Description:
This technique was developed to give ninja a chance at surviving who do not have training in medical ninjutsu when part of their body has been removed in combat. This technique seals the wound and creates a prosthetic replacement. The replacement works just as the original body part would due to complex hinges and mechanisms, but can have special enhancements if the user wishes, like spikes along the body part, or a sword at the end of their arm, etc. Using or receiving A ranked or above taijutsu with this body part (if it hits its mark) will cause the body part to break off, leaving just the wound which would still be sealed with rock. The rock over the wound is a perfect fit for the opening, and has complex spring mechanisms (made of stone) so the skin around it would not be stabbed or hurt by the seal.

The user places the opponent under a genjutsu where they see the opponent or one of their allies (determined mentally by the user as they create the genjutsu) rush towards them at speeds rivaling someone possessing the kekkei genkai swift. The opponent believes that they see the opponent running around them at such high speeds that it looks like they are around them at every angle (after images). The genjutsu then causes them to believe that they are having trouble breathing, which could be attributed to the fast moving person circling them, creating a vacuum of sorts. The opponent will pass out from panic, believing that they cannot breathe if this genjutsu lasts one turn without being broken. All the while this genjutsu is activated, the opponent cannot see the actual movements of the person who the one under the genjutsu believes is moving around them.

Description:
The user weaves three hand seals and pools their chakra under a target. Around the target (up to mid range around them) hundreds of chains made of stone bast out of the ground and spin around them, rising higher and higher to create something like a tornado (going either counter clockwise or clockwise). Chains from the tornado will blast out from it towards a target in the center, attempting to pierce them with a pointed edge or wrap around their body. The chains can pull apart a target as they spin him/her around due to the motion of the "tornado", or they can restrain them by pulling just hard enough to prevent movement. The user can mentally create openings in the "tornado" to peer into it.

-Can only be taught by Leathercandle
-Techniques that require chakra cannot be used while this is in use, besides earth techniques

She is as tall as a female human and her speed when flying is impressive, being able to move at x2 summoner’s base speed. Her tracking is also worthy of note, being to track at the same speed as she flies. She can make use of Lightning element, but can only use jutsu up to C-rank and use her staff for close quarters.

It also grants them a degree of agility, allowing them to evade stream, waves (vertical and horizontal), falling objects, and projectile based attacks. While the technique is active, the user can shoot a pair of compressed air-shaped rockets or a gust of wind from the turbines to blast away and stun incoming attacks or opponents. This counts as an S-rank, short-mid range move and can be used twice per battle.

He uses his 'shovels' to aid him in digging or for striking his target. Excadrill can perform mole techniques up to S-rank that are exclusive to only him as well as being capable of expelling A-ranked mud waves, streams of rock, and domes made of dirt.

The user will weave the tiger hand-seal and stomp on the ground, having huge amounts of fire rise along the ground and is shot upward in the form a giant vertical column of fire instead of the three columns with the raging drive technique, which rises around the targets. The column forms around and traps the targets instead of rising underneath them and burning them. The user then manipulate the column and create a giant orb of fire that rises above the targets and then, turns into a giant lance of fire that descends onto the targets, incinerating them. The column when formed is several meters in height and covers a 5 meter radius.
-Useable twice per battle with a 2 turn cooldown period in between usages.

Description: Gliscor is a large, mainly blue-purple vampire bat. Its legs have two toes and a slightly darker circular coloration on the underside, and its tail has two barbs, giving its tail the resemblance of a vampire's fangs. It has black wings, and each is ended with large pincers. Its ears have discernible, red, chambered ear insides, and its eyes are yellow. It has six visible fangs in its mouth, and its waist, like its arms, is red and striated. Gliscor's body resembles an open mouth, with the pointed protrusions coming from its upper torso resembling fangs, further illustrating its vampiric qualities. Gliscor can emit a sort of sound wave in order to detect obstacles and fly around them, similar to echolocation. Its legs appear to be not suitable for walking, so it can only perform short hops when on the ground. Gliscor hangs upside down while sleeping, much like other bats, and it is nocturnal. It is capable of soundless flight. Gliscor uses winds and updrafts to glide from place to place. When there is no wind, Gliscor climbs to the top of tall trees using its sharp raptorial claws and then glides from place to place. This practice is similar to flying squirrels. Gliscor has an affinity for the water element being able to cloak its fangs and claws in water-based chakra. It can also cloak others in water-based chakra to augment their attacks and give them protection from fire damage. Once per battle, by stabbing its tail into the ground and focusing chakra into it, Gliscor can enlarge and extend its tail, which acts as a grappling hook, allowing the user to grab and reel onto a surface or maintain his balance from things such as small earthquakes.

Description: Creating a Sound wave that is used to decrease the velocity of a moving target, the user alters the speed of moving matter based objects by way of powerful waves. This Sound chakra is released via triggering of a sound that causes it to manifest as a wide wave that affects everything within the target area or the target itself. Vibrating at high frequencies with low energy, the waves work by creating resistance and pressure against moving objects, slowing the target(s) down rapidly until it is unable to continue moving forward, trapping the object is suspended levitation; if used on airborne objects, it is able to slow them until they stop completely, lifted by acoustic levitation ( or sound waves that raise an object to levitate ). The further the range, the weaker the the effect is, slowing objects to a complete stop within short range and if aimed at objects mid range away, it will slow down to speeds that allow the user to be able to mount an escape and maneuver away from it. It should be noted that it can be used on multiple targets, as well as on the caster himself.

Note: Can only be used thrice per battle
Note: Due to being a Hindering Sound jutsu and triggered via sound, the effects of the jutsu happen quickly yet that doesn't mean it cannot be broken.

