This technique is very useful for setting traps and binding enemies, even giant summons. They may also be manipulated whenever the Rat handseal is held.
-Can only be taught by Ushiro

Okay, okay, hold up. Ten meters wide, do you have any idea how large that is? Also, "numerous thunderbolts" isn't enough information for me, you need to be more specific on how does thunderbolts work. And acting as platform for the user? With that power level, I don't think its tangible enough for the user itself to stand on it without getting hurt himself.

At the user's will, the needles and wire can become hard, losing their flexibility to create walls, cages, and other structures depending on their arrangement.

Description: The user summons a cylindrical worm-like creature made entirely of rock and composed of 5 rings. The sandworm is enormous at 25 meters long with a 7 meter diameter. Instead of being a simple elemental Ninjutsu technique, its a summoning technique, which can act independently from the users will, similar to any summoning animal. Each ring of the sandworm has its own consciousness meaning all five rings must be destroyed to completely destroy it, though with every ring lost it's attacks lose strength as well. The sandworm travels by burrowing through the earth and knows the position of enemies by sensing the magnetic forces similarly to the Hiding Like a Mole Technique. A large array of spikes lining it's insides are used for grinding rock and sand. By moving its spikes to the outside of its body, it can pose a deadly threat to even giant summons when striking them. New spikes can be created instantly which allows it to shoot them at enemies as a stream of rock from his mouth or from his body depending on where the spikes are oriented. This counts as one of the user's three moves per turn.

-Spikes are A-rank in strength (C when reduced to one ring) whether on or shot from the sandworm

(Sakashima Yaiba:Enko hagane) Reverse Blade Style: Arc Of Steel

Description: This technique is useful specially against guard weapons (Kunais, Shields, Swords) and even some guard taijutsu/kenjutsu. The user will take and grip the sword in their dominant hand and channel earth chakra into the sword hardening the sword very similar to the earth spear technique. He will then swing it horizontal towards the opponents ribcage sending him flying to the side. This would bruise the opponent harshly. This can be used against a weapon as if they were to clash a regular sword with this technique, this technique would break through the sword due to sheer strength and continue its initial path (to come in contact with the opponents ribcage to do damage)

Note: Can use max of 3 times
Note: Requires a break of at least 2 turns.
Note: This technique can break up to B rank Kenjutsu techniques that are not chakra enhanced

Description: This technique is a similar to the earth technique (Earth Style: Added Weight Rock Technique.), but this technique is used for both attacking and defensive purposes. The user will coat the sword in earth chakra similar to added weight technique. The user can use this against an incoming water jutsu by swinging the sword right as the water jutsu. Right as the sword touches the water, the earth chakra would transfer to the water jutsu and instantly solidify it. Due to the swinging matter of this technique soon as the water hardens it it will also crumble due to the blunt impact of the swing. The user can also use this technique to swing at the opponent (any body part) dealing blunt damage, but not only that, hardening the body part that was hit, not allowing the opponent to use said body part (due to it being harden and immobile similar to a statue) for 1 full turn

Description: This is a special type of genjutsu as it requires a holster with a sword in it. The User will slowly pull out their sword from their holster in their opponents line of sight, thus inducing the opponent in the genjutsu. As the sword is being drawn out, the opponent will see a very bright blinding light coming from the sword as its coming out the sword holster, temporarily blinding the opponent for, As the opponent is blind, the user will feel a sharp stab through their chest from the back. As the opponent gets stabbed from the back the blinding light will go down, and the opponent will then not see the user in front of them but in the back. Making it seem like the user is the one that stabbed them from the back. In reality the opponent simply falls to the ground from shock once stabbed in the genjutsu. Thus giving the user a chance to attack.

Needs a trigger in the form of Handdseals or some gesture like the confrontation handseal as you take the sword from the holster. Besides, its at best a B-Rank genjutsu. Also you wrote that the user is stabbed from the back...might wanna reword that unless you want to damage yourself with your own genjutsu...>_>

In reality the opponent simply falls to the ground from shock once stabbed in the genjutsu causing mental pain. Thus giving the user a chance to attack.

