Description: The user concentrates doton chakra into needles connected to ninja wire and manipulates them to pierce and bind enemies to other objects, set traps, etc. The doton chakra constantly flowing through them allows them to easily travel through earthen materials and defenses up to B-rank, and increases their durability to the point of requiring superhuman strength akin to Tsunade's to break them. At the user's will, the needles and wire can become hard, losing their flexibility to create walls, cages, and other structures depending on their arrangement.
-Usable 3 times per battle
-Can only be taught by Ushiro
Declined, sounds a lot like one of the canon 7SM jutsus. Also, "requiring superhuman strength" is a no, these are A ranked needles. And using them to create walls, cages, or whatever is a no.

The griffin is capable of flight and is large enough to carry 4 people on its back. It attacks. enemies with its sharp and powerful talons equal to a B-rank attack. By merely flapping its wings the griffin can produce and control wind currents up to B-rank in strength to attack enemies or move obstacles. This counts as one of the user's three moves per turn.

Description: The user summons a cylindrical worm-like creature made entirely of rock and composed of 5 rings. The sandworm is enormous at 25 meters long with a 7 meter diameter. Instead of being a simple elemental Ninjutsu technique, its a summoning technique, which can act independently from the users will, similar to any summoning animal. Each ring of the sandworm has its own consciousness meaning all five rings must be destroyed to completely destroy it, though with every ring lost it's attacks lose strength as well. The sandworm travels by burrowing through the earth and knows the position of enemies by sensing the magnetic forces similarly to the Hiding Like a Mole Technique. A large array of spikes lining it's insides are used for grinding rock and sand. By moving its spikes to the outside of its body, it can pose a deadly threat to even giant summons when striking them. New spikes can be created instantly which allows it to shoot them at enemies as a stream of rock from his mouth or from his body depending on where the spikes are oriented. This counts as one of the user's three moves per turn.

-Spikes are A-rank in strength (C when reduced to one ring) whether on or shot from the sandworm

Declined, so on top of making an earth natured Snake summoning, you make it 25 meters long with a 7 meter diameter. Wut? And 5 rings that take an A rank jutsu to destroy EACH. LOL, just no.

This technique is very useful for setting traps and binding enemies, even giant summons. They may also be manipulated whenever the Rat handseal is held.

Description: The user holds out his hand and creates a 10 meter wide disk of dense lightning chakra that releases numerous thunderbolts directed at the target(s). They generate enough heat and power to destroy whatever comes into contact with them, even severely altering the landscape if the user so wishes. Thunderbolts spread from one side of the disk which stays stationary in mid-air, also acting as a platform when lightning is released away from the user.

Okay, okay, hold up. Ten meters wide, do you have any idea how large that is? Also, "numerous thunderbolts" isn't enough information for me, you need to be more specific on how does thunderbolts work. And acting as platform for the user? With that power level, I don't think its tangible enough for the user itself to stand on it without getting hurt himself.
