The user first extends there chakra into there opponents chakra system and disrupting it. The user then causes the opponent to see a girl in very revealing clothes. The user will then cause the opponent to think he is having a massive nosebleed. The opponent will then start to get light headed from him believing he is losing a large amount of blood.

(Suiton: Doragon Senpuu) Water release: Dragon whirlwind

Description The user sends water chakra throughout their staff or Nunchaku. They then spin the staff or nunchaku above their head as they release the water chakra and create a small dragon made of water that comes out from the center of the staff/nunchaku as it spins while the chakra is being released. The dragon will come down around the user as it spins, completely covering view of them and making a protective shield. Looking similar to Neji when he does his Rotation. After the dragon picks up speed from the spin, the user can shoot the dragon at the opponent as a B rank attack.

Notes:
- Can be used 3x per match
- User is vulnerable due to loss of sight of the opponent

Ninpou Hijutsu: Genzai No Ya | Ninja Art Hidden Technique: The Arrow of the Original Sin

Description:
Said to be one of the strongest long range techniques known in the ninja world, the Arrow of the Original Sin is a very complicated technique that combines several ninja skills, from elemental ninjutsu to genjutsu and even fuuinjutsu. The user will join his hands together and pull back one of his hands as if pulling on an imaginary bow string. As he does this, a bow of pure chakra materializes with the hilt held by the other hand. The bow can be done of any raw chakra the user is able to manipulate, appearing translucent as if made of pure energy. In the bow, as the hand is pulled back, an arrow materializes of the aforementioned chakra nature, completely engraved in kanji symbols. As this is done, the users chakra spills to the battlefield in such a forceful way that everyone nearby is affected by a low rank genjutsu (D-Rank) that makes them experience either terrifying visions or soothing ones, depending if they are the targets of the technique or not. The genjutsu is not a very focused or detailed one and its only purpose is to pressure or assure those around the user. It will only change minor things like turning the sky red and darkening the ambient while making it seem as if all living things are decaying and dyeing (plants, insects, animals) or making it seem as if a golden, almost angelic light shines from the user, a long with a soothing warmth and even ethereal sounds that will add to the ambient created. Even if it adds to the "drama" of using the technique, the Genjutsu is nothing more than a proof of the amount of chakra focused and manipulated to use this technique and its ultimate abilities and is nothing by the secondary effect of the proximity to that amount of chakra. As the string of the bow if fully pulled back, the user will let go the arrow created at amazing speeds through tremendously immense distances. While the customary use is with only one arrow, the user will be able to unleash up to 2 or 4 similar arrows in quick succession if he so pleases. The arrows, engraved, as well as the ethereal bow, in tons of kanji are nothing more than vessels for a powerful sealing technique that will trigger on impact. Upon impact, besides the elemental damage done by the arrow (according to its own elemental weaknesses and strengths and taking the basic Forbidden-Rank rank damage with it), the sealing technique acts as a "purifier", a "cleanser". When activated, the sealing technique quickly expands a spherical barrier that suddenly collapses upon itself, sealing what was caught within it and siphoning any nearby chakra onto itself, cleansing the area thrice its size of any foreign chakra (enemies nearby will feel the chakra being siphoned and will be weakened but undamaged if not hit by the technique or left inside its primary range). The sealing technique expands on contact with foreign chakra or on the users own will (he can "hit" a target with the elemental part of the technique and trigger the sealing at a different time if he so pleases) and will seal anything within a 5m diameter sphere inside itself in a mere moment. The sealing technique ensures certain defeat if it hits the opponent and can be used to seal/counter any Ninjutsu thrown at the user (within reason and logic according to the applications of the technique itself) as well but in this case will act slightly different. The seal will expand and siphon the technique onto itself completely, instead of only sealing what would be within its area. If the user decides to make use of 2 to 4 arrows instead of one, the elemental damage will be spread through them equally and the sealing technique will be smaller in proportion (2 arrows = S-Rank arrows with 2,5 m diameter seals, 4 arrows = A-Rank arrows with 1,25 m diameter seals) albeit still having the same sealing strength.

