Description:
By wrapping his body in a layer of Lightning chakra, the Raikage can electrically stimulate his nervous system and speed up his neural synapses to react faster to danger and push his physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing him to gain tremendous raw speed and power.
While using this technique, his reflexes and speed are pushed to the limit making him comparable to Maito Gai in 8Gates Mode, making it difficult, if not impossible, even for the Sharingan to keep up with him. His strength is also heightened enough to make his strikes cause enormous amounts of damage to whatever they strike. The armor also increases his defense, drastically reducing, if not completely negating, damage from incoming attacks as even a direct Chidori was barely able to pierce his chest. Description: Usable once Hidden Mist Jutsu is active, the user controls the mist to make it surround the opponent in a large mass, and then the user quickly condenses the mist into water. The water proceeds to coat the opponent in a seemingly harmless full-body cover of mist, however, the user then clenches their fist and the coat of water on the opponent transforms into 100 piercing tendrills that rip through the opponents skin and can even rip through armor because the water is so close, much like the 18th century iron maiden.

This attack works like this the user turns sideways pointing his body towards his opponent first the user raises his hand fared away from the opponent and points it out wards once done he releases a soft flame this fire is not used to attack it is used to keep the user steady from being blow back by his other hand then the user raises his hand closes to the opponent and lets out super strong fire. This flame is strong enough to beat any jutus of lower rank the opponents jutus must at least be S-rank to match the power of the flame anything lower will be destroy and the attack will continue. The X-Burner maybe used in the air because the soft flame would keep him in place.

Damage Points: None (Loss of use of a limb)
Description: Gathering chakra within their hands, the user imbues it with the fire element and rush towards the opponent. Upon touching the bare skin of the opponent, the chakra slowly flows over into their skin diffusing outwards leaving a series of burn marks. These burn marks make it very hard to utilize the limb or body part(s) effected.
Note: Can only be use 2 times a battle

Description: The user's eye transforms into an eye with a black pupil and yellow surrounding it.This Eye technique can see or predict the future to give the user an advantage.This Eye Also has a series of high level genjutsu that can immobilize the opponent, put them to sleep,Etc.This Jutsu puts a strain on the users sight meaning they will not be able to see properly for the Next 2 turns after its activation.Iff the user makes a clone while this jutsu is activated, the clones won't have it only the real can have it.This Jutsu can Also can sense if the opponent is using chakra around them but cannot pinpoint their location.While this jutsu is activated the user cannot you any genjutsu except for genjutsu that is related to this eye technique.
