Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

Nitrogen is mainly found in the atmosphere, where it accounts for 78 % by volume of the air we breath. But nitrogen is also found:
- in the Earth's crust, to a limited extent (in the form of nitrates, etc.),
- in organic form (in the living or dead plants and organisms which form humus)
- and in mineral form (ammonia), and thus contributes to soil fertility. In gaseous form, nitrogen is a neutral and colorless gas. It is inerting and does not sustain life.

In the Narutoverse, the existence of living plants and organisms is proof that this element exists as it plays a vital role in respiration and nutrition. Also, farming is a common occupation in the narutoverse, especially in places like the Fire country where plants grow in abundance. We can safely attribute the fertility of their soil to the existence of Nitrogen which has been converted to nitrates or nitrogen oxides either by natural means (nitrogen fixing bacteria and electrical storms) or by man-made means (artificial fertilizers). Nitrogen can thus be said to exist abundantly in the narutoverse.

How it works:

Nitrogen exists as a colorless, odorless, and tasteless gas created by simultaneously molding wind, earth and lightning natured chakra. Although it is a component of air, Chisson is less dense than air, making it faster. It is inert, which means that it doesn’t react with any other substances under normal temperature and pressure conditions. Chisson chakra when molded can be released from the user's body or used to manipulate existing Nitrogen.

Due to it being such an inert gas, Chisson acts as a blanketing gas, which means that it forms a blanket or shield over any surface it is in contact with, protecting them from contact with air and moisture thus making it particularly strong against fire. This inert property also makes coating projectiles with Chisson very appropriate as it prevents air from coming in contact with them, allowing them move at an even faster pace than when coated with wind. The fact that it is less dense than air itself further augments this point.

Due to its triple bond structure, Nitrogen is an insulator of electricity, making it strong against lightning. When inhaled, Nitrogen replaces every oxygen in the blood stream being supplied to the brain and every other part, filling it with nitrogen which results in death by asphyxiation without the painful and traumatic feeling of suffocation. Nitrogen can be very dangerous as it leads to quick asphyxiation without the human body noticing that anything is wrong. Because air is mostly nitrogen, breathing Chisson feels like breathing air which is why it can be very dangerous.

Precise control over Chisson chakra, allows a user to increase or decrease the percentage of Nitrogen in the atmosphere. Excess Nitrogen will pose a threat to every living organism breathing, it will also prevent fire from burning. On the otherhand, low levels will cause metals to rust drastically and fires to ignite spontaneously.

Utilizing the alternative release of Chisson chakra, the user can manipulate it to react it with other substances like gases, metals, etc to form more gaseous nitrogen compouds. An example of this is the production of a colourless, non-flammable gas, with a slightly sweet odour and taste that causes anaesthesia, analgesia, depersonalisation, derealisation, dizziness, euphoria, and some sound distortion when inhaled. This compound of Nitrogen is called Nitrous oxide and is formed when Nitrogen reacts with oxygen. A nitrogen user
will be able to create, manipulate and use gaseous compounds of it, but won't be able to do so for liquid or solid compounds as that is an entirely different jurisdiction of the element.

Users of nitrogen are human and are thus not immune to its effects when inhaled. Thus, they may or may not wear a gas mask to purify the air they breathe, depending on the user's wishes. If they however choose to possess a gas mask, this will be stated in their respective biographies.

Wood(Roots) & Variants- An increase in Nitrogen will promote plant growth thus leading to stronger and faster techniques while a decrease will starve them and cause them to die off.
Mushroom & Other Organic CEs- An increase in Nitrogen will promote growth of micro-organisms as they depend on it while a decrease will see them die off drastically.

Is strong against:

Fire & Variants- Fire requires oxygen to burn. So attacking fire with Nitrogen puts it out.
Lightning & Variants- Chisson is an insulator of electricity.
Wind & Variants- Chisson is less dense than Wind and is thus faster and has greater cutting power. Also, since Wind is the same as Air, it still has 78% nitrogen embedded in it which can be manipulated by a Chisson user, making the wind technique useless.

The element is based on: Earth + Fire + Chakra Control

The idea of sunstone came simply from the name. The stone part pays tribute to it's base, the crystalline structure that the element is partially based off; and the sun, which references the orange glow from the high temperature of the crystals.

Sunstone is created through a process that utilizes Fire and Earth natured Chakras in order to extract the minerals from the earth and form a translucent crystal(made from the earth and fire chakra) that has a strong orange glow to it, stemming from the high core heat of the crystal(created through the careful insertion of katon chakra). The crystal has a pyroelectric characteristic stemming from it's high temperatures mixed with the Crystalline structure.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
From the manga, we have seen that Fire and Earth chakra can be used together to produce varying results. We have already seen the ability to create crystals from Earth-nature chakra, hence Guren's ability. So if we take this into account and extract minerals from the earth utilizing Earth-nature chakra to form a crystalline structure while also using Fire-nature chakra to create a strong heat signature inside the crystal capable of inflicting burns up to third-degree (Earthen structures shown capable of delivering burns; Ie. A Kunai held under a flame will deliver a burn if placed on the skin). This heat once applied inside the crystalline element creates a pyroelectric voltage throughout the crystal which stems from the mixture of heat and crystal. Electricity is a prevalent thing in the manga and can stem from one of the five main Nature transformations, Lightning. The element however is not created through Lightning and neither is the pyroelectric affect; it exists because of the temperature prevailing in the element.

How it works:
The process to create Sunstone is relatively simple for an advanced element. First, the user forms a crystalline structure from the earth or from his own body, capable of doing either as all Chakra starts from the body and spreads outwards. Once this crystalline structure is beginning to combine the molecules to take the desired structure, the user takes advantage of Chakra control and Fire-nature chakra to heat the structure to temperatures capable of inflicting third-degree burns. By injecting this Fire-nature chakra into the crystalline structure, the crystal takes on the characteristic of an orange glow, a product of the crystals high temperature (at least 85degrees Celsius but not high enough to melt through Normal Bones). Once the heated structure takes form, it will take on a electric property , pyroelectricity, which is a possible effect which results from certain solid structures, like crystals, being under the influence of a heat source with a high enough temperature. The pyroelectric property is capable of of generating enough electricity throughout the structure that can shock the opponent and leave them stunned for a second but nothing major enough to deliver any sort of electrical burns or complete paralyzation.

The two methods of release for the element, Sunstone, can be as followed:
1. From an existing Earth substance. Using chakra, ninjas have the ability to manipulate an already existing earthen substance to create this element, as long as there is a medium between the user and the substance (ie. Ground, or touch)
2. This element can also be created from the user, identical to how Wood or Earth release can be created from the body. Due to being made from the user's chakra, the temperature or Pyroelectric affect of Sunstone will not harm or hinder him but he is still susceptible to it's physical properties

✗ Declined: When I search for sunstone, the only thing I find is a regular fancy gem. That's it. So as I see it this CE is something completely made up with no actual proof that it even can exist. You just added the characteristics you want it to have while providing no proof whether something like that is even possible.

