(Aiankurō no hōhō) Way of the Iron Claw
Type: KenTaijutsu
Background: After hearing about the great Master Pain/Betty art of using two iron claws attached by rope or chain and mixing it into his taijutsu. After traveling to where Betty use this Korra was able to take the art and create it more by adding elemental chakra into iron claws making his taijutsu using the iron claws more deadly.
Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:This style involves using two iron claws connected by chains or rope and mixing chakra and elemental chakra to make slashes and punches more painful and faster. The user can mix in the claws while doing taijutsu to make it more effective.
The user can also infuse the claws with elemental chakras to achieve a multitude of effects from enhancing its damage to enhancing its length.

Aiankurō no hōhō:Genso no tsume) Way of the Iron Claw: Elemental Claws
Type: Supplementary

Damage: N/A (+10 to Way of the Iron Claws Jutsus)
Description: The user will infuse a elemental chakra into their claws causing a effect onto the claws depending on the chakra infused.
Katon: The claws will cover in fire producing a burning effect upon contact.
Suiton: The claws are cover water, increasing its lenght up to 3 times.
Raiton: The claws are cover in lighting like how Sasuke blade gets to increase the scythes penetration and to have a numbing effect upon impact.
Doton: The claws can have its weight either increased (3 times as much) or decreased (3 times as much) to either increase impact or speed, depending on the situation (only one weight change per use, meaning either use this infusion for more weight or less with each use)
Futon: The claws are covered in greenish chakra (like what Danzo does) increaseing its cutting power.
Note: Infusions last 4 turns
Note: Can only be used 4 times a battle.
Note: Can only have one infusion active. With earth infusion, each changing of weight counts as a use.

Aiankurō no hōhō - Koko de norikoeru| Way of the Iron Claw - Get over here

Description: The user will start by kicking the opponent into the air by kicking their chest up. Once it the air the user will throw a claw with the rope that wraps around the opponent while having the claw stab into the opponent's chest. Than the user will will pull the opponent towards them while slowly undoing the rope and when the opponent is close they will completely take off the rope and punch the opponent sending them back.

Additional effects and Restrictions:
-Masters of this Art can use the claws at great speed and accurately.
- Because the user has to be able to react to the claws moving all over the user after great training becomes more flexible and better reaction so they can throw the claws more around and be able to recorparte when bringing the claw back faster.
-Bio must have at least one group of Iron Claws.
-Has to be taught by a Iron Claw Master
- Must master Taijutsu
- Must have watched Kung Pow xd (This is one is just for lol you can take it out if you want xd)

Kencho Kougake | Striking Gauntlet
Type: Taijutsu-Ninjutsu

Background: This style was created for Taijutsu users who needed to be able to stand up to and fight off Samurai. These men were well versed in the art of taijutsu but had no abilities with a sword but they still needed a way to fight off and defend against bladed attacks. Through thought, ingenuity and some hard work as well as massive upper body training Striking Gauntlet was born. It's a style that incorporates the use of form fitting rubber insulated steel (or other type of metal) gauntlets. The gauntlets can be used to defend against sword strikes as well as strong hits such as punches or kicks. Gauntlets can be worn on each limb respectively.

The main creators of the style are unknown but the people most famous for using it were a man named Straight Cougar as well as a man known only as Kazuma. Straight Cougar wore gauntlets on his legs that covered his feet and legs up to his shins as well as arm gauntlets that ran along both arms up to the shoulders. These gauntlets made him almost impervious to cutting and slicing attacks and made blocking bladed weapons second nature. He trained vigorously and taught this combat style to many people. Kazuma wore a single gauntlet on his right arm and used it along with chakra to create massive punches that could cripple the opponent's body. It takes a lot of training to be able to flawlessly wield the gauntlets and be able to move fluidly. It also takes a lot of upper body training as this style focuses more on arm movements with leg movements being a close second. The style focuses more on internal damage over visible external damage.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: The whole style mainly revolves around the infusion of chakra into the gauntlets and through chakra manipulation the formation of weapons that become extensions of the body. It also incorporates the use of chakra into punches and kicks that in turn considerably enhance the strength of the punches and kicks respectively. This style requires massive upper-body strength to be able to deliver such powerful punches and move in the ways described in the jutsu. As well as lower body training to pull off kicks while wielding the gauntlets.

Uchitoru rasuto dangan | Striking Gauntlet - Exterminating Last Bullet

Description: The user gathers chakra into his/her gauntlets, once gathered the user prepares a punch or kick manipulating the chakra through and around the gauntlet. He then performs a punch or kick and upon contact releases the chakra sending a wave of power into the opponent's body. It is enough to cause internal bleeding and through blunt force and the strong wave of chakra tearing of muscles and possibly internal organs. It does have a slight recoil effect though and sends a slight shock up the user's arm or leg causing slight pain to the user. If used in a punch the user won't be able to perform hand seals after this jutsu is used due to the stress of the punch. The recoil effect lasts one turn.

Description: The user gathers chakra into his/her gauntlet the same way they would a kunai or a sword. Once gathered the user prepares a punch manipulating the chakra around his arm as he/she releases the punch causing a rotational effect. The chakra is released as the punch makes contact due to the fast moving chakra the punch deals severe internal damage enough to break bones as well as bruise the body and cause a decent amount of pain. It is enough force to destroy large concrete walls or solid doton based attacks A rank and below.

Tenkyo dangan | Striking Gauntlet - Moving Bullet

Description: The user punches the ground with their gauntlet wielding arm lifting his legs off of the ground basically sending the user into the air through the use of upper body strength. This can be used to send the user back a range or up into the air roughly ten meters. Once in the air the user can attack further or evade an attack that was aimed at them by moving back. This can also be used to send them forward towards to opponent at a fast pace moving through the air.
-Can only move one range in any direction. (this being forward, backwards or up.)

