Omori No Kei Go | The Weight of Strong Words

Description:
A special ninjutsu of the highest caliber that can only be done by those who have excelled in ninjutsu. The user takes out a scroll which he previously prepared by writing a text in Jõko Nihongo (Ancient Japanese) with Hiragana and Katakana scripts instead of Kanji. As he takes the scroll out and unfolds it in front of him in a semi crescent gesture, he claps his hands focusing chakra. He then performs 3 hand seals (Horse+Hare+Boar) and touches the scroll. His chakra takes the form of the Hiragana and Katakana caracters, glowing as light blue chakra constructs. These rapidly converge like snakes to the enemy, binding him like chakra chains, stopping him from moving. This jutsu has a more powerful yet more limited performing method: the user will take a smaller scroll (only slightly larger than his hand) with the same caracters and slam it with his palm on the enemy. The moment there is contact, the rows of Katakana and Hiragana caracters spread across the enemy's body as chains, resctriting his movement. Although highly faster and having no need for hand seals, this alternative method has the same binding strength as the normal method. This jutsu can be done to restrict anything solid, with equal strength regardless of size or mass.

Note1: Can only use jutsu up to S-rank next turn

Note3: Because of the dense chakra in them, the chakra bindings are as strong as elemental jutsu of the same rank

This is an old submission which i only maintained the name and revamped the whole thing (although Zen said to no resubmit, this is very very different from the previous technique so i'm submitting it as a completely new one but i'll still provide the quote to the previous one)

From what I read, it seems like it'd take an immense amount of strength to break it (considered it's chakra based and not a simple scroll), or a Forbidden ranked technique considering it's as strong as S-rank elemental technique. Either re-word it if I misread something or lower the abilities. Also, you'll notice I made it Short-Mid range, keep it that way.

Panda Ninpou: Mezameru | Panda Arts: Awakening

Description:
The elder Pandas have long abandoned their predatory instincts and behaviors, choosing a life of peace and meditation, becoming vegetarians. As they abandoned the bear within them, they lost most of their enhanced predatory senses. As a response, the Elder Pandas started to commune with nature. They sought to become one with their surroundings. Eventually, through meditation, they started to become aware of their surroundings, gaining a Seventh Sense that enabled them to surpass their dormant instincts. However, even so, to protect their way of life, Panda Warriors trained the ability to revive the primitive predatory instincts within them, to aid them in their battles. By combining both of these teachings, Panda Masters develop a serenity, or peace of mind, with everything surrounding them, and especially the earth. Because of this powerful connection between them and the earth around them, their very chakra becomes easier to mold when performing Earth based jutsu, making it needless to use handseals. Furthermore, the earth around them will begin to feel like an extention of his very being, allowing them to feel everything in contact with earth. Also, as a result of this awakening, Panda Masters feel an increase in physical strength and speed and a renewed stamina. These teachings were passed down to only their chosen students, of which Scorps was the first, needing only to spread blood directly on the Panda tattoo to activate. Once activated, the skin around the users eyes becomes pitched dark, forming two circles around them as the kanji for "Balance" appears in the users left cheek.

Abilities gained:
-Enhanced Seventh Sense (user can sense everything in contact with earth)
-Ability to use Earth Jutsu without handseals and with increased speed
-Boost in physical strength (comparable to Sage Mode) and slight increase in speed (+1 level of speed) that gives +10 to Taijutsu.

Limitations:
-User can't use Lightning jutsu while in awakening mode
-User only fully awakens in the turn after he activates the technique
-User remains in full Awakening mode for 4 turns
-Can only be used once per match
-User can't use Jutsu above S-Rank in the first turn of awakening

Description:
The Panda Masters, after centuries of negating the aggressive instincts of their Bear ancestors in exchange for a life of peace and perfect communion with Gaia (Nature), have came to accept their predatory background and its usefulness. As such, years of meditating have allowed them to awaken their dormant instincts and their predatory senses. As a result of their own close connection to Gaia, Panda Masters that Awaken not only gain new abilities as they also boost their already powerful skills. They gain increased senses and become able to hear and smell with enhanced accuracy and range and they gain the ability to sense anything in contact with the Earth. Scorps was the first human ever to master this art and the only one ever since. To awaken the user must clap his hands and start focusing on his chakra for a second. As his chakra changes and powers up his body, two dark circles appear around his eyes mimicking the pandas and when completely formed, give proof of the user having achieved full awakening.