Iceflower is one of the numerous names of Soapstone where it is also known as Steatite, Soaprock, Saponite, Green Mountain, Black Sea and Mariana. Soapstone is a metamorphic rock that is composed primarily of talc and is thus rich in magnesium, with varying amounts of chlorite , micas, amphiboles, carbonates and other minerals . Because it is composed primarily of talc it is usually very soft however Soapstone in this case is gray in color. Its name is derived from its “soapy” feel and softness.
It most often forms at convergent plate boundaries where broad areas of Earth’s crust are subjected to heat and directed pressure. In other words by dynamothermal metamorphism and metasomatism, which occurs in the areas where tectonic plates are subducted, changing rocks by heat and pressure, with influx of fluids, but without melting. The Yoruba of West Nigeria utilized soapstone for several statues most notably at Esie where archaeologists have uncovered hundreds of male and female statues, about half of life size. The Yoruba of Ife also produced a miniature soapstone obelisk with metal studs called superstitiously "the staff of Oranmiyan". Currently Soapstones are mainly mined and abundant in Brazil, India and Finland and are exported to other countries.

There are earthcrust, rock formations that are there for as long as life begins, sculptures and statutes which can be carved out of soapstone, Cooking slabs, hearths, Cold stone and electical panels as Narutoverse has been seen with electricity times without number.
In Konoha sato, the hokage faces are carved out of rocks and case are seen when minerals are been brought up from within the earthcrust like Kitsuchi's "Earth Release, Opening Earth Rising Evacuation. Mining is also a process that is done in Narutoverse which explained varieties of things like the possibility of Soapstone being extracted out of Earth.

How it works:
Since Iceflower is an earth mineral, it needs earth as its source. The user uses his earth chakra to retrieve earthen mineral from the earth as earth chakra allows one to manipulate also earth minerals, while using his fire chakra to make it soft then water chakra to cool it. Combining this three processes, the user is able to create pure Iceflower from earth sources. Alternatively like how earth jutsu can be molded from the user's body, Iceflower can follow similar principle thus the user can knead Iceflower chakra within himself allowing him to be able to spew iceflower from the mouth or create iceflower by sipping its chakra out from part of his body or his entire self. Iceflower can also be summoned into existence using Iceflower chakra, this follows the same principle as "Earth Release: Stick Earth Drop" and " Earth Release: Dropping Lid".

Iceflower is relatively soft because of its high talc content, talc having a definitional value of 2.5 on the Mohs scale, a mineral hardness same with silver which can just barely be scratched with a fingernail. Iceflower has many physical properties which make it valuable for many different uses. These physical properties include:

Soft and Easy to Carve: Makes it quick in assuming any shape possible without difficulty and because of this, it makes shape manipulation very fast and fluid. Its softness however does not mean it has no piercing power, it relatively means it can be pierced by matter with greater density and hardness, an example is why even intangible matter such as wind, fire and lightning and softer element are found to posses piercing ability.

Those properties make Iceflower used as tiles and wall panels a good choice for showers, tub surrounds and backsplashes.

Also its resistant to heat or cold, light and moisture which makes light not able to pass through it via refraction. It is incapable of absorbing heat thus it can't burn nor be melted, a reason why it is used as excellent wall covering behind wood burning stoves and ovens, hearths. Fireplace liner and cooking slabs are also lined with Iceflower to create a hearth that quickly absorbs heat and radiates it long after the fire is out. ✗ Declined: Overall it's decently done, normally it should be approvable next time. Some small things stick to one name and then keep using that name for the entire explanation as you changed a few times, which makes it confusing. Secondly if something is soft, I imagine that I can squeeze it, which is not the case. That 'softness' is something very relative and makes it a bit confusing as it's a solid. Thirdly making the CE from your body is not alternatively, that's the standard. What you are considering the standard is wrong. You create the chakra in your body and then expel it to instantly create something or to manipulate existing things with that chakra. I don't understand why people keep saying stuff like 'first I focus this in the earth, then this and then that'. Then you don't have a real CE. That's the same like you are making lava by using a fire jutsu on the earth. Most importantly you still need to work on the STR and WEAK as a this point you are doing things I consider as intentionally weakening your own WEAK and strengthening your own STR. Earth is a WEAK, so that specific variations thing should not be there, lava is not even considered a special variation of earth. Water is a liquid, however it's not because it's good against water that suddenly this applies to all liquids. That you say many water variations, ok, but in this case saying liquids way too much. Decay is a CE, but what do you mean with variant? I also have my doubts about that lightning strength as the lightning, and especially the higher lightning CE, have an extremely powerful impact. How exactly is your solid, which isn't stronger than regular earth, supposed to block it? Finally watch when you say 'and CE' or 'and variations'. It seems to be strong against many, but certainly not all every time you claim it.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
i'm sure we have seen powercell's/batteries i the manga before but if not one can argue that any type of water based system like water pipes in hospitals and houses would have used solder (which is lead based) to have the water lines joined together just like in real life which we all known to be true until they started changing the lines to pex aka plastic type substance. one can also say that paint has been shown in the manga on a few occasions and many paints have been made using lead as seen being used by naruto himself on many occassions. we can even go as far to use the weights which lee and guy use are made of lead inside them which back in the old days all weights were lead based.

How it works:
utilizing Earth, and Fire chakra's the user can make this lead alloy from the earth itself and create lead from the earth itself however this element cannot be created in the user's body. after the element is made you can keep the alloy electrically charged like a battery of sorts or it can absorb lightning attacks speaking in terms of what a battery can do it can store power ie electrical power. this alloy will be in a liquid like state because you are applying more amounts of fire chakra then you are earth chakra keeping it in the more malleable substance. after the jutsu has been completed the alloy will harden once that turn is done because of te oxygen present. it is far easier to super heat the alloy and bring it up from the ground using this method of liquid alloy because it is a substance normally found with zinc, silver, and copper which all would not melt in this process allowing just the lead to be utilized.

Is strong against:
Lightning- lightning can be used to charge this alloy and make it hold a charge while also being able to forcibly discharge lightning.
Fire- being that this element is already in a liquid alloy state fire will have no effect against lead and lead will simply move through the fire.
Water- being that this alloy can be electrically charged it is strong against water for the same reason that lightning is strong against water. Water in the presence of oxygen attacks lead to start an accelerating reaction. The presence of carbonates or sulfates results in the formation of insoluble lead salts, which protect the metal from corrosion

Sharingan/ Byakugan- lead it is able to keep any type of Xray vision from seeing past or through it. up to 3 tomoe, anything above that can see through it.

✗ Declined: Just a metal again and the whole stuff about electricity charged seems to be completely made up. It's used in batteries -that doesn't make it one- but it conducts electricity very poorly. So how is it possible it's permanently charged, where does that charge even come from and above all how could that ever absorb electricity? That all seems something you made up.

