Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
We all know that cotton is used to make a number of textile products that we use and wear on a daily basis such as, clothing(shirts, socks, underwear), towels, bed sheets, robes, tents, fishing nets and even explosives and book bindings. This brings me to my point on how cotton exists in the manga. In the manga we have seen plenty of products that are made from cotton or are partially made from cotton. Most of these things are bath towels, robes, socks, underwear, and even most T-shirts are made from cotton. We have seen Naruto, Sai and Sakura and Yamato use towels and robes when they were at the hot spring when they were out searching for Sasuke. We have seen Naruto in his underwear countless of times as well. We have seen Naruto use bed sheets on his bed. After the Pein arc had ended we see many tents put up for shelter. We have also seen many books such as Jiraiya’s famous Make out Paradise. The binding of the book is made from cotton as all book bindings are made from it. So in essence the cotton industry is alive and well in the manga.

How it works:
The user will send both his Earth and Chakra natures into the ground below and begin to mix them together along with the soil in the ground, which will cause a boll, or protective capsule to grow above the surface of the ground. After the boll or protective capsule grows it will open up releasing a ball of cotton. This is where chakra control steps in. The user will use his chakra and use it to control the ball of cotton however he sees fit; such as, stretching it out to form walls, shields, clones, or fluffy armor to help him in battle.

Conditions to be able to use it:
Mastery over earth and water is necessary to create the substance of cotton. In addition great chakra control is also of great importance for the manipulation of the cotton to make it into the desired objects of the users desire.

Is weak to:
Fire: Cotton is very flammable making it extremely weak to all fire based attacks.
Wind: Cotton is very light weight making it easy to blow away with wind based attacks.
Void: Void is an empty space making cotton unable to grown making it completely useless.
Dark Release/Release Ability (canon): Being a less tangible element that cotton is, the release ability of the canon dark release is able to over come it.

Is strong against:
Water & Oil: Cotton contains fibers that are 99 percent cellulose which gives it the ability to absorb water and oil.
Ice: Cotton has no freezing point making all ice based attacks useless against it.
Dark Release/Absorption Ability (canon): As cotton is a physically solid substance, Canon Dark Release is unable to absorb it.

✗ Declined: I want a more clearer explanation of how you now actually make it as I don't really understand all that boll stuff as if you do that all the time, you died 10 times over before you can do your jutsu. I also want a better explanation of strengths and weaknesses. It says it's strong against ice because it doesn't have a freezing point, but that just means it's strong against cold temperatures. If someone throws an ice spike towards you, the temperature really isn't going to be the thing you should be concerned about. If wind can just blow it away, then explain me what things like earth, metal, wood and also solid ice would do to it? I mean if wind can easily blow it away, I see all those easily go through cotton. So you need to give better reasonings.

How it works:
There are two ways on how the user can make the cotton appear and use it how ever he/she wishes. First method is by sending a mixture of water and earth chakra into the soil making the cotton for and then using their advance chakra control to allow it to take the desired form that use user wants it too i.e wall, shield, clones, armor, etc. The second way is where the user will have a bag full of cotton seeds where he will use those to make the cotton form instead of from the ground incase there is no soil to make cotton. When using the seeds the user will place them in his hand(s) and send his water and earth chakra into them causing the seeds to pop open releasing balls of cotton, and by adding more chakra and using advance chakra control the user can expand those cotton ball if he so wishes.

Cotton has what is called lumen in its fibers which are empty spaces that allows it to absorb up to 27 times its own weight in water. Lumens also help provide cotton with its exceptional "wicking" ability, drawing water up along the fibers through capillary action—like sucking on a straw meaning it can seep away body heat which can eventually lead to hypothermia in cool or cold conditions. Also cotton fibers are 99 percent cellulose. Cellulose is a polymer composed of a long chain of connected glucose molecules that each contains three hyrodoxol groups with slight negative charges. Water, as you may remember from high school chemistry, has a slightly positive charge (the oxygen atom draws in the two hydrogen atoms' electrons). The upshot is that water molecules are attracted to—and bond with (via "hydrogen bonds")—the zillions of hydroxyl groups in cotton. This allows cotton to be able to slowly absorb water from the skin which can lead to the skin drying up, and if covered long enough in the cotton and completely covered it can cause dehydration from seeping away most of the water in the body.

Description:
The user creates a large amount of cotton rise from the ground that wrap up around the opponent, around their limbs and torso and head, they are completely covered with cotton that tightens across their body. The Cotton absorbs the water within the user’s body, making them even weaker, if a water jutsu is shot at the cotton it will be absorbed and made a lot heavier, crushing the opponent indefinitely.


Conditions to be able to use it:
One must have mastered Water and Earth and have Advance Chakra Control in order to form the cotton into its desired shapes/forms the user wishes it to have. There also must be soil(aka earth) near by in order for one to make the cotton form from the ground. If there is no soil then the user has to use the cotton seeds he/she carries with them to make the cotton.

Is weak to:
Fire: Cotton is very flammable making it extremely weak to all fire based attacks, easily burning through it.
Wind: Cotton is very lightweight making it easy to blow away with wind based attacks, it can also be cut through by sharp based wind techniques.

Earth : Cotton is actually quite able to cushion against earth attacks, even those that are sharp like spikes the cotton can cushion against the force it needs to penetrate the body.
Dark Release(canon): As cotton is a physically solid substance, Canon Dark Release is unable to absorb it.
Sound: Cotton is a solid made from earth and when sound comes close to it or in contact with it, it's fibers vibrate therefore the vibrations of the sound is used up and there is less sound coming out from the other end of the cotton

✗ Declined: I don't know what I might or might not have said, but at this point you're plainly ripping someone's CE In the least Tosen will be listed as CC unless he clearly states he does not want the CE anymore. Secondly having a bag of seeds is not a viable way to create a CE and I don't get why you need the soil either. In the end you didn't provide any real explanation on how you create it nor proof that it can be created like that, you just say water + earth. Lastly any CE that mentions 'double strength', deserves to be declined and also you don't make a difference between focused and unfocused lightning in STR/WKN. I consider that as you trying to make your CE stronger than it is and lowering it's weaknesses.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Acetylene is a moderately common chemical in the universe, often associated with the atmospheres of gas giants, and has the compound with the formula C2H2. It is a hydrocarbon and the simplest alkyne. This colorless gas is widely used as a fuel and a chemical building block. It is unstable in pure form and thus is usually handled as a solution. Pure acetylene is odorless, but commercial grades usually have a marked odor due to impurities.

As an alkyne, acetylene is unsaturated because its two carbon atoms are bonded together in a triple bond. The carbon-carbon triple bond places all four atoms in the same straight line, Since acetylene is a linear symmetrical molecule. Acetylene is not especially toxic but when generated from calcium carbide it can contain toxic impurities such as traces of phosphine and arsine.

As we have seen in manga/anime, the Naruto-verse is similar to our own, with plenty of mountains, rocks, water, trees, swamps, desert, etc and several metals (eg: Iron and Steel) and non-metals that are obtainable from the ground or water or air as much as like in real world. Since iron exist in Naruto-verse, as they are able to make shuriken, kunai, swords and so on, it would be possible for acetylene too.

As we have seen Mei’s Boil release : Skilled Mist Technique. a cloud of mist which she releases from her mouth. This mist has extremely corrosive properties, capable of melting even the bones of Sasuke Uchiha's Susanoo. By that principle An important reaction of acetylene is its combustion, At temperatures below the triple point, solid acetylene can change directly to the vapor (gas) by sublimation, it’s the same form of Mei’s Skilled Mist Technique.

As it is possible for acetylene to be created on purpose, it is also possible that acetylene will be present in the earth, especially and inhabited places in the country. Once one knows how acetylene works he will be able to create it himself out of his own chakra, to either complement the acetylene that is already present, or create all that they will need for their technique’s.

How it works: The user would use and combine his Wind, Earth and lightning chakra to create the acetylene he needs, or gather the acetylene that is already within the universe as Acetylene is a moderately common chemical in the universe and focus it on an item or area or living being it self. The user can directly send it toward the target, causing a various health hazards, such as burns, frostbites, asphyxiant, dizziness and also May cause damage to the following organs: lungs, upper respiratory tract, central nervous system depend on the time length contact and exposure. The user also be able to turn it become combustible and flammable, once a secondary factor added, like fire, lighting or flash point (by increasing and ddecreasing it level). Based on that the acetylene will burst into flames, . explosion or blasting, . damaging the opponent.

You mainly copy pasted some sentences from wikipedia that don't really proof anything and then just fall back on to the "Naruto is based on the real world" argument, that works only to a certain degree. Mei's tech only shows that something like a corrosive mist can exist. None of that all gives you some kind of a solid bases for your CE and I don't understand why you, in the middle of your supposed proof, start explaining its effects on the health of humans. Not properly explained either how those elements now exactly create Acetylene and do you even understand the meaning of the sentence "it's a common chemical in the universe"? It means it can be common somewhere a million light years away, but that doesn't make it common on earth or the place where you stand. And what is a human doing there in STR/WEAK? 99.9% of all CE is harmful to humans. Also stop bolding half of the submission. That's required for CJ, but not for CE.

Also we saw computers, buildings, Electricity pole which conclude us that there are posibility exist for industrial activity in Narutoverse, or maybe a small workshop that might the usage of chemical or gases to aid their job. So based on that posibility, I think Acetylene might applied in Narutoverse.

As we have seen Fire Release: Mist Blaze Dance Technique, where the user is able to create and blow a flammable gas from their lungs. Once it comes in contact with fire or spark, the gas ignites into a large fireball.
Also Wisdom Wolf Decay, a technique was performed by saiken, the 6 tails, Saiken opening its mouth, then releases a dense corrosive gas. And its technique is a gaseous nature. Based on that, I think it would be possible to create a new element – Acetylene.

How it works: There are 3 steps for the creation of Acetylene. First, the user have to release pure cahkra, the based of acetylene chakra. This pure chakra is unstable chakra, if the user have no mastery on control of his chakra, it will easily exploded in the process. Step 2, In order to make it stable, the user mus t bond it with earth chakra, it will binding the moleculs which prevent it to explode beyond the user will. Step 3, After it stable, wind and lightning chakra play it’s role where the wind chakra will be able to shape it into form of gases and the lightning chakra would make it combustible or easy to explode within the user’s will. Within the lightning and wind chakra also Acetylene formed colorless, combustible gas with a distinctive odor. When acetylene is compressed, heated, or mixed with air surround, it becomes highly explosive. The user will be able to use it ability by controlling his lightning chakra to control the flash point.

