Description: The user quickly drops to the ground and slams his palm to the ground. Causing the ground to change into loose topsoil. While the opponent is reacting to the terrain change, the user performs two hand seals causing his wind chakra to disperse from his feet and throughout the topsoil. The current is translucent and moves incredibly fast, the current once released travels counter clockwise from the user's body gathering topsoil and causing it to travel in a circular motion towards the opponent. from the opponent's perspective it would look as if swirls are jumping from place to place at incredible speeds. (The topsoil being incredibly light along with the speed of the wind.) Once the spot is right in front of the opponent, the user lifts his hand upward quickly causing a column of dust/topsoil and wind to rise up before the opponent cutting him up with dust and wind.

(Katon: Kagutsuchi's Doki)- Fire Style: Kagutsuchi's Wrath

Description: The user first performs a 6 figure sequence of handseals; Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger. Then the user clasps his hands together, keeping the left hand horizontal and the right rand vertical. The user after kneading an extensive amount of fire chakra within his palms, quickly slides his left hand down his right arm/wrist revealing the right palm. On the palm is a unique pattern which glows a bright red color. The user holds his palm up in the air aimed towards the sky and as the pattern is exposed to sunlight. A dragon's head emerges from the user's palm and as the sun radiates onto the palm of the user, the dragon's head continues on towards an incoming jutsu creating a visible body. The dragon once at full length the user closes his hand and can use it for other jutsu. The dragon being a creation of solar radiation and the user's fire chakra becomes self sustainable as it feeds off of the sunlight. The dragon uses it's long body to wrap completely around a jutsu and using heat burns out the energy source of said jutsu.

Description: The user performs a single hand seal then channels his wind chakra to his legs, the user then begins to skip towards the opponent. Every time the user leaves the ground, the user taps the opposite foot releasing a small burst of wind from the foot causing the user's body to change in elevation slightly. After the first burst of wind is released, the user starts sprinting while quickly flicking his entire foot upward and downwards while releasing more wind. Causing the user's entire body to appear as if it is jolting through the air, constantly making sharp turns. This move can be used to evade incoming attacks or to intercept enemies traveling through the air. The user's body is roughly 3 inches off of the ground, when moving through the air the user's body because more nimble allowing him to make sharp turns to evade with ease.

(Senninka: Gomuseisoku) Sage Transformation: Living Rubber

Description: While using his Sage Transformation ability, Jūgo has shown the ability to force his body into a more elastic state stretching much farther then the average human. This technique revolves around that usage of his Sage Transformation allowing his body to take on a more elastic state akin to that of rubber. This elastic body allows Jūgo to increase the force behind blows and augment them with stretching and snapping motions almost like a rubber band increasing the force behind blows past what he could do with his own muscles. Stretching also allows Jūgo to drastically increase the range of what would otherwise be considered a powerful close-range attack, turning it into a devastating mid-range or long-range attack. A stretched limb can also be used to store potential energy like a stretched spring, increasing the velocity by stretching his arm back resulting in increased power when it's thrown forward.
It also makes Jūgo almost entirely immune to blunt attacks including hand-to-hand combat punches and kicks which simply bounce off as if the opponent were striking a trampoline as well as solid doton techniques and partially solid suiton techniques. However the user is still effected by piercing, slashing and stabbing attacks such as sword strikes, kunais and the like as well as jutsu of the aforementioned jutsu which include piercing or slashing properties. Jūgo can also be affected by all non-tangible attacks such as fire, wind, lightning and chakra based attacks that have properties that cause burns, cuts, and anything but blunt-force trauma. Jūgo can decide to give this elastic property to a single limb or his whole body allowing for versatile uses. When in this state Jūgo's body takes on a grey hue like any other use of Sage Transformation but he doesn't gain the various spiked like growths only changing the hue of his skin.

Gear Second: This is a subset of the main use of the technique it involves Jūgo speeding up the blood flow in all or selected body parts, in order to provide them with more oxygen and nutrients. This makes him much faster and more powerful. It is in simple terms blood doping or boosting the number of red blood cells in the bloodstream which in turn allows for greater delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the body part/s. In Jūgo's case, his organs and blood vessels are forced into a more elastic state allowing them to expand and contract at greater rates without tearing in essence allowing him to increase his blood pressure without adverse affects.
Essentially Jūgo increases the blood flow by forcing more blood through his blood vessels thus increasing his fighting ability increasing his endurance, his strength, his speed and his resilience. Jūgo's strength is increased to that of a SM user allowing him to lift and toss large boulders that dwarf him in size. It also doubles his all around speed and increases his resilience more then in the first portion. While in this state Jūgo's skin turns a bright red in stark contrast to the usual grey hue when using his Sage Transformation. This is due to the increased blood flow to his body parts. His sweat seemingly evaporates instantly creating what seems to be steam.

