Then its will explode, doing damage to whoever is nearby When the user releases the hound, it howls, therefore getting its name.

In this form all Ice techs released from the user are 10 damage points stronger and when he touch something, it causes a minor case of frost bite, making taijutsu more effective. the user is also able to make ice jutsu with one hand seal.

Description: Tetsusaiga is a special great sword carved with a special alloy making it as hard as cold steel and special feathers from the lightning buzzard, allowing it to channel lightning chakra for more cutting power. The fur at the end is a conductor, so the user is unaffected by Wind Scar. Due to its sheer size, it can over come smaller weapons such as Katanas, staffs, nunchucks etc. unless it has special properties. The weapon also has a special ability called "Wind Scar" where the user releases a blast/wave of yellow lightning that levels almost anything in its path. The weapon itself can absorb lightning of B-rank and lower to add to the power of Wind Scar.
Notes:
-Wind Scar is equal to A-rank Lightning
-Wind scar can be used 4 times
-Counts as one of the three used justu per turn
-Can only absorb lightning of B-rank and lower
-Can only absorb one lightning tech every 3 turns

Due to being used to heat, the user can coat his hands in fire to deliver even more devestating blows.

note: It has nothing to do with bubble release as bubbles form naturaly under water if air is released there.

Description: The user first wets his arm (even though you need water to use this jutsu, the jutsu itself doesn’t provide any water source whatsoever. It’s up to the user to find a way to make his arm wet), then he punches the air in a chosen direction, using his massive strength to throw many drops of water, which are converted into deadly arrows through mere kinetic force. The arrows are quite rapid, being faster and stronger than regular weaponry such as kunai or shuriken.
~ The arm needs to be wet, however it doesn’t need to be soaked. The water contained in a regular bottle would suffice.
~ The user can infuse the water drops with wind chakra, increasing it’s speed, penetrative power, making the arrows extremely dangerous.
~ The user starts by being able to shot the water arrows once every two turns. After the two turns have passed, if the user uses it again, this time he won’t be able to use it for three turns. Every time used, the recovering time span is expanded, unless the user waits one additional turn from his recovering turns. (For example, if I shoot the arrows for the first time and then wait three turns, the recovering time will stay at 2)

However, this technique has a very peculiar ability; any foreign chakra to the user’s will be affected by a fragrance originated from the very own mist. The mist’ scent will put the target into a genjutsu where the user can make the opponent get restrained, see false objects, mistake his surroundings, etc.
~ The genjutsu kicks in 2 seconds after the user is inside the mist.
~ The mist is really thick and heavy, so only A-ranks or above will be able to push it away.
~ The user can’t hurt the opponent in the genjutsu and if the illusion is not realistic enough, it can be easily escaped of.
~ May only be used three times per battle.

This effectively creates a small drill bit which can be used to 'drill' into whatever the object hits(1 cm per post unless pulled out), increasing the chances of penetration, as well as increased damage to flesh through ripping. The user can also bend the trajectory of said projectile once.

Description: This is an advanced genjutsu that manipulates the fears of the target to induce a petrifying fear of water. Once the target is either standing on or fully submerged in a body of water the user makes the ram handseal and activates the technique. The target instantly becomes aquaphobic, becoming deathly afraid of water and drowning. They begin to panic immediately and attempt to run off the water, but due to their panic they lose control of their chakra and fall into the water. Once in the water they lose the ability to swim as they begin to flail their extremities in sloppy and jerky movements. Their heart rate climbs due to the panic and quickly uses up their last available oxygen. Within the turn they run out of oxygen and pass out, leaving them to drown in a watery grave.

However a suitable technique can counter the activation if timed right and preventing regeneration from overpowering the technique completely.

Description: The form of the water dragon is a style of the Ogame school which focuses on bypassing an enemy's guard with a quick alteration of the attack. With this technique the swordsman begins by holding the sword straight outward towards the target. They will then circle the sword around to their right and back above and behind their head ending with the sword being held horizontally back over the left shoulder so that the blade is completely hidden to the opponent. Then in a quick acceleration they swing the sword vertically downward with only the left hand on the grip. As the sword is moving down they then grab the hand guard with their right hand and push across turning the vertical strike into a horizontal strike while accelerating it even further. The combination of changing the direction of the slash while accelerating it at the same time makes it almost impossible to defend against.