Abilities gained:
-Enhanced Seventh Sense (user can sense everything in contact with Earth long range around him)
-Enhanced Hearing and Smelling (user gains the ability to hear way beyond the normal boundaries of human hearing, both below and above the normal range and with increased perception, accuracy and range, gaining the ability to block some hazardous sounds; gains the ability to smell as accurately as a good ninja dog and block enemy pheromone/smell induced effects and techniques)

Limitations:
-User only fully awakens in the turn after he activates the technique
-User remains in full Awakening mode for 4 turns

Description: The user will make the tip of his index glow and will carve a seal in the flesh of his forehead. This seal as the ability to stop/suppress any sense: Sight, Hearing, Taste, Touch and smell. The more sense will be sealed, the more the remaining ones will be develop. For example if everything is sealed but the sense of touch, the user can feel any movement in a radius of a mile around him. The user can seal as many sense as he wants, but can only unseal one.The user will also get a huge boost in speed and strength for each sense that is sealed (the more sealed, the bigger the effect).
-For the next turn the user will only be able to perform A-rank and lower
-The user can only unseal one sense after being sealed
-This jutsu can only be used once per match
-This jutsu can only be used by Izuna Uchiha and -Naruto Uzumaki-

While mine share many similarities to yours, I can assure you there are which resembles yours even more.


Doton: Omotai no Gozen | Earth Release: As Heavy As Can Be

Damage: 60 to a normal weapon attack (+20 to Kenjutsu Attacks)
Description:
Using his Earth Chakra, the user infuses hand weapons (Katanas, Swords, Ninjatos, Staffs, etc) or objects to make them heavier. This increases both momentum and impact but has no effect on the weapons/objects inherent strength (in regards to destructibility). This technique can increase the weight up to 100 times (a 1 kg sword can weight about 100 kgs). The user won't feel the weight of the weapons or objects as he manipulates them and will be able to throw them with the same ease as before. Its best used with long, dull weapons in downwards slams rather than sharp weapons and sideways slices. To use without physical contact with the Objects/Weapons, the user must perform 2 hand seals (Boar+Serpent) and spend more chakra, becoming an S-Rank technique.

Note: Can only be used 3 times
Note2: Can't change weight of organic matter like flesh, wood, etc

~Declined~ OP. Making it's weight 100 times heavier while not feeling the difference? That just doesn't make any sense IMO. Also, please explain how infusing it with earth chakra would make them heavier? Creating extremely dense matter inside the kunai? (If yes then it'll be declined. To make an object 100 times heavier would required an insane amount of energy which makes it equally OP).

~Declined~ I lol'ed but let's be serious, if you submit this as a jutsu and you don't have a Sharingan, then you need to perform hand seals or have some sort of intense visual contact to perform this.

Description:
It is said that Houyi, the ancient chinese God of Archery, once challenged Apollo, the greek God of War and Archery to a duel. In an attempt to easily defeat and embarrass the old god, Apollo sabotaged Houyi's bow. As he picked it up, the bow broke between Houyi's fingers. Without a weapon, he resorted to his own spiritual and physical energies to produce a pure bow and arrow, completely obliterating Apollo and his pride and claiming the title of Great God of Archery to himself. Using advanced shape manipulation, the user focuses his chakra on one of his arms forming a bow of pure chakra. Then, by joining both his hands and pulling the other hand back, he forms a dense arrow made of pure chakra. The user then releases it at his opponent with great accuracy as he would do with a normal bow and arrow. The arrow lacks the piercing ability of a normal arrow (its dull and can't actually pierce) but carries great momentum and speed and at impact can shatter bones or give severe internal injuries from the sudden decompression of chakra and its inherent small shockwave. Because of the advance shape manipulation needed to produce such a dense chakra arrow, it becomes as strong as elemental ninjutsu. The speed of the arrow is slightly above to that of a normal arrow but can still be followed by the vision of a normal ninja. The arrow and the bow, formed by pure chakra, are both visible in a color spectrum between Glowing White and Solid Black, according to both the users mastery of the technique and his own emotions.

Note: Usable 3 times, once per turn with a 1 turn cold down

Description: The user sends two massive amounts of insects out the gourd carried on their back (at once). One to blacken the sky of the battlefield, the insects blanket the sky (mid-range from the ground) not letting anything in from the outside (light, rain…etc). The second mass of insects digs 6ft underground, under the user and opponent (unknown by the opponent). The two masses connect making a dense chakra draining sphere of insects (that can withstand A-rank and below elemental attacks of any kind) around both user and opponent blinding them both (due to the darkness).
-Must have a gourd, and said gourd must be listed in your bio
-Empties the gourd and almost half the bugs inside the user
-After this technique (if the insects are destroyed) the user can only use C-rank and below bug techniques (until the use of insect cocoon which is B-rank but it doesn't use bugs)

~Declined~ This jutsu doesn't make sense. How could you cover such a large surface when you initially had nothing more then a gourd filled with insects. You had a certain volume of bugs which cannot be possibly bigger then your gourd and your body combined.

~Declined~ I like the idea, but what does it actually do when your bugs gain power and durability? Make it clear that it's non-elemental chakra techniques that they can devour. Make it twice per match.