Notes:
-The elastic Nature allows Jūgo an immunity to blunt-force damage via Taijutsu, Suiton and Doton (and other jutsu that cause blunt force trauma) up to B rank however he is still affected by piercing attacks. When Gear Second is active his resilience is boosted to A rank without taking hindrance damage as long as it is blunt-force damage.
-The elastic nature can last five turns before it times out, however Gear Second can only last three turns
-Can only be used twice per battle with a two turn cool-down period during the two turn cd Jūgo is left unable to use Sage Transformation

He is still affected by piercing attacks no matter their rank and is unable to soften the damage from then in anyway.

-There is a three turn cd once deactivated where Juugo cannot use any Sage Transformation jutsu



 Declined  Where did Jugo show the ability to transform his body into rubber? Snapping attacks? sorry but it doesn't make sense from what was seen from him. Wrong chakra and damage info.

 Declined  The above was not approved and I will not allow anyone to have the strength of Tsunade. Despite Jugo being powerful physically, Tsunade is much higher and for me, the highest level of jugo's power was against the Raikage in which he was clearly seen to not be as strong as Tsunade. And I'm not even going into detail into the rest as it suffers from the same problem as the above technique.

Description: As shinobi tap into their elemental chakra to learn how to harness and use them, they become proficient in manipulating the element itself within their body. This technique is an advanced yet simplistic defense which utilizes the basics of elemental chakra manipulation. This technique allows a shinobi to essentially block/deflect enemy techniques akin to how they would block taijutsu techniques. This is accomplished by focusing into one’s body, typically their hands and arms, the same elemental nature being used against them. When met with direct contact with the concentrated area, instead of the jutsu damaging the user, the jutsu is met with a coating of chakra and little more than the feeling of a force hitting against them until the jutsu is dispelled. Of course this isn’t an assured defense to all techniques; however, the stronger a shinobi is with a specific element, the stronger their defense with this jutsu can become.
Note: This technique can be used with any elemental nature that the user knows how to use
Note: This technique can be used to forcibly block or repel, deflect away, or simply coat themselves to render a normally fatal technique less severe. In the case of the last level the defense becomes weaker and damage will be sustained.
Note: This technique works against elemental A-ranked and below (B-rank if the user coats their body and takes brunt of attack). For elemental specialties, the user can deflect elemental techniques S-rank and below (A-ranked if they coat their bodies)

Description: The user makes one handseal (Tiger), placing the opponent under an illusion where an open storybook appears to fall out of the sky. The pages of the book will suddenly shine bright and suck the opponent into the book, causing the opponent believe that they turned into a drawing belonging to a random fairytale, unable to move. "Once upon a time-" is written next to the drawing, and once the the book hits the ground, the book will close, showing the text "The End" on the back of the book cover. Of course the opponent will not be able to see the text "The End". In reality the opponent is just standing, paralysed because they believe that they're trapped as a drawing inside a book.

The larger the piece of ground that scattered, the more wooden eagles will be created.

-Declined- You should define the number and size of each eagle, and also the speed they travel at, and when you stop concentrating on the technique and perform another technique the eagles can't be controlled anymore, they would just follow the momentum they were traveling at according to their speed and you can't redirect them anymore.

Description: The user performs the Tiger → Snake hand seals and points with one hand their fingers towards the opponent. The user will release out of each fingertip a wooden senbon, compacted with mokuton chakra, to a max of 4 senbons. To the opponent, the senbons will look just like regular senbons, but upon impact, the mokuton chakra will burst out and a tree will sprout out of the wooden senbon. The trees are able to attack or trap the opponents, or simply protect the user and used as support. Each tree is approximately as strong as the B rank wood willow technique, but just a little bit weaker.