Note: Usable twice and counts as 2 techniques of the 3 per turn.
Note: User will suffer severe damage to the hand that holds the bow and will be unable to do handseals on the same turn while suffering a speed loss in terms of handseals during the next 2 turns if not healed.
Note: User will be unable to use techniques above S-Rank in the same and next turn.
Note: The speed of the arrows is enough that in short range it simply cannot be countered (even if in this scenario its extremely hard to find the window of opportunity to use it) and in mid range only users with advanced reactions (dojuutsu, sensing, enhanced senses, EIG, etc) will be able to even notice it, while making a viable counter is a completely different story.
Note: The distance the user is able to reach with the arrow is only limited by the chakra he puts in it and by his own aiming skills.

Kure-n Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Sarus, Inakamono | Crane Summoning Technique: Sarus, the Redneck

Description: Sarus is considered one of the fastest flying birds. It's not massive in size which grants its flying speed. With a wingspan of 6m, it can easily carry the user on its back. It is conspicuous and iconic and it's easily distinguished amongst the other cranes because of its red colored head that spreads to its neck, therefore the name, Redneck. The red head and neck aren't actually feathered, but rather bare flesh. Sarus is known for its loud trumpeting calls. These calls are, as in other cranes, produced by the elongated trachea that form coils within the sternal region. His calls are quite loud and can be quite unsettling to hear. His actions can be easily merged with the users own as Sarus, same as the other cranes, has the ability to easily communicate with its owner through a special mindlink or through speech. The main ability of Sarus, however, is its mastery over the wind element. Though it's considered a master it doesn't have the ability to perform all of the wind jutsus that the user knows, but rather a special ability, known only to Sarus. It can create a very thick atmosphere around a specific point, just inches thick but enough to disperse any lighting jutsu that tries to pass through it. It can form the thickening of the air in various of shapes, be it a sphere around the user or a shield-like formation in front of him (or to his sides, etc.). The thickening effects the short area around the thickening point. The process works by simply compressing the desired field of air and infusing it with its own chakra, in a way that cancels out lightning. This ability counts as 1 jutsu that the user is allowed to perform per turn.
Note: Wind ability counts as an S rank wind technique from one of the users 3 techniques per turn

Hijutsu: Gaia no Futaken | Hidden Technique: Gaia's Twin Swords

Description:
One day, while fiddling with the Staff of Gaia, Scorps accidentally inserted his chakra into the staff while he was dwelling on the idea of training with twin swords. The staff glowed and transformed into a set of two identical Ninjato. These swords are quite simple in appearance, each double edged straight blades, with blades about 80 cms long each, engraved in Kanji, much like the original staff from which they are created. The hilts are simple, wrapped in wood and metal, containing the same kanji inscriptions. Scorps picks the Staff of Gaia with both his hands and separates them, as if pulling it to the sides, while focusing chakra into the staff. Both swords form from each side. To merge them, the opposite must be done. One thing funny is that the abilities of the staff are divided amongst the swords, with one of the swords retaining the water ability and the other the earth ability. However, once separated, the swords lost their ability to focus or interact with wood chakra. What Scorps noticed was that while the Wood abilities were lost in this form, the swords gained another ability, allowing them to create a powerful sealing technique.

Abilities:
-One sword retains the ability to use the Water technique, while the other retains the ability to use the Earth technique
-Swords are, like the Staff, indestructible and retain its overall physical attributes and abilities with the exception of the Wood ability
-Like with the Staff of Gaia, using the techniques while holding the swords doesn't require hand seals
-The sealing technique counts as a move and is S-Rank. The user will cross the blades in front of him and a circle of blue kanji will appear in front of it, facing the opponent. Called Kami no Rifurekushon or Divine Reflection, this Fuuin technique works by intercepting an incoming technique, shiphoning it on to itself and then releasing upon command a raw version of its element as a simple blast. The size, nature, rank or properties of the technique are irrelevant as the Kanji will simply produce a vortex that will suck inside it anything it can, only to release a raw version of it with the same power, albeit as a "stream" attack, long ranged.

Restrictions:
-All restrictions of the Staff of Gaia apply
-Sealing ability can only be used twice per match and counts as a move
-Transformation between Staff and Swords is done through the use of this technique and can be done as many times as the user wishes them while lasting as long as the user wishes it.
-The swords can be used for Kenjutsu techniques as well as other techniques that require the use of swords.
-Must have the staff of Gaia in his possession
-Can only be taught by Scorps

Thread opened for a new weekly cycle of submissions. It starts today, the 1st of November and ends on the 7th of November. As always, in this cycle, you can submit 3 techniques.

