Description: The user first requires to absorb a jutsu using the Inhaling Maw. With the chakra, the user sends it out from his lower mark onto his index finger making his finger filled with dark chakra. Before releasing it, the user shape manipulates it to form bullets and then fires it towards the opponent. The bullets if they manage to hit the opponent will cause burns and if within short range of the user the opponent may be unlucky enough to receive internal damage from the bullets.
Note: Must use Inhaling Maw before using this
Note: Can also fire the bullets directly from the palm rather than directing it to the index finger

Description: This is one of the most advanced genjutsu ever created due it's simple yet effective subtlety, the user will start off by performing three handseals while making direct eye contact with the opponent, forcibly ejecting chakra into the opponents brain and putting him under the illusion. This illusion takes advantage over the opponents Scotoma, the Scotomais an area of partial alteration in the field of vision consisting of a partially diminished or entirely degenerated visual acuity that is surrounded by a field of normal – or relatively well-preserved – vision. Every normal mammalian eye has a scotoma in its field of vision, usually termed its blind spot. This is a location with no photoreceptor cells, where the retinal ganglion cell axons that comprise the optic nerve exit the retina. So truly, directly in the middle of every mammals eye is a dark spot, the brain uses its surroundings to accurately guess whats in that blind spot so everything looks filled in. This genjutsu takes advantage of the brain when its guessing whats in that blind spot causing it to not really see what is there giving it a false image tricking the brain entirely, allowing narrow attacks to make its way towards the enemy undetected. For example, once this genjutsu is placed and I throw a kunai or use a narow jutsu from directly in front of the opponent, in the scotoma area the brain won't pick up that the kunai or technique is there due to it being tricked and only seeing its environment. Another example, if a kunai is thrown from the left side of the opponent as it passes through its area of vision once the kunai makes it to the middle of the eye whee the scotoma is, it will almost 'vanish' from view until it again reaches the other side.  Declined  You may create an illusion of a blob in the opponents visual field, but that is neither "taking control of their Scotoma" nor is it by any means an S-Rank illusion. At best its a C-Rank. Rest is jibber jabber and actually explains this badly, like the "forcefully injecting chakra into the opponents brain" part.

One of the most basic and simple of sound techniques is Amplification. This allows the user to amplify or reduce anything that is a sound wave by the use a single gesture(the snapping of one fingers) and focusing of ones ototon chakra to amplify or reduce the sound. This can be used on virtually anything that is producing soundwaves or of course soundwaves themselves: from ones voice, two objects banging together, clapping. Amplifying them to large, deafening screech or to a silent whisper, but of course there is a limit, this can only be used on soundwaves that one can hear, anything above 20Hz.

The strength of each Aye-Aye are A rank Each and when attacking together, S Rank. They only use free form but one punch from the aye-aye is strong enough to cause 5 meter crater into the ground but together they can cause a crater the size of 10meter radius. This happens only if they are literally touching each other a little linking their chakra together. Due to their strong durability, body, flexibility, agility and speed each of them are immune to B rank jutsus. Can Evade jutsus a certain amount of times and together they can create an S rank force. These two do not separate meaning, If one gets called back, the other does as well. If one is defeated the other one will poof away.
Note: Must have signed the Aye-Aye Contract

1. ( Ototon: Keisei Burukei ) Sound Release: The Siren's Bullwhip

Description: The user channels large amounts of Ototon chakra in their hands. The user then moves his hand as if he holding a whip and swings it at the target with great speed. There are at least three "modes of motion" that can produce the necessary speed in a whip to cause it to crack. The three are: a half wave, a full wave and a loop. These names are indicative of the shape of the bends in the whip as it is thrown. In all three, the initial motion is applied to the handle, and the resultant shape moves down the whip's body to the tip. The high speed of the tip is explained by the law of the conservation of momentum. Since momentum is a vector, it has a direction, and does not pass through any bend that reverses the direction of movement in the body of the whip − such as the one that occurs when a half wave shape moves down a whip. When the whip is thrown, the initial motion of the handle adds some amount of kinetic energy to the body of the whip. If the whip is going to crack, the handle movement must also produce one of the modes of motion that create a reversal of direction in the whip's movement. As the reversal of direction moves down the whip, the momentum and the kinetic energy in the whip, are concentrated in the segment of the whip between the tip and the moving bend. As the bend approaches the tip, the mass of the moving part approaches zero while the energy remains relatively constant. Since the momentum is the product of the mass and speed of the moving object, the smaller the mass, the higher the speed. Hence the end of the whip moves extremely fast, easily reaching the speed of sound. As this breakage of the sound barrier occurs, the point of impact suffers a great localized explosion, effectively destroying everything within short range of it. If aimed at a sentient being, due to the mixture of both liquids and solid composition, the whip crack causes the point of impact to suffer from shattered bones and muscle paralysis, causing them to be unable to move while simultaneous blasting them backwards to long range at great speeds. However, the jutsu takes a great toll on the user. useable only twice, each time it is used, the used is unable to mold Ototon chakra above B rank for 3 turns as well as having muscle and joint pain in his wrist and hand from maintaining a hold on the chakra whip as the sound cracks and "explodes, covering a short range radius. If used against a liquid, the explosion is magnified due to soundwaves traveling faster through liquids, allowing the explosion to span a mid range radius from the point of tip of the whip in the direction of motion, either outwards (half wave), directional (loop) or mid range omnidirectional (full wave), increasing the power of the explosion with an additional +20 damage, much like Echo Assault Skill.