Description: Yawning when others yawn is said to be a sign of empathy and a form of social bonding. It is theorized that contagious yawning is a shared experience that promotes social bonding. The user covers their mouth out of courtesy as they pretend to yawn while inducing chakra into their target's part of their brain responsible for sleeping causing their target to yawn aswell. This would be a powerful yawn if compared to a natural one. Yawning is an involuntary action that causes someone to open their mouth wide and breathe in deeply. First, their mouth opens, and their jaw drops, normally allowing as much air as possible to be taken in. When they inhale, what is taken in is filling their lungs. What they breathe in expands the lungs to capacity.

(Suiton: Secchakuzai Joushou Tama) - Water Release: Adhesive Rising Spheres

Description: The user performs 3 hand seals as they send their suiton based chakra to a water source, spreading their chakra in it. They then control their chakra to blend with the water forming countless spheres of water which then turns into a sticky, adhesive liquid in a similar manner as Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field. Those spheres of adhesive water begin to rise from below the water source's surface each sphere large enough to imprison an average sized shinobi's arm or leg inside of it by overwhelming it. They rise up towards the sky up to mid range from the water source's surface. That is only the case for those spheres which did not get attached to something larger than themselves. As they rise up, more and more spheres begin to stick with eachother as they turn into larger spheres which then becomes heavier. Once the maximum height is reached, all the adhesive liquid spheres which have overwhelmed something will compress themselves slightly crushing whatever's inside of them as they then fall back to the water source. This technique, from its beginnig, will partially incapacitate targets who gets in contact with the adhesive liquid spheres because of the spheres overwhelming different parts (normally limbs) of their body. When multiple sphere overwhelms parts of the same target's body they then fuse with eachother to finally engulf the target entirely.

Note: Requires a large water source (lake, river, ocean, etc)

[Rinji Geijutsu: Ya Hisaki] - Raven Arts: Arrow of Flames

Description: This Raven summoning has been taught to all the ravens who are capable of using fire release, this technique is one of the many techniques ravens are able to use but like i said, only those ravens who could use fire release are the only ones to be able to use this technique. This technique is based on the raven focusing a large amount of fire chakra on his/her stomach once done that raven will turn all that chakra into a large arrow of flames (exactly 7ft long), once the raven has done this the raven will open his/her peak and with extreme force the arrow will be shot at its direction, this arrow is able to pierce through large trees, kunai, shurikens and such to an extend obviously but there is an add-on to this technique, if the user who summoned the raven is on top of the raven he/she could make the arrow burn anything on its way by making it explode just by using the 'Tiger' hand sign, the explosion is able to cover most of the range within where is been exploded.

  • Only ravens who are capable of fire release are able to use this technique.
  • Only able to be used once per battle.

[Rinji Geijutsu: Migoto Ne] - Raven Arts: Beautiful Sound

Description: Beautiful sound is a useful genjutsu which has been taught throughout history on the raven's world. Ravens are capable of using this technique if they know Genjutsu up to A-Rank obviously, if they don't then is useless. This technique is based on a sound that the Raven makes, is like a low pitch that reaches long-range within one second and it echos nonstop, once the enemy has heard the raven singing the enemy will be caught on the genjutsu which let's the enemy visualize that he has been summoned to the raven's world when he really is still within the battlefield but what makes this technique so special is that the raven could control the picture the enemy makes if the user is on top of the raven, for example if the enemy has been caught on the genjutsu and the raven or user wants the enemy to visualize something else besides being summoned to the raven world is possible if the user is on top of the raven.

  • Only ravens are able to use this technique.
  • If the user wants the enemy to visualize soemthing else is +5 chakra.
  • Only usable twice per battle.
  • Only ravens that know genjutsu up to A-rank are able to use this technique.

Description: Beautiful sound is a useful genjutsu which has been taught throughout history on the raven's world. Ravens are capable of using this technique if they know Genjutsu up to A-Rank obviously, if they don't then is useless. This technique is based on a sound that the Raven makes, is like a low pitch that reaches long-range within one second and it echos nonstop, once the enemy has heard the raven singing the enemy will be caught on the genjutsu which let's the enemy visualize that he has been summoned to the raven's world when he really is still within the battlefield but what makes this technique so special is that the raven could control the picture the enemy makes if the user is on top of the raven, for example if the enemy has been caught on the genjutsu and the raven or user wants the enemy to visualize something else besides being summoned to the raven world is possible if the user is on top of the raven.

  • If the user wants the enemy to visualize soemthing else is +5 chakra.