I must remind members of the following:

-Blue Rule is under effect and no tolerance will be given. You can find it in the first post of this thread.

-Name your techniques correctly and abide by the proper template, specially in chakra cost and damage points.

-Don't add useless restrictions just to try and make it seem your technique is more approvable than it is. Be logical.

-Read the first post of this thread to try and remind yourself of the rules of the thread as well as some tips to make your techniques more approvable.

The only decoration is the crossguard, which is a hexagon instead of a rectangle. The two sides parallel to the blade are long, whereas the four sides above and below the blade are shortened, making it into almost a diamond or prism-like shape. It has a green handle. This is aizen's normal weopan that he is in almost every single one of his battles.
The name Kyōka Suigetsu hints at its illusionary properties; the moon reflected in water and a flower in a mirror are things that can be seen but not held. It is a Chinese saying for seeing and desiring something that is a dream that cannot be easily grasped in hand, teaching people about temptations.
The katana's special ability is that three times per battle, the user can, for 2 turns, control the opponents sense of sight. The user can make the target see hawks appear next to them, but they wouldnt smell it, hear it, taste it(>.>) or feel if they grabbed it. It only affects the sense of sight and none of the other 5 senses. This can be done 3 times a battle and only last 2 turns unless canceled. A passive blade ability is to be able to detect the presence of chakra throughout the battlefield. Effects count as one of three moves per turn. User can’t use effect two consecutive turns. Effects is equivalent to C-rank genjutsu.

The requirements for this ability to work is for the target to look at the blade, and then the user will be placed in a genjutsu. The downside of this sword is that it is extremely "destructible", it will break apart if it comes in contact with the something of greater density. The current density is that of a regular blade. User can’t use effect two consecutive turns. Effects is equivalent to D-rank genjutsu.

Description: This technique is specialized for those who have great control over their water chakra. This is usually used in close combat where the user will release their water chakra around a part of their body covering them in water. This water is rotating around their body like a rasengan wrapped around a limb. Due to it being the users chakra and not that strong, it wont hurt the user, which can be quite painful if an opponent is hit by it. When someone/something is hit by this water created be the user, it will great a burst of water on impact from the user, creating seveal torrents that flies forwards which can send the opponent back into mid-range with damage and in pain.

Description:
This technique is used to convert gaara's regualar chakra infused sand into sensor sand. The user preforms two hand-seals and snaps their fingers, in that instant the user would send a wave of chakra throughout the sand. The chakra changes the chakra infusing the sand and its makeup/composition. This allows, upon contact with an enemy target, to alert the user of the location and presence of an enemy target. This can be used to turn a sand technique into sensory sand or regular desert sand into it. Of course this sand will be able to stick onto people and only dojutsu and sensor users will be able to differ this between sensor sand and regular sand.
The user is capable of using the sensor sand to recreate/duplicate any Sand Element techniques that do no originate from inside the body of the user, by manipulating their chakra that is already inside of the Sand. This technique doesn't effect the damage points of any sand technique.

Description:
A secret ninjutsu involving water chakra technique that enables the body or parts of it to become as solid as diamond in seconds. It works by instantaneously concentrating the water, water chakra and dense chakra in one's body to a certain area, since the strongest water pressure can stop even bullets, this as a result hardens the area where the user's focused on to be hard as diamond, comonly used to block physical blows, but can very well work as an offensive technique if the user applies it at the end of a certain limb such as a fist, dealing a blow with their hard as diamond fist, this defence is capable of breaking the bones of the foe if they land a blow on the area the user focused the water on, since it would be like striking diamond. Same process with the offensive side of this technique, the user could break several bones of the part where they landed a hit on the opponents body, while using this technique on the limb.

Description:
Wabisuke is a large jutte that is quite long. When using it the user wielding the jutte, can take enemies by surprise and using the weapon to deliver strong blunt attacks. It's composed of an indestructible material and clean strikes from it have Bone breaking force. Wabisuke once in contact with the user's chakra and taking a portion of it doubles the weight of any object it strikes therefor if the user lets go of it, it loses it's ability. The ability can affect both inanimate objects and living beings, and is cumulative. For example, the first strike on an opponent wielding a 10 lb sword doubles the opposing sword's weight to 20 lbs. If the user strikes the sword a second time, the weight of the sword doubles to 40 lbs. The user can continue doubling the weight of objects and opponents indefinitely. After about eight or nine strikes, most opponents would be unable to lift there sword incase they are using one, or anything else that was affected by wabisuke (including the opponent himself). Though the potential of this ability is limitless, a small number of strikes to an opponents is usually all that is needed to render them immobile. If someone other than Rufus where to grab it the jutte it wouldn't recognize the chakra and would use its own ability on itself auto, meaning it'll become 5 times it's weight, making it impossible for others to hold/lift it, therefor only -Castiel- can use it due to being the only chakra source the jutte likes. If the user doesnt allow it to suck chakra from the user, its ability won't be in effect, however its bone breaking force is kept due to it resulting from the material and strength its made of.

