Its a new week. For this first one i wasnt sure if i should call it a summon or not.

(Doton: Gotokuta-ru)- Earth: Astaroth
Type: Attack
Rank: S
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: n/a
Description: The user will release a large amount of earth chakra into the ground, and summon up Astaroth lord of the earth. Astaroth resimbles a minatar which large curve in horns and a thick face not being able too see his pupuls, haveing large arms, with a thick body is all anyone ever sees because his waist is attached to the Earth. Astaroth once summoned cannot move at all only take damage, for the turn on which he is summoned. Once the users next turn comes Astaroth will have free movement, being able to release many Earth type jutsus A-rank and down with out handseals, also being able to defend against Water and Fire B -rank and down jutsu with lil effort.
- Astaroth cannot attack till the next turn.
- Summoning Astaroth will cost two turns for the user.
- Astaroth can reach to mid range with his attacks.
- Astaroth will remain on the feild for 4 turns.
- After Astatoth's 4 turns are up the user is not able to use any earth jutsu above B-rank for the next 2 turns

This makes a type sensing for the ice user, giving away the opponents postion through the crystalized mist.

- Cannot us another ice element move in the same turn.

Description: The user will complete two handseals then will create 2 eagles out of ice, then the eagles with act indepenatly from the user. The eagles will defend the user from attacks, by covering the user with their wings, which have a span of 7 ft, and also attack the opponent. The Eagles are not effected by Fire, A rank and down, while they can release blasts of wind, water, and ice up to the power of B rank jutsus, from their wings, beaks and from a combination of beak and wing attack to get ice.. The Eagles will stay on the feild for three turns, at the end of the third turn they will bomb rush the opponent destroying themselves.
- Can only be used 2 times per battle.
- The user cannot user any ice techs in the next move.
- Must wait 3 moves before it can be used again.
- Fire A-rank and down will not effect them.
- Wind, Water, and Ice will only attack with the power of a B-rank.

- Can only be used 2 times per battle, but the user must wait 3 turns to use it again.
- Can block any A-rank jutsu, elemental or not.

Description: Green Devil, is a green humanoid like puppet with large horns that jut back over his head, he has four arms, while the hands are more claw looking, with a small slit like carving cut out that allows him to throw multipule shuriken from them. His arms and legs can be withdrawn into his body, for storage. He wears a knee length robe which hides his extra arms, and afew weapon he has on his body. Green Devil has a sword kept on his right side. He is able to use any jutsu the user is able too.

~Declined~ puppets can't use jutsu's like that, they don't have a chakra system. It are dead objects, made out of wood and metal, which are controlled by the user with the Puppet Technique. So your range isn't right either as they're summoned in short range, however using the chakra strings you can move it into medium-long range.

Description: Pawniard is a small puppet, built for speed, with many blades covering his body and his hands are made of short swords, while he still has a large horn like blade on his head. Pawniard is built of metal, being able to with draw his arms, legs, and head, thus makeing it a weapon for the puppeteer, once pawniard has withdrawn his arms, legs, and head he has the form of a ball covered in spikes. All of the blade on his body can fire out and then be reloaded with extra blades. His body is always releasing a poison from the inside of his body covering his blades.

Description: After performing a single hand seal, the user will “activate” his gold dust gourd to act as a shielding mechanism from incoming attacks. The gourd will instantly turn itself into gold dust and block any incoming attacks. The user can choose not to be shielded by the dust if he desires. The gold dust can block attacks from any direction even below ground. If the user looses his footing for example by a swamp or a river. The dust will turn into a floating platform to hold the user. Although in this state the dust can not be used to shield from any other incoming attacks. The gold dust can block A rank and blow techniques. Concentrated lightning techniques (A ranked) or powerful enough lightning techniques such as Kirin would easily get passed the defense. A ranked fire would be hot enough to melt the gold dust. If used to block an S rank technique it would work but the activation would end. The shield can't block S ranked concentrated lightning techniques or fire techniques.

♦ The activation can only be done once per battle
♦ The gourd stays active for 5 turns
♦ Every time the gourd shields the user it counts as one of the three turns

(Fuuton: Ōfū no Tekunikku) - Wind Style: Crosswind Technique

Description: The user clasps his hands together channeling his wind chakra into the air causing the wind to form a cross like formation around the user that rotates rapidly creating a shield around the user that defends well against most techniques, even from under his feet as well as can cause serious skin lacerations if the opponent is caught within range of this technique.

Note: Cannot perform fire techniques while inside the sheild.