Description: This is an advanced form of the insect production jutsu (Insect Cocoon). The user wraps himself inside a cocoon to aid in the rapid reproduction of his insects, in this cocoon the user not only produce more insects but also splice traits into the new insects, to make them more resistant/effective towards techniques that they have survived before; creating a new breed of insect. This jutsu is dangerous to the user because it leaves him static and unable to move
-Can only use twice per battle
-Bugs must be hit by the same attack twice at a certain rank/level (ex. 2 A-rank lightning/2 A-rank fire...etc) to produce that rank of immunity
-Can only make one rank of certain immunity, per elemental/technique immunity, per battle
-Takes 2 turns to complete
-Can only withstand up to/use against up to A-rank
-Can only be taught by Black Uchiha

Example:
Ninja 1 shoots Intense pain (A-rank) at ninja 2’s (Aburame) Destruction Bug Hail Technique, killing off most of the bugs, ninja 2 then does Destruction Bug Pupa Technique and ninja 1 shoots Fire Style: Great Dragon Fire (A-rank) at the bugs again killing off most of the bugs.
Ninja 2 can then make the cocoon and produce bugs that can now withstand A-rank fire attacks (i.e. A-rank bug attack vs. A-rank fire= bugs win out as they are engineered to withstand it like Shino did against Guren/the crystal) after meeting the requirements (takes 2 turns to work/finish)

After leaving this state, the user will be in pain and will be restricted in his movements.

Description: The user will gather their doton chakra and the release it into the ground. Earth will then rise up from the ground in a for of a Behemoth up to its mid section. The Behemoth can spit out several spear like projectiles that can be use to attack the oppenent. The giant can also use its hands to attack to opponent.

Note: Last on the field until destroyed.
Note: Spear like projectiles are A-rank Doton Jutsu.
Note: It cannot move around the field.

When the opponent tries to touch or wield the sword it will release electricity that will shock the opponent and leaving then stunned for the next turn. When chakra is channeled through the swords it can shoot out spike like projectiles to attack the opponent. The main ability of the swords is their strong bond with each other, which not only allows them to attract each other, but it is also said they will return to their owner even if events cause them to be lost. If one is thrown while the other is held, the thrown sword will return to the wielder much like a boomerang.

Note: If not wielded in the beginning of the match the sword must be summoned by the user unless stated.

~Declined~ I like the boomerang ability, keep that, but take away the projectile part. There's enough swords with that ability already. Also, take out the part where it stuns the opponent for a turn if he touches the sword, you can keep the electrical current to make him drop the sword though.

Description: The user does 3 quick hand seals and uses his chakra to create an underground bowl of wood beneath the opponent. Since the rim of the bowl is a few inches beneath the surface, only dojutsu users can see it. This bowl can be used to prevent underground escaping. By doing 5 more hand seals after the bowl is created, it will shoot out multiple wooden spikes to skewer anything inside of it. The spikes do not protrude through the surface of the ground, just like the bowl itself.

Description: The user will perform the "boar" handseal and gather a great amount of their swift chakra. They will then perform the handseal once more releasing it throughout their body, muscles, organs ect. In return they gain incredibly faster movement similar to that of shadow-less flight which can be tracked by 3T and 3T users can react to it. along with increased senses and reactions. The user will also force regular chakra to their muscles pushing them to their limit and the user will send small amounts of swift chakra to certain locations of their eyes increasing tracking ability to where they can track their own movements. The user will be able to perform a row of 10 handseals in the time it takes to do 2 hanseals. This mode lasts for 3 turns and afterwards the user is almost drained of their swift chakra and can't use swift techniques for 2 turns.

- Only usable once per battle.
- Only lasts for 3 turns.
- Can't use any swift techniques while in this mode or in the same turn as activation.
- Can't use wind or lightning techniques while in this mode.
- Can't use swift techniques for 2 turns and then can only use 1 per turn.

Description: Uchiha's are known for not only their kekke genkai but for their great use or "mastery" of the fire element. This style of fighting shows the true skill the uchiha clan has with the use of the fire element. The user will gather Katon chakra for 2 turns. They will then release it throughout their body enhancing their fire jutsus strength by allowing them to add more katon chakra to each fire jutsu easier at the cost of their wind elemental chakra suffering from it. They will be able to send some of the katon chakra to certain locations of their body and releasing it (see below for details) causing small fireballs to be released from those points that are equal to C rank. This is mainly used for close combat and the flames only reach out to short range.
Fist work.
The user will send katon chakra to their fist and release it causing a small C rank fire ball to erupt from their fist and come at the opponent/target.
Foot work
The user sends katon chakra to their heels and will release it shooting out a small fireball at the opponent.
Notes:

- Each fire ball counts as one of the users 3 jutsu per turn however due to them being low and short range and small fireballs ranked they do not require handseals.
- Can only be used by an uchiha biography who has mastered katon with aact's.
- Can only be used once per match.
- Lasts for 3 turns.

- Must have mastered fuuton with aact's.

For the next jutsu I did a lot of research on the cm, sasuke's personality and abilities of chakra and the effect/abilities the curse mark can place on the user.