Dangan renda | Striking Gauntlet - Bullet Barrage

Description: The user gathers chakra into their gauntlet wielding arm and begins to punch the enemy. Each time they punch they release chakra which in turn makes the opponent feel as if he's being shot each time he's hit. The pain radiates throughout the body mainly the area where he was hit. Each punch has about the same force as a Strong Fist master's kick and is enough to break bones and bruise the body.
-Can only punch three times per jutsu use

Additional effects and Restrictions:

-Masters of this style have increased upper body agility and fast reflexes with their arms and upper body. Their arms are also as strong if not stronger then their legs. They also have more flexibility then a regular untrained ninja. (Would be the slightly better then a Basic Strong Fist master)

-The user gains the ability to knock away sword strikes with his gauntlet without being effected by the blade.

-The user gains the ability to use the gauntlet as an extension of his body creating chakra based weapons and dealing massive punches with it. (A jutsu will be made for this and it isn't something that can be done passively.)

-The user through the excessive training needed gains incredible upper body strength enough to be able to defend against two handed sword strikes with a single gauntlet wielding hand or leg.

-The gauntlets used are rubber insulated and though sometimes uncomfortable don't really conduct electricity or raiton.

-The user must have mastered both Ninjutsu and Taijutsu to be trained in this style and to use it to it's fullest potential.

Basically, I don't see this as being a fighting style itself, but rather a custom weapon with a set of techniques associated with it. Simply, the only special abilities that the gauntlets have is being able to create chakra weapons as an extension from the gauntlets (granted, you have the whole being able to run chakra through the gauntlets but as I'm sure you know that can be done with pretty much any weapon). However the gauntlets change nothing about your fighting style, it simply augments your customs. This may be approved as a CW with abilities such as those that you described, but it doesn't really fit as a CFS.

Anki no Ryuudo - Ease of Flow

Type: GenTaijutsu

Background:

The creator of this fighting style was an old member of the Hyuuga clan who was also a master of genjutsu. With the help of his Byakugan, he observed how maneuvering your body helped ease the flow of chakra throughout your chakra pathway system. After he discovered the position that your body must be in to help chakra flow the best, he began mixing his expertise of genjutsu with this fighting style. He taught this style to a few very close friends, who in turn, passed down through each generation.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:

The Ease of Flow fighting style's foundation is it's special stance that helps ease the flow of chakra, similar to how a hand seal helps channel chakra. This stance allows the user to constantly be releasing chakra into the opponent's mind. When the chakra enters the opponent, the user will control it to prepare it to perform a genjutsu technique, like a ticking time bomb waiting to explode, so to speak. To "detonate this bomb", the user must then strike the opponent, releasing a surge of chakra to finalize the effect of the genjutsu. The point of previously releasing the chakra and then activating it with a second burst of chakra is to act as a sneak attack to the opponent. Since they do not see you performing any hand seals or anything of the sort, they will not be expecting a genjutsu technique which gives the user an advantage. Also, the genjutsu takes effect quite quickly due to the fact that the chakra has had time to be manipulated in the opponent's mind.

To the opponent it will feel as though their legs are made of lead, immobilizing them from the waist down but still allowing them to use their upper body.

Description: While having already prepared chakra in the opponent's mind with the Ease of Flow stance, the user performs three quick jabs to the opponent's torso, releasing chakra with each punch. After releasing the chakra into the opponent, the genjutsu activates. The opponent will feel as though they are being held under water, causing them to gasp for air but are unable to breathe. After a short amount of time, the opponent will pass out due to lack of oxygen and their body will manually begin breathing again.

Additional effects and Restrictions:

While the user is in the Ease of Flow stance, it increases ease of performing genjutsu and in some cases ninjutsu, but it is more focused on genjutsu. However, while in the stance, it will be more difficult to concentrate on any element chakra since you are focusing on manipulating your regular chakra.

Kame Kumite | Turtle Kata

Type: Advance Taijutsu/ Nin-Taijutsu

Background: Tortoise Fighting Style or usually known as Turtle kata was developed by the great Master "Oogway". It is the most internal of all styles, relying on flowing body movements. Turtle Kata has smooth and flowing movements perfect in their balance. Those who choose to master this style must find great inner peace before beginning down this path.
As Oogway was the founder of Kung Fu, he was considered by many to be the greatest Kung Fu master in history, having used his vast lifespan to hone his skill for centuries. Even though he was ancient, his skills in Kung Fu were still considered to be the greatest on the planet. During Tai Lung's raid on the Valley of Peace, Oogway was able to intercept the Snow Lepoard with a swift leap, despite his advanced age and jabbed him in the chest with his staff before performing a well-placed and incredibly fast nerve attack that quickly dispatched him. Not only did he defeat a Kung Fu prodigy who was the first to master the Thousand Scrolls of Kung Fu, but he did so effortlessly with astounding speed and precision; he showed a more expert nerve attack than Tai Lung ever demonstrated.
Oogway also possessed unbelievable physical strength for his stature, seeing how he was able to easily lift up Thundering Rhino by the horn and toss him in a gap between the Bridge of Mists in Secrets of the Masters. Later on he taught the fighting style to all the turtles and to Enzup.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: The Turtle Kata is a fighting style used exclusively by those who have great inner peace before beginning down this path. After one has mastered the style, he gains calm mind and perfect inner peace, which is very very useful in several ways. Like one's concentration level increases at maximum extent possible that he can stand on a thin stick by using just one finger.
The Turtle kata mainly focuses on attacking nerves. When nerves are in fact 'hit' or inflamed. The nerves send intense, fiery signals to the brain constantly, resulting in huge amount of pain in the region where hit, and also the part gets numb for a short period of time. User attacks opponent's nerves smoothly and with flowing movements making it difficult for opponent to predict the moves. And when this is used with the unbelievable strength of one, it can give the opponent a near death experience and/or failure of nerves.

Nerve injury is divided into 3 stages-:

Primary
This is the least severe form of nerve injury, with complete recovery. In this case, the actual structure of the nerve remains intact. Most commonly, this involves compression of the nerve or disruption to the blood supply. There is a temporary loss of function which is reversible within time.
Secondary
This is a more severe nerve injury. This type of nerve damage may cause paralysis of the motor, sensory, and autonomic.
Final
There is a complete loss of motor, sensory and autonomic function.


Additional effects and Restrictions:
-Masters of this style have increased agility, fast reflexes and very fast speed when compared to a strong fist/taijutsu master/specialist.
-Masters of this style possess unbelievable physical strength being able to lift heavy weights like gamakichi by using just one hand.
-Masters of this style gains Calm mind and Great inner peace which is needed for this fighting style.