The user would combine his pure chakra, Wind, Earth and lightning chakra to create new elemental chakra – Acetylene. The new chakra can be commonly released through mouth or every single of the user’s pores and then by using nature manipulation, focus it on an item or area or living being it self. ✗ Declined: Still weak proof. It comes down it might be used, the fact that in the past decades its use has apparently significantly decreased, means it might no be used likewise and that there have been people been using gasses, just means they can exist, but then it's their skill. Using that argumentation you could even say they are already using your CE, meaning you can't make it. Your explanation doesn't make any sense at all either. What is pure chakra? Why would it be unstable and why would it even explode? And infusing it with earth chakra? By default elemental chakra was regular chakra infused by a nature, in this case earth.

The element is based on: Water + Fire + Earth + Advanced Chakra Control

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): In the real world, Bromine exists both in the Earth's Crust and in large bodies of water. Its most commonly found along with Iodine in algae and seaweeds. These subterranean plant-like structures must exist since Yagura (Jinchuuriki of the Three Tails) has displayed the ability to utilize Coral, something found solely in the deepest regions of seas and oceans. In reality, Coral and seaweeds co-exist in the same regions, so the existence of one highly suggests the occurrence of the other. Additionally, because one of Itachi's favorite foods is onigiri with seaweed, this proves that seaweed, which commonly contains Bromine, exists in the Naruto world, further implying the existence of bromine.

To add further veracity to this claim, the ash of seaweed was once a popular source of obtaining bromine.

How it works: Bromine is created through the simultaneous usage of the Fire, Water and Earth natures and can only be created from the user's body. The water acts as its base and gives it its liquid state, the Fire grants it its corrosive quality (in a similar manner to how it acts in Boil Release) while the earth makes it a dense, heavy and dark coloured mixture. It is a thick, fuming, red-brown coloured liquid which smells like bleach since it belongs to the Halogen group. It is also slightly soluble in water but not enough so to be weak to Water Release.

Its highly effective at corroding organic materials such as skin, plants and fungi as well as certain metallic elements. ✗ Declined: Overall it's decent, however the same comment of last time still applies and that is that the explanation you gave of how you make it is not sufficient, it's too simple for something like bromine. Elemental bromine doesn't even exist as an element in nature, it's created in laboratories based on bromide salts or something, which can be found in nature. Your explanation comes down to that earth is a solid, water a liquid and water and fire is corrosive and then you get bromine. That's far to simple, who says that combining those elements like that will give you bromine? Something like that works for very common things like lava, saying earth + fire is enough, but not something that comes out of a lab. There is nothing that ties it to that element, you need to give an explanation as why that would create bromine. You would need to find a reasoning based on how these bromide salts are created in nature and how you can create bromine from that. Using your explanation you could easily have some kind of hot mud.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): In the real world, Bromine exists both in the Earth's Crust and in large bodies of water. Its most commonly found along with Iodine in algae and seaweeds. These subterranean plant-like structures must exist since Yagura (Jinchuuriki of the Three Tails) has displayed the ability to utilize Coral, something found solely in the deepest regions of seas and oceans. In reality, Coral and seaweeds co-exist in the same regions, so the existence of one highly suggests the occurrence of the other. Additionally, because one of Itachi's favorite foods is onigiri with seaweed, this proves that seaweed, which commonly contains Bromine, exists in the Naruto world, further implying the existence of bromine.

To add further veracity to this claim, the ash of seaweed was once a popular source of obtaining bromine.

How it works:
The high solubility of bromide ions has caused its accumulation in the oceans and commercially the element is easily extracted from saline bodies of water (any body of water that isn't devoid of salt content). Pure, liquid bromine can be extracted from the salts in water (specifically sodium bromide) by adding sulfuric acid to it. The acid serves the purpose of liberating the bromine ions from bromide salts (predominantly sodium bromide) which are naturally occurring in saline bodies of water. We know that Suiton creates salt water rather than pure water since it conducts an electrical current. Thus by using Water Release to create the base of the element and Katon Release to acidify it (in the same way it acts in Boil Release) to a similar pH as concentrated sulfuric acid enables the user to mimic the laboratory procedure for the production of liquid bromine.*

It is a thick, fuming, red-brown coloured liquid which smells like bleach since it belongs to the Halogen group. It is also quite soluble in water but not enough so to be weak to Water Release.

Its highly effective at corroding organic materials such as skin, plants and fungi as well as certain metallic elements. As seen in the manga and anime shinobi have been shown to be able to infuse the wind with Katon chakra creating high temperature winds capable of sheer desiccation. This is called Scorch Release, and was most famous in the hands of the Sunagakure kunoichi named Pakura. Lunar Wind, follows somewhat the main guidelines of Scorch Release whereas it involves infusing the wind with katon chakra. The mere thought that such a vast medium (air) can be delicately interlaced with a specific chakra nature to basically materialize jutsu is astounding and has opened the door to many user submitted CE's, of such being Lunar Wind.


How it works:

The proposed CE leaves its inspiration in the dust with the addition of Doton chakra. How the release works is by using Katon, Futon, and Doton chakra simultaneously. The Futon chakra will manipulate the wind to channel where the user wishes while the Katon chakra will be interlaced with the Futon chakra essentially forming something like very hot air but the Katon chakra will be dormant, or inactive. Once Doton chakra is added it will form very minuscule dust particles in the air (the user's Futon chakra). These particles are about the size of grains of sand and are simply earth particles. Then, by infusing these earth particles with katon chakra it will cause them to become super heated, like embers. With the use of Futon chakra the user will then be able to guide this ember like formation wherever he chooses.


Now the release doesn't stop there. The makeshift embers, which are the super heated particles, will glow bright blue when Katon chakra is added to them and allow the possibility of fire when it comes into to contact with something. Essentially it is a friction based element, where something as simple as a gust of wind is enough to rub the embers together creating sparks, and these sparks are in turn ignited and fueled by the user's Futon chakra. By itself it just appears to be a blue haze or cloud (hence the name, Lunar Wind) but when in contact with something it explodes into bright blue flames that may seem to come out of nowhere. The user can also manipulate his Futon chakra to grind the heated earth particles together, speeding up the process.


There are essentially three stages or faces to the release:

Agitated Release: This is where the Doton+Katon super heated particles are forcefully flung against each other causing them to explode violently in a chain reaction type of manner. This mainly utilizes the Futon aspect of the Kekkei Tota by guiding these particles around. The particles hover about in the user's Futon chakra controlled wind in a hap-hazardous manner, as if in Brownian Motion. Whether it be a hand or kunai flung into the path of these tiny particles it will cause them to be displaced, as any impurities suspended in a solution would, in this cause the impurity would be the particles and the fluid air. This displacement combined with their close proximity to each other births friction which in turn births fire. Being of such high temperatures a mere millisecond of friction between the particles can lead to ignition.

Rudimentary Release: This is the state of the element at its simplest and most volatile state. The user basically manipulates the element as wind, creating powerful gusts or short bursts, tornadoes, walls etc. But, very conveniently, the user is also able to create weapons of the sort from the element. This is due to its partial solidity through its Doton make up. How this works is by the user concentrating his Doton chakra throughout the the element to compress on each other without exploding by controlling the Katon aspect of it very meticulously. This will cause solid objects to be drawn from the chaos at the user's will. The formed objects can then be re-ignited to regain the blue hot hue of the element, while housing the burning capabilities. The user can then swing these weapons or objects without fear of harming himself due to expert chakra control of the element. In its solid form the user is able to control the explosion side of the element, meaning, if the user swings a sword construct of the element at an opponent the explosion wouldn't affect him as much as the opponent as he would use the wind side to divert the explosion to a radius of his choice, use the Katon side to control the size and intensity of the explosion and use the Doton side to send the particles/shrapnel in the said direction. Solid weapons made of this element can set clothes on fire, burn skin, and with hard enough force, explode.

Advanced Release: This is where the element is used very skillfully to coat specific regions of the objects, be it human body parts or weapons. The user is able to settle the 'embers' on an object in a dormant manner without causing it to explode or ignite. This is through a lowered release of Katon to the element, causing the Doton particles to be simply dust or tiny grains and act as such, a careful amount of Futon chakra is then sent to the element to allow specific, non hazardous manipulation. This is the most advanced state of the element as it requires an immense amount of concentration. In the same manner, the user is able to manipulate the element to attack without allowing it to explode, simply making it meta solid wind which burns on contact. Again this is by monitoring the amount of Katon flow to the element.

They do significantly more damage than explosive tags and can leave mortified victims and desecrated structures.

Frost/low temperature related CE: Capable of not only slowing down he particles but, cooling them as well which leads them to become simply cold sand. Be it not confused with actual ice, as the CE is able to blow it up rather than ignite.

Doton and its variants: With the ability to explode violently into flames Lunar Wind is capable of grinding the greatest of slabs of earth to sand in a simple explosion.
Organic releases (such as Mokuton and Kaguya Bones): Enough said, anything living this CE comes in contact with will either be charred immediately or blow to bits. As it is essentially instant fire.
Futon and its variants: Due to the properties of Wind Release, with its undulating currents, upon contact with Lunar Wind it will cause the CE to immediately explode as it sends the particles grinding on each other which creates friction which as we read leads to the ignition of the particles. The fire will then feed off the foreign oxygen and grow in size exponentially.
Fragile elements incapable of withstanding explosive forces such as Crystal and Ice Release





Is neutral to:



Raiton and its variations: Due to the nature, speed, and movement of lightning it reacts with the heated particles of the release almost immediately, causing it to explode. This can prevent lightning techniques from passing through. Both elements stop each other in their tracks.

You just wrote what you wanted to have without having any kind of proof or reasoning as why this would even be possible. The only thing you mentioned was Scorch release, which is pretty much just heat and it's barely relevant to everything you explain here. Why would there be embers? Why would friction cause that? Why would this be blue flames, an ability that's only for the Nibi? As far as I know there is nothing in the real world nor in the series that can be related to what you wrote here, you just made it all up so that it conforms with what you want to have. In the end I see this as nothing more than hot air with floating pieces of lava, which I can't consider a real element as you didn't even truly mix anything.

