Description:The user will channel his chakra into the air in a desired area of a 1 meter diameter,maximum.Using his chakra,he will make a small wind current in that area that constantly flows in a "C" like shape,from the bottom to the top and vice versa.As a projectile gets caught in the wind current it will be sent backwards in the direction the current is pointing at with a small speed boost like if it was infused with wind charka.For example if the opponent throws a shuriken at the user,and he creates this current in front of himself,the shuriken will be sent backwards at the opponent.
~Can be used three times per battle.
~Can create up to 3 currents at a time.
~It can deflect up to D rank,small scale earth and water attacks as well.

Description:The user will channel his chakra towards his dominant foot and after that stomp the ground with the same foot,releasing the previously gathered chakra into the ground.He will then manipulate the chakra so it forms a series of walls made out of black steel beneath the ground.The walls must be at lease three meters away from each-other and they are created only in the direction the user stomps his foot.The walls are three meters high and 30 centimeters thick,each having A rank steel strength.They lay just a few inches beneath the ground,just so the opponent doesn't notice them.They can be raised directly upwards for protection making an almost instant defense.
~Note:Can be performed three times per battle.
~Note:No above B rank steel release techniques the same turn this one is used.
~Note:If the user creates the walls and keeps them underground for more than three full turns,without using them,he will no longer be able to control them.

Description:The user will channel his chakra into the ground beneath him and create a plate of black steel beneath his feet.Beneath the plate,connected to the ground will be a tightly compressed spring of black steel on the user's command,the spring will release,launching the user into the air,in the chosen direction up to one range.Another,stronger variant of the jutsu,allows the user to create up to seven plates around the opponent,the user will then launch himself from one plate to another,moving around the opponent,doing damage to him as her desires.
~Note:Can be performed five times per battle.
~Note:The B rank application can be used only once per battle and after it,not even the C rank application can be used anymore.


 Declined  Not only is this beyond the elements scope as it has been done before, attempted countless times as well. We all saw Soul Eater but there is only one variation or application of Vector Plate that can still be made and I won't say which is it. DNR

Description: This sword was built precisely for smoke users so they could battle efficiently. This sword has the elements of a wrist launcher mechanism attached to its base which can be operated through chakra to produce smoke and shoot smoke bombs. It’s main special is its ability for the bladed area to separate into shards and reattach itself. Also initiated by the users chakra. When activated the blade will seperate into many shards as the smoke is released from within the blade to surround them. The shards from that blade will move about within the smoke surrounding them to slash and strike everything that comes in contact with the smoke. Moreover, the shards work well with smokes lack of physical presence by traveling in the path the user wants the smoke containing the shards to go in. The shard will reattach in the orginal form of the blade when the user stops this ability.

Description: This jutsu represents a mastery over Earth and takes great skill to learn. The user will perform the Snake handseal and slam their hands on the ground causing a Massive Earthen being to rise. The Earthen construct is made in the form of a beautiful, nimble yet strong, female warrior with three faces all with different emotions. An expressionless face, a face full of sadness, another face full of anger and hate. She has 6 arms and each arm contains a Large Earthen axe that she uses to attack the enemy in all ranges. Having multiple limbs makes the Earthen being more destructive and versatile in battle. Despite being created in large size she is able to strike and move fairly fast. Only masters of Earth can perform this technique successfully. When the user is not controling the creature with their chakra it merely becomes a statue as an earthen construct unable to move unless the user is connected to it or the ground.

( Raition: Nagareboshi Ranpu Danmaku) – Lightning Release: Meteor Light Barrage

Description: The user will jump in the air while channeling large amounts of Raition chakra into their dominate hand. A large blue electrical sphere of electricity the size of a big ball Rasengan will envelop their hand while electicity sparks around them due to the amount of Raition being gathered. The user, using his free hand, will perform the Ram handseal and thrust his dominate hand forward with the Raition, releasing smaller orbs of Raition stemming from the singular large sphere created, that swiftly scatter and rain down across the battlefield setting off smaller scale electrical explosions that collectively destroy everything in its range.

Earth Release: Iron fist (Doton: Airon genkotsu)

Description: The user will perform the Snake hand seal and focus his earth chakra in his both arms and cover his each hand (from fingers up to wrist) with gloves made of earth. The earthen material is created out of user's own hand. Alternatively the user can also place his hands on the earth to cover his hands with the earthen gloves after performing the hand seal.
The earthen gloves are made from individual stone tiles covering their hands thus permitting normal motion of the joints at wrist, palm and fingers.
These gloves can be used in several ways.
1. The user can make a fist with the gloves on and using his earth chakra he can launch the gloves at high speeds, like projectiles to perform long-range attacks, thus enabling the user to throw stone punches at the opponent/target. These projectiles can only travel in straight lines and once launched their flight path cannot be controlled.
2. Using his earth chakra the user can launch these gloves like projectiles aimed at the opponent's body and as these gloves hit the opponent's body they'll tightly grip the target's hand or leg or other body parts and hold on to them and continue to squeeze them causing severe pain. Once the gloves grasps the opponent's body part or his clothes, the user can pull the glove towards him using his earth chakra thus pulling the opponent towards himself.
3. Since the gloves are made of several earthen tiles they can also be rearranged as soon as the gloves make contact with the opponent's body part (if the user desires so) and the user can make a solid mold of earth around the opponent's body(arms, legs, neck, etc) and can tightly squeeze the earthen mold producing pain. This can also be used to bind the arms, legs of the captives.
3. A glove's individual tiles can be shot like darts, with enough force for each to embed itself into walls.
4. The strength of the glove can withstand direct attacks from ordinary (non chakra infused) swords, shuriken and kunai.
5. The user can also use their earth chakra to bond the gloves with stone walls or other earthen material, allowing him to climb steep walls/mountains with ease.
Notes:
- Can be used only two times per battle and lasts for 3 turns.
- Can only use earth jutsus while wearing the gloves.
- Can only be taught by me (-Jiraiya-).