Description: An explosive Sound projectile, the user channels Ototon chakra to an arm or held item and releases a destructive wave from it that takes a light blueish color. This wave appears as a thing jet that is aimed at an object directly, based on Clapping Hands jutsu. What differs from the canon and this variant, however, is the lack of sound used initially and the usage of it; forming as just a jet of compressed sound waves, upon contact with an object, the waves will expand rapidly as their frequencies does as well, matching that of the object struck. This causes a loud, audible explosion as the release of the Sound waves trigger a bomb like blast radius of 7 meters, causing a massive release of shrapnel from the object that hit that also impacts this same area. Because the explosion impacts this area, it causes enough force to blast targets into mid range if hit directly with near lethal force, causing knock outs and broken bones.

Note: Cannot be used in subsequent turns.
Note: After using, the user cannot use S rank Sound the next turn.
Note: Can only be used three times a battle Max.

Description: Mischief is a special barrier dedicated to seperate original techniques or objects from reinforcements or enhancements. This works by having the user do two handseals and proceed to clap both hands together, at this point the barrier activates. When activated, a light green hue wave spreads across the field, not harming anyone or anything, much like a simple breeze. However on it's wake, it diffuses an "extra" chakra in an original object. In other words, techniques enhanced through other techniques will loose that enhancement, by the barrier eliminating the additional chakra layer that has been added to the original technique. Be it another layer of rock, thicker flames, etc. It also works on objects, such as weapons that originally hold no chakra enhancements or people, such as those who enter chakra based modes. For people though, it only works on techniques using their own chakra, thus Sage Mode users who rely on nature energy or EIG users won't be effected, given EIG users use more chakra than this technique can handle. This works on enhacements up to A rank. Once the barrier is set, it creates a light hue dome up to mid range around the user, and any attempts to apply an enhancement or start one, will immediately fail.

- It effects techniques used by both the opponent(s) and the user.
- It can only used twice per battle and lasts 3 turns, 2 turns the second time.
- No other Fuuinjutsu can be used in the same turn.

‡ Declined ‡ What are the limits on this? Does it only extend to modifications that affect the exterior of the technique? Since the examples you gave seem to give that impression. I can only think of a handful of techniques that do that making this very situation-specfic but again that's up to you. If I recall correctly, someone submitted a chakra absorption custom that accomplishes a similar thing but I'll need to double check. As this is though, it doesn't clash with the former. The problem comes however if this affects any kind of chakra enhancement/infusion.

(Kuchiyose: Jou Unabara) ⤘ Shark Summoning Technique: Imperius-Bio

Description: Imperius-Bio is a medium sized Shark, larger than the average human but not completely colossal. When summoned, it comes into it's own water source also summoned along with it. Unless a water source exists already, but it can also be summoned on land. Imperius-Bio is covered with tiny, sharp denticles. Its eyes are a deep red color and glow in the dark. It is mostly dark blue with a white underbelly. It is known as a very unique Shark for the fact that despite being a water type Summon, it is a Bioelectric Shark. In other words, a Lightning element specialist. Imperius-Bio has the ability to produce electrical discharges and also harness them and use Lightning related techniques up to B rank. What it's main ability does is however, enhance any water technique with it's electrical discharges, and also act as a rod and weaken enemy Lightning techniques by a rank by absorbing part of the lightning (which is then used for it's electrical discharges). When the user utilizes a water technique, Imperius-Bio instinctively transfers an electrical discharge at the water, increasing it's strength with +15 damage to it and giving it electrifying properties. It is the same effect when dealing with Lightning from the enemy, it uses it's abilities to act as a Lightning Rod and drag onto itself a portion of the opponents technique, reducing it by a rank (unless it's C rank or lower, in which case it absorbs it whole). Because of these abilities, Imperius-Bio has no problem using lightning within a water source. In fact, it can electrify the water it swims in on purpose to keep opponents away or shock them in the water. Because of it's abilities, it is feared as the "Bully of the Sea", it however being loyal and obedient torwards it's master. It can swim as fast as the user's base speed, and it is able to carry the user on it's back.

- Can only be summoned x3 per battle, two turn interval.
- Lightning techniques used by it count as a move.
- Remains 4 turns on the field, and only 3 turns when summoned for a 2nd or 3rd time.
- Cannot summon any other Shark while Imperius-Bio is on the field.

Description: Ōkami is a shifting ninja-to that feeds off the users chakra. It was acquired through weeks of meditation and forged from the soul of its owner Keji and bound by three creeds. Ōkami was made to honor Keji's former teammates Byoto, Kira, and Chi.

Abilities: Its base form is a black sword made up of a titanium blade with tungsten carbide edge and a white tungsten sheath connected by a 6ft blood red titanium chain. It's base form it can be infused with fire chakra heating the blade to2,900°F causing smoke to rise from the blade if given the command "Burn". When given the command "Hide" it shifts into a light weight hidden blade with vambrace that attaches to the users dominant wrist(Assassins creed style). When given the command "Defend" the weapon fuse to form a giant two handed sword 6ft tall and 2ft wide with 6ft chain wrapped around users arm and body. In this form, the sword has no edge and so cannot cut but can defend against A rank attacks (Ration B rank+ bypass this) within reason once per turn When given the command "Reach" the weapon turns into dual scythe while the chain extends into a 12ft chain with a circle in the center. This circle allows the weapon to extend to mid-range and retract at the will of the user. If this blade is in any way, shape, or form separated from each another they become ordinary ninja-to and lose their ability to transform for the rest of the match. If Keji dies without passing off Okami the sword vanishes from the existence.

