Description: The user would perform a single handseal and release his chakra into the opponents brain triggering an illusion where it seems that water droplets appear in front of him, making the image he sees appear a lot of times, which confuses him as he's trying to figure out where the user is and what his actions are. A regular shinobi would think that the handseal was intended to create the water droplets. With the confused and off focus opponent, the user gets an opening for his next move.

What is interesting with this technique, is that the water stays in the shape of the previous ice jutsu and doesn't hopelessly fall on the ground. If the ice technique was moving, then the water, after melting the ice, will also continue, in the original path of the ice technique, abiding to the weaknesses and strengths.

Description: With a single handseal, immediately after using an ice jutsu, the user can coat the ice jutsu with a layer of wind, that will protect the ice from lighting attacks and prevent it from shattering. In order to successfully perform it, the user must train the handseal and be able to string it with the handseals of the ice jutsu, so that it seems like it's only one sequence of handseals. With the wind layer, ice can finally fight with lighting at the same rank. Since the wind is covering the ice, it still has the double advantage against water, meaning that is still can freeze it due to the low temperature, but it becomes weaker to fire attacks because the fire would use the wind coating as fuel to burn the ice quicker and before the melted water manages to evaporate the fire.

Description: The user exerts chakra from several tenketsu from a single part of their body, this chakra is gathered roughly ten centimeters away from the user's skin and forms a small shield of chakra, no bigger than twice the size of an average palm conveniently useable as a way to block tai/kenjutsu attacks(upto B-Rank) but is weak to elemental techniques as it's merely raw chakra which does not require advanced chakra manipulation. If the opponent makes physical contact with the shield they will suffer slight damage across the part of their skin which connected with it.

Note:

- Can only be used five times.
- No Jyuuken above B-Rank in the same turn.
- The shield is no bigger than twice the size of an average palm.
- Can block Tai/Kenjutsu attacks upto B-Rank, within reason.
- Can block Elemental attacks upto C-Rank, within reason.
- Can only be taught by Tybone.

Description: One will begin by effectively subjecting their target to a powerful Genjutsu, within which they are plagued with the irresistible urge to scratch their body – Primarily the upper body, Arms, Mid-section, face, etc. As the opponent begins to scratch, several grotesque sores and bullae filled with yellow liquid and puss will form on the surface of the skin, while producing burning pains as they do. At this point the afflicted person – still scratching – within the Genjutsu, will begin to tear away at their own flesh and grind into their muscles, maiming and mutilating themselves as well as inducing an ample amount of pain. Though no longer than a few seconds, the illusion bends the senses to slightly manipulate the afflicted person’s perception of time; To the opponent, it feels more along the lines of a full minute -This is because of the ‘evolving’ nature of the genjutsu, as it takes time to progress through the stages to effectively deliver a thoroughly terrifying experience. As the Genjutsu runs its course, the user will sprint towards the enemy and drive their fist into the opponent’s Solar Plexus, followed by a swift uppercut, knocking the opponent into the air. Once in the air, the user will jump up, grab their neck, and slam the opponents face into the ground. The initial strike to the Solar Plexus serves to violently and abruptly break the opponent free of the Genjutsu, while also dealing enough damage to temporarily impair movement and prevent the opponent from properly reacting to the following combo; They’re left in shock, causing them to keel over, which makes way for the surprise uppercut. The Genjutsu itself is induced through the use of erratic hand gestures/bodily movements and maniacal laughter.

The user striking with his hand sends devastating amounts of chakra propagating through the ground and air in the direction of the swing; From the spot in the air that was struck, one immense vertical wave of chakra bursts forward as the spearhead of the attack. From the spearhead, countless smaller blasts of chakra branch outward in all directions. These smaller blasts of chakra possess some aspects of the Rasengan - namely power and rotation - while ignoring the aspect of containment. This is very similar to a simply enhanced version of a Hyuuga's empty palm or the principle behind Hirudora/Daytime tiger. Not only that but some existing techniques can be considered equal or too similar to this.