(Katon: Dràugion Stàfe) - Fire style: Dragonfly Staff

Description: The user begins by gathering up a considerable amount of chakra in his palms followed by clapping them together near his chest.. Once that is done, the user takes his hands apart but as they move away from each other the user forms a staff made of condensed fire. The staff is approximately the same height as the user and about a foot in diameter.
Close range abilities:
The staff's main use is to be used in close combat, where it is able to be used as a normal staff, though it has the cutting abilities of Chidori(S-rank), able to cut through most objects like butter
Mid range use:
The staff can also be used at a range, in which it gained.its name "dragonfly staff". The user can simply throw the staff like a spear but as It's in mid flight the user does a single hand seal thus transforming the staff as it moves. The staff quickly sprouts from its sides a pair of wings that resemble that of a dragonflys. This allows the staff to not only pick up speed and killing potential but also also allows the user to control it in mid flight to hit opponents. While being controlled, the staff has to always be moving forward and can't turn around nor make sharp turns..
At any point while flying, the user can do one more hand seal which results in the fire exploding into a 7m wide vortex of flames that would burn things to a crisp.

First of all...I can understand how the Raiton one works as it has been shown in the anime in variants of Chidori and such and I suppose I can accept the other two though instead of just simply copy/pasting, give some thought to their intangibility. Honestly, you don't want to toss away CJ spaces without fleshing out these two jutsu variants. Add a bit more. Every element works differently,

It takes the shape of an intricately carved metal manifold that covers the foot and wraps up to the knee, complete with a joint for bending. Along the frame are holes of various sizes which allow for breathable movements and allow the frame to act as an extension of the body. The frame has various metal thorns on the inside structure, attached into the user, and allow for extension when chakra is channeled into them. The main use of the solid stem is to provide the user with enhanced movements by bursting chakra through the holes. This accelerates the movements of functions such as kicking or stomping. The Frame has a seam down the side which only the user can open to remove the frame, anyone else tries to wear it and the thorns inside shred their legs.

Bro, I don't have enough information to progress. I can't seem to create a proper picture for this weapon of yours'. First of all, various metal thorns attached into the user? I don't know about you, but that sounds seriously painful. Raiden from Metal Gear Rising is crying right now. And how exactly does it extend when the chakra is released into it? What exactly does the bursting do,is it like quick shots of chakra through the holes? How many at a time? How far does it go? Should also count as a jutsu as well.

Give a rank genjutsu that the pain from the spikes can dispel. The augmentation needs to be better defined. How much faster does the kick go? If you're using this with a technique, and not just a free form kick, its not going to get +60 damage, though I can see it getting something like +10. Add that in there somewhere.

This can make the opponent struggle to breathe or move due to the binding of the mass of hair they believe they are covered in.

Descriptions: Using basic shape manipulation, the user creates a platform of chakra in front of him. This initial platform is flat while parallel to the ground and allows the user to jump upwards off of it. A second identical platform is created but this one allows for a change in direction to supplement the initial jump. This platform can be angled while it's surface is still flat so the user can aim his second jump. There is no boost to the jumps, just provides a surface to jump off.
-Maximum dimensions of the platform are 1mx1m

Description: After using Swamp of the underworld the user does one hand seal and concentrates his chakra on the swamp to make several (Maximum of 7) snakes to emerge from the swamp and head towards the target at fast pace, these snakes are roughly around 1 meter long and have the strength of an average snake, meaning they can bind the opponent and easily stop him from moving but they can also be destroyed easily with the appropriate technique.

Description: After the use of Swamp of the underworld or other mud related Earth techniques, the user does one hand seal and concentrates his chakra on the swamp to make several (maximum of 4) snakes to emerge from the swamp and head towards the target at fast pace. These snakes are roughly 3 meters long, with a width of 1 meter, and have the strength to subdue a ninja by using their body, meaning they can bind the opponent and easily stop him/her from moving. Like the swamp they emerge from, the snakes tend to be extremely viscous, making it easy to bind opponents as all those who are stuck find themselves being swallowed into the snake at an alarmingly fast pace, where they're left helpless and stuck stuck, desperately gasping for air. The sticky attribute to the snakes doesn't affect their speed as they swim through the swamp, hiding below it in order to avoid some should they need to. Furthermore, a further developed ability allows the snakes to harden their swampy nature once they're out of the swamp, so that they can deal blunt damage, as compared to rely on their trapping skills. However, should this be used, it's an irreversible process and leads to the loss of that snakes ability to swim back into the swamp to avoid certain attacks, leaving it to wander above ground, as well as the ability to capture and drown people within it, making blunt damage the only possible way to cause any damage at all.