-User attacks opponent smoothly and with flowing movements, making it extremely difficult for opponent to predict the moves and very easy for user to dodge/block most taijutsu moves.
-One must be of atleast Kage Rank and a member of NB for atleast 18 months in order to learn this style.
-Must've mastered Taijutsu.
-This style can only be taught by Enzup.

The red part is completely and utterly impossible to be approved. If so, then all CFS techniques from your style would obey to that premise. The purple part is just useless, take it out. One more go.

Description: This technique is used when an opponent's punch or kick is just going to hit the user, before it could, user attacks the opponent's attacking limb using his 4 fingers (pointed outwards), from above on opponent's limb, precisely on the nerves of the limbs. Because of the strength the kata provides, the nerves are inflamed very highly, attaining the high damage, also disabling the opponent to use that limb in his following turn.

-Masters of this style have very high reflexes when compared to a strong fist/taijutsu master/specialist.
-Masters of this style possess unbelievable physical strength being able to lift heavy weights like gamakichi by using just one hand.

-Out of the 6, I removed 3, i.e. flowing movements which makes it easy to dodge tai and hard for opponent to block (red part completely). Speed part, as speed is one of the main component. And agility part.

Supiritto Gigei | Spirit Arts

Type: Advanced Taijutsu

Background: Dan was shown using spiritual technique which allows his spirit to leave his body and take possession of a target within a certain range, enabling him to freely manipulate the victim's body at will and supplying that body chakra. One day in his lifetime, Enzup asked him to teach him his spiritual technique and Dan agreed to taught him, but even after few months of teaching, Enzup was unable to learn the technique. Afterwards they came to know that this technique is unique to Dan, and not just anyone can learn this. So all hopes of Enzup were turned into dust. But one day while Enzup was practicing freeform taijutsu, he saw something and was shocked that he was able to pull out his spirit but only from a small part of his body, which was useless in using the abilities used by Dan, so not letting his training of months go waste, he turned this technique into his own fighting style, known as spirit fighting style.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: Using this style user can pull out his spirit from a small part of his body, allowing him to use taijutsu but leaving that part of the body dead for the time spirit is out. The main and only "Speciality or Ability" of this fighting style is that the spirit is cannot be seen just by anyone. For seeing the spirit one need special tuned eyes or something.
Ex: Like user pulls out his spirit from right hand for punching the enemy, so spirit of his right hand would come out of his body and will punch the opponent, while the punch is launched, user's right hand is of no-use unless the spirit joins back again.

Additional effects and Restrictions:
-This style does not provide with "any" of the abilities which the original spiritual technique provides, like gaining control of one's body, giving them chakra etc. This style can "only" be used for using freeform/taijutsu.
-The spirit can only be seen/sensed by sharingan, byakugan, and Rinnegan, sensory techniques above C-Rank, sage mode users etc. And thus can be blocked/dodged accordingly.
-Once the spirit is pulled out from a body part, that part can no longer be used in any form, unless the spirit comes back again in the body part.
-This fighting style does not provide with boost in strength/speed/reflexes or anything. User's speed, strength and everything remains same as before.
-Must've mastered Taijutsu.
-This style can only be taught by Enzup.

Absurd. Look at the red part. An invisible, unblockable (you do know spirits aren't tangible right?), that doesn't spend moves from your move count since it can only be used in free form and that kills parts of your body while bringing them back to life once more... Oh and lets not forget that it can only be seen or senses by "something". Even if i ignored your arrogance in thinking that we'd allow a technique based on a cannon character's unique technique which isn't yet introduced into the RP, your CFS doesn't even make sense. Not only that but it doesn't even follow proper template. Were are the technique examples? And something that can only be seen by dojutsu users? Yeah... Do you even make an effort to read what you submit? I think not. Because not only don't you read what you submit but you also don't read what is approvable or the checks we do to CJs and CFS to understand what is approvable. You just keep submitting ridiculous things in the hopes that they are approved. One more ridiculous submission from your part and i'll ban you from this thread for an unknown amount of time. Don't resubmit. And please, don't contact me about this. Nor about any CFS, CE or CJ submission ever again.

Background: Long time ago in the era of swordsmen stood a man dominant to all his name was MB, the secret of his dominance is not his swordsmen ship, it was his ability to use a cane very profeccienlty, he was able to take down high level swordsmen by only his cane and his taijutsu. The secrets of the art have been passes down through generations.
Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: Cane arts is based on three categorial principles," strength, resilience, and anticipation." The user of the art must have a good body structure, and a fair amount of strength since the warrior should cause maximum damage to the opponent using their strength so that the fight ends quickly and the number of casualties and insures are minimized. The users of the art must be physically fit, so they can dodge their opponents attacks and so that they maximize the amount of damage caused by moving their body to the perfect position to hit the opponent whether it requires being at a 180 degree angle while on their feet or being capable of twisting body at will. The third principle is anticipation the user mist have a keen eye to percept or rather anticipate the the opponents next move and block it before the opponent tries it thus minimizing the chance of getting hit and maximizing the chance of hitting.

Taijutsu was also incorporated to this art where the user uses his cane in various ways and attacks the opponent by using taijutsu thus users of the art must have started their training in taijutsu to use the art and the higher their taijutsu level the better their use of the art their understanding of it.

Type: Taijutsu/NinTai

Background: This is the fighting style used by Mr. 2 Bon Kurei of Baroque Works in OnePiece. It is a style that uses mainly kicks and is taken directly from ballet dancing, therefore most of its stances are ballet poses rather then martial art stances.
In order to learn Okama Kenpo, a person must do three steps: First a person must learn ballet, secondly they must learn karate, and third, they work at one of "those" places. Because of the complexity of the moves, this fighting style cannot be combined with elemental jutsu as it would be as trying to face two sides at a time. It is also called Ballet Kenpo in the Arabasta arc in the OnePiece anime.

