Description: Hotaru is the second child of katsuya and sendo (custom summoning), the little sister of Hanshou (Custom summon) and one of the 3 females in the slug family overall. Hotaru has an aggressive voice, and takes on the personality of sendo which does not like to go into the healing properties of her powers. Though she is a girl, she is one of the top most destructive summons in the slug family. Hotaru is white with numerous red circle patterns all across her body that is a glowing effect. Meaning, Hotaru red circles on her body glows in the dark which can be helpful to the user but gives away her position. She is as big as 2/10th of katsuya main body, making her pretty large. Hotaru is special due to the potency of her acid, being the strongest out of the whole slug family. She is able to release a wave of acid from her body up to mid range in haste all around her while at the same time shooting it from her mouth. This acid is so potent and dangerous that it destroys the earth from below and even restricts earth jutsus to surface from below ground without being destroyed due to the acid on the surface. She is also one of the very few slugs who have access to an elemental affinity which is fire. Even though she can use fire up to S rank, she normally uses her fire chakra to set the acid ablaze, which is more destructive.

Description: Sagittarius is the archer and assasin of the cone snail family. Due to their fighting mechanism this is very important and easily places him at the top with other with special abilities due to his quickness alongside his extreme great accuracy,and eye sight. Sagittaruis is 3 feet long and 5 feet tall (The shell is included in the size), Being able to ride or attach himself to the user for mobility. His regular body is a faded black color though you can never see his full body as its attached to the shell, you can tell by his eyes as they stick out from the shell along with his mouth. His Shell is a midnight black color with small white patterns all around it with the sagittaruis symbol (♐) on the side of his shell. His voice is very low but stern. He doesnt talk much unless he is talked to. The shell takes the shape of a cone and even though he is one of the smaller ones, his shell is very tough for his size giving her immunity to A rank and below elemental techniques and up to A rank Taijutsu (this does not include eig taijutsu) when he withdraws into her shell, this being his defense (This is excluding all techniques that came from below as he is vulnerable to all attacks from below due to the shell not covering the bottom half). Just like every cone snail he has a harpoon for a tongue his being the twice the size of a senbon. Allowing him to launch his harpoon (Tongue) towards an opponent with great speed twice as fast as Aquarius. Whats unique about this cone snail, is unlike all the other cone snails. His harpoon (tongue) contains no poison, but his harpoon shoots the fastest and is the strongest for its size being S rank in strength. Sagittarius is known for quick assassinations due to its incredible archer skills. He is able to track things faster then a normal shinobi (1 Tomoe Sharingan tracking speed) , and can see twice as far as a regular shinobi. This is due to his harpoon (tongue) being able to reach long range unlike most cone snails as all of them except for one (excluding himself) reach up to mid range. His harpoon can pierce the flesh with extreme ease and like all of the cone snails. He can either hook his prey/opponent and retract his harpoon causing the opponent to retract alongside it, or not hook his opponent and retract it either way. Sagittarius tongue is extremely flexible, which wont allow his tongue to be severed unless its by strong piercing techniques (most wind, and lightning techniques. Kunais, Shurikens, swords, etc dont work)

Declined - how can a 5ft snail attack to a user who is probably ony 6ft tall at most xd don't compare to the sharingan, compare it to a tai master for tracking speeds.

(Ototon Genjutsu: Magdala Curtain) Sound Illusionary Art: Magdala Curtian

Description: This sound technique dwells in the realm of illusions, tricking the opponents eyes. The user will draw blood (by biting their thumb or whatever means) and smearing it on their palm, following right after the user will clap his hands. This is the induction of the genjutsu in reality. The opponent will see a large box/casket emerge from the ground around the user in an upright position, being the "Grave of Maria". Once the casket fully emerges, a singing lady will emerge out of the box/casket producing an hymm from her mouth. This is the true illusion. As the opponent hears the singing/hymm from maria, in the blink of an eye his opponent will have disappeared from his line of sight. This is due to the hymm producing a "barrier" around the user. Which in short effects the opponent in two ways. Even though the opponent cant see the user, if the user was so step out of the 5 meters (The barrier), they will become visible to the opponent once more, making the genjutsu break. Grave of Maria is simply an illusion, thus can not be physically harm, thus will cause attacks to bypass her. She will continue to sing long as the user pumps chakra into her. Though this technique is useless against dojutsu users, and sensors as they can still sense your location. If the opponent was to throw something out of the area (barrier), it would risk giving out their location but it will not stop the effect of the genjutsu. This technique is also used to trick the opponent into thinking they also left or even to protect a loved one.

Note: Can use twice with a 4 turn cool down

Description: The property of this jutsu is simplistic in nature and only offers a use to defend against extremely advance lightning attacks. The user will place a seal on their body and release from this seal an advance form of mist. The mist has properties of fuuinjutsu and that of its regular counterpart. Essentially it works in two parts in an attempt to counter advance lightning. The seal portion of the technique's mist will effectively absorb and seal off of the advance shape of various forms of electricity as well as the chakra of the opponent that has control of the lightning, be it focused lightning, or shaped lightning, the seal portion will act as a way to disrupt its shape and forcefully revert the lightning into regular, unfocused electricity. After this process is finished, the mist portion takes over, as the mist will conduct the now unfocused and chakra devoid electricity. From here, the user may now be able to have accessible usages to a momentarily active electrical source (only lasts 2 turns in the mist before both the mist and electricity disperses). If nothing is to be done, than the user can simply resend the electrical mist back a the opponent in a sort of "flying Nagashi" form. Even if the lightning has no shape or focus, example: Nagashi, the seal can still negate the chakra, with the mist taking over its movement as well. Thus making the technique a good counter against any electrical mediums. This includes electricity that might coat other material like a lightning/earth variant.

Note: Can only be taught by Joker. After every two usages, the user can't use the seal again for two turns. In total can only be used three times.

Description: The user will place their seals on various material and jutsus through basic creation methods such as, placing the seal on earth techniques through the palm of the users hands or always slamming their hands on the ground to release the seal (this includes for all matter-like subjects such as steel, water, etc) for energy, they would have to be created directly from the users palm for the seal to contact it. This jutsu works by retrieving lost chakra when performing jutsus. Essentially, when the users techniques are no longer under control (such as streams or humanoids) or on the battlefield (terrain changing jutsus like the swamp or topography) after the jutsu is either released by the user, or destroyed, the dormant chakra that was sustaining the jutsu(s) will automatically be sent back at the user so no chakra is wasted. The mathematics of the retrieved chakra is basically the user will obtain three quarters a turn, and each turn a jutsu is active, another quarter is taken away. Example: 40 CP jutsu, first turn the jutsu is released, 30 CP is sent back at the user; second turn the jutsu is released, 20 CP is sent back at the user, and so on and so forth. The user will place a seal on their bio (can be mentioned in their bio) which acts as a destination for the chakra to be sent at.

‡ Declined ‡ I'm fine with this for the most part (though it feels a little useless/redundant but that's up to you to decide). The only flaw I see is how this would be used on "streams". Are we talking techniques streamed from the user's body like waves of water or streams of fire? or are they different kinds of streams? Also, wouldn't the sapped chakra weaken the technique? This might not affect swamp and other terrain-based techniques but what about humanoids? Do they get weaker as their chakra is sapped?

What the seal does is absorb lingering chakra after a jutsu has been deactivated or destroyed, this way their will be no weakening of the users jutsu. Chakra will only be sapped when deactivated or destroyed, not while the jutsu is active, that way the jutsu doesn't become weakened either, this is primarily why projectiles are relatively inapplicable (but not impossible) to this technique, it usually depends on the type of projectile, jutsus like water dragon bullet and thunder vortex dragon can work as a projectile, but fireballs, not as much.