Description: A type of Hindering Sound Waves, this jutsu is based on the categories of the opponents brain and the way they affect the otherwise normal bodily functions. This jutsu can be used on both alies and opponents as the effects of the sound-waves created vary depending on the frequency. When attempting to use it on allies, the user would release the sound so that it's not loud enough for those who are in mid/long range to hear it, or so that those in short-mid range can hear it but not those in long, adjusting each time depending on where his/her allies may be. When releasing sound waves of roughly between 14 to 30 hz, all those who hear it have higher levels of alertness and concentration, the concept of fight or flight kicks in, causing the person to react quickly to whatever's coming, either through fighting or running away. This gives whoever hears it a +10 damage to all their Ninjutsu, and a greater reaction time. When releasing sound waves between 0.1 - 7.9 Hz, all those who's ears it falls on go into a trance like state, as if they have access to their unconscious mind. Their awareness of their body and limbs are lost, they sway lifelessly, the whole situation almost appearing to be a genjutsu in which they were heavily sedated. Their thoughts and actions they want to perform are still processed but their body does not respond to their wishes. The third and final sound wave created ranges from 8 to 13.9 Hz, and is somewhat a cross between the first and second, allowing the user to feel relaxed whilst remaining extremely focused, the body swaying yet each movement would have a purpose and a reason, similar to that of the Drunken Fist jutsu used by Lee. The user produces these different sound waves by focusing on his/her chakra and exhaling, creating the required sound wave whilst doing so. Description: The user quickly concentrates his doton chakra into the ground below whilst performing a single Tiger hand seal, causing two panthers made out of Earth to suddenly emerge from the ground below. To control the panthers the user must have some form of contact with the the ground. This connection to the ground can be used to manipulate the panthers, controlling their every move to an inch, making for a more effective use of the jutsu as the users chakra is closely connected through the same Earth. However, the user can also use this jutsu if not connected to the ground, but should that be the case, then the panthers would act like nothing but the savage animals they are and attack the opponent regardless of their position, using their connection with the Earth to feel where the opponent is standing. The panthers' speed is equivalent to that twice of the average ninja, but this speed increases depending on the speed of the enemy, with the panthers being able to increase their speed continuously up to the 4th gate, if the opponent is moving at that same speed. This isn't their natural speed but the final speed they can adjust to, according to the situation they're created in and the opponent they face. As their speed increases, so does the height which they can jump to. Although not particularly important at times, they are normally able to jump roughly 3 meters in the air, with that increasing as the opponents speed increases as they're able to gain more momentum and speed before their jump.

Focusing Wind Chakra, first of all, that doesn't work at all. You're saying you're basically shooting out Wind Chakra from your eyes onto the point of the sky where you form the tornado? That doesn't seem logical at all to me.
At the bolded: Way too OP. You making this literally uncounterable to the opponent and hard to detect in the first place, especially when you don't have a limit on the amount of tornadoes one can create. Also, when it hits the opponent, what do you mean by "maelstrom of sharp air currents?" How large and powerful are these? What are the results if someone is hit by this jutsu?

Description and Background
The orangutans are the two exclusively Asian species of extant great apes. They have large heads with a prominent mouth area, a large, bulky body, a thick neck, very long, strong arms, short, bowed legs, and no tail. Their body mostly covered with long, reddish-brown hair and grey-black skin. What, so your'e saying you can release it in one or the other? And what do you mean by stream? Does it leave a trail of electricity or something? And what do you mean by piercing and explosive damage? You're trying to state here that this move has two different ways of working/attacking, but I'm somewhat confused about how they might differ. The versatility of this technique stems from the user's ability to guide it through the air or ground to a specific target while remaining motionless and the ability to force it to lose stability at any time, creating a fierce discharge of electricity that spreads rapidly through the area or be guided by the user once more. Or to be guided by the user once more? But if it loses stability, how can it be guided by the user once more? Also, need to be more specific about the "discharge of electricity". What does it do? How far does it reach? Upon making contact with either an opponent or object the technique disperses through their body, flowing freely as it attempts to wreck havoc before ripping itself from either the surface or body of the target to inflict damage once more. So it just goes through the body of the person and continues on? Wut? How does it inflict damage? If the user decides to use the condensed spear-like stream, the user cannot use another technique after using the condensed spear-like stream, since the condensed spear-like stream form will be stopped. So it would be best to use this form as the last technique. Yeah, I'm not understanding this "condensed spear-like stream" at all. Need you emphasize more, I'm having a tough time putting this jutsu into picture.