Description: This is only to be used when in a serious fight when all else has failed. Sasuke will suddenly start to get extremely paranoid making him focus more on hearing and sight giving him smewhat increased senses and will start to slowly go insane by the thought of not being able to kill his foe. He will unleash 70% of his chakra throughout his body increasing overall physical strength and endurance. His eyes will stay locked on his opponent as he slowly starts to lose himself more and more. Chakra will continue to release but he won't be able to tell nor will he be able to tell of how much pain he's in at that moment and with this going on his body is tensed up and in severe pain from the strain of releasing that much chakra at once. Due to so much chakra being released from him the curse seal will automatically activate to inject chakra into him as a natural reaction as seen in the chuunin exams. The curse seal of heaven gives the user 80 chakra. Once activated Sasuke will go into a pit of pure psychotic rage where he will release the chakra his curse mark brings to him and will use 20% of it in techniques adding more chakra to them so that he can perform jutsus and 80% using it to increase movement further this is at greater cost tho. The effects it has on his body are severe as just the regular curse mark effects caused him pain in the anime/manga and sometimes so much that he couldn't move after completing a rather simple task. This gives 5 times those effects due to him taking the chakra that is being used to try and aid him away. With this, his every movement is based off of his own unconscious yet motivated mind to go completely all out against his foe. Every move he makes that's driven by him in that state is forced with his own chakra like how he used his curse mark in the forest of death to gain almost double his usual speed and strength. Since he is said to be nearly as fast as rock lee without weights in the anime/manga also with the wiki saying they are actually equal in speed in the wiki chart and he has activated his curse mark while unconsciously using his chakra to increase succession and speed of movements this puts him at around 4X the average Ninja's speed. He will use up nearly 10% of his chakra each turn and after 3 turns he will die from chakra exertion. Since his chakra is being used up so much that on the next turn he will only be able to perform B rank jutsu while his chakra continues to drain in this state then on the 3rd turn he can only perform C rank jutsu. The user can only use curse mark of level one while in this state of mind, going any further would put too much stress on the body when there's already enough.

Advantages: 4X speed and slightly heightened hearing and sight mostly a 15% improvement induced by fear/paranoia.


Notes:
- Only able to use if you haven't used S rank on the previous turn.
- Must not have used Basic ninjutsu for 2 turns before this jutsu.
- No Ninjutsu while in this state, just elemental Ninjutsu.
- No Genjutsu while in this state either.
- only B rank the next turn and C rank on the turn after.
- Can only use 1 jutsu per turn.
- -10 Damage per turn altogether = 30 damage but either way, user still dies.
- Using any other modes will kill you in this state.
- You die after 3 turns no matter what.
- This restriction will defeat any hope of being alive after the 3turns are up no matter if they use a jutsu that will keep them alive or not. After 3turns the user is paralyzed from strain and can't use any jutsu as they have no chakra at all but that's only to eliminate any chance of using a jutsu to keep yourself alive after this.
- Can obviously only be used by a sasuke uchiha bio with curse mark.
- Can't exceed level one curse mark while in this state.
- This is not necessarily a "mode" that you can deactivate. Meaning once you use this there is no going back.

Futon: Furaingu Fūjin no Jutsu (Wind Release: Flying Wind God Technique)

The moves/jutsu that have lightning/fire, means that the user can create either. Only one element at a time. It depends what nature of chakra the user pours into the weapons hilt. The sword was also approved with both elements able to be poured into it (Not simultaneously).

Description: Ekitei is a Bengal monitor who specializes in spying techniques such as camouflaging. He is normally the size of a regular adult Bengal monitor but will usually transform into the size of a lizard in order to hang/fuse to someone’s back and follow him (like a parasiting technique), his weight being so light that this person won’t know or suspect anything. While he does so, he will camouflage himself and be completely unseen from regular eyes. Moreover, he will convert his chakra to make it look as if he is nothing but a part of the chakra emanating from the body of the one he hangs to, thus deceiving sensory techniques like Chakra Sensing Rain and sensory abilities like the sharingan. When he is summoned, it will appear as a fail as he will already be in camouflaged mode (i.e. he will be the size of a lizard and hanging/fused to the summoner’s back, as well as camouflaging into the summoner’s chakra and hidden from regular eyes). There, he will keep check of any disturbance in the summoner’s chakra flow and release him immediately from any genjutsu. He also serves as eyes in the back of the summoner and makes it impossible for the summoner to be surprised by an attack from a blind angle, communicating such relevant information by sending signals to the summoner through his chakra system.
Note: Can only be summoned by those who have signed the Bengal Monitor contract.
Note: The summoner of Ekitei must be Sannin rank or above.