Note: Can only be used five times. Every turn times used, two turn cool down is displayed. Can only be taught by Joker. When it comes to be using on streams, that includes everything that requires consistent control from the user.

(Fuuinjutsu: Goto) - Sealing Arts: Burglary

Description: The user will release an jutsu from their body or from away their body, while lacing the jutsu with a unique seal. The seal has a property of absorbing characteristics of an opponents jutsu when clashing against the users jutsu. This will weaken the opponent's jutsu by 20 CP and the 20 CP will be transferred to the users technique. However, this doesn't just simply improve in power, rather it steals byproducts that relate to the element and combines it with the users technique. E.g. if the seal absorbs properties of fire, specifically it will absorb either its heat, ash, or gas (this is for the user to decide) and whatever is chosen will coincide in aiding the users jutsu, so this can include heating up an earth or water jutsu, inflaming a fire jutsu to larger size, or make a lightning jutsu violently explode. This works logically with just about any elemental jutsu element, KG and CE included. Lastly, to reiterate, even when the users technique is up by 20 damage, this doesn't mean they will not still clash with the opponents technique, but the clash will be weakened (from the opponent's perspective) and this also follows elemental strength and weakness. In a lot of cases, this can also enhance the size of the jutsu, especially when two of the same elements clash. The process of attaching the seal is performing jutsus from the body through a seal (either on the tongue, or limbs) or slamming their hands on the ground and channeling seal simultaneously with the jutsu. Does not work with techniques that come out of thin air.

Note: Can only be taught by Joker. This does not work with water (unless absorbing the water jutsu of the opponent) mainly so it doesn't clash with Noni's Davy's Devilish Devouring technique. Can only work with A-Rank jutsus and can only absorb A-Rank and below jutsus. Can only be used three times. Can not be used in consecutive turns. Cannot be stacked with infusions. Cannot be combined with Fuuinjutsu.

‡ Approved ‡ Added a note. I'm assuming this both weakens your opponent's jutsu (by a rank) and strengthens your own. As such, I can't allow this to be stacked with other abilities that weaken opposing techniques hence the note.

Description: The user focuses his fire chakra into anywhere on the terrain or any object within the terrain up to mid range with a single handseal and creates upto hundreds of tiny chakra structures in the shape of mushrooms/berries/nuts purely made of compressed fire chakra albeit with an epidermis of thin layer of pure chakra masking the real natures of the tiny fake edibles. The user could make the berries pop into existence or add essense to it by making them look as if they pop out of the ground. Outwards they look like actuall mushrooms/berries/nuts decieving the naked eyes except for doujutsus. The mushrooms/berries/nuts are manifestation of chakra though contained in them is compressed fire that each of them burst into a geyser of flame with a single snap of the user's finger or prematurely caused to detonate when something makes contact with them. They though before they release the pent up fire within them, appears cold and like a normal plant as the chakra coat mask the heat they supposed to be containing.
Manifestation of the edibles is quick as the real attack comes only when the user snaps his fingers and the mushrooms burst or something touches them.

Fuinjutsu: Arakune no Okubyō - Sealing Art: The Cowardice of Arachne

Description: The use has a fuin tattoo in form of a large spider on his body which passively can move around the body of the user like a tattoo moving around a body. The spider has nothing much to do than sensing and responding whenever a foreign seal(which is not of the user or allies) is marked/placed on the user. The spider moves immediately towards the foreign seal and devours it and becomes bigger in size. This specifically is meant to destroy the source of a sealing jutsu(like marks and tags) placed on the user only, instead of negating the effect of the seal itself. By sealing the external sealing source within himself via devouring, Arachne is able to neutralize a sealing technique. The cowardice value of the spider is that whenever a jutsu or weapon enters short range of where the spider is currently on the body of the user, it senses it and panics in fear, trembling and quickly moving away from that spot to avoid harm. For example, if the spider is currently situated on the user's back, he'll be able to sense things short range that approaches from behind the user(mid range if the user is not wearing clothes). His cowardice however, has some usefulness to the user as the user is able to feel his movement and he knows that the spider only cowers at the presence of something approaching it thus alerting the user.
NOTE: Arachne leeches the user's chakra for it to devour sealing marks. The rank of the foreign fuin seals determines the amount of chakra Arachne leeches. 20 if the seal is B-rank and 30 if the seal is A-rank in nature.
NOTE: Can devour fuin sealing marks/tags upto A-rank 3x per battle and able to devour one S-rank seal.
NOTE: Must be mentioned on bio about Arachne passive ability as Arachne is a tattoo that is drawn on the body before hand

Declined - "pop into existance" is a no, they need to come from you or the ground. Also how do you make them look like berries and not just berry shaped fire? "They though before they release " - this doesn't make sense. Creating a hundred of these in an instant just isn't possible also, and it's OP, you would just make these under your oppenent, as they form they explode, S rank blast and your opponent is dead before they know what's hit them.

Declined - this is like a sentient seal which isn't possible, a seal cowering? No possible. I know this is your way of trying to protect this devouring seal. The fact that it can detect a seal on your body and react to it is a push, but to have the essence of fear in a seal just isn't possible.


Ototon: Tatanfo no Nebaridzuyo - Sound Release: The Tenacity of Tatanfo

Description: This technique requires the presence of mist or rain in the surrounding. The user focuses his sound chakra into the mist/rain and turns them to sound reservoirs. This makes the sound jutsu the user uses that requires the user to keep making/humming the sound to sustain now at the mercy of the mist/rain. After the activation of this jutsu, and a sound technique follows up, the mist/rain mixes with the sound, stores the frequency, pitch and tone of the tune and continues to resonate it the same way the user is propagating or has propagated it. This is akin to the way a Mocking Jay works. The mist rain propagates the sound frequency same as that which the user produced it and thus maintains the sound, making the user able to stop his own propagation and still sustain the sound technique. As long as the mist or rain cloud is not cleared, the sound continues to be heard.
Alternatively, the user can focus sound chakra into any physical object, clothing, weapon or tool on the terrain. This allows the object to become a retainer of the sound made by the user just like how the mist and rain variant works. The object having contained the user's sound chakra, absorbs the frequency, pitch and tone of the user's sound technique used afterwards and continues to propagate the sound as long as the object is in existence or the chakra within the object is not negated.
NOTE: The activation is instant and used in the same time frame as the sound technique the user wants to propagate, though the activation comes first.
NOTE: Usable on a single sound technique. Trying to use this technique again ends the previous propagation if its not ended yet.
NOTE: Usable 3x per battle
NOTE: No sound technique above S-rank the turn this is used and next turn.

Description: Sasori starts off by opening his chest compartment holding his storage of 100 chakra strings. Once open the user will launch a large array of 100 chakra strings at a target in order to bind them. The chakra threads will all be aimed to wrap themselves around a certain part of the target’s body to restrict their movement all together. If the user tries to physically block one of the strings it would lead to them getting that specific body part trapped in the sticky substance of the strings. Also, when trying to block one of the strings it possible for the other strings of the technique to surround, and reach for the opponent from behind. The chakra threads also cover a wide range making it difficult to try and block/evade them. If the technique makes contact with the target it will wrap around them trapping them in a binding force requiring S-rank or higher strength to break them. If necessary the user can cause for the chakra threads to close in on the target injuring them. The chakra threads can be used to render rather large objects or creatures immobile. Description: This is a technique Sasori created in order to stay on balance from shockwaves or powerful blasts. Also, it was created in order to stand up against powerful waves which would normally blow people away. With this jutsu it will keep the user on balance as well as the ground they are standing on protected, but everything surrounding it will be destroyed if the opposing jutsu caused destruction. There are different forms of this technique each used depending on the situation. Each form of the jutsu is based on the usage of chakra threads in order to help protect the user. This jutsu helps keep the user balance, but it does not protect the user from the damage of the actual technique.