Description: While the desert sands surrounding Sunagakure provide Gaara with a limitless supply of sand, not every battlefield provides him this luxury. Seeking to prepare himself for a sand-less terrain, Gaara created a new gourd which would act as his own portable desert. To do this he created a gourd not unlike the one in which he normally carried. It was similar in size, color and shape, but differed in one important way. Three seals were painted on to the gourd, one on each of the sides save for the side facing Gaara's back. These seals read "Sahara", "Namib" and "Atacama". When activated they glow red and release sand into the gourd providing Gaara with an endless supply. Only one of these seals can be activated at a time, but the sand summoned forth from each seal carries unique characteristics:
Atacama - The sand from Atacama is rumored to be the driest sand in the world. The sand is infused with earth chakra which acts as a double edged sword. It prevents the sand from becoming wet, but at the same time it increases its vulnerability to lightning. This gives it a double strength against water techniques, but a double weakness against lightning.

Sahara - The sands from the Sahara are larger in grain size than typical deserts. This gives sand techniques used when wielding this sand a much stronger punch as well as giving defensive techniques more durability. Sand techniques used with this source gain a +10 damage boost, but due to the size of the sand grains its also heavier and slower making techniques move half as fast (when used with Shield of Sand, the speed the sand can keep up with is halved, though it can defend against A-rank taijutsu techniques).

Namib - This sand was taken from what is said to be the oldest desert in the world. As such, time has worn this sand down to very fine particles making it light and easy to manipulate. This allows the sand to move faster at twice its normal speed making it even more difficult to avoid, though the fine grain of the sand makes it more capable of soaking up water and becoming weighed down (when used with Shield of Sand, the speed the sand can keep up with is doubled).
In order to alternate between seals, Gaara must first deactivate any currently active seal. When this is done, the sand that had been released by the previous seal is drawn back into Gaara's gourd and sealed away, preventing him from mixing the sands of the different sources.

The water within the walls of the cave became imbued with this chakra and leaked from the roof of the cavern as drops down towards the shrine itself. Here, a wooden staff caught the water at the top where the head was shaped like two palms cupped together. Over many years this chakra laden water crystallized to form a fist sized light green and transparent sphere within the two cupped hands, creating a jewel dubbed "materia". The energy of this materia permeates throughout the staff making what would have been normal wood nigh indestructible. Also, similar to frog kata, it permeates an invisible layer of natural energy around the staff making it unwise to simply dodge in combat. This energy can be released from the staff as a semi-circular pulse of natural chakra that reaches up to mid range. Once the pulse is released the layer of energy around the staff disappears for three turns, during which the staff's abilities can no longer be used. The second ability of the materia is that if the user focuses their chakra into it, they can release their techniques through the crystal and forgo the need for hand seals. This can only be done once per turn and when the materia is depleted it cannot be used for the remainder of the battle.

The strength of each Aye-Aye are A rank Each and when attacking together, S Rank. They only use free form but one punch from the aye-aye is strong enough to cause 5 meter crater into the ground but together they can cause a crater the size of 10meter radius. This happens only if they are literally touching each other a little linking their chakra together. Due to their strong durability, body, flexibility, agility and speed each of them are immune to B rank jutsus. Can Evade jutsus a certain amount of times and together they can create an S rank force. These two do not separate meaning, If one gets called back, the other does as well. If one is defeated the other one will poof away.

