(Kaen Rai Mo-Do) - Blazing Lightning Mode

Description: The user will focus a lot of fire/lightning chakra together throughout and around their entire body. This will turn their skin a red like colour as though they have been burnt by steam, some flames will appear around the users body touching it, but not quite burning them aswell as unfocused lightning bolts all around the users body. In this mode the users fire and lightning jutsu are boosted by +15, but they are unable to perform earth or water elements while this mode is active. In this mode, the user can stamp their foot on the ground pushing forwards, launching themselves like a blast of lightning in any direction, though this counts as one of the users jutsu and can only be used 4 times. This mode is a mainly for taijutsu use and with every taijutsu attack the user makes, the fire and lightning will surround that part of the users body increasing the attack by +20 do to the damage of the fire/lightning. The lightning will be released from the attack too, creating a parylising effect on the target.

Note: Taijutsu get +20
Note: Fire/lightning get +15
Note: Lasts for 5 turns or until canceled
Note: Can't use water or wind in this mode
Note: The user takes 40 damage from the burning of the fire
Note: If this mode is active for the full 5 turns the user can't use fire or lightning afterwards

Decription: The user creates a large barrier of wind over the top of the battlefield. The barrier is split in two halves that move in opposite directions. This causes things that hit the top of the barrier to be thrown in random directions while things that hit the bottom of the barrier are thrown straight down. The ceiling is invisible due to it being made of the wind element though it can be seen by doujutsu.

Description: This is an Ogame school technique outside the five main elemental styles. For this attack the swordsman first preforms a downward vertical slash. If the enemy dodges by stepping backwards the swordsman then preforms an upward slash while rotating their their arm, sliding their shoulder forward and turning the neck, thus dislodging the shoulder blade and extending the reach of their strike. They then preform a secondary slash, this time upwards that will catch the enemy off guard as they think they're out of range.

(Suiton: Misuto Henkan) - Water Style: Mist Transformation
Type: Supplementary

Damage: N/A
Description: The user will focus water chakra all over his body and turn it into mist. In this state he is able to merge with water (since mist is practically water just of lower quantity). While he is in that state he looks completely normal until an attack passes through him. Since he’s intangible, the user has to constantly focus a lot of chakra to keep his body in one piece (since he is made of mist).
*This jutsu doesn’t require any water source
*User can't use any taijutsu since mist isn't strong like water in Suigetsu's case

Just to clarify - there already exists a jutsu that replaces the user with mist (just like water replacement - similar description etc.). My jutsu is more similar to Izuna and Goro's water transformation.

Description: Jutsu is a fully controllable vortex of flame which forms around the user after rather long preparation. It is utilized by combining the atmosphere with the users chakra and altering the atmosphere property to create fire from, basically, nothing. The user can also affect the atmosphere inside the vortex weakening there opponents with the heat or smoke. Vortex can spread to circle on a maximum of mid range around the user. If needed, user can redirect parts of vortex to attack his opponent on the outside or inside of it. All fire jutsus have +30 damage while they are inside of vortex range and user doesn't have to do any hand seals to perform them. If the vortex of fire is extinguished user can easily recreate it since the atmosphere changes haven't dissapeared.
*Can be used only once
*After the turn in which this jutsu is used, it takes 9 more to complete and use it (All in all - for jutsu to be used it takes 10 whole turns)
*If user uses any fire style jutsu while this jutsu is in process of creation, process will stop and it won't be able to get started again

With use of this jutsu user's brain gains the ability to process all 300 fps.

Depending on the number of bugs that the user has merged with, this technique’s healing speed will vary. For instance, each bug represents a 2% increase hence if the user were to merge with 20 bugs, it would represent a 40% increase in the healing factor. Likewise, the bugs that fused with the user can’t be used to battle, hence the more bugs the user uses, the less bugs he will be able to use for fighting.

The underground is filled with Boiling Water, and starts spewing out chakra from the ground immediately, geysey errupting going from the ground and up around 30 meters above ground, like multiple errupting geyseys. The geyseys that the ground shoots up are strong enough to burn the insides of the person(s) caught in it. The ground will continue shooting up boiling water up into the skies for two turns, covering the whole field, and because the water is made out of the user's chakra, he is immune to the geyseys that's shooting up. After the third turn, this enormous amount of water gathered in the air will come down, and the user has no control over the water which is striking down from top to bottom motion.
Note:
-If the user get cut in the boiling water while it's comming down in the 3rd turn, the user will burn.

The user can use both swords at once but can only put one chakra nature in one sword at once.