D-C Rank Blasts: For blast of these ranks the user is capable of generating chakra threads from within their toes. Once the chakra has been gathered from the user’s feet the chakra threads will go and dig themselves underground. By doing this the user will give themselves a firm grip on the ground allowing for them to maintain their balance from attacks of that given rank. Also, it will enable the user the ability to not be blown away from blast of this rank, but also dealing damage to the user if not blocked.

B-A Rank Blasts: For blasts of these ranks the user will get on the ground on all four, and then begin to generate chakra threads from their hands and their feet. Once the chakra threads have been formed they will then bury themselves underground from where the user was. This form of the technique keeps the user on balance from shock waves and, keeps the user standing from blasts of these ranks. The ground that the user is standing on will also be unaffected by the blast, which goes to say that the surrounding land is capable of being blown away while the platform where the user is will remain the same.

S-Rank Blasts: This is a special case which Sasori will only use in dire situations. He will open his chest compartments revealing his 100 chakra strings. He then will launch them into the ground providing the strongest form of this technique. This technique keeps the user on balance as well as allowing them survive blasts up to S-rank. It will prevent his body from blowing away, and will also protect the surrounding land which it would be attached to but will also have to deal with the actual damage of the attack.

As the compartment is open the user will unleash a large array of chakra threads throughout the area. The chakra threads are being scattered all across the ground and some stray strings remain in the air floating around. With the chakra strings around it allows the user to detect just about anything that goes on through the threads since the user’s chakra are directly linked to the threads. It basically gives the user a larger awareness of his surrounding for a period of time as the threads are scattered throughout the area and each close enough together that that they can be connected in order to gain a longer distance. It is possible for the strings to be blown away with rather weak wind techniques. Once activated the chakra threads are pretty much forming a large dome around the area consisting out of chakara threads. Each of the threads in the air are also close so that they are touching. Several of the strings are also scattered throughout the ground, this helps give the user a larger range of sensing. The dome is also large and has a wide scale reaching up to long range, so if one were to try and blow them away it would require an Omni-directional attack. Lastly, while this technique is active there are many threads that can be seen floating around in the air like dust specis, but not enough to block one's vision, and this technique also goes into affect when an unknown chakra source enters.

Description: The user will place a seal on their weapons labeled "Convert" and written in kanji form (変). What the seal does is transform the interior structure of the weaponry into pure, condensed electricity. With this comes a multitude of common effects from the lightning properties. First and foremost, anyone besides the user will immediately be shocked if they dare touch the weapon. The user can also turn the weapon into unfocused electricity for the purpose to travel through or combine with material (water, earth, steel, etc), this includes opponent and users jutsus as well, and leave those areas unharmed. When focused it does not possess this same level of travel but is more lethal, comparable to the lightning chidori spear in piercing abilities. It will also allow for easy access of a lightning source for the user. And due to the constant connection of the seal, the user will easily be able to control the material with hang gestures. To the untrained eye (dojutsu not included) the weapon will appear like any other weapon when in its shape. The seal will allow for the user to maintain consistent control and maintain itself until destroyed. This jutsu can also be selective and work on anything devoid or with the users chakra, and the material can be of any logical size. The speed of placing and converting matters for the jutsu, converting a regular weapon (kunai, shuriken, sword, etc) is as fast as placing a FTG seal on a weapon of equivalence, but to convert a large scale statue that is 30 meters, it's speed will be more "normal".

Description: The user will have a seal placed on their body labeled "Ultimate" written in Kanji form (究). The purpose of this seal is simple, to find a way to negate its natural weaknesses against various elements, KG, and CEs. For the purpose of the description, wind will be used as an example. Essentially, jutsus created from the body or away will be laced with a seal upon creation, what the seal does is when the users jutsu clashes with a wind jutsu, the seal will automatically notice the immediate weakness of the element lightning has with wind and attempt to draw out chakra from the users body and inject it into the lightning. Specifically, the chakra drawn out will match the elemental strength of whatever jutsu has clashed with the lightning; in this case it is wind, so the seal will extract fire chakra from the users body. This will create a fuuin barrier around the lightning, but with fire chakra being the main composition of the barrier, so it will automatically negate the wind and allow the user's lightning jutsu continue unharmed. The amount of chakra extracted is only enough to negate the harm, that is why it is A-Rank but the multi-rank allows the seal to extract just the amount needed. Let's say for example if the lightning jutsu is clashing with a paper ninjutsu technique, than the barrier will be composed of water to simply negate the paper and allow the technique to continue forward.

Declined - seals to counter a weakness is fine, it's the way you go about doing it that is wrong. Also it wont work on intangible elements like wind and lightning, or solid and liquid elements it would as the seal has something bind to to create the effect. And i'm not sure if this has been done before

Description: The user will have a seal placed on their body labeled "Regain" in kanji form (索). Essentially, whenever the user notices lightning jutsus being used, from the seal, a large scale barrier will immediately erect at speeds rivaling that of Kirin. But, it does not provide any damage whatsoever, it's basis of usage is the barrier will immediately act as a lightning rod for the opponent's own lightning jutsu and immediately draw the jutsu inward, attaching itself to the barrier, and after this is done, the barrier becomes drawn back into the users seal. This will not give the user any chakra or property, but rather it will allow the user to use the now unfocused electricity to enhance the users next jutsu attack (lightning composition equivalent to that of Nagashi, same with rank and damage as well). Lightning jutsus become enhanced automatically by 10+, with elemental jutsus that coincide with unfocused electricity (fire, earth, water, etc) will have raging electricity running across its body. What also allows this technique to be used in a defensive manner is, lightning is known for its insane speed, due to the speed of the barrier, it will immediately act to "catch" fast moving lightning jutsus (this includes combinations of the sorts) and be used for the user. Armors or lightning jutsus that enhance the opponent's speed will literally be ripped from their body and be used for the users purpose as stated.

Declined - comparing to kirin is too much, shooting up to long range is too much, you can have it as errecting a barrier short range around you to draw it in then after that it boosts one lightning jutsu by +20 of your choice.

Gurēsushēbingu: Shaving Grace

Description: The Shaving Grace is a pair of gauntlets that are connected by 2 black armbands to the user's arm on the palm side and sharp golden spikes made out of a strong and resistant chakra metal going down the other. The spikes start at the users forearm and surround it all the way down to the wrist[/B] and continues down to each individual finger however there are no spikes on the palm side of the hand, so as not to disrupt handseals. The spikes are connected to a flexible material with the parts that go down the fingers having small bands on the palm side so that they move with the users fingers. The Shaving Grace works by utilizing the high vibration used to make lightning chakra and channeling it into the gauntlets. This makes the gauntlets vibrate at a high rate with the high vibrations of the spikes moving back and forth making them function similar to a chainsaw when used.Due to this the user is able to painfully tear and rip the flesh from an opponent upon contact and even shred normal metal objects due to the the immense shredding power given. Since a large amount of lightning is channeled into the gauntlets to achieve this, the gauntlets each have the cutting power and chakra of A rank lightning however this does not mean that combined they are S rank. When activated the gauntlets make a sound similar to a chainsaw and due to the vibration the users handseals are slowed if they are activated while doing handseals.