Description: Oceana is the master of genjutsu amongst the summonings of the seahorse contract and has a unique illusionary ability that only she possess and is able to use, Oceana is a rather small seahorse with a small loose and dangling tail, She is covered in yellow scales with compact belly scales. There are thin spines with three branches atop her head and thin, pink fins on her cheeks. Its thin snout is rather powerful and she is able to cast genjutsu across a large area, by projecting her 'clicking sound' through her snout, Oceana has a unique ability that allows her to control her chakra solely through the use of her 'clicking sound' meaning with one click she releases chakra and with another she is able to stop her chakra almost instantly, this ability improves her mastery of genjutsu by that much, allowing her to be even a better illusionist than the boss summon, Kingdra, however Oceana doesn't have any affinity towards any type of elements, she is only able to cast illusions and cancel it for a brief moment before casting yet another illusion in a matter of seconds, this makes up for her not able to perform elemental attacks, Oceana's breeding pouch is only capable of carrying several items and not any human beings at all due to her petite size. Oceana can use regular genjutsu as well as all the genjutsu within the seahorse arts, but no elements of any sort not even those that Seahorses are in most cases associated with.

Now, the torture chair looks like a normal torture chair, and the spikes in the chair are made up of lightning, basically the chair is completely made up of lightning. He then outstretches his both hands and claps them, due to which a belt of lightning extends from the chair up to short rangeand binds the opponent to drag him onto the chair and instantly electrocutes him, inflicting very heavy damage to his body, damaging the nerves and muscles producing holes in his cell membranes.

Since he is physically strong he can carry objects like scrolls along with him and can use his strong wings to deflect kunais or shurikens thrown at him.

Description: The brother of Lord Saichi, he stands approximately 16 meters in height as well as his wing span being around 22 meters from edge to edge. Due to him being brother to Lord Saichi he is also a descendant from the Ephippiorhynchus Household. Different from his brother, his beak is still incredible large, yet it is dark as the moonless night, while his body is also black and white with a pattern of black lightning going across his entire body. He is the brother to the lord of the throne, and he is the councilor of Lord Saichi, and as such he is in high regard of the entire stork kingdom. His feathers around the edges of his wings and tail are metal platelet, where the metal has been honed to a fine edge, making them extremely light and sharp. This allows Khamûl to slice his enemies in two or more pieces if he sees fit in close combat, or as he flies by them with great speed. His chest is covered in a powerful chest plate of metal to protect his vital organs when in combat, making him very resilient. Even though he is this big, he is far from as strong as his brother, only being capable of carrying one person at a time. His claws are razor sharp and coated in fine metal giving him the power to slice through solid objects of up to C-rank solid techniques. Due to the protection he is wearing he is damage resistant to C-rank and below techniques, no more any less, as the armor could not become any stronger or it would make him unable to fly. Khamûls eyes are a completely yellow with a faded grey color over it, making it seem as if he is blind. He flies with impressive speed and maneuverability while he has become very skilled in the usage of the lightning element. He has mastered the lightning element to such feats that he can perform lightning based techniques of up to A-rank with little to no effort, yet unable to perform lightning based techniques above that. Khamûl has developed his own unique lightning based ability. His ability is a combination of the lightning element and his clattering speech. Khamûls technique revolves around him gathering a massive amount of lightning based chakra within his beak and then he will create a powerful clattering noise with his beak releasing the lightning. This causes a powerful forward wave of lightning to be shot forward creating a powerful screeching noise that would leave one deaf. This wave leaves anyone caught by it deaf, yet it is not the only effect, it will also when it strikes, fry the person giving him third degree burns across his body while temporarily paralyzing him. The technique developed by Khamûl is a powerful A-rank technique, which he has become famous for among the storks, it reaches into mid-range from him when used. Even if the screeching lightning technique does not hit the intended target the screeching noise may still make the opponent def.

Description and Background: The Stonefish are primarily marine creatures, though some species are known to live in rivers. The fish has a very dark, rocky color and shape while also having small needle-like dorsal fin spines which stick up when disturbed or threatened. The name Stonefish, derivs from the stonefish's ability to camouflage itself with a grey and mottled color similar to the color of a stone, sand, earth etc. If the Stonefish is stepped on or threatened the needle-like dorsal fin spines will stick up and protrude the target that are near them. Essentially the Stonefish possess two defense mechanisms, the camouflage ability and its needles on its body. They are not the fastest swimmers or strongest of animals, but they make up for it with their camouflage and strong defense. The Stonefish live deep in the sea, on the bottom of the ocean, near coral reefs, rivers or lakes. The general Stonefish that are seen are no more than the size two human feet. They possess a small amount of teeth which are only meant for them to devour small and animals incapable of defending themselves against its small and none fatal teeth.