Illusionary technique: Multiple dislocation (Genjutsu: Maruchipuru dakkyuu)

Description: The user performs two hand seals and puts the opponent under an illusion in which the opponent sees and feels that several ropes or chains or any bendable material created by the user in the illusion erupts at great speed from the ground/surroundings from around him and binds him at the his both shoulder joints, elbow joints, wrist joints, knee joints and ankle joints simultaneously. This makes the opponent to become motionless in real world.
The user then quickly snaps his fingers which quickly tightens the grip of the illusionary rope/chain around the above mentioned joints which begins to pull his joints away from his body.
This makes the opponent to feel that his joints becomes dislocated, all at once, with a distinct knocking/breaking/crunching sound, due to the intense pull of the joints. As the joints are dislocated in the illusion, the opponent perceives a severe excruciating pain. The damage is due to the mental stress due to intense illusionary pain.

Notes:
- Can only be used 3 times per battle.
- If the illusion is successful, the opponent will be motionless only for that single turn when the genjutsu is used and in the next turn the opponent's movements will be clumsy and he will not be able to perform fast/sudden movements like jumping, running.
- Can only be taught by me (-Jiraiya-).

Wood release: Allergy (Mokuton: Arerugi)

Description: By utilizing the ability to make the trees to flower, the user focuses his wood chakra while performing the snake hand seal and creates a forest of flowering trees. The maximum size of the forest that can be created is about 30 meters anywhere within the range.
As created, the flowers release a type of pollen which is infused with the user's chakra into the air. This chakra infused pollen has severe allergy inducing potential to the living things(humans and animals) other than its creator(as they are made of user's own chakra).
The pollen itself possess an inherent irritant property which when comes in contact with the skin or mucus membrane (like mouth, nose, eyes) of the opponents will produce allergic reaction.
Sneezing, severe itching, redness of the skin, watering from nose & eyes occur immediately on contact with the pollen dust. Continuous sneezing due to the irritation of nose may impair the opponent's ability to execute jutsus via their mouth/nose properly.
Late reacions include itchy blisters over the skin(in the following turns if the pollens are not countered by then) and aggravation of existing allergic reactions.

Notes:
- Can be used 3 times per battle.
- Capable of affecting multiple opponents within range. The user is immune to the pollens as the pollen is made of the user's own chakra.
- Once created, the flowers release pollens in that turn only but their effects last until the opponent gets rid of the pollens on his body and his surroundings by any valid means.
- The effects of the pollen last as long as they're in direct contact with the opponent's body.
- Can only be taught by me (-Jiraiya-).

Description: The user performs the Tiger -> Snake hand seal and puts the opponent(s) under illusion where they'll see and perceive that dark rain clouds gather above in the sky and starts pouring rain which is corrosive to their flesh. The user can control the range and density of the rainfall within the illusion.
Thus in the illusion the opponent(s) feel severe burning pain as the acid rain falls over their body and chars their body producing smoke which smells of their burning flesh. Eventually their flesh starts to melt down as the rain continues to fall over them exposing their bones and produce very severe burning pain. The damage is due to stress on the brain due to severe pain produced in the illusion.
Note(s):
- Capable of affecting multiple targets within range.
- Can be used 3 times per battle.
- Can only be taught by me (-Jiraiya-).

Description: The user performs the Tiger -> Snake hand seal and puts the opponent under illusion where he will see and perceive that dark rain clouds gather above in the sky and starts pouring rain which is corrosive to their flesh and the surroundings like grass, plants, etc which gets charred as well. The user can control the range and density of the rainfall within the illusion.
In the illusion as the acid rain pours over the opponent and the surroundings, a greyish white smog forms seemingly due to the reaction of the acid rain with the things on ground including the opponent himself and eventually covers the entire area with greyish white smog which gets thicker and thicker as the time passes by leaving the opponent with zero visibility due its thickness.
Also in the illusion the opponent will also see that the user's entire body glows blue just as the rain begins to pour like as if the user has gathered his chakra all over his body & emitting it and stays unharmed from the acid rain.

Thus in the illusion the opponent feels severe burning pain as the acid rain falls over his body and chars his body producing smoke which smells of his burning flesh and blinded by the smog. Eventually their flesh starts to melt down as the rain continues to fall over them exposing their bones and produce very severe burning pain. The damage is due to stress on the brain due to severe pain produced in the illusion.
Because of the increasing smog within the illusion, in reality the opponent progressively loses his real eyesight as the illusion carries forth and starts to create the smog. He is, however, not paralyzed or hindered and can easily move both in the illusion and reality, both actions mimicking eachother. This stands so as a visual illusion, despite affecting other senses.

Chishi Shindou: Fatal Impact

Type: Boomerang Ninjutsu

Background:
Fatal impact is a fighting style developed by Two young ninja by the names of Shady and Seventeen, They traveled across the entire world searching for a fighting style that fit them both, they searched for years and never found the right one, So one day they got tired of searching and decided to create one that was unique to in itself. They remembered the boomerang they used to play with as kids growing up, a toy of there's that they used to also use as a means for target practice. They knew they weren't kids anymore, but elite shinobi, so they worked many years together in order to create a deadly style based off of there childhood toy.. And they named the style Fatal Impact once they mastered their created style.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
The fatal impact style mainly revolves around the infusion of chakra into boomerangs and wielding them as weapons, whether its close or long range use. Once the boomerangs are infused with chakra they can be used in numerous of deadly and versatile ways. The basic skill of using fatal impact is infusing ones chakra into a boomerang(s) and allowing them to use it in many different ways depending on the chakra used. This allows one to use the fatal impact techniques whilst using several boomerangs at once if needed by using specific jutsu (will make jutsu for this). The controlled boomerangs can be altered for several different situations, such as using chakra to gift the boomerangs slicing abilities, defensive abilities, or even blunt attacks. The duo also found a way to expand their boomerangs to larger sizes or even make them smaller, allowing them to use the boomerangs efficiently in different situations.(Will have jutsu to alter boomerangs). An advanced usage of the fatal impact style is infusing element chakra into boomerangs, thus producing a mass amount of affects from the boomerangs. Some basic skills could easily be used with each element, such as using earth to make boomerangs more powerful in blunt attacks, or making the boomerangs lighter to move at many times faster than their base speed (fast as the users base speed). One could use lightning and wind for cutting properties and fire for burning affects. Those are just examples but there will be techniques created for different abilities. The user has his own specific boomerangs that will be specified in the bio, such as metal, large boomerangs, wooden boomerangs, plastic boomerangs etc etc..