Description: The user applies a sealing formula to a case of sorts (the 'case' doesn't necessarily have to be a case. It can be a letter, door, scroll, jar, box, suitcase, etc. Anything that can be opened can have the seal applied to it. After applying the seal, it seems to disappear on the object but is still there, just no longer visible. Seemingly doing nothing, the seal allows the user to know if the object has been opened. Once the object is opened, the seal is broken and the user is mentally alerted. Using the principles of chakra taught by the second Hokage, when the seal is broken, the tiny fraction that dissipates and alerts the user, also creates a fleeing chakra signal. This can be used to attach a paper bomb to the "case" which is automatically detonated once the seal is broken ( Quantifiable as 10 damage from the explosion of a paper bomb ). This usage is supplementary, and works with 1 paper bomb placed at the same time as the seal, it serves no purpose deactivating genjutsu or enemy seals.

Description: The user applies a sealing formula onto a paperbomb, infusing a small amount of wind chakra in it. While harmless on it's own, once the tag detonates, the burst of wind will feed the explosion, making a single tag as destructive as three, the norm being 10 damage. The seal is applied in short range, and seems to disappear afterwards. The secondary use of this seal is that, while activated, the user can, with a single handseal, release the seal, which will detonate the wind-powered tag, just like a normal tag, but, with the presence of the seal, the user is able to access it at any range, making it a perfect remote controlled bomb.

Description: After performing five hand seals an excess amount of sperm-like shapes are released from the body of the user. The released objects would hover and linger in the air in the shape of a red fire cloud. At first impressions it would appear as if the released objects are useless and only serve aesthetic purposes. In fact, if the opponent does not react in any manner then the technique is indeed useless. However, when foreign chakra is detected on the field the objects would charge at it and attack it, and based on elemental strengths and weaknesses the technique would get weaker and eventually end. Despite it's manner of working, the technique does not attack all foreign chakra. It has a threshold, the threshold is B rank techniques. Anything below that won't get attacked, anything equal to or above B rank would get attacked. The objects created do not attack existing foreign chakra regardless of their rank. Furthermore, the created objects do not react to foreign chakra that is cast on the user(Genjutsu). The technique's usage does not stop at it's defensive abilities. In fact, it's true purpose was to be used as an attack. The user can achieve this through performing an additional hand seal and controlling the released fire. The plethora of sperm-like shapes prove to be very effective in battle, as they can split into multiple bundles and attack from various angles. The small sperm-like shapes can be combined into larger forms, in that case minor shape manipulation is used.

Description: A gauntlet with a steel and chakra metal 3 1/2 foot blade with the handle resembling the top portion of a snake’s skull, with a cowl of red fur surrounding its base. A long, bony tail composed of vertebra-like structures protrudes from the back of the skull, this tail/ vertebra-like structure is exactly 8 feet long from beginning to end, and trails behind the user. The blade is retractable at the user's whim. Besides the normal chakra blade "mode"/ability the blade has one other. The second and final ability is that after the user focuses any chakra into the blade the weapon will focus that in the jaw like part of the weapon, the blade has to be retracted for this to work, creating a dense ball of chakra ,similar to the bijuu bomb, after this focusing is done the user will simply thrust their fist with the weapon attached in any direction and the ball of focused chakra will be released at speeds barely trackeable by the human eye on contact or signal the ball of focus energy will explode in a violent burst causing slight burns but mainly blunt force damage due to the weight and speed of the attack.

Description: The user will firstly wave three handseals in order to release a large amount of chakra into the ground, and distribute it up to long distances (mid range). Then the ground will rupture and crack open, with the ground over-tearing from the user's location. rising up in sections similiar to 'Devouring Earth' however, it covers an omnidirectional area; which works as the epicenter of the technique. However, a large and rather thick pilllar will simultaneously lift the user into the air - free of harm from the upcoming invasion. After the pillar rises from the center of the technique, and the ground around the pillar overturns outwards in massive sections, which will shaken the ground vastly, throwing anything and anyone off balance. The user will then perform two more handseals. This will trigger the water part in the technique, in which boiling water will erupt from the ground, extracted from deep within the erath with use of chakra, mainly from the middle sections of the ground that has been risen, otherwise known as the pits in between earth sections. The boiling water will rise from these 'pits' and engulf the field in large tides which cover an expansive range (long range). When the technique is used again, the user can jump the earth process, as the terrain has been changed already, and simply have the boiling water rise, although they still run the risk of getting caught by it, if they aren't wary. If done like the latter version, it will only count as 1 technique.
- Usable x3 per battle.
- Cannot use S rank water/earth techniques the next 2 turns.
- Counts as 2 techniques.