Background Information: Lyrebirds are ground dwelling birds of the passerine family with what may be the most extensive library of calls out of all birds. They possess the most complex syrinx of all known song birds which allows them to accurately mimic the songs of other birds as well as sounds produced by humans such as camera shutters, chainsaws or car alarms.


In the world of Naruto this incredible vocal ability has made them masterful at misdirection, confusion and illusions. While most of them are inept at combat, they all possess the ability to mimic any sound and use the empty cicada shell technique. Coupling those two abilities they can often confuse the enemy. Some of the elder lyrebirds are capable of casting unique genjutsu through the use of their calls while a few others have harnessed wind techniques with mild success. In terms of size the average lyrebird is around the size of a chicken though on rare occasions they can grow to be as large as a human. This group of birds live on a secluded island filled with a tall oak forest called Mukashoushima (Infinite Song Island). Within the forest are villages of hut-like structures resembling the nests lyrebirds usually make. It is said any visitor to this island is brought to tears by its melodies upon first hearing the endless songs.

Description: Coop is one of the largest Lyrebirds standing with his head at the same height as the average person. This large size has enabled him to become one of the few lyrebirds capable of using the wind element with some skill, capable of using up to B-rank techniques. He is also one of the few capable of sustained flight due to keeping a layer of wind beneath his wings; though this flight is still rather clumsy when compared to other airborne summons. His abnormal size allows him to comfortable carry one person on his back. Because Coop focused on refining his wind element, he never developed a genjutsu like some of his fellow lyrebirds. Like all lyrebirds he is capable of mimicking any sound and using the empty cicada shell technique.
-Can use wind techniques up to B-rank.
-All techniques used count as a move in the user's turn.
-Can only be summoned once

Katon: Chikyū o Kogashi | Fire Style: Scorching Earth

Description: The user begins to channel fire chakra into the ground, anywhere on the battle field. Instead of creating an actual fire, the heat of the fire chakra is used to heat up the ground. This is done by performing the Dragon hand seal. The ground becomes incredible hot, turning a reddish colour and begins to burn through the opponents shoes until it begins burning their feet. If they fall it can effect the part of the body they land on. The heated earth remains when an earth jutsu is used too. So, for example, if the user uses spikes after this they will be boiling hot and cause severe burns on contact with the target. The ground can be returned to normal through a water jutsu (including the users, which is something the user must be careful of). By doing so steam will arise that can slightly burn skin and cause irritation.

Restrictions
– Can only be taught by Kryptiic
– Can only be used three times per match.
– The heat lasts two turns at maximum temperature.

Although it does no physical harm, this jutsu allows the user to shoot out an extremely quick burst of water straight after an Earth/Wood jutsu is used from wherever that Earth/Wood jutsu appears from. For example, if Spikes are used, this jutsu would allow a quick burst of water to shoot out to anywhere short range from the spikes themselves. This jutsu does not work on the mud related Earth jutsu. The water itself does no damage, however it has some pushing force which is able to knock an opponent back a meter or two, other than that it mainly distracts the opponent. The user can deactivate this jutsu at any time, and can stop the addition of water chakra so that he/she can control when the water bursts out.

Description: Kerzo is a black olm who is around half a meter long, whilst being considerably thin, having a girth of about 100cm, looking like an odd shaped Katana. Kerzo has wind affinity can cover his whole body, excluding a 20cm area nearing the bottom half of his body unaffected by the wind, allowing him to be used like a Katana. Due to his wind affinity, the wind that covers his body is extremely sharp and cuts anything that comes into contact with it. Kerzo's body is covered in this sharp wind all the time, and he cannot use any other wind jutsus higher than B-rank whilst he's covered in it. However, he can channel all the wind chakra that is covering his body to his mouth, and exhale it as several (more than 2, less than 6) blasts of wind which are extremely sharp whilst having brute strength, the blasts are roughly the size of bowling balls. The Wind covering Kerzo's body is considered A-rank, as are the blasts he sends out of his mouth. After sending out the blasts, Kerzo is able to use all Wind jutsus up to A-rank as he no longer needs to focus on the wind covering his body. Furthermore, unlike all other Olms, Kerzo doesn't have the higher sense of smell and hearing, as his subspecies are less developed. However, to make up for this, Kerzo has the ability to cover his body with an extra layer of transparent skin, added with his chakra which makes him invisible to the naked eye (Black Olms have this ability in the RL, that's what this is based on). The layer of chakra itself is not harmful.
Note: Can only be summoned once.

