Description and Background:
It is a newly discovered species, found in 2011 in Vietnam. The frog itself has striking black and white patterned eyes resembling the yin and yang symbol. This particular amphibian, Yin and Yang frogs, live in the evergreens and thrive in wet or damp environments. Little is known about the species itself so the outcome of their future is unknown due to their natural habitat being destroyed, daily.

(Doton:furui yuumon) – Earth Release: Ancient Anguish

Description: the user will slam their foot on the ground to create 6 pillars of large stone with sharp spikes encased in the inner wall to rise up from the ground then the user makes them surround the enemy and slam into them creating a tomb for them and then finally slams the tomb into the ground engulfing the tomb completely with the spikes protruding through the ligaments and rupturing the organs.

Note: Can only be used once.
Note: The user cannot use earth element next turn.

Declined, make it that their is a like several seconds before the tomb is taken into the earth to give it a weakness but makes it a strategic requirement to pull the technique off and make it that you cant use earth element for the following two turns

Note: Can only be used once.
Note: The user cannot perform water style next turn.

Declined, similar aspect to the above technique in that making it so the enemy is still able to attempt to escape the whirlpool and so for you to successfully pull the technique off you would need to use certain methods and make it the same that you cant use water element for the following two turns.

(Katon: Ares's dekobou) – Fire Release: Ares's Mischief

Description: By Concentrating the fire chakra within the ground, to slowly the user then creates flames of fire rise from the ground in 4 vents around the target which are then controlled by the users hands and then whilst positioning them at the enemy, the user will suddenly release a small qualitative amount of fire chakra which causes a large uproar of fire to spiral upwards in a wavy so like pattern; this jutsu is of-course seemed to attack the opponent from below, however it's quite the opposite, the raises up from the ground to attack from them air, only suppose to catch the opponent off guard via the direct of its attack, so when this hits the enemy it pins them down and crashes on them.

Note: Can only be used once
Note: User cannot use fire element next turn

Requirement:
1.Only Anbu578 may teach this technique.

Description and Background: Leopards are graceful and powerful big cats closely related to lions, tigers, and jaguars. They live in sub-Saharan Africa, northeast Africa, Central Asia, India, and China. However, many of their populations are endangered, especially outside of Africa. The leopard is so strong and comfortable in trees that it often hauls its kills into the branches. By dragging the bodies of large animals aloft it hopes to keep them safe from scavengers such as hyenas. Leopards can also hunt from trees, where their spotted coats allow them to blend with the leaves until they spring with a deadly pounce. These nocturnal predators also stalk antelope, deer, and pigs by stealthy movements in the tall grass. When human settlements are present, leopards often attack dogs and, occasionally, people. Leopards are strong swimmers and very much at home in the water, where they sometimes eat fish or crabs. Female leopards can give birth at any time of the year. They usually have two grayish cubs with barely visible spots. The mother hides her cubs and moves them from one safe location to the next until they are old enough to begin playing and learning to hunt. Cubs live with their mothers for about two years—otherwise, leopards are solitary animals. Most leopards are light colored with distinctive dark spots that are called rosettes, because they resemble the shape of a rose. Using the Hydrification Technique, the user fires multiple amount of small water blobs that resemble bullets that shoot out from the users index finger at a fast rate. Similar to that of a automatic gun. The user must shape his hand into a shape of a gun in order for it to work. The user can also shape his other hand into a gun allowing him to fire the bullets of water from both hands.

Unknown to the opponent, when the blow lands, their limb in which the used to attack with gets stuck into the body of the user. With the opponent now stuck the user can either attack them back or manipulate the liquid in their body to engulf the trapped opponent causing them to drown. The user can also use this jutsu to engulf thrown projectiles, and throw them back at the opponent.

Note:
- Can only be used 3 times per battle.
- Can only be used by Hozuki bio's
- Can only be taught by -Cerberus-

The user then releases their hold of the water causing it to reform and crash back into one large water source.