Description: Unthinkable is a full silver colored suit of armor. created by a genius shinobi. Sometimes it features small different cosmetic changes in different battles, such as the occasional bezel or regalia on the user's shoulders or elbows, but no matter what, it is always a full body silver suit made of chakra metal. Unthinkable was designed to be the users ultimate weapon, his only weapon that he'll ever need, his sword and shield. It is specialized to be utilized in Fuuinjutsu, and as such is sealed to the users body by an unbreakable seal (unless undone by the user) on the inside of the suit. Not only that, but it is also sealed with another seal of such magnitude that so intricately ties the suit to the users body and chakra system that it may as well be the users skin. Due to this seal, the user may create jutsu directly from the suit, just as if it came from the users actual body. The real beauty of the suit comes in the utilization of Fuuinjutsu techniques, however. Any seal that must be applied to the users body, can instead be applied to the suit due to it being so close to the users skin. The suit may also be applied with written scrolls such as "( Ho/Mizu/Kaze/Tsuchi/Rai Houin ) - Fire/Water/Wind/Earth/Lightning Sealing Method" , so that the user may use this technique straight from the suit rather than a scroll (both of these things must be stated in the users bio). Finally, the user may keep different types of Sealing tags within the suit that can be pushed out through the hands and feet of the suit to tag whatever he may need. At times, when the user is utilizing fuuinjutsu through the suit, it has been known to glow a dull red all over it with ancient symbols. The creator of this suit really meant it when they wanted it to be the users only weapon. Every single inch of Unthinkable is extremely sharp, as the chakra metal it was created with is microscopically serated in order to achieve this goal, and as such it is essentially one giant blade. As such, every technique that can be used with a bladed weapon (except "Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu") can be used to enhance Unthinkable. The creator also made the limbs of Unthinkable extremely sharp, like a sword. Therefore the user can use any Kenjutsu technique through the limbs of Unthinkable. Unthinkable only offers protection against basic C rank techniques but, due to the seal that basically makes the suit the user's skin, it won't come off unless the user wills it in any circumstances. However, beyond C rank damage, the user will be hurt by any attacks that hit Unthinkable just as he would as if he were wearing nothing.

Declined - really nice weapon but remove the bolded and mention of such seals. Seals that are applied to your body being applied to the suit works fine, but seals from scrolls and such is too much for my liking. You may want to add that it doesn't hinder your movement also. C rank defense is fine. But due to it being made from chakra metal it should be vulnerable to lightning.

As the seal says, it will bind the summon to the battlefield by using the user as an anchor, which is why the seal appears on them as well. Due to this, when the summon would usually leave the field due to timing out, the seal will invoke and let it remain on this plane. However, if the summon is sent back due to being injured, the seal will be broken and the summon will be forced back no matter what.

Description: This seal may be passively applied to the users bio, or it can be applied in the form of the Kanji for "Repeat" forming on the user's body in mid battle. When this seal is applied it remains active until the end of the battle. When active, it forms an almost skin tight barrier over the user and any weapons he may holding at the time, the color of such barrier being dependent on the user. This barrier is basically dormant and does absolutely nothing until 2 conditions are met. The first is that the user must be using a taijutsu or kenjutsu technique. The second is that while using the aforementioned type of technique, the user is touching an elemental technique made up of another being's chakra. When these two conditions are met, the barrier will absorb 10 chakra (note that this doesn't meant it takes anything away from its rank or power) from the jutsu it is touching and immediately use that chakra to passively infuse itself with whatever type of chakra that it absorbed. It should be noted that this gives the barrier no inherent power nor defenses, but what it does do is combine the chakra absorbed with the power of the Taijutsu or Kenjutsu move in order to give it an elemental infusion, making it play on equal terms with the whatever element it is touching at the time. This will also allow the users Tai/Ken techniques to interact with an opposing elemental jutsu without the user getting hurt, as again, the raw power of these types of techniques from the user now have the same elemental infusion as a type of coating over them against the technique they would be used against. For example, due to having an elemental coating over it, the user could the D rank Slap technique to slap a D rank fire ball out of the way. And again, the barrier is merely providing protection, the users tai or kenjutsu is providing the power to truly compete. In the event that the opponent uses a KG or CE that the user doesn't know, the user can choose to infuse the barrier with any chosen element that he knows, however this will cost him a move. If the barrier absorbs chakra from an opposing technique, it will negate the cost of 10 chakra for that turn due to the chakra absorbed fueling it.

Description: The user focuses an immense and rapid amount of Raiton chakra, so much that it starts to form around their entire forearm(right OR left), since there is so much built up chakra at once, when the user releases the lightning, the power of the attack lets off a huge thunderous rawr as the power of the technique causes the users arm to buck back as its fired. Once the jutsu is fired off, its a slightly focused attack, it has the power to blast holes through solid objects following S/W, some of the lightning when fired, scatters in a small area around the shot. The speed at which this jutsu occurs and the concussive like blast of raiton making it a solid defensive move as well as strong offensive one though it's range is rather limited.

Through a doujutsu, its perceived as one greater source of the chakra that moves through the ground sending chakra-like waves to designated areas throughout the scene, making clone like areas in the earth/-related structures. Operating like a connected clone jutsu, the user will simply move through the ground and earth-like substance in the area, unknowing the scenery above ground (unless their head is above the ground while doing so). Once in place, they'll send chakra to through the ground releasing/revealing their hands; legs, eyes, and etc through the substance as though the ground has became a sort of portal (meaning they can make handseals in right part of the wall while their face is in the left of the wall). While great as the jutsu is, a major flaw is implemented, this jutsu can hurt the user if the substance used to portal partially through is cut off with ration. This can result in the user losing limbs and so forth; given all that. The major flaw is when faced with a doujutsu user, for if they can pin-point the source of chakra that is the user (which happens prominently at most times) they'll ultimately kill the user, for this is because the user has became nearly one with doton chakra.

The Carrier, like all other Hoatzins, they have the basic normal abilities, pertaining to the long range. In contrast to boss summons, its a bird of much enormous size, with an attitude of respect. Its rather animistic as it doesn't speck, and a personality that is more like a turtle. This summon has a special skill that is much like the summoning jutsu, acting like the home base of the Hoatzins, it carries a special chakra that familiarizes with other chakras of Hoatzins. This form of bond allows it to telepathically sync with all Hoatzins allow its space-time calling for help. Upon summoning the giga summon, the user will makes 3 handseals as they clap their hands together. This creature summon will then start to attain flight before any other action. With the power of its wings it will create a quick wind storm(S-rank equal, monumental event, very small timeframe) attaining air above the terrain way beyond the heavens. Upon the calling of the master, summons will fade (happens rather quickly) into existence just about anywhere around where they're needed to be unlike the regular summoning:

As this happens the strange tendrils begin to tear the target apart slowly piece by piece causing tremendously agonizing mental strain. Some can create music with sounds and music can effect the human mind in a lot of ways, even make a person suicidal. Recently, a shinobi researcher discovered that certain sounds can effect their chakra in certain ways. Using these sounds in a sequence is called an "incantation." (The incantations are just the hand seals that are required to preform the technique) Incantation exclusive techniques require a whole sentence or even a paragraph. Incantation users use these sounds to mould chakra in the same way a regular shinobi would use hands signs to preform ninjutsu or genjutsu. Users are able to preform ninjutsu and genjutsu by saying these special sounds. The ninjutsu created by this is a bit weaker then using the common way, however it does give the shinobi a huge upper hand in battle because it's a lot faster and it requires less chakra control. "Incantation Shinobi" are beings who only use this to form ninjutsu and they have devoted their entire life to learning it. Because of this, they are able to preform unique feats that regular shinobi nor regular users of incantations are able to do.
Notes:
- Once activated, the user can use any ninjutsu or genjutsu without the use of handseals. This stays activated for 6 turns, and once activated it cannot be deactivated until the turns are up.
- By using this method, it reduces the chakra usage of techniques by -15, but also reduces the damage of those techniques by -5.