Skill levels of the style:

-+Creator (created the style)
-+GrandMaster (knows Prima Mode)
-+Master (knows Swan Arabesque)
-+User (someone who knows basic techniques)

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
This is a fighting style in which ballet poses and free form karate is combined and give the body a flexible stance in delivering powerful kick and punches. Because the user of this fighting style has to know ballet dances like the (Okama dash) which the user makes use of fluid ballet movement and taking several small steps before taking a longer step, in OnePiece, Bon Kurei is seen where he taps the ground several times and then takes a giant leap forward. With his long legs then he is able to quickly cross long distances. It is known as Swan Dash

There are 3 modes in okama kenpo
1. Normal Mode: the user uses normal physical hit and Okama Kenpo reflexes
2. Urabure Swan Butokai Mode (Drunken Swan Dance Mode):
can only be activated by Okama Kenpo Masters
The user poses a stance resembling that of a swan with one of his leg raised then with fluid drunken movement, the user can attack the enemy with a flurry of kicks and punches.
3. Prima Mode: This is the strongest mode. While channeling chakra to the legs and pointing the legs outwardly stretched(ballet toe movement), this gives the user further reach, and with the chakra condensed leg, when the user kicks a stone wall, it left a solid hole without any cracks around it. As the name goes Prima is a Ballet term for lead performance.
This can only be activated by Okama kenpo GrandMasters.

Blow Dart Combat | Dageki Shuriken Konbatto

Background:

This form of weapon was used by very few ninja but was greatly spanned upon by the female ninja of which her name is still unknown. Her teachings were found and the use of this secret art expanded to impressive potential.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:

The bare basics of this weapon use is mainly with a blowgun or Fukiya. Normally the user would insert a dart, needle, or other small sharp device and blow it out one end to hit a target. Pretty basic and simple.

The way this will work in RP is basically the same but by utilizing the things I've seen so this will work with ease.

In the naruto-verse we has seen how characters are able to literally use weapons from their mouths. Shizune (Tsunades secretary) was able to spit out senbon needles from her mouth and Orochimaru was able to keep the sword in his body and expel it from his mouth. Basically it's possible for a ninja to have weapons in their body wit no harm to them. So I plan on using that ability to work with the blowgun.

First thing needed would be a Custom weapon blowgun or just the default weapon. Mastering this concept of combat with a weapon will allow them to expel the projectile from their mouth rather then loading it and so on. Certain techniques will come of this concept that will be explained in my examples but it theory it would be a type of ninjutsu such as using a bow&arrow or TenTen's special abilities.

The device will not be the normal very long gun, it will be much shorter, slightly long then a flute. It allows for more flexibility but when used this blowgun would naturally be infused with their chakra which allows it the power of accurateness and strength.

However it doesn't have the large range ability as a bow but it does allow much faster rate of fire.

After serving many years as an Iwagakure shinobi, Selendrile noticed many things. First and foremost, he noticed how shinobi fought one way, offensively. He realized there should be another method, that could be as or more effective. And so, Selendrile began using a shield in all of his battles. By infusing chakra into a shield, Selendrile was capable of producing a unique style of combat, Hoplite Arts.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:

Tatejutsu involves the use of a shield capable of covering the entire head and upper-body. The shield has a slightly outward rounded face, which allows weapons to strike off the front, rather than pierce through it. There are two straps on the backside of the shield, on the left and right sides. By placing their arms through both straps, the user of the shield is able to maintain tight control on the shield's movements. The shield depending on its utilization, can be used for either an offensive or defensive purpose. Another variation of a use of a shield can be utilized through a CW.

Between the straps that are used for stabilization and the actual shield, is a small rotary mechanism that allows the outer shield to spin rapidly. This shield rotation is simply achieved with a specific movement of the arm that unlocks the mechanism. Once the weapon is unlocked, the user simply channels basic/fire/wind/water chakra into the shield. This increases the rotation to an abnormal level, as well as providing the shield with a variety of battle uses.

Chakra Kendou - Chakra Fencing
Type: Nin-Kenjutsu

Background:

Chakra Fencing is an ancient fighting style that originates from the older provinces of Land of Iron. It was originally found in the city of Bravo that was secluded from rest of the Land of Iron but still belonged to the region. Story tells that a single man founded the style as he was trying to develop a style completely different from regular Samurai techniques. He is referred only as The Creator in the records of the city and the style. The Creator preferred speed over strength and detested the downsides that heavy samurai armor caused.

Before departing from this world, The Creator passed the style onto three students that proceeded passing his legacy on. One of these three students was named Silvio Forel who's surprisingly the only named teacher/practitioner of the style. He introduced advanced footwork and several stances to the imperfect style to improve it further and make it more lethal. Even though City of Bravo was eradicated in one of the multiple sieges the city had to suffer, the tomes that taught the style can still be found within the vaults of the fort.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:

Chakra Fencing is as the name implies, fencing applied into Narutoverse. It includes quick thrusts with smaller swords that can be combined with Samurai Saber or chakra guidance to your weapons to send an arrow like burst of energy that can create superficial cuts by itself and increase the depth of a wound when landing a hit with the sword. This fighting style isn't samurai restricted to spice up combat in general with any type of biography.

In the basic stance of Chakra Fencing feet are a shoulder-width or more apart with the leading foot forward and the trailing foot at right angles to it. The knees are well bent and the center of gravity is kept mid way between the heels. The user is now in a position where he/she is well balanced, able to use his/her leg muscles to generate rapid bursts of speed and change directions with comparative ease and the easy position to stab, pierce, slash and lunge easily.

Additional effects and Restrictions:
  • Users of this technique must carry thinner bladed weapons than regular Katanas or Swords.
  • User of this technique has increased reflexes and speed from the training they undergo when beginning to learn this style.

He also learned that he could do the complete opposite, by making them repel, creating distance between himself and opponents that he deemed overwhelming. By practicing this vigorously with Sasori's puppets, he perfected the fighting style, keeping his opponents at bay or utterly destroying them.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
As explained in the background, the user's of the style, utilize their Magnetic chakra's to magnetize themselves and their opponents, to either repulse both parties, or pull one another together.
By using the attraction method of the style (charging one positive and one negative) the user can speed up the force and power of his blows while causing the opponent to be pulled into the punch, making it extremely difficult for the opponent to avoid the blow by normal means. This can also be used to increase the strength of a grab, or reinforce the user's balance if pushed back by the opponent.
By using the repulsion method of this fighting style, the user will grant both parties the same charge, making contact between the two almost impossible without a non-charged element interrupting them. This is used to soften blows, or prevent them completely, or use in conjunction with a strike or rush, pushing the opponent away from the user with added force that may be directed to a specific area of the body to cause isolated injuries.