Description: This jutsu is specific to the Black Olms subspecies of the approved Olm contract as it relies on their special ability to be able to coat things with their chakra, making the coated object/element appear invisible. This jutsu requires them merely focus their chakra into the thing they want to make appear invisible and coat it with their chakra. Their chakra wouldn't give any extra damage boost to the thing being coated, it merely hides it from the view of the opponent. Furthermore, whatever is being coated must be short range from the black olm whicih is using this jutsu. However, once coated it remains coated, regardless of how far whatever is being coated is.
Note: No other Olm techniques in the same turn as this jutsu.
Note: Can only be used used by Black Olm summonings.

Description: This jutsu is a defensive technique to be used against Katon techniques. The user will focus Fuuton around their hand, creating a blade of wind. The user will then throw the blade at an oncoming Katon jutsu. The wind will then expand and spread out, covering the Katon's entire middle section. The sudden amount of wind will cause all the fire in the center to be amplified, causing the fire to burn out faster. This creates a gap within the fire, effectively cutting the fire in two. As the two halves comes towards the user, the gap will widen. This will cause the two halves to travel pass the user, saving them from the Katon.

Description: Purification is a full body seal that requires extensive preparation to be performed. The seal activates on will and the seal’s marks cover the entire body around all of the user’s tenketsu.

The user of the technique retains his natural control over the chakra system. But this particular seal is like a command over-ride, secondary chakra control system and a firewall which lets the user control what chakra enters or exits the user’s body.

By opening and closing the tenketsu and manipulating the chakra inflow and outflow, the seal could be used to counter act against techniques that corrupts and manipulates the users chakra, techniques that leech chakra and techniques that invades the chakra system. Due to the nature of the technique, any foreign chakra forces cannot harm the user via the chakra network and techniques as strong as tsukiyomi or kotoamatsukami could be broken through.

This seal uses the opponent's chakra as a source for its power. After placing the seals, they begin to siphon chakra from the opponent on to themselves. The user then does 1 hand seal and triggers the release of the seals. These seals cause the chakra to "blast open" (explode) as its released, causing enormous harm to the user's body (each one of the 4 seals is B-Rank). The user can also use a simplified version on any kind of solid matter, buy instead punches the matter 1 time, and uses the his own chakra to blast it away. He must be careful though as such an explosion might also harm him.

The user will quickly preform the Dragon~Dog~Bird~Tiger hand seals and rise up from the ground 6 pillars of really hard and dense rock around him touching each other (basically creating a wall around the user with no gaps or anything in a Hexagon shape). He will then preform the Ox hand seal and a roof will cover the opening above the user as well as make sharp earth spikes appear on the outside of the pillars and roof (4 spikes on each pillar going up vertical and 8 spikes on the roof in a circle pattern) protecting the user from harm. The user can also repair the walls if damaged by channeling chakra to the walls either by touching or by releasing chakra from his/her body. If the user wants to come out he will then preform the Tiger hand seal making the rock and earth around him crumble and fall around him without harming the user.

The Graceful Dahlia was created by Vexx when she was traveling around viewing displays of different styles of martial arts, and weapons use in battle. The Graceful Dahlia came to Vexx as an idea when she found that of all the weapons, while they were great at offense, not many had defensive capabilities apart from parrying.
The Graceful Dahlia is unique as it is primarily more a defensive weapon rather an offensive. While it is a scythe and has a blade, it is top heavy, through the blade, allowing the user to regain balance quicker than normal, while holding the scythe. The staff, made of a flexible bamboo, is very malleable, more than normal yet still retaining strength. This allows the user to fling themselves upwards or at angle and build up momentum even in a short distance increasing speed.
The Staff was made by the finest makers in Amegakure, and therefore has natural properties towards rain.
While holding the staff, it increase rain jutsu by +10 damage.