Description: The User focuses Earth chakra into the ground then after performing a single handseal causing the ground to instantly start collapsing in on itself taking what ever stands above it down into the ground possibly penetrating the person or object with hundreds of the spikes coming out of the walls of the ground. The hole from above appears Square shaped, as you look into the hole the walls get closer together until they meet at its point, similar to a Pyramid. 304 Meters deep, the top of the hole begins at 30 Meters wide and becomes less wide the deeper you go.

Note: Can only be used 2x per battle
Note: Cant use any Earth Jutsu following turn

Description: The user focuses a large amount of elemental chakra into their middle finger and thumb while releasing some into the air then upon snapping their fingers, the following might happen depending on the elemental chakra used:
  • Lightning chakra: Upon snapping their fingers, a loud thunderous roar immediately emits known to cause slight disorientation and hearing loss as Lightning rapidly strikes down on the opponent. (Note: Disorientation/hearing loss only last that turn)
  • Wind chakra: Upon snapping their fingers, a huge blast of wind is emitted blowing the opponent away from the user as gusts of wind are constantly released decreasing the opponent displacement speed by 50%. (Note: Speed decrease only last that turn)
  • Fire chakra: Upon snapping their fingers, a tall pillar of fire is emitted as it then explodes creating a fire rain that covers an area of a radius of 5 meters that the user chooses.

Description:
Upon having gained the ability to use Senjutsu, Hashirama started to consider ways to counter its limitations and downsides, namely the time needed to gather Natural Energy and the limited duration of Sage Mode once activated. The key to both was to find a way to more easily gather natural energy but also to gather it after entering Sage Mode so as to sustain it for increased lengths. The solution was Nature itself and his own unique ability, Wood Release. By using Wood as a catalyst, the user will absorb Natural energy from the environment itself directly into himself in an almost instant manner. This is done in two ways: if the user is in a dense woodland area, he can simply touch the ground, using his chakra to connect to the wood all around, and absorb Natural Energy from the environment directly or, if in an area scarce of Wood, he can touch a piece of Wood connected to the ground, namely a pillar or a tree preferably (though there are many other ways), using it as a catalyst to absorb Natural Energy from the environment all around. The effect in either cases is the same: if the user is not in Sage Mode, he will have immediately gathered enough Natural Energy to enter Sage Mode and enter it instantaneously (without time cost); if the user is already in Sage Mode, each use of the technique gathers enough Natural Energy to replenish the duration of Sage Mode by 3 additional turns. In desperation, the user can slam both hands on the ground or grip a wood connected to the ground with both hands and infuse himself with a more drastic and gigantic amount of Natural Energy to the point of withering and reducing to dust any Wood nearby or used as a catalyst. The effect is a drastic boost to Sage Mode in power. The user will effectively double its effects though reducing its duration by half and preventing the use of this ability again. In this empowered mode, due to the instability of the immense senjutsu chakra formed, the user will not be able to sustain summons or clones and once the mode ends, he'll be unable to use Senjutsu for the rest of the match.

Note: Ultimate use can only be done once, with the user not yet in Sage Mode (thus entering it as he uses it) and counts as a Forbidden Rank, doing -50 damage to the users body and leaving him exhausted and drained after the end of Sage Mode.

I don't really see how this jutsu is supposed to invalidate the shortcomings of SM. When collecting natural energy, you already get it from wood, trees and such if they are present. The amount of natural energy present has never been an issue in the series as far as I know. Naruto was even able to collect a large amount of NE rapidly when being in a large empty crater. The tricky parts are that you need to be completely still and that your chakra is perfectly balanced with the NE. Your jutsu does not solve that. If you're not standing perfectly still, you will not be able to absorb NE and NE is all around you. Normally you can absorb it 360° in all dimensions around you, while now you are forcing it into a bottleneck. I would even say what you are doing makes things go slower.

Haiiro is a human sized Panda, about 1.8m tall when standing on his hind legs, that, despite his race, is grey and white instead of black and white. This is likely because of his age, being over 100 years old. However, despite his advanced age, Haiiro is a very powerful warrior who carries at all times a simple Katana strapped to his back. He was one of the first to develop Genkotsu Namakemono and to fully master hand to hand combat and basic weapon combat. He is, however, quite silent and secluded as compared to other Pandas, speaking only when needed. In combat, his main ability is his close combat expertise. He cannot use any Ninjutsu apart from Panda Arts, but is a very dangerous Taijutsu and Genkotsu Namakemono user, having mastered and being able to use both to the highest degree. His physical strength is much higher than that of a normal ninja, earning him a damage bonus in all his physical techniques when compared to other users and his speed and agility are twice as high as a Kage Rank ninja. Very fierce and uncompromising as a fighter, he was once the leader and master of the Panda. Being an old fashion warrior, to summon Haiiro, the user must draw blood and do the normal sequence of handseals for a summon, either clapping his hands (to summon Haiiro in mid-long range around the user) or slamming a palm on a surface or the air (to summon Haiiro near that location, thus short range around the user).