Description: This seal must be pre-made (Stated on the bio) by sealing chakra into the kanji "吸収" (Absorption) on the user's palm. The user will then hold there hand out in front with their palm facing the oncoming elemental jutsu, activating the seal to form a chakra half-sphere that faces the oncoming attack. This chakra half-sphere is Short-range in diameter at it's maximum and will proceed to wrap around the oncoming jutsu and seal it back within the user. This translates the chakra in the absorbed jutsu into chakra that can be used by the wielder to boost their next jutsu/attack by 10 damage points. The chakra absorbed will always be used in the next jutsu the wielder uses and once done, the seal can no longer be activated or re-set.
Notes:
- Can only be used twice per match, if the bio has been marked on both hands.
- Can only be used to absorb manifested one jutsu per hand and both seals (If two are placed) cannot be used in the same turn.
- A total of two seal can be placed on the bio, one on each palm. These must be stated on the bio itself and not just declared at the start of battle.
- Can only absorb up to A-rank ninjutsu.

Description: The user will have a series of leaflets with the Kanji "停止" (Halt) inscribed upon them, that they will then toss across the battle field followed up with a kunai to pin them in place. These leaflets will cover an area mid-range around the target that will prevent them from leaving said area around them, thus restricting there movements to the marked out area around them, by way of a chakra barrier that can only be seen by doujutsu users. No harm is done to the target by touching the barrier as it is not physical in nature but instead chakra based. The user may opt to place themselves in the barrier, however since it is made from there own chakra, they may move in and out of the barrier freely. This barrier does not prevent jutsu from entering/exiting the barrier, only people and summons, including the summons of the one who placed the barrier.
Notes:
- Requires Fuuinjutsu training
- Barrier lasts two turns
- No fuuinjutsu may be used on the turn of activation.

Kakusareta Waiyā no Tebukuro (Gloves of Hidden Wire)

Description: The Kakusareta Waiyā no Tebukuro are a pair of black fingerless gloves, each one with a length of high strength, mono-filament wire produced in Amegakure that is all but invisible to the naked eye. These wires are drawn out manually through the finger opening of the gloves where they are then controlled using chakra for attack and/or defence. By channelling the users chakra through the wires and by using subtle finger movements, the wielder can manipulate the wires to slice through obstacles as dense as rock and can also be manipulated to wrap around limb to tear them off/apart. Using the combined wire from both gloves, the user can create a defensive perimeter short-range around themselves, slicing up any solid obstacle that tries to step within the boundary. This defencive ability prevents the user from performing hand seals or using complex jutsu above B-rank as well as any other wire glove based ninjutsu, and is only sustainable for two turns at a time. The extent of the users control over the wires is such that they can slice through and thus negate all weapons formed from the shadow shuriken jutsu and the Twin Rising Dragons technique.
Notes:
- Any manipulation of the wires cost +10 chakra per turn though does not count towards the user jutsu slots.
- Specific attacks/abilities and defences against ranked jutsu of the wires require the use of a separate custom jutsu.
- Any wire based jutsu that usually requires shuriken, can be performed without them when using the wires from the gloves. For example, any jutsu that requires first pinning with a shuriken attached to a wire can be done by simple wrapping the wire around the target's limb instead.
- Wires are visible to those who posses a doujutsu and detectable by those who can sense chakra.
- Can only be used by those Shinta allows.

Description and Background: The Zorilla is a small carnivorous animal which varies between 28cm - 30cm in length (not including the tail which can add an extra 20 or 30 cm to the animal's length). The Zorilla has long sharp claws on the forepaws, which are mainly adapted for digging but are also useful for climbing trees.

The Zorilla can inhabit a large variety of habitats. They are most often found in Savannas and semi-arid environments, however they can be found anywhere from coastal sand dunes to forests, high mountains and even swamps. In our world, you would find Zorilla's throughout the African continent.

They are very efficient swimmers and climbers, however the Zorilla prefers terrestrial life and is a mostly nocturnal animal, but they have been known to forage around dusk and dawn.

When under threat, the Zorilla will growl and bark and fluff up its tail. If this does not scare off the threat, the growling rises to a high pitch scream and the Zorilla proceeds to turn around and emit a foul smelling substance from its **** glands much like a skunk does. These emissions, temporarily blind the threat and irritate the mucous membranes resulting in an intense burning sensation. These emissions are why the Zorilla is reknown for being the smelliest animal on earth, smellier than what people typically believe to be the stinkiest animal on earth; the skunk.