Others will literally see the user appear and disappear as he flickers and their eyes will find it very difficult to follow the user.If they focus their eyes to see the user,their eyes could suffer making it harder for them to concentrate their eyes on the user.A more pronounced eye damage from the bright flickering is temporary blindness which lasts for a few seconds,if not careful. The result is a confused opponent having difficulty tracking and following the user's movements, his position or his actions.This technique is very effective when used in conjunctuion with Taijutsu.This technique does not work against Doujutsu.

You can't through normal non-sharingan genjutsu control what your enemy thinks of you. You can only control or manipulate his senses and what he perceives of the world. Only way to control what an enemy thinks is through Sharingan Genjutsu, not normal genjutsu. Don't resubmit.

Also he mastered in his flying ability that far, that he "can" fly without making any wing flapping noise.

Description: Most suitable to turtles, but other reptiles can also use this technique, like snakes, but only the ones who have the property to shed their skin.
The scute (or plate) on the shell of a turtle corresponds to a single modified scale. The remainder of the skin is composed of skin with much smaller scales, similar to the skin of other reptiles. Turtles do not molt their skins all at once but continuously, in small pieces. Using this phenomenon, turtles add their chakra in the shell and molts their skin in small peices and then the chakra infused molted skin is transferred to the legs of the turtle, which now acts as "boots" for the turtle. The basic function of these "boots" is to walk over certain liquids, in which a being would usually sink, like quicksand. The time in which boots are prepared, is quite fast, being able to deal with "swamp of the underworld" technique in time. If in short range, turtles can also make boots for other ninjas.

Note: -Can only be used by reptiles like Turtles and Snakes.
-Though usable by every reptile, each reptile can only use it 2 times per batlle.

Description: Based on the Real Life happening, upon calling rain clouds in the sky, user passes his chakra in the cloud(s) and causes it to burst. Due to the sudden burst of cloud, the water in the clouds fells all at once, on the ground, much like bucket full of water is emptied, which causes flood in the area. Due to clouds being on high altitude, so upon bursting of them, water has to travel much distance upon falling from sky to ground, so due to acceleration due to gravity, water attains very high velocity before finally crashing down on earth, which devastates the whole area and leaves it flooded. And since the user is the one who caused the water to fall, he manipulates the water such a way that water do not enters user's radius of 2m.

Description: Following the use of a jutsu that causes the hailing of rain, such as the suiton jutsu 'Rain Tiger at Will Technique', the user will send a stream of his Meiton chakra into the already formed clouds by using the humid as a conductor to connect his chakra with the clouds. After storing the required enormous amounts of dark chakra within the clouds, the raindrops falling will be infused with dark chakra, thus gaining characteristics of meiton chakra on a minor scale. These rain drops will absorb chakra among physical contact and release it unfocused once hitting a surface and/or dispersing.
The effect of the meiton rain is that it weakens the jutsu of the elemental disadvantage by one rank, and raw chakra by two ranks. The rain also causes normal shadow clones made of raw chakra disperse, and lightning clones disperse withing a turn of exhaustion and unease of movement, but has no effect on earth and water clones.
Note:
-This jutsu effects all ninja within the range of the jutsu, including the user.
-Will only last for three turns.
-Can only be used while Rain Tiger at Will, or a similar jutsu is in effect.

Description: The user while falling towards the ground in midair claps and holds his hands together and create a gust of wind beneath them and assume a spread eagle position to glide their way either in a straight line or in a circle to the ground without any injuries due to falling.