Description: A technique of extreme precision that is both a potent defense and potent attack, Diversion Strike is used to strike in the brief moment an enemy unleashes their attack. It works by aiming at the side of the enemy's weapon so that the user's weapon ever so slightly diverts the path of their blade to narrowly miss its mark. At the same time, this same slash is aimed at the side of the target's torso. Aim the slash too much towards the incoming attack, and its nothing more than a simple deflection. Aim it too much towards the target and their attack will hit the user. There is a narrow moment when both opponents begin their attack that the user must focus on. To coax an attack out of their opponent the user can add a feign to the beginning of this technique by using their off-hand to hold the backside of the blade at the beginning of their slash. This will create a slight delay that can open up the opportunity for Diversion Strike to strike. When the blades are about to touch, the user will add chakra to their blade. This will further divert the incoming attack while making the user's slash extremely deadly. What would have been a normal slash, is now capable of slicing through flesh, bone, steel and other defenses as if they were non-existent.

Description:

The Hidden Tiger Crashing Dragon is a hidden and Forbidden technique that can be performed by Lightning experts. To perform the technique the user will first gather massive amount of lightning chakra in both of their arms. Once sufficient amount of chakra is gathered on the hands the user will close the Palms together similar to the snake hand seal but the hand facing the opponent. On doing so, super vibration raiton chakra gets tuned up in the hand of the user releasing a bright pale bluish white coloured lightning(there is nothing special about the colour of the lightning).On releasing the lightning the stress created in the hands of the user is very high such that his hand is left with Dry skin, slight burns and cracks. The Lightning initially takes the form of a Dragon and approaches towards the opponent.The size of the Lightning Dragon Produced is 10 foot in radius. When the user opens the palms up( palm will now be like how Gai keeps his palm while performing the Hirudora), The lightning Dragon will be suddenly split up into three new lightning waves in the form of a Lightning Tiger, and two Lightning mini Dragons. The Lightning Tiger continues towards the opponent straight, while the two mini Dragons that are formed, devours from the straight path and goes towards the Sky. After that they attack the opponent, raging from the top of the opponent.The tiger, and the two mini dragons-Each are of S rank level.The blast radius covered by the Lightning dragon attack is 10 meter radius.

Asides from the fact that this is a F-Rank power jutsu, there is nothing in this that defines it as even unique. All you're suggesting is a very strong Lightning Jutsu with concepts that have been done way too many times. Lightning dragons/tigers that do massive damage is not an unique enough jutsu, particularly when it's a F-Ranked, for me to approve it.

Description:

The User concentrates his Doton chakra and slams his hand on the Ground. On doing so, like how the earth in the Mobile earth core technique moves, the user can make the earth surrounding the opponent of 10 feet in radius to raise 5 meter up very fastly. While the earth raises, two mighty hands each 8 meter in height and 2 meter in width also raises simultaneously to the left and right of the raised earth core. These hand will then smash the opponent either by crushing the opponent with a slam over their head onto the mobile core or by clapping motion with the opponent in between the Palms of the hands. The User can also use this technique to create a Core to raise them up and two hands to protect them from incoming technique with a small slit between the fingers of the hands to see the opponent.

The main speciality of these hands is that the user can take full control of the hands, like making one hand to smash while the other hand grabs and lifts the opponent. The user has full control over these hands. However these hands are stationary and can only reach Short range(because of the size of the hand) from the place where they are created. Each hand is of A rank is strength however the damage produced by both the hands together equals to a single S rank damage. Each hands separately deal A rank damage.