Suiton/Raiton: Tsuchi Kujo | Water Release/Lightning Release : Destruction of the Earth

Description: The user releases their suiton chakra into the ground beneath the opponent, creating a small reservoir of water underground. The size of the reservoir of water depends on how much chakra is put into it, it can be as large as techniques such as Storm Upheaval. The user then releases their visible Raiton chakra essence into the ground while performing the "Dragon" handseal, infusing the water with their electrical essence; done in a similar manner to Discharge Lightning calamity. The lightning created begins to propagate from within the water, eventually creating a mass of electricity that surges upwards in the form of lightning bolts. The ground begins to shake vigorously as the lightning bolts rip through the earth, breaking through the ground that the enemy is standing upon and continuing to travel upwards. Finally peaking at it's maximum height; three meters above ground level. Should the enemy not defend, he'll be stunned and damaged by the rising bolts and fall along with the earth into the electrified water below, where he will be shocked continuously. The reservoir remains electrified for two turns and can also be used as a watersrource.

Genjutsu: Jishin Mukankaku | Illusionary Technique : Quake Numb
Type: Offensive

Description: The user performs two handseals, releasing their chakra towards their target(s), placing them under a genjutsu that lasts four turns. For the Genjutsu to take effect, the opponent must experience the rumbling noise and vibrations commonly caused by earth techniques, even if only in the slightest. The Genjutsu effects need to take place four times for the full results to be achieved, thus at least four earth techniques must be used, one each turn, either by the user of this technique, or anyone else for that matter over the period of the Genjutsu's duration. When the opponent experiences the shaking and rumbling commonly associated with Earth jutsu, the genjutsu amplifies these effects, so that rather than a small rumble the opponent feels as if they're at the center of a full scale earthquake. This is done by altering the targets vision making it jumpy and hazy, inducing a shaking and trembling feeling all throughout their body, disrupting the feeling of organs that control balance such as the ears, increasing the feeling of vibrations to a violent shake and inducing a loud constant shaking sound and making it feel as if the persons brain is rattling within his head. After the trembling caused by the earth technique stops, the earthquake effect caused by the genjutsu will slowly fade. However the shaking caused by the illusionary earthquake will take its toll on the opponents body. The first time the opponent will feel slightly weak in one of their legs, their hands will tremble slightly, their vision will be slightly hazy and they will experience slight problems with their balance. The second time the opponent will begin to feel extremely weak in both legs, particularly the one that was affected the first time round, their vision will be unfocused and hazy, their arms begin to tremble more severely making it harder to perform arm movements. They will also be mildly disorientated. The third time the opponent will lose complete feeling in the leg that was first affected, to the extent that they would be inclined to believe that the limb has been removed completely until they affirm that it's still there with one of their other senses. Thus they will be unable to stand, or be forced to hop. They will be severely disorientated having immense trouble perceiving their surroundings as well as being in a near deaf state. Their balance is relatively non-existent while they also experience a severe headache that makes mental tasks difficult. The rest of their body will also feel weak and they will undergo uncontrollable trembling, making close range fighting nearly impossible. The fourth time the opponent will lose complete feeling of their body from the neck down. Thus they will collapse being completely incapacitated, while their mind is in a state almost as bad as a severe headache makes mental tasks extremely hard.

- No Gen next turn.