Lithium is one of the main component of Lubricating Grease and other type of Grease. Lithium constitutes about 25 % in the manufacture of Lubricating grease. From the very first lubricating grease that was manufactured, Lithium was a important constituent of it. The fact that transport vehicles like Cart and others were used in the Naruto verse proves that Lubricating Oils are used for manitaining the friction in the wheels of these carts and other transport vehicles. Another fact that proves that Lithium element is used in Naruto verse is that, Lithium is a major component in the Ceramic and Glass Industry. In the Manufacture of Ceramics and Glass, Lithium is extensively used. It constitutes about 29% in the raw materials needed for the manufacture of the Glass and ceramics. It also is the second most abundantly used Raw material in the manufacture of glass and Ceramics after Silicon element. Ceramic Bowls and tumblers are used in narutoverse in almost all the villages as a part of their household wares. Like the Bowl used in Ichiraku ramen shop and most of the bowls and plates that are used in Barbecue shop which is made out of Ceramic or Porcelain material. The glass windows are present in almost every building we have seen in Konohagakure. Take it to be a Hospital building or the hokage mansion or Orphanage, Glasses were found everywhere. From the early methods till today's latest methods of the manufacture of glass and ceramics Lithium has been a major constituent. By these facts, One can very well confirm the existence of Lithium element in Naruto verse.

How it works:

Pure Lithium is a Soft, Silvery white metal that belongs the the alkali metal group of chemical elements.It is not as hard as steel or Iron with that being said it's tensile strength is also pretty low when compared to other metals. Lithium exhibits a metallic luster in its pure form however when Lithium is exposed to air which contains Water vapor, it undergoes rapid oxidation and gets converted into a black substance. The melting point of Lithium is pretty low when compared to the other metals (160 degree Celsius). Therefore when Lithium reacts with Fire it gets easily melted but also it release a white color pungent smelling smoke (Lithium Hydroxide (This however only works if realistic and used logic, if the fire technique is way too high, then the smoke shall not take effect or easy said; the smoke will simply die or not occur. A little example is when a C-Ranked Lithium technique clashes with a S-Ranked Fire technique) which when inhaled causes irritation in the nose, difficulty in breathing and also slight giddiness. The gas produced on burning is corrosive in nature which will cause mild-heavy burns on the skin depending on the strength, amount and time of exposure to the gas.

Solid Lithium is produced in two way. By molding the earth and fire chakra with very high level of chakra manipulation Lithium can be produced from their body. This produced Lithium will be a Black color solid. It can also be produced by channeling the user chakra to the Earth around him in order to produce the solid Lithium from the Earth. This type of producing Lithium is somewhat like Earth Release techniques, where projectiles and stuffs are produced from the Earth. However, the user can also by utilizing his Lithium chakra into the air capable of releasing it nearby the opponent while using the shape manipulation to form the Lithium. The user however cannot say that they produce the Lithium within the blink of an eye nearby his enemies blind spot but with some efforts it can be done like many other approved metal CE elements since it's a light metal anyway.

Description: Whenever the opponent releases a fire technique, the use will simply produce a metal substance of Lithium. The user simply releases a thick wall that erupts from the ground in front of the incoming fire technique. The fire will simply turn the Lithium into a black substance which will eventually melt and not have any further use whatsoever and in the transformation of the Lithium, the clash will release a Hydroxide that has a few side-effects. Once this smoke that is released by the clash get's into the opponent's nose or mouth; he'll first start feeling a slight irritation in the nose and as the time passes by, it'll eventually turn into heavy breathing and dizziness. If this smoke will not get rid off in time, then the opponent will start getting irritated onto the skin, feeling burns and such as if his complete body was washed with nettles. The Lithium of course must be two ranks higher than the fire or the fire will simply continue. If a fire technique which is three ranks higher than the Lithium, then the smoke will take place but will not have the same effects, so it'll be a smoke that does not harm. (a small example is when the user releases a D-Ranked fire technique, the user can protect himself with a B-Ranked Lithium wall so the fire simply get's absorbed by the Lithium, destroying it in the process while releasing a white smoke with many side-effects. If the fire is B-Ranked, then the user must release a S-Ranked Lithium technique to succeed in producing this smoke.

Water Release and its related CE's and KG's: Lithium is very strong against water release as it reacts violently with water release quickly evaporating it and also creating small blast when in contact with water. On reaction with water, it also creates Lithium Hydroxide which is a Pungent smelling gas that has corrosive properties.

Nitrogen: Lithium is the only metal that readily and effectively reacts with Nitrogen to produce a pungent smelling colorless gas called ammonia. Those other than the pungent smelling property of the ammonia gas, it doesn't have any toxic effects on humans.

Earth and wind are neutral against Lithium as Lithium is made from earth and wind doesn't have any drastic effects on Lithium. However, certain high scaled wind technique's can easily blow low ranked Lithium away.

Lead is a chemical element found in nature either in its pure metallic form or combined with other materials as an ore. Lead has been commonly used for thousands of years because it is widespread, easy to extract, and easy to work with. Its characteristic properties include high density, softness, ductility, malleability, poor electrical conductivity compared to other metals, high resistance to corrosion, and the ability to react with organic chemicals. Lead is used in various things, but the main uses that provide proof of existence in the Narutoverse is its uses in building construction, bullets and shot, weights, and fusible alloys. Back in the day lead was used for creating pipes used for plumbing and water lines, Naruto being an anime that takes place in a less advanced time in terms of technology, leads pipes could have possibly been used. A village like Amegakure may have been the biggest consumer of lead since their constructs consist of numerous pipes. Guns have been seen in the Naruto manga and basic bullets and shots are made of lead. Lead is also found in training weight which has also been shown in Naruto manga and anime. When it comes to the making of ninja tools, lead may have been used due to the improved property changes it undertakes when combined with other metals. Improved hardness, corrosion resistance, and metal fatigue is seen when combined with other metals. (See images Below)

How it works: Lead is created by simultaneously combining ones Earth and Lightning chakra together, using advanced chakra control to get the correct ratio of each, creating the chemical element known as lead. Lead is commonly found within ores in nature, and by means of the Betts process, very pure lead can be obtained electrolytically via lightning chakra mixed with earth. The Earth element naturally surcomes to the Lightning one giving lead its unique properties as an element itself. Earth chakra gives lead its high density, but due to the Lightning chakra also infused within it, lead isn't like any other solid metal element and it is more of a poor metal which is why the element has a degree of softness, ductility, and malleability making it a very versatile metal element in terms of structure. Although the density of lead is high, it can be increased or decreased depending on the tech the user uses, and the element itself is released from the body in a grain like state with a structure that can be combined and altered to create a more solid construct similar to sand ninjutsu.

A unique factor of lead release is its amensalism like behavior towards non chakra infused and chakra infused earth. Since pure lead is extracted from the ground electrolytically, once channeled inside of or the element itself is sent into an earth substance the lightning chakra within lead chakra will break down the earth while creating more lead in the process. This allows the lead element to be created from earth sources in its grain or solid like state.

