The Vortex Spins around the opponent while the opponent is in the middle. The rain drops in the vortex hardens so it slices and rips apart the opponent. If the Orb Hits an object other than the opponent the Vortex will devour the object instead of the opponent.The jutsu cannot harm the opponent because the users chakra is still infused with the rain drops and the user can control the Vortex.The user can only direct the vortex to the object or person that it hit.

Description: By forming the needed hand seals, a blast of wind is called up. Forming into a single blast of wind that forms into a wall in front of the user, the wall is about 7 meters high and 3 and a half meters wide. This wall serves a purpose outside of the jutsu, it can deflect incoming projectile attacks, but amplify incoming fire attacks. Once the wall fully forms it shatters into well, shards. These shards fly forward towards the intended victim. The shards of wind are compressed enough to cause decent cuts if they don’t hit directly. If they hit directly they cause a good deal of laceration over the struck area.

Description: Goemon jutsu is a three-way collaboration jutsu between Jiraiya with Shima and Fukasaku. On Shima's signal once the opponent has been driven into a corner: first, Jiraiya creates a large volume of oil, followed by Fukasaku performing a Wind Release technique and Shima performing a large Fire Release technique.
Since Wind Chakra naturally feeds into Fire Chakra, Fukasaku's wind jutsu increases the intensity of Shima's fire jutsu, increasing the flames destructive potential. description: a special summon that takes a lot more blood then a normal summon the u will take a weapon and cut a huge cut from his right shoulder to his left thiegh then he will right the sealings in blood on the ground and slam his hands down summoning a creature smiler to mother nature she will be able to control all nature (bugs animals ect...)by getting into the minds of these animals and convincing them to do her bidding and she will be able to use all lightning/wind attacks (being that these are the most nature type attacks)
NOTES
she is on the field for 3 turns
the user cant use any jutsu while she is on the field
after mother nature leaves the user can only use 1 S rank the next turn