Description: The user performs the Summoning Jutsu, either through Hand Seals, their Summoning Tattoo or their Summoning Scroll in order to summon Cornyx, the Emperor of the Void. Cornyx is an ancient and malicious Griffin, said to have been old even while the Sage of the Six Paths still walked the earth. He is a monstrous and horrific sight to behold, as his body is mostly covered in matted black fur and ruffled ebony feathers, both of which are slowly decaying, while his body generally looks emaciated and well aged beyond any other Summoning Animal on the Griffin Contract, lending him an air of eeriness and general undeath. But despite his ghastly body, Cornyx can still fly and maintain flight for as long as any other Griffin, regardless of his seemingly decomposing form. Cornyx is also a very powerful Griffin, rumored to rival or potentially even exceed the power of the Griffin Emperor, Hono, however, due to his less than polite and kind personality, he is considered the "black sheep" of the Griffin Summoning Contract, and thus would never truly be considered for the position of "Boss" or "True Emperor".

Cornyx's greatest strength is also his greatest weakness, as it doesn't rely solely on his own power, and depends on the participation, unwilling or not, of his Summoner. Upon summoning him, Cornyx will attempt to make physical contact with his user, attuning himself to, and siphoning off of one of his summoner's Chakra Natures, like a parasite leeching from it's host. Cornyx will passively absorb a small amount of the user's Chakra (10 Chakra), and from that point on he will be capable of using whatever Chakra Nature he absorbed from his Summoner. Cornyx can choose from any Elemental Nature his Summoner is in possession of, be it one of the Basic 5, an Advanced Nature like KG, or even a Custom Element, should the Summoner be lucky enough to have obtained one. The more powerful and unique the Chakra nature, the more aggresive and avaricious Cornyx becomes in his pursuit of it, which may end up in him deliberately harming his Summoner in order to achieve new Chakra and the abilities and techniques they allow him. Through this ability he will be capable of using all of the Jutsu of that Element, up to and including S-Rank, without the need for handseals. In addition to this, if the chosen Element is made up of multiple Elements, he will be capable of using the Elements it's comprised of up to A-Rank, with all Jutsu used by Cornyx logically counting towards the users total Jutsu per move. This ability to adapt to other natures can be used as many times as Cornyx wishes, however, it always incurs the cost of 10 Chakra from the user, and the Element(s) from the latest usage of this ability overtake the Element(s) from the last, meaning Cornyx cannot have access to mutliple Elements simultaneously (outside of the Elements that act as the basis for Advanced Elemental Natures).

Declined - i felt it was a bit much at absorbing KGs' but c.es aswell is too much. Now, what gets OP is using the elements that make up the c.e or kg. There are some elements that have 3 maybe even 4 natures to them. So through this alone you'd have a summon that could use, a kg and potentially 3 other elemental natures. That's too much. Also i believe it would need to leach more than the chakra it takes to do a D rank jutsu to reach the desired effect

Description:*This seal is focused on bringing everything in a battle back to its original form, as it should be. The user will make 3 handseals and suddenly a seemingly flaming red Kanji for "Origin" (元) will appear in the sky above the battlefield. This Kanji is actually a seal that only activates upon 2 unique actions happening, both via another person's chakra. The first action that would activate this seal would be whenever a technique is altered beyond its original form via chakra infusion. An example of this would be like a technique that allows one to passively infuse his chakra into a technique which he has created or is in the process of creating. The second action that would activate this seals ability would be whenever a persons chakra would be infused into the environment, such as the ground, but lay there dormant, rather than being used to form an offensive or defensive technique. An example of this would be a person infusing the ground with his chakra that would alter a technique upon being created from the ground in any way. Whenever any of these actions are done, the Kanji will grow a bright red and absorb all of the chakra from the offending technique into its seal and effectively end the technique then and there. This seal only works on techniques that could at all be classified as supplementary, and only on techniques that give a passive infusion of chakra. Any techniques that give an active infusion or boost in power are unaffected, as the user of these techniques must constantly fuel them and thus all of the chakra from said technique can't be drained in such a way.

Description: The user has a seal on their body (must be stated in the biography) with the Kanji for “Equal” that is passively activated when a certain condition is met. Whenever an attack over Forbidden rank in power (> 90 damage) comes within short-range of the user, the seal will release a barrier that expands outwards in all directions. The barrier instantly reaches long-range in every direction and serves to absorb chakra from the given technique in order to weaken it by half. The amount of chakra absorbed is proportional to the power of the technique but one thing that remains the same is that the remaining technique will fall to half it's original power i.e. a 120 damage technique would fall to 60 damage (A-Rank). This means this technique does not counter other jutsu in itself but rather aids the user in countering more powerful techniques by weakening them slightly. However, this technique is not without drawbacks. The user cannot use techniques of the element or skill affected by this jutsu for the same and next two turns (so three turns in total). This will also not work on solid elements/techniques but will work on pseudo-solid ones (such as Mud, Lava, et cetera), liquids and energy-based techniques. The reason this seal needs to be passively activated is so the user can use a technique in the same-timeframe to counter the opponent's weakened jutsu.

✦ Declined, for starters this is an S rank that has no real restrictions outside of being usable only 3x. Also, the actual execution itself is flawed; how does a seal/barrier determine the power of a jutsu before it reaches them and touches it? That's extremely metagamey, just picture it: An unknown attacks nears you and if it's capable of dealing enough damage, something you wouldn't be able to determine beforehand, a barrier forms and weakens it. Also, reducing the power of it 50% isn't "weakening slightly" lol; that's quite a large reduction and a bit unreasonable when looked at impartially. What I mean is an attack that deals, say 100 damage, nears you. This would reduce it from Forbidden+ power to below A rank, which would be like a 2 rank decrease from one jutsu. That's too much, then what about if you have attacks of an absurd damage, like theoretically 700+ damage? At some point, a barrier is capable of being destroyed, even if it's aim is to absorb chakra, like with MIE. Plus, does the passive activation mean you can use 3 jutsu that same turn this is used? If so, I can't allow that for obvious reasons. ✦

Whether a Taijutsu technique deals one single hit or a multitude of them, each activation of this seal will defend one single Taijutsu technique B-Rank or above (will not activate against freeform). It will not activate against freeform as the attack needs to reach a certain threshold of damage (40 points) and freeform deals no quantifiable damage. The effect of the barrier is to reduce rather than eliminate the damage the user takes from being struck physically by the opponent so it will only halve the damage of any Taijutsu technique no matter how powerful (e.g. S-Ranks will fall to 40 damage, B-Ranks will fall to 20 damage). Due to this seal only reducing damage rather protecting the user completely, it acts as a failsafe more than anything else in case the user is caught unawares by someone much faster than them. The barrier instantly reaches long-range in every direction and serves to absorb chakra from the given technique in order to weaken it by a quarter . The amount of chakra absorbed is proportional to the power of the technique but one thing that remains the same is that the remaining technique will fall to three-quarters it's original power i.e. a 120 damage technique would fall to 90 damage (Forbidden Rank). The barrier is destroyed soon after coming into contact with the technique if it exceeds a traditional S-Rank in power but not before it leeches a quarter of it’s chakra in order to weaken it by the same degree. The user can instead activate two barriers rather than one to reduce the targeted technique to half it’s original power rather than a quarter. This will count as two usages of this technique and will count as two of the user’s three moves per turn. This means this technique does not counter other jutsu in itself but rather aids the user in countering more powerful techniques by weakening them. Due to the barrier’s intangibility, it will can work on solid techniques as well as liquids, gases and energy-based techniques. It will also only shatter against non-physical techniques due to their ability to clash with the intangible barrier. The reason this seal needs to be passively activated (still counts as a move) is so the user can use a technique in the same-timeframe to counter the opponent's weakened jutsu.