The lead element has certain qualities that pertains to the metal itself. Lead has a high resistance to corrosion, radiation, and it is also a poor electrical conductor compared to other metals. This is why lead has a similar behavior as water that is induced by lightning, even though the elements are neutral, non-focused lightning can conduct through lead but at a lesser degree than how it would in water.(slower pace, smaller coverage)

Its effects in humans and other vertebrates are caused by the increased levels of the heavy metal lead in the body. In the Narutoverse, we have seen the Magnet Release being preformed by a variety of notable shinobi. By using one's chakra and converting it into magnetic forces and thereby magnetize an object. Toroi from Kumogakure was able to magnetize an object and use said object to transfer the magnetism to another object, allowing many of his other techniques to follow with superb accuracy. Both the Third and Fourth Kazekage studied the One-Tails and learned to imitate it's sand manipulation ability by using their magnetic chakra to control metallic dust form of Iron and Gold respectively.

The Lightning Element has always been a very versatile element in creating a variety of elements and effects, in this case, Electromagnetism. Electromagnetism otherwise known as the electromagnetic force, is one of the four main interactions in nature and are responsible for the all the physical phenomena in daily life with the exception of gravity. Roughly speaking, all the forces involved in interactions between atoms can be explained by the electromagnetic force acting on the electrically charged atomic nuclei and electrons inside and around the atoms. This includes the forces we experience in "pushing" or "pulling" ordinary material objects, which come from the intermolecular forces between the individual molecules in our bodies and those in the objects.

Science has confirmed, that a moving electrical current generates a magnetic field, and a moving magnetic field generates and electrical. Due to the intense versatility with electricity (such as electrocution, heat generation, computer and mind hacking, and electrolysis) and magnetism (such as metal manipulation, magnetic levitation, atomic manipulation, and attract and repel), electromagnetism is one of the most versatile elemental manipulations in existence.

How it works:

The user will manifest his lightning chakra and combine large amounts of raw chakra to increase the charge of the produced electricity. This produces a lightning that generates a strong magnetic field that can be used to act upon other items by possibly attracting or repulsing the object while also electrifying it at the same time. The electrical intensity of this however can be controlled, thereby inflicting little to no damage to the object should the user so much choose to do so. Due to the increase in chakra output, the techniques of this release tend to take a red glow rather then that of the standard yellow or blue colors outputted by shinobi like the 4th Raikage or Sasuke Uchiha respectively. The main release of electromagnetic lightning is the creation of lightning that has a stronger magnetic field then normal allowing it to influence techniques and objects in many different ways. They can use the energy to repulse and attract ferrous and possibly non-ferrous objects and electrify things at the same time, project blasts that restrain their opponents, and project blasts that induce magnetism etc. By using electromagnetic lightning one is able to manipulate/detect the electromagnetic signals emitted by the brain. ✗ Declined: Lightning itself is a result of electromagnetism and so are hell of a lot of other stuff, including several existing CE, so hyping it up makes it very questionable that you can control what it in fact is a result of. On top of that electromagnetism on itself is far too OP for a CE, also with you it pretty much comes down on copying magnetism a lot.

The element is based on: Earth | Water | Lightning | Chakra control
Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Based on salt, Sodium Hydroxide exists. Thus, the fact that Salt exists is more than enough to prove that Sodium Hydroxide exists, as Sodium Hydroxide is made by Electrolysis salt. And salt exists everywhere, deep below the sea lays a great amount of salt. Also, salt is added to all the food seen in the anime from ramen to rice balls.
How it works: By using the one's earth and water chakra the user produces salt chakra, with which he uses his lightning chakra while using his earth chakra to Electrolysis salt, producing Sodium Hydroxide chakra which is used in it's regular form, the sand form. Even though it exists in the sand form the Sodium Hydroxide's grain is bigger than the sand's which could be seen in the picture below:

There are many methods to use Sodium Hydroxide. First one is using it much like Gaara's sand, by turning the ground to Sodium Hydroxide and manipulating it. Or, it could be simply created and produced from the user's chakra like most of elemental technique. And it could be also manipulated from a gourd, much like Gaara's sand gourd, however, the gourd is to be created as a technique should the Custom Element be approved.

✗ Declined: For starters the validity of that permission is very questionable now as in the meantime someone else has submitted the Salt Release CE with Lucifer as the CC before your submission. Secondly even if it still would apply I wouldn't necessarily accept you saying you create salt chakra nor even that I would allow to have you a related CE. On top of that you provided no proof. You just said salt exists, so your CE exists which means as much as saying you have no proof for your CE and for proof for salt, look at the salt CE submission. You neither have proven the existence of salt nor your CE. Finally you didn't explain its characteristics at all.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

Protozoa are a diverse group of unicellular eukaryotic organisms that emanate neither from the Animalia nor Plantae kingdoms but originate from the Protista Kingdom; possessing plant-like qualities(ability to photosynthesize; autotrophic) and animal-like qualities(motility ability, ability to feed on other organisms; heterotrophic and being parasitic in nature). The name protozoa ("first animals") is misleading, since they are not animals (with the possible exception of the Myxozoa). They are pale or grey in colour. They are motile and occur everywhere- in the soil, in water, in the air and inside the body of animals and man. They exist as free-living organisms or as parasitic organisms, and may live as single cells or in colonies without any differentiation into tissues. While some are microscopic, some grow large enough to be seen unaided; cysts. Ubiquitous in aquatic environments and the soil, protozoans prey upon algae, bacteria, microfungi and other organisms and are themselves consumed by
animals such as microinvertebrates.

In the Narutoverse, Wood Release(Mokuton) allows for the creation of wood and also, trees. These trees are considered to be living things and possess all basic characteristics of plant life. One of them is the ability to photosynthesize and remain alive even after the Mokuton user has left the battle scene. In a similar manner, Protozoan Release will allow for the creation and manipulation of Protozoa by the user.

How it works:

In the Narutoverse, all elements can be divided into 3 categories. Namely:
1. Main Release
2. Alternative Release
3. Specific Release

Just as all elements in the Narutoverse can be divided in 3 forms, categories or releases, so also can Protozoan Release:

Main Release
This will involve standard parasitic Protozoans with the ability to block earth and water-based attacks, metabolize them, and absorb the attacks. It is also able to suck chakra and nutrients out of living organisms, and putrefy them. It is weak to Fire or Ice, as fire would burn it, and ice would freeze it. And lightning and Wind are able to slash through it, but only to a certain point. It is pale/gray in colour.

Alternative Release
Protozoan creations like spores and cysts. The spores are air-borne and can be manipulated into different objects and creatures of various sizes and shapes as the user wishes although they would be intangible but still be visible. They can spread through the air as pale mist or thick grey fog. When inhaled, they activate the protozoans that lie dormant in a human or animal(summons inclusive) which give rise to the protozoan infections symptoms and rapidly bring death(2-3 turns after activation). These spores can settle down on any object they come in contact with and begin feeding parasitically on the opponent's skin, creating painful sores and open wounds through which other protozoans can enter the opponent's body freely. They are however weak and strong to earth. Weak in the sense that earth can serve as a barrier between them and their target but this is only short-lived, bringing about the strength which is their ability to metabolize the earth and putrefy/destroy it and have easy access to the target. They are also weak to wind as it can be used to repel them or blow them backwards if used properly. They are however strong to water as they can putrefy it easily as it moves through the fog/mist before it reaches it's target. Also, fire and lightning as they easily phase through them.