Description:
An application of both sealing techniques and simple barrier techniques, the Exclusion Barrier is a technique designed to be defensive in nature yet retain some offensive applications. The user will cross his index and middle fingers of one hand (B-Rank), both hands (A-Rank) or additionally, also crossing both arms (S-Rank and Forbidden rank) triggering a simple barrier to form in front of him. The barrier is virtually transparent and, to a third party observer, seems almost made of glass, refracting in certain angles the light so as to be clearly visible. Its almost unidimensional, being quite thin (no more than 2 or 3 fingers thick) yet can have any size from as little as a 5cmx5cm squared area to a 50mx50m square area. The barrier is an excellent defense from forward attacks, easy to make and incredibly fast to deploy, but cannot defend the user from other angles. Once formed, the barrier will move with the user until control over it is released or its overpowered (in which case, it shatters and breaks, almost as if made of glass). To use it offensively the user can simply point one or both of his palms, making a pushing movement which will propel the barrier forwards in a linear path an high speeds. The barrier will possess the momentum and force as well as power of an equivalent physical technique, pushing whatever is hit backwards with might. Being a barrier, it contains all the given properties of barriers, being a field of fuuinjutsu on its own with specific applications and not simply a ninjutsu technique. Because of this, like other barriers, it can negate Ninjutsu and chakra from passing through it as well as anything. Off course, the strength of the barrier dictates the strength of its protection.
Note: S-Rank application leads to a 2 turn cold down and allows only 3 additional uses of the technique; Forbidden rank prevents further use of the technique.
Note: While sustained, the user cannot move his hands from the crossing gesture required unless its to direct the barrier forward to attack, or it will otherwise end the technique

Too vaguely defined and explained on what its limits are. I'm not really good with barrier techs, but mangawise they are every difficult to create and use. But you just summon a barrier that can vary from B to forbidden rank, that's fast, reaches up to long range, follows your movements, does not let chakra pass, can be used to defend and to attack etc. and this all without any restrictions that are in balance with the type of jutsu this is. I mean as it is now you can even use this jutsu 3 times as an S-rank and than use it one more time as a forbidden rank tech. You say what happens when it breaks, but what is now supposed to break it, especially when you use it as a forbidden rank one? I mean your barrier could potentially stop all frontal forbidden ranked jutsu with having no drawbacks for you whatsoever other than you wouldn't be allowed to use that barrier anymore. The only thing that can be considered weak, is that it's only one side, but considering the size you can make the barriers have, even that is very relative. I also really don't get why this is B-Forbidden rank as it really isn't that kind of a jutsu. You can easily start making degrees for every existing jutsu, but then you are making them stronger and more universal then they are. I only allow something like this in jutsu that have an inherent reason to accept it can have different ranks, but in this case there is no difference, all your barriers are the same. You just added it so that you could use it in much more situations. Or you make this a lower ranked jutsu or you make this a highly restricted forbidden rank one. No one is going to use a forbidden ranked one against a B-rank jutsu, that restricts the usage of a forbidden jutsu by default, but if that jutsu has different ranks it allows you to continuously spam it.

You know the drill. Its opened for a new cycle of 3 techniques per user for one week counting from today or until the new marker is posted. One Cycle = one Week but one Week is not immediately one Cycle. Read the markers to be sure you're not bypassing the rules. Remember that you can only post between markers.

Also, I must remind members to read the rules (check the first post of this thread), read the thread and get familiar with what is approvable and is not, etc. Tons of techniques still are submitted without abiding to the template for example and that is auto decline. And its ridiculous to have a submission declined because of incorrect chakra or damage info. Be smart and make sure your submission abides the templates.

Description: A deceptive move for the fighting style. The user will gather fuuton chakra towards each of their hands. The user will use on of their hands, by opening their palm, and having their fingers face towards the eye of the opponent, the user will attempt to deliver a straight eye jab. The hand though, progresses at a normal pace, similar to regular ninjas. The main purpose is not to necessarily strike the eyes of the opponent but to force their attention towards the fingers. As the opponent focused towards the hand coming at their eyes, basically a little after the first hand was sent towards the opponent, the user will use their other hand to deliver a much quicker (matching the basic speed of the fighting style) and aggressive hit aiming towards the opponents chest, delivering a slash which is quite deep and a large amount of blood will begin to spill, inflicting serious pain. The opponent will surely die if they take a full hit from this attack. It becomes extremely difficult for the opponent to notice the slash due to the distraction which makes it a formidable technique, and difficult to deduce.

He then releases a torrent of dark energy from his palm (that has the diamonds on it) that will travel around the users body this torrent of dark chakra is formed around the user like a tube, a vertical tube. This tube doesn't touch the users body it's one meter away from the users body so he doesn't take any damage, if the opponent is within range of this technique they will receive massive external damage, that may turn into internal damage if the damage is large enough, as well as a large vertical burn from whichever side the opponent is facing the tube.

