Ninja Arts: Chakra Condor (Ninjutsu: Seishou hagetaka)

Description: The user charges a massive amount of his own chakra into his body and releases it out of his back. He pays a great amount of attention on shape manipulation forming the chakra into a Condor of chakra that swoops down slaming into the opponent with enough force to crush bones. It works much in the same way the Chakra Cannon jutsu works in that it is made of pure chakra. The Condor is roughly shaped and almost looks like just a mass of chakra that is released out of the user's back and formed into the silhouette of a bird. It puts strain on the user's body enough to restrict basic Ninjutsu for the next turn.

The user can also break this slamp of earth in half, making it rise up to a vertical stance defending himself with the slamp of rock, the user is able to defend from any incoming attacks, where the slamp has been broken off..

Description: Black-Leg taijutsu master can activate a mode which will double their speed. The mode requires user to be at least Sannin rank and to be trained in other Black-Leg taijutsu techniques. To activate this technique an user below Kage rank must stop and spin while guiding chakra into their leg, granting temporary speed boost. User that has already reached Kage orf higher rank can activate this technique while battling without stopping moving. Once activated, the technique'll increase user leg's strength momenarily and Leg taijutsu damage done by user will be multipled with 1.5 with the leg this is activated on. Using this technique for longer duratons will cause stress fracturing which decreases user's speed by 25% of the original speed. This technique can be used on one leg and can be maintained for max four turns. User's leg looks as if it were on fire when this mode is activated and is covered in chakra.

  • Can be activated twice per battle and the second usage will be extremely painful and second usage will last only two turns.

The technique consists two different variations that can both be used for quick escaping and to give user upper hand in fight. Then, user can kick water to the direction he/she wants and repeat this four times. Second variation is called Sky walk and using it will give user chance of jumping five times mid air. Upon jumping, user concentrates Wind chakra to their feet and kicks it down in form of air, lifting user up.
  • Both of the technique's variations can be used once per battle.

3. ( Raiton: Tesura Raikō ) - Lightning release: Tesla Lightning

Description: Tesla Lightning is a lightning element based technique which unlike most Lightning release techniques, doesn't hold much brute force in it. To use Tesla Lightning user must focus chakra into their arm and gather a small ball at the center of their palm. Once the ball is created user can release it in form of a straight lightning bolt towards their target(s). This is where the Tesla Lightning differs from many other lightning techniques as the Tesla Lightning can fork and cover up a large area without being shot multiple times. The forking happens as user wishes it to happen and once it hits target, it will travel as an electrical current through their body and fork again into more bolts which then attack other enemies. Having a strong electrical current like that travel through body will create symptoms such as; heart beating problems, heart stopped at rare cases, neurotic damage/problems as well with damage to nerves. Even though the lightning can fork, the strength of it will decrease while travelling through a target's body. As said earlier, Tesla lightning won't have much destructive properties but can nullify the effects of earth techniques once it hits them. Tesla lightning can also be fired as a S - ranked technique which requires more chakra and causes - 10 damage to nerves in user's hand as regular one causes - 5 damage to user's hand.
  • Causes damage to user varying on the strength of the technique
  • No other lightning techniques can be used at the same turn by the user
  • Can be used only two times per battle. Once if S - class version is used
Feel free to add anything if you want to the technique above.

~Declined~ Work on the description, how far does it branch out? Take out the part about the possible symptom of getting hit by lightning. Getting hit by lightning in the Narutoverse isn't the same as in real life, especially when it's lightning created by a ninja. Make it S-rank or A-rank.