We have seen also plant release from several member which develop it into a CE’s so Moss also a custom element which has a unique advantage since They are small (a few centimeters tall) and herbaceous (nonwoody) and absorb water and nutrients through their leaves.

Mosses have stems which may be simple or branched and upright or lax, simple leaves that often have midribs, and also roots like yusuke’s CE’s anchor them to their substrate, and spore-bearing capsules on long stems.

✗ Declined: For starters Passion already has a plant element and based on his description that does not exclude mosses. Secondly I find that you're hyping this way too much. I mean you claim that earth is weak, but then list all kinds of solids as strength. That's illogical, do you think that it's going to rust instantly? Even if that would be the case there's a difference in just rusting a bit and completely disintegrating. So that's not a reason. Wind doesn't make sense either, mosses aren't powerful, so how could they even stand up against slicing, heavy winds? And fire, mosses grow in humid places, when someone uses a fire jutsu, it isn't going to be humid anymore and I'm pretty sure moss burns. I find the reason that moss consists of water quite simplistic as humans also consist mainly out of water and we still can burn. There's a difference between actually being water and absorbing it. Moss isn't water, it's a plant.

Moss itself is a very interesting element. They are non vascular, meaning they do not conduct water or nutrients. Their ability to absorb water is quite astounding; mosses are able to absorb water up to twenty times their own weight. Usage wise, Moss can be used in various and creative ways. It is commonly used in large clumps to give it a physical attribute to make structures through shape manipulations that rely on force and impact (like earth/physical based elements), but even then, can be shaped into sharper constructs that can deal damage in other ways. The sizes of these techniques differ, while they are commonly seen in small quantities, with chakra, the user can create mosses of massive sizes, depending on the specific technique of course. Despite being clumped together, they are relatively lighter, and therefore travel faster as opposed to other metal-based, or even earth-based elements of higher densities.

The way how you use it does not differ at all from anything existent and it doesn't even make sense that you say it can be transformed into sharper constructs. It's moss and that it would travel faster is also worth almost nothing. If someone says he shoots a piece of metal at the speed of a bullet, it will move at that speed. Above all to be able to use this, you would need so much quantity of it that the difference with existing plant elements is barely non-existent.

How it works:
Enameruton is an earth based element. This is because it contains 96% minerals, just like the Earth and Sand elements which also contain minerals and it has been proven that they can me freely manipulated. This is the same case. The user of this element would concentrate his doton chakra in the tooth enamel, extracting it from there, thus allowing one to manipulate it as he likes.

The purpose is to create a structure harder than earth. The user would be able to extend his teeth, making them razor sharp, allowing him to cut through flesh easily in a hand-to-hand combat. One would also be able to shoot the enamel at the opponent or ever create walls, pillars, spears made of this incredibly hard substance.

Note that this does not grant the user the ability to manipulate the enamel inside another person's teeth. One is only able to extract and manipulate the enamel only from his own teeth.

✗ Declined: I find this poorly explained and I can't really take this entirely serious. The Kaguya clan has a KG, so that's not a valid example. To manipulate a bodily substance, you would need to be a med nin and in the end everything comes down on you basing an entire element on a small substance in your teeth. You're supposed to be able to create the element with your chakra alone, not just rely on your teeth. Then you give a very vague explanation of using minerals of which I have my suspicions is conflicting with the calcium CE. The comparison with earth and sand is not valid either. You would barely able to fill a small bottle with the amount you would get from your teeth.

Permafrost or cryotic soil is perennially frozen ground that remains at or below zero degrees Celsius (32 degrees Fahrenheit) for two or more years and forms in regions where the mean annual temperature is colder than zero degrees Celsius. Permafrost underlies about 20 percent of the land in the Northern Hemisphere and is widespread within the Arctic Ocean’s vast continental shelves and in parts of Antarctica. Most of the world’s permafrost has been frozen for millennia and can be up to 5,000 feet thick.

Now in terms of the NV, lands such as Yukigakure and Land of Frost (land between Land of Hot Water and Land of Lightning where Naruto challenged the Raikage to desist his blood lust for Sasuke) should geologically possess this natural phenomenon. Given the lands of the NV has been around a very long time. It's very simple to grasp, as long as there is a slab of earth or section of earth constantly exposed to subzero temperatures permafrost will be formed. Sometimes deep within the soil (making it inaccessible at times) and sometimes right below the fauna, it all depends on the amount of time it took to make it.


How it works:
Although similar to the cannon release Arctic Earth varies in that it is actually made of water and earth being frozen simultaneously. This would mean, the element consists of Water, Wind and Earth, making it somewhat a Kekkei Tōta. How it works is by cooling the earth to the point where normal water would be frozen and using its normal moist composition the water and earth is frozen at the same time giving birth to a special type of ice which has soil/clay/rock in its spacial cognizance. This affects the purity of the ice which in turn highers the melting point and adding strength, this also means that Arctic Earth is not as translucent as normal ice but instead has silvery shallow water look. Exposure to permafrost through direct contact with the skin can leave devastating blotches of frostbitten flesh due to the sheer frigidity of the substance.

In addition to heightening the melting point, the dirt composition of Arctic Earth also lowers it freezing point making it much more frigid to the touch than regular ice and also increases the durability of its formations. Because of its unique composition, Arctic Earth can be formed from both water (by the user adding his Doton chakra a catalyst to simulate soil in its formation) and earth (by the user using his Suiton chakra as the catalyst to add moisture to the earth while super cooling it in mere seconds). Also, Arctic Earth has much more density and weight than regular ice and earth giving it the ability sheer crushing power similar to earth jutsu. Despite its bulky make up, the user can still morph it into a shape of his choice similar to normal Doton, Mokuton and Hyōton shape manipulation.

He has also very limited view of the outside world due to the obstructing earth particles that make up the frozen earth (permafrost).

Katon and heat variations: Permafrost has a very high melting point due to its Doton aspect filling its spacial composition combined with the constant moisture of the Suiton. This is another point where it varies from regular ice and can even attack the greatest of flames.

Wind and Suiton and their variations: Almost like an absolute defense, Permafrost is known to trap methane gas under its formations for millions of years (even as we speak in some oceans) and with the space inside of it being filled with earth particles air and any gas type of release is incapable of passing through its dense formation. This also proves the resilience of the substance towards liquid by not allowing it to pass through.

Decay: Permafrost can retain its fidelity for millions of years regardless of weather conditions or molecular disturbances. And it's also been proven to house long dead organisms while preventing them from rotting.

Radiation and/or Convection: Permafrost is shown to withstand the convectional currents of our sun as well as impenetrability to radar signals.

Ice: Although similar to, permafrost is significantly more dense than ice and can damage the release with little to know effort. Thanks to earth particles filling its spatial composition.

Sound: Having a higher density than regular ice Arctic Earth is able to withstand high frequency waves that would otherwise shatter regular ice, this is because of it's earthen particles acting as shock and sound absorbents throughout its makeup.

✗ Declined: I got two problems with this one. First and for all it's earth that got frozen due to low temperatures, it's not ice. So I'm not going to accept that you define this as being an ice with earth in it. Ice is frozen water, permafrost is frozen earth. And that brings me to my 2nd problem as someone already submitted once Pykrete, which is ice that has sawdust/wooden fibers in it and what you described here, instead of it being frozen earth, is pretty much Pykrete. I'm not going to differentiate between sawdust and pieces of earth as the results are almost identical. I also add the same comment I added back then on the Pykrete CE: you can say that it protects against regular fire, but there is nothing that it protects from high-lvl fire. It does not protect you from the greatest fires as you say, that's something global warming clearly invalidates.

Basically principle behind laser cooling is that light, in addition to carrying energy, also carries momentum. This momentum can be transferred to an object to generate a force. For atoms, it is useful to consider the light from the laser as consisting of photons. If an atom moving in some direction absorbs a photon from a laser beam propagating in the opposite direction, the atom's velocity will decrease.

Absolute Zero is just a pinnacle measurement for the lowest temperature, and without a doubt temperature exists in Narutoverse. Storm Release is a prominent element for representation of lasers as well as Astra path for Rinnegan, what Negative Force achieves is to create a similar form of energy to lasers but its means is to slow down and stop particle movement; basically an element that decelerates. Molecular level manipulation has been shown possible by Onoki’s Dust Release, by deconstructing particles, resulting in disintegration, I feel it’s completely possible to have an element to suspend motion of matter/energy. Don’t confuse it with Ice release or temperature control, Ice element produces frozen crystalline water, Negative Force slows down matter to remove speed from something.

How it works:

This element is achieved by taking Lightning(electromagnetic radiation is a form of photon and a potential element for laser)converting to a denser form of energy similar to(but not)lasers, and with its photons propagates atoms/particle’s the opposite direction deceasing their velocity. Wind(cooling air pressure/friction(drag)and counteracts vibration/motion)characteristics is added to cool down and reduce vibrations with a great degree of chakra control, combined together as Negative Force energy to slow and stop matter/energy on a molecular level to Absolute zero.

Solid matter like earth, ice, steel that has high density/mass already has a slow level of atomic motion and tight structure for the Negative Force, using it on them would just make them harder than they already are, making it redundant to use. To add to that, Negative Force is an energy that needs to travel to each particle to slow them, the more they get exposed to the more they slow down and unlike dust release which can pull apart particles to get it out of their way, Negative Force doesn't do that. On top of that dense particle formation is what makes NF difficult to travel through even though its an energy that can conduct through matter, it would be impossible put completely effect on a large body element like earth, giving little to no effect. However, fluid moveable particles with like water can be easy for Negative Force to travel through, stopping to their molecular movement, effectively freezing water to ice.

Unstable energies such as fire, gas, wind has a wealth of atomic movement and has a span of molecular space to move in, so when removing speed from their particles, all of heat/air’s particle disorder disappears and drops temperature thinning down air; effectively dispersing them. Despite having similarities to fire, lightning can pose a challenge to counter, as its far hotter than fire and arguably one of the fastest elements making it hard to slow down, reducing speed of air particles makes lightning travel easier/faster(air being insulator).

Organic bodies is somewhere in between in terms of effectiveness, its takes more energy to slow their particles than gas or heat due their molecular structure being denser and possessing more mass, but at the same time, all organic bodies also possesses fluids/water. With enough exposure, Negative Force is able to reduce someone’s speed, having a "cold" effect, and then progressively killing cells due to lack of oxygen and blood supply when cellular movement is suspended; basically causing the state of necrosis and finally freezing flesh to solid matter.