Description: A technique where the user builds and gathers their raiton chakra before releasing it out towards their opponent. Instead of targeting the opponents body, the user targets their clothes. Imbuing their Raiton chakra into all of the opponents garments. The purpose of this is to enhance and increase the chances of static electricity build up created by the opponents clothes when they move via friction and what not. Embedding so much chakra into the clothes of the opponents, that even with the slightest of movements the user experiences small static shocks. This makes tasks such as performing handseals or making bodily movements particularly hard as the opponent will be repeatedly shocked while doing so. Not to mention that tasks such as running and sprinting become extremely cumbersome as large electrical discharges are sent through the opponents body repeatedly. Due to the fact that the larger and more boisterous the movements, the more frequent and powerful the static discharges. This effectively makes the opponents own clothes both their prison and possibly even their demise and undoing. Weather also has a play in the technique, should it be breezy then the opponents clothes will be moved by an exterior force, thus static electricity will be produced.

The sword was found by elmage during one of his adventures, A terrible sand storm blew away the sands covering the sword, bringing it to the surface revealing the sword, since when elmage found the sword it slowly revealed its power till he became proficient with it. Theres a phrase inscribed on the sword, that can only be read by the user of the sword
When used, the sword absorbs wind chakra from the user, it increases the range of any wind jutsu used with the sword, e.g a short ranged jutsu used with the sword becomes mid range, also it increases the damage of a wind jutsu used with the sword by 10.

He can also mold the metal plates together after levitating them to create a large lance used to attack with the strength of an A-rank jutsu. With his fire affinity, he may imbue the metal with fire chakra which can increase the power of the lance to S-rank and allow the armor to endure An S and an A-rank attack. Anything that touches the metal is burned by the flames on it and flammable materials are turned to ash almost immediately. While wearing the armor, the flames are on the outer part of it, preventing Kishida from harming himself.

Description: After performing a set of 4 handseals, the user gathers a huge amount of fire chakra and releases it into the air, causing a portal similar to the "Sticky Earth Drop" technique to open to either of two opposite sides of the intended target, each portal is released 5 meters away from the opponent, summoning two identical meteor sized fireballs which are extremely compressed towards the opponent, approaching him from the two opposite sides, when the Fireballs each are 3 meters away from the opponent they resonate with each other, causing a "link" of fire to spread out connecting the two fireballs resulting in a ring of fire that's made around the opponent, entrapping him in the area he's in, however the opponent can escape vertically upwards since the ring of fire doesn't cover above him it only covers around him, the heat released from these two fireballs are enough to cause sweat to drip down the opponent's body when it's summoned out of the portals, letting him know the danger he's in, each Meteor sized fireball is considered an A-rank Fire technique, since it's an S-rank divided in two, when hit by either fireballs, anything caught in between the two fireballs will be crushed and burned severely.

Description: This is a variant of the original "Fire Release: Twin Crushing Meteors" technique, in which after the user forms 4 other handseals, a portal is created above the opponent which is similar to the "Earth Release: Sticky Earth Drop" technique, summoning one Large sized dragon that heads onto the opponent from above him, when used solely this technique can only make the dragon that hits the opponent head on delivering burning damage to them and is considered an A-rank Fire technique, however when this technique is used after/in conjunction with the "Fire Release: Twin Crushing Meteors" technique the Fire dragon and the two meteor sized fireballs resonate with one another, forming a semi transparent pyramid shaped barrier of fire around the opponent which can be clearly seen with normal eyes, which explodes eradicating anyone within the barrier when used in conjunction or after the technique mentioned previously it's considered an S-rank, this technique is normally made at least 5 meters above the opponent's height.

Description: After utilizing a set of 4 handseals, the user gathers a huge amount of chakra which he spreads through the air, this Fire technique is not used like other Fire techniques, for example to be released out of the user's mouth or around him, this Fire technique is a burst of flames that erupt out of an enclosed place of earth, it uses the earth to erupt as a medium, for example this technique can be used in conjunction with the "Earth Release: Opening Earth Rising Excavation" technique, to form an erupting Volcano, by erupting flames out of the circular "void" of the volcano that mixes with the earth to form Lava that erupts out of the Volcano's tip and drips down it's length, not only that, but it also can be used in enclosed places like in conjunction with the "Earth Release: Earth Corridor" technique, in which it causes the walls of the tavern to erupt flames burning anyone who's inside of it, it can be used in conjunction with any techniques similar to the ones mentioned previously in which they "surround" or trap the opponent, however it's downside is that it can't be used in an area that doesn't surround the opponent, meaning it can't just come out of the ground beneath the opponent for example, unless they have "walls" around them, when the fire erupts it's similar to the "Fire Release: Firing Biscuit" Technique.