Description: The tiger drill is an Ogame school technique in which the swordsman amplifies the piercing power of their thrust through body movement. They will hold the sword at the very end of the hilt in one hand and step forward while thrusting the tip of the blade forward. As they do this they twist the arm holding the sword while simultaneously twisting their body and back leg in unison, creating incredible piercing power similar to a drill. The strength generated from this is capable of piercing through armor such as chain mail or even another sword. This can also be preformed using the the hand in a claw position creating a rasengan-like blow that sends the opponent rotating through the air backwards.

Please Note: The reason I stated them being so fast is because in real life, Cheetah's are the fastest land animal on earth, easily reaching speeds of 112 - 120 km/h (70-75 mph) even at the start of a run they can go from 0 to over 100 km/h (62 mph), and since this is a Naruto based site I amped their speed to keep their speed inline with real life.

- Any Shapeing of the blade will cost it that of its rank mentioned above.

Note: The result of this jutsu looks similar to when Kisame made an ocean when fighting Guy, however this jutsu happens instantaneously and rises from up from all of the surface that is going to be covered in the water.
Note: This jutsu will retain it's depth due to the user holding it together with their chakra. Thus, it won't spread out across the land and lose all of it's depth.

(Doton: Supaiku no Hashira)-Earth Release: Pillar to Spike

Description: This technique requires mastery of wind. This technique allows the user to use the two most common gases in the atmosphere individually, instead of mixing them like regular wind users do. By performing an extra handseal after each wind technique and using more chakra in each technique, the user is able to compose his wind techniques entirely of Nitrogen or Oxygen. If the user chooses to compose the technique of Nitrogen, the technique will cost 10 chakra points more to perform. The technique will lose one rank in general strength, but it will also lose its normal weakness to fire and instead gains a two rank strength over fire. Should a fire technique overpower the wind technique, it will not turn into a fire & wind combo, since Nitrogen cannot be set ablaze. If the user chooses to compose the technique of Oxygen, the technique will cost 15 or 30 chakra more to perform. If the user spends 15 extra chakra points on the technique, the wind technique will lose one rank in general strength. If the user spends 30 extra chakra points on the technique, the wind technique will keep its original rank. Demonic Illusion: Perpetual Agony (Genjutsu: Pāpechuaru Kunō)

Description: The user performs any number hand seals to start. At this moment, when the hand seals are started, the Genjutsu starts to begin. Slowly, reality melts away, keeping the appearance of the hand seals being made (although they can be stopped at this point, as the illusion will make it seem as through they are being continued), so slow that it is hard for the opponent to notice with the naked eye.* As the hand symbols start to speed up in pace, so does the speed of the illusion setting in. A large cage is created around the target in the depths of Mu, or nothingness, and the target depicts multiple clones of the user gagging them and chaining them to the floor, bars, and roof of the cage, so they are suspended in mid-air, while the real thing still appears to be in front of them, in the cage, performing hand seals (although in reality the hand seals had been stopped being made as soon as the Genjutsu starts to set in, due to the fact that they are merely a distraction, to prevent the target from trying to escape the Genjutsu, while preparing for a more realistic attack, such as an Elemental Ninjutsu). The user can then torture the opponent for interrogation, or merely kill them directly. This can also be used to keep the opponent in place long enough to perform a jutsu that requires multiple hand seals, or for the user to remain still, such as summonings and Sage Mode. If the opponent is hurt, it will seem like it is coming from an invisible source, while if they are being spoken to it will seem to them as if they are hearing the voice in their head. The fake-real user (The Fake Illusion of the user in the Genjutsu) just continues to perform hand seals, not moving or speaking, as if preparing for something greater. The user can manipulate the illusion so that once the jutsu is complete, the fake user is the one talking to the target, or even have the fake user appear to deal the finishing blows.

Isamu is a very Smart,obedient Owl that cares for those who summon her. She tries her hardest in battle, and will do whatever is asked of her. She has white and blue feathers that cover her body and huge wings, as well as sharp beak and Talons for combat.