Description: It is said that the monks who attain true peace, will start glowing from the insides. Taking its literal meaning, a ninja developed his own jutsu that would later help him in the battles. The user channels his raiton chakra throughout the body which makes his skin glow. The light emmited from his skin is of the highest intensity (S-rank) such that it affects in a way similar to the flashbombs. The light is so intense that the opponent has to either look away or close his eyes as it pricks the retina. The second phase is when, this chakra that resides in the skin, is released into the atmosphere from all around the user. The chakra exits the body in the form of tiny bolts (sand-grain sized) and can easily reside in the moisture in the air. The moment the user releases the chakra, he returns back to the normal color. The tiny bolts of lightening, spreads throughout the battlefield and can be be manipulated with simple hand gestures. These tiny bolts can be manipulated to attack the opponent as a whole or in parts (3 each of B-Rank max). These tiny bolts can be easily spotted by naked eyes as they illuminate the entire battlefield. In entirety, these bolts can be compared with water that has a volume of 100 cubic meters. The bolts can only reside in the atmosphere for a maximum of 3 turns before dissipating into nothingness.

Description: This technique depends on manipulating water molecules present in the location (water source/water from previous water jutsus) to spread out in the atmosphere. By infusing the user's chakra into these molecules, the user can sense the enemy in/on the battlefield by sensing the body temperature or heat given out by the person. This is exactly like the mist jutsu, but here the molecules doesn't block the vision. The best part about this jutsu is that, the molecules in the air keep building up even if/when it is blown away by the wind till the water source/the water from the previous jutsu dries away. This helps in tough situations when due to some reasons, the user can't find the opponent.

Description: This is one of those jutsus that require advanced manipulation of the fire element. After performing 2 handseals (Tiger > Ram) the user simply channels his chakra into the stray fire and makes it burst completely into tiny sparks so that he can manipulate each of the tiny little sparks like mist. Since these sparks carry the user's chakra, they can be manipulated to spread out throughout the battlefield so as to sense the opponent through his heat signature. Instead of channeling chakra into a stray fire source, the user can also release these tiny mist-sized sparks from his mouth with the same 2 handseals and get the desired results. When the user splits the fire source, it looks as if the fire has completely vanished. However, this heat sensing is secondary to the main ability of this technique which is to attack the opponent that would cause 2nd degree skin burns on 1 turn of exposure. These sparks contact the skin and start burning it until there is nothing left of the opponent. These tiny sparks have a reddish hue that can be distinguished by normal eyes, which spreads like a mist. Continued exposure will cause complete burning of the flesh until the only thing that remains is ash.
- The user can use this on incoming jutsus of lower ranks (B rank and lower) as well.
- The jutsu will completely negate any type of mist.
- Cannot use any fire jutsus above S-rank in the same or next turn.
- The user is immune to 'this mist' as it is his own chakra.

Description: The user forms two handseals (Boar > Dragon) and channels his chakra into the ground in the entire battlefield. The user creates small snakes made of mud that act as parasites to emerge from the ground and capture the opponent. Initially these snakes are not visible as they are hidden just below the surface of the ground. They activate only when they sense the original source of the foreign chakra (the opponents) in their vicinity (short-range). The moment they emerge, these snakes coil around the opponent and hold them in place as the mud starts to solidify around the opponent's body as they travel up. The opponent would be unable to move around with his legs being covered in mud. Now this is not what they were primiraly made for. These mud snakes when they come in contact with the user's skin, it tries to enter the user's body through the pores of the skin. Tiny molecules of this mud enter the body and starts disintegrating the flesh by destroying the cells. But since it is a slow process, it takes 2 turns to actually destroy a limb. Another property of these parasitic snakes is their ability to leech the opponent's chakra every turn, which is from where they get their name. Exposure to the snakes will make them lose 30 chakra every turn.
- This jutsu does not differentiate between allies and enemies.
- The jutsu will backfire if the user uses Senjutsu.
- The snakes remain on the field for 5 turns before turning back into useless mud.