Description: The user will stomp the ground, making a tunnel, and blows huge amounts of highly compressed air, forming blades of air into the ground, and with one handseal, blades of air will errupt from the ground, puncturing him from underneath.
Note:
-Can be used up to 2 times in a battle.
-doujutsu's can see through ground and can respond to it.
-Only those who has mastered Fuuton can use this.
-You can't use any other Fuuton jutsus in the same turn, hence it will take up all your Fuuton chakra.
-In the next turn, you can't use any higher then a B-ranked Fuuton justu
-Can be taugh only by Dr. House
-If the user uses it in mid range, it will inflict -30 damage, and if used in short range, the user dies.

New Cycle


You know the drill. Its opened for a new cycle of 3 techniques per user for one week counting from today.

As the one responsible for the Custom System, I must apologize to all members for the delays we've been experiencing in this thread and others. The recent staff changes but also the begining of the summer brought us new challenges and issues that delayed the checkings. In the summer, the older staff members generally get more busy in RL which translates in periods of less activity which in return delays some tasks. Hopefully it will also return to normal in the near future so please be patient and try to understand when a delay happens that is not because we are lazy, its because we simply can't get to every single thing at the same time.


Also, I must remind members to read the rules (check the first post of this thread), read the thread and get familiar with what is approvable and is not, etc. Tons of techniques still are submitted without abiding to the template for example and that is auto decline. And its ridiculous to have a submission declined because of incorrect chakra or damage info. Be smart and make sure your submission abides the templates.

The blade is very sharp and dense enough to cut through the same rank attacks and below attacks because it is shape manipulation on another level so it is equal to A rank elemental ninjutsu jutsus. The difference between this and Chakra Scalpel for medical ninjas is that this technique does external damage and internal when slicing and can be used as a defense in some cases. Also Crow Claw can be used against elemental jutsus which Chakra Scalpel can't do.

The opponent is sent into a genjutsu where chains released from the ground and a chair comes from behind the opponent where the chains are coming from. The chains retrace into the chair and wraps around the opponent scraping him/her to the chair. The opponent then sees a clone of the user beside them. The clone holds a giant(the size Franken Stein from Soul Eater has in his head) screw in his hand. The clone starts to push the screw in the opponent's head. These punches are launched at different spots on the opponent and the last punch uses the Drunken Fist unpredictable ability and speed. The user does a headbutt to the opponent but the headbutt also knocks the user back into reality and out of the Drunk Fist state.

After the water is removed/drained, it will just fall on the ground, and if it's from a big object that contains a lot of water, e.i. a big tree, the water that is falling down, could even be used as a small water source. If this technique is used on wood, the wood would turn into earth.

The size of the wind barrier is limited by the amount of chakra spent in it. The Barrier could be placed at any (visible) height. It could prevent someone from going high into the sky somehow, or prevent someone to go down, or fall on the ground if he/she already is in the sky because of it's density, what also makes it possible to walk on it. The user can always manipulate the wind barrier, like placing it higher/lower, make it smaller/bigger, move it forwards/backwards/sidewards, create a gap in it, or close a gap or cancel it out.

Description: The user would release their sound chakra around their body, allowing them to create 3 vibrating limbs of sound anywhere on their person, as well as an armour made of sound which would cover every inch of their body. The vibrating sound limbs would be clearly visible as they can be seen flickering due to the speed at which they vibrate, all whilst creating a low humming noise which can be heard by opponents short range away from the user. The limbs would have a physical presence, allowing them to counter physical attacks and deflect attacks from Kunais/Katanas with ease all whilst being able to send visible sounds of blasts (A-ranked) which would have the power to counter A-ranked Earth/Wood/Water and anything else which is able to be deflected/dispersed, however it has no affect on Fire or Lightning jutsus, and would simply phase through them. The length of the limbs can differ but they can't be made longer than 1 meter. Should the sound blasts hit the opponent, they'd be able to send the opponent flying whilst dealing blunt damage which would hinder the opponent in the battle as well as messing up their equilibrium slightly, causing them to lose their balance and their hearing. Moreover, the limbs can be used to launch punches and kicks which would let sound enter where the opponent was hit, making the nearest limb impossible to use for 2 turns as the vibrations numb the nerves and muscles surrounding the area hit. The armour would serve no defensive abilities to the user but would simply do what the limbs are capable of doing when physically hitting the opponent, which is numb the surrounding area, however with the armour, it would numb the nerves of the limb which the opponent hits the user with, whilst softening the impact slightly.