The rapid spinning of the boomerangs can be used to align a boomerang in front of an attack and intercept and disperse a technique outward, but only up to A-rank though.
- Can only use up to 3 boomerangs for this technique, thus allowing one to defend against up to three techniques.

This is a simple, yet affective technique which increases the killing potential of a chosen boomerang(s) by using elemental chakra within them. There are 5 forms of using this ability, each form pertaining to a selected element. The 5 forms of elemental use in Chishi Shindou is as followed:

Sandā Shindou -
Or better known as the 'Thunder Impact' form. The user channels raiton chakra into a held or thrown boomerang in order to alter its abilities through the use of the lightning. Upon activation of this form, lightning envelops the entire boomerang, violently swirling and twisting around the shape of the boomerang, similar to a tornado of cutting lightning coating the[/COLOR] due to the properties of the lightning element. The lightning itself is S-rank in strength, thus being able to cut straight through any rank of earth, and S-rank and below of other basic elements, if logical of course. Due to the lightning being S-rank, if the lightning is stopped with the same rank element (or A-rank wind) the lightning will be stopped, but the boomerang will continue as normal.

Kasai Shindou -
Or better known as the 'Flame Impact' form The user channels fire chakra into a held or thrown boomerang in order to alter its abilities through the use of the fire. Upon activation of this form, fire envelops the entire boomerang, violently swirling and twisting around the shape of the boomerang, similar to a tornado of blazing flames coating the boomerang. This allows the boomerang to increase in both power and killing potential due to the properties of the fire element. The fire itself is S-rank in strength, thus being able to power straight through any rank of wind, and S-rank and below of other basic elements, if logical of course. Due to the fire being S-rank, if the fire is stopped with the same rank element (or A-rank water) the fire will be stopped, but the boomerang will continue as normal.


Nami Shindou -
Or better known as the 'Wave Impact' form The user channels water chakra into a held or thrown boomerang in order to alter its abilities through the use of the water. Upon activation of this form, water envelops the entire boomerang, violently swirling and twisting around the shape of the boomerang, similar to a tornado of cutting water coating the boomerang. This allows the boomerang to increase in both power and killing potential due to the properties of the water element. The water itself is S-rank in strength, thus being able to cut straight through any rank of fire, and S-rank and below of other basic elements, if logical of course. Due to the water being S-rank, if the water is stopped with the same rank element (or A-rank earth) the water will be stopped, but the boomerang will continue as normal.


Uzu Shindou -
Or better known as the 'Vortex Impact' form The user channels wind chakra into a held or thrown boomerang in order to alter its abilities through the use of the wind. Upon activation of this form, wind envelops the entire boomerang, violently swirling and twisting around the shape of the boomerang, similar to a tornado of cutting wind coating the boomerang. This allows the boomerang to increase in both speed and killing potential due to the properties of the wind element. The wind itself is S-rank in strength, thus being able to cut straight through any rank of lightning, and S-rank and below of other basic elements, if logical of course. Due to the wind being S-rank, if the wind is stopped with the same rank element (or A-rank fire) the lightning will be stopped, but the boomerang will continue as normal.


Tsuchi Shindou -
Or better known as the 'Earthen Impact' form The user channels earth chakra into a held or thrown boomerang in order to alter its abilities through the use of the earth. Upon activation of this form, the boomerang(s) are coated with a thick layer of earth and take on a darker look, very similar to Kakuzu when using his earth technique. This allows the boomerang to increase in both power and killing potential due to the properties of the earth element making the boomerang gain more mass, thus more impact power. The earthen shell itself is S-rank in strength, thus being able to cut straight through any rank of water, and S-rank and below of other basic elements, if logical of course. Due to the earth being S-rank, if the earth shell is stopped with the same rank element (or A-rank lightning) the earth will be broken, but the boomerang will continue as normal.


One of the greatest strengths of this technique is a basic ability of even a Normal boomerang. The user can indirectly attack a target by throwing the boomerang(s) in a given direction and allowing them to arc and attack from a different direction. Or if an opponent so happens to dodge the boomerang it will curve back around and hit the target from the opposite direction, thus making each attack unpredictable.

Description:
This technique is a simple yet powerful wind technique which focuses purely on destructive power. The user draws blood from his and like a summoning technique then weaves together three hand seals (Tiger - Dragon - Snake) whilst gather a massive amount of chakra directly in the center of his chest. When the three hand seals are finished the user moves his hands from out of the path of his chest and releases from the chest a condensed circular beam of glowing wind chakra. The beam begins as a circular, 3 foot in radius beam until it reaches five meters away from the user. Once it leaves close range the chakra can no longer be controlled and it suddenly expands outwards into a large half dome like explosion that moves outwards 30m in every direction except back at the user. The concentrated wind expanding so quickly leaves everything in its path cut up on a small scale, so being hit with it is Certain death. The aftermath of the attack is very identical to that of the mini tbb that the 4tails naruto did when fighting Orochimaru, though due to so much powerful wind chakra being blasted from the users chest, it leaves his chest cut up with 1inch deep cuts that leaves him bleeding moderately.