Description:
A blade of the finest quality forged by Castiel and named for its raw chakra stealing abilities. It is exquisite in both form and use, a dual edged blade that mimicked the shape of a roaring flame, a hilt of obsidian, and a long chain hidden within the hilt which would only respond to his chakra. This blade was developed to steal the raw chakra from opponent with every connecting attack, and store them within, making it a “living” but not sentient blade. He crafted it of Crusentu, a metal darker than night and near indestructible. Due to its large size it is worn on Castiel's back and when swung it can deal both slashing damage and blunt bashing damage. With each swing that connects with the opponent chakra is taken and absorbed by the sword. Once raw chakra has been absorbed into the blade it may be used to produce beam of energy that can cut through steel and fly off the blade with each slash, increase the cutting power of the blade, or provide Castiel with chakra. Within the hilt of Sakugen is a chain that can be used to extend the range of the swings and enables Sakugen to be used as a projectile weapon that may be retrieved. The chain has a limit of extending to a distance of twenty meters, and is able to retract at a speed of half a second per meter, meaning it takes ten seconds to retract Sakugen after the chain has been extended to the maximum length which creates a large window from an opponent to counterattack.

Description: Judgement was the name given to the only known weapon created for a Dark release user in existence. It was created during the first ninja world war in hopes to increase the dark users powers enough to help them take control. Unfortunately before the weapon could be used the creator died in a burial of rubble where the Weapon was lost along with all the notes pertaining on how it is to be used, at least that's what was though. During a recent excavation near Konohagakure on a small island a group of diggers found the mans remains in an underground lab. He was clutching onto a small circular piece of metal and around him strung several books each titled, Judgement Part 1-5. After reading they realized the weapon was meant for a dark release user and such handed over the piece of metal and the books to Castiel, the Leaf's most known Dark release user.

Judgement is a morphing weapon which means when chakra is added to it it can change its shape. Judgement is, however limited to only 2 shapes, a shield and a sword. The weapon starts off as just a simple looking piece of circular metal weighing no more then a Kilogram. When a Dark release user channels his dark chakra into it. The shield part of the weapon comes to life growing in size to around a metre and a half high by a metre wide. Although with the large increase in size the shield isn't all that heavy. Also upon activation the shield will mould itself on the users forearm, this will depend on what hand the users dark seal is located. The shield sits on the forearm so it does no hinder hand seals.

The Shields Abilities: Activating the shield will originally cost the user 20 chakra. Once being activated the shield require the user to constantly feed it with Dark chakra so that it will no revert to its dormant state, because of this it costs the user 5 chakra each turn to keep it active. Also while activated the user is only capable of Performing 2 jutsu per turn while the weapon is active. The shield itself acts as a Absorption seal, the user is able to Block up to S rank Wind Fire and Lightning jutsu once per turn. This is a passive action, all the user has to do is put the shield between him and the jutsu and the shield will absorb it. After absorbing the First jutsu the shield will be equivalent of B rank. After the Second Jutsu the Shield will be A rank. After the Third Jutsu the Shield will be S rank. This is important as the amount of Jutsu Absorbed will depend on how powerful the sword state is. Also after 3 turns the shield will automatically morph into the sword, its rank will be defendant on the amount of jutsu absorbed during its shielded duration, this cannot be controlled by the user. If the shield does not Absorb a single jutsu in its 3 turn activation it will revert back into its dormant form but it will be able to be activated the following turn instead of the 2 turn cool down.

The Swords Abilities: Once the user has absorbed between 1 - 3 techniques he is able to Morph the shield into a sword. The swords rank will Depend on the amount of techniques absorbed by the shield, 1 = B-rank, 2 = A-rank, 3 = S-rank. This is very important as it also drastically measures how powerful the sword will be. The sword itself has 2 Main abilities associated with it.
Energy Cutting: This is the first ability of the sword, being made of Dark release and being empowered by Dark release the Sword itself holds the same Strength and Weakness' of Dark release. The Sword itself is able to protect the user from Fire, Wind, and Lightning techniques, the rank depending on the Rank of the sword. The user will Simply swing the sword into the incoming jutsu, as this happens the sword will absorb small amounts of the technique, not the entire technique. By doing this it will split the technique in half causing it to go around the user and leave him unharmed. This can be done passively but, Wielding the sword holds the same restriction where only 2 jutsu can be used while its activated. The user is able to cut through the same amount of Jutsu that where absorbed by the Shield, although the sword is Always capable of cutting jutsu the same rank as itself.
Energy Blade: The second ability of the sword is its ability to create an energy blade from within itself. The energy blade can be used 2 ways. Either the user can swing the sword causing the blade to launch out from the sword in an arc which travels up to mid range. The rank of this attack can vary from B-rank to S-rank. The amount of times the user can do this is the reverse of how many techniques where absorbed. Therefore it can do 1 S-rank, 2 A-ranks and 3 B-ranks.
The Second usage of this ability is to increase the users blade size and cutting ability. By channelling the chakra to the outside of the blade it will coat it adding an extra 800mm to the blade itself. The chakra is a visible deep purple colour which matches the sword itself. The rank of this version will once again be determined by the amount of techniques absorbed. By using this method the sword will stay like this for four turns before reverting back to its original size. The blade will follow all Strengths and Weakness' meaning it can cut through B rank earth defences.
The sword itself is also very good in close combat. If the user is up against someone with a sword coated in either Wind, Fire, Lightning, or Raw chakra the sword will sap that chakra from the blade leaving it as normal steel. The sword is like a vampire in that sense that whenever it clashes with one of these elements it automatically removes enough of it to protect the user, therefore the sword cannot be broken by another sword which is using Wind, Fire, Lightning, or Raw chakra to increase its cutting ability.