This absorption does not apply to genjutsu, as genjutsu is not a physical manifestation of chakra. This also leaves the armor somewhat stained with black blotches. Increase the power? how much? Also, how many times can it absorb? It needs to count as a move. If its a full body indesctrutible armor it makes you immune to kunais, blast damage and basically most lower ranked ninjutsu, taijutsu and kenjutsu. You know fairly well thats a no no. I asked you to define the armor and its techniques better, not to leave them generic and undefined while adding a factor to it that will make it unapprovable and prone to abuse.

The chakra metal of Hyō Unarigoe will then stay charged with the chakra absorbed from techniques. Puss and blood ooze from every crack and crevice. Their faces have decayed skin hanging off in ragged strips, with maggots crawling throughout the eye sockets and mouth. When collected enough, the user will summon back his chakra and place it back into his body's chakra system. The sudden entrance of the electrically charged particles will cause the users constant flow of chakra supply to the muscles increase dramatically, thus increasing his reaction times. Shearwaters are medium-sized long-winged seabirds. There are more than 30 species of shearwaters, a few larger ones in the genus Calonectris and many smaller species in the genus Puffinus.
like the summons in narutoverse the size of the Shearwater varies. the larger one among the Shearwater is large enough to carry a person on his back while flying with little effort (almost the same size of sasuke's hawk that he summoned during the battle with danzo). they are also capable of using jutsu of one element according to their natural affinity.

You didn't get what I said. To have the mirror on the field you need to spend a move. So, if it comes with the wombat, the wombat needs to summon the mirror or transform into it or whatever it might be, spending a move so that you gain access to it.

Description : The user perform 2 hand sign to emerge twin giant snakes made of earth come to the surface, pop out their head to tail with their giant size like Manda, Orochimaru’s Snake. When they start to emerge from the ground, they will stare at the opponent with fears look, thus their appearance shall petrified the opponent. Then the user perform a single hand seal to sink them into the ground, by then they will traveling underground which able to emerge suddenly from beneath the ground to the surface to attack the opponent at different locations, such as directly below the enemy, wrap their body and pulling them down into the earth or constricting them for another attack to hit from different angle, rear, front, left and right side of the opponent. The user could also use the twin snake to conduct an effective scout from underground or patrol/scanning a certain area to instantly gain information from the surface relying on their vibrations sense. But when they do the scout/patrol/scanning task, they will not be able to attack the opponent and will stay on the ground as the user required. The twin snake vibration sense are connected with the user.

Description: The genjutsu begins by replicating a weak, easily releasable genjutsu (by Kai or small pain) and place it on any number of opponents within range. An example would be False Surrounding, changing the area around the targets. When the target moves to release it, the second, stronger, genjutsu will recognize the output, be it a chakra peak caused by pain or a Kai. This is based on the notion that certain genjutsus, for their complexity and strength, require sharper pain or bigger chakra outbursts in order to be broken, anything smaller will not affect the genjutsu. After having recognized the peak, the genjutsu will duplicate and repeat it in increasingly higher frequency. This will overload the opponent, preventing the usage of complex jutsu (A and above), genjutsu or summoning jutsus, and exhaust the chakra reserves, equivalent to a chakra cost of a Kai for each peak.

I have a problem with this and its that it would make strong genjutsu (and weak) unreleasable. Basically, upon release, this triggers so it becomes unreleasable. Its pretty unreasonable as its worded. I like the overal ability but it needs to be put in a manner that is can be approved.

The user will first pour out chakra ( +5 for Normal or any Basic Element : +10 for CE/Advanced Elements or Poison/Other Substances), which will then be amplified and replicated by the Fugu stick, materializing a tiny needle, which gets shot out with great speed (near-bullet-like). The Fugu has the ability to be increased or decreased in shape and density, allowing the user to wield it like a staff or for further more accurate shots. If the opponent steals the Fugu from it's own, it will grow spikes, which will attach themselves to the thief. Likewise, when being held as a staff, the Fugu can grow spikes for extra damage.
*Creating a shooting needles, while wasting chakra per single shot, does not count towards the jutsu count*
*Charging an Advanced Element into the Fugu will materialize a needle with the properties of said element at it's most basic/main form. For example, if the user has Lava, it will be molten rock, not rubber.*
*Poisons or other substances are only achieved by having a living source of that substance presence in the field ( Venomous Summons, for example, Hallucinogenic Mushrooms, etc). In the absence of such, the user will waste one of the 3 jutsus to "feed" said substance to the Fugu and have it memorized ( For example, if the user has Samples with her, or if the living source belongs to the opponent, but the user has retrieved a sample from it ). Like it a lot. Indeed your custom making skills are "deliciously pleasurable". However, I have a few notes. Everything it does needs to count as a move. you need to rank the projectiles, enabling a more specific defense for them. Also, even if fast, these projectiles need to be visible. Rest seems at second glance ok.