Description: this jutsu begins with a single handseal and while the enemy is moving towards you the user takes control of their visual and hearing placing them in a genjutsu. the genjutsu begins with the enemy walking through a hall of mirrors which has reflections of children in them being decapitated and dismembered. the screams are heard throughout the dimmly lit hall. the screams and cutting sounds vibrating throughout the enemies eardrums echoing and driving the man insane, upon coming to the final mirror in the hall the enemy looks and see's themself in the mirror, when all of a sudden a sword is run through them in the mirror image thus binding there psych and movements in the mirror for a few seconds. when the enemy see's this image of a sword being run threw they also see blood dripping down from it and tear's rolling down the enemies eyes. throughout all of this visual and hearing effects of this genjutsu the user is sneaking around behind the enemy in close range and proceeding to run a sword or kunai through the enemy. this jutsu can also be used with silent homicide to increase the effectiveness of getting behind the enemy quickly without causing disruption to the genjutsu and adding a quick easy kill.

Tengumaru is a large black Kanabo, which is more then twice the height of the weilder. it is covered in bladed protusions which make it resemble a cactus, while the handle itself it the length of the user's arm. it is incredibly strong and sturdy able to withstand and block C rank elemental attacks by batting them out of the air (only Fire, lightning and earth). the bladed protusions have a very unique ability that they can receed into tengumaru when fire chakra is channeled to it and while that happens the user can channel fire chakra to the inside of tengumaru burning a chilli powder coating inside the weapon which in turn creates a chilli smoke screen which burns a enemies lungs and eye's. the custom smoke can only be utlized by a smoke user for other attacking jutsu's . knowing that smoke user's use masks they are not affected by the lethal smoke of this chilli smoke.
the hilt of tengumaru has a special chakra cloth wrapped around it thus allowing the effect of channeling fire chakra to the inside of tengumaru to release chilli smoke from the protusion holes. tengumaru has a summoning formula on underneath the cloth chakra wrapping for immediate retrieval during battle and or when not using tengumaru it can be summoned to the battle.
although the size of tengumaru is immense the actual weight is not affecting the wielder's speed or strength of fatigue during batle as the user must train with tengumaru for 10 years before the weight of tengumaru seem's non existent. during a battle however the user of tengumaru while not holding it can recieve a one rank speed boost if not using tengumaru as the shear weight has been discarded breifly, however this can only be done once per battle and after the one use the user's muscles slowly reform back to it's usual speed and strength.

☼ Declined - Alright, first of all this thing is just way too big. There's no way you could reasonably wield it without the use of some sort of strength enhancing ability or a Sakura/Tsunade bio. The size needs to be reduced, so I'm fine with using the image to show what it looks like, but you need to make it clear in the description its not nearly that big. What's the 80 dmg for? For just hitting someone? If so, that's a no no. It should just be N/A. The batting away elements bit, I'm okay with the concept, but I don't see why it would only work with those elements. If anything I would think lightning would be the sole element it wouldn't work with because it would electrify the weapon. It also needs some sort of usage restriction, a certain number or times and what not. For the smoke screen, how far does the smoke screen reach from the weapon? What rank is the smoke screen? How many turns does the chili powder burn for before its all used up? The smoke isn't lethal, as lethal implies it will kill someone. Special chakra cloth wrapping seems random and unimportant, not necessary. Remove the speed boost bit since we're downsizing it. You don't have fuuin so the sealing bit is a no go, remove it. You'll have to just carry it around with you.

As for the chili powder smoke itself, you need to clarify what it does a bit more. If someone gets caught in it and it gets in their eyes/lungs, what happens? Once they get out, what affects linger? How long do they linger? ☼

Description: the user of this technique gains the knowledge of hell's strongest deciple while using this form. the user must perform the handsigns for a summoning jutsu and at the end handsign they must cut off there left hand to sacrifice it too the demons of hell in exchange for summoning hell's strongest weapon. although your hand has been cut off it is replaced with the sword of the underworld to be embedded where yourvhand was. the user upon finishing the summoning and sacrifice will be don'd in a very unique armor and blade set which has now risen to the world of the living. (items of armor and blade shown in spoiler video) the shinobi wearing this armor will have the power of hell's guardians at there control to bring forth the judgement of hell to there enemy. the armor of bones and the blade of tarturaus will both glow radiating hells light a form of energy only used by hell's guardians the Kushanāda ( 3 golden glowing doton warriors 6 feet tall). the powers of this armor from hell are that they let the wearer walk through one solid construct ie only earth, while swinging the blade can control Golden colored doton chains from the underworld which rise up from the ground ensaring and or containing the battlefield in an array of chains. the chains themselves can drag an enemy down to hell pulling them into the ground, The armor itself has the ability to block up to D rank Elemental jutsu's. the downside of this armour is that it is using twice the chakra as normal being a very draining and taxing armour to use, kinda like the sages tools while it burns your body.

the light of the armor itself controls the doton guardians with the guidance of the wearer.