- The user can't use A-rank or lower Tai for 3 turns due to the body being worn out
- Cannot use techniques above S-Rank for 2 turns afterwards

Description: After the user does the required summoning jutsu hand seals, the user will summon a swarm of 100 regular size viperfish that swarms the opponent and attacks, binds, and bites them. This summoning can be done in a lake or ocean or even be combine with big enough water jutsus like Crashing Wave, Exploding Wave, etc. so that the viperfish will be able to survive in water. If done in conjunction with a water jutsu it only takes a couple a seconds to to combine the viperfish with the water jutsu. The viperfish can only survive 2 turns being outside of water before being desummoned.
Note: Can be used/summoned 3 times a battle with a 2 turn gap between uses.
Note: Viperfish stay on the field for 4 turns and if not summoned inside a water source can only be on the field for 2 turns before be desummoned.

Milotic is the fastest snake in the water able to swim at great speeds while in the water and is also able to go into great depth of any ocean. Milotic is able to take no damage from B rank jutsus and below and is unaffected by A rank water jutsus that affect the water she swims in.

Description: The user will stomp their foot onto the ground and uses their chakra to create multiple tunnels through out the ground underneath the user and the opponent throughout the entire terrain. The user will then do the snake sign and have a snake come out of their sleeve and goes underground and travels throughout the tunnels laying snake eggs throughout the tunnels. The snake eggs will quickly hatch and release many different sized snakes to come out of under the ground and attack the opponent and covering the entire terrain. The snake sizes can vary going from small baby snakes to large size anacondas. As snakes come from out of the ground attacking the opponent the first snake that the user release will keep going throughout the tunnels laying more eggs to keep more and more snakes come out of the ground. The snakes all poses a basic venom that when they bite the opponent they cause numbness right away and after turns if the snakes are still biting the opponent will cause paralysis.
Note: Must be able to summon snakes

 Declined  The process of this...doesn't it feel increadibly complex and lenghty? because I don't feel its something you can simply use and it happens. It would take at least one full turn for it to happen. I also don't like the aspect that the snake keeps creating eggs... I think she should lay the eggs, they take some time and then they hatch and thats that.

Description: A kaguya technique that works the same as those with Hyper-mobility (double jointed). It allows the user to drastically increase their flexibility by channeling chakra across the joints of their entire skeletal structure. This allows the joints to stretch further than normal, granting the user the ability to twist & turn their body in almost any desired position otherwise impossible for an average person. The workings are similar to those of "Drunken Fist" but keeping the user in a controlled state of both body & mind; cautious of their surroundings & well aware of their own actions. The user is able to effectively evade or counter & also deliver devastating strikes in an erratic manner. Due to the unique steel-like bone density of the kaguya clan & the form in which this technique allows the user to maneuver in, they are able to combine those seemingly fluid movements with devastating strikes in quick succession. It may also be used to dislocate certain joints, making it easier for the user to break free from a trapped or uncomfortable position or even perform handseals without the opponent being aware by motioning both arms in a way to avoid their focus, all dependable on both the user & opponent's position (a common example being behind the user's back). The user can maintain this state for a select amount of time, but prolonging this state causes the user to suffer in movement due to the strain left on their body. The user suffers no strain within a period of three turns. The fourth turn the user is unable to perform Ninjutsu of S Rank & above. The fifth turn the user is unable to perform either Ninjutsu or Taijutsu of A Rank & above.  Declined  Ok, you're a Kaguya so you can grow bones. Ok, thats fine. How does that translate into growing and manipulating ligaments and muscles? Because the movement of a joint has more to do with that than the bones that are part of it.

Description: By manipulating their skeletal structure the user is able to alter their rib cage & control several ribs to emerge from their body & travel toward the opponent, acting as whips to perform various tasks. The user can allow up to six whips to emerge from their body, allowing them, on contact, to either constrict the opponent entirely, leaving them unable to perform handseals or simply certain parts of the body, such as arms, legs, neck & the waist of the opponent. Once wrapped around the opponent, the whips are able move them across a certain radius, from either side to side or back & forth from the user. This also allows to lift the opponent up form the ground when using two or more of the ribs. The user must maintain a certain degree of focus & continuously feed chakra to the whips in order to keep them active & the user is able to break apart form them at anytime. Due to the inherent ability of the kaguya clan the bones have a steel like density, making it near impossible for the opponent to break free from the whips by normal means. They can reach up to seven meters from the user & to allow for greater flexibility are connected by joints rather than a single bone, while also having a pointed tip served for a piercing affect. The user is unable to perform other chakra related techniques other than those of the kaguya clan while maneuvering the whips. If the user does so, the whips simply fall to the ground as lifeless tools which can be used for later actions by reinserting chakra into them (this jutsu would need to be posted in that case & counts as a move). The whips are slightly thicker than a piece of rope.

 Declined  How can a bone be a whip? One thing is to use something like the spine to create a similar structure which you can whip using and enhanced the articulations that exist there already. Another is to say that one bone can be a whip. Kaguya doesn't allow that.

Description: The user manipulates their phalanges bones in both or either hand, extending them up to a length of 15cm. They form up by two joints allowing for more flexibility, are sharply tipped & so finely shaped that the entire claw itself is able to cut into objects, used when swiping them across a target rather than piercing through. Being of the kaguya clan the claws are of a steel like density, allowing them to hold well against bladed weapons. Due to the slender shape & size of the claws, they are not suited against blunt melee weapons of equal density, namely hammers. This technique can also enhance the effects of "Ten Finger Drilling Bullets" by using the entire claw(s) rather than the tip as normal. The claws travel at the same speed as the original technique & as they travel they rapidly rotate, creating a drilling like effect on impact. The user must post said technique while this one is active. The damage of the enhanced "Ten Finger Drilling Bullets" would be that of a B Rank (totaling all the claws together). Being used as projectiles, the claws can reach a distance of up to long range.

Description: The user will release very fine particles of steel in the air that can't be seen by naked eyes and by using steel chakra the steel dust will condense into up to 30 arrows made of steel. the user can make up to 5 arrows in the same instant. an arrow is 20cm tall and able to penetrate a steel sheet of 2cm thickness. this jutsu stays active till all 30 arrows are used and won't affect the jutsu slots of the following turns.
note: can be used 4 times per battle
note: the user must wait 1 turn after finishing the 30 arrows to use the jutsu again
note: only FeeLPaiN can teach this jutsu


 Declined  The invisible steel isn't going to fly. Nor have you explained exactly what you do once you form the arrows.