Description: The user will begin by constantly emitting sound waves from their body and manipulating the sound to reverberate over and around every inch of their body in the form of an armor of sorts. The vibrating sound is clearly visible to the naked eye and can be seen flickering due to the speed at which they vibrate, all whilst creating a low humming noise which can be heard by opponents short range away from the user. While the sound is intangible, it has a certain ‘physical’ presence in that the sound can interact with solid, physical objects. To be more explicit, because the sound waves are constantly reverberating, they undergo compression and are capable of giving off concussive force due to accumulated sound pressure. As a result, the sound armor (A-ranked) can defend against physical attacks and easily deflect incoming weapons like kunai, shuriken and even sword strikes. Additionally, by concentrating the sound, the user can release blasts of compressed sound in the form of an (A-Ranked) projectile attack. These blasts of sound possess the power to counter Earth, Wood, Water and other solid or semi-solid attacks – basically anything that can be deflected or dispersed – of A-Rank and below. Because of their impalpable nature, the sound would have no effect on Fire or Lightning jutsu, instead phasing through them completely. Should the sound blasts impact the opponent, they’d send said person flying backwards whilst dealing blunt force damage. Enduring such a hit would also tamper with that person’s equilibrium, inhibiting hearing as well as noticeably disturbing the opponent’s sense of balance. Moreover, when the blasts of sound move through a body of water, the damage dealt is drastically increased. Just as the user can release blasts of sound in the form of projectiles, they can also physically attack the opponent in close quarters combat to deal damage, for example by punching or kicking. Sorry but this goes beyond the scope of Sound Release. How can you restrict the sound waves from going away from you to stay and form an armor? I mean, you can direct sound to a given target but sound is energy, it needs to travel from one point to another in a given medium. Thats sound. For me this is simply illogical in its basis.

Description: A simple jutsu used to combat against faster paced opponents, Shu's tempting breeze relies on the user to have faster moving opponents, who - once set off from their initial spot - can't control their speed and movement without effort. The user, upon seeing the opponent set off or prepare to set off would manipulate his chakra at the end of his finger tips (including thumbs) and extend multiple thin flexible 'wires' of almost transparent wind which can be manipulated to flow around the user, creating a barrier of slicing thin wind wires, making it impossible for things to bypass them as they continue to intertwine with each other. The user would be able to manipulate the wires, allowing him to not only create the barrier but also whip the wires of wnd outwards and reach for the opponent in an attempt to capture him/her whilst slicing their skin or even just pierce through their body. Although a simple move to counter, when used against faster moving opponents, the natural 'colour' of wind and the girth of the wires allows it to be extremely hard to see. Moreover, as a Wind jutsu, the user can also change the nature of the technique so that rather than its slicing abilities, the wires of wind combine to provide a large blowing force which can be used to push back enemies and summons of various sizes within reason.

Description: Pariacaca's Dark Gift is a conversion jutsu which allows the user to - for a limited number of turns - give the same properties of '(Suiton: Kokuun) - Water Style: Black Clouds' to all of the users jutsus, allowing them all to turn into a black colour and become highly flammable all whilst still retaining their natural strengths and weaknesses. However, when faced against a Fire jutsu the same rank, the water would continue (at a weakened rank) whilst burning, allowing it to deal an extra 10 damage points. This damage increase can also be done by the user, if he/she manages to ignite the differently natured water themselves. The jutsu itself does not change the range or power of any water jutsus but simply converts, everything else relies on the water jutsu used during the turns this jutsu is activated. Moreover, water jutsus which may be used from behind or blind spots become easier to discover by opponent who have a good sense of smell due the smell given off by the oil-like black water. In addition to that, it also makes the user vulnerable as the water becoming flammable means he can't use jutsus which are based creating shields/armours of Water.