Description: Hebi No O(Short version:Hebi) was after Dei Dei made is stretchable scarf. He made this sword whip out of the same material just more stronger. Hebi is a 6-part segmented blade; each segment is wider than the one preceding it from the hilt with 2 pick-like protrusions on the front and back of each segment, with the ones on the front much longer than the ones at the back. The segments are connected by a stretchable thread that is a very strong material, making Hebi more useful as a whip than an actual sword, though it can serve as a regular sword just as easily, thanks to Dei Dei swordsmanship. Hebi's guard and handle remain the same as a normal katana. While Hebi can be stretched to incredible lengths in its whip form, Dei Dei has a limit of three consecutive attacks before having to bring the segments of Hebi back together for recovery -which makes him fairly vulnerable during this time interval. To make up for this, Dei Dei has to have a plan ahead of time. It is also wrapped in bandages when not in use and the bandages is attached on the hilt which acts on the user will.

The hat was created by an old Uzumaki legend who goes by the name of Gol. Gol was a raw special Uzumaki because he had the ability to place multiple seals on an object. His straw hat had multiple seals placed on it and they aren't visible unless they are active.

The inside of the hat has a seal that is active without the user's will because as long as it is touching a person the seal will activate when another seal is placed on the user that is harming the user from their own will.

Description: A basic sealing technique where the user places one or more tags either directly on a target or on a technique which is restraining it. As its placed, a sealing formula spreads around the technique or the target, sealing it. This technique has been seen used with Sand ninjutsu, Earth, Water, Wood, Cloth Ninjutsu, etc but basically any technique in which you can apply the tags can be used. In the case of expert ninjas, the tags might even be incorporated into the restraining technique, with no need to actually manually place the tag or tags. Additionally, less experienced ninjas can find that throwing one or more kunais with the sealing tags attached at the technique which will trigger the same effect when the kunais stick on the technique. This prevents the target from moving, molding chakra or even being summoned.
Note: The seal takes a while to form, so most opponents can either counter the restraining technique (thus preventing the sealing formula of taking effect) or rip off the tags from themselves negating its effects entirely. If the target, however, fails to counter the restraining technique or is counter to it fails or if he doesn't remove the tags in his next move, then the seal will fully be placed and the target unable to release himself.
Note: This technique is specially designed to be used on summons and Edo Tensei Summons but will work on any opponent except Jinchurikiis.

Description: this technique was developed by an old kirigakure shinobi who used to train at the shore lines during the winter time. the man on numerous occassions had gained knowledge and workings of cooling his water jutsu's to such a level that the man could induce hypothermic tendencies into an enemy or animal. the man trained diligently by forming two handsigns using large amounts of suiton chakra the man began cycling the water of the water source pulling the extremely cold water up extremely fast as to not be warmed on the way up from te bottom of the source. this water being pulled up from the bottom of a water source can vary in degrees the bigger the water source the more depth of cold at the bottom of the source. the user then forming a single handsign can force the water with immense speed from the middle of the water source to erupt from below the user with great force like a geyser of water rising up below an enemy. the geyser has truely fierce force but the main fearsome ability of this jutsu is that upon contact with the skin of the enemy they quickly go into hypothermic shock which can be very life threatening as there core body temperature is being forcefully dropped very quickly. the hypothermia can cause very disruptive breathing patterns, numbing the skin and also mental confusion.your heart rate and also blood pressure will drop significantly making the user move and act very sluggish and the worst possible case of hypothermia will result in amnesia.

restrictions:
- must have large water source to draw from
- user must be on the water to draw from the basement of the water source.
- any bio this jutsu contacts that has minimal clthing on will result in near death state of hypothermia.
- must have water mastered
- can only be used one per battle.

 Declined  What is a cloud of fire? The hounds were done before. In fact, this technique is reminiscent of others. Its just a familiar of fire that is active to protect you for a given time. PS- anything that "lasts" a given set of time requires chakra to be spent to sustain it.

The beetles can either be used as two separate A rank attacks which will consume half the beetles each time or a large S rank attack that will use all of the beetles at once. After the two A rank attacks or the one S rank the technique ends as all the beetles are used up.

Description:The user will focus their raiton chakra into the air in front of them and form the Boar>Tiger hand seals, creating a non-solid wall of fierce lightning in the air. This wall can act as a defense against harmful techniques or enemies by electrifying them on contact, running such a high powered current through them that they are destroyed so completely that they are almost disintegrated. This wall won't allow anything to pass through it as the lightning will clash with it in an attempt to stop and destroy it. This effect is only on the front half of the shield however as the side facing the user has another purpose entirely. When a separate weapon or technique is launched through the lightning wall by the user the wall is absorbed and taken along with the other weapon or technique. It empowers that technique with unfocused lightning that has certain special properties. This lightning is able to spread through and jump to as many conductive substances and materials as it can reach, such as a person, water or metal etc. The lightning spreads throughout the entirety of any conductive substance that it comes in contact with, electrifying it completely. The lightning however has a limited jump range, being only able to jump from one conductive material to another if they are within 1m of each other. The lightning does not spread through and jump to the earth itself however as the ground simply absorbs and disperses the lightning harmlessly.