Approved - Added the blue. Its alot of abilities, but not hugely effective. Note that the blade gets hot but it's not surrounded by fire, just hot metal. Which will follow normal weaknesses.

As the boss of the springhare, she is a doton and taijutsu master giving her +15 to tai attacks and doton justu gets +1 rank(except S-rank).

The enhancement only lasts 3 turns or until the users ends it.

Description: A very subtle but useful genjutsu. While the enemy is focused on the user he will seemingly become stuck in time as the enemy sees a paused version of the user. (The user will suddenly retain whatever position he was in just before the genjutsu started.) While in reality the user performs a slash with his sword at which point the enemy will see the previous image fade, and see the real user after the genjutsu is broken by the pain of the strike.

Restrictions/Notes:
-Must be taught by Omega
-Can only be used 4 times

After performing 3 handseals the halo will expand toward long range while lightning bolts continuously jump from the halo and down to the ground with such a tremendous force that even some debris will be sent flying from the powerful strikes as it continues to expand. Some of this debris even hits the user when the Halo first begins its expansion. After the techniques Is finished the battlefield will be damaged greatly, and the user will take damage from debris and exhaustion.

Description:
Dark Repulser, was a sword created in an unknown land of the Ninja World. It was created by a famous blacksmith by the name of Liz who sought out the armour and skin of a dragon who ate crystals for it's diet. She hired several people to help her defeat the dragon and was succesful and thus claimed the armor and skin of the dragon for herself. After reteieving enough of the material she got back to her Blacksmith and began forging what would be her masterpiece of a weapon. After many long night's she eventually finished it. Dark Repulser, a one-handed longsword. Dark Repulser is a aqua colored. Its grip is a darker color than the rest of the blade and is completely straight. The crossbar is exactly perpendicular to the grip and is designed to look like a pair of conjoined dagger blades. The blade itself is a deep aqua color.

Abilities
Durability and Repair.
Dark Repulser has excellent durability. It would take something with the force of an S - Rank to effectively shatter the blade. But once this blade has been shattered the user is capable of fueling their chakra into blade for 2 turns and the sword will begin to reform itself. This could be due to the unique properties of the crystals used to forge it. Due to the powerful material used to forge it, at base and without being fueled with chakra Dark Repulser can cut through solid techniques up to C rank.
Imprison Them
Dark Repulsers main ability. The wielder of this sword would speak these words while gripping the sword with both hands at the handle, while infusing it with their Fuuton chakra. After doing this the sword will glow a dark green. The purpose of this technique is utilising Wind Chakras unique and precise cutting style with the combination of Kenjutsu. This greatly increases the wielders speed, power and cutting in their Kenjutsu. This turn's any Kenjutsu attack used into a Wind and Kenjutsu combination which would cause it to follow the elemental strengths and weaknesses of Wind. Due to this increased power from chakra this grants Dark Repulser the ability to cut up to A rank solid techniques (Within Reason).

Notes:
- Dark Repulsers regeneration ability does not require a move but requires the user to keep a hand on any part of the sword in order to fuel chakra into it and must do so for 2 turns.
- Dark Repulsers base cut counts towards the user's move per turn.
- Dark Repulsers main ability counts towards the user's move per turn
- Dark Repulsers base cut can be used 4 times per battle and its main ability can be used 3 times per battle with a one turn cooldown.

His age is unknown even to the Emperor Griffin, as he was still alive and as young as he is today, even when the Emperor was born. When on his four limbs, Garuda stands thrice as tall as any human, while his wing spans around 12 meters long. He has a red muscular body with golden wings, and a golden hood that gives him an appearance of that of a phoenix. Even though his size is comparatively smaller as compared to the Emperors, Garuda possesses the talent to defeat each and every one of them, due to him being the master of the ancient Griffin Claw Arts. With constant training, Garuda has developed claws that can crack even the hardest substances on earth. These claws can not only take any amount of damage, without feeling any repercussion, but they can rip open the target's flesh using the raw muscle strength. Even his body, protected by the golden feathers, are immune to B-Rank and below physical attacks. He can take an A-Rank/S-Rank attack once and still continue though. This is again, due to the numerous times that he has hurt himself during training, that he no longer feels the pain in those areas. His reaction and movement speed is twice as much as any other Griffin, giving him an unfair advantage over others. However, this does not affect his flying or running speed. Although Garuda is so much proficient than others in Taijutsu, he rarely gets in a taijutsu brawl. That is because, he would have already defeated the target even before the fight has begun, thanks to his Genjutsu skills. Since he is unable to use elemental chakra, Garuda uses his chakra to send a pulse of chakra all around himself (mid-range). Anyone caught within the radius, gets caught in the genjutsu (A-Rank against one person; B-Rank against multiple) where they will see purple smoke appearing all around the terrain, to blind their vision. Garuda can constantly channel his chakra into their brains, since he is not capable of performing any other elemental attacks, by spending 10 chakra every turn. The smoke will limit the vision of the target(s) to short-range of themselves, and they can only see silhouette of everything around. And to add to the confusion, the target(s) will see the silhouettes of multiple entities hovering around them, till one of them attack the target(s) from behind, break their spine, and render them motionless which causes mental damage (40). In reality, the target(s) are free to move.
Notes:
- Can only be summoned once.
- Garuda can carry two people on its back.
- Garuda can perform any Strong Fist Taijutsu that the user knows.
- Garuda can only use the genjutsu mentioned above.

Declined make it so he can only take one A rank attack. Only immune to C ranks and below. You need a medium for the genjutsu method, like them seeing him flap his wings, or a cry or something as you're not using handseals. No to strong fist taijutsu. As long as the can is active it counts as one of your move per turns. And a restriction for gen overall, using an A rank gen that lasts without drawbacks even through a summon is too much.