Description: Shinobi who have signed the buzzard contract and are capable of summoning Storm Skyress get a special seal on their right shoulder. When this seal is released, a special armor is summoned onto the user. Its called "The Ingram Armor" and it was forged in the buzzard realm with a very special alloy that is capable of channeling and absorbing a special form of chakra only found in the Buzzard realm (Similar to nature chakra but its not found in the normal world). The armor is a bit different as it is more of an exo-skeleton, partially fusing with the users own body. The armor regulates the body causing chakra to channel more fluently aswell as muscles to work to their full capacity and at the same time pumping that special chakra to fuse with the user's own. This causes the user's ninjutsu to be enhanced in power and also causes him/her to become faster and stronger. The user moves so fast that things around him becomes slightly blurred when moving at full speed and he/she gets the strength to crush boulders if using full stregth and stop large objects in their tracks. The armor also gives the user a good defense. He/she can take the full force of blunt attacks, swords, etc unless given special properties. The user can withstand the power of C-rank attacks and below due to the armor and special chakra to reinforce it. After using the armour, the user will be worn out and take damage from muscle exhaustion.
Notes:
-Can only last 3 turns at the most
-After deactivation, the user can only use B-rank ninjutsu for 2 turns
-Can withstand C rank attacks besides Lightning and fire. (D-rank for that)
-Can be activated twice but it must be sent back to buzzard realm and take 5 turns to absorb the special chakra.
-Can't use genjutsu in this armour
-The user takes 25 damage from muscle exhaustion after useage and needs two turns to recuporate.(The person loses strength and speed on a large scale. Couldn't even beat up a todler xd)
-No taijustu after deactivation until done recuporating

Description: A hammer made of steel wich is reinforced witch Doton chakra, making the steel extremely hard and more heavy. Thanks to the Doton chakra in it, the user can slamm this weapon on the ground and create a fissure in the earth towards the opponent. The wielder can also slamm the weapon on
the ground and tear the earth up to create a defensive shield of earth.

A giant Hammer made of a special metal that has the ability to conduct earth chakra. The hammer itself is almost indesctrutable and is a formidable weapon. When the user channels either his earth chakra or his normal chakra, he gains acess to some unique abilities:
Abilities:
-Channeling normal chakra through it and slamming it into the ground creates an A-Rank chakra shockwave up to mid range.
-Slamming the ground with the hammer infused with doton chakra creates an A-Rank wave of earth capable of overturning the landscape up to mid range
-User can channel doton chakra into the hammer and swirl it into a circular pattern in front of him to defend against up to 1 S-Rank technique (follows elemental table)

Note: Each ability can only be used twice, and the user can only use up to 3 abilities per battle

(Doton: Sozou Rejiondonu-Ru) - Earth Style: Earthen Legionnaire
Rank: A
Type: Attack / Defense

Description: The user spits out mud infused with their chakra, then by slapping their hands together the mud solidifies and becomes the form of a large upper half of a Roman-Looking Legionnaire. I comes up quickly and has a spear in one hand and a shield in the other. The user can either have the large Legionnaire use the spear but striking forward, impaling the target or swing the spear pushing the away. The user may also have the Legionnaire use his giant square shield to block an incoming attack of equal rank or less. The jutsu is only able to attack once or block once, it is not a clone that remains on the field. After it's ability is used, it crumbles on the ground.

Once they form the first row shoots all there arrows at once, then 1 second later the second row shoots all there arrows at the target. Once the arrows are shot the archers crumble to dirt. This technique may also be used with fire by adding fire to the arrows of the archers to do more damage or to burn an area.

All the tentacles can work in a motion that causes a lot of commotion in the area of land and water in range; this can cause a wide spread attack or just to allow the user to escape in the commotion.

- The Kraken and his tentacles do not reform when hit/cut

Using the Hidden Mist Jutsu as a basis, he will form a large amount of mist in the sky, at the cloud level which he will manipulate and condense into the shape of a large ghastly skull. The skull will emit a condensed mist-serpent from its mouth that will quickly travel and extend towards the opponent. Upon reaching the opponent it will bite down on them, causing a bit of crushing damage before quickly withdrawing back into the mouth of the skull, which is filled with very thick mist and is devoid of breathable air. As the opponent enters the skull's mouth, it quickly closes, trapping the opponent inside. Should the serpent be destroyed, the skull will fall the ground like a comet with enough force to crush whatever it lands on. After hitting the ground, the skull will lose its compressed form, releasing a large amount of mist over the field.

Note: This technique uses the basis of techniques that involve solid-esque objects being created out of mist, meaning that both the skull and the serpent are compressed enough to be physically touched. Similar to solid Fuuton objects.

~Declined~ I like that one, really, but you need to work on the bold part as they are unrealistic (even you try to compress the mist to much it'll become water, and when it gets destroyed, it should lose it's compactness since it's not under your control anymore). Also, what happens when you're trapped and in the skull?

When against other techniques, theres barely any difference except for the fact that the wind technique is now stronger thanks to the additional destructive power when mixed with the sharpness of sand when spun extremely fast just like a Typhoon.