Cysts are protozoans that possess hard shell or protective membranes or thickened walls, making them extremely resistant to Low/High temperatures which includes Fire/Ice or CE variations, Earth/Water or CE variations. Neutral to Wind, and weak to Lightning as it would disrupt their cell membrane and pierce their shell. Cysts can also survive other harsh conditions, such as exposure harmful chemicals, or long periods without access to nutrients, water, or oxygen. The ability of protozoa to thrive under extreme environments contributes to their ability to evade some Medical treatments(immune system responses, drug therapies and survive for prolonged periods of time before infection). Being a cyst enables parasitic species to survive outside of a host, and allows their transmission from one host
to another. The main and specific releases, when exposed to harsh conditions, turn into cysts, halting (but not destroying the techniques).

Specific Release
This will include various species of protozoans that spring up from the over 50,000 known species or that are figments of the users imagination. For instance, Leishmania donovanni is a species of protozoa that is found in a bone marrow cell. This lies dormant and can be activated on inhalation of spores, leading to the putrefication of bones; it is very effective against Kaguya bones, putrefying them in 2-3 turns.

Usage Examples:

This release will be used in the following ways:

Parasitic Abilities:
The user is able to create protozoa that serve as deadly parasites to their opponents that may enter the body via skin contact, inhalation or ingestion. The user may activate dormant protozoans in the soil, water, air or living organisms using spores.

Water Affinity:
Protozoans are good producers of water, enabling protozoan users to stay hydrated at all times even under extreme weather conditions like drought. They produce water when needed, to keep the user alive. Although this makes a user similar to Hozuki clan members in hydration, he/she is not able to liquefy his/her body to avert physical damage like a Hozuki and as such does not suffer their weakness to lightning.

Chakra Consumption:
Protozoans are great consumers of chakra. Since they reproduce rapidly, they are able to devour an opponent's chakra within a very small time limit if not dealt with. Protozoans, being able to feed on chakra and due to their appetite for it, can also sense it; just like the Aburame's Kikaichu bugs.

Formation of Solids:
With the use and manipulation of cysts, the user is able to create walls, pillars, spikes, etc etc according to their imagination.

The symptoms that emerge from protozoan infection include:

Nausea
Vomiting
Diarrhoea
Abdominal pain
Headache
Loss of appetite
Blood per rectum
Bloating
Tenesmus
Fever
Tachycardia

and eventually death.

And each time the opponent lands a hit on the user, they end up infecting themself.

Is weak to:

Temperature based elements: Low/High will cause the living organisms to hibernate and become cysts (halting/pausing the technique). However, cysts are strong against Low/High temperatures. This would
incorporate Fire/Ice and CE variations.

Slashing/Piercing based elements: The membranes of the Living Organisms are fragile. While elements with substance are weak to protozoan, highly energetic elements with great piercing abilities will be able to defeat the living organisms and pierce the cysts. So Lightning is a weakness in both Living and Cyst; Wind at a molecular level on the Living Organisms and CE Variants will be strong against Protozoan.

Is strong against:

Matter based elements: Living organisms are strong against impacts and solid elements, because they will halt and metabolize them. this will include any physical substance, such as Wind, Earth, Water and CE variations. Cysts can't metabolize, but their hard shells would be strong against impacts.

Temperature based elements: Cysts are strong against Low/High temperatures. This would incorporate Fire/Ice and CE variations. However, Low/High will cause the living organisms to hibernate and become cysts (halting/pausing the technique).

Neutral:

Organic Elements: Will both be neutral and weak against Protozoan Element. If the organic element has a parasitic property (Germ/Mushroom), it will be neutral, as it will play against the parasitic ability of Protozoan element. If it doesn't (Plant/Wood), it will serve as a host for the element (except cyst form, which doesn't have parasitic abilities).

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Sodium Acetate is the formation of water and salt together to form a crystallized version of water that is similar to ice only differences are the way its formed and its temrauture because of the rapid crystallization of teh water into a solid it gives off energy which makes it hot, thats why an unofficial name for Sodium Acetate is hot ice as its solid water not below freezing point. now most of what i have to say about the element revolves around the elements so the main part i have to prove is the extince of salt and that salt can be mixed with elements in order to form this solid water/salt thingy which i explain below.

In the manga Garra uses sand which has salt in it ( sodium) which is needed for the making of hot ice and as his sand comes from the ground. This proves that salt is under ground and can be used/manipulated with chakra. Also because salt is actually a very common mineral-element in the manga, mostly known as the edible salt in the manga, which can be used as a spice to flavor foods, hence edible. Such as ramen, rice balls, fish etc. So that actually proves that salt exist in the narutoverse, It also means that salt crystals exist. Though, that is still one of its manny forms, because salt exists in its regular form in the manga, thus it can be found in other places such as the; Ground, Mountains, Seas etc. Almost everywhere. So salt can be extracted using the same methods as the Yondaime Kazegake used during his life time, Sakin - Gold Dust. The Kazekage manipulates the small gold particles in a similar manner that gaara manipulates his sand, I am mentioning this because; The kazekage extracted the gold from deep within the ground, And gaara softens the earth. So actually having proven that salt can be found different and most common places, almost everywhere. It is also similar to Guren's crystal type element, though it has other properties and other weaknesses not to mention a blue-greenish color, So that actually proves that Salt can also be manipulated if one can extracts the needed minerals from the soil. And salt as it’s a natural mineral is under ground and is the main thing needed to form Sodium Acetate the rest if based off the elements to help form it.

How it works: It is crystallized sodium dissolved in water ( like a crystal water solid yet not ice) which will generate heat due do teh crystallization which gives off energy heat to be exact, basically h2o in its solid state but not at a freezing point, The user will focus his water chakra into the ground and form water under ground to mix it around with natural salts in the earths crust, once mixed the user will focus his fire chakra into the ground heating up the water and sodium, then the user will add some futon chakra into the water cooling it very slightly finally the user will use his earth chakra and mix the water with more salt this will trigger a chemical reaction which will start the solidification of the water crystallizing the salt and water into an ice like state but the Sodium Acetate its self is hot from the sodium which generates the heat because the formation of crystals releases energy.
It shares quities with ice as it looks like ice and breaks like ice but is harder, more like a crystal form of water and sodium. By doing this from the below the user will have made hot ice and can manipulate it any way he wishes.

Then finally the user using his earth chakra will push one last bit of natural salt into the water causeing a chemical reaction that makes the water form into a crystallized version of ice, Sodium Acetate. by doing this the crystallization of it will create enegry that comes off as heat. The soduim acetate made can burn someone if they touch it ( as if you touched a hot stove) the user will have done this all across the field under ground making sure no one can escape under ground and gives the user a Sodium Acetate source.

✗ Declined: Currently my biggest issue is what's now the difference between this and the salt element that got submitted before this? The only thing I can find is, is that it's a bit hot, but in reality there is hardly anything that set the two apart, the looks and structure are even exactly the same and the largest part of your CE is dedicated to proof that salt exists in the manga.