The Sword will also never revert back to the metal state just by duration alone. As long as their is an abundance of chakra left inside it it will always stay in play as a sword. As stated above the user will need to physically user the chakra to either cut energy or release jutsu to cause the sword to revert. Therefore the sword is always able to be used as a simple sword as long as the user hasn't used any of these abilities. This is excluding the ability to remove small amounts of chakra from an enemies weapon, as this is fuelling the sword doing this will not cause it to revert. cutting an actual technique though will burn more chakra then it absorbs due to the amount of chakra needed to split the technique, therefore cutting Energy does cause the sword to revert after the 3 techniques cut. Both energy blade techniques and cutting energy techniques add to the total, therefore the sword is only able to use a total of 3 techniques from either group before reverting.

The sword itself will revert back to the shield after one of two things occur. The first being is the user uses the first application of the energy blade more then 3 times of any rank the sword will revert back to its shield state and will stay dormant for 2 turns before being able to absorb techniques again. If the user cuts energy with the blade he will be able to cut a maximum of 3 wind fire and lightning jutsu up to S rank before the sword reverts back to its shielded stated where it remains dormant for 2 turns before being able to be used again.
The Weapon itself is Not indestructible. It can be broken but it cannot be destroyed. If the sword or shield is broken by an Earth ranked technique higher then itself, it will automatically revert back to the small piece of metal and will Remain dormant for Four turns. After such time the user can Channel his dark chakra into it and turn it back into the shield.
Notes and Restrictions:
- Although absorbing techniques and cutting energy are both passive abilities, while the weapon is activated the user will only be capable of using 2 jutsu per turn.
- The shield can only absorb a maximum of 3 techniques before it must be morphed into the sword.
- The sword can only cut 3 energy based techniques or Fire 3 energy blades of any rank before reverting back to its original shape.
- Once the sword reverts it will be unusable for 2 turns before the user may channel dark chakra into again to reactivate it, this will cost a move to reactive the shield.
- Can only be taught by Nathan.


 Declined  Several issues:
First: no passive stuff. Defending from anything up to S-rank of those elements and energy elements passively is a no no. Specially considering how much chakra your spending to achieve it. No. It needs to count as a move and needs to spend proportional amount of chakra towards what its absorbing.
Second: Size matters. The shield is not big enough to defend and absorb an enormous technique such as Fire Majestic Anihilation for example. Take that into account.
Third: blade has too many passive stuff.
Fourth: cutting through elements has been done so many times before it cannot be considered unique regardless of the KG you're using. So find another way.

Description: The user will swiftly perform 4 hand seals, draw blood and slam his hand on the ground. Once done, the porcupine Scleria will be summoned. Scleria is only about 3 foot tall and 3 foot wide. As soon as its summoned it burrows itself into the ground. Due to Scleria being accustomed to burrowing through earth and using chakra to do so, A rank and below earth techniques will not affect him while he's underground. Once underground Scleria will use his second special ability, the ability to manipulate and extend his quills. Similar to the Dance of the Young Ferns kaguya technique, Scleria manipulates all of his quills and even multiplies most of them, to the point that the quills will swiftly rise all throughout the battlefield, piercing, stabbing, slicing, everything on the battlefield. Of course, because Scleria is in control of the quills it can exclude the user and even make clear paths for him to go through because Scleria has the ability to sense what's going on above the ground, similar to the hiding like a mole technique. This also helps to prevent the user from being pushed into any of the quills on accident. It can also help Scleria target the opponent even when he's extremely close to the user.

The bones on the inside of the target will completely melt and then begin melt through his skin and ooze out of his body. This causes a great amount of pain and while it doesn't paralyze an opponent, it greatly reduces his dexterity. The targets moves at half his base speed and is incapable of high speed movement, causing him unimaginable pain if he attempts to, he also cannot properly string together hand seal and his hand seal speed is slower as a result