Describtion: Enraiha is sword that is said to be created by king of Flame Spirits. It is very light weapon which was made from steel of the highest quality, it has special color, it is dark orange because the King of Flame Spirits put his powers into it and it became wanted by everyone for it´s special abilities. It can cut through human´s neck with not high problems if infused with normal chakra.

(界王拳; Kaio-ken) - Fist of the World King

Describtion:
Kaio-ken is technique which was created by famous martial art master King Kai who wasn´t able to completely master it so he taught it to his student Migualon J.J. who completely mastered it and currently he is the only person able to use it. The user can at any time deactivate Kaio-ken. The user focuses his chakra around his body which creates crimson "cloak" around the user thanks to which the user´s strength and speed increases dramatically. The user´s chakra is active all the time Kaio-ken is activated, the user is hurt every turn it is active.

~Declined~ you're contradicting yourself. You say nearby bugs, however you say then that it works up to long range, that's not nearby anymore.

I changed the wording of the description since in my original submission the mod that checked it must have misinterpreted what I said. The sword can only be simply infused with lightning, wind and fire..like all swords. But it can NOT absorb lightning/wind/fire attacks for example. Thats not what I meant.

For this to be done, the Fuuinjutsu user will make the hand signs needed for the jutsu this seal pertains too along with pouring the needed chakra all at once or separately until the mark is met; then place their hands on the host to leave it upon the touched area. Once the seal(s) are created, the sealed host needs only to activate the seal to use the jutsu, requiring no hand signs nor lag session, when accumulating the chakra, except the one used to activate the seal. Though the chakra cost for the jutsu is the same. This can be done multiple times for various jutsus, though each one takes another slot.
~ Upon activating the seal, the image of Kannon will appear behind the user seemingly casting the jutsu itself.
~ Can only be used once per turn including with the force requirement of using an Empathy Link. Thus, it takes up two jutsu slots to effectively perform this jutsu. (Unless used on self)

What is written is an intricate and arcane Transmutation Array tattoo with the kanji symbol for destroy, located in the triangle that is in transmutation circle. This seal is capable of destroying earth/mineral based affiliated items, structures, and weapons: whether it be the lowest of quality or highest of quality. However, is unsuited for killing because it fails to work on organisms. This seal works by using intense raton chakra to create a paradox that continues to seal the target within its self multiple times; essentially being sent to oblivion, thus destroying it. The size of an object isn't relevant since this seal is only existent on one arm, but still allows the user to destroy sizes comparable to Doton: Yama Eikyō. Activation can be done by any hand sign chosen, but must be done by the arm free of this seal.

(Amenonuhoko)- Heveanly Jewelled Spear

Description: The Amenonuhoko is a large naginata (a Japanese spear) created by the primordial Shinto Gods. The Gods gave the naginata to Izanagi and Izanami to create the first land out of nothingness. The naginata itself has a long, razor-sharp blade that never dulls. Its shaft is made of unbreakable holy bamboo. Chakra of any type can be channelled through the blade and shaft of the weapon, and the shaft can be extended and retracted at will in battle, much like the Third Hokage's Enma Staff. The holy power exuded by the naginata gives an increase to the user's speed and Taijutsu damage equivalent to opening the second gate. Additionally, the naginata is imbued with the Flying Thunder God seal, allowing the user, if he is capable of using Flying Thunder God, to teleport to any location on the naginata.

Note: Can only be summoned once per battle
Note: User must remain within 5 yards of the naginata at all times. If the naginata falls out of the user's possession, then the user will not be able to use its special abilities for the rest of the match.
Note: User cannot use water, wind, or lightning jutsus above S-rank while holding the naginata.

Description: The user summons this special toad to the battlefield. This toad is half the size of Gamabunta and can expel huge amounts of Oil from his mouth. Naturally he can only use oil techniques (he can do handseals) but with added power (+20). Twice per battle he can fire large balls of oil (A rank; counts to the users technique limit), and once per battle he can turn his entire body into oil to evade physical attacks (of course with the obvious risk). Instead of leaving in a puff of smoke he will explode (non-incendiary) in the form of oil, sending it all over the surrounding area (whether he leaves on his own volition or not).
-Can only be summoned once per battle.
-No other large summonings may be on the battlefield at the same time.
-Stays on the field for three turns.
-Must have signed the Toad contract.