), and fire to burn out any impurities and combine the two through heat in order to form the liquid substance that will now be explained. Hot Ice is very often used in the making of potato chips (which Choji is often seen eating) as a food additive and preservative. It is also used as a pickling agent because it stops or slow downs spoiling caused by mircroorganisms. Foods to be pickled, like cucumbers , are very likely to be soaked in a solution of Hot Ice in order to complete the process. Chances are, Hot Ice is very abundant in the Naruto world. That being said, with elements like crystal, steel, and the like, it has been shown that a person is able to manipulate the contents of the earth, focus chakra into it, and ultimately use it for their advantage.

How it works:All at once the user will manipluate the earth so as to harness the natural salts within, use his water chakra to create water amongst said salts and form the base, while also using his fire chakra to heat it so that the salts will be absorbed into the water as well as burn out any impurities. What will be created and under the user's control as a result of this one action, is Hot Ice. Of course, by repeating the same process and using his fire, earth, and water chakra in lieu of the real thing, the user can create Hot Ice from his body or in the air. Hot Ice has a few differences from regular salt.

Hot Ice is a clear, water-like liquid. When met with even the slightest bit of aggravation it will immediately harden into a hard ice-like substance. Even gently pouring Hot Ice on itself will cause this reaction.

Hot ice is known to neutralize sulfuric and other acids as it is used to keep pH scales in balance and treat waste streams.

Hot Ice is a well known water sealant.

Upon reaching the aforementioned crystalization, Hot Ice releases a heat of about 138 degrees Farenheit.

When the user first forms Hot Ice it will be in liquid form, however when met with any kind of aggravation (basically any jutsu, person or object) it will be in its hardened state. But this does not mean that it has different weaknesses and strength's for both states as mainly the opponent will only face it in solid form. Therefore the user has control over both the solid and liquid state

✗ Declined: Because it's an element in two states of which you clearly say you have control. Your reasoning is contradicting itself as you say pretty much anything will aggravate it, but somehow you still can cover yourself in the liquid without it solidifying. Then I'm not even mentioning the entire process of creating it and potentially firing it away. That all will not make it solidify, but it does when it hits something. In the end it pretty much comes down on you saying you can change its state whenever it suits you.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):Camphor is a waxy,malleable, flammable and fictile element which is transparent in color and gives off a strong distinctive and pleasant smell. In naruto we have seen the presence of gardens, flowers and trees which have been shown to exist. Camphor is found on large evergreen trees which is mainly located and grown in the Asia region which includes japan. It is also made from oil which has been shown to exist in naruto, as toads and jiraiya himself has been shown to be able to produce it. Furthermore, Camphor is known to exist inside NV as Camphor is found is also found in wood, which in several cases we have not only seen wood (Forest wise) But even the KG Wood Release from the 1st Hokage + plenty more. Camphor is also produced through certain oils as stated earlier which in plenty cases we have seen oil exist, primarily through most toads, Also at Mount Myōboku their is an waterfall full of oil. So their is ample reason for one to believe Camphor can be created/produced.

How it works:
Camphor-Properties

Camphor is a waxy, flammable, white or transparent solid with a strong aromatic odor which can be used for scent aswell when exposed to heat. Camphor is toxic in large doses. It produces symptoms of irritability, disorientation, lethargy, muscle spasms, vomiting, abdominal cramps, convulsions, and seizures. (Only if consumed)

Camphor is created by the user mixing up their Earth , Water and Fire Chakra along with precise chakra control. This element can be produced and utilized by 3 ways. By focusing the earth, water and fire chakra in their body creating phosphorus. By channeling their chakra into the ground from out of existing ground (earth), or even trees (Limited to smaller range jutsus from trees). Camphor once exposed to heat will give off a very aroma scent that is often used as a "soothing" scent, to relax the body. Ward off reptiles, and insects. The scent to camphor can be used to produce "relax" like genjutsu, meaning it can not be anything that has damage points, does any harm to the person inside the genjutsu or anything that warrants them danger. But the main property of the scent is to ward off reptiles and insects

Camphor is a poisonous when one is exposed to large doses as it can causes various range of symptoms from disorientation, lethargy, muscle spasms, to vomiting.

✗ Declined: Both your proof as your explanation of you how you created it are too shallow and insufficient. Camphor is not found in just any tree or plant, they are very specific so your entire reasoning of trees exist and water + earth is not going to cut it. Also phosphor is an existing CE, so you are not allowed to create it nor does that even make sense as that would mean this is not a CE. Frankly when the picture you use to show the element is a picture of its molecular structure, you should already ask questions about what kind of substance this actually is; many of the examples you gave for proof are used for the synthetic creation of it.

The element is based on: Wind chakra + Chakra Control

Dark Wind focuses around using chakra to forcefully call forth living manifestation of negative emotions mixed in with the users Wind chakra to control their movements and actions. The negative emotions manifested are natural human feelings and/or behaviours such as anger, fear, violence, hatred, doubt, despair etc., using any one of those to empower their jutsus. However, instead of simply giving more power to Wind, it'd intertwine with the element, the Wind chakra and the emotions becoming one, allowing the element the ability to corrupt all those it touches, surging negative emotions into them as it does so. The mix between negative emotions and chakra would create something known as Dark Chakra, however due to the addition of Wind, the element became Dark Wind, a mixture of both powers.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

The fact that the Zero-tails exists within the narutoverse. In the Naruto movie, the Zero-tails is said to seek out those who are emotionally unstable and possess them, feeding on the darkness within their heart and using it to create dark chakra which was used to power high levelled jutsus, showing darkness within ones heart can be chakra manipulated to power and create jutsus. The beast itself is said to have been created by the dark thoughts and feelings of the downtrodden people and later sealed within the Land of the Sky.

The Uchiha's Sharingan is a power focused purely on emotion as the stages of activation depend on it. Wiki states that ''The moment that an Uchiha comes to know a powerful emotion towards someone, such as love and friendship, a stressful or emotional condition brought out from losing that precious person causes the brain to release a special form of chakra that affects the optic nerves while transforming the eyes into Sharingan'', ''The Mangekyō Sharingan is awakened through the trauma experienced from the death of a person very close to the Sharingan user. With the user normally having to witness or experience this first hand, Uchiha throughout history have killed those closest to them in order to expedite this process. To obtain the Mangekyō Sharingan, one must feel the emotion of losing a friend or family, as merely killing them or watching them die will not activate it.'' clearly showing that emotions can directly affect chakra. In this case with the sharingan, it can be activated when the Uchiha is put under stress he/she can't handle, with each level requiring higher level of emotional stress to activate. This can be used as evidence as Dark Wind is using the emotion built up and releasing it outwards through chakra manipulation, rather than minimizing the effects to only effect the optical nerves as done so in the process of activating the Sharingan.

Moreover, the existence of Naruto's ''inner darkness'' shows that everyone has darkness within their heart, no matter how small or big, as it's quite a large part in Naruto's heart due to his upbringing. This inner darkness and negative emotion can be extracted and used for different purposes, as shown by the Zero tails.