The release is highly conductive, allowing it to channel through matter to expand its range to effect, however it isn’t as potent as Alteration release, so it doesn’t slow down movement as much.

DNA is often compared to a set of blueprints, like a recipe or a code, since it contains the instructions needed to construct other components of cells, such as proteins and RNA molecules. The DNA segments that carry this genetic information are called genes, but other DNA sequences have structural purposes, or are involved in regulating the use of this genetic information.

Orochimaru performed DNA experiments on various animals and human beings, one of the results of these experiments are Yamato, whose body was injected with the DNA of the first Hokage, when he was a baby. But many of Orochimaru’s experiments, have also been brutally mutated because of his DNA experiments, this shows us that it’s possible to change people’s appearance and abilities, by using DNA of other people.

How it works:

Through the use of extremely precise chakra control, unique to those who have mastered NB's Official Medical School, the user will simultaneously mold Earth, Water, and Medical Chakra in order to manipulate, generate, and control DNA. Through the control of DNA, the user moulds and changes his own genetic material and even that of others.

Main Release:

Through the usage of DNA release, the user would wipe his own DNA, purging it of any KG, he may have been born with. He would also revoke his right to use any HA he may have gained throughout his life time (including any sort of CC abilities). In addition, elements and such that the user has learned in addition to CJ, CE, CFS, etc. All become unavailable to him. In short, the user becomes similar to a normal human with nothing else other than the ability to succesfully mold chakra. However, upon gaining some of the opponent's genetic information (blood, skin tissue, hair, etc), the user becomes able to replicate his DNA vigorously, and apply it into his own body. Through this, the user essentially 'downloads' all abilities that the opponent has achieved into himself at the cost of his own abilities. He becomes able to use any and all things that the target can, but can use nothing of his own. For example lets say Ninja A is fighting Ninja B. Ninja A manages to aquire Ninja B's genetic information, perhaps from some blood. He purges his own DNA, making himself a 'blank slate'. He would then replicate Ninja B's genetic information, and implant it into himself. Therein, Ninja A can use anything that Ninja B can. However, Ninja A can't use any skills or abilities that Ninja B had. If Ninja B can't use Dark Release, then neither can Ninja A. Of course, the user gains the abilities of his opponent, and nothing else. Once the battle is concluded, the user becomes able to use his regular abilities again, and won't be able to access the DNA again.​

Specific Release:

The user uses DNA release to manipulate his own genetic information, and changes physiological aspects of himself. For example he could manipulate his limbs to grow longer, similar to the Soften Body Modification jutsu. He could change the location of his internal organs, making it difficult to kill him. He could even manipulate fingernails, extending them, and retracting them at will. All this becomes possible when the user accesses his own genetic information.​

Alternative Release:

Through the usage of DNA Release, the user manipulates the genetic material of others. He can manipulate his summons, allies, or even his enemies. The limitation being that this requires physical contact. The user upon physically touching a summon, ally, etc. Can then change their genetic make up, and change physiological aspects of them. For example the user could make his summons be able to fly if they are normally unable to do so. He could make it normal for them to breathe underwater even.​

✗ Declined: Do not ever resubmit this, I really don't understand how you would think this would ever be approved. The concept alone I would never approve of as you are playing for god, but what you wrote here is DNR on the spot. You didn't create any kind of element, you just say you can manipulate DNA for no other reason then you being a med nin, which is not even remotely a sufficient explanation. That's not an element nor are med nin capable of such feats. It takes years to even understand DNA of simple organisms, let alone that you can on the spot somehow mess with your own DNA without any kind of negative drawbacks. Also many things aren't recorded in your DNA. You say you remove CJ, CE, HA.... many of those are not even in your DNA. Example Nara shadows, that's Yin/Yang manipulation. Removing that HA would be removing your own ability to mold chakra, and thus your ability to manipulate DNA. You can't remove fire jutsu, you would have to remove your fire nature altogether. And this works both ways, even if you would obtain the DNA of your opponent, you would only gain for example the potential of one day awakening the Sharingan or using the ice element, but you would not awaken it on that spot nor would you know any ice techs. And as said you are playing for god, Orochimaru had to do hundreds of experiments spread over several decades as even the slightest error can have severe consequences, and then you can somehow mess around with all the DNA in the world without a hitch without any explanation as how that would be possible. Also your DNA would not turn back, you just purged it. You would remain exactly what you are at the end of the battle unless again you start purging that DNA again and hope you have somewhere old DNA stored of yourself. And as said previously there are many instances you could possibly remove your own ability to even edit DNA. Finally DNA strings are hellish complex, you would need to have the brain of a computer to know exactly where you would need to edit a specific DNA string to grow wings.

Forms of crystal have been shown in the manga itself when it comes to Guren. Guren was able to use the general crystal release. Her crystal release that has no unique properties such as Pyroelectric Crystals. Guren being able to recreate natural crystals with crystal release alludes to that fact that crystals let alone pyroelectric Crystals are possible in nature. Guren was able to create a more general form of crystal as she was not able to go in depth and create crystals such as quartz.

How it works:

Pyroelectricity is only possible through the creation of pyroelectric crystals. Pyroelectric crystals are crystals that generate electricity at high temperatures. These crystals are known as polar crystals. Crystal structures can be divided into 32 classes, or point groups, according to the number of rotational axes and reflection planes they exhibit that leave the crystal structure unchanged. Twenty-one of the 32 crystal classes lack a center of symmetry, and of these, 20 are piezoelectric. Of these 20 piezoelectric crystal classes, 10 of them are pyroelectric (polar). Any material develops a dielectric polarization when an electric field is applied, but a substance which has such a natural charge separation even in the absence of a field is called a polar material. Whether or not a material is polar is determined solely by its crystal structure. Only 10 of the 32 point groups are polar. Spontaneous polarization is temperature dependent, so a good perturbation probe is a change in temperature which induces a flow of charge to and from the surfaces. This is the pyroelectric effect. By using earth chakra, the user is able to refine earth and mold it to form a crystal while applying fire and lightning chakra to the crystal. The heat from the fire chakra and the lightning change the structure of the crystal immensely. The color of the crystal changes from clear to a see through maroon-like color. The south and north pole of the crystal have been established, one end being positive and the other being negative. This allows current to easily flow through the body of the crystal when heated again.

By using their mastery of fire and earth, the user creates crystals with a unique physical structure were as heat is applied to the crystal is produces electrical energy strong enough to electrocute large summons. The positive and negative points of the crystal allow electricity to run through it. The electricity running throughout the crystal and on its surface allows it to be able to cut through solid objects if applicable. The crystal can exist in two forms: charged and uncharged. Charged Pyroelectric crystals refer to crystals that are already preheated by the user's fire chakra. These crystals themselves carry a scorching amount of eat being able to burn the target on contact. As previously stated in the custom element, this heated crystal becomes able to produce electricity at a steady rate.

Uncharged Pyroelectric crystals are those do not carry heat with them when made, but has the potential to gain hear. Uncharged Pyroelectric Crystals are unique because it cannot be charged by heat that was generated by the user. The crystal must absorb heat from surrounding sources in nature such as a natural volcano or when in battle can absorb fire chakra from an opponent's fire jutsu to augment heat and generate the electricity.

The properties theses crystals share with all earthen techniques would be that they are sturdy and can be used in multipurpose situations.

As stated before, Pyroelectric Crystals have the ability to absorb heat and fire chakra from different sources to gain its secondary offensive properties. Uncharged without application of heat these crystals can be used to create spikes, weapons etc(basically anything normal doton can). When charged with heat and electricity is formed, the electricity coats the entire formation of crystal.

Wind release: Shodenki is weak to wind release techniques that involve slicing winds. The slicing wind doesn't only mass through the electrical covering but also slices through the crystal easily.


Is strong against:

Earth release and variants: The electric coating produced by the Pyroelectric crystal allows Shodenki to completely rip through earth release jutsu with ease. This includes elements such as wood release.

Fire release and variants: Pyroelectric crystals are capable of absorbing an enemies fire chakra through contact with their body or through the fire release techniques they use. By absorbing this fire chakra, the crystal is heated up and starts producing visible electricity. (In the case of lava, the crystal will absorb the heat from the lava technique turning it into a solid mass of rock that the now electrified crystal can easily break.)

Water release and variants: The solid and sturdy structure of the crystal can dissipate the Water jutsu rather easily.

Cyber Release is the result of combining a metal (Chromium) and Lightning chakra (Electrical Energy) to create a new element capable of automatically carrying out set tasks without requiring the user to manipulate or maintain it after creation. The Naruto series provides considerable evidence proving this element to be possible.
Wood Release creates organic life through a combination of chakra natures and Cyber Release applies the same concept to create artificial life. Just as Wood requires water to function, Cyber requires electrical energy, much like modern electronics. It follows the principles of Yang Release, “breathing life into form”.

Programming is a concept applied in Cyber Release and is shown in the Naruto series by technology like computers and several ninjutsu. Impure World Reincarnation reanimates dead ninja and utilizes a form of programming to force the ninja to respond to attacks and carry out orders automatically. Another example is a wind-up mechanical bird used by Chiyo in the anime to send information to Sunagakure.

Existence of Chromium

Chromium is a blue-gray, hard, lustrous and brittle metal. As the 24th most abundant element in the Earth’s crust, chromium can be found in many ores, primarily in the ore chromite. Various metals exist in the Naruto series including iron, gold, and steel. Metals originate from ores found in the earth which may also contain chromium. Furthermore, trace amounts of chromium are required by the human body for sugar and lipid metabolism. Humans of Naruto and reality are biologically identical, allowing the possibility of chromium existing as well.

Steel Release demonstrates the creation of a metal element by combining earth and fire chakra natures. Pure chromium can be produced through heat like other metals but also through electrolysis, running an electric current through elemental chromium. The same effect is produced using lightning chakra.

How it works:

This element is used to create mechanical objects (humanoid figures, animals, tools, structures, etc) powered by electrical energy and programmed to perform tasks specific to each one. They may be created from the user’s body by combining Earth and Lightning chakra. Alternatively, chromium can be extracted from the earth using Earth chakra, purified by Lightning chakra and imbued with the energy that powers it. Within this energy resides the conscious and commands left by the user allowing Cyber objects to act independently. Without the energy vital to it, a Cyber object breaks down and becomes useless. In order to react to their environment, each creation is given appropriate senses. Different methods may be employed to control a Cyber object after creation depending on the senses they possess.