This frequency can be used as means for opening a person up for communication with the all-embracing Spirit. It raises awareness and lets you return to spiritual order. Regarding cellular processes, 852 Hz enables the cell to transform itself into a system of higher level. This creates a situation for the user to become more aware of genjutsu being used on them, and with that allows the user to see though low level genjutsu much easier (B-rank and below), lasts for two turns.

Declined - i can't allow anything that helps med jutsu, even if not relating to it. So that needs to be removed, doubling reactions is a no. Description:
The Elucidator is a night-black sword which can be wielded using one or two hands. It is double edged, is a standard 67 centimeters in length, and weighs 4.5 pounds. The handle and hilt of the sword are also black, with the cross guard taking the form of a single sided gear-like object. In theory, the blade appears to be a somewhat odd looking, but relatively simple, sword. The sword is actually quite the opposite. It actually has multiple unique abilities, each different from the last.

Immortal Object:
The Elucidator's metal is a powerful chakra steel. It can take up to S-Rank damage before being destroyed. Or rather, dispersed. The sword actually acts somewhat like a summon, returning to a sheathe on the user after being destroyed. However, even if it is not broken, the sword cannot be drawn until the next battle if it is dispersed. The sword itself can cut through defenses of hardness equal to that of doton or lower of B-Rank or lower. Any harder than Doton, and the sword can only cut through C-Rank of it.

Flawless Cut:
The Elucidator's edges are sharp enough to cut a human being and draw blood if they so much as tap the blade. This makes the sword especially unaffected by air resistance, as it is able to flawlessly cut through the air surrounding the blade during a strike. This means its cuts are extremely quick, almost 1.5x that of a standard katana being used by a warrior of similar power to the wielder of the blade.

Moonlight Empowerment:
The moonlight pulse is the Elucidator's most powerful ability. By surging their chakra into the blade, the user will cause the sword to brightly glow in a sky blue shade. This is a sign that the blade is charging power. When using this, the blade will gain access to it's special technique (to be posted), and will have their kenjutsu with the sword empowered, dealing larger cutting and impact damage when being used, as well as gaining strike speed, becoming even faster than it usually is. This effect lasts a single turn, and costs a move to activate.

The handle and hilt of the sword are also black, with the cross guard taking the form of a single sided gear-like object. In theory, the blade appears to be a somewhat odd looking, but relatively simple, sword. The sword is actually quite the opposite. It actually has multiple unique abilities, each different from the last.

Immortal Object:
The Elucidator's metal is a powerful chakra steel. It can take up to S-Rank damage before being destroyed. Or rather, dispersed. The sword actually acts somewhat like a summon, returning to a sheathe on the user after being destroyed. However, even if it is not broken, the sword cannot be drawn until the next battle if it is dispersed. The sword itself can cut through defenses of hardness equal to that of doton or lower of B-Rank or lower. Any harder than Doton, and the sword can only cut through C-Rank of it. Due to this metal, the sword takes no visible damage from techniques C-Rank or lower.

Flawless Cut:
The Elucidator's edges are sharp enough to cut a human being and draw blood if they so much as tap the blade. This makes the sword especially unaffected by air resistance, as it is able to flawlessly cut through the air surrounding the blade during a strike. This means its cuts are extremely quick, almost 1.5x that of a standard katana being used by a warrior of similar power to the wielder of the blade.

Moonlight Empowerment:
Moonlight Empowerment is the Elucidator's most powerful ability. By surging their lightningchakra into the blade, the user will cause the sword to brightly glow in a sky blue shade. This is a sign that the blade is charging power. When using this, the blade will gain access to it's special technique Starburst Stream (to be created), and will have their kenjutsu with the sword empowered, dealing larger cutting and impact damage when being used, as well as gaining strike speed, becoming even faster than it usually is. The exact boosts are: increasing the strike speed from 1.5x to around 2.25x, and the cutting abilities being raised by one rank (Able to cut through A-Rank techniques of Doton hardness or lower, B-Rank if harder than Doton). This effect lasts a single turn, and costs a move to activate.

Description:
The Idea of The Technique:
By using the shuriken shadow clone jutsu on Elucidator, the user will be able to use two copies of the blade for this one technique. The user will then activate moonlight empowerment, causing both blades to turn a sky blue color. He will then initiate a 16 Hit combo, which can break through a technique of S-Rank if of Doton-hardness or lower, and A-Rank if harder than doton.

The combo (Brace yourselves):
The first hit is a horizontal swing from left to right with the right sword, immediately followed by an uppercut with the left sword. The user then jumps up and slashes the target with both swords from left to right while spinning, twice. The user lands facing the target and slashes an X from top to bottom, before inversely slashing the X again from bottom to top. The user then leaps at the target and makes two diagonal slashes from the same starting point, with the left sword heading from top to bottom to the left, while the right sword heads from bottom to top toward the right.

Afterwards, the user reverses his grip on the two swords and slashes another X with both swords from top to bottom. The user then does a barrel-roll like maneuver while slashing at the target, like a corkscrew. The user then slashes another two X's at the target, first from top to bottom and then bottom to top. The user then makes a diagonal slash with the right sword, top-right to bottom-left, then spins left and uses this momentum to deal a horizontal, right to left slash with the left sword. The user then, at a very high speed, makes an uppercut with the right sword; then another with the left sword, a downward slash with the right sword, then a downward diagonal slash towards the right with the left sword, spins and repeats the previous attack, and thrusts the right-handed sword out. The final slash is a forceful downward lunge with the left sword. The second blade will then disappear. The attack is done with such strength and speed that blue and purple air currents appear with each slash, giving the illusion of a maelstrom of colorful slashes around the user.