Starfishes originate from a secret coral reef called Las Marianas. It lies in the deepest part of the world's oceans; The Mariana Trench in the arc of the Mariana Islands.

Starfish or sea stars are echinoderms belonging to the class Asteroidea. There are more than 1800 different species of sea star. Most sea stars are predators. Although starfish are invertebrates, they do have a kind of skeleton. The bodies of starfish are composed of calcium carbonate plates, known as 'ossicles'. These form the endoskeleton, which takes on a variety of forms such as spines and granules. Most starfish have five arms, called rays that come out from a center circle (disk). If a starfish has more than five rays, it will often have rays in multiples of five; there could be 10, 15, 20, or even 30 rays on one starfish. The aboral or upper surface may be smooth, granular or spiny, and is covered with overlapping plates.
Starfish have tube feet operated by a hydraulic system and a mouth at the centre of the oral or lower surface. Starfish, like many sea creatures, are able to regenerate (grow back) parts of their bodies. Starfish are better at regeneration than most other creatures. Not only can a new ray grow when a ray is cut/torn off, but if the affected ray has even a small piece of the central disk still attached, a whole new starfish can grow from the one ray.

Las Marianas Star Toxins: Starfishes contain a very toxic poison known as Saponins. When stung/bitten, the saponins is lost into the wound, thus the target are plagued by a sharp stinging pain, persistent bleeding due to the haemolytic effect of saponins, nausea, tissue swelling, numbness and paralysis. Large dose of saponins, are lethal to humans. Saponins occur throughout the life-cycle of the starfish. Thus there are saponins similar to those in the adult tissues in the larvae and juvenile stars.
Seastars may possess at least an eye on every one of their arms - so a 5-armed starfish has 5 eyes, a 40-armed starfish has 40 and so on.

Sea stars vary in sizes and shapes and thus by harnessing their chakra a ninja who has signed this contract will be able to summon starfishes as little as the tip of their finger to those large enough to go head-to-head with the giant frogs of Myobozukan.
This poison from sea stars may be injected into a target's body via their spines(extendable and retractable), tube feet, mouth or other weapons which will be included in the respective summoning jutsu. Versatility of this toxin will be made manifest in subsequent submissions of techniques known as Star Arts.

The summoner, using different amounts of chakra may summon starfishes of varying sizes, abilities and weapons. Larvae and Juveniles may be summoned if the summoner at their own will uses a minimized amount of chakra or if due to circumstances beyond their control the summoning is unsuccessful. Larvae and Juvenile Stars possess chakra and poisons(although in quantities smaller than a sea star) individually and may or may not utilize the Star arts.

And at the other bolded. You already have regeneration on your Starfish, and I'll accept the nature of the toxin, but being able to summon Starfish as small as your fingertips that has the same capability - hell no.

Description: The user forms 2 handseals and activates a fast spinning orb of wind around the target(s) that both traps them and slashes them all over ferociously. The size of the orb of wind varies according to the number of targets within it thus determining the range the earthen spikes will cover. This simply means that if the orb of wind covers an 8m diameter, then the earthen spikes will only cover that 8m diameter.

Description: This is a technique that allows for quick defense and a follow up counter-attack or just a straightforward attack. With this technique, the user manipulates wind around them via chakra, forming it into an arch much like that of a lancet. This arch although normally created to match the size of the user, can be expanded to cover at most two humans standing side by side. Since it is shaped like the arch of a lancet, it has a pointed edge in front which makes it lethal when it collides with a target. It can be created to face any direction but is always opened at the tail end, allowing for quick escape if needed. The user, upon its creation may propel it towards a target, using its shape (which is like a bullet) as an advantage. Although, it moves at a very fast pace, it can only move in a linear path. However, if combined with an a ideal fire technique it proves to be a fearsome and indeed speedy combo.