Physical Properties

Cyber release appears blue-grey with a mirror-like surface and thin tendrils of blue glow throughout. Chromium is the main component of Cyber release and thus exhibits all of its properties.

Trace amounts of chromium are required by the human body for sugar and lipid metabolism, making this element biologically essential. Furthermore, the village of Amegakure features metallic structures with little to no apparent erosion despite the near constant rainfall. Thus we can assume those metals are alloys made with chromium as a component such as stainless steel.

How it works:

The primary function of Chrome Release is to boost the defensive ability of other techniques. Through a combination of Earth and Fire chakra, Chrome chakra is produced and is spread across objects like weapons, walls, trees, etc, which are coated in a layer of Chromium. This Chrome coating protects the object making it more resistant to damage. The user may coat himself in Chrome as well like a protective skin.The second function is offensive in which the user means to coat an enemy in chromium through physical contact with the user or a Chrome object. Being covered in metal immobilizes the enemy and depending on the extent the enemy is covered, it may also suffocate, blind, or even invade the enemy’s body through the nose, ears, mouth, etc.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Heavenly Water is actually Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2). In the manga, it has been shown that it is possible to manipulate the moisture(water particles) in the air to form water. Hence, this proves that it is indeed possible to control the particles in the air through chakra to form new substances.

In the Narutoverse, ninjas often get injured, and have open wounds. As such, it is ndeed likely that a disinfectant like Hydrogen Peroxide is used to treat these wounds by the medical ninjas. In addition, Hydrogen Peroxide is commonly used in household products, such as toothpaste, and other cleaning products. Given the similarities between our world and the Narutoverse, it is safe to assume that Hydrogen Peroxide does exist in the households of those ninjas. Hydrogen Peroxide is also used to treat athlete’s foot, which is certainly a problem that ninjas face, given their anatomical similarities with humans.

Moreover, Hydrogen Peroxide is also a strong bleaching agent, that is used commonly to bleach paper, textiles, etc. It is also used to treat pollution, and contest bacterial growth(eg. bioremediation). It is also used to produce food, minerals, petrochemical substances or washing powder.

The existence of the Boil element, as shown by Mei, is proof that an element capable of corroding even metals is completely plausible through chakra manipulation.

These facts help prove the existence of Hydrogen Peroxide in the Narutoverse, and certainly, from the many instances we’ve seen in the manga of manipulating the particles in the air, it should be possible to recreate Hydrogen Peroxide through it.

How it works: Composed of two hydrogen and two oxygen atoms, Heavenly Water (Hydrogen Peroxide) chakra is created by combining both water and wind chakras together, and with chakra control, manipulating its ratios to be able to produce a Hydrogen Peroxide. Water chakra provides the base for this liquid. It is also used in conjunction with wind chakra to manipulate the particles in the air to form H2O2. Similarly to Water, or any liquid-based elements, Hydrogen Peroxide is usable through various mediums. Commonly, it is released from the user’s body, primarily the mouth but it is not restricted to that release. Alternatively, one can produce H2O2 with thin air. It is done by taking the water molecules present in the air and manipulating it to multiply into volumes of H2O2 through advanced chakra manipulation. And lastly, perhaps the most unusual method to producing H2O2, the user is able to channel Hydrogen Peroxide chakra into the ground and create Hydrogen Peroxide from there, with earth as a medium. It’s method of performance is similar to that of many water techniques: by either using water present within the ground or producing it through chakra alone. The user is able to manipulate the ratios of Water and Wind chakra in order to form Hydrogen Peroxide of varying concentrations(will be elaborated upon in jutsus).

Hydrogen Peroxide is a liquid at room temperature and pressure. It is colourless when in aqueous form, and slightly blue when pure. It has a sharp and distinct odour, and is commonly used in deodorants.

It has several properties that make it such a unique and powerful element. These include:

Corrosive Properties:Hydrogen Peroxide is highly corrosive and is able to corrode through human skin with ease. With larger concentrations, it is capable of corroding through elements such as metal or iron. The amount of metal/iron corroded with Hydrogen Peroxide is dependant more on the amount of metal/iron rather than the amount of H2O2 or its concentrations.

Disinfectant: Hydrogen Peroxide is known to be a disinfectant, which has some medical usages to it. H2O2 demonstrates a broad-spectrum efficacy against viruses, bacteria, yeast, and bacterial spores. Its medical usages can be put to use by manipulating the concentrations and lowering it to the point where it no longer serves as a threat. This means that Hydrogen Peroxide can be used in a supplementary to rid the user of infections and the like.

Dense and Viscous Liquid: Hydrogen Peroxide has a density that is roughly 1.5x that of water, and has a considerably more viscous composition. This means that it is able to overpower the water element with ease.

Propellant: Highly concentrated (70-98%) H2O2 will decompose to create oxygen. This results into either steam or oxygen, which is generally used to create mists or to propel the user. It is capable of producing dense, storable, and non cryogenic gas that can be used to propel the user at high speeds (usually used in rockets/jet packs)

Earth - Hydrogen Peroxide is an element that is largely based on water. As such, it is inherently weak to Earth, as the integrity of the earthen structures would hinder the flow of Hydrogen Peroxide.

Fire - Concentrated Hydrogen Peroxide is a strong oxidizer. As such, it is weak to Fire as upon heating, the substance would thermally decompose to form oxygen and scalding hot steam(>600 degrees Celsius), which would essentially serve to strengthen the flames. However, diluted hydrogen peroxide(the kind that is used supplementarily, ie. found in your everyday products) is not as strong of an oxidizer(neutral to Fire) as it will not thermally decompose that quickly. Furthermore, Hydrogen Peroxide is inflammable at any temperature and as such, would douse the flames in its diluted form.

Is strong against:

Water and Water-related elements(less dense than Hydrogen Peroxide) - Hydrogen Peroxide is inherently denser than normal water. As such, it would be able to overpower water fairly easily.

Lightning and lightning-related elements - Hydrogen Peroxide is a good insulator of electricity. As such, it would oppose the flow of electricity through it, and is thus, strong towards the lightning element.

Microbes(Bacteria, yeast, spores) - Hydrogen Peroxide is commonly used as a disinfectant and antimicrobial agent. As such, it is highly effective against these microorganisms.

Mushroom - Hydrogen Peroxide is highly effective against fungi(commonly used to treat athlete’s foot).

✗ Declined: We already have the boil element + the acid element. Frankly there is no room for this between those. Also med nins have special skills to disinfect things, so that's not really strong proof and even if it was, that could be reason to consider this a CE that can only be submitted by med nins. I also do not agree with how you make it when I consider how it's made in the real world, which is done very differently. And no you can't make it from the air and even less from the earth. Only high lvl water users could possibly create water jutsu from the air and none of them can do it from the ground. You can use mediums to make your chakra travel through, but that's something completely different than creating from the medium. You can make lightning shoot from the ground, but you can't create it from the ground.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

To start off, Cadmium is a naturally occurring element in the Earth’s crust, at concentrations of 0.1-0.5 ppm. While rare, this does show that Cadmium exists inside the Narutoverse, given the similarities between it and the human world.
Cadmium is also produced from the combustion of municipal waste, as well as the burning of fossil fuels(such as coal, oil). These activities are likely to exist in the Narutoverse as well. Waste exists everywhere. Also, in the Narutoverse, villagers also often require energy supplies in order to go about their everyday lives(eg. cooking). This leads me to believe that fossil fuels may be burnt so as to produce such energy.

Cadmium is also produced as a byproduct of smelting, to produce metals such as zinc, lead and copper. These metals are extremely common in our everyday lives, and are used to manufacture many goods, such as ninja weapons. As such, it is definitely possible that Cadmium exists in the Narutoverse.
In the past, Cadmium was also used as a pigment(bright yellow, orange colours). The Narutoverse also likely uses pigments in order to produce things like paint, etc.
Cadmium is also used to plate metals such as iron and steel in order to prevent them from corroding. Since metals are commonly used in the Narutoverse, this leads me to believe that Cadmium does, in fact, exist.

Cadmium is also found in electronic waste. In the Narutoverse, there have been numerous instances whereby constituents of e-waste, such as televisions, laptops have been used. For example, during the Chuunin exams, a television was used to monitor the ninjas(forest of death). Hence, this further affirms my claim that cadmium exists in the Narutoverse.

Cadmium also exists in soils and rocks everywhere. It is also present in mineral fertilizers, manure, and pesticides. Seeing as agricultural activities are likely to take place(look at all the food) in the Narutoverse, from this, we can infer that Cadmium may indeed play a role in the Narutoverse.
Cadmium is also present in cigarette smoke. Cigarettes have been shown to exist(see: Asuma Sarutobi), and people have been shown to smoke frequently.
Last but not least, Cadmium is also used to join electrical components, pipes, and other metallic items. These items are common in the Narutoverse, just as they are in the human world.
In conclusion, all of these pieces of evidence that I pointed out show that Cadmium is possible to exist in the Narutoverse. While rare, it should be possible to harness its power, either by creating one’s own source of cadmium, or by further manipulating the existing cadmium in the soil.

How it works:

To create Cadmium, the user need simply adopt a method similar to Steel Release(in our RP). Both Fire and Earth chakra natures would be melded together to create Cadmium, with a greater emphasis on the Earth element, in order to give rise to the metallic nature of it. This allows the user to create Cadmium, be it in powder form or in a more compacted form. Alternatively, the user could utilize the same chakra natures, and manipulate the cadmium already existing in the ground.

Cadmium is a soft, bluish-white metal, when in compacted form. In powder form, it is grayish white. It is a highly toxic metal when inhaled(either dust or toxic fumes), or ingested.

Properties of Cadmium

I. Malleable, Ductile, High Fatigue Resistance, High Density

Despite being a soft metal, Cadmium is actually rather malleable and ductile. This means that it is far more resistant to physical impact than one would expect. Furthermore, it has a high fatigue resistance, which makes it suitable for withstanding impact from solid/liquid/blunt elements. It also has a high density(8.7g/cm3), which is comparable to metals such as Erbium, and significantly higher than metals such as Titanium. Hence, this gives rise to Cadmium’s strength against the Earth and Water elements.