Lastly, the existence of Black Lightning shows that darker and stronger variations of normal elements can exist alongside the basic elements, however, due to the non-explained methods through which Black Lightning exists, this is merely to prove darker elements of basic 5 can exist, and not so much as to why the negative emotions can be used within battle.

How it works:

The user would release his/her negative energy and add their Wind chakra to it, manipulating the dark thoughts and using shape manipulation to shape them into various objects/animals or whatever the user can imagine. The effects the Dark Wind would have would depend on the nature of the object created, meaning if it was a Spear made of Dark Wind then it'd have the ability to pierce, and if it was a more rounded object, or a wall, then it'd have blowing force, allowing it to push things away.

The difference between this and normal wind would be that, if touched by Dark Wind, the opponent's body is surged with negative emotions and feelings, making them feel overwhelmed by the sudden introduction of fear, despair, doubt of their existence and hatred of not only themselves but their surroundings, inhibiting their ability to fight as they were. Upon being touched by Dark Wind, the rank of the jutsu greatly affects the way in which each opponent is affected. Low D/C ranked jutsus normally have the ability to put doubt in a persons mind, cause them to be fearful to take actions they thought were to be correct, whilst higher A/S ranked jutsus could lead to breakdowns as the range of emotions become too much for the persons mental state. These different affects will however range and be described in each jutsu.

Dark wind can be created in a number of ways, the main way being released from the user himself, either through the use of hand seals, specific body movements (whether it'd be a kick to release a ball of dark wind, or hand movements to generate crescents), or even through the mouth. This is the main and most common way Dark Wind is released from the user as the negative emotions are conjured from within and released with the wind to form Dark Wind. Another form of Dark Wind comes from the users ability to summon it from their surroundings, forming it at a distance to form alternative jutsus as compared to constantly being released from the user himself.

The spears are all 1/4 of a meter long whilst having an overall diameter of 6 inches, not including the spear tip itself. Upon the command of the user, the spears would all plunge inwards from the sides and the top, aiming to strike the opponents body whilst surging negative thoughts and energy into them as they do so. The rank of the jutsu works alongside the extent to which the negative thoughts affect the opponent, and with this jutsu being S-ranked, the opponent would from being touched feel their darkest fears come to life within them, their own lives suddenly seem meaningless and the will to fight robbed of them completely. Of course this can still be overcome by a stronger will, whether it'd be through a jutsu which is based on removing Dark/Negative thoughts or a jutsu which surges their chakra and removes that placed there by the user.

to an extent. Both of these elements seen in the anime make us believe that the minerals from the earth can infact be used by shinobi, and just like these, there are high possibilities that emerald also exists as a mineral in the earth, provding a source for techniques.

How it works:
Emerald works through the user of focusing his earth chakra to where the intended location will be. Emerald can only be created from an earth source or directly from the body and never from the air/sky. Simultaneously using lightning and fire chakra to make the earth take on a change through a heat and change of molecules, causing the earth to be heated into emerald. Emerald is able to encase all physical matter as long as it has a mass. It can encase it down to a cellular level but unfortunately it cannot encase energy type techniques such as raw chakra, fire, lightning or water due to them due to them having no physical mass and their intangibility.

Emerald works quite differently than Crystal release, although both are classified as a mineral they are both different. What makes emerald unique is that when expose to high vibration (reason why it is weak to sound release) within the atmosphere near it or directly at it, it will begin to vibrate at a high speed. The vibration within the emerald constructs will cause the molecules found present within the emerald to act wild and move around. The high speed of the vibration will heat up the emerald and cause it to shatter in a mild explosion, which can cause damage to the near vicinity not only in the force of explosion, but the shards and fragments released by it. Though external vibrations do have the same effect, as such it can be dangerous for someone if they are near or in contact with emerald material and are being face with a sound release technique (vibration within the air) or a high frequency technique. It can heat up the body to the degree of causing burns wherever the emerald is and create the sound of the vibration echoing from the source of the attack. Whether the emerald is to vibrate via lightning or not depends on the technique.

Emerald is a translucent mineral with a lime green colour. When heated, it turns to a light red colour and begins to steam as any other material being heated. The shape of the emerald can be rigid or it can be smooth all around. It can be form to have a blunt end or a sharp end. The constructs are up to the limits of the user’s imagination. [

Is weak to: Because of it's dense properties, emerald is able to crack and ripped apart under dramatic temperature changes such as strong katon. It is also possible to shatter emerald constructs with strong forms of Ototon (sound release). The Emerald products are weak to focus lightning such as the chidori sharp spear because it can cut through the emerald. Lightning jutsus such as nagashi will simply 'flow' through the emerald construct due to emerald being a great insulator for raition release techniques.

Is strong against: Emerald is a strong and dense mineral that is perfect for close combat use or other supplementary uses. It’s hard enough to break through earth jutsus, withstand the force of advance wind techniques and is an insulator for unfocused lightning techniques such as nagashi or raw lightning of large amounts, through the user of otherwise absolute emerald defenses. Water alone does not have the force or power to overcome the power of emerald nor the cutting capabilities as focused lightning.

Advance Water/Water - Water, without the addition of another element (such as using a fire jutsu to heat up the emerald then cool it down quickly with water to cause it to break/crack), doesn't have enough power to counter emerald directly.
Advance Wind/Wind - Although strong enough to cut through other constructs, wind does not have the ability or power to cut/slice through emerald. It doesn’t have the amount of strength to shatter emerald either.

As shown in the manga, with the example being given of the Raikage Armor technique, their human physique is affected by the same neurons and electrical system at a cellular level, as the armor speeds up the transmission of these pulses of electricity allowing the Raikage faster movement and vastly increased speed and strength. Lighting is already an existing element, and the Kaguya KG has shown that it is very possible to manipulate the body on a cellular level, as well as Tsunade's own regeneration technique. The ability to manipulate the natural electricity of these cells through the use of chakra should be possible.
How it works:
The user would use his chakra to cause his/her body to produce more of a natural electrical impulse, and augment the pulse with added raiton to turn the normally ionic charges of his natural neural synapses neutral instead of a negative or positive charge like other lightning techniques, and further augmenting the power of this electricity with chakra manipulation, increasing the range and power of the naturally occuring currents to use as a weapon. Much like that of an eel, the user will be able to project his natural electrical synapses onto an opponent to disrupt their own synapses by overloading their neurons with a neutral charge, causing their natural ability to receive the ions that would normally be interpreted by the body and also preventing them from receiving signals from the body as neurons temporarily lose their positive/negative charge, thus causing the ions that would normally be gathered by them to bypass them with no natural charge to adhere to, causing numbness, and unlike it's parent Raiton, the effects of Bioelectricity are longer lasting, as they cause the nerves and cells damaged to lose their natural pulses for a bit longer, causing the affected limbs to become unresponsive until the cells are able to restore that connection (time frame for such action will be specified within each jutsu). Although it is passed through a current, due to the concentrated nature of the element, it does not pass through the target, and the effects of it are only localized to the area that touches the electricity.