Well this would only work if you touch your opponent, polarizing him and then using the opposite polarization to attract you. But doing so is a great risk. You'd be attracted towards him and he could simply nagashi you. Not only do you need to explain how you manage to polarize him (and that can only be accepted with physical contact between a polarized thing and him or between him and you) and how you control it to secure its precision. Other than that, the concept clever.

To polarize the opponent, the user must have contact between the user and opponent, or the opponent must come into contact with a jutsu that has been polarized (like a kunai). In order to Prevent the user from being exploited by his own attraction/repulsion methods, the user must maintain control of his own polarity, and use precise chakra control to manipulate the magnetic fields introduced between himself and the opponent, making all of his strikes pinpoint. The user may alter the magnetic fields withing his or his opponents body, moving them into areas of the body that will be connected with. However, this cannot be used to hurt organs with magnetic chakra alone.

Just a few things before this can be approved. First, the thing about strength being majorly empowered in your additional effects section. That needs to be removed. That statement implies that your power is always increased while in truth its ONLY increased when the target has been polarized. Therefore, those powerful punches would be submitted as customs for the style, and therefore has no place in being implied as a passive ability. I also don't like the idea of being able to polarize something by having it come in contact with another polarized object, doesn't really make sense. In order to polarize someone with this style you establish contact with them and then use your chakra to give them a strong negative or positive charge. Coming in contact with a polarized object does not give your target a charge, well certainly not one that you could take advantage of anyway. Take those out and it should be fine.

Tei Henahena | Air Bending
Type: Ninjutsu
Background: Airbenders first learned their bending from the sky bison, a sacred creature in the Air Nomad culture. The bison typically use their massive beaver-like tail to create gusts of wind and, as the name suggests, can fly without any visible means of propulsion. It is also said that the airbenders had borrowed the arrow mark from the flying bison for their traditional tattoos. These tattoos symbolize one's mastery of the airbending art, and are given to a practitioner once their training is complete. Unlike other nations, all Air Nomads are born airbenders, due to the high amount of spirituality infused in the culture.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: Air Bending is an art were the user will channel chakra into their hands/feet/any other part of the body and perform various movements that manipulate the air and wind around them. These movements are agile tai chi like movements. Due to this agile movements Air Benders have great agility and reaction time.

Background: In the Land of Wind there is a small temple were several monk have practised the art of manipulating nature around them and using this too their will for many years. These monks are known as Air Benders and traditionally have arrows tattooed on their bodies. The air benders use the wind and air in nature too complete unique and extraordinary tasks easily with great finesse.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: Air Bending is an art were the user will channel chakra into their hands/feet/any other part of the body and perform various movements that manipulate the air and wind around them. These movements are agile tai chi like movements. Due to this agile movements Air Benders have great agility and reaction time.

Way of the Tense Fist | Houto Issui Za Tensu Kobushi

Type: Nintaijutsu

Background: This fighting style was created by a ninja from the land of tea. This ninja foresaw a civil war coming in the land and wanted to over throw their leader as he was and evil man. This ninja then developed a very unique fighting style and challenged the leader too a fight. If the ninja won the leader would be over thrown but if the leader won the ninja would be executed in front of the whole village. The ninja easily defeated the leader with his newly discovered fighting style and saved the land of tea from destruction.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: This style works on the infusion of chakara into muscles and joints in ones body. A person of this style can use their chakara the massively increase the tension in their joints and muscles and then releases the tension in a split second causing the blow to be immensely more powerful. It is not chakara release that makes the blows stronger but the sudden release of tension in ones limbs due to chakara that sends the strike at a much faster and stronger impact. One must always be focusing earth chakara through their limbs while releasing the tension since the blows are so fast and stronger it could shatter their bones upon impact.

(Chi no Jutsu) Blood Arts

Type: Ninjutsu

Background: One of the great distintion between general Ninjutsu and it's Elemental branch is the ability to produce the element, by chaging the nature of one's chakra. This is seen on Smoke users or Flower users, for example, where they utilize their chakra to move and manipulate the objects, instead of creating it from the scratch. This is the difference between this style and Blood Element, a patented Custom Element.

The style revolves around the manipulation of blood and move it as a weapon.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: As estabilished, this style is unable to materialize or produce any blood, or even generate or duplicate the existing blood. It does not control coagulation, mitosis or any other cell related property.

As such, in order to se any technique, the user must draw blood. This can be achieved by slashing the skin or bitting the thumb or any other way. Afterwards, the user is able to move the blood around with chakra, and change it's density, sharpness, speed, or apply any additional characteristic with it (The later by charging elemental chakra on the drawn blood).

Additional effects and Restrictions: Since the user is using his/her own blood for the techniques, they come with a restriction on the number of usages. The following will be based on the ability the user has to preform all the techniques and continue the battle in good health, suffering only minor dizzyness on the same and following turn. An additional one can be used at the loss of body speed and resistance (preventing high ranked taijutsu) and an additional one knocks the user unconsious from the lack of blood.

S-Class: 1 Jutsus per battle.

Sage: 7 Jpb

Mastering this style allows fewer use of blood to achieve the same results, adding 1 additional technique.

Some techniques can have different restrictions, such as shaving some techniques from the max limit due to their complexity or amount of blood necessary.

Adding an element to the technique will have the following effects, unless stated otherwise in the technique description. After the technique is used, or is otherwise retracted, the blood will return to normal.

Fire: Hot blood will scald and burn the opponent.
Wind: Colder blood will be sharper and faster.
Water: The blood will be more abundant and fluid, allowing techniques bigger than normal with the same characteristics and speed.
Lightning: The blood will be sharper and will numb on contact.
Earth: The blood will be thicker and denser, aquiring greater momentum and power.