(Hachimitsu No Jutsu: ) - Honey Bee Technique: Apamin Swarm

Description: The user summons a multitude of bees from their sleeves that race out towards the opponent stinging them. After stinging the opponent the main part of the Bee's body explodes causing moderate damage to the opponent leaving behind the small stinger and it's venom sac. The venom sac continues to pump into the opponent a powerful neurotoxin called Apamin. It can also spit a massive amount of honey from its mouth to trap and ensnare its victims. Its honey attack is S-Rank and has a Long range reach. It can only be destroyed by S rank jutsu's, or a combined attack of S rank level (within reason). It can also fly up to 4 people on it's back swiftly and can understand basic communication. Once per match, King Beegeta can flaps his wings in a rhythmic manner lulling the enemy into an A-rank Genjutsu where as the enemy see's any and all Bee's on the field converge on them at once, even bypassing their defenses as the Bee's begin stinging them mercilessly from all sides, making the stung area's swell up and causing intense pain and paralyzation. In reality the enemy will first swat at the air frantically spinning around screaming, then is immobilized and would experience mental pain and anguish from the helpless feeling of being attacked by a swarm of manga context sized Bee's

Its head bears a gently- upward curling spike which seems to be a part of the skull. Its eyes are bright yellow, sinister and intimidating, with a small snake-like pupil. Its mouth gives an appearance of a mouth-guard, with its red upper lip curling upward at the ends in a very intimidating manner. Underneath its chin is a bulbous red vocal sac. It has three fingers and one large red claw on the back of each hand. These claws on the backs of their hands can channel poison. Its forearms have two black rings encircling them. Its legs are muscular and seem to be adapted for speedy attacks. It has three toes on its feet, with a red middle toe on each foot, and a sharp spike which juts out of its heels. Underneath the pelvic area is two white horizontal lines. Thick black lines run down the sides of its body and surrounding its limbs, making them seem as if the limbs are detachable. The black lines go up into its face and surround the eyes before meeting in the middle of its snout, just above the upper lip. Toxicroak has two fang-like formations protruding out of it's forearms, which it uses like blades. These bones are primarily where Toxicroak administers it's poison. A small scratch from these sharp blade-like bones will cause uncontrollable irritation to the affected area. A large wound will start to affect the victim's respiratory system to the point it will shut down. Toxicroak is highly skilled in Taijutsu and Kenjutsu, due to the "blades" on it's arms. This makes Toxicroak a deadly close quarter combat fighter.

Description: the user of this jutsu developed the idea behind using suiton with there sweat glands while training very endlessly and sweating prefusely. the user make's a single handsign and proceeds to focus on the sweat glands a steady flow of suiton chakra. this enhances the sweat glands and allows the user to make use of the glands releasing trace amounts of sweat and large amount's of water from the sweat glands in a full body surge. the user sends out water from all the sweat glands located on the front of his body and proceeds to release a full body like figure of himself produced from water and quality amounts of sweat. the figure of the user is sent out directed towards the enemy it looks like a training dummy of water running at the enemy. the user can also focus on just certain sweat glands say for instance the arms the user can make a full extention of water arms with hands to punch and grab the enemy with, and or legs and feet for kicking an enemy. these methods of sweat assault are released very fast and are quite agile especially the body extension method. the last note of using this jutsu is that the user has the ability to coat themselves in a suiton sweat coating and thus increases the user's ability to deflect incoming taijutsu attacks against the user, the coating is transparent in color and will likely only be noticed by doujutsu users.

Description: Virgo is considered the most beautiful and one of the strongest cone snails of them all. She is considered the mother of them all thus making her one of the 2 boss summon. She stands roughly stands 7 feet High, and 7 feet long (The shell is included in the size), only wide enough to carry one person on her shell. Her regular body is gray though you can never see her full body as its attached to the shell, you can tell by her eyes as they stick out from the shell along with her mouth. Her Shell is a deep water blue color with white streaks all down her shell with the virgo symbol (♍) on the side of her shell. She has a very soothing voice said to be as calm as the ocean, allowing her to speak fluent english. The shell takes the shape of a cone and is very sturdy, giving her immunity to A rank and below elemental technique when she withdraws into her shell this being her defense.. The user is able to withdraw into the shell as well, if the timing is right. Just like every cone snail she has a harpoon for a tongue. Allowing her to launch her harpoon (Tongue) towards an opponent with great speed (Only up to mid range). The poison with this cone snail is one of the weaker ones, as it does not harm to the body physically .Once the harpoon attaches inside the opponent the poison inside the harpoon will release causing the opponents body to shut down for 1 whole turn causing the opponent not able to even mold chakra or even open their mouth. Depending where the harpoon is shot it can be lethal (Piercing through the head, or heart). Virgo can then withdraw the harpoon bringing the opponent with it, or release the the body from the harpoon and bring it back in (This is considered her way of fighting).Virgo does not have an elemental affinity but does have something unique to the cone snail family. Once pr summoning she is able to absorb the affinity of one element (Excluding Earth due to it being a harden material) by coiling into her shell while giving her shell a draining property. This not only defends from the technique but turns the shell into that specific element. By doing this, she is eligible to use a jutsu from that elemental affinity

When the opponent comes into range with an attack The user will quickly duck down to avoid the attack with their sword in their dominant hand, and rotate around in a full 360 degree angle lifting up at the last moment while channeling earth chakra into the sword thus causing the sword to be coating in earth chakra, while swinging the sword into the back of the opponents neck causing high moderate pains to the opponent sending them flying to the side.