Description: The user after placing a unique version of the lightning blade creation seal on his body. Will perform two handseals before clapping his hands. Activating a powerful sealing jutsu on his body that allows him to summon a grand armory of weapons from his body at any point. Once activated the sealing technique remains able to summon and replace destroyed weapons from the users body. The weapons summoned can be hugely varied basic weapons of the users choice and when summoned will hover around his body within a 5 meter radius being controlled by his hand gestures in a similar fashion to the floating ninja tools jutsu. These weapons carry a static damage property of D rank damage each and the user is capable of having up to six weapons summoned at any one time. If destroyed another weapon can be summoned in it's place, upon summoning the weapons initially appear somewhat ethereal before forming completely, while this is only momentary it prevents the weapons just popping up in mid air with no forewarning. Essentially this jutsu gives the user a unique ability to have weapons readily available to him at any point. This jutsu is the cornerstone of the phantom swords techniques. These weapons are formed from raw chakra focused in a similar fashion to the rasengan making them capable of competing with elemental jutsu equally when released they are raw chakra which the user focuses causing the slight delay.

This technique can be activated once the parent technique is active, and can only be sustained for four turns before reverting to the parent technique for four turns to recharge. At which point the user can reactivate it at the cost of a move slot. The abilities of the various weapons will be listed below. The technique works by supplying increased chakra to the parent technique. While the seal itself remains A ranked the chakra provided to the weapons is heightened.

Aqesiro
Sword that slices through space and time, allowing its wielder to warp at will.
The first of the swords and also one that may only be used by a Minato biography or a biography with access to the flying thunder god technique. The sword is marked with the seal of the FTG on creation, the blade takes the form of a scimitar with a single edged cutting blade. Reminiscent of a pirates sword. With a large square crossguard. As with all of the Howling Phantom swords it's composed of pure chakra of S ranked and behaves as the other swords in it's strengths and weaknesses. It can also be controlled in the same way as the howling phantom swords. The blade allows the user to teleport to it once every two turns and this costs a move slot.

Secace
Storied sword that strikes with waves of resonance. Calls forth the formidable power of the Knightswords.
The second of the swords of the Armiger Arsenal. Secace takes the form of a longsword with a double edged cutting style. Reminiscent of a captains sword. With a circular crossguard. This sword is part of the elemental variants and allows the user to use the water element to resonate through the blade upon striking, it will cause water to blast through the opponent or object struck finding any orifice such as pores or porous material to penetrate the target causing heavy internal damage. As with all of the Howling Phantom swords it's composed of pure suiton chakra of S ranked and behaves as the other swords in it's strengths and weaknesses. It can also be controlled in the same way as the howling phantom swords. The ability of the blade can be used once every two turns and is considered an S ranked move.

Galatine
Gallant greatsword that cuts through thin air to find its mark. Calls forth the protective power of the Knightshield.
The third of the swords of the Armiger Arsenal. Galatine takes the form of a greatsword with a double edged cutting style. Reminiscent of a giant knights sword. With a rectangular crossguard. This sword is part of the elemental variants and allows the user to use the wind element to create a large shield in front of the blade composed of pure wind chakra that is capable of blocking against attacks. As with all of the Howling Phantom swords it's composed of pure fuuton chakra of S ranked and behaves as the other swords in it's strengths and weaknesses. It can also be controlled in the same way as the howling phantom swords. The ability of the blade can be used once every two turns and is considered an S ranked move.

Rhongomyniad
Lance that nimbly negates damage using displacement. Calls forth the preventive power of the Knightguard
The fourth of the swords of the Armiger Arsenal. Rhongomyniad takes the form of a large dragoon lance instead of a sword. The spear is three meters in length. Reminiscent of a spartans primary weapon. With a hooked end aimed to cause huge damage to an opponent. This sword is part of the elemental variants and allows the user to use the fire element to create a wave of fire aimed to consume attacks heading towards the user while pushing him 5 meters in an chosen direction. As with all of the Howling Phantom swords it's composed of pure katon chakra of S ranked and behaves as the other swords in it's strengths and weaknesses. It can also be controlled in the same way as the howling phantom swords. The ability of the blade can be used once every two turns and is considered an S ranked move.

Carnwennan
Daggers that light the darkness. Calls forth the paralyzing power of the Knightguard
The fifth of the swords of the Armiger Arsenal. Carnwennan takes the form of two large straight daggers instead of a sword. The daggers are large and double edged. Reminiscent of Roman Gladius though slightly smaller. This sword is part of the elemental variants and allows the user to use the lightning element to create a shroud of chakra to enhance the length of the daggers to roughly the size of normal swords. When this chakra clashes with an opposing technique one of two things happen, if it overpowers the technique the electricity will run through the length of the technique and travel on paralyzing the opponent, or if the techniques cancel each other the lightning shroud will explode in to a flash of blinding light capable of blinding an opponent. As with all of the Howling Phantom swords it's composed of pure raiton chakra of S ranked and behaves as the other swords in it's strengths and weaknesses. It can also be controlled in the same way as the howling phantom swords. The ability of the blade can be used once every two turns and is considered an S ranked move.

Description: This technique is unique to Minato Namikaze, the technique begins with the user drawing and holding seven flying thunder god kunai, three in each hand between his fingertips, then using his unique variation of body flicker he dashes towards the opponent in a blur of speed using his unique body flicker, untrackable to anyone without the sufficient reactions to follow his movement, however as he begins to run he throws the kunai one at a time, to his opponents left and right in sequence, each kunai is aimed to arc inwards to the opponents flank one at a time, he reaches the opponent with one kunai left in his hand, moving towards the opponent and attempting to slash him with the kunai. The user can either complete the first slash successfully or choose to use it as bait, for once the first slashing motion has begun the first flanking kunai would be reaching the opponent. At which point Minato will teleport to the kunai in sequence slashing the opponent in a flurry of kunai strikes leaving him severely damaged likely bleeding out and unable to move if not dead already.

Description: This technique is a powerful fuuinjutsu ability employed by those who specialize in fire techniques along with being skilled in the art of fuuinjutsu. Normally employed on larger scale techniques ideally those that flood or otherwise cover a battlefield. Upon releasing a fire jutsu the user of this technique will apply one additional handseal to the technique. Causing a sealing script to blend in with the fire. Once the jutsu is completed and at it's full size, one more handseal will cause the sealing script to activate forming a large invisible glass like barrier around the outside of the fire jutsu or across it's surface. To those outside of the fire it would appear akin to a giant fishbowl with no exits. To those inside the fire the barrier would be almost undetectable without the aid of sensory techniques. The purpose of the jutsu is to essentially reinforce any prison of fire used to trap someone inside or to prevent those engulfed in flames escaping. The barrier will be symbiotic with the fire in that it will take on twice the amount of damage points the fire technique had. This will become the damage required to shatter the barrier. Also the barrier could be broken with an equally ranked fuuin displacement technique. So for example if this technique was to be used with an A ranked fire technique, the barrier would require 120 damage total to be broken. To clarify, the barrier is treated as an A rank, and the jutsu itself would be an A rank meaning to break both at the same time would require 120 damage. If this jutsu was used with a B rank, it would require 40 damage to break the Brank barrier and 40 damage to break the B rank water binding jutsu used, as the barrier takes on the strength of the jutsu.

- Once this technique has been used, the user will not be able to use any fuuinjutsu for two turns.