Ninja Arts: Leaf clone (Ninjutsu: Ha bunshin)

Description: The user using his chakra gathers nearby leaves in the form of a whirling leaf storm around him to form leaf clones from those leaves. The leaf clone resemble the user and has all the normal movements the user has. Once hit, the leaf clone burst into a whirling gust of leaves and can be reformed as long as there are leaves left after the impact. The clone can also be intentionally dispersed to form a whirling gust of leaves around the target, obscuring his vision. The leaf clone is capable of releasing sharp leaf blades like shurikens from their palms. A variation of this technique, when performed in forest or any place with lot of leaves, the clones can be directly made from the leaves without whirling motion around the user.
Notes:
  • Clones can be formed only when there are sufficient leaves around.
  • Can create only 3 clones & follows all clone related rules.
  • Only 5 leaf blade shurikens can be released by a clone in a turn.
  • Clones cannot use ninjutsu or taijutsu.

Description: The user while forming the snake hand seal, forms a thin layer of his earth chakra over the ground surface and also channels his earth chakra into the ground beneath them to a depth of 5 meters up to mid range. This allows the user to detect any non-earth substances, foreign chakras which interrupt with the spread of his earth chakra underground and any breech in the earth surface either from under the ground or above the ground.
Note:
  • The user must maintain the snake hand seal to be able to detect any foreign chakras, non-earth substances underground or any breech in earth surface.
  • Releasing the snake hand seal automatically disperses the jutsu.
  • The user can only use earth based jutsus which require no hand seals during this jutsu is in effect.
  • Can only be taught by me (-Jiraiya-).

Description: The user performs the handseals Tiger-Ox-Monkey. Once performed they channel their water chakra into the ground below. This gives them the ability to form water right under the opponent. Once the water is formed, several hands created from the water grab the opponents legs and ankles dragging them into the created water below eventually drowning them.
The hands can be reformed if destroyed but for every restoration the rank of the jutsu decreases by one.

Note
Cannot use any water jutsu in the same turn.
Can only be used three times in a battle.
Can only be taught by -Cerberus-

Description- The user bites their thumb to draw blood. Once done, they perform 5 hand seals and slams his/her hands on the ground. Edmondus the rules of the dragonflies appears right under the summoner. Edmondus is grey in color and has a black shell that is as hard as steel. Edmondus is the same size as Sasuke's Hawk giving him the ability to carry his summoner. Like all dragonflies Edmondus can fly in six directions; upward, downward, forward, back, and side to side. Edmondus has the ability of speech and can mentally talk with his summoner.
Edmondus speaclizes in wind being able to performs all wind jutsu's up to S-Rank including one's that include handseals.

Note

-Only can stay on turn for 4 Turns
-Dosent need to use handseals as he specializes in wind
-All Edmondus moves count as 1 move for the user.
- Can only be summoned if signed the dragon fly contract
-Can only be summoned once-

Description: The user bites their thumb to draw blood. Once done, they perform 5 hand seals and slams his/her hands on the ground to summon Charge. Charge is a dark yellow dragonfly with several marks on his backs that appear to be bolts of lightning.
Charge is smaller than Sasuke's hawk but can still carry the summoner on his back. Like all dragonflies Charge can fly in six directions; upward, downward, forward, back, and side to side. Charge has the ability of speech and can mentally talk with his summoner.
Charge can perform A rank lightning techniques that doesn't require hand seals.

Notes:
-Only can stay on turn for 4 Turns
-Dosent need to use handseals as he specializes in wind
-All Edmondus moves count as 1 move for the user.
- Can only be summoned if signed the dragon fly contract
-Can only be summoned once-

Description: The user whistles a tune and entrances himself to activate the part of the his body that is associated with his wind nature affinity. This will only work if the wind element is the user's affinity. The user will cause himself to see the clouds darken and believe that the weather has turned heavily windy. The illusion causes the user to believe their wind techniques are stronger, while in reality they are simply performing the wind techniques at a higher level because their chakra system is producing the wind element more efficiently. While this technique is active, all wind techniques are increased by one rank, but all lightning techniques are decreased by one rank.
~This technique lasts until deactivated, and the user must wait the same number of turns the technique was active to reactivate.
