The user makes their chakra glow, causing a sudden bright shine around them. This excites the cone and rod cells in the opponent's eyes, making them see the user standing there wherever they look, and nothing else.
This technique is primarily used to hide the position and movements of the user, but the psychological impact of seeing the user wherever they turn will send the opponent, if they are of a lower rank than the user, into a paralysed shock.
Notes:
- The effect of seeing the user everywhere lasts only for ten seconds - however, the shock lasts for fifteen seconds.
- This is not a Genjutsu, and as such cannot be seen through by the Sharingan or broken by Kais / Jinchuuriki.
- Must be at least Sannin Rank to use.
- The user cannot use any Lightning Techniques for the turn they use this.

One of the main criteria used to determine or define humanity is the variety of possible emotions as well as the subtle interplay between them. This mode allows the user to project a certain emotion upon the opponent, either by subtle physical and mental clues, illusions, or projecting the emotion the user feels in a wide range to all nearby.
~ (Yuuku) Fear : Humans, since their descent from cave-dwellers, have the emotion of fear as no more than an instinct. Through subtle facial and physical clues ( the shifting of weight, a chakra-enhanced glare ) the user places the opponent in a state of paralyzing fear. This technique paralyzes a very low level opponent for up to twenty seconds, a slightly lower level opponent for up to ten seconds, an equally leveled opponent for five seconds, and a higher leveled opponent for two seconds. If used repeatedly, the opponent will get used to the stimuli. Hence after the second use, the time of paralyzation gets cut in half with every further use. This technique costs an extra 15 chakra to use.
~ (Rokujou) Anger : Anger is an emotion that can be used for or against a person. Through a clever illusion that plays with the target's mind, the user can cause the opponent to anger. This anger will play havoc with the target's chakra control, though Tai- and Ninjutsu will gain a +10 power. The anger also raises the opponent's blood pressure, damaging their heart, causing 15 damage per turn, over five turns. At the end of five turns, the opponent is dangerously close to death. The illusion can be seen through by Sharingan users. Anger can only be used once per battle. Anger costs 25 chakra to use.
~ (Zetsubou) Despair : Despair is cast by projecting the user's darkest memories around the user, in a wide field. The target will believe that fighting the user is of no avail. They will begin to slow down, lose stamina, and weaken in their physical attacks (-15). Nin- or Genjutsu will not be affected. If the target manages to draw blood, they will instantly snap out of despair. Despair costs 20 chakra.
~ (Kou) Joy : Joy, a supposedly good emotion, is still devastating to the target. By drawing on the user's happiest thoughts, and projecting them in a wide field, the user causes the opponent to experience a feeling of pure, undiluted joy, causing the opponent to get thoroughly distracted, and stop their attacks, confused. If the user hits the opponent, however, they will break out of it. Joy costs 20 chakra
~ (Kyougaku) Surprise : A technique that can only be used after the user themselves is startled by something, the emotion of surprise floods the arena, causing the opponent to pause for a few seconds. Surprise costs 10 chakra.
~ (Itami) Pain : The ultimate technique of the Empathy Lord, this can only be used when the user is wounded. A torrent of pain floods the arena, causing intense pain to the opponent, for one turn. The opponent is unable to coherently think, writhing on the ground. Pain does 15 damage to the user and costs 30 chakra. Can only be used once.
Note: All limitations of emotions posted in the description of that emotion itself.
Note: No Kenjutsu, Doujutsu, Summonings, Fuuinjutsu, Hyouton, Mokuton, Youton, Poison, Shikotsumyaku, Souma no Kou, Crystal Release, Yin-Yang or Jinchuuriki powers for as long as this mode is active.

Repulsion Fighting Style ♦ [Sekiryouku Taijutsu]

Description: The user controls the air around him, sending chakra waves into the air regularly, then, with each palm, fist or leg strike he can send strong air waves that hit the enemy.The user is also able to bring the air towards him, by strongly moving one or more limbs backwards, the air pulls the enemy towards the user, also Repulsion can be used as a defence against Taijutsu attacks by pushing away enemies' limbs.
Restrictions:
- The users' muscles contract more than usual, causing some of his muscles to give in, provoking pain to the user.
- May be used once per battle.
- The effects of this jutsu last 3 turns.
- Must be at least Sannin Rank to use.
- The user is not able to use Ninjutsu during the effects of this jutsu.
- Can be used and teached only by Reido Kira [Itachi & Suigetsu].

Easy escapes as in, since he is fast he can easily escape

You haven't explained anything, just merely repeated yourself... remove the easily escapes part for approval.

Wolf: User's agility increases, he grows claws out of his nails and all his Taijutsu attacks increase by 5 Damage Points.

well dude, the jutsu is abit off =/ the seal does not pass through contact. its not like opponent touches the user's back and the seal passes on to that person =/
u would have to touch the person inorder to transfer the seal
well dude that is the reason i build this =\
so i could pass seal on without worrying that he'll notice, while i can concentrate on other stuff, passing it on to allies the easier way, it responds to chakra sources and its not impossible

Description:The user pulls out two scrolls and bits their thumbs and puts blood on all their fingers and performs the hand seals. Then place hands on scrolls. The user summons two axes with four heads. The axes can be used with all elements expect earth. The axes can be connected together at the end and made into something like a staff with four axe heads on each side. If any other person touches the axes spikes will come out and stab the person. The axes can be called back when the user puts their hands up.