Description: The genjutsu begins by replicating a weak, easily releasable genjutsu (by Kai or small pain) and place it on any number of opponents within range. An example would be False Surrounding, changing the area around the targets. When the target moves to release it, the second, stronger, genjutsu will recognize the output, be it a chakra peak caused by pain or a Kai. This is based on the notion that certain genjutsus, for their complexity and strength, require sharper pain or bigger chakra outbursts in order to be broken, anything smaller will not affect the genjutsu. After having recognized the peak, the genjutsu will duplicate and repeat it in increasingly higher frequency. This will overload the opponent, preventing the usage of complex jutsu (A and above), genjutsu or summoning jutsus, and exhaust the chakra reserves, equivalent to a chakra cost of a Kai for each peak.

Ok, with your added notes there was a problem added. What exactly does the enemy experience in terms of the second genjutsu? The first one is a replication of a weak, non specific genjutsu and upon seeing it or experiencing it, the user produces some effect to release it, triggering the second one. However, what is this second one? And how can it actually restrict the chakra usage? There is a bit of a lack in explanation on how you achieve that. Or is this a Genjutsu/Ninjutsu? Genjutsu for the first part and Ninjutsu for the second part? Being that the Ninjutsu part would be a "noise" or fluctuation you trigger on your enemies chakra flow upon the release method, spending chakra for a limited amount of turns and thus weakening him. Also, note one thing. You're restricting (if it succeeds) your enemy a lot, yet you suffer little to no effect. Its still not very reasonable but it does have potential

Description: Fugu is a hollowed wooden stick, made with Chakra Tree wood. It is a personalized weapon, allowing only the user to wield or manipulate it (Even if the opponent has Wood chakra or similar). By charging chakra into the Fugu and blowing through it, the user is able to shoot out Chakra-materialized thread needles, which gain substance with any elemental chakra or other properties. These thread needles are the same size as vaccine needles, thus, to the naked eye, they become hard (yet not impossible) to see when in motion. Upon hitting a target, they serve to infuse their element into the target's body, albeit in a very small area. If the opponent steals the Fugu from it's owner, it will grow spikes, which will attach themselves to the thief. Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique can be used on the Fugu to make it act like a machine gun, multiplying one of the charged thread needles inside.

#1: Needle Shooting: The Fugu stick allows the user to insert any small thread needle into it and shoot it out, by blowing through the other end, It is shot at a speed significantly greater than a normal needle thrower, but not as fast as any of the other needle shooting abilities the Fugu has, which will cost chakra. This attack is not, by itself falta but can, when used by Dojutsu users be used to strike fatal/nearly fatal points that will cause great damage. Doesn't count as a move.

#2: Basic Needle Materialization - The user will pour chakra into the Fugu, creating 6 thread needles, of any of the Basic Elements or Simply Normal Chakra, which can then be blown out at great accuracy and speed. After creating the needles, the user can shoot them right away or keep them within the Fugu for later uses. Shooting needles counts towards the jutsu count per turn. This can be used once every two turns, in which case, if there are still needles stored, they will be erased and replaced by the new set. It is the equivalent to an A rank jutsu (30 chakra cost, 5 per Needle). Depending on the substance, the needles will be faster, stronger or sharper, as well as having any special properties that the element entails (Short-Paralysis for Lightning, Burning Wounds for Fire, Mineralization of the Tissues for Earth, Shredding Wounds for Wind and Swelling of the small Canals for Water).