Just like every cone snail she has a harpoon for a tongue. Allowing her to launch her harpoon (Tongue) towards an opponent with great speed (Only up to mid range). The poison with this cone snail is one of the weaker ones, as it does not harm to the body physically .Once the harpoon attaches inside the opponent the poison inside the harpoon will release from the tooth (Harpoon) and spread inside the opponents body with extreme haste attacking every organs and nerves besides the ones that allow the opponent to live causing the opponents body to shut down for 1 whole turn causing the opponent not able to even mold chakra or even open their mouth. Depending where the harpoon is shot it can be lethal (Piercing through the head, or heart). Virgo can then withdraw the harpoon bringing the opponent with it, or release the the body from the harpoon and bring it back in (This is considered her way of fighting).Virgo does not have an elemental affinity but does have something unique to the cone snail family. Once pr summoning she is able to cause the blue streaks on her shell to blink on and off. By doing this it releases soothing toxins through the eyes of the opponent that will slowly hypnotize them to sleep. This is not to be confused with a genjutsu, as this does not include chakra inserting the brain but causing the brain to slow down in a relax state.

Similar to "Hiding in Shadow Technique", the user can conceal various weapons within their shadow if they so wish, from kunai to spears - when the weapon is recalled it will rise from the shadow slowly so that the user can use it, or it can be fired from the shadow at a certain angle to attack a target.

A More advanced use of this being able to hide smaller tools within shadows of their body, though the problem is the user has to make sure the shadow isn't destroyed or else the kunai (or whatever is hidden will reveal itself). The user can also seem to catch a thrown kunai or shuriken and making it disappear, though it will actually be hidden within the shadow of their palm - only as long as they slightly close their hand into a fist. To reveal it again the user just needs to open is hand out and the kunai will fire from their hand at the same force it was thrown.

He then first uses his chakra to suddenly tear the opponent's full clothing apart into several little slits, make him/her get completely naked and then change the structures of these slits, make them stronger and finally shape them into several smaller-bigger spikes. These spikes thanks to the user's manipulation are rock hard and are able to pierce the opponent's body easily, especially since he doesn't wear anything. While these spikes are being formed, the user can make them float around the opponent using his remaining chakra and when they are finished, he can attack and stab the opponent with them. However he can just let them fall to the ground and not do anything with them, or even form them only on the ground and attack from that position. The technique also has a strong psychological attack, since who in his right mind would make the opponent get completely naked. Due to this sudden stripping, the opponent may lose focus on the technique he/she is currently using, canceling it thanks to that, or even miss the hand seals he/she is forming and fail to finish the technique.

Although, the wooden staff itself would ignite due to the heat of the user's body. This applies for weapons of a highly flammable material as well.

-Declined- Remove the igniting of the wooden staff and highly flammable materials, pure heat doesn't cause fire, what causes fire is growing heat in addition to friction (high vibration ratio), and given that wood is a poor heat conductor, it wouldn't really do any effect to it, that also applies for flammable material, but metallic weapons is a different issue, but i doubt that you can cause a sword to melt without your body suffering effects >_>

The user will simply deliver a powerful kick aiming towards the middle of the ball but the leg will swing in a low arc, quickly recoiling his leg back after making contact with the ball, this also means there is little to no follow through after the kick. This causes the ball to race towards the opponent in a very awkward and confusing motion, with the ball seemingly moving from all directions in a short direction as it makes its way towards the opponent, this makes it very difficult for the opponent to predict where the ball is heading or where the user aimed, but as it goes close to the opponent it will make a sudden curve and head straight towards the opponent (about 2 meters within the opponents range) which will knock the opponent back and inflicting blunt force damage. The user is able to perform the kick in almost any position due to having excelled acrobatic abilities because of the fighting style, the user would just have to make sure they kick the ball correctly. If used with a CW soccer ball, this can be added with wind release to match its unpredictable movement and even slice through the opponent.

The set up of the jutsu remains the same though, and so does the length of the performance (which is at a normal pace). The storm clouds begin to form around the opponent and acts as a orb which cuts away oxygen and the pressure of the water in the orb as well as the lightning portion which will shock and paralyze the opponent while inside the orb will prevent them from moving physically whatsoever while being being inflicted with numbing pain. After the opponent is caught in the orb, with one hand seal, the user will then have hundreds of bright blue lasers appear around the orb and direct them to skew the orb with the opponent inside. The lasers won't act to pierce the opponent but it will release a deadly shock from the lasers which can severely harm the opponent. Even if the opponent is not caught in the storm clouds, the electrical property it has will numb the opponent if touched by the clouds of storm and reduce their speed. If they are caught or touched heavily by the clouds then they will be paralyzed completely. The orb can be as large as the user commands it, the most it can go is 15 meter radius, so more then one opponent can be caught or relatively small summons can also be captured within the orb. This jutsu requires constant control and focus, if the user was to release control the jutsu will break apart and be released.

The wind chakra begins to manipulate itself to spiral inward, in a clockwise formation with the gust of wind shaping into a disk-like form with a large hole. As it spirals inwards the disk begins to release many tendrils with sharp tips (up to 8 tendrils) on the edge of the disk, facing up spiraling along with the disk. The user will then take a deep breathe with their mouths towards the disk of wind, sucking the wind disk inward producing a vacuum effect similar to ( Futon: Shinkūdama ) - Wind Release: Vacuum Bullet this will force the opponent off balance and force them dragging towards the disk. As the user is breathing/sucking the disk in and forcing the opponent towards the disk, it will begin to shape in an acute angle because of the same effect, at this state the one time, shaped disk will now be formed into a cone with the tip facing towards the user where he is sucking the disk in and the surface of the disk will face towards the opponent. The tendrils which where on the edge of the disk will now face towards the opponent straight at them as the user is sucking in the disk, the tentacles will act to pierce the opponent straightforward. This is a streaming jutsu in a sense so it will require the opponent to evenly release the chakra to manipulate the disk.