Description: In appearance, the Luxurious Coat of the Ripper looks like a normal luxurious coat. It is lined with the red fur of the four tailed beast Son Goku. The Coat itself is more special than it looks, it is a weapon. The coat is made of malleable, chakra-infusible material. The user can control literally every strand of this coat with his chakra. Due to its special abilities the coat is able to be stretched and manipulated, buts its main ability is its ability to harden to a steel-like quality. The coat is able to be stretched and manipulated to the point that it seems to not even be a coat anymore. It isn't indestructible, but as long as even a fragment of it exists it can be reformed. The attacking abilities of the coat allow it to be stretched and manipulated whilst hardening to steel like quality and transforming the ends of it into scythe-like curved blades that can carve through an opponent. The user grabs and swings the ends of his coats to deliver attacks to the opponent whilst extending it and hardening it. (Counts as an S rank with the normal chakra and damage points, only usable thrice with a short-mid range)
The user is able to use its abilitys passively, hardening it and allowing it to block free-form ninja tags and bombs as well as weapons. The coat can also be reformed if it is destroyed without a move cost, and extends within short range to help him perform arduous takes such as grabbing things for him

Description: The user will gather their chakra and stomp their foot on the ground to rise a large rock section up to 10 meters long in size and 2 meters in radius, off the ground around the area where the opponent is located. The user will then charge lightning chakra through the rock section, the lightning will begin to spiral around the rock section while breaking it apart. As the lightning is spiraling apart and the rock section is being broken apart, tendrils of lightning will begin to grow in size to the point anyone close in the radial area would be pierced from the lightning as well as terribly shocked that would numb the opponent. The rock section will soon turn into rock debris that will follow with the tendrils of lightning basically creating a vortex of lightning with rocks chunks. The rocks would be released outward as projectiles and move anywhere in distance same to the lightning tendrils. The rocks and tendrils of lightning move and are sent at a unpredictable manner making it difficult to understand where they are being launched, further decreasing the possibility of an easy way of evasion.

 Declined  2 elements like that = two moves. Also, its irrelevant to put in a submission's restrictions that you need X element mastered. Thats a filler restriction as thats already a given fact. To use this technique you need A-rank Lightning and A-Rank earth as its an A-Rank technique of both elements. Rest seems fine. Oh, also add the need to do 2 handseals for the lightning part of the technique.

Description: The user will gather their katon chakra and channel the chakra towards the users mouth and release the katon chakra from their mouth while thinning the chakra out, so instead of normal fire, a flammable gas will be released. The gas is clearly visible and has a dark color. The user as they release the will be directed towards the ground and as it touches the ground it travels in a radial manner, being able to travel up to long range (25 meters). Due to how it travels in a radial manner and requires contact with the ground, the user will have to be above ground (A flying summoning as an example) or on top of a mountain or high point so they are not caught within the flammable gas. The gas will be released as a projectile, so the user will have no more control of the gas as it travels. As it travels everywhere around the terrain, the gas will act to feed up on the untouched oxygen in the air and replace the oxygen in the air with the flammable gas. Thus anything within the area below will begin to decay slowly due to the lack of oxygen for especially plants. An opponent will not be able to breathe while in the area, causing them to suffocate. If an opponent however breathes in the flammable gas, it can cause internal damage, harming their lungs making it difficult to breathe and develop a light head, over time they will faint (2 turns). Due to the density and the color of the gas, it also makes it difficult to see through the gas while also being chakra infused. (Not including certain dojutsu and sensory) The gas can also be lit on fire, with the use of a basic light or another fire jutsu to create a devastating inferno attack.

More than one pages may be used depending on the user's discretion. The pages once they attach to their destination, the quickly form a barrier around it. This would fortify the object or perhaps prevent anything trapped within the object from escaping. However when used on the ground, the barrier forms on just a portion of the ground say 5m radius fortifying the ground from jutsu intrusion and extrusion though the barrier is only as strong as one rank below its rank, meaning it can only prevent any jutsu of A-rank and below. At most 3 pages of the scripture is used and each of their power is still the same as when one is used.

Seth is a soldier, stoic though not fearsome because of his color. As big as Sasuke's Eagle, He is rare in terms of appearance amongst other Pitohuis as his entire self is clad in white feathers, although rumor has it that the whiteness is because Seth is pure and is almost with no toxins except for his claws and beak which a scratch could cause paralysis and that Seth is the essence of lightning. He has excellent manouvreability in mid-air and can communicate to the summoner or other Pitohuis through Pitohuian language though he rarely speaks except when it matters.
Abilities:
-He can use Pitohui Arts
-Seth is a lightning specialist and 1x per battle, he can turn himself completely into lightning though still taking his normal shape thus becoming intangible to physical things and immune to lightning but vulnerable to wind via elemental strenghts and weaknesses. Also he can move faster while in this form. However, he is not able to attack or convey the summoner in this form as he is intangible and touching him could cause electrical shock and total paralysis. This counts as a move and last only for 2 turns or when he abruptly turns back to tangible.
-1x per turn he can generate a flush of blinding white light that covers the whole terrain and even blinds the summoner. However, he can choose to propagate the harmless but blinding light into one direction like a beam.
-Seth is immune to A-rank and below lightning but in defense to other elements, he would discharge a focused omnidirection lightning surge(S-rank) up to short range around him, though he can only use this 1x per turn and counts as a move from the user's jutsu slot.
-1x every 2 turns, he can flap his wings to release in a widespread, hundreds of miniature golden(lightning) pitohuis that paralyses to the touch, this is A-rank and counts as a move.

