Please don't forget about the quote'd jutsus I submitted last week. The ones below this sentence is new jutsus for this week.


(Taijutsu: Kaku Dansu) - Body Art: Dancing Stroke
Type: Attack
Rank: S
Range: Short
Chakra: N/a
Damage: 80
Description: User must be in the 5 gate or higher to use this technique. This can be set up with Leaf Dancing Shadow. The user will perform a jump kick to the opponent with the speed gained by the gates. This is a 12 kick combo that only uses the right or left leg depending on which side it is started. This technique will cause strain to the user by making him unable to use his legs for physical attacks and only for movement for 2 turns. His movement will also be slowed for 1 turn. This targets the opponents chest multiple times and after the technique is done, the target's ribs will be fractured or broken.
Note: Only Musa can teach.
Note: Will gain 10 damage if Devil's Wind Leg is active.
Note: Must be in the 5th or higher gate.
Note: User will feel exhausted and be unable to run quickly for 1 turn.
Note: User will be unable to perform taijutsu that requires the legs for 2 turns.

Description: After developing a way to use Wind Style: Hurricane Fist in physical combat, this new technique was born. Tornado uppercut is a Taijutsu technique that allows the user that can mold wind chakra into a strong uppercut with a miniature tornado finish that cuts the opponent with fine slashes. The opponent will be physically struck with a powerful uppercut and then blown away by a small tornado. This tornado is made by whipping the wind chakra around the fist when being performed and after it connects the force and the wind is quickly formed into a tornado that quickly blows the opponent away.
Note: Only Musa can teach this.
Note: This can't be combined with fire in any way.
Note: Cuts aren't super deep, just scratches.
Note: User will bleed from his fist, reducing flexibility and punching power

Description: The user casts this illusion by slowly, but constantly moving and when seen by the opponent the illusion is then shown. This technique is to confuse the opponent while fighting in close range. When the user moves it is as if there is a trail behind him or her of an afterimage. This is very effective since the user can make the afterimage before or after the current location of the user's body. This is for defensive purposes to avoid physical contact with a opponent's attacks, and when a opening is spotted the user can then attack back with his own Taijutsu technique(s).
Note: Only Musa can teach this.
Note: Can be used twice, lasts 2 turns, and must wait 2 turns to use again.
Note: Only Genjutsu and Taijutsu for this and next turn.
Note: No Genjutsu after the technique is done.

Description: This attack requires the 3rd gate, but after the technique is used the user will remain in the EIG state. The user will strike the opponent with his fist into the gut. After bent over the user will grab and knee the opponents head and throw him upwards. The user will then jump almost instantly and do a upwards kick thrust sending the target higher. Finally the user will then appear above the opponent and slam him into the ground with a hammer type hit with his arms. This technique is possible with the gates' speed and the No Foot rise technique that dancers use to save time while jumping.
Note: Only Musa can teach this.
Note: Must be in 2nd gate or higher. Gate 3 or lower and the user will stay in the EIG state.
Note: Can only be used once per battle.

Resubmitting this one. This is my 5th submitted jutsu this week.

(Taijutsu: Dempsey ro-ru) - Body Art: Dempsey Roll

Description: The user can only perform this technique when in the 6th gate. The user will rush towards the opponent making a quick feint to make the opponent block with his or her hands. After the feint the user will use his strength and speed to break the opponent guard by attacking below it. This will open up the opponent and the technique will begin to flourish. The user will begin to weave in a rolling fashion left to right and vice versa in a infinity symbol. This will provide the cycle of punches about to come. Due to the speed this takes no time and the user will unleash massive blows to the opponents head over and over again. After 9 blows the user will then connect one last blow and slam the opponent down with a punch that catches on fire from the speed and friction caused by the rolling cycle of fists. This punch will slam the opponent into the ground that will create a small creator similar to the opponent's body shape. The user's hands will then be numb for one turn.
Note: Only Musa can teach this.
Note: Must be in the 6th Gate. 6th Gate ends after using this technique.
Note: User's hands will be numb for one turn lowering punching power for taijutsu and not allowing the user to form hand seals quickly.
Note: User will be unable to use taijutsu for 1 turn.
Note: User will be extremely exhuasted and will be only be able to perform 2 moves next turn.