~Declined~ Re-work the part about it being attacked unnoticed and letting out similar chakra to the one he attach to. To do so, he would have to suck on the target's chakra and let it out again as a camouflage. Even then, sensory type ninja and doujutsu user would see it.
Thanks for the feedback and for approving my summoning boss Ekitenshu. For the below resubmission, I have integrated the changes requested, except for the concealing part. As I was initially looking for a technique to help counter sharingan users more easily, I have reworked it by adding a new concept instead of making Ekitei suck on the user's chakra. The changes are highlighted in blue and bolded, hope it works out now. ^_^

Custom Summoning

(Kuchiyose No Jutsu: Ekitei) – Summoning Technique: Ekitei
Type: Supplementary

Description: Ekitei is a Bengal monitor who specializes in spying techniques such as camouflaging. He is normally the size of a regular adult Bengal monitor but will usually transform into the size of a lizard in order to hang/fuse to someone’s back and follow him (like a parasiting technique), his weight being so light that this person won’t know or suspect anything. While he does so, he will camouflage himself and be completely unseen from regular eyes. Moreover, he has developed a unique ability known as "Rainbow Chakra" which lets him change the color of his chakra to match that of the one he hangs to, in order to make it look as if he is nothing but a part of the chakra emanating from the body of that person. This lets him remain unnoticed even to a sharingan user as this ability will deceive the sharingan's ability to see through techniques via analyzing chakra colors. When Ekitei is summoned in battle, it will appear as a fail as he will already be in camouflaged mode (i.e. he will be the size of a lizard and hanging/fused to the summoner’s back, as well as camouflaging into the summoner’s chakra and hidden from regular eyes). There, he will keep check of any disturbance in the summoner’s chakra flow and release him immediately from any genjutsu, as well as watch for any attacks coming from the summoner's back, alerting him of such dangers in a timely manner. Thus, while Ekitei is active, it is very hard to catch the summoner off-guard through the use of genjutsu and/or sneak attacks from his back.
Note: Can only be summoned by those who have signed the Bengal Monitor contract.
Note: The summoner of Ekitei must be Sannin rank or above.
Note: Camouflaging will not deceive a Byakugan user.
Note: Camouflaging will not deceive sensory techniques that makes use of physical conditions other than visual ones, such as Chakra Sensing Rain which makes physical contact, or the Inuzuka's smelling senses.

Note: Being on the back of the summoner, Ekitei is unaffected by regular genjutsus as long as his presence is undetected, and he is unaffected by visual genjutsus since he doesn't make eye contact with the opponent.

I don't think you need to be so specific as to how you could camouflage your summon. Since he's very small and doesn't weight anything, if he's stuck to the enemy's back, only a doujutsu such as the Byakugan could notice it considering it's in his blind spot. Also, if you're summoning it on your back, then the Sharingan won't notice it because your own chakra is shielding him.

Description: Cain, a spirit of darkness, and Azael, a spirit of light, belonged to a realm of demons and angels where their ambitions led them to unite in order to overthrow their respective masters and reshape the world under their own rule. However, their opponents prevailed over them and they were condemned to execution. To survive, Cain and Azael fled their realm and reincarnated into a black sword and a white sword respectively. The swords look like twin ones in order to reflect their similar lust for war and power, and their powers can only be used when they are being wielded. The three of them (Cain, Azael and their wielder) are referred to as the Chaos Trinity when they fight together, and are able to perform techniques classified as Hellraiser Techniques.
Note: The wielder of Cain and Azael must be Sannin rank or above.
Note: Hellraiser Techniques can only be used once per turn. They count as a move and must be submitted separately for approval.
Note: Cain and Azael will draw and stock up chakra from their wielder in order to enable him/her to perform techniques without hand seals. As such, the wielder’s other abilities will not be inhibited when performing with the swords.

The following techniques are related to my custom weapon. Grateful if you can review them even if you are declining the custom weapon as it is now, so that I can rework and resubmit all of them simultaneously to avoid any duplicate work for you.

(Reizu Makai: Hakachi) – Hellraiser Technique: Graveyard
Note Type: Attack

Description: The user will thrust Cain into the ground and a wave of cross-shaped blades will overwhelm the battlefield by spreading onto the surface from the user’s position to the end of the battlefield. If they come across a vertical ridge on the battlefield, the blades will keep on spreading onto it till they cover its sides and top. Same goes for a fissure; the blades will cover the ridges of the fissure and continue towards the end of the battlefield. The shape of the blades make the battlefield looks like a graveyard, and they stand close enough to each other to prevent the opponent from fighting on the ground unscathed, whether or not he’s moving to dodge (see damage points above). Protection from Cain makes it so that the blades will disappear and reappear around the user to let him or her move without taking damage.

~Declined~ OP. Why is this even Forbidden? No risk for the user and no physical drawbacks? Fix that or make it S-rank while lowering the abilities. Also, your restrictions are way off for a forbidden technique, you need to be close to chakra exhaustion on the next turn to so restrict the jutsu you can use.