Gatagata:
This snake is the personal summon of Frederick Uchiha and he is the Under-boss of all snakes. Gatagata ("ガラガラ" or "Geta-Geat" meaning "Snake of the Song") is very powerful, and able to stand his own against Gamabunta or even Manda. Long ago Manda and Gatagata fought for the thrown to rule over the snakes. the battle was fearsome and both snakes showed the ability to shed skin in a manner similar to the Body Replacement Technique or Body Shedding, which has been seen during the battle with Manda, Gamabunta and Katsuyu. Gatagata is also able to move underground. His scales are stronger then that of Manda's and sturdy enough to take on strong attacks, and remain intact, while providing as an safe shelter for anyone to hide inside his mouth. because of his Heavy red and black Scales he is very slow. While asleep the enemy will be trapped in their own subconscious, where they will be dreaming. The dream is so realistic that to the enemy, nothing will appear wrong at all and everything will continue as it was previously happening before the activation of the jutsu, except now things will be going accordingly with what the enemy's subconscious makes up (Like an actual dream). Because this isn't a Genjutsu, it can't be escaped the same way a regular Genjutsu would be broken. The only way for the enemy to escape this dream, is if they were killed in their subconscious. The dream will then be ended, and they will return to reality.

~While under the jutsu, the enemy may be affected by the outside environment (i.e if it started to rain in reality, it would suddenly start pouring rain in the dream out of nowhere. Updating my summoning boss and another condor and yes I hold the condor contract.

The reason is that I just got the contract from a friend and also learned a few limitations on summonings and these were pretty under powered Compared to the limitations so I figured I'd adjust them while taking advantage of this contract and bring some life into it xd

Description: The user will implant to any liquid-based the technique the user posses an extra chakra coat, pressurizing it to the extremes; Making projectile moves strike harder and faster. While also adding a bit of his doton chakra into the liquid (If and only if possible) adding small yet hyper dense granules of abrasive material to the technique allowing it to cut through any material (including CEs) of it's same and below rank.
Notes: Once this ability is approved, the user must post it in his bio for it to be active. Only the People taught this by The Seven-Scaled boy may use it.
Notes: It weakens the user's doton techniques (-5 damage and +5 chakra cost) and katon techniques (-10 damage). It cannot be turned off once placed in the bio. The only way to remove this is to take out the ability from the bio.

Description: The user makes a string of handseals and summons a gourd onto the battlefield in front of him. The gourd is around the size of the gourd of Gaara's back and has five seals representing the five elements on the sides of it. The user then takes two of those seals and deposits them into the gourd. A bright flash emits from the seal (not of blinding proportion) and the two elemental seals deposited are sealed from use by both the user and enemy as long at the gourd is present on the field. The gourd has a very large, durable and strong shield and armor encasing it that protects it from attacks of A-rank and below, making it very difficult to destroy.*

Description: The user performs a genjutsu that causes the enemy to think he is under the influence of drugs for three turns. This thinking causes his movements to become wild and slower, decreasing his overall speed. The enemy's train of thought is also disturbed, making it harder for him to remember handseals correctly, causing him to be rendered unable to use jutsus of A-rank and higher. It also causes the enemy to laugh uncontrollably at images he is hallucinating and imagining, which is another factor as to why he is unable to form handseals above B-rank during those turns. The genjutsu also adds the memory of the opponent takin drugs into the opponents subconscious, making the opponent believe that nothing is out of the ordinary, hence it is difficult to escape from, as the opponent first has to figure out he is in a genjutsu.

The electrical current isn't enough to paralyze the user, but does cause slight numbing making it hard to make hand seals the next turn.

Sealing Jutsu: Rules (Fuuinjutsu: Kiritsu)

Description: The user will form 5 hand signs and slam his hands on the ground, instantly purple kanji will spur from his hand appearing all over the ground, air, and the users and opponents body. The kanji are the written "rules" the user has just imposed into the battle. The rules mean that the user can limit his opponent and himself to not doing certain things, this can range from limiting himself and the opponent to not using Kikkei Genkai, or it can be not using a specific element, whatever the user pleases. Once the rules are in place neither the user nor the opponent can defuse them, until the user or the opponent dies, however the user still has to pay chakra each turn to keep it sustained. If the rules don't apply to the user, I.e. if the user has no kikkei genkai and the rules state the opponent can't use Kikkei Genkai than one element of the users will be taken away for the remainder of the rules being in play.

~The user can't make the rules say "you can't use any jutsu anymore," It has to be limited to one thing, the only way it can affect multiple things is if the restriction isn't applicable on the user. So a rule can be "the user and the opponent can't use water techniques," but it can't be, "The user and the opponent can't use S rank techniques" as this limits multiple elements.