Description: The user will gather their katon chakra and channel it towards the edge of their skins and release from the pores of their skin a very thick coating of extremely hot ash outwards in the direction the user needs. The ash has no real shape and is sent as a cloud almost to say, grayish in color as well. This jutsu is used mainly as a defensive mechanism, if the opponent comes into close range or tries to blind side the user, the ash can be released to not only burn the opponent halting them from the attacks but the ash will remain on the field as it is released away from the users body, the user can set the ash on fire to cause an explosion. Due to the thickness of the ash clouds it can hinder the opponents eyes and the ash is released as a projectile so the user can easily move away or send a second attack making this jutsu formidable in close range battle. The ash at most can travel 15 meters away from its initial release before it completely wears out. This jutsu though can also be considered a double-edge sword. If the ash is set on fire close range of the user they can also be caught in the explosion as well as the fact as when the ash is released and away from the body it becomes a separate construct so if the user so happens to touch the cloud of ash after being released from the body it can also harm the user.

Description: Murushierago, Kakomare te i masu Koutsubasa no Shinseidesu is a katana said to have been forged within the Land of Iron by a legendary sword-smith named Gorō Nyūdō Masamune. It is said to have kept the ruling Shogun in power for hundreds of years by making them invincible in battle, however; the beauty of the sword rests not in its appearance, but in the way it was originally forged. A hammered and folded blade, comprised of millions of layers of steel with a carbon content that's off the charts, each layer only atoms thick. It was lost in history for decades and the incomplete blade was discovered within a dig site in Ekō Shima, an island located northeast of Kirigakure no Shima. The High Officials of Kirigakure no Shima then decided to offer the sword to the Land of Iron's presently ruling Shogun in a ceremony until it was stolen from the embassy where it was being housed before the presentation. At the time, Murushierago was being stored without a piece critical to its construction: the tsuba, a disk shaped guard between the blade and the handle which was not found within the Ekō Shima dig site, but was known to have been in the possession of an antiques dealer in Hābāairando, a harbor located westward of Kirigakure no Sato. The tsuba was then presented to the Sogun as a symbol of peace between the Water Country and the Land of Iron. Half a decade later, the curator of a museum recognized the sword that had been presented to the Land of Iron as the mate to the tsuba in the museum's collection and offered to reunite the two pieces at the gifting ceremony that was going to take place. The tsuba was brought to Kirigakure's ANBU building for safe keeping until the ceremony. When implosions struck the building and the ceremony was cancelled, the tsuba was scheduled for return to the museum before the pieces could be reunited. The tsuba was eventually recovered and reunited with the blade at Umi no Shima, an island southwest of Kirigakure no Shima. Rumor has it that the blade is so perfectly forged that its balance and alignment make it possible for light to split in its path and go around the person holding it, rendering them invisible.

Murushierago embodies the typical structure of a katana, with a signature curved, single edged blade. The scabbard is an emerald green with a gold tribal design wrapped around it and its guard is an emerald green as well. The grip has an emerald green braid with gold rayskin and the ornament at the bottom of the the grip depicts the head of Mizuchi, a river dragon and water deity in Japanese mythology.

Abilities:
  • Helios' Muffled Silence - Murushierago's main ability; The blade's unique design is the result of Masamune's copious studies in relation to the refraction of light. The master sword-smith understood that in order for refraction to occur light would not only have to pass the boundary between two media, but that the boundary must also be created in oblique angles. Along these lines, as Masamune tempered the millions of layers of steel he would intricately fold them at precise angles so that the incoming light-waves would be able to propagate around the wielder of the sword entirely. Furthermore, in order to satisfy the second media required Masamune reasoned that raw chakra could easily be manipulated by the wielder to guide the light, and that, most importantly, the wielder would have the capability to inflect the chakra consistently in order to attain the desired effect. The pinnacle of covert abilities, invisibility is often considered to be the supreme form of camouflage, as it does not reveal to the viewer any kind of vital signs, visual effects, or any frequencies of the electromagnetic spectrum detectable to the eye. Thus, following a similar effect to that of the Hiding with Camouflage Technique, the user's shadow, scent and chakra are suppressed, although the opponent may still distinguish deviations around their environments to perceive the user's location through the sound of footsteps and air current disturbances. The most prominent downside to this skill is the inability to use any elemental techniques whatsoever; Whereas raw chakra simply requires the mixture of both spiritual and physical energy, elemental chakra, which involves the altering of the chakra's properties and characteristics, disrupts the user's inflection competency. Should the user so much as begin channeling any elemental chakra the refraction ceases and the user's visibility is returned once again. It is because of this that the sword is deemed more suitable for samurai and not shinobi, as non-elemental based kenjutsu and taijutsu do not impede the sword's ability to refract the light around the user.
  • Indestructibility - The sword's strength comes from the folding of millions of layers of steel, masterfully forged with an extremely high carbon content, with each layer only atoms thick. As such, the sword has been deemed indestructible.

 Declined  I get how the blade may be invisible but you forgot to explain how that will "spread" to the user. I also think this comes with a few problems: it can only be countered if the enemy has a doujutsu or sensing ability in 95% of the situations. We normally don't approve stuff that requires a specific ability to be countered and this would be the case. I have dubious feelings about this. You can essentially kill most enemies without them knowing or doing much. Hum... Remove the ability to use any and every technique while sustaining the effect and I'll consider it.

Description: The fiery ring is a ring which was created by sokka after he studied rings, the ring(which is worn on the middle finger) is activated by sending katon chakra into it,when chakra has been sent into it, it allows the user to realease the chakra and shape and nature manipulate it to katon to form almost anything the user can imagine (except guns and cars) the object created can be linked with the ring to change its direction and it might just be created and then sent towards the target, the user can also form shields to protect himself from incoming attacks, the ring can also help user to break A rank genjutsu and below by simply passing back the chakra sent into it(that is if the rounds for the ring has not ended) back to the user when it stops receiving orders from the user.