Also, these properties allow for Cadmium to be molded into various shapes, making the element extremely versatile(like the Earth element).

II. Corrosion Resistant

Having been used as a plating for common metals such as Iron and Steel, Cadmium is extremely resistant to corrosion.

III. Environmental Hazard

Cadmium is toxic to many organic elements. It inhibits the growth of these organisms, and also prevents photosynthesis.

IV. Pyrophoric

In compacted form, Cadmium is inflammable. However, when finely divided/in powder form, it becomes pyrophoric, and will ignite spontaneously in air. As such, it is regarded as a severe fire hazard. It is also a moderate explosion hazard when heated or ignited via fire, lightning, or friction. The heat does not need to be of very high temperatures(>321 degrees Celsius should do it). Moreover, the flames produced by Cadmium dust may not be extinguished by water, carbon dioxide, foam, or halons. Doing so might cause Cadmium to react violently and explosively. In order to extinguish the ignited Cadmium dust, substances such as dry sand, dry dolomite, dry graphite, or sodium chloride must be used.

V. Toxic Cadmium Oxide Fumes

When set aflame, Cadmium dust would begin to release extremely toxic fumes, which would result in acute cadmium poisoning. These fumes are yellow-brown in colour, and odorless. Upon inhalation, the opponent would begin to experience breathing difficulty, as the fumes would irritate the lungs and respiratory tract. He would also experience pain in the chest and substernal region, headache, chills, muscle aches, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, emphysema, proteinuria, anosmia (loss of the sense of smell), mild anemia. The exact timeframe before the effects start to show depends on the technique as well as the amount inhaled(will be mentioned in created techniques). If inhaled in excessive amounts, the symptoms could be far more severe, and ultimately greatly hinder one in battle. Alternatively, inhaling cadmium dust could result in similar effects. It can also prove to be toxic if it somehow enters the bloodstream.

VI. Low Melting Point

One of Cadmium’s disadvantages is its low melting point. Fire-related techniques are thus, extremely effective against it. However, using it on Cadmium dust may backfire on the opponent, as it will cause it to ignite and explode more violently, which will also lead to the release of dangerous fumes.

VII. Electrical Conductivity

Cadmium is a very good conductor of electricity, like most metals.

As mentioned, Cadmium can take on two forms - the compacted one and the powder form.

Main Release: By combining his Fire and Earth chakra natures, the user creates Cadmium in its compacted form. In this form, it greatly resembles a normal metal; it is lustrous and shiny, as well as bluish-white in appearance. Compacted Cadmium is not pyrophoric, and as such, is completely inflammable. Of course, it retains all of the other qualities mentioned above. Being malleable and ductile, compacted Cadmium may be molded into various shapes in this form, such as shields, waves, etc. In that manner, it becomes as versatile of an element as the Earth element. It can both pierce and deal blunt damage.

Alternative Release: By combining his Fire and Earth chakra natures, the user creates Cadmium in its powdered form. In this form, it looks grayish-white in appearance. Unlike the above form, Cadmium dust is pyrophoric, and ignites spontaneously in air. Upon ignition, it also releases extremely toxic fumes which could prove dangerous when inhaled. Of course, the user has no control over the gaseous form of this element, and is equally as susceptible to the toxic fumes as the opponent. Due to the ‘powdery’ nature of this form, it cannot be used to stab/deal significant blunt damage. Rather, it may be used to shred the opponent, utilising the abrasive edges of the Cadmium dust.

In terms of jutsu usage, it can be used by either exhaling or extruding Cadmium from one’s body. Alternatively, it can also be extracted from the ground, and forced to erupt upwards. Needless to say, when there is no Earth source(eg. standing on water), this way of forming Cadmium is not feasible.

Compared to other metallic elements, Cadmium is rather unique. For one, it is pyrophoric, which allows it to ignite spontaneously - a property that is rare amongst most metals. Furthermore, it has a low melting and boiling point, which does not correspond with the naturally high melting and boiling points of metals. Cadmium is also very different from other flammable substances, as it is an extremely toxic substance. It is toxic to organic substances, and also releases toxic fumes upon ignition. While Cadmium is extremely flammable in powder form, and thus, a dangerous substance, its toxicity is almost equally dangerous, as it poses numerous problems to the human body upon inhalation. In that sense, this makes Cadmium a rather multi-faceted threat, as it is capable of causing harm with both its toxicity and flames.

Thus, using Fire techniques against Cadmium powder may backfire, as it may ignite the powder and prompt a violent reaction, resulting in the release of toxic fumes, which may be harmful upon inhalation.

Is strong against:

Earth and Earth-based elements(excluding metals with a higher density)- Cadmium is a fairly dense element which is capable of overpowering Earth techniques. It is also very malleable, ductile, and has a high fatigue resistance, which enables it to withstand the physical impact from these elements.

Water and water-based elements- As this element is heavily based upon the Earth element, naturally, it possesses a natural advantage over Water. Being dense in nature, and also able to easily withstand physical impact, Cadmium is able to overpower the Water element with ease.

Lightning and lightning-based elements - Cadmium is a superb conductor of electricity, even amongst metals. As such, it is highly capable of withstanding lightning attacks. The metal would naturally dissipate the lightning, thus allowing the metal to easily withstand the attack. However, focused lightning with extremely high temperatures will be able to overpower Cadmium.

Organic elements, such as Wood - Cadmium is highly toxic, and inhibits the growth of organic elements. Thus, it will be able to overpower these elements. Cadmium is also a fairly strong structure that would also be physically stronger than these elements.

Corrosion-causing elements - Cadmium is resistant to corrosion.

✗ Declined: Cadmium is very close related to Mercury, an already approved CE, and Zince, a CE that someone is submitted before you, so that's already a problem. On top of that you can't even properly prove that Cadmium exists without proving the existence of Zinc as most cadmium is won from Zinc. Most of your proof however is very half-hearrtedly and comes down always 'should be', while no in many cases it shouldn't necessary be. That something exists in the ground in tge real world doesn't automatically mean it exists in Naruto, it's far too low in quantity to use that as an argument in this case and in several of the uses you listed they don't necessarily need Cadmium, they are even reducing its usage because of toxicity. As it's low in quantity, just saying you use the earth element with fire, seems far to weak to be able to pull it of, let alone using existing cadmium, which would barely be present and stuck in other materials. Then you start talking about a powdered form and a compact form? What's that supposed to mean? The fact that they have opposite properties is the exact reason as why I don't allow people to submit CE in different variations.

Hot Ice is very often used in the making of potato chips (which Choji is often seen eating) as a food additive and preservative. It is also used as a pickling agent because it stops or slow downs spoiling caused by mircroorganisms. Foods to be pickled, like cucumbers , are very likely to be soaked in a solution of Hot Ice in order to complete the process. Chances are, Hot Ice is very abundant in the Naruto world. That being said, with elements like crystal, steel, and the like, it has been shown that a person is able to manipulate the contents of the earth, focus chakra into it, and ultimately use it for their advantage.

How it works:All at once the user will manipluate the earth so as to harness the natural salts within, use his water chakra to create water amongst said salts and form the base, while also using his fire chakra to heat it so that the salts will be absorbed into the water as well as burn out any impurities. What will be created and under the user's control as a result of this one action, is Hot Ice. Of course, by repeating the same process and using his fire, earth, and water chakra in lieu of the real thing, the user can create Hot Ice from his body or in the air. Hot Ice has a few differences from regular salt.

Hot Ice is a clear, water-like liquid. When met with even the slightest bit of aggravation it will immediately harden into a hard ice-like substance. Even gently pouring Hot Ice on itself will cause this reaction.

Your reasoning is contradicting itself as you say pretty much anything will aggravate it, but somehow you still can cover yourself in the liquid without it solidifying. Then I'm not even mentioning the entire process of creating it and potentially firing it away. That all will not make it solidify, but it does when it hits something. In the end it pretty much comes down on you saying you can change its state whenever it suits you.

The element is based on: Earth + Water + Chakra Control

I chose to name it Azure because it's original name is hard to pronounce and its color is very well described by the term Azure. Although the name may be misleading and confusing, this element is basically a hydrated copper sulfate mineral ore named Chalcanthite. Azure, is a richly-colored blue/green water-soluble mineral ore. It is commonly found in the late-stage oxidation zones of mineral deposits. Due to its ready solubility, Azure is more common in arid regions. Azure is one of only a few water soluble minerals.

Narutowise, the element is based on molding the earth and water natures together in order to produce the new, Azure chakra. Using the earth chakra as the basis of the element, the user applies careful chakra control to the portion of water chakra that he infuses into the mix. The earth, in this case, represents and provides the minerals necessary for the element while the water is used to hydrate the gathered minerals, essentially molding the Azure chakra together.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

From what we've seen so far, the Naturo world is based on our planet Earth, with various environmental characteristics being the same. With this assumption it is safe to say that the Naruto world was also built on mineral deposits that formed through years and years of deposition. This means that the earth has several layers of crust which contain various mineral ore and one of them is the Azure. Although being a rare occurrence in nature, the user has the ability to create the crystalline mineral from his own chakra.

Azure generally forms in arid regions and dry caves which are protected from moisture. It commonly forms stalactitic and botryoidal growths on the walls and ceilings of mine tunnels from the oxidation of minerals. Frankly, we have seen many caverns in the Naruto world and it's only logical to assume that such, rich with minerals, caverns exist as well, somewhere in the depths of Iwagakure most likely.

One of the main facts that prove the existence of the Azure mineral ore is the Crystal element. In the anime, it was shown that Guren can use the crystal element to produce various crystalline shapes and objects with her chakra, and Azure would work similarly to it due to it's crystalline, mineral form.

How it works:

To create Azure, the user would have to mold his earth and water natures with precise chakra control and in a careful ratio in order to produce the chakra and be able to shape manipulate the mineral ore. When molding his chakra, the user would think of the earth as the basis that contains all the necessary materials and using chakra control he would put them all together. Afterwards he adds the final touch by adding the water chakra into the mix in order to properly mix it and hydrate all the materials, effectively creating the Azure chakra.

Regarding the usage of the Azure element, there are two ways to use it; through manipulation and materialization. Manipulation means creating Azure from the existing earth mostly for large scale techniques while materialization means creating it from the users body to create various battle-oriented objects, such as weapons and shields and for more specific techniques.