~Declined~ That jutsu doesn't make sense as you only look at it linearly. Yes sand is strong to fire, but that doesn't change the fact that when your wind clash with a fire jutsu, the wind will strengthen the fire. Your sand will just fall to the ground afterward. Why sand was strong against Amaterasu and fire in general is because it was tight enough to keep air from feeding the fire. For it to work it'd have to be all sand, so this jutsu will most likely never work on regular wind techniques.

Description: This jutsu requires the user to place a seal on the enemy through physical contact, to be effective. Once the seal has been placed on the enemy, at any time, the user can put the enemy under a trans causing them to fall asleep where they stand. While asleep the enemy will be trapped in their own subconscious, where they will be dreaming. The dream is so realistic that to the enemy, nothing will appear wrong at all and everything will continue as it was previously happening before the activation of the jutsu, except now things will be going accordingly with what the enemy's subconscious makes up (Like an actual dream). Because this isn't a Genjutsu, it can't be escaped the same way a regular Genjutsu would be broken. The only way for the enemy to escape this dream, is if they were killed in their subconscious. The dream will then be ended, and they will return to reality.

~While under the jutsu, the enemy may be affected by the outside environment (i.e if it started to rain in reality, it would suddenly start pouring rain in the dream out of nowhere. Akira's size dwarf's that of trees, and some buildings, he is also capable of changing the size of his body, so that his size doesn't become a nuisance in certain situations (Like Gamatatsu). Unlike other members of his species Being the first born son of Taz, Akira is one of the most powerful of his species. He specializes in Earth Style Ninjutsu, as well as Kenjutsu.

Description: The user stands with one hand on the middle of their sheath and the other on the grip of their sword. They channel a large amount of chakra through their sword into their sheath building up a large amount of chakra. While they do this they control the chakra with the hand that's placed on the sheath keeping it tightly packed within the sheath and building up the pressure. A moment before the technique is released a faint glow can be seen on the sheath. From there the user quickly unsheathes their sword in a slashing motion releasing the built up chakra from their sheath in a blast that extends up to mid range. The release of pressure from the sheath also works to push the katana out making the actual slash of the technique faster than standard iado, though the slash is confined to short range. The momentary speed the arm gains puts strain on it, causing ten damage to the user.

Description: This technique is an advanced form of the samurai saber technique in which rather than coating the blade with chakra, the samurai instead concentrates chakra within the blade. By doing this the sword begins to shine brightly taking on a bright white color while maintaining its original form, representing the soul of the Samurai within the blade. By concentrating the chakra into the blade rather than around it, it becomes more focused and powerful allowing normal slashes to cut through metallic weapons such as kunai or other swords in the same was as a chidori current. Also due to the shine of the blade it becomes difficult for the opponent to follow its movements as it becomes harder to pinpoint where the actual blade is within the light. The light isn't enough to blind the enemy, but if there were to look directly at the blade they would have to squint. The technique is not without drawbacks. It must be used with their dominant arm and since the user must keep the chakra under better control it puts more strain on their body, especially the arm holding the sword. As a result once the technique wears off they lose use of that arm for two turns afterwards. It also makes the sword used become very brittle to the point that if it were to clash with another sword it would be easily broken (regardless of any custom weapon that says its indestructible). The technique can be activated and deactivated multiple times per battle, but the number of turns the technique can be active in total is not to exceed four. Every time it is activated it must be counted as one of the three moves that turn.

Normal ice is solid and does not bend, thoug, this one is flexible but needs small amout of chakra every turn to maintain it's flexibility and function. The bow can be also used to block certain techniques that it is able to withstand, like sword slashes etc.

Description: The user will make three handseals and raise and expand an invisible (to ordinary eyes) spherical barrier around themselves, they can either keep it small or expand it up to mid range. The barrier reacts to any chakra amd disrupts it by mixing its own chakra with it. This prevents any jutsus that are made by releasing chakra to certain location and take effect after that, such as erth spikes, swamp of the underword... if the jutsu is formed before reaching the edge of the barrier or inside of it, it will not be affected in any way. The downside is that it stops all such techniques including those made by the user.

Doton: Doro Henkan no Jutsu; Earth Style: Mud Conversion Jutsu