#3: Thieving Needle Materialization - The user will pour a sample of any given substance into the Fugu, creating 3 thread needles, which can then be blown out at great accuracy and speed. After creating the needles, the user can shoot them right away or keep them within the Fugu for later uses. Shooting needles counts towards the jutsu count per turn. This can only be used once every 3 turns, in which case, if there are still needles stored, they will be erased and replaced by the new set. It is the equivalent to an A rank jutsu (30 chakra cost, 10 per Needle). Any substance can be fed to the Fugu, requiring direct contact with it. After the Fugu memorizes the substance (Opponent's Elements, Natural Occurring Substances, Etc), it will create needles with any special property that substance entails (Quartz from the ground, Venom from an animal, Keratin from an insect, etc). The act of sampling a jutsu it's not equivalent to blocking or hindering the jutsu in any way, thus, it needs to be blocked by any other means. Not only that but the memorization is not permanent and serves only during the battle its set. Only one substance can be memorized at each time.

#4: Advanced Needle Materialization - The user will pour chakra into the Fugu, creating 4 thread needles, of any of the Advanced Elements the user has or a different substance the user is capable of creating, which can then be blown out at great accuracy and speed. After creating the needles, the user can shoot them right away or keep them within the Fugu for later uses. Shooting needles counts towards the jutsu count per turn. This can be used once every three turns, in which case, if there are still needles stored, they will be erased and replaced by the new set. It is the equivalent to an S rank jutsu (40 chakra cost, 10 per Needle). Regarding Advanced/Custom Elements, the needles will take form using the most basic/main form of the element (Lava will be Molten Rock, not Rubber, etc), and gain any special properties the element entails. For different substances, the user must have created it in the field before hand although it does not require contact with source, like the thieving method. The creation of this method can be done remotely, up to mid range, with one handseal.

#5: Density and Height Manipulation - The user is able to change the density and height of the Fugu stick at will, allowing the user to wield the Fugu like a staff, or for greater accuracy. Smaller changes such as a few cm to 2 meters, or any humanely bearable weight will not require the usage of noticeable chakra through the course of a match. Anything higher/longer (never more than the equivalent of Short-Mid range) or 5 tons will be the equivalent of an A rank, 30 chakra points, counting towards the jutsu count.

#6: Spikes Manifestation - The user is able to consciously induce the Fugu's inherited defense mechanism, creating spikes across the Fugu stick, for added damage. It costs 15 chakra, equivalent to a C rank. This can be done remotely with 1 handseal, up to mid-range and counts as a technique from the technique count.

#7: Remote Sharp-Shooting - With one handseal, at any range, the user is able to make the Fugu shoot any stored needles inside it. It will quickly adjust itself and shoot the needles up to short range from the stick against the closest chakra-being (in case the user has no other target's location in mind). It requires a chakra cost of 20, equivalent to a C rank and counts as a move.

Note: Once shot, be it 1 or a multitude of needles, it will always count as one move, with the exception of #1. The fugu can only have one type of needles inside it at each time. He can only memorize one substance/advanced element at any given point and will "forget them" once the battle ends.

Samedi himself is a great box jellyfish the size of a human, light enough to swim through the mist, taking advantage of the confusion of his opponent to strike him from behind. The genjutsu constantly shifts it's chakra signal, making it so that it adapts to any shifts in the opponent's chakra flow, making this a constant genjutsu even if the opponent is able to constantly shift his chakra or body, as long as the opponent is in the mist, mid range from Samedi.

Well in a listed order:

-Long range is a vague term in such a move, a person wont be able to escape the grasp of this technique because the mist is "long range" therefore it indifferently goes as far as possible. It should have a unitary value of distance (30 m?)
-Effects last as long as the target is within the mist and affects everyone indifferently (if not? why shouldn't it? Its an S rank genjutsu btw conventional methods and reasons wont work due to the strong effects, very unlikely to have that allowed but ill give it a go). And no paralysis type effects are achieved, its a technique that creates false surroundings.

Sorry but i'll have to ask you to resubmit this. Its a summon so why is the mist he produces filled with your chakra? Also, how can mist induce genjutsu? is it through inhalation? skin absorption? sight? And the mist needs a rank as well as the gen. And I can't allow you to have a gen that is unreleasable while the user is in it. I know how to easily counter this (Sealing the mist, blowind the mist, walking outside the mist, etc etc) but for the most part the effects are very very very unreasonable. Its a Long Range Mist that makes anyone mid range from a poisonous flying jellyfish unable to detect it and thus defend from it while being affected by a Genjutsu that confuses them to a high degree inside a sight hindering mist that blocks sensors, Sharingan/Rinnegan and Natural Energy uses. You need to make this a bit more down to earth or we can't approve it.
