i resubmitted this one because it seemed that the only problem you had with it was the cant dodge so i removed that part and put the advanced users of taijutsu can block the attack because they have been trained to advanced level. hopefully this seems more feasable if not im sorry for re-posting it goro

Gives user Wings of fire ( they work as rockets not with rockets speed but the like rockets sending heat downwards producing thrust and letting me Fly) thus allowing user to fly at high speed. All this comes to great cost as user's body is burned badly as the mode wears off in 4 turns. Wind based attack doesn"t affect the user for that period of time and User cant perform water based attacks as long as form is retained. Once user has entered the form he/she cant get out of it.

The jutsu’s effectiveness increases if the kunai’s or Shuriken’s are spreaded in the battle field as when the lighting will come down it will attack the the metal b4 the ground and will spread along the field thus making a network of lighting that will shock anything but the User as it has come from its own chakra.

Description: When the user is being attacked by a lightning jutsu, he opens its mouth and absorbs it, then he adds his own lightning chakra to the absorbed lightning jutsu and shoots it at the opponent, but much powerfull now. Due to the great amount of absorbed lightning, the user receives 15 damage. This jutsu can only be used 2 per battle

It seems too much but the 80 damage i put there, was because its the damage of an S-rank.

After the chakara is focused around the users body, the user begins to glow with a white aurora. The user then will release this aurora which repels all objects or jutsus, up to S-Rank, coming toward or near the user.
