of them are wisecracking senile individuals who even make cracks at those who summon them but are really helpful when needed be it a battle or more domestic things. In the Narutoworld these creatures are useful for decomposition and improving soil fertility which aids in plant growth

Sensing the vibrations through the ground is fine, full on chakra sensing is not. You can have a summon with that ability, but its too much for a general ability. What do you mean by totally destroyed? Are we talking Cell, only needs one cell to regenerate? I hope not. And lets say one gets cut in half, do two reform? Or does the bottom half die while the top half regenerates a new bottom half?



 PS  You cannot drop a contract; you can only pass a contract to one of its signers. Contracts are not dropped, they are passed forwards to someone else.

Description: This technique is a technique that can be utilized from any water source within mid-range of the user. The user will channel suiton chakra into that source and create from it a a small globule of water, extremely small and barely noticeable. Once it is created, it is sent on an opponent and once it touches them, rapidly expands into a large and dense orb of water. It's expansion is enough that it can cover an entire limb and because of how dense and heavy the water is, it is like a weight. It will bring that limb to the ground under its weight. If this water globule was formed on someones head, it would also suffocate them. It is great to be used to limit an opponents movement. The user can form up to 3 small globules of water at once.

Description: The user will begin by channeling a large amount of lightning chakra into his sword and then begin to slash at his opponent. First he will make a downwards vertical slash that is followed up by a left to right horizontal slash, then right to left horizontal slash, then finally followed up by a powerful forwards thrust while releasing some of the built up lightning from in the sword into the target. After being hit by the lightning induced thrust, the user will then spin with great speed with the blade of his sword pointed outwards at his opponent while releasing the last bit of lightning that is in the blade. The spinning of the user and the blade causes the lightning to come out in the form of a small vortex made of lightning and wind, that lifts the target up, spinning him around while also shocking him. After the vortex dies off and leaving the victim in the air and about to fall back down towards the ground, the user will make his final move by jumping up above his target and then come flying down with a powerful drop kick, kicking the opponent in the stomach which sends him crashing into the ground.

It would be released in extremely large quantities, and with the use of shape manipulation, the user will shape it as a "top (the toy)", with the pointy end faced towards the users palm. He/she will manipulate this amount of water to spin drastically, and use shape manipulation even further to shape the water into spikey and compressed whips outwards, making the contact with a target much more fatal. It extends outwards and grows in size as it travels longer. It spins like a top, so the blunt force it creates upon impact will be extremely powerful. With further shape manipulation, the user will be able to shape the lightning and control it, creating a dome around them that is about 10 meters tall and has a 10 meter radius. This shield would be able to disintegrate any S-rank and lower earth technique that makes contact with the shield. This lightning as it expands outwards from the body is very dangerous, and if the target is within range as it is expanding outwards to create the shield itself, he/she will be harmed and paralyzed for a turn.

With the use of shape manipulation, the user will shape the sphere of lightning into a fist with spikes from it immediately after it appears on the battlefield. By clapping their hands together, the user would be able to motion the lightning fist (about the size of the target, in height) to crash towards the target and electrocuting him/her, all at the same time while stabbing him/her with the spikes

I'm having a hard time imagining this jutsu right now. I understand it all the way up to the part where the spheres are formed - and then it turns into a fist with spikes from it? Do the spikes grow after the final attack? And how large are they originally? Also, 45 degrees between each sphere? That makes no sense at all.

Description: The user will make 2 hand seals (Bird and dog) and will begin focusing his water and wind chakra into any area within mid range. With his water chakra and shape manipulation he'll create a golem shaped figure still unseen. Then with his wind chakra he'll cool down the ice until it reaches ice age levels. Making it so cold that it will freeze every water source it touches. The golem will then take shape five meters in height and width. The ice golem is similar to a shadow clone in that it has it's own mind and moves according to how it see's fit,However the user still can manipulate the golems actions as it's still connected to his chakra. The golem will be able to merge in and out of any ice similar to Haku's ice mirror jutsu and leave at the same speeds aswell ( Counts as a B rank jutsu), can fire an A rank Ice beam made purely of ice chakra ( basically wind and water chakras) and it can explode Either on the users command or its own, this explosion is S ranked and can reach mid range from the spot from the spot it's in. This will leave a creator covered in frost afterwards.
Notes:
-Can only be used four times per battle
-Last's 4 turns
-When it explodes it can't be used again until the turn after said explosion.

Dat Regice doe. LOL. Alright, I'm a bit confused about what you mean by cooling down the ice until it reaches ice age levels. Is this down to simply form the golem or does it affect that entire area as well? Also, explain more on its "moving in and out" ability along with the range and aspects of the "ice beam" ability.