Description: The user will thrust Cain into the ground and the underground of the battlefield will turn into a hall of hell due to lava, formed from fire chakra melting the earth, coursing and dripping out everywhere. Once the new stage is set, the surface will weaken and crumble, taking the user and his opponent to continue their battle there. In this new stage, underground motion techniques will be impossible due to the lava, wind techniques will be weakened by two ranks due to the area taking better advantage of its elemental weakness, water techniques will be weakened by one rank due to vaporization, and fire techniques will be strengthened by one rank. Also, flying ashes will be constantly doing damage to the opponent (see damage points above). Protection from Cain makes it so that the ashes deviate from the user when drifting around.

Description: The user will throw Azael in the air similarly to a boomerang, and the sword will then fix itself above the user in the sky and begin to rotate faster, generating and spreading special clouds all over the battlefield. The clouds are made from mixed fire and lightning and prevent anyone and anything from flying any higher than short range from the battlefield’s surface. Any attempt to ward off the clouds will be difficult, i.e, the combination of fire and lightning is stronger than any lightning or fire attacks on their own, earth and wind attacks will suffer from elemental weaknesses, and water attacks will be weakened due to the high heat pressure causing evaporation. The special clouds generate a highly acid rain all over the battlefield, which will constantly damage the opponent (see damage points above). Protection from Azael will make it so that the sword always moves right above the user as the location below the sword is the only spot where acid rain droplets will not fall.

Description : The user will first have his sand churn and turn minerals and earth into sand in previous turns, there after, he performs a single handseal and ends up by slamming his hand onto the surface of the ground. Just as the slam is made, sand starts sprinkling out of the ground in numerous locations around the battlefield. This looks somewhat like what happens when the basement of a pirate ship starts leaking due to the number of holes in the walls and floor, only this time, sand starts leaking out of the ground like water sprinklers. In no time at all, sand covers the battlefield, making it look like the beach or desert if you prefer.

(Boushirenzu) - Eye-piece Lens

Description : This is merely just two eye-piece lens that are specially designed to utilize chakra within them. Once placed in the user's eyes, the eye-piece lens aren't visible to the enemy eyes and will only turn visible when coming in contact with enemy chakra. When this happens, it starts turning a translucent colour of blue and then fades away. The purpose of the technique is to block out enemy chakra that is sent via the eye, making it a defense against genjutsu that require eye contact or transference of chakra to the user's mind. The user is not able to control when it can be activated, it will self-activated once detecting enemy chakra trying to enter the user's body.

Description : A much more advance technique of 'Earth Style : Stone Spikes', the user is able to conjure up a single spike instead of numerous spikes. Due to this, the user doesn't have to focus and maintain his chakra among many stone spikes hence the user is able to bring out the full potential of that single stone spike. This single spikes is much deadlier, faster, smoother and easiler to manipulate but has a higher chance of missing since its only a single spike.

This deadly wind field protects the user by cutting, dispersing or slicing anyone or anything that comes into contact with it but only works for a single attack and then its done.

Description : This is a technique which involves the use of Gaara's bloody sand from his gourd. When the user is able to get his sand the right distance from the target in order to use it, he is able to induce an illusion technique by concentrating his chakra into his sand really hard. After doing so, the smell of blood from the sand will turn stronger, along with being infused with the user's chakra. Once the scent has gotten into the enemy's body, the target will be paralyzed from having thoughts and visions of thousand of people dying by the clutches of Gaara's sand. During this period when the target's having visions, he does not have sight over what's in front of him.

Note : Can only be used 3 times per battle
Note : Can only be used a Gaara biography

Description: User shows his enemies a genjustu, in which he shows that he creates a 100 clones around his enemies, which are exact copy of him, including his chakra and everything. As the user will do something like justu or body movements, the clones will do the same thing at the same time. So it will be impossible for enemy to judge the original user. And if user uses some jutsu, so will clones will use that jutsu, and enemy will take the damage from all the justu.
Note: ~Lasts untill enemy gives user a injury.

~Declined~ There is a very similar technique existing but it was solely made from water so I'll give you a change to work it out. First, it's OP the way it is now. You're basically invincible to all taijutsu/kenjutsu, work that out. Also, make it last for 1 turns and twice per match. Add some restrictions related to the jutsu you can use after water (can't use S-rank and above for X turns...).

~Declined~ You're creating 2 thick walls made of wind close-range from your opponent and he wouldn't feel it being created around him and moving? That's unrealistic and OP. Also, define the size of those walls, we can't have you create 2 50m by 50m slab of wind.

  • Can only be used once per battle
  • Cannot use any jutsu which was forbidden initially while in this state
  • User can use only a maximum of 2 S-rank jutsu like Serial waves per turn
  • This mode lasts for 3 Turns
  • After the mode disappears the user will suffer extreme pain in his body and will not be able to use any jutsu's including tai,nin,gen and basics as well as CE well

Ninja Art: Buddha's Heavenly Palm|Ninpou:Butsu Amatsu Hira

Description:This is a technique used by ancient ninja's and was one of the most deadliest attacks.The user first brings both his hands together as if he was praying and then the user first focuses his chakra into his palms and puts his hands in a position as shown in the pic below.