Description: This technique's very namesake is derived from it's original purpose, which was to deprive the Forbidden Technique of the Uchiha Clan, Amaterasu, of oxygen, thus causing the "inextinguishable flames" to die out at a much more rapid rate than the "Seven days and seven nights" that it's legends state. To achieve this, user performs a swift series of powerful sweeping/ arching Taijutsu actions, all performed at the air surrounding themselves, or their intended target. The intent is not to actually land a direct hit on the intended target, or for the attacks to even be remotely within the vicinity of the target, only to have the target be within range of this technique's effect. By successfully performing this series of sweeping and arcing Taijutsu actions, the user disrupts and shifts the flow of air around their target, forcing the air within the area to be "pushed" out of the area. This is semi-visible in the form of a semi-translucent "dome" around the target, with the area inside this "dome" possessing lower quantities of all elements found in the air, especially oxygen, thanks to the air being forced back. For example, if the users right arm has caught fire, the user can perform the actions and motions with their left, using their strength and speed to remove the elements in the air that allow the fire to continuously burn, causing it to die out almost instantly. The user can also use this technique to neutralize flames that have hit and are burning a partner of the user. The user simply performs the same kind of actions and motions, with the target area being within the range of those actions. Of course, this Jutsu doesn't heal any damage done to anyone hit by a Fire Release Jutsu, it's merely a defensive measure to prevent further damage from remaining flames. Another way this Jutsu can be used is defensively, as a preventative measure, rendering Fire Jutsu inert before they either hit the user, their intended target, or if the user has impeccable timing, as they are released. If the user can recognize that a Fire Release Jutsu is about to be performed, through whatever Sensory ability they may possess, and through reasoning that is logical, this Jutsu can be performed to counter an enemy Fire Release Jutsu either before it's fully performed, or before it reaches the user. The arms increase the force behind user’s his physical attacks, allowing the forearms to deliver such force that it leaves a large imprint of the user’s wolf paw but, his movement becomes slower than normal since he has to put more effort in moving his arms to perform a hand based attack, allowing an enemy enough time to react and evade. While in this form, the user is durable enough to take A-rank physical attacks and they gain access to this transformation’s technique. The technique is called Beast Human Taijutsu: Wicked Release of The Hell Saw and it is performed by following a similar concept of the tail fang technique, the user will focus his or her chakra into their tail, extend, and create ninety nine extra ‘tails’. The user will pair them and spin them into a buzz-saw shape. While maintaining its focus, the user will launch the saw tails in sets of ten, forward at target (s), and deliver many beast-like attacks. Description: The user activates an ability that will serve to strengthen their steel release techniques for the next three turns. This technique is essentially based on the idea of “tempering”, using high levels of heat to strengthen a metal beyond it’s normal limits. The infused katon chakra will serve to raise the temperature of any and all steel techniques utilized by the user for two distinct purposes. The first and foremost use is to increase it’s toughness to extent supplementary and/or defensive techniques will become capable of defending against 20 more damage points than normal. Aesthetically, this technique darkens the user’s steel to a pitch black colour with localized areas of red light (signifying the heat of the metal). Steam will also rise off of the body of any techniques this ability is applied to, providing yet another tell that the technique has been enhanced beyond it’s natural limits. Activating this ability does not require any time whatsoever and is instant. This is because it does not do anything when used independently and its effects are only realized when steel-based techniques are used. When created from the user's body, this superheated steel will not harm the user (similar to how Fire Release is released from the body). The user will not be burned if he's in contact with the tempered steel after creation as long as it originated from his body (and not the ground). This means this technique can be applied to weapons, tools and armours formed (and kept) on the user's person without being harmed.

Description:
This technique is based off of the canon technique "(Ninpo: Kagonome) – Ninja Art: Wire Cage" but used to supplement the usage of other techniques and heighten their defenses/Offenses rather than simply protecting the user. The user would perform two hand seals which allows them to release an abundance of wire that would completely wrap around their arms/hands, giving their arms a metal/wirey look. The wires would stay present on the arms for a set amount of time, giving the arms a basic defense. At the users command, during the same time frame as him doing another technique, the wires would shoot from the user's hands to assist the technique. The wires move at a swift rate in order to coil around the technique in question and completely "coat" it with its presence. Holding the same properties of the wired cage, the wire coating becomes a first line of defense for the technique it is placed on. The wires would be able to fend off A-rank and below elemental attacks before being reduced to nothing. Though the wires are coated onto the technique, they're also still connected to the users hand in order for the user to add a certain edge to his techniques movement wise. The wires being connected allows the user to freely manipulate the trajectory of projectiles in case they are evaded or the user wants to make his projectile dodge another attack itself. Though this has mainly defensive and supplementary abilities, it can also be used in an offensive manner. While around a technique or the users arms, the wires can be sharpened with chakra and made to lash out like a whip which would hold slicing powers equivalent to the rank of this technique. Being a technique with so many uses, it of course comes with a few limits also. It can only be used on techniques with a definite shape. This includes spheres of wind, earth dragons, lightning discs etc. It wouldn't be compatible with things such as a chakra roar or a giant stream of fire.

Note: Can only be used 2x and lasts 4 turns each use.

Description: With a single hand seal, the user is able to create two mockingbirds from the palm of his hands (simply cosmetic, can be created from anywhere short range around the user). The mockingbirds are created with a chakra link between them which cannot be seen without the aid of Doujutsu, or through the use of chakra sensing techniques. The link between them forms a barrier of Wind around the user, protecting the user's body from harm of techniques which might have somehow slipped any other defences put up. The user uses this technique to send chakra to the mockingbirds, which in return power the barrier of Wind around his body, protecting him from attacks by slicing or blowing them away (depends on the technique it is defending against, and is down to the users will). The secret to defeating the technique lays in the opponents ability to destroy the Wind made mockingbirds who are able to mimic speed of things they perceive in battle.

- Can only be used twice per battle, and once deactivated/destroyed by the opponent, there is a turn wait before being able to use this jutsu again. In the same turn this is used, the user must not use any Wind jutsus above S-rank.

Description: This seal may only be used on weapons that are in contact with the user. This seal may also be passively applied to the users weapons or formed onto a weapon the user is holding by expending a move. Only activated when the user is utilizing a jutsu to enhance or otherwise affect said weapon, this seal (which is marked with the kanji for "bind") will activate and drain chakra from the user to fuel said jutsu , even when the user uses another jutsu. It will permanently (or for as long as the user chooses to keep paying chakra) bind the enhancement to the weapon by doing so, as it is constantly being fueled. Each turn the weapon will be able to be used as if the enhancement that was made on it was newly activated, so that they may block and attack with the weapon it was used on without breaking the freeform dodging/blocking rules.

Description: Only useable once the opponent has activated a chakra cloak of some sort, the user will make a single handseal and form a barrier directly on the opponents skin. This barrier does no damage, it doesn't block their vision (it's completely see through), and otherwise the opponent won't know it's there unless they have some sort of way to sense it or see the chakra of it. It's completely harmless to the opponent. However, what it does do is cut off the opponents connection to their chakra cloak. Not only this, but the moment it appears, it drains any energy based chakra (Raw, Fire, Wind, Lightning, etc) on the outer side of the barrier. Note that it does not drain the opponents chakra from his body. It will drain the chakra cloak only and only until it is completely gone, after which the technique will end. The draining and ending of the cloak is almost immediate. This technique will only work on cloaks that can be classified as Supplementary, and will work on all of them regardless of rank due to the fact that these cloaks carry no inherent damage to them.

Description: The user will have a seal placed on their clothes with the Kanji for "Armour". The seal will be infused with elemental chakra from one of the basic five elements (must be stated in biography) and will exhibit a unique effect depending on which of the elements is chosen.