Description: The user makes 24 handseals, takes a deep breath, and then blows a strong current of wind to his front out of his mouth. The wind coming out of the mouth, soon starts to resemble an image of an wolf, and soon a big winged wind wolf stands in front of the user. It can move around, to Mid-Range from the user. He does not go further, because he would disappear, if he would do so.
The wolf acts as a normal animal, and can be ridden by the user. It's attacks are strong and fast, and he can blast small, C-Rank wind blast out of his mouth.
*Note: Can only be used once per battle.*
*Note: The wolf disappears after 3 turns.
*Note: No more wind for until wolf is released.
*Note: The wolf ignites if he is attacked by a fire techniques, but we must take in count, that as normals animals, he can evade and react very fast to several attacks though not to speedy attacks.

Description: After mist is created, the user must make one handseal, and make the mist denser. Then, for two turns, while the mist is denser, the user can use this jutsu: Just like Mizu Kawarimi, this jutsu works as a kind of substitution. Just like with Mizu Kawarimi, the user turns his body into water, but into mist cells, therefore, after this jutsu is made, the user disappears into mist, and then appears again in a desired place, and reforms. This is possible, because it works on the same basis as Water replacement. To disappear, the user needs only one handseal.
*Note: Can only be used once, and while the mist is denser, the user can "Substitute" only two times.*
*Note: For two turns, the user isn't able to use techniques of the Hidden Mist Village Group.*

Wind with enormous force thing compresses everything to the center of the area, destroying it. The force of wind squeezes everything in the center to dust. With a third handseal, the wind suddenly blows the remainings away in all directions, except towards the user.

Description: This technique uses in conjunction with a cigarette. The user inhales deeply and release a huge torrent of smoke from their nose that covers mid range around initial release point in a dense, pitch-dark smog that causes the opponent to cough and irritate. This technique also has the users chakra embedded in its smog, much like chakra sensing rain, this jutsu can also detect the foe(s) whereabouts whilst in the area of the smog.
* Usebale twice per match.
* Sight and smell cut off for user and opponent
* No wind jutsus for one turn after

Description: User does the correct handseals and then puts his palms on his lungs. After that user opens his mouth and blows out a stream of fine mist. The mist is extremely salty. Metal objects hit by the vapor will corrode and become enveloped by a thick coating of rust. Most metal weapons will get pits in their cutting edge and will cut poorly until resharpened. Thin items, such as senbon or ninja wire will disintegrate completely. Due to the extreme saltiness of the mist anyone blasted directly in the face will have a stinging sensation in their eyes, but no permanent damage. The mist is translucent and obscures vision slightly.

Description: User will focuse lightning chakra on index and middle finger. When the chakra is gathered user will shape electric dart out of the chakra and point the target of the dart, launching electric dart from the two fingers. This can be done in rapid session allowing user to shoot out multiple darts with 3 seconds interwal between every dart.
Note:
- No other Raiton for two turns this is in effect
- Only once per battle
- Lasts two turns
- No handsealed jutsus can be used at the turns this is in effect due the fact that user's fingers are numbed and shaking from the electrical charge
- Ninja without dojutsu can accurately aim these darts max 5 - 20 meters.

When the water jutsu is absorbed the Wood will be enforced with Water and is weaker to fire jutsus also the wood that have water in can be exploded by user focusing chakra into them, pressuring the wood causing the wood to explode and sending water explosion with wooden spikes all around.