The applications of Azure are fairly simple and usual for most elements of this nature, however, what distinguishes Azure from other mineral based elements is the fact that it dissolves easily in water. Although it is the main disadvantage of the element, in terms of physical strength, it is also one of the main advantages because it allows for different creative uses. In essence, this element can be looked at, as an augmentative element with the intention to overcome the weakness to water and to be used with water release techniques in order to effectively transport the poisonous Azure minerals, in the form of dissolved Azure solutions, to the opponent. Certain Azure techniques would revolve around and benefit from being dissolved however, the element still has its uses in its mineral form and some techniques would be specifically designed to be much more effective in its mineral form. Other than for its physical strength and brute force, there is another use to utilize the Azure minerals. Since the minerals are poisonous and either manipulated or materialized, they contain the users chakra. This allows the Azure minerals to induce genjutsu along with the poison, on contact. This means that the genjutsu are essentially side effects from Azure poisoning. The illusions wouldn't be too powerful and they would be specific for each mineral Azure technique, meaning that there would be a very limited amount of them and they would be very oriented towards the Azure techniques themselves and how they are perceived by the opponent.

General characteristics:

Water solubility - Azure is very soluble in water. A fact that is a detriment to most specimens as they may absorb water from the air and deteriorate over time. Although this kind of deterioration takes a formidable amount of time, Azure can be dissolved easier by submerging the mineral into water.

Toxicity - Due to its solubility in water, Azure creates toxic solutions that can be assimilated in great quantities by any plant, animal or even human, rapidly weakening it and then killing it by shutting down body processes. It is usually used as a root killer in sewer pipes and its solutions or crystals are used to clear ponds and waterways of plant growth. It has slightly less potency against humans while it works extremely well against plant life and it affects animals just as well.

One of the side effects from Azure poisoning is genjutsu induction. In order to differentiate it from other mineral elements, aside from it's very few unique physical traits, I believe that Azure should benefit from it's toxicity. Upon completing medical school and knowing at least the basics, the user would be capable to modulate his Azure chakra so that it reacts as a side effect of the poisoning and induces weak genjutsu. A simple description of the possible genjutsu would be blurriness, dizziness and similar weak illusions. ​

Luster - Its luster is vitreous and depending on the usage and technique, it is achievable to make it transparent to a certain degree. This transparency can come in handy when using various tools and the need to blend them with the environment as much as possible.

Hardness - With a 2.5 on Mohs scale, Azure is obviously not nearly close to the hardest elements and its crystal structure can easily be overpowered and broken by harder elements. The 2.5 on Mohs scale warrants the hardness to be on par with elements like magnesium, gold, silver, aluminium and zinc while elements like copper, arsenic, thorium, iron, nickel, platinum and steel would easily overpower it. Same goes for any other elements that are harder than the mentioned ones.

Tenacity - A material is brittle if, when subjected to stress, it breaks without significant deformation. Brittle materials absorb relatively little energy prior to fracture, even those of high strength. This applies to its crystals while if used in the form of thinner objects they become slightly flexible.

Fracture - Due to its brittle nature it is prone to fracture. Its fracture is conchoidal to splintery which basically means that it doesn't follow any natural planes of separation. In this aspect it is similar to obsidian because its fractures often result in a curved breakage surface that resembles the rippling, gradual curves of a mussel shell.

Hydrated - Since it is a hydrated mineral it gives off water when heated which in turn dampens the fire that is heating it thus rendering it useless.

Spiritualism and medicine - Azure is believed to be an excellent throat chakra stone. It is often said to help further desires through communication abilities. It is also said to help one stay in the now and enjoy life, as well as get rid of feelings of abandonment. Azure is reputed to eliminate delays of things in progress. It is also used metaphysically for insight, clairvoyance, and psychic attunement. It is said to enhance one's ability to "read" people and situation. Azure is said in crystal healing and folklore to be helpful for arthritis, anti-oxidant, arteries, water retention, reproductive system, foot and nail fungal infections. Note that healing crystal meanings are spiritual supports to healing and are not actual prescriptions or healthcare information.

Naruto wise, the medical applications would only be limited to small amounts of self empowering, increased focus and perception. These effects could only be achieved by using a specific technique and these effects wouldn't be achievable with other techniques of the Azure element.​

Description: To use this technique, the user will slam his hand on the ground and release his chakra in order to manipulate the present earth and to create an otherwordly monster made out of the Azure mineral. Upon its manipulation, it emerges out of the ground in the form of multiple slightly transparent blue minerals. The minerals are loosely connected together, mimicking human joints in order to allow movement. The Crystalitas isn't a sentient being and can't act on its own, thus requires the user to keep his hand in touch with the ground in order to control it. Crystalitas is about 3 meters in height and it is very mobile, capable of executing swift movements. It holds a shield and sword made out of the very same material and it is a master of close combat. Crystalitas is usually called forth to battle tough fights for the user.

Description: Caduceus is a legendary staff that was worn by many powerful personalities throughout the history of the world. It was said to have magical powers and there were many witnesses to its abilities, yet only a few were able to control them. Caduceus was passed down through generations and sometimes even wars broke out because of it. It was the object of desire, the ultimate tool. Thefts have been reported numerous times and for a long period of time it was considered to be lost forever. Until this day, it's structure and composition remained unknown but in the last years, Caduceus has been proven to be made of the rare mineral called Azure. Upon using the technique, the user materializes Azure in his hand and shape manipulates it into a sturdy and rigid staff with wings on top of it. From there, two snakes swirl around its long body in perfect unison. The staff is completely made of Azure and it is pale blue in color, with a slightly transparent hue. When in contact with Caduceus, the snakes around the staff also swirl around the users hand, empowering their bond. Doing this, they cast their protective spell on the user and allow him the usage of the staff's abilities. While holding the staff, the user becomes able to use its abilities without suffering any drawbacks from being in contact with Azure, but as soon as the staff is destroyed and the contact with it severed, the drawbacks start kicking in. Regarding its abilities, Caduceus gives the user increased perception and clarity of the battlefield. Call it, the perfect state of mind. He becomes able to read the battles and moves properly and it allows him to read the opponent's facial expressions with great ease. This allows him for tracking the opponents feelings which in turn reflect onto the battle and influence its pace. Tracking the opponents expressions, alerts the user about sudden changes in the flow of the battle and allows him to react properly to certain situations, even before the danger appears. Upon severing the connection with the staff, the drawbacks start overwhelming the users body. He begins to feel metallic taste in the mouth, burning pain in the chest, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting and a headache over the course of the next two turns. The effects start as barely existent and increase until they become unbearable. During those two turns the user has to purify his body from the poison, otherwise he would faint.
Note: The staff lasts for 6 turns upon which it would disintegrate on its own.

We have seen many indications that it is possible to mould simultaneously three elements to create an entirely new element. For example by utilizing Wind and Lightning at the same time it is possible to create Swift Release. This element follows the same principles. Through the usage of Wind, Lightning, and Fire at the same time, it becomes possible to create Uchūkyuiton chakra.
The existance of Cosmic Cloud is quite simple to prove. We have seen on numerous occasions in both the anime and manga the night sky. We have also seen hundreds of planetary bodies, constellations, etc. Cosmic Cloud is dust which exists in space. It is for the most part a type of small dust particles which are a few molecules to 0.1 µm in size. Since Cosmic Cloud consists of larger refractory minerals that condensed as matter left the stars, it is simple to prove that it exists. If stars exist, so to does Cosmic Cloud. Hydrogen and Helium are the most abundant elements in the universe. Both being extremely essential to life. In addition, we can conclude Narutoverse functions in a similar manner to ours due to Madara dropping a Meteor.

How it works:

The user moulds Earth, Wind, and Lightning chakra through his body and creates Cosmic Cloud chakra. The Cosmic Cloud is then manipulated in a similar manner to wind release. It can be created from the user's body or through the air just like wind. It is manipulated as a condensed cloud of cosmic dust. Cosmic cloud is made of dust grains and aggregates of dust grains. These particles are irregularly shaped, with porosity ranging from fluffy to compact. In addition, large amounts of hydrogen and helium are ionized at high tempreatures using lightning. When they come together, the lightning chakra ionizes the cloud, and energizes it. Thus it causes extreme damage to opponents upon contact causing searing burns. The Cosmic Cloud takes the form of a highly condensed cloud.

The user becomes able to manipulate the created cosmic cloud into various constructs. Shields, blasts, etc. The Uchūkyoikuton chakra can even be applied onto weapons or tools owned by the user through the utilization of chakra control and chakra flow. The chakra flow allows the user to apply aspects of Uchūkyoikuton chakra into weapons. Through this, the weapons become highly heated, and adopt a swirling mass of Uchūkyoikuton chakra around them.

Permafrost underlies about 20 percent of the land in the Northern Hemisphere and is widespread within the Arctic Ocean’s vast continental shelves and in parts of Antarctica. Most of the world’s permafrost has been frozen for millennia and can be up to 5,000 feet thick.

Now in terms of the NV, lands such as Yukigakure and Land of Frost (land between Land of Hot Water and Land of Lightning where Naruto challenged the Raikage to desist his blood lust for Sasuke) should geologically possess this natural phenomenon. Given the lands of the NV has been around a very long time. It's very simple to grasp, as long as there is a slab of earth or section of earth constantly exposed to subzero temperatures permafrost will be formed. Sometimes deep within the soil (making it inaccessible at times) and sometimes right below the fauna, it all depends on the amount of time it took to make it.


How it works:
Although similar to the cannon release Arctic Earth varies in that it is actually made of water and earth being frozen simultaneously. This would mean, the element consists of Water, Wind and Earth, making it somewhat a Kekkei Tōta. How it works is by cooling the earth to the point where normal water would be frozen and using its normal moist composition the water and earth is frozen at the same time giving birth to a special type of ice which has soil/clay/rock in its spacial cognizance. This affects the purity of the ice which in turn highers the melting point and adding strength, this also means that Arctic Earth is not as translucent as normal ice but instead has silvery shallow water look. Exposure to permafrost through direct contact with the skin can leave devastating blotches of frostbitten flesh due to the sheer frigidity of the substance.