Note:
~The lightning does not jump to or spread through the earth itself but it can jump and spread to earth techniques. If they are in contact with the ground the lightning will travel through the earth technique and to the ground, electrifying the technique on the way.

Description: The user of this ninjutsu will surround themselves with a negative aura as well as negative thoughts - mainly recalling the damage and suffering the opponent has inflicted on them. Once it's evident that they have accumulated enough hate they will focus and maintain a large proportion of their chakra in both of their arms, hand and palms. Following this they will release all of that stored chakra and transform it into a perfectly spherical ball*. The distressing resentment that flows within this chakra gives the it dark, sinister, purple color. Should this spherical chakra makes even the slightest contact with the target, they will be overwhelmed with only physical pain, their is a small chance that the enemy will feel a rush of negative thoughts invade his mind. This jutsu inflicts a destructive spherical chakra with apocalyptic results, inflicting an almighty-based damage on all enemies in range.

- Can only be used once
- Any attempt in trying to use this jutsu more than once will automatically have a reverse effect, meaning the user will die
- Must have suffered previous damage from the opponent
- This jutsu can hit multiple enemies - as long as they're within one meter range from the target itself.
- The sudden release of an enormous chakra will leave the user depleted of energy, meaning they would not have the ability to formulate jutsu's higher than B rank in the following move/turn.

It doesn't change anything about surroundings with the exception of people, and the immediate terrain they're placed. In essence, it allows the user to change how someone perceives someone else, and even create illusionary copies of people the user knows. The illusion is complimented with slight changes to the terrain, like bending foliage, opening doors, etc, but only if manipulated by the illusionary people. It can also remove people from the target's perspective, or remove certain characteristics of someone within sensory range of the target. While inside the genjutsu, the target is free to move and speak, which the user is able to respond through any of the illusionary creations, or him/herself, case the user chooses not to disappear.
It masks slight ambient alteration by "hidden" people, such as footsteps and speech, but not techniques. Likewise, the illusionary people can't perform techniques, only speak and interact through body motions.

While nearly unnoticeable, it immediately reveals itself as soon as earth chakra is charged through the ground again. The influence of the second earth chakra will tip over the stressed crystals and release a large bolt of natural electricity directly to the source of the earth chakra, which will hit the origin of the chakra with akin that of Kirin, in an output of damage similar to an A rank Lightning technique ( 60 Damage ). It quickly neutralizes the Earth technique that was intended to be used (following Lightning's S/W), and may paralyze the target for 2 turns if he is in contact with the technique.

*The ground stays stressed for 3 turns, case the discharge isn't triggered, before the piezoelectricity stored harmlessly disperses.*
*If the opponent is performing an earth technique, case the time-frame allows it to, the discharge of natural lightning is immediate after the user performs this technique.*

Description: Utilising their utmost control over the Wind element and knowledge of Chakra Barriers, the user will release their wind chakra to quickly form a transparent barrier with a short-range radius, around themselves in order to take control of the individual air molecules within the barrier. The air molecules under the control of the user, will allows most things to pass through unhindered, but will bunch up or spread out in order to cease the propagation of High Frequency sound waves thus stopping their effect on the user. This barrier only effects Hindering and Genjutsu inducing Jutsu by means of preventing the sound from travelling through the molecules of air, at the cost of the users chakra equalling the rank of the jutsu being stopped (e.g. to stop a B-rank Sound Inducing Genjutsu, the user will spend Twenty chakra in doing so). Once in place, this barrier will remain in play for four turns or until the user cancels it.
Notes:
- Can only be used by a bio with a Wind Speciality
- Can only be taught by Shinta
- Can be used three times per battle
- Can only use two jutsu in the same turn where this jutsu was used to defend from an attack.