- Can only be used twice per battle
- Causes - 10 damage to user

This jutsu can also be done backwards unsealing any object from the sword by making Rat handseal and saying ''Deru''. The seal can only be broken by user. If user gets killed while the weapon is sealed inside of the sword it cannot be recovered.
Note:
- Requires excellent chakra control
- Can be used only once
- No Genjutsu or Taijutsu can be used for one turn after
- Only Kage ranked ninja or up can use this jutsu without handseals.
- Every sword is affected to this ( Expect pure chakra weapons )

I am resubmitting these jutsus because it said that he would confer with Kaito.But Kaito told me no one contacted him.(Actually it was kaito who suggested me to make these hawks.He already checked them and approved)

Description: The user makes hard and sharp earth tips on the fingers in a matter of a second they form because of the user being Sage rank the user then releases the earth spikes with wind chakra shooting them at the opponent at a high speed. Because of the added wind the tips are extremely fast and reach mid range in a blink of an eye. The tips are as long as the fingers. Only five tips may be made.

Description: The user does five handsigns the handsigns make water spikes erupt from the ground below the opponent. When they erupt they come up at a fast rate in a solid form of water that can pierce rock half way if its the same rank. They all come up within inches of each other- i.e. one spike cannot be created in one corner of the arena, and another in another corner. It takes about three seconds for the spikes to erupt. The spikes are ten feet tall and extremely sharp.
Can only be used three times.

Description: The user pulls out two special made daggers from his side. These daggers are no ordinary daggers their built out of the speed of wind and lightning. These are chakra weapons that can be used for anything. Ability one: Focusing chakra into the daggers: Left Dagger-Wind, Right Dagger- Lightning has the ability to cut deep for the wind and to parazles for the lightning. Ability two: Defense for the wind dagger: Can force objects back and send a large gust out. Last Ability: The user focuses chakra into the lightning dagger because of the lightness in the dagger the dagger has the ability to move swiftly the user throws the dagger with lightning chakra focused into it because of the amount of lightning chakra into it the dagger is going at an intense speed the dagger reaches mid range in a blink of an eye.
Each ability can only be used once in the whole battle. (ability one last for a whole turn)
After using each ability the user takes 15 damage.

(Kuchiyose: Kyuuketsuki Batto, Dracula)Summoning: Vampire Bat, Dracula

Chakra cost: 40 (60 if it’s daytime)
Damage: N/A
Description: Dracula is the king of bat summons. His body is about the size of Gamabunta’s hand, but his wingspan is as long as Gamabunta’s, hand to hand. He can use all sound jutsu (that don’t need special requirements) up to A rank, and has heat sensors on his nose to better find targets. While he can use sound jutsu, his main goal is to feed on the opponents chakra using the Chakra Absorbtion technique. However, when Dracula uses the Chakra Absorbtion technique he is able to suck out 30 chakra per turn instead of the normal 10 (because of his size). As bats are generally nocturnal creatures, Dracula and other bat summons will not be thrilled if you call upon them during the day. If this happens, they will require extra chakra from you as soon as you summon them.
*Must hold the contract to summon bats*
*Lasts 4 turns*

~ Do you have a Sound Bio ? If not, Declined and do not resubmit. If so, then remove the Chakra Absorption or the Sound and restrict it a bit more ~

(Sono Kyousei Manipyure-Shon Of Chakura) - The Great Manipulation Of Chakra

Description: Releasing chakra from the body, The User will create a shield of chakra which changes the forming of jutsus so any jutsus in contact with this shield of chakra will change in depending on what the user wants. Manipulating attacks to change elements so that they'd actually be able to stop attacks by using chakra to control the change of element. Also able to change the shape of an attack.
So when an attack like Swamp Of The Underworld happens, The User can change this attack maybe into wood (if they had this element) and it would be a platform safe. Or if the opponent throws a rasen-shurikan, they could change it into a heavy sort of cube which would make it drop and do nothing to the user but just destroy the ground around it.

-While using this manipulation move, they cannot use any other move (except if they had another body or clones-

Description: User will start gathering and focus own chakra into hands, creating Lance of Thunder and Lightning which has unbelievable powers and the ability to cause numbing and paralyzing into the places it hits. The user can also throw this lance creating shockwave that covers three meter radius and paralyzes anything inside that area. The Lance will stay with the user until user's killed or has run out of chakra.
Note:
- Can only be created once per battle
- It causes - 20 damage to user when activated
- Lasts until user is killed or user has ran out of chakra
- It costs - 20 chakra per turn