In addition to heightening the melting point, the dirt composition of Arctic Earth also lowers it freezing point making it much more frigid to the touch than regular ice and also increases the durability of its formations. Because of its unique composition, Arctic Earth can be formed from both water (by the user adding his Doton chakra a catalyst to simulate soil in its formation) and earth (by the user using his Suiton chakra as the catalyst to add moisture to the earth while super cooling it in mere seconds). Also, Arctic Earth has much more density and weight than regular ice and earth giving it the ability sheer crushing power similar to earth jutsu. Wind and Suiton and their variations: Almost like an absolute defense, Permafrost is known to trap methane gas under its formations for millions of years (even as we speak in some oceans) and with the space inside of it being filled with earth particles air and any gas type of release is incapable of passing through its dense formation. This also proves the resilience of the substance towards liquid by not allowing it to pass through.

Decay: Permafrost can retain its fidelity for millions of years regardless of weather conditions or molecular disturbances. And it's also been proven to house long dead organisms while preventing them from rotting.

✗ Declined: I got two problems with this one. First and for all it's earth that got frozen due to low temperatures, it's not ice. So I'm not going to accept that you define this as being an ice with earth in it. Ice is frozen water, permafrost is frozen earth. And that brings me to my 2nd problem as someone already submitted once Pykrete, which is ice that has sawdust/wooden fibers in it and what you described here, instead of it being frozen earth, is pretty much Pykrete. I'm not going to differentiate between sawdust and pieces of earth as the results are almost identical. I also add the same comment I added back then on the Pykrete CE: you can say that it protects against regular fire, but there is nothing that it protects from high-lvl fire. It does not protect you from the greatest fires as you say, that's something global warming clearly invalidates.

✗ Declined: This is a CE, not a KG or KT so to avoid confusing don't make references to KG or KT. Also this is not an ice element, this is an earth element. You have got an entire paragraph about how the ratio ice/earth which I don't get what it's doing there as you can't change that ratio. We already have the ice element, so this one can only be earth based. If you want to look at it differently it should be the opposite of lava, which is molten rock, this should be frozen rock. This is frozen earth, so you are not going to be able to transform water into permafrost. Also something like that doesn't happen by inserting only one of the elemental natures into the substance. You use your permafrost chakra for that. You infuse your permafrost chakra into the earth to change it.

The element is based on: Earth Release + Fire Release


Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Pyrite was once used as a firing device for weaponry and also in fake jewelry and other notables such as batteries. However its actual ploy is that it resembles gold but isn't actually the same thing as it is many times used as counterfeit currency to fool people.

Pyrite is a very abundant element, being the most common Sulfide mineral as it is found in the earth and is located near coal deposits, and Argon. It is considered a sulfide mineral which is a metal and yet classes in crystals as well, making it even more unique. It is also found near Quartz veins, sedimentary rock and metamorphic rocks. While having the nickname of fool's gold it is also slightly found near gold deposits as well.

To prove the existence of Fool's gold, we've seen countless rocks, minerals, metals, and other types of crystals in the Narutoverse related to elements in the real world, so there is a very big chance pyrite is available in the Narutoverse around these same elements that are found in both worlds.


How it works:
Using their earth chakra, one will identify and gather the natural Pyrite available in the terrain around them. Simultaneously he'd have to add his fire chakra to heat the pyrite minerals as they're gathered, burning away any impurities within it to have pyrite in the purest form possible. This gathering and heating of the natural pyrite comes to form its solid, metallic cuboid state. It takes on a golden-yellow hue, with the surface of it smooth and glossy enough to cause reflections; very similar to a golden mirror if you will. This process can also be reenacted by replicating the needed minerals within the users body to create the pyrite directly from the body.

Once the Pyrite has been created, the user can manipulate its shape and form freely to fit him in any sort of situations, even using the mirror-like reflections of the surfaces to aid him. Something Unique to Pyrite is how it reacts to water and earthen materials it comes into contact with.

• Water: Whenever pyrite comes into contact with water the pyrite instantly begins oxidation. The pyrite would let off toxic fumes that blend with the water, making the water crystal clear, yet very acidic to the touch. This is typically called "Acid Rock Drainage". Another side affect of constant contact with pyrite, is naturally create acid rain. The fumes let off from the oxidation would naturally rise, going into the sky, thus causing rain created afterwards to take on an acid state. These affects could come as a hazard to even the creators of the Pyrite since only the metal is under their control, so the fumes would be controlled by no one.
• Earth/Earth combinations: When exposed to the combination of oxygen and any type earthen materials (earth, sand, crystal), the pyrite would again start to oxidize naturally. The oxidation of the pyrite would start to severely deteriorate the structure of earth to the point it'll cause a structural collapse.

Other than that, pyrite has been seen causing explosions, though it isn't the metal itself exploding. Whenever the pyrite oxidizes it will let off a sort of dust which is very exothermic. This dust given off by the pyrite on these occasions coupled with the sparks that can be created by pyrite rubbing together can cause quite the large explosion. The explosions always go outwards away from the pyrite itself, giving off high amounts of concussive force and heat whenever set off.

+Earth/Earth CE - naturally earth is weak to crystalline and mineral based type structures such as pyrite seeing as earth has less density than it. Along with that, the oxidation of pyrite would corrode the earth and other earth based elements.

✗ Declined: For starters I find the proof for it kinda shallow, you just point towards other materials, but realistically you should have to prove then that those materials also exist. I would like to see something that points more strongly to the existence of pyrite. And neutral elements are not part of the template, so take that out. My biggest problem with this CE is all the stuff about oxidation as this does not happen instantly. That's a proces that takes quite a long while compared to how long a battle lasts. Water isn't going to become instantly acidic by just touching pyrite and earth is not going to oxidize either by just touching pyrite. Otherwise pyrite wouldn't even be able to exist. This has an effect on your strengths as you can still proclaim regular earth as a strength, but it's highly questionable for earth variations, which are mainly metals. As I read pyrite is quite brittle, so that it would be strong against metals is very doubtful.

Forms of crystal have been shown in the manga itself when it comes to Guren. Guren was able to use the general crystal release. Her crystal release that has no unique properties such as Pyroelectric Crystals. Guren being able to recreate natural crystals with crystal release alludes to that fact that crystals let alone pyroelectric Crystals are possible in nature. Guren was able to create a more general form of crystal as she was not able to go in depth and create crystals such as quartz.

How it works:

Pyroelectricity is only possible through the creation of pyroelectric crystals. Pyroelectric crystals are crystals that generate electricity at high temperatures. These crystals are known as polar crystals. Crystal structures can be divided into 32 classes, or point groups, according to the number of rotational axes and reflection planes they exhibit that leave the crystal structure unchanged. Twenty-one of the 32 crystal classes lack a center of symmetry, and of these, 20 are piezoelectric. Of these 20 piezoelectric crystal classes, 10 of them are pyroelectric (polar). ✗ Declined: There is no charged state. What you describe is an elemental combination, it's the same as saying you create a water jutsu that is charged because you used raiton chakra. Also it wouldn't even work as pyroelectricity is not so much based on heat, but on difference in temperature. Meaning cooling or heating would yield the same result, however considering it would be hot from the get-go, it wouldn't generate anything as there was no change in temperature. They also lose electricity at a steady rate, not the other way around and it's not shooting visible lightning bolts. It's the same principle as an electric fence. You only feel it on contact. Lastly it will absolutely NOT be able to absorb fire chakra. What it does is absorbing heat, something nearly every substance in existence does. When it's too much heat, that's what's called the melting point.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Dream Sand (DMT) is a hallucinogenic chemical found in soil, fungi, trees, and well over 50 varieties of common plants and fauna, it's even abundant in common grass. Research has also found and proved that Dream Sand is found and released in the pineal gland of mammals when they dream, and other areas when they are not (this includes humans) .

To link this to the naruto verse, it's obvious that the Naruto Earth contains many different kinds of plants, of course it contains soil, and as seen, it contains grass. There has not been a single shred of evidence that would lead anyone to believe that the earth in naruto doesn't have most if not all of the common plant life that our world does. Furthermore, there is also nothing that would lead anyone to believe that the natural makeup of any of the aforementioned life is any different than that of our world. It is also clear that the world of Naruto contains humans and mammals who obviously dream, meaning (taking into account that nothing has proven that the organs of the people in naruto are any different than the organs found in humans here) that their pineal glands are releasing Dream Sand, and thus, Dream Sand is also found in other places in their body.

It has been shown by many different ninja that it is possible to manipulate and create minerals that are found in and of the ground. Thus, taking this all together, it is possible to create and manipulate Dream Sand .

How it works:
A few factors are needed in order for the creation and production of Dream Sand. The soil, fungi, grass, trees and plants that are within and grow from the soil that naturally makes and creates Dream Sand, the destruction of the impurities within and around the Dream Sand, and finally heating the entire form so that it takes a hardened crystalline form.

In order to perfectly mimic and recreate these factors, the user will combine 4 elements at once. Earth to represent the base and the Dream Sand found within the soil. Water, which combined with the earth represents the growth and flourishing of the plants, grass, and fungi which continuously produce Dream Sand. Precisely placed Fire and Lighting which run simultaneously alongside the earth and water to completely destroy any and all impurities within the soil and organic life that would otherwise ruin the Dream Sand. And, as the fire helps to destroy the impurities, it will naturally heat the Dream Sand, hardening it and giving it it's white crystalline form.


The user will combine these elements all at once in order to create pure Dream Sand from any point on their body. If the user wishes to use Dream Sands hallucinogenic effects for themselves, they may even produce the substance within their body.

Alternatively, the user may produce Dream Sand from the ground by using a combination of the real and raw substances needed to create it and their own chakra to substitute for any part of the creation process that they need but isn't already done or even there.

Dream Sand takes form as many fine, small, white, sand like crystals that the user controls like sand.

Water/Water Based Ce: Due to the Dream Sand being made up of many compressed crystals, it is far to dense and compact for water to carry away.

Wind/Wind Based CE: Suffering a similar fate to water, Dream Sand is far too dense and compressed for wind to cut through it or blow it away. Even if it did cut through it , being sand like, it would only take away a small portion.

✗ Declined: When the first you get are pictures of complicated chemicals and long chemical names, then you can be pretty sure it's not very suite for a CE as it lacks the substance for it. This is something that gets produced in very low quantities by a series of complex chemical and biological reactions and you don't just replicate that. This stuff gets mainly fabricated in labs and at best gets transformed into tiny crystals. You actually don't seem to have any idea how this gets created, this is something far too complex compared to what you wrote.