Then the user compresses more of his chakra into his palms completely covering his palms with it( visible to naked eye) and then the user pushes his right hand forward sending a blast of chakra shaped in the form of a huge palm at the target(this blast of chakra is not visible to the naked eye).The palm has enough power to push back the opponent dealing him major damages like rupturing his internal organs.The attack has power to push back attacks aimed at the user.

Kyōka Suigetsu is said to be the Sword made from a thunderbolt and can only be wielded by True warriors.As long as the user holds Kyōka Suigetsu in his hands,Kyōka Suigetsu sucks the users raiton chakra(10 points per turn)and coats herself with this chakra,thereby making the sword much more sharper such that she could slice through anything except diamond hard substances.Kyōka Suigetsu has the ability to absorb raiton jutsu's of A-rank and below and gets coated with lightning chakra such that bolts of lightning could be seen surrounding the sword.The bolts last for 1 turn and if the user uses the sword to cut the opponent now,it will make the opponent numb.

  • Can only be wielded by Shisui and if anyone else touches the sword a 1000V current strikes the wielder
  • Can cut through all elemental jutsu's of B-rank and Below(except fuuton only C-rank fuuton jutsu's can be cut) and can absorb A-rank Lightning
  • Cutting through jutsu's and absorbing lightning jutsu's count as a move
  • Cannot use any Fuuton jutsu's of A-rank and above as long the user holds Kyōka Suigetsu in his hands.
  • Kyōka Suigetsu sucks the user chakra 10 points per turn
  • When the sword is unsheathed the user cannot use any jutsu of S-rank in the same turn
  • Absorbing opponents jutsu's count towards one of the users turns
~Declined~ Take out the part where you absorb an element, there's enough sword that does that already to call yours a rip-off. A 1000v discharge if your opponent touch it? That's an instant kill and it's OP, take it off. Define cutting through jutsu, can it cut through more than lightning jutsu? Cutting anything that isn't Diamond-like? What about other swords that coat themselves with lightning? Take out that part and replace it by something more trivial like: "Can cut through most materials as it's extremely resistant".

~Declined~ I like that one, but why would the bubble make it impossible to make hand movements? And in order for you to keep this active, you'd have to keep focusing chakra into them, taking away 1 of your moves per turn. Also, we don't accept jutsu that takes immediate effect on your opponent, find a way to make it happen near the opponent so he can react and defend.

Description: This Genjutsu is so unique as it doesn't create a physical illusion like false surrounding, but instead effects the opponents emotions, much life parilysing fear. The user will release their chakra into an dome shape all around to mid range, effecting anyone caught within the area. This genjutsu effects the part of the brain of the targets that controls the emotions they feel. When the target is caught in this genjutsu, the user will be able to create the illusion of one of their emotions, or, make it so they can feel an emotion coming from the user.

(Ren'ai: Kigi )- Emotion: Fear
By creating the illusion of fear in the opponent, it will effect the opponents fighting spirit, as is always seen. A scared man wants to run or is to scared to act rather than fight. So when the user creates the illusion of fear the targets will be stunned for 1 turn from the shock. Though due to this being a genjutsu, if the opponent knows it's a genjutsu they will be able to break it with high levels of pain or a burst of chakra. If the target is a higher rank than the user then it will have no effect on them.

(Ren'ai: Shinpyou)- Emotion: Trust
By creating the illusion of trust in the target, it will make them more vulnerable in a way. By creating the illusion that the target will trust the user, they will be less likely to suspect them of doing anything sneaky. The way this works in an actual battle is that the target will trust the user, and will lower their defenses as they wont expect the user to attack them. In doing so they will reduce their own reaction time by half. This effect lasts until the gen is broken or after it has been active for 3 turns as after that the target will have no reason to trust the user.

(Ren'ai: Aijou)- Emotion: Sadness
By creating the illusion of sadness in the target, it will make them more vulnerable in a way. When a person is sad, they are unable to concentrate on what's going on around them. Sadness such as losing someone close to us makes it so our brains don't function properly, and so we make mistakes and mess things up. In a battle, by creating the illusion that the target is sad, their moves will become sloppy reducing the speed of their attacks by half and reducing the power behind them by 10 damage. This lasts for up to 3 turns or until broken.

(Ren'ai: Rokujou)- Emotion: Anger/Rage
By creating the illusion of anger/rage in the target, it will make them more vulnerable in a way. As seen ¬¬in naruto, when someone fights when they are angry they lose sight of their actual goal and destroy everything that gets in their way. Not only that, but they focus on damage instead of accuracy and speed which makes their fighting skills useless. So by creating the illusion that the target is angry, the power of their attacks will increase by +10. This may be seen as a good bonus but it comes at the price of speed. And so, when the target is fighting, there speed will be reduced to 1/3 of their speed at the time. This lasts for 3 turns or until broken. This increases the chakra cost of the target's jutsu by 10 due to the extra power they are using.