Genjutsu: Mind Annihilation (Omoi Senmentsu)

Description: Breaks the connection between the Jinchuuriki and his Bijuu, the Sage and his Natural Chakra, the Master and his Summons, everything the opponent is connected. For several turns, the opponent will only be able to rely on his own chakra system, and won't be able to be infused with any other, shielded by the user's chakra. The user will also overload someone's nervous system, giving the feeling of a massive disabling headache. This jutsu affects imeadiatly any clone created by the opponent and, as said earlier, cannot be released by additional sources of chakra. Due to the pain on the opponents head, there's no higher pain, so the only way for a person to release this jutsu is by physically or mentally hurt the user.
But during this genjutsu, the user will be tottaly neutrilized, unable to move, speak, hear, smell or touch anything. He will only be able to maintain 1 single clone, but only if the clone was created on the previous turn. This clone will only be on 1 turn, and will only have 2 jutsus. After that, any other type of chakra manipulation will be out of reach, and the clone will poof, leaving both the user and the opponent neutrilized for 2 more turns.
Overall, the jutsu lasts 3 turns. After them, the user will lose the same ammount of health as the opponent lost (90 damage points) and will be unable to move for the rest of the turn.
Can only be used once per battle and affects only 2 persons.
If the genjutsu is released before the 3 turns, the user will still be nutrilized for the rest of the jutsu and will still lose health at the end of it. After the release, the opponent won't be able to move for the turn.

Note: This jutsu isn't suitable for one-on-one battles, so if you don't have any partner, then this jutsu is pretty much useless.

This as nothing to do with Ino. It just breaks the conection. I don't possess my opponent. The part where I get knocked out is just to restrict the jutsu.
It seriously as nothing to do with Ino.

Description: The user closes his hands and opens them again, forming an elemental chakra ball from the size of a basket ball. This ball has all the characteristics of the element and after it's creation, it stands on it's own, without adding more chakra. The puppet is created with 2 chakra threads, wich the user will use to manipulate it. The first thread is used to move the puppet around and the second thread is to change the shape of the ball.
The ball can be stretched, flatten, squared, etc, as longs as the mass stays the same.
The user can summon and control 5 puppets in row, with the same element or not.
Fusions, of any kind, will upgrade the rank and power of the jutsu to the rank above. All five will fused be equal to an S rank.
The puppets can stay the whole battle, but the fusions can only be mantainned 1 turn, due to the unstability.

Description: In this taijutsu, the user will gather an enormus amount of chakara onto the index fingers on both hands, this will give the both index fingers enormus strength, then index fingers combined with quick and powerful movements can easily break and pierce through and leave sizable holes in skin, regular bones, and some of the hardest material out there(cannot pierce through Custom Elements and Dead Bone Pulse). The user will only have the index finger extended and when it pierces through the impact will easily allow the rest of the arm to follow through. This is based on the Preying Mantis fighting style.
~It is a fighting method and can be turned on and off, though the user will take damage~

(Taijutsu: Suraisu Kaze) Fighting style: Slicing Winds

Damage Points: 80 + 20 for the user (5 each turn)
Description: The user forces chakra from his arms and legs and uses it to control the air around it, making the air move around the users arms and legs at high speeds in multiple directions. As a result the kicks, punches etc. have increased accuracy and are a lot deadlier. A limb that makes direct contact with these 'slicing winds' is severed instantly. However the users fist/leg doesn't need to make direct contact to hurt the opponent. As the air rushes around the limbs of the user, the air can still slice the opponent if the user just misses the opponent, though then the damage is a lot smaller (cuts an slashes around the opponents limb that was attacked).
The entire proces of forcing chakra out of the body and making slicing winds around the limbs happens almost instantly.

*Lasts for 4 turns*
*The slicing winds make minor cuts in the users arms and legs*
*Can only be used once per battle*
*Can only be used by Caliburn*

Description: a taijustu based attack where the user channels wind chakra into his hands, which causes an effect similar to rasenshuriken, only not as powerful. Once the chakra is in their hands, it can be used for a physical attack that will severely cut their opponent wherever they are touched.

description: a taijutsu based attack where the user channels earth chakra into his hands. this allows the user to either create rock like gloves that cause additional damage to the opponent. it can also be used as a one time defense. when in defensive mode, the earth fingers allow the user to deflect all type of physical attacks (swords, all kunai, shuriken etc etc) if the fingers have been used defensivly, they can not be used for three turns.

Description: The user summons his sword, Kouryuu from beneath him.The sword is a relatively big (about 180 cm), and it's blade is made out of Australian Water Dragon's scales, that are very sharp.The sword has similar characteristics as Samehada, because of it's sharp animal scales.The sword is covered in a sling, and it uncovers the scales when the user flutters the sword in the air, uncovering only a half of the sword. Kouryuu is very thick and heavy(75 kilograms), making the user move slowly, but also making the sword very hard to destruct.
Restrictions:
- Cannot summon any animal after/during this.
- Reido Kira is it's only owner.