A magnificent feat, Majele would stand equal is size against the likes of Gamabunta. Although She doesn't want it seem that way, but she is true Elegance clad in interwoven magnificence, colors that are beautifuly interlaced on her feathers and She is very proud. She does not like to be controlled or rather can't be control and only fights at her own free will and in dire circumstances when summoned into the terrain, and if she likes she would reverse summon herself back to Modakeke.
Abilities
-Majele is proud and hate to be summoned so her appearance unleashes a massive killing intent on everyone Ninjas/summons on the terrian except the summoner and Pitohuis. The pressure of Majele's killing intent is massive and would paralyse victims of the same rank with the summoner. Meaning, if the summoner is Kage ranked, Majele's Killing intent would have the power to paralyse Kage ranked victims unlike a ninja's own Killing intent that paralyses only 2 ranks below. However, victims that has ranked higher than the summoner would feel lesser killing intent which would not paralyse them but able to cause distraction on them or make them fumble a jutsu. Clones of the victim if he had made any won't be able to withstand the pressure and would disperse(only if the victim is of the same rank with the summoner and below), also summons other than Hooded Pitohuis reverses back to their world. However this makes summoning Majele counts as 2 moves.
-1x Per battle, Majele is able to spew a massive amount of purple colored neurotoxin gas(S-rank) that engulfs the whole terrain in seconds. The neurotoxin gas is extremely noxious and a simple inhalation would cause instant paralysis while a heavy dose causes heart failure and death. However this counts as a move and the gas last only for 2 turns then it diffuses.
- 1x every 2 turns, Majele is able to from existing toxin source or from her mouth, create upto 6 Replicas of herself but smaller(each has the size of sasuke's bird) entirely made of neurotoxins as they are colored in a purple hue. They would attack the opponent at her will, though not to cause physical damage but to trap the opponent in their deadly fume as they burst into purple gas on physical contact, gas that only lingers for 1 turn. This is S-rank and simple inhalation of this would cause partial paralysis(difficult movement which makes the victim slow) and joint pains while heavy inhalation causes total paralysis. Counts as a move.
-She can use Pitohui Arts
-Majele would proudly groom herself to show off her ravishing beauty, shaking her entire body vigorously causing a large tremer.
-She can use her beak or claws to smash through A-rank and Below defenses.

Description: The user builds up large amounts of Doton chakra in his whole body and performs the Ram→Snake→Tiger→Dragon→Monkey handseals. He proceeds to slam his palm on the ground, as he releases all the built up chakra through it towards the ground. As a result of this, 4 ghostly looking, solid shrouds are created in 4 different directions, i.e. East, West, North and South of the opponent at equal distances which engulf the opponent in the shape of a circle with 4 points. These shrouds release very fast moving sharp spikes OR heavy mud coated balls from their mouth. Each shroud releases 2 spikes from it's mouth, the spikes which are targeted at the opponent's heart. The user has the choice of either letting the shrouds emit spikes or mudballs, the mudballs emitted are continuous, and the shroud can emit maximum 5 mudballs at a time after which it disappears into thin air. The shrouds can endure upto C-Rank Earth techniques and C-Rank Taijutsu.

- Can be used only twice per battle.
- Requires precise chakra control.

Also note if you perform another technique and stop focusing on this one, you can't control them anymore unless by using the technique again and counting towards another move of your moves per turn.

Each shroud releases 3 spikes from it's mouth, and the spikes are targeted at the opponent's heart. If the user performs another technique after performing this technique, he loses focus on this technique and hence the shrouds disappear. If the user wants to use this technique again, he has to perform it again, and it also counts as a move. The shrouds can endure upto C-Rank Earth techniques and C-Rank Taijutsu.

Description: The user gathers Raiton chakra in his hands and performs the Ram→Bird→Ox→Hare handseals and stretches his hands parallel to himself(i.e. at 90 degrees) and creates a phoenix bird completely made up of lightning. The bird is 2 meters wide and 1 meter tall. Using his chakra, he controls the movements of the bird. If he decides to use it offensively, he needs to perform an additional handseal, i.e. the Tiger handseal with his right hand, after which the phoenix emits a powerful bolt of thunder which extends upto long range, and upon contact electrocutes the opponent. Also, he has the choice of sending the phoenix bird at the opponent, which upon contact would electrocute him. If he decides to use it defensively, he needs to perform the Dragon handseal, upon which the bird would surround him, (only from the front side), acting like an armor. The bird can endure upto B-Rank lightning techniques. If the user performs another technique after performing this technique, he loses focus on this technique which causes the phoenix to disappear. If the user wants to use this technique again, he has to perform it again, and it also counts as a move.
Note(s):
- Can be used only thrice per battle
- Can be only taught by Acē
- The phoenix lasts for 2 turns after which it disappears.
- The user is vulnerable from other 3 sides when performing the technique.