Problem here: this would collide with Oil Release. The jutsu you're talking about supposedly makes it rain "oil" or an "oil-like" substance. By allowing you to use this you'll be essentially using all water techniques as if they were in fact oil. That cannot be allowed. DNR

Description: The user focuses suiton chakra in the palms of their hands. The user then performs the hand seals Tiger → Boar while releasing their chakra at the same time. They create a strong and fairly long stream of water extending from their palms. With their chakra, they manipulate the shape and shape the stream to a dragon (the long snake-like ones) They would have two dragon-shaped whips of water, one on their left hand and one on their right. These dragons attack with no miss, kind of like a guided missile, so any attempts to dodging this technique would be a fail. Another way of using this technique is by holding the tails, or in this case the end of the stream, and controlling it yourself. However, with this the opponent could dodge it and the success rate of this technique depends on the users accuracy. With the second way of wielding it, it could be used to hold down opponents and repeatedly whip them. Each dragon-shaped whip can extend up to mid range and about as big as your palms. The radius of the body, or the stream is about the radius of a cup. However, the radius of the body of the dragon would slowly expand as it gets longer, growing up to three feet.

Description: The user performs the Boar → Dog →Dragon handseals and concentrate their chakra in their two hands. They slam their hands on the water source, summoning two walls to come up in the left and the right of the target. The walls would be up to 15 feet tall and 15 feet wide. Each wall would count as A-ranks each, meaning that it can only be destroyed by the same way A-rank techniques are destroyed. The user can control how far the two walls are apart from the target. After the two walls made of water are in place, the user will use their chakra that was used to make the wall to make small bullets to attack the opponent. Each wall will produce up to 500 bullets for each wall, however all 1,000 will not hit because of the size of the target compared to the size of the wall. The wall will collapse after one turn because all the water used for the wall would have been used away with the bullets.

Notes and Restrictions:
- Can only be used twice per battle
- No S-rank suiton techniques in the next turn.
- Each wall counts as an A-rank suiton; meaning if one tries to destroy one of the walls, it would need to be a technique capable of destroying an S-rank
- If one wall is destroyed, the other walls bullets will only deal half the damage.
- The bullets are NOT capable of piercing like normal bullets, the damage dealt by the attacking bullets would be one like a punching feeling, but a lot more 'punches'. Like someone being repeatedely punched everywhere

The sword only cooperates with certain people who possess the will of fire and determination. Others who have tried wielding this legendary sword was killed by the two swords. The two swords act like normal swords; left one used for defending while the right one used for attacking. When you connect the two swords handles together, and release your chakra into the sword, it will go through a change where it becomes a double-bladed staff. This staff, unlike the twin swords, has the ability to release fire with its master/wielder. By exerting your chakra on the center of the staff, you would be able to perform Fire techniques using it. This sword is very sturdy and indestructible. It has a mind of its own and can somehow "speak" to its user by their chakras. By speak, i mean that they are able to warn you of incoming fire techniques because it has the ability to sense fire chakra in a persons body. In addition, this blade could pierce and destroy earth released up to B-ranks, because of the sturdiness and solidness of its blades.

Things i deleted from the weapon::
- Removed the communicating with the user through chakra.
- Removed the part where the weapon kills the user if they aren't compatible with them.

Description: This follows the same principle and advanced chakra shape manipulation of gentle lion fist but instead of cladding both fist, an Hyuga would use this on a greater scale cladding his whole body in chakra.
The user after collecting great amount of his chakra into his core, spreads it while expunging a continous stream of chakra out of his whole tenketsu leaving the user claded in blue chakra that flickers with tiny bubbles at the edge. This technique allows a hyuga to expand his own tenketsus allowing easy and subtle flow of chakra in and out(Apparently the user chakra is neither created nor destroyed, meaning there is no chakra lost: "though maybe little due to bubbles" except when the user does a physical attack or a Taijutsu attack since chakra leaks out to the surface then goes back in and out, momentarily refreshing the user's chakra system every seconds) of his chakra system enhancing his body neuro-activity thus granting him double his base speed and agility.
Since the user is coated in this modified/advance chakra, if the opponent is hit by a taijutsu attack or a physical attack, Apart from the physcal damage they'll surfer, chakra from the user(the one he is coated in) would sink into them dealing internal damage in the area of impact.
While in the chakra coat, the user can form platforms of chakra at very great speed at very close proximity to his body to make quick manouvre and evasion(counts as a move), also presurrized chakra bubble can be form below the user's feet which serves as a propeller to cause a quick dash which is comparable to half Lee's speed without his wieght say 3rd gate speed(useable only twice).
The user's chakra system is automatically refreshed by the seconds due to movement of chakra to and fro the user thus is gives the user immunity against external chakra intrusion.
When the technique ends, the user is left exhausted and will have half of his base speed and agility for two turns and can only use it again once. However if he tries to use it the third time, he'll die)