Kougake no Shijin | Gauntlets of the Death God

Description: By using Uzumaki sealing research, Minato was able to fashion Gauntlets that enhanced his fūinjutsu power and usage. These indestructible gauntlets covered his hands, all the way up to his elbows and were adorned with multiple sealing formulas for all sorts of conventional weapons (Axe, maces, swords, spears, kunai, shuriken etc). The most unique formula was just one simple word imprinted on the inside of the gauntlets which said 'Shi' [Death]; when activated (via thought) would project Minato's chakra in the same form as the Chakra hands projected in the 'Reaper Death Seal' technique. These tangible projections can extend and retract between short and long range for different purposes (placing tags/seals or for Taijutsu from long range). While using the projections Minato could not do hand seals, thus restricting his ninjutsu usage. Each gauntlet remain sealed on each arm until activated by forming a special handseal.

-Activating the 'Shi' seal counts to the users technique limit and the user cannot use handseals while activated.

Description: These Gauntlets were given to the strongest samurai in the Emperors army. They were forged from mithril (They cover from the users hand up to their elbows) and were said to have been tempered by the blood of the Emperor himself. Being forged from this substance and tempered with the blood of "God" incarnate (Emperors were considered Gods) they are virtually indestructible and increased the physical strength of the user.

The gauntlets were said to have been able to extend the will of the Emperor to all things allowing the user to manipulate things out of their reach (as the will of the Emperor has no bounds). This in reality was that the gauntlets could channel the users chakra and convert them into "leashes" (hands of chakra which could extend great distances), this allows the user to grab things out of reach (Weapons). Unfortunately these leashes could not latch onto living things as the chakra of that organism would reject the users chakra and thus the leashes would have no effect on them.

-Leashes can only grab onto inanimate objects (not ones that are personal objects to someone as they are tainted by the chakra of that person and thus will not latch on) and only one leash from each hand.
-Indestructible, but cannot destroy everything

In this jutsu the user slams his palms together and concentrating humungous amounts of chakra into the palm of his hands the user of this jutsu is able to get hold of any enemy elemental jutsu (not the customs) with his chakra and with a gigantic effort put into the parting of his hands destroys the enemy chakra links that holds the enemy jutsu together and literally parts apart the enemy elemental jutsu the remains of which now move on both sides of the user of this jutsu doing him no harm whatsoever.
Supposedly if the opponent creates a wave of earth then by using this jutsu the user is able to part the jutsu (in this case the wave of earth is divided into two) into two halves which then moves forward by his side while keeping the user unharmed. Due to the large amounts of chakra needed for this jutsu it can only be used by Sannin rank and above.

-This Jutsu can be used twice in a battle.
-This Jutsu drains a large amount of the users chakra and therefore he can only do 2 jutsus in his next round.
-The user is unable to do any jutsu of the same chakra nature that he separated using this jutsu for the next round.

Note: that the restriction 1st & 2nd is void if used against an opponents B rank jutsu and below

In this jutsu the user by using his mastery over Katon can release a steady extremely hot stream/pulse of fire from any part of his body by using the chakra points spread throughout his body. By doing this he can make anything in contact with his body to let go immediately. This is a instinctive behavior and happens instantly. Any mud coming into contact with this jutsu hardens as if it were baked.
-works for short distances.
-this is similar to how the user will feel if he puts his hand atop the candle flame.
-the pulse is an instantaneous outburst of extremely hot fire in short distance.

Description:
For this jutsu the ringtail summon saiyan causes the wind around him to start moving in pretty rapid spherical and sharp movements creating an area around him with very violently moving wind. This wind is very sharp and protects the user from incoming projectiles and if the opponent gets caught in this fortress then he is violently slashed to pieces. Also this fortress is able to negate any lightning in its coverage area. Although saiyan is able to do this for only the short range creating a fortress which barely covers him when Han summons him and places his hand on the back of the summon saiyan is able to do a more stronger version of this jutsu which makes a fortress that stretches to mid range due to Han sending in his chakra.
-when saiyan alone performs it the jutsu is A ranked and short range.
-when performed together the jutsu is S ranked and mid range.
-Extremely volatile to fire.
-can be used to imprison the opponent.
-the summon poofs away immediately after this jutsu.

(Genjutsu : Sabureoite metsuki) - Illusion technique : Sand in your eyes

Description : In this genjutsu, the target will first have to look or even get a mere glance at sand in a distance or near him. If it is successful, the user is then able to cast an illusion technique where the enemy will start to feel as though alot of sand got into both his eyes causing pain and itchiness, forcing him to rub and close his eyes even though there was nothing there. The illusion will wear off shortly after the user rubs his eyes. If the user doesn't, the illusion will keep going on as he feels pain and itchiness in his eyes causing his senses to shut down his optic nerve senses.

An advantage this is over Mountain Smash is that its much faster due to it being lighter and only having one pillar, not two.