Abilities:
Valkyrie, often dubbed The Green April is a two meter long weapon. At its core lies a expertly worked structure of tough, thick and strong Ray Shagreen. Interwoven into the core are numerous lengthy wires which are likewise woven into countless stingray barbs which shield the interior, around which is layered a second layer of specialized Shagreen which forms the weapons exterior. Due to the way the weapon is forged, it allows for immense versatility in terms of flexibility and tautness. The inner layer of Shagreen being tempered to a point in which it rivals even the toughest of metals, the wires confirming the integrity of the leather while adding the immense strength of the specially chosen barbs, while the exterior forms a surface that remains to be incredibly difficult to cut, and is perfect for displacing the force of attacks across a larger area; the placoid scales of the hide contributing to the toughness of the exterior surface, and while to the user it seems like smooth Shagreen, to another gripping the weapon would create an effect similar to rubbing a sharkskin the wrong way.
Valkyrie constantly drains chakra from the user to remain functional, being self capable of manipulating its unique interior so as to alter flexibility and other similar aspects. Due to Valkyrie's thirst for chakra, it seeks the user, and when not held it often wraps around the users body rather than being sheathed. Alongside adjusting her flexibility, Valkyrie can make the barbs hidden within her exterior stand upright, the spikes protruding forth from her seemingly smooth outer layer without compromising the integrity of the weapon, the new exterior being perfect for flaying and shredding. Lastly, the user and Valkyrie posses an innate ability in which the user is capable of wielding Valkyrie from range through use of chakra. While this ability costs a one time activation fee of 30 chakra, it's maintained through use of the transmitted and leached chakra, therefore the user is capable of manipulating the weapon to float, move and attack within a mid range radius, the force and speed of the weapons attacks equating to that of the users current physical capabilities to a max effect similar to that of of A-Rank Taijutsu.

The real special ability of The Green April, is that by drawing blood unto the weapon and then swinging it, the user is capable of summoning a ray while releasing an elemental wave like stream of wind or water, in which the summoned Ray rides in/on. This is a capability similar to Temari's Summoning: Quick Beheading Dance, requiring no handseals and being offensive. Other elements can be used in the summoning, but only if that element corresponds with the affinity of the summoned Ray. Alternatively, the user can summon a small swarm of basic flying vulture sized Rays which ride the wave to the target, so as to flock and consume them.

Notes:

- Summoning Wave counts as a jutsu. The wave being equivalent to A rank in power, with extra chakra sacrificed for the summon. The flock of Rays are also equivalent to A rank.
- Wave summoning can only be done 3x, after that it's simply a faster summoning process.
- Valkyrie's Incarnation is near indestructible, and can only be cut perpendicularly through use of a Forbidden ranked piercing/slicing technique.

The advanced summoning ability is the result of something called Authority. A wielder of Valkyrie's Incarnation has a stronger bond with their Summoning Contract, and as a result Rays are more comfortable in their presence and will seek the users acknowledgement when attempting to return home (Doesn't alter turn restrictions). Ultimately, this prevents many Summon-Dismissive techniques from undermining the Summon - Summoner bond; in which both parties display immense loyalty and devotion to each other. At any point in time, the user can transmit and release a pulse of chakra from Valkyrie that will affect any Rays within a Long range vicinity. A Ray, coming to forced recognition of the revered heirlooms presence, will fall back into alignment with the user while being dispelled of the majority of adverse mental stimuli; such as unease, or even Genjutsu (A reflexive, Genjutsu-releasing surge of chakra is released by an affected Ray in response to the pulse). This effect counts as a jutsu (A-Rank), and any Ray affected by this technique will experience positive effects for the remainder of that turn and the next, in which they will gain a boost in morale and bonus of +10 to their techniques.

Finally, through movement Valkyrie is capable of manifesting and releasing completely intangible and life-like bestial projections of chakra. These projections are in essence, a variation of the E-Rank clone technique (And are therefore harmless but can serve distraction based purposes), being chakra projected illusions passively created through the infusion of small amounts of chakra (5 per projected beast). Traditionally used to create false images of Rays - in aims to confuse an enemy between usages of fake and real summons, this capability extends to encompass the passive illusionary production of absolutely any beast that the user is familiar with or can vividly imagine. However the requirement of motion means that Valkyrie must be in constant motion for the projections to remain active - thus projections can be forcefully dismissed by an enemy by simply halting the momentum of Valkyrie; although Valkyrie's remote control makes undermining this requirement a difficult task.