Soon after the Shodai Kazekage's death the Kanji Symbol 守る was engraved upon the blade's hilt, integrating the Shodai's Will. The second era hadn't the potential to measure up to the Shodai's Will, not even the Nidaime Kazekage could wield the blade, thus out of frustration, and loss of hope, this blade was thrown out into the hot desert of Sunagakure left there to be forever forgotten.. Constantly beat, and subjected to various wind storms, sand, debris, and the thirst quenching temperature of the desert; this allowed the blade to develop a resilient exterior, along with a few distorted features. This weapon possesses one ability, in which is triggered by the Shodai Kazekage's will.

Changes Made: I took out the animals tied to it and the boss, also added a little hint and power up for future panther summons (bolded)...That is it the description and background is left the same. The reason it was declined was because I surpassed the 3CJ a cycle limit.

Description: The user will focus storm chakra in their hand the slam both of them down on the floor. A short yet dark wide spread cloud with a electrical discharge will rise from the ground and cover the floor. The cloud is not dense enough to slow movement and it only goes up to the users knee in height. The clouds like most responds to large or quick amounts of friction. The cloud is harmless if regular speed movement occurs in it, regular sage rank running, jumping, rolling, etc. But if a high levels of movement occurs (EIG, Swift release, and other speed enhancing modes) the amount of friction that happens will enduce a short, painless but stunning electric jolt that instantly stuns the opponent towards there nervous system and slow them down back to there normal base speed. Also finally to prevent themselves from getting shocked as well they will channel storm chakra towards there legs and feet which will act as a barrier to the technique.

Description: Through use of chakra the user is capable of rapidly materializing a swathe of mist in any desired location, provided the air not be completely arid. This mist remains to be exceptionally dense, thick and highly compressed, making it almost liquid like in composition. It's thickness playing a vital role in supporting its furthered transformation, as the mist itself remains to be exceptionally sticky. Therefore, entities that come in contact with the mist are quickly drenched in the sticky substance as the mist infests the clothes and slathers onto their body, at first resulting in inhibition, with prolonged exposure warranting complete restraint of limbs and such. Through the use of a basic hand gestures, the user is capable of granting simple, yet notably quick movement onto the mist, perhaps to follow an enemy in aims to restrict them. The size of the created mist can range from the size of a pebble, up until a size that would be capable of fully enveloping summons such as Sasuke's hawk. Despite simply being a mist, this technique at very least displays water prowess against fire techniques, being capable of withstanding and overpowering through the onslaught of A ranked fire techniques provided the mists size be suitable. Description: A technique in which by releasing and compressing ones chakra, the user is capable of generating multiple hexagonal plates of chakra that layer unto their body so as to act as an armor. The plates remain to be slightly translucent, being translucent blue in color with a luminous pink stroke. The plates cover the users body in their entirety, bending and molding so as to allow the user free movement while still protecting them. The plates are comprised of highly concentrated compressed chakra and therefore are capable of standing on equal terms to Elemental Ninjutsu. Aside from the plates that cover the users body, several plates that enter a stationary orbit to the users body can be created, usually forming ring shapes and acting as an extra outer defense. Any and all of the plates can be rearranged and molded so as to create different weapons and shapes, however doing so may comprise the protection of the armor in pursuit for offensive ability. The plates can even be used as projectiles, the user being capable of firing them up to Long Range if they so wish. Any plates that are not currently active, (defending from attacks, moving according to the users wishes or being rearranged) shift their translucency to the utmost max, thus providing a near invisible armor defense.

One trick allows him to create an identical copy of himself, and will disappear only after it is attacked. Another trick allows him to change into animals or impersonate other people. However, he does not gain the abilities of whatever he turns into, although minor natural abilities such as flight in bird form tend to work. Despite being a genjutsu based attacks, it is near impossible to tell the difference, from a copy or if he changes form. Though what makes this jutsu dangerous is that fact he is able to use it a any time without another knowing it is in use. The opponent is left confused and minor metal damage is given.