The user will coat their leg with a thick water chakra. This chakra will then form water around the leg, from the knee to the foot. By swinging the leg in the form of any kick, the user can release a blast of water which functions like an ax blade moving in the direction which the kick is pointed. The leg releases a thin blade of water with cutting power equivalent to that of Water Release: Severing Wave, however this blade can reach only up to mid range. The attack also has another usage in which the user coats their leg with water chakra as they normally would, then kicks, releasing a thick wave of water with less cutting power and more dense crushing ability as well as width, allowing it to be used to defend against larger techniques or attack with more versatility.

Description: Valyrian steel is a form of metal that was forged in the days predating the otsutsuki incident. A very rare and ancient form of chakra metal. It is exceptionally sharp and tremendously strong, yet light, keeping its edge forever without the need for sharpening. Valyrian steel is recognizable from its sharpness, as well as a distinctive rippled pattern visible in blades made from it. According to legend, Valyrian steel was forged with dragon-fire and infused with magical spells - some say with blood magic, literally requiring "fire and blood". What is for sure is that Valyrian steel is incredibly resistant to damage making any weapons forged from it become twice as durable as before. For example if a weapon would be destroyed by S rank damage it could now take two S rank attacks before being destroyed. Though it should be noted this doesn't allow swords to cause more damage just absorb more. The element that allows the sword to do more damage is the capacity for sharpness given by such a tough material, all bladed or blunt weapons forged from this will be capable of causing +10 damage and will be vastly superior to standard chakra metals, being at least five times as effective when having chakra focused in to weapons forged or coated in Valyrian Steel. While not being an actual custom weapon Valyrian steel is treated as more of an accessory and must be stated in the users bio. Additionally it can be used on custom and canon weapons but may only be used on one CW per bio. Which must also be stated in the biography.

This can happen up to five times with the sixth kunai striking the opponent with a huge two handed oodama rasengan blasting him in to the earth.

Description: The user after placing a unique version of the lightning blade creation seal on his body. Will perform two handseals before clapping his hands. Activating a powerful sealing jutsu on his body that allows him to summon a grand armory of weapons from his body at any point. Once activated the sealing technique remains able to summon and replace destroyed weapons from the users body. The weapons summoned can be hugely varied basic weapons of the users choice and when summoned will hover around his body within a 5 meter radius being controlled by his hand gestures in a similar fashion to the floating ninja tools jutsu. These weapons carry a static damage property of D rank damage each and the user is capable of having up to six weapons summoned at any one time. If destroyed another weapon can be summoned in it's place, upon summoning the weapons initially appear somewhat ethereal before forming completely, while this is only momentary it prevents the weapons just popping up in mid air with no forewarning. Essentially this jutsu gives the user a unique ability to have weapons readily available to him at any point. This jutsu is the cornerstone of the phantom swords techniques.

Description: Among several shark summons, Gluttony is very rare in the fact that he is one of the only sharks with no offensive capabilities; only supplementary and defensive. Gluttony is the size of an average shark, and can be summoned on land or inside a source of water. However, if summoned on land, he can only stay on the battlefield for three turns, compared to the regular five he could last inside a source of water. Being Ashitaka Emishi's personal shark summon, Gluttony has a respect for him like no other, however, it takes months of training to effectively use Gluttony by other shark practitioners, as he commands the utmost respect for his aid in combat. Gluttony has two main main abilities, two of those abilities being able to absorb chakra from people and transfer that chakra to the person who summoned him or his allies. If Gluttony is making direct contact with a person, or if they are within short range of him in a source of water, Gluttony can begin to steal their chakra, eating it like a glutton, never filling (costs a moveslot to initiate). Being a master of chakra control, Gluttony can use the chakra transfer jutsu perfectly. However, he must be in direct contact with the user or ally to give him the chakra, or within short range in a water souce (costs a move slot). Gluttony is very sarcastic, and at times, is considered a jackass within the shark community; though other sharks still respect him for his usefulness in combat.

Description: The user will activate a seal on his palm or the back of his hand. While stretching pout his palm, the seal would siphon poisonous airborne substances or gasses. This ranges from corrosive gasses, toxins, poison, etc. The extent of this absorption has no limit or limited depending on the content being absorbed. For example: If the gaseous matter is non-chakra imbued like an environmental hazard, an aftermath of a corrosive jutsu which leaves passive excess of the gaseous waste, then the seal has no limit and would only seize its absorption when the entire area is depleted of the gas. If the gaseous matter is chakra infused for example; an active technique, or chakra enhanced environmental hazard, then the seal is able to absorb it completely only if the chakra content of the matter is equivalent to A-rank elemental chakra and below. Anything higher than that, the seal would only seal a portion of the gas in the user's vicinity, manageable enough for the user to find another counter measure. However, trying to force the seal to absorb such abnormality would cause the seal to malfunction and render unusable for the rest of the match.
So far the seal is used correctly and not damaged, it can be re-used by the user after one turn rest to store another set thus the gasses are being stored in the infinite containment, though re-use of the seal can only be done 5x per battle.
Once activated, the seal becomes automated thus it continues to seal the target matter until there are no more of them hence it does not hinder the user from doing other things or performing other jutsu. However the user can stop the absorption anytime he likes ending a usage of the seal.