Earth: The clothing will be hardened and appear darker in colour similar to the canon technique Earth Release: Earth Spear making it akin to wearing armour. It will develop a metallic sheen in addition to the hardening which is purely cosmetic. It will not decrease the flexibility or mobility of the clothing nor will it increase the weight of it in any way, similar to the canon technique. The user will essentially become capable of withstanding damage/impacts as the hardened clothes absorb damage either completely or to a certain extent. The user's clothes will be capable of blocking kunai, shuriken, swords and other bladed weapons (Kenjutsu up to and including B-Rank). This technique will also render B-Rank and below Taijutsu useless if used on clothed portions of the body and decrease the damage of Taijutsu techniques above B-Rank by 20 damage points.

Water: This will essentially "moisturize" the clothing by imbuing it with suiton chakra without actually making it wet. This technique will not increase the user's susceptibility to lightning in any way either. It will also give the user's clothes (but not the user himself) immunity being ignited or burned up to a certain extent, translating to an immunity to A-Rank and below Katon techniques.

Wind: This will essentially make the user's clothing weightless by imbuing it with fuuton chaka, allowing freer and more fluid movements. It will also make the user immune to unfocused lightning techniques (like Nagashi) A-Rank and below as the clothes will insulate them before they can affect the user.

Lightning: Imbuing raiton chakra into the user's clothes will make them static and shocking to the touch. Upon contact with the clothing the opponent's limb/body part will go numb for two turns and if a second contact is made in that time with the same part, that limb will be paralyzed for one turn. These effects only apply to direct contact with the clothes themselves (an example would be the opponent's exposed fist striking the clothes).

Fire: The most lackluster of the five, imbuing Katon chakra will only give the user's clothes a permanent state of "dryness". Rain and water techniques alike will be incapable of soaking the user's clothes.

Declined - A rank seal that makes your cloths static forever, it's a bit much. You can have it so their is 5 seals on your body, like a 5 element seal that react to cause these effects. Can react by activating lasting for 4-5 turns per effect, on active at a time, or have it so each effect can be used 3 times lasting one turn.

Description: Inside one of the user's palms(or both), a sealing kanji is placed for "Weapon". The user of the seal has sealed off one of the five elements in this seal, corresponding to their personal interests/uses. This seal must be stated in the user's biography and only one seal can be placed per bio(or two of the same, if the user so wish). Corresponding to the chosen element stated in the user's biography, the sealing kanji will provide unique features to any hand-held weapons/shields etc that are in contact with the seal that is placed inside the user's palm. Divided in the different elements, the unique abilities are such:

Earth - Seal of Nature 土: Handheld weapons/shields are infused with the earth chakra that is stored in the user's seal. Being infused with the chakra, the item turns dark, similar to that of the hardening technique with additional miniature forms or rocks. Through the earth kanji, the user coats the held items with earthen chakra, making them more vital but also heavier. However, the user may also make weapons lighter, similar to that of Light-Weight/Added Weight - techniques. The vitality of the items are increased as well, being able to tank/crush up to A-ranked jutsus, following the elemental weakness/strength of the earth element. In addition, items are not slowed down under surface.

Water - Seal of Life 水: Handheld weapons/shields are infused with the water chakra that is stored in the user's seal. Being infused with the chakra, the items turn blue-ish in color with additional miniature bubbles. This gives the held item the ability to generate vortexes of water upon impact as well as cover the weapon with seemingly endless supply of water. This makes the items very hard to ignite with fire jutsus and the like, becoming immune to Katon techniques up to A-rank. Vortexes are able to deal a more widespread damage if applied to a kunai for example. The void of water will suck in dust and particles close to it and remains spinning for one turn. In addition, items are not slowed down under water.

Lightning - Seal of Madness 雷: Handheld weapons/shields are infused with the lightning chakra that is stored in the user's seal. Being infused with the chakra, the items turn yellow-ish with additional sparks bolting around it. This gives the item the ability to generate a thunderbolt of lightning upon impact, creating a large explosion of lightning around the impact area(B-rank lightning damage). Being infused with the lightning chakra, items become more sharp and are expected to penetrate identical weapons thrown to deflect them. They are also able to penetrate up to A-rank doton shields/armor. On touch, items causes a paralyzing effect that numbs the area that touches the item for one turn(not affecting the user). In addition, items are not slowed down under surface(being able to penetrate regular earth with ease).

Wind - Seal of God 風: Handheld weapons/shields are infused with the wind chakra that is stored in the user's seal. Being infused with the chakra, the items turn green-ish/pale and forms tiny gusts of wind around them. The seal forms a vortex around the held item made of wind chakra. This vortex can either help by bouncing away projectiles(B-rank up to Short-range) and charging opponents. The vortex also makes thrown projectiles fly twice as fast as normal speed and upon impact forming a miniature tornado to deal extra damage(B-rank). In addition, items are not affected by wind-gusts and the like.

Fire - Seal of Lucifer 火: Handheld weapons/shields are infused with the fire chakra that is stored in the user's seal. Being infused with the chakra, the items turn red-ish and forms tiny embers of fire around them. This makes the items superheated(does not affect user) and deals A-ranked burns on touch. Weapons that are tossed and infused with the chakra will create a small fire on impact(B-rank burn damage on touch) and burn for one turn. Items infused with the katon chakra are also able to evaporate water-based techniques up to B-rank and render them useless. In addition, items are not slowed down in water, due to the evaporation.

To form this technique the user would simply need to string two extra hand seals onto the performance of another technique, due to its reliance on other jutsu to function. By doing so they create ‘threads’ of wind within an already existing tangible jutsu without negatively affecting the original technique, the threads are connected to and laced throughout the entire jutsu they are created in. The main purpose of this technique focuses upon when the original jutsu is broken or destroyed, its parts scattered. After this happens the strings will act, contracting violently and drawing the parts that composed the original tangible technique together to the point at which it was destroyed, forming a harmless rough ball. However the danger of this technique comes during the contraction, as any enemies caught in its path when it contracts would be damaged from the pieces slamming into them.

Description: Snake Sage created this jutsu to make it easier to kill the Toads back in the days. The user would basically summon three poles and once the poles are formed they release out three collars one the user command that have seals on them to bind someone for two turns in each collar. The collars and poles are made from snake scales enhanced with natural energy increasing their binding to keep anyone besides that of someone with Jinchuuriki powers from moving and using chakra A rank and below.

Description: The user while using Sage Mode has the ability to use and manipulate Natural Energy. The user take control over the NE and adding chakra to it giving it a physical look which is green most of the time but it all depends on the user. The user would create away to use the NE to create small bolts of NE that act as a way to create "bad luck" on someone which could leave to something or someone bursting outward because of the NE is focus inside the person(S rank), even just pushing(D-S) someone away, or placing someone in a powerful genjutsu that someone sees a different illusions of some tragic event that the user creates out of memories of the person that is trapped in the genjutsu(A rank). The user can even levitate someone and throw them. The wording "bad luck" is just a name the Sages gave it since it is a Hex which most see is from a Witch.

Description: A lightning fuin technique. Though counts as a move, the activation of the seal is instant and can be used in the timeframe of another. With this jutsu activated, all lightning techniques that the user uses comes with an additional barrier that reaches up to the range the lightning technique used. The barrier allows for the sustenance of the lightniing technique as the lightning technique becomes something like a smoke in a container, unable to escape and continues to bounce around in the container until there is an opening for it to escape. This is apparently useful for projectile lightning techniques that can be evaded or avoided, it makes them contained and bounce around the barrier container.
The barrier has the same property and composition as the lightning technique used so it can be destroyed the same way. Until the barrier or the lightning technique is destroyed, the jutsu continues to linger. The opponent does not need a double power technique to counter this effect, the barrier only serves to make the lightning linger and should the barrier be defeated, the lightning would cease its ricocheting effect and go on its intended path.

Every lightning used on activation of this technique requires an additional 10 chakra.