Description:
After weaving the hand signals Dog → Tiger → Dragon → Monkey → Ram → Rat → Horse → Dragon, the user manipulates the as many water droplets in the atmosphere as they can, condensing the water until a gigantic sphere of water is visible in the sky. At the user's command, the water sphere rapidly spins and descends on the target at a incredible speed, shaping itself similar to a tornado. However, there is no inside vortex, which allows the technique to retain its immense water pressure. Upon making impact, the technique takes on a wave appearance and spreads in a circle. Anything struck by the wave is pinned down the ground until the flooding is over, unless they drown or were crushed first. This technique can cover a diameter of almost a kilometre and the flood can be as deep as ten feet if enough water is gathered.
This technique is powerful, but it requires an incredible amount of water, chakra, and mental focus. The best way to use this technique is before a storm or near a large body of water, where water is readily available.

The user will perform the hand seals Dragon → Monkey → Horse → Hare; This technique conjures an aura of shredding winds around the user. In actuality, this technique is a two-fold defense. First, a layer of pressurized and compressed air is "hardened" and generated around the body of the user, coating the skin. A second layer then swirls around the body at intense speed. This outer layer is the emphasis of the technique: the wind is moving and revolving at such a high speed that it effectively slices and cuts whatever it comes into contact with.
This technique can be used either defensively or offensively. In terms of defence, it offers an excellent deterrent to close quarters combat and other techniques, namely projectiles, as the winds will tear and disrupt whatever gets close. What makes it so dangerous is that the "armour" creates powerful counter-winds that are shown to be able to easily put out B-rank and below techniques fire techniques, as well as deal serious damage to the opponent. A constant stream or a larger, powerful and coordinated attack could breach the barrier. In terms of offence, this skill has good synergy with taijutsu, adding a layer of protection while lending physical strikes the devastating power of tearing winds.

A unique ability possessed by the portal of wind is any solid/liquid objects, constructs or techniques passing through it will have their cutting capabilities greatly amplified, as the disc of wind provides them with a green coating of wind chakra much like the one produced in Wind Release: Vacuum Blade. The layer of wind will amplify a construct's cutting properties to the extent, a thrown rock will become as destructive as a bullet, making this technique a very formidable weapon despite its non-offensive nature. This technique will only amplify the cutting capabilities of solid or liquid constructs e.g. rocks, kunai, bullets of water and etc, whilst only blocking/weakening any Fire/Lightning-based elements which attempt to pass through it. One disadvantage to the technique is, the opponent can also benefit from this technique if their thrown projectiles or techniques manage to pass through the portal, making this jutsu a very double-edged sword. Ok...I understand that this would or could be used to accelerate things passed by it but I don't see how a "disk" of wind can be used to give cutting properties to something just by it passing inside it. And the result is what? an X/Wind release attack or an X release attack? This should only be used short range from you.

Description: The user will perform a sequence of two handseals before focusing their fuuton chakra into the air around the opponent to generate two identical portals of wind (above and below them) similar in size to the whirlpool formed in Water Release: Water Dragon Biting Explosion. Almost immediately, the portals will connect up to one another to form a cylindrical column-like prison of air around them. In perfect synchronization with this, the bottom portal of wind will begin pushing/blowing the opponent upwards, whilst the top one of wind sucks the opponent in with immense suction power, leaving them helplessly suspended in the air at the top of the wind tunnel. As soon as this happens, both constructs of wind will then simulatenously cease their effects (suction and repulsion) before the ground-level portal lets forth an upward barrage of slicing blades, aimed to cleanly cut through the opponent and anything which blocks their path.

Description: A technique which allows the user to expand Stingers through use of chakra, allowing them to become larger in size, weight, and potency in a similar manner to the ‘Giant Shuriken Technique’. The expansion size is proportionate to the size of the targeted Stingray barbs, for instance a senbon sized barb could be expanded to reach a maximum size large enough to skewer a small summon such as Sasuke’s Hawk. Several Stingers can be targeted for this technique, or alternatively the user can target a specific area for this technique, enabling expansion for all Stingray barbs within that specific area. Naturally, this technique also expands/duplicates venom, allowing ratios to stay intact. Unfortunately, the expansion area is limited to a 3 meter radius, limiting the amount of barbs that can be expanded without having to visually single them out.

Note:
- Can be used by both Contract signers/summoners, and Stingrays. If used by a Stingray boss the size increase and expansion area can be up to 2x as large.
- Can only be used 2x by a boss, and 3x by a human/normal Ray. Can only be used a maximum of 3x regardless of the user.
- Stingers, shards can all be expanded.