Hone no Dan'yaku :: Bone Ammunition

Type: Ninjutsu

Background:
One of the major flaws of the powerful Shikotsumyaku is its focus on injury solely via sharp edged tools or blunt force, allowing opponents to more or less know what to expect when confronted with a barrage of white death. To combat this, Deadpool combined his scientific knowledge, his tenacity, and sheer dumb luck to create this style for Kaguyas.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
Bone is one of the few materials scientifically proven to show the piezoelectric effect under severe stress. Essentially, what this means is that it creates tiny amounts of electricity when under external force; however, generally this amount is of no use in battles.
However, in the Hone no Dan'yaku style, the practitioner stresses the bones on certain parts of his body with his own chakra, and allows the lightning created to be mixed with his normal chakra he used to stress the bone. Some bone is then shot off towards the opponent, and is now volatile in nature. Once it contacts a target, it detonates.
Unlike most supposed Bone-Explosion jutsu that merely send fragments of bone in all directions in force, this fighting style actually causes a proper explosion with flames, smoke and pressure waves, much like more powerful variants of exploding tags.

Additional effects and Restrictions:
~ This style provides no extra boosts in physical or ninjutsu ability.
~ The practitioner can utilize this style in one of two ways. Either he can directly stress his hands, ribs, etc. and fire off exploding projectiles from them, or create an intermediary bone construct of the same size and then stress it. By using the first method, the projectiles can be fired off much faster and as a surprise to the opponent; however, as it literally stresses his bone, it could cause as much as shattered hands, ribs etc that even take Kaguyas time to heal. Alternately by following the other method it is safer but slower and visible to the opponent. Even then, the intermediates collapse after a set number of projectiles. [ All this will be specified in every CJ ]
~ Naturally, this can be used only by Kaguyas.

Background:
A boy aged thirteen did not prefer the usual style to wield a sword and often found that,that was not the way he prefers to fight close range.Over his journey through the world he learnt many different styles and techniques but none of them worked best for him.When walking through the border between Konoha and kirigakure stumbled upon a old man who wielded a staff in his hand.The boy asked the old man what do you have there that looks like a strange sword and the man replied this is not a sword but rather a staff.The old man than taught the young boy the art of staffs.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
This special from of fighting requires the user to use kenjutsu is a different way and to wield a staff.The style mostly relies on pin point strikes done with precision and speed.The user is able to charge there staff with one of the five elements and combine the element with there staff to unleash a variety of attacks and defensive moves.

As the user hits the opponent in the face the user continues to spin, bringing the left hand with their staff right round to the left hitting the opponent in the stomach with a thrusting motion, sending them flying back.

-A staff art master has increased speed when striking and also slightly increased reaction time to a normal kenjutsu user
-The power of the attack from the staff does not differ from the power of a normal sword unless combined with elemental chakra.
-Can only be taught be Lysander

赤砂の拳 - Akasuna no Ken - Red Sand Fist

Type:
TaiKugutsu // Puppet Taijutsu​

Background:
Otherwise known as the Human Puppet Fist, the style was said to be developed by Sasori shortly after transforming his body into that of a puppet. The style itself was made to counter those people who decided to get into short range of the puppet user, and allow them to retaliate appropriately. Sasori had developed this style around his own puppet body being able to twist and turn unlike a normal person due to their limitations with their bone structure, whereas the puppet body was capable of extending itself past that point into using strange movements to fight people who want to get in their face.​

Descriptions on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
The Red Sand fist was created with the intent on turning one of the puppeteer's biggest weaknesses into an advantage: close range fighting. This particular style of fighting involves removing the boundaries of which regular people have and turning them into an advantage due to having a much more versatile body made of parts of the puppet. Some uses will involve using the weapons stored into the puppet body to use as extensions of the body, as well as using their own chakra threads to turn the slight disadvantage into the advantage. The user of the Red Sand Fist doesn't always need to use their puppet body to fight.​

From there, the user is capable of making sure the target can perform another action, such as twirling them around should they attempt a roundhouse kick.
Notes:
- Can only be used three times.
- Can only be used on A-Rank or lower Taijutsu-based attacks.​

Additional Effects and Restrictions:
The user with a puppet body naturally grows used to the strange movements in which the style incorporates, which allows them to perform strange movements as if they were double-jointed, in a sense. Alongside this, it allows the user of the style to be much more flexible than those who haven't learnt this style because of the modifications to their body.
Although the style doesn't completely incorporate the use of a puppet body, one is required to use this style to it's fullest extent. This is to help with the flexible movements the techniques have to offer. Additionally, mastery over basic puppetry techniques is required to use this style.​

Hurricane Skater Martial Arts - Shippuusuka Tatakai no Jutsu


Type: Wind element, weaponery and Taijutsu


Background:

Inspired by Onoki's flying technique, Temari's unknown huge fan technique that made her able to fly above it while fighting Tenten and Black Cat's Leon Elliott ability. Wind element users such as danzo used it to redirect his flight, In NB, RP-ers used the Hurricane Fist technique to send themselves flying to else where by directing their fist toward the ground as they form the punch. Using the mastery of wind element and taijutsu creating a fighting style build on speed and midair battling.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:

By manipulating the wind, the user could increase the speed of his skate's wheels speed, make himself fly above the skate by creating a wind blast that keeps it flying and moving it, do multiple movements at midair and combine that with taijutsu to increase its strength and speed. By using this fighting style, the user would be able to combine his wind element with a special type of taijutsu with the usage of the skate as a weapon kick and lunch at midair making it cycle to attack the enemy and as such of skate movements.

The essence of this fighting style is to attack while moving, giving the enemy less chances to fight back and confuse them. Its also supplementary, as it makes the user able through specific techniques able to dodge, repel or block some attacks.

This fighting style can be used along with weapon, by making them fly as the user wish, not directly toward the enemy at it usually goes. The user could replace the skate with other weapons such as a heavy sword, huge fan or a war fan, however this might not work for some of the techniques made for this martial art.