Suiton: Horīzu no Kage - Water Style: Shadow of the Holies

Description: The user after the tiger handseal, creates a solid shell of water on his back. The circular cylindrical shell of water is connected to the user's back via a flat circular plate of of chakra which allows it to be able to rotate behind the user's without inhibiting the user. The shell houses six long thick tendrils which can emerge and retract back into the shell at will. Unlike the shell, the tendrils can change their state from normal liquid water to gelatenous to crystalline. However in every state, they are lethal as they can be sharp and used to impale, grab and crush or even restrict. While the user can form the tips of the tendrils into different kind of shapes like; several sharp spikes protruding from the tip, shaping the tip to form and axe while another tip to form a club etc. This is to make sure the user with his full control over the tendrils, he can multitask using each tendril differently. Say he can use two of the tendrils to attack while another two to defend at the same time. The tendrils has freedom of movement and they can extend upto mid-range though they need the user's focus and chakra for maintenance.
When the user wills it, the shell would begin to rotate making the tendrils move in a rotational motion similar to a propeller. This is usefull for blowing back projectiles, opponents, jutsus or cutting through something that touches the bladed portion of the propeller.

Description: The user makes a Tai chi stance while focusing his wind chakra from his core outwards his entity, liberating it outwards with a temporary blinding illuminance of golden yellow chakra. By quickly containing the chakra, he would form a light but bright yellow aura of a perfectly shaped wind dragon with the user hovering in the belly of the dragon. The yellow aura of wind emanates as a result of advanced shape manipulation of dense wind, spontenously colliding with each other, grinding anything that touches it to bits of what they once were.
The dragon is able to move about via flight while housing the user and is able to attack and do intricate manouvres via the user's movement/body gesture within its belly. The dragon can actually devour any solid/physical technique by chewing them though what realy grinds them is the grinding wind that the dragon is made of. Depending on the user, the dragon can be upto 15meters long and 3 meters wide/diameter.
1x, the dragon is able to release a dragon breathe composed of the yellow colored wind that would reach upto long range and has an S-rank power. Of course the user would need to scream also since the dragons mostly works via the user's gestures. 1x, the dragon can release a shockwave via the user shouting. The shockwave though would do nothing but push back anyone with the vicinity some meters backwards with minor bruises. However, clones are fragile and they would disperse on experiencing the shockwave. The shockwave is made of intangible wind which becomes tangile only when they touch an organic surface like the skin.

If the user wants, he can remove himself from the dragon and send the dragon as a projectile towards the target. However, exiting a dragon would mean the user is not able to re-enter and the dragon ends when it hits its target.

NOTE: The user can only use wind element or elements based on wind via the dragon while the dragon is active. This however does not stop him from using the basic 4 or other technique that does not require using elements other than wind.
NOTE: The yellow color is purely cosmetic.

Description: The Jōmyō Inin or "Mortal Dictata" is a Genjutsu developed by a skilled Uchiha during one of his episodes of meditation. The nature of the illusion was a paradox placed on his mind that tampered with how he perceived opportunity and misfortune. He later recorded these feelings and became able to replicate them in the minds of others through chakra, making it a Genjutsu. The technique begins with a Ram hand seal and placing the chakra on the opponent(s)' mind. The illusion has two parts; fortune or misfortune, and will be highlighted below.

Fortune | Kōun: This side of the illusion tampers with the opponent's visual cortex where it completely changes the appearance of the user and his techniques. The user will appear gravely injured and weak in the opponent's eyes. This can be anything from missing limbs to profuse bleeding. Again, this is a visual illusion is does not actually tamper with the opponent's cognitive perception of the user, it only provides visual stimuli that would lead him/her to believe the opponent is actually injured. The second use to this side of the technique is how it affects the visual information of the user's jutsu as well. In other words, a grand fireball from the user may appear like a measly fireball to the opponent.

Misfortune | Fukō: This the second side of the illusion changes the opponent(s)' visual perception of the user and his techniques so that they appear much more superior to theirs. Description: The Jōmyō Inin or "Mortal Dictata" is a Genjutsu developed by a skilled Uchiha during one of his episodes of meditation. The nature of the illusion was a paradox placed on his mind that tampered with how he perceived opportunity and misfortune. He later recorded these feelings and became able to replicate them in the minds of others through chakra, making it a Genjutsu. The technique begins with a Ram hand seal and placing the chakra on the opponent(s)' mind. The illusion has two parts; fortune or misfortune, and will be highlighted below.

Fortune | Kōun: This side of the illusion tampers with the opponent's visual cortex where it completely changes the appearance of the user and his techniques. The user will appear gravely injured and weak in the opponent's eyes. This can be anything from missing limbs to profuse bleeding. Again, this is a visual illusion is does not actually tamper with the opponent's cognitive perception of the user, it only provides visual stimuli that would lead him/her to believe the opponent is actually injured. The second use to this side of the technique is how it affects the visual information of the user's jutsu as well. In other words, a grand fireball from the user may appear like a measly fireball to the opponent.

Misfortune | Fukō: This the second side of the illusion changes the opponent(s)' visual perception of the user and his techniques so that they appear much more superior to theirs. As soon as the aforementioned step is complete, a seal identified as "Iron Angel" is automatically triggered and takes effect immediately. The output of the seal is to modulate the user's chakra in a preset manner that enables the iron sand to be effortlessly maintained in a preset form - an angelic being, thus functional wings composed of iron sand are present. Whilst the seal functions, the user gains a small boost to iron sand techniques and their elemental affinity (fūton), since the latter is one of the composite elements in utilizing Magnet Release. Moreover, the user becomes capable of flight for the duration that the seal is active.

Note: It can be used only once per battle.
Note: The duration is 4 turns, but can be ended at the user's discretion. Additionally, certain seals could potentially be used by enemies to deactivate the seal prematurely.

The shield follows the same weakness/strengths of the kekkei genkai Iron Sand. While the shield is active, its up to the user of the shield to leave openings(i.e to remain visual contact etc). Should the armor take a physical hit, the user can make the armor reform by spending extra chakra(10 points for reforming).