(Ren'ai: Ikkyou)- Emotion: Surprise
By the creating the illusion of anticipation/surprise on the target, they will become more on edge and jumpy. By believing they are on edge, they will be surprised by what goes on around them, some are more effected that others. The way this will work in battle, is when the target is more jumpy, they wont expect things as much and so their reaction time drop greatly as they would like skip a heart beat. The reduction in reaction time would be like the difference between an Uchiha's reaction of when he has 2 tomoe active and his normal eyes. So if an Uchiha had 2 tomoe active active, their rections would be reduced back to normal. This lasts until broken or for 3 turns.

(Ren'ai: Opuchimizumu)- Emotion: Optimism
By the creating the illusion of optimism on the target, they will become more confident in their fighting skills. In effect, they will believe that their attacks are stronger than they actually are. In doing so their jutsu's power will suffer as the damage will be reduced by 10. Lasts for 3 turns

(Ren'ai: Koigokoro)- Emotion: Love
By creating the illusion that the target is in love with the user, they will not want kill or even hurt the user. Love is a very powerful emotion that will drive a person to do almost anything to help the ones they do love. In a battle, by creating the illusion that the target is in love with the user, they will reduce the damage of the attacks they are using and so their attacks will 15 less damage that normal as they just want to stop the user not kill them. Lasts for 3 turns.

If you read the whole article on Naruto Wiki you'll see that they're very subjective as to whether it's possible or not to directly influence emotions, however in our RP we decided to prohibit such possibilities; deeming it OP.

I know you must have worked hard on that jutsu so I will let you re-submit it again. Try and fix the description so it fits with the official definition of a genjutsu; make it related to the senses.

Bird 5: Set- Long Range behind the opponent.

Changing the distances from either the user or opponent, and when the blackbirds are in position. It is a sort of body flicker/substitution jutsu which makes it very quick also the blackbird will be absorbed by the user and is able to defend 1 A-Rank jutsu, 2 B-Rank, 3 C-Rank and 4 D-Rank.
Note: Must be given permission to use by Sin
Note: Can only be used twice per battle
Note: No Water jutsus can be defended.

Of course not the wielder, considering it must be one of the Yuki Clan to wield this. The sword also comes with a most secret technique. It gives the user the ability to use send out a wave of ice from the tip of the sword. This wave can be used as a direct attack or shield). It also has the ability to let the user use any ice-release attack without any hand seals.
Note: The wave can only be used once (so the user has to choose for the offensive or defensive side)

~Declined~ OP. Work on all those abilities...this sword is almost stronger than the 7SM. Take out the part about it reducing all hand seals to zero for ice jutsu. Work on it, you stacked many abilities that could have been hard to approved if it was the only this sword possessed.

The outburst of Chakra manifests as an orb of thick ice around the user for a one second, and then breaks. The outburst causes ice splinters to fly everywhere, but this is not the main function. The user goes into an enhanced state after leaving the encased ice, having grown wings of ice as well as a tail of ice, and if the user is wielding Hyourinmaru it is also encased in ice. This gives him the ability to fly in the air, as well as greatly increasing his speed (as fast as rock lee without gates). Next to this ability, the user gains incredible strength (as strong as Tsunade in her prime). While in this form, his ice techniques require considerable less amount of time to use, and the damage points of his attacks are increased by 5.
Note: This form lasts for 4 turns.
Note: Due to the strain of this on the body, the user will not be able to use any S-rank and above attacks after this mode wears off for 2 turns while being extremely exhausted, having difficulty to move.

Description: The user start by rapidly releasing 3 large fireballs from his mouth. They do not fly in the direction of the opponent, but rather around the opponent (not in close range of the opponent). The opponent will believe that the user missed him, but instead the 3 fireballs form a triangular form around the opponent. When they reach position, the user does the tiger hand seal, and the fire balls form a link of fire with one another. This create a triangle with the opponent at the center of the triangle. The fireballs then release all the fire and heat in the triangle, creating a triangular pillar of fire, incinerating everything inside of it, and in the air/underground radius of it.
Note: Can only be taught by Wesobi

Note: Can not use any other fire attacks in the same turn, and can't use any during the next 2 turns.

The net will hit the opponent and bind him to the ground below him. The net is made of highly dense wood that will be far to heavy for the opponent to move beneath. With the use of another handsign, the net will protrude large spikes from it, peircing into the opponent as he is caught in it.

The user will concentrate and wrap his entire body in a highly concentrated dark release chakra infused with more lightning chakra affinity by doing this he can electrically stimulate his nervous system and speed up his neural synapses to react faster to danger and push his physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing him to gain tremendous raw speed and monstrous power. Though he is not as fast or as strong as the 4th. With the armor active, only 3 tomoe sharingan comes close to being able to track his movements. Due to this armour, lightning attacks up A rank dont effect him, and S ranks only deal half the damage they normally would. However the user is weak against wind.