Example techniques:

Hurricane Skater Martial Arts: The Twister Skater - Shippuusuka Tatakai no Jutsu: Shipuu Suka-Ta

Description: As the user gets close to the enemy, the user channels his chakra through the wind used to blast the skate up and manipulate it to make it side flip in the mid air as he jumps for it, letting it twist with wind elemental effect of cutting at its edges to cut his legs as he channels his earth chakra through his foot as he directs a kick toward the enemy's chest to break his/her bones confusing him/her with two attacks out of the sudden making them pretty hard to dodge. After using this technique, the user stand back over the skate and balance it, continuing to fly above the ground.
-Can only be used once per battle

-Must be a S-Class at least to use this fighting style.
-The user of this fighting style must be a master of wind element, taijutsu and Kaito's taijutsu.​

Actually a pretty good idea, just two things. First it needs to be clarified that, since you must continually run chakra through your skateboard in order to keep flying, no other techniques would be able to used while in the air. Second, remove entirely the last paragraph under abilities where it allows you to use this through pretty much any weapon. That paragraph alone makes the technique a partial rip-off of Temari's fan and the Levitating Blade technique. Make it so that the user has to have a board to use this style.

Haihin Kousotsu ~ Scrapyard-Armored Warrior
Type: Defensive & Supplementary Fūintaijutsu
Background: The style of the Scrapyard Warrior was invented by the desperate Shinobi of Amegakure during the Third Great Shinobi War. Where their invaders brought new equipment, technology and techniques to the battlefield, the small nation had nothing but ancient advice and dust to rely on. In a desperate attempt to form some sort of coherent military, a few idealists without honor set out to find a way to defend their nation against the invaders.
They returned with ink and junk.
They returned with enough of both to shape a victory.
While the style itself was never fully revealed, the concept certainly was: take what you can get and make the best of it.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: Haihin Kousotsu is, essentially, the ability to summon armor and use it for defensive and supplementary purposes.
All practitioners of Haihin Kousotsu are marked with many tattoos, all summoning seals and filled to the brim with armor. The summoning seals play an important part in the style, as all tattoos must be placed perfectly for the items they contain to be summoned to their correct positions.
The style of Haihin Kousotsu itself doesn’t have a particular philosophy or stance, it is simply the ability to summon armor and use it. Where other styles are restricted by their own rigid forms and methods, Haihin Kousotsu flows freely. Every practitioner has a preferred set of armor and a unique way of fighting with it.
A practitioner of Haihin Kousotsu is a deadly enemy, constantly shifting between different sets of armor, changing weight, shifting equilibrium, removing old weaknesses and gaining new strengths. Basically, the versatility of their armor is the key to success for all Haihin Kousotsu practitioners.

Naturally, it is required that one be adept at Fūinjutsu before one learns the secrets of Haihin Kousotsu. It’s simply not realistic for someone without the ability to re-seal their armor to use the fast-paced style. Haihin Kousotsu requires that one be able to adapt and survive. If one cannot even change his armor, then adapting is an impossibility. Furthermore; with the knowledge of Fūinjutsu comes the knowledge of how to prevent the poof-smoke normally associated with an unsealing to appear.

-The typical Haihin Kousotsu Practitioner has much better reflexes than the standard Strong Fist Master.

The idea is certainly interesting, but I don't think that it fits as a CFS. It has nothing to do with actually fighting. I mean, you're just sealing random items to use as armor. Rather, this should be submitted as a set of Fuuinjutsu customs. It simply isn't a fighting style.

Background:
The Red Sand Palm techniques were derived from a hand hardening technique used to aid in the training and development of Wing Chun. The purpose of the developing this new technique was to both reduce the rate of injury to those training Wing Chun and increase the effectiveness of the art itself. Red Sand Palm's hand hardening came with extremely effective and unexpected consequences, not only are the hands hardened enough to crush stones without even the slightest mar, they also generate unnatural amounts of heat and pressure. The Red Sand Palm became its own system of attacks and defenses used by masters in conjunction with the Wing Chun style. However the Red Sand Palm was quickly barred from being used in national tournaments due to the extreme danger to the opponent. The practitioner of the Red Sand Palm does not need to make contact with the opponent to cause harm, due to the heat and pressure generated, and with the advent of modified techniques such as Iron Sand Palm, which causes the struck targets internal energy network to boil, The Chinese Emperor declared that such techniques were contrary to the purpose of the tournaments and therefore shall be marked as forbidden for use outside of battlefield during times of war. Taoist and Buddhist monks to this day can still be found training these techniques in both northern China and Japan, there have also been reports of descendants of the masters now living in the United States still training in these forbidden techniques.

Narutoverse tie-in: The Hyuuga clan uses a much more advanced, chakra only version of this style known as Jūken, 柔拳 (Gentle Fist), in combination with their Byakugan the Hyuuga have precise visual knowledge of the accuracy and effects of their attacks.
However, there are very important differences between Gentle Fist and Red Sand Palm:
  • Members of the Hyuuga clan force controlled amounts of chakra through tenketsu, and use that chakra to damage internal organs or change chakra flow, increasing or cutting it off completely. Red Sand Palm style fighters do not have the ability to control their chakra on that level (unless specifically trained to do so via NB Med School).
  • The Gentle Fist style is based upon a fighting style that is extremely similar to Tai Chi Chuan, which was an opposing style and almost directly antipodean to Wing Chun, which is what Red Sand Palm was developed from.
  • Gentle Fist users rely on precision chakra control and extremely accurate attacks to incapacitate their opponents, whereas the Red Sand Palm users rely on the force of their attacks to create areas of high air pressure and friction generated in their chakra's movements to create heat.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
The initial purpose of Red Sand Palm is to aid in the defense against incoming attacks of all physical types. However the secondary purpose of this style of combat is to minimize the effort needed to finish a fight, quickly ending combat by way of incapacitating the opponent. Through the use of intense months or even years of physical training and advanced chakra control, those trained in the style of Red Sand Palm can generate great amounts of heat and pressure simply through their movements.