Description: Thousands of years ago, there was a lone some village in the Land of Eki, where all the villagers to a vow of peace. Never to fight even if their own life is endangered, the only exception was the protection of family and loved ones. Kids were taught this from an early age, meditation was also practiced at minimum 4 times a day to keep everyone at one with themselves. Within this village were great craftsmen throughout out all the land, that made tools with the heart for defending. Other bigger Villages and tribes with well over a thousand people wanted these craftsmen and their creations to in attempt to become rulers of the entire land of Eki. The village hidden in Ketsueki, the biggest in all the land and by far the most powerful, came to the lone village destroying everyones homes and killing the people of the village in search for the craftsmen and what they seen as "weapons". One of the Five craftsmen gave his son a pair of Gold earrings with what appears to have aqua colored diamonds[from chakra being stored within them] after the son put the earring on they became one with him. The intruders eventually found the last craftsman and his family hiding within a tunnel built under their home, each being pulled and executed, the son being the last one pulled from the tunnel, when they tried to kill him a barrier of chakra appeared reflecting theyre jutsu. This son with the only tools ever found, made by the legendary craftsmen , after 20 years went on to become King of all the land of Eki, finally bringing Peace. The earrings became known as "The Kings Peace", and their abilities are known to Block and/or Reflect nearly anything threatening the holder.

Note: The earrings can activate without the holders awareness but will always cost a move and drain proportional chakra to the technique defended from, preventing the user from molding his chakra at the same time for another technique.
Note: Only works with offensive Ninjutsu techniques (elemental or not) travelling towards the user.
Note: Blocking [right earring] is the ability through which the earings bring forth a shield of chakra, shy of 50cm from the user, in the path of an incoming technique, just enough to block it from damaging the wearer and Reflection[left earring] is the ability to bring forth a dampening shield of chakra, in the path of an incoming technique, which diverts the attack's path and sends it back towards its origin, albeit weaker by half (B-Rank becomes C-Rank for example).
Note: Each ability can only be used once every 3 turns and can only defend against up to B-Rank. By sacrificing the ability to reuse one of the applications, the user is able to forcefully will the earings to defend from a technique up to S-Rank. However, in this case, that application becomes unusable for the rest of the match and they need conscious control from the user to perform said defense.

Not specific enough, and earth can not conduct electricity for long periods of time, making it illogical to "cover" all of your Earth jutsus. Be more specific on the types of Earth jutsus it can affect and the duration of the Lightning.

Density: This refers to soild earth techniques that are more solid and compounded, slabs, boulders and moulded rock. When charged it will make the solid earth sharper while emitting bolts short range from the technique, in various angle. The charge on techniques like this can stay for up to three turns. An example of a technique that works with this is: ( Doton: Shōnyūseki ) - Earth Release: Stalactite

Viscosity: This refers to how the electrical charge works with all forms of mud and adhesive techniques. When charged these techniques will solidify slightly losing a small amount of it's viscosity but give off bursts of visable omnidirectional static charges to short range. Due to the nature of the technique it only lasts for a turn and reverts to it's natural non-charged state. This technique can only stay charge for a turn. An example of a technique that works with this is: (Doton: Fukusuu no Dorosandan) - Earth Release: Multiple Mudshot Technique.

Granules: This refers to how the electrical charge works with all techniques that involve users chakra with earthen sand, granules and particles. The total technique will be electrically charged making the particles very sharp on contact, but because of their size the lightning cannot emit current. Instead it simply remains electrically charged therefore shifting the destructive effect it has on objects. This does not apply to earth molecules that are separated, a collective group of earth is what allows it to stay charged and is destructive on regular earth. This charge can only last up to one turn on a technique. An example of a technique that works with this is: (Doton: Arijigoku no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Antlion Technique

Self armouring techniques that use doton on or through the skin and submerging techniques like: (Doton no Yoroi) - Earth Release Armor and (Doton: Moguragakure no Jutsu) – Earth Release: Hiding like a mole technique do not work with this technique.

Doton/Katon - Tekutonikku Kanbotsu Ana | Earth/ Fire Release - Tectonic Sinkhole

Description: A highly destructive technique utilising the users mastery of katon and doton. The user will form three handseals then either stomp or slam his hand on the ground inserting his chakra into the earth. This will cause a deep disturbance in the earth by it's tectonic plate creating large amounts of natural magma to be forced onto the field. Large amounts of pressure and shifting will create a deep sinkhole in the center of the battlefield pulling the earth around it. Waves of molten rock breaks through the earth at a distance of at least mid range from the sinkhole and funnels back to the center of the sinkhole. The sinkhole has a circumference of short range distance similar to the antlion technique, but leads downwards with a large amount of pulling force to the magma like depths of the earth. The user will flush katon into the rising waves of earth while the hole is forming making it unbearably hot. The heat that is put into the earth creates a humid haze that could hinder perception and movements if the opponent is too close. This attack works in a cycle fashion. The waves will rise around and be pulled towards the sinkhole refilling it until reaches a state of stability, neutralising itself. By performing an additional handseal in a moment with chakra manipulation the user can reduce the size of the wave by making it spread out, which will increase it's velocity. This jutsu like most can harm the opponent if he gets caught in it. This jutsu does tire the user due to using such a large amount of chakra in a short amount of time.

Description: The user will form two handseals placing their opponent under a genjutsu that deceives his five senses. Once placeed under the illusion the opponent will witness the user either release, summon or create a ball of light or darkness. This ball will move according to the users choice. Then in a point in time during the illusion, the ball will rapidly begin to make all forms of matter gravitate towards it including the opponent. This will appear to effect everything including the user, summons and techniques that happen destroying them.(Water will rise, fire will have a chemical shift which will turn it to gas because the lighter molecules will appear to rise splitting it, earth will rise, etc.) This experience and sensation creates a traumatic experience and the sensations that go with it cause a large amount of mental distress to the opponent. This can also be seen sometimes by a petrified expression on the opponents face as his body becomes overwhelmed with the sensations creating an opening for the user to strike.

 Declined  Why would this do damage? The ball appears and starts sucking up stuff. So what? Also, you're making what is in essence something that your opponent will not be able to figure out is an illusion in 90% of the cases. And you didn't explain what happens to the target in reality. The last sentence of the description is also well beyond the scope of Genjutsu as you cannot control what happens.