Note: The armor is active for 5 turns before it crumbles automatically(even if the user reforms it) and the armor has a cooldown of 2 turns before it can be used again. The user can deactivate the armor at any time.
Note: User becomes resistant to B-ranked taijutsu(without needing to reform armor). Should the shield take a hit against an A-ranked hit, it would need to be reformed or else it crumbles.

Description: Sympathetic Intent pertains to the ability of the user giving off their pure compassionate intention and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of leaving an opening for someone/something to attack or take advantage of them. When the Sympathetic Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own revealing imaginations about something about their life in a way that is less self-conscious, and less guarded, etc. This much similar to Killing Intent, so it could be confused with a genjutsu, despite it not being a genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and weakness. For this is like when we are somebody’s victim; we actually have a little bit of power over them. Control freaks love to play the victim, for example. If they are victims, they can control the person who hurt them because that person “owes them something now” and they can also control everybody around them by draining sympathy and attention from their community. The target will feel as if their overwhelming the enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the no pressure from the user's chakra and its magnitude will gentrify them, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the Sympathetic Intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Sympathetic Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the 'no-pressure' but also their ominous lighted intentions. Its enough to Sheath their items/weapons or hand over their opponent's desired item/weapon (depending on the situation); they may lose reason to why they attacked, apologize or stop formulating ways to outwit you, all depends on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be less self-conscious, and less guarded, almost willingly happy for any of your moves as the unlike the overwhelming killing intent that dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. This intent allows the user to simply do as they please with the victim perceiving the intentions as though their friendly playing/manner of act. The effect gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully effect a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (dividing the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Sympathetic Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent/Sympathetic Intent. Jutsu in effect:

Description: To summon this "End of life" Shadow, the ninja will slash their palm with a kunai, then proceed to wipe blood from on the hand, onto a surface creating a summoning seal, and then place their cut/slashed hand onto the surface, where the marking was made before performing the necessary handseals with the their one hand. This process is known as the ritual passage. After holding down onto the surface of their marking, the summoning seal made with their blood will appear to fade out. Making a handseal (Summon stage/passage), within range of the user's senses, they'll be able to see that, the shadows of every single object with a shadow has opened eyes that stare at them/opponent. The most shockingly important thing would be the surface below them opening an eye much different from all others, much larger and flattened across the whole area (standard boss summon size). The whole ground would appear to be inhabited by it, so much so, if you where to cut/dig etc, it wouldn't change the fact of its existence. The summoned creature manifests physically as the Genjutsu-flow of chakra, much as like shinobi who live without irregular chakra flow; this shadow's existence is quite the opposite of how beings of the ninja world perceive. Trapping those who are the summoners targets within mid-range of its summon in a form of its full-body Genjutsu. This genjutsu being its entity (A-ranked), where's that dispelling the genjutsu would mean its death. With its ability to influence the chakra flow of all, that's within range (short-mid), comes with it a rewriting form of release; for normally shinobis would know how to deal with such foe (genjutsu), in this case, when target counters Genjutsu with intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" Kai-techniques, their effort will be in vain. This creature, takes the victims pain, which is subjected to the creature. Meaning, the idea of hurting oneself is rendered pointless, as the creature will take the pain itself in a process much like breathing for comparison, to an extent. Within the creature (being in range), even though in reality both parties are standing on the ground with the eyes in the shadows staring at them, they'll still be able to move and so forth, for nothing much would be changed out of the ordinary outside word. The genjutsu effect would be as being in the state of dissociation, zoning out, and as the body will have to cope. For instance,
you may have experienced it while driving (a.k.a "highway hypnosis") and you've gone three blocks and you can't recall seeing anything that you drove past. Or you're having a conversation with someone and then you can't remember what you were just talking about. At other times, you may feel that "something is wrong" or feel removed from your surroundings and/or distanced from people, almost as if you don't belong.It's a protective mechanism called up by the nervous system when it reaches its maximum capacity to process stimulation (both internally and externally). Imagine having to interact with people all day and by the end of the day you can't speak another word. You go home to regroup, anxious to get into your latest book. But you can't concentrate. You keep "floating" away into a thoughtless and timeless void. Oddly enough, your favorite book seems boring. Dissociation caps the keyed up and restless energy underneath. It numbs the body so that one feels less internal distress. It's a good temporary back up plan devised by nature for coping when we feel overwhelmed. But it has its drawbacks. To the degree that you are dissociative, will be the degree of impairment in your ability to take appropriate fight or flight responses (e.g. being physically threatened). You see, dissociation is a type of freeze state. In other words, you are more likely to move into an acute freeze state whether you want to or not (e.g. freezing at gun point during a bank robbery). Just so you know, others experience dissociation as a feeling of going inward. Unlike the dissociative feeling of "floating on the outside" dissociating "in" feels as if the world has receded and you are terrifyingly alone. It's like the calm before the storm.
In order to dispel the summon's clutches, the victim will simply need to cast a Genjutsu upon themselves/or be casted upon. However, this Genjutsu would need to be equal to or greater than the summon's genjutsu, doing so, they'll destroy the summon. Failure to escape before, the summon's release, the victims body will turn to ashes as their bodies entities are taken with it. The summon has a personality, one that can be summed up as "god-complex". Whenever conversed with, other voices of victims, who'd failed to escape appear to call for help, etc.