Working their way up in strength and tolerance for the training, beginners start out plunging their hands into a pale of fine dust like silt. This is done until the student is able to retrieve a single grain of (dyed red) rice, unscathed, from the bottom of the pale in one strike. The next stage in this training is instead of the fine silt, the student will repeat the training using beach sands that have not been moistened. Again this stage in the training takes as long as necessary until the red grain of rice is retrieved unscathed. Moving further on from here replaces the beach sand with sands from the mountain tops, after that is the pebbles from the river shallows, followed by coarse stones from the mountain passes, which, when completed, is replaced by almost completely dry clay mud (it is this stage that builds formless pressure). After the clay, the student should now be able to move small objects simply with the pressure generated by the movements of their hands. Students that have achieved this level of skill are now known as "Users of Red Sand Palm".
The next stage of training consists of much of the same training, however the pale is replaced with a large bucket almost a meter in height, and the one grain of rice is increased to three. The materials this time start at the stage of coarse stones from the mountain pass, and are increased to large fist sized rocks from the rivers and streams, then on to coarse rocks of increasing density (slate to granite), finally ending on a mixture of large old river rocks and coarse boulders from the mountain tops. Once a student has mastered the ability to retrieve the rice unscathed from this stage of training they are able to use their newly masters skills to knock over opponents during a fight, causing searing pain and interrupted chakra flow to areas contacted (without any permanent damage), these students are known as "Masters of Red Sand Palm".
The final known stage of training consists of very intense range training. Those who complete this training are known as "Grand-Masters of Red Sand Palm", there are no known living Grand-Masters of this style at this time however there is extremely well documented routines that the late Grand-Masters compiled. Upon attaining the status of Master, individualized training regiments are created from the documents in order to continue training.

Additional effects and Restrictions:
  • All hand based taijutsu* moves gain a 2:1 speed bonus over standard taijutsu users, and range bonus.
  • Red Sand Palm taijutsu* moves can be used not only to attack, but defend against physical attacks.
  • When using Red Sand Palm style all non-genjutsu moves cost additional chakra per round.
  • Users of Red Sand Palm gain a taijutsu range bonus of 1/2 meter for all had based taijutsu* moves (no grabs of course). Also Users cannot interact** directly with chakra using this style alone.
  • Masters of Red Sand Palm gain a taijutsu range bonus of 1 meter for all hand based taijutsu* moves (again, no grabs of course). Masters can directly interact** with chakra for one of three moves, while using this fighting style.
  • Grand-Masters of Red Sand Palm gain a taijutsu range bonus of 3 meters for all hand based taijutsu* moves (once more, no grabs of course). Grand-Masters can directly interact** with chakra while using this fighting style.
  • This martial arts combat style can only be trained by myself or a Master of Red Sand Palm who also holds Sensei status, or Zenryoku once he gains understanding of the philosophy. HOWEVER, ALL interested students MUST be recommended by a Sensei and approved by me PRIOR to beginning training.

Description: With a forceful thrust the user can knock off balance or even knock to the ground the opponent from up to a distance of 1 - 3 meters depending upon style mastery. This attack deals a moderate amount of damage at distance (up to 40) but deals its true fate to opponents within physical striking distance (full 60) plus causes a searing pain to shoot through the area struck, leaving a definitive hand print seemingly branded on the skin.
*Can only be taught according to the Red Sand Palm training restrictions.
*Can deflect physical attacks of equal or lesser rank.
*Cannot be used as both an attack and defense in the same turn.
*Does not use fire or katon chakra to burn the target.
*The attack does not actually burn the opponent.

(Akairo Suna Tenohira: Hakai) - Red Sand Palm: Destruction

Description: Quickly sliding the palms across one another horizontally while using the fully mastered techniques of the Red Sand Palm, the user is able to physically slice the air and all physical objects in front of him up to mid range, cutting all physical bodies through and through. When used to defend, this attack even has the ability to split in tween, direct: katon, suiton, raiton and fuuton based attacks, up to S rank, causing the attacks to miss the user.
*This attack effects an area of 2 meters at a range of 3 meters, and tapers down to the spread of the users arms at a range of 0 meters.
*Without the ability to void the air in between the opponents, this attack cannot be avoided within the 3 meter range.
*If hit but not incapacitated by this attack the target will experience a severe, almost debilitating, burning sensation throughout their midsection.
*This attack can only be used twice per battle, not within 3 full turns of one another.
*This attack leaves the user near exhaustion physically, greatly slowing his movements and making and Red Sand Palm attacks useless for the next turn.
*The user must be a Grand-Master of Red Sand Palm to use this attack.
*Can only be taught according to the Red Sand Palm training restrictions.

* -- Taijutsu implies physical attacks involving striking, kicking, grappling and submission, whether they are from a jutsu list or not.
** -- Here interacting with chakra, simply implies the ability to mold various types of chakra with the hands while using this specific fighting style. By not being able to directly interact with chakra, you must use some conducting medium in order to channel chakra through your hands. For example; medical ninjas would not be able to use a chakra scalpel while using this fighting style unless they've attained the Master or Grand-Master status.

What you explain is nothing more than a simple Taijutsu. You go into details about background, training, how one gets to that level, etc etc. but the core of this is that you still haven't explained why this is different from strong fist. I don't also understand where the connection to the gentle fist came from.

With each of these attacks there is also a small amount of heat created by the friction of his chakra through the air around them. Fighters of this level have the ability to move small objects without actually touching them, by using the techniques developed through the specific training. (pressure and friction)
For help in understanding think of this example: When you punch at a feather falling through the air in front of you, the air pressure created in front of your fist will move the feather.
Red Sand Palm "Masters" have the ability to generate an great deal of pressure and heat through the speed, friction, and specific movements of each attack. Fighters at this level have the ability to knock over an opponent with the pressure of their attacks, also the heat generated by the friction of their chakra will cause a searing sensation around the point of impact, and because the friction is generated by the master's chakra itself, the connected attacks cause very short term disruptions in the chakra flow in the area affected.
For help in understanding think of this example: For the chakra friction, think of an extreme version of Mr. Miagi from the Karate-Kid.
Red Sand Palm "Grand-Masters" have the ability to create extreme amounts of pressure and heat through the speed and friction of their specific movements. Fighters attaining this level of skill will have specially attuned training that will grant (mod-approved) account specific of individualized abilities that far surpass that of the standard Masters but remain the same in realm.
For help in understanding think of this example: There is a story that my Sifu tells, that talks about an ancient Grand-Master who had the ability to cut a spear in half from several steps away, burning the ends of the fresh cut at the same time. NOTE: This is just an example to aid in understanding, not an actual ability. As stated all specific abilities will need to be mod-approved prior to Grand-Master training.​