Description: A simple technique which allows for intangible and illusionary chakra projections - such as those created by the E-Ranked clone technique to, for a moment, be made tangible. Thus an attack can be created from the unsuspecting, those which were previously distractions that would simply phase through the physical will now, for a short moment, be capable of interacting with the tangible so as to deal damage or produce a momentary defence. Again, this technique only works for the intangible chakra projected false images, and should not be mistaken as a Genjutsu compatible technique, as this technique simply grants a corporeal body to an image created by chakra. Should the subject of this technique be overlapping with a chakra infused construct due to its intangible nature, should said construct have more chakra than that of this technique, such as a higher ranking technique or a Ninja, the apparition will simply disperse, failing to become corporeal and having no effect on its surroundings.

(Katon: Aguni no Iki) | Fire Release: Angi's Breath

Description: Through the rapid release of chakra, the user is capable of coating an object or weapon within their possession in a flow of pure fire chakra. Alternatively, through the formation of a single handseal, the chakra can be spewed towards a desired object - in which case it will neatly wrap around the intended target upon contact. The fire chakra can be created with two distinct properties.
The first is that the chakra can be made to radiate intense heat - all focused outwards so as to not compromise the integrity of the coated structure - with the heat allowing the structure in question to burn and melt through the opposition - adding to lethality. This usage adds +20 damage points to coated projectiles or weapons, and can be used on solids, liquids and can also be utilised to increase the temperature and thus damage of Fire.
The second usage is that, the chakra can be utilised to grant the explosive aspect utilised in some fire techniques to an object. In which case, the fire coating will have more physical substance; and upon contacting with opposition of significant resistance, or upon command, the chakra surrounding said object will erupt outwards to produce a explosion. When utilised on a weapon that the user remains in contact with, the explosions can be adjusted so that the explosive potential is either released all at once in a single, larger and stronger burst - or a bit at a time in the form of multiple, individually weaker explosions. In the case of being utilised on a object near or within the users possession, the explosion will always be angled away from the user to prevent back-fire. This usage coats objects in explosive chakra that is equivalent to 60 damage points, with damage split among multiple coated structures or explosions.

Note:

- Each usage can only be used 3x
- Same usages cannot be used on consecutive turns
- No fire techniques above S rank next turn.
- Both usages can also be applied to the human body.
- This technique is based off of the principles of Phoenix Nail Crimson - in which shurikens are coated in non-inflamed chakra to increase their lethality by manifesting the properties of fire.
- This technique occurs faster than normal when performed directly after a fire technique so as to empower it.

 Declined  Was gonna approve it but there are two small issues: 1) you say it can only be used on objects or weapons which invalidates that its used in fire techniques and the use of this in fire techniques would collide with other techniques as would the use of this on wind techniques for example or most other techniques. 2) the explosion needs to be described as a sudden burst of flames and not an explosion otherwise it collides to some extent with Bakuton.

To perform this technique the user must first concentrate their futon chakra and mould it. After moulding the futon chakra he channels the chakra through out his whole body. After channelling, based on the direction in which he need's to evade the user releases the futon chakra from his Chakra points. Once the user release the chakra from the chakra points from anywhere in his body he manipulates the released chakra to form a wind stream. By doing so, as the user release the wind stream from the chakra point on any part of the body,that part of the body gains a slight increase in speed in the opposite direction by the push action of the released wind stream from the chakra point. eg. If the user release chakra from the chakra points present on his right shoulder till his right leg, due to the force of the push action of the released futon chakra, the user will be able to swiftly move towards his left side for a very little distance(close range). Like this at whatever direction the user releases the futon chakra from his chakra point from a part of his body, that part will gain a momentary speed increase in the opposite direction. However, this technique cannot be used to make the user air borne as the force of gravity > the force of wind released. The momentary speed increase is 2.5X the normal speed of the user. Though, Taijutsu experts and Sharingan user can easily track the movement.

The genjutsu will make the opponent believe that they are chained to the bottom of a giant stone pillar that appears on their back and they are forced to hold the pillar up or else it will crush them. The pillar is extremely heavy and thee opponent feels it pushing down on their body. The opponent's body believes that the illusion is real, putting an enormous amount of pressure on them, causing them to experience great mental strain, damaging them. The user can choose how much force the pillar pushes down on the opponent with. They can choose if the opponent will be forced to collapse onto the ground by making the illusionary pillar push down with powerful force and crush them. The user can also make the pillar push down with less force, then the opponent will not feel the pillar pushing as much, but it is still very heavy and the opponent will find it hard to walk or run.