Description: A unique sealing jutsu designed with the sole intent of sealing the natural flow of chakra through a persons body temporarily. The technique is applied to any weapon the user happens to be wielding at the time. Covering the weapon in visible sealing script that differs from traditional sealing scripts in color. Being a dark crimson almost black still but more red. This script can also be applied to the opponent via direct touch, cutting out the middleman so to speak. When applied this technique directly targets the chakra flow of the opponent. Causing it to move much slower throughout the body in a similar way to hemostasis in medical fields. Hence the name of the technique. By causing the opponents chakra to move throughout the body slower it can create clots of sorts around the tenketsu. Not only does this cause the afflicted person to take longer to mold chakra it can also prevent them from using certain powerful jutsu over time as the chakra flows slower over time. Provided the seal remains. Overall the effects of this jutsu effectively adds time to how fast they can make seals, slowing the creation of their technique somewhat. A technique that requires one handseal would now take the time of four. Two hand seals, it would take them as long to perform them as it would normally take to do five, and so on. Additionally the afflicted will find themselves requiring the time of performing two hand seals for techniques that usually require none. This is applicable the moment the seal is applied.
In terms of limiting the usage of powerful ninjutsu. The moment this seal is applied the afflicted loses access to techniques of a forbidden ranked nature. The afflicted then lose access to S ranks on their next turn, then each one of the afflicted subsequent turns they lose access of an additional rank this effect stops at rank B. The afflicted would always be able to access B ranks and below. The clotting of the Tenketsu causes chakra to leak from the afflicted body, causing them to lose 20 chakra each one of their turns by default before using any jutsu. In a similar way to how the Hyuuga expel chakra forcefully the clotting causes this without the afflicted intending it, thus the chakra is wasted.

~Notes~
- This seal lasts for five turns, at which stage the afflicted regains usage of up to S ranks however the clots of chakra prevent access to enough chakra for higher ranks.
-This seal can be removed prematurely by one skilled in fuuinjutsu, practicioners in fuuinjutsu can remove it with a sealing displacement technique.

Declined - the effect i'm ok with just needs toning down, 5 turns is too long, make it 3, on the 3rd turn they can only use B ranks, so it works out, say it doesn't have effect on gates. And as not everyone has fuuin, i believe this seal would be breakable with a full body surge overpowering the seal. But nice concept, i'd be interested in working with some freid FT cj.

(Katon - Kidō kōka) Fire Style - Orbital Drop

Description: A technique where the user does one hand seal (Tiger), gathers a lot of chakra inside his body and, while focusing, molds it, converting it into hot ashes before expelling it upwards in the shape of a clone made of volatile ash. The ash clone will launch in to the sky piercing the clouds, before turning over in the air and dropping towards the battlefield. The user is able to guide the ash clone with hand gestures and cause it to drop on the opponent from above. On impact the ash clone will violently erupt in to a huge cloud of searing ash creating a gigantic explosion and scorching anyone in a 10 meter radius of the impact point.

In a similar way to how the Hyuuga expel chakra forcefully the clotting causes this without the afflicted intending it, thus the chakra is wasted.

~Notes~
- This seal lasts for 5 turns, after which the afflicted regains usage of up to S ranks however the clots of chakra prevent access to enough chakra for higher ranks.
- This seal can be removed prematurely by one skilled in fuuinjutsu, practicioners in fuuinjutsu can remove it with a sealing displacement technique, however it can also be removed with a full body surge of equal or higher rank.
- Will not work on EIG
- Must be taught by -Vegeta

‡ Approved ‡ I was inclined to let this last indefinitely. If the opponent can't counter, that's their fault but I'll up the turns instead so they're restricted to B-Ranks for a little while provided they fail to counter. Remember that this has to make contact with the opponent. Great work though, this has given me some ideas.

Description: A technique where the user does one hand seal (Tiger), gathers a lot of chakra inside his body and, while focusing, molds it, converting it into flames before expelling it upwards in the shape of a clone made of fire chakra. The flame "clone" will launch in to the sky piercing the clouds, before turning over in the air and dropping towards the battlefield. The user is able to guide the clone with hand gestures and cause it to drop on the opponent from above. On impact the fire clone will violently erupt in to a huge cloud of searing flames creating a gigantic fiery explosion and scorching anyone in a 10 meter radius of the impact point.

- Can only be used once per battle
- Is not an actual clone, just shaped like one thru manipulation of chakra
- If the user is in the 10 meter radius he will take the full damage of the technique.
- The clone ascending takes two turns and will then fall down to the battlefield in the third turn.

Description: By manipulating chakra in a preexisting source of rain the user of this technique is capable of manipulating the rain to become heavier than normal, much heavier as well as increasing it's velocity drawing all the rain to a central point of his choosing, usually the opponents body capable of causing considerable damage due to the blunt force, even rendering some unconscious. Once this is done the rain will cover the opponent forming a large orb roughly 8 meters in diameter trapping the opponent inside the orb. By making an additional handseal the user will cause a sealing symbol to appear on the orb creating an A ranked barrier around the outside of said orb. The water prevents the opponents movement and in a similar way to the Kirigakure unique rain jutsu, will be capable of draining the opponents chakra however the drained chakra will be used to fuel the barrier increasing it's rank by one for each turn the opponent remains trapped inside. Culminating with a barrier of forbidden ranked integrity trapping the opponent inside and causing him to drown after being trapped for three turns.

- While maintaining the barrier the user may not use any jutsu above A rank.
- Usable 1x per battle

‡ Declined ‡ Great concept but chill out with the OP rank increasing/decreasing lmao. Take out the damage if you want this to be a prison type technique, the rest of this is pointless if the opponent is a corpse or on the verge of death. The chakra draining is fine and you need to clarify the strength of the rain jutsu. Are both parts of this jutsu initially A-Rank? If so, you can up the barrier to S-Rank by the next turn but that's it.