✗ Declined: Because I really don't see how you consider this an element different from regular lightning as pretty much all abilities you listed are continuously used with regular lightning jutsu. Also it could be considered to fall under medical ninjutsu, Tsunade once even used a jutsu to disrupt Kabuto's electrical signals and it's this jutsu that gave rise to the theory that Tsunade could be a raiton user, something that has not been proven so far.

The element is based on: This element is based on the basic elements of Earth, Fire, and Extreme Chakra control. By the usage of fire chakra, the user will be able to mold any earth and earth-based chakra with the goal of forming a new element: Arsenic. Fire chakra in this element is used to transform the earth, and extreme chakra control is used to manipulate the nature of the Fire and Earth nature in order to create the necessary compositions of the Arsenic Element.
Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Earth is a very versatile element, a key component of many elements including Lava, Dust, Wood, Blast Release, etc. Arsenic is just another variation of earth and the element itself is commonly found in the earth's crust, and earth in general. These locations include volcanoes, soil, and rivers, and even in the atmosphere. Among these location, Arsenic is found frequently during volcanic action. The 3rd Mizukage, Mei, has been seen to be using the element Lava (Earth + Fire) proving the existence of volcanoes, where Arsenic is typically found at. The fact that lava was shown in the manga shows that volcanic activity is certainly present in these volcanoes. Soil is present in the Naruto world, as displayed in most environments like the forest, Konoha, plants, etc. Rivers are also present, as shown during the 'standing on water' exercise, but Arsenic is found in small traces in some rivers, soil, and atmosphere.
How it works: This element is based off the solid form of Arsenic. Arsenic is a metalloid, therefore, it has properties of both metals and nonmetals. Because it is a metal, the user will use earthand fire chakra to simultaneously mold them together, creating Arsenic chakra capable of creating Arsenic from the users body, and even arsenic by transforming the ground into the metal, arsenic, similar to how Steel Release is capable of creating metals from an earth source. If used from the body, the user will simply gather fire and earth chakra at one point, and mold them together with extreme chakra control to create Arsenic element, capable of being shaped as it exits the body and/or shaped within the body, and expelled afterwards, similar to the applications used in earth techniques: (Doton no Yoroi) - Earth Release Armor, (Doton: Domu) – Earth Release: Earth Spear Technique, and (Doton: Dorosandan) – Earth Release: Mudshot. Alternatively, if used and manipulated from an already present earth source, the user can simply add on earth chakra and fire chakra and channel it through that earth source, where he/she will be able to use extreme chakra control to manipulate the earth beneath and create Arsenic; by manipulating the nature of the two elemen0t, the user will be able to result the two elements to the compositions of Arsenic, which can be applied to the already existing earth to change it to Arsenic mettaloid, and can be shaped from underground and risen, and/or rise then shaped above ground.

As for the properties of Arsenic, Arsenic is an element that is notoriously poisonous to multicelluar organisms, which is unlike most metallic elements found on earth. Furthermore, upon contact with skin of the enemy, or a target, It causes mild to extreme physical damage to that area of the body, because of the poisonous properties of Arsenic. Symptoms include skin to blister and turn to lessions, nerve damage, trouble breathing, muscular weakness, pain in your extremities, and hypotension (lowered blood pressure resulting in your body going into shock), stomachaches, Vertigo, Delirium, Vomiting, Diarrhea, and mild to severe irritation. Of course, the severity of the effects vary greatly to the amount of skin making contact with the enemy. For example, a small ball of Arsenic metal will most likely cause skin to blister, only slightly, and irritation on that area, whereas exposure to greater amounts like a whole limb will cause nerve damage, multitude of blisters, and muscular weakness. Unlike most metals' relationship with fire, when fire makes contact with Arsenic, the metal produces a poisonous gas in the environment. Although this poisonous gas cannot be controlled (since the element is mainly about the metal form of Arsenic), it could still be used in conjunction with fire to produce these poisonous gasses that can affect the environment and the enemies, if he/she were to inhale the gas produced from the clash of Arsenic and Fire. The damage of most techniques originating from this element relies mostly on the blunt force the metal can exert, but also, the effects of the element if making contact with the enemies skin, making it a truly devastating element.

✗ Declined: For starters it's a metal where I don't see anything really special about it. Secondly your proof isn't very strong. Natural Arsenic apparently is only the 53rd most common element with a percentage that's closer to being 0 than 1%. You of course have arsenic minerals that are tied to other elements, but that's still something slightly different when you focus on metal arsenic. Thirdly all your stuff about the effects on the human body can pretty much be disregarded as I don't think that applies to metal arsenic, which is used on regular metal alloys that are frequently used and can easily by held with bare hands. If there already would be an effect, it's something that would take too long to have any particular use in battle. Arsenic is dangerous for example when arsenic minerals are dissolved in water and then you drink that water, which makes you take up arsenic, but something like that doesn't happen when it's a solid. You also don't make any sense when saying that fire, let alone its variants, is a strength when you wrote that combined with fire you can create poisonous gasses, that means the arsenic is evaporating, meaning fire isn't a strength as your element is disappearing.

Water - The water part of this element provides a sort of activator for this element which provides the earth/plants with the nutrients that it needs to grow and survive, thus allowing the plants to produce Caffeine.

Fire - The fire part of this element provides the heat that all plants naturally needs to grow, like in Real life, the sun provides a set amount of heat for the plants, though it has to be set perfectly, to much heat would dry the plants for caffeine out, so basically this is where good chakra control comes in, to ensure that the process of Caffeine is perfect.

Earth - The Earth part of this element provides the base for Caffeine to be formed, earth naturally provides soil for the plants to grow from which Caffeine is formed and/or produced.

Chakra Control - With the use of good chakra control one could be able to manipulate Caffeine to grow faster than usual as well as larger than usual, the Caffeine could even be formed on its own without the necessary use of what it needs to grow in Real Life, all this can be achieved with good chakra control chakra transformation and Chakra manipulation.

Facts that prove the element to be possible(in the manga context): The are many areas within the Manga/Anime that proves this element to be possible, one of the main areas are in various episodes of the Anime or chapters of the Manga where certain characters are shown to be drinking tea, tea is generally made from Caffeine, or at least Caffeine forms and is produced from the tea bush.

In the anime/manga there are also various parts shown where the characters travels through forests and etc, proving that there might be a chance of tea bushes and/or coffee plants growing amongst all the plants and trees, and where tea bushes, coffee plants and more plants are, there is naturally Caffeine found.

Idea behind its creation: I myself make use of Caffeine on a daily basis as does many humans across the globe, it helps me out very much in Real Life on a daily basis, therefore I have decided to create a CE out of it so that it could help me out in the RP as well.

Is weak to: Dust: The Dust elements boasts the unique and devastating capability of being capable of piercing, tearing and shredding matter on a molecular level. Of course the Caffeine element would also fall victim to this ability, being torn to microscopic shreds. While the regenerative abilities of Caffeine may attempt to resist this; the overall overwhelming abilities of Dust that were shown to be capable of completely eliminating earthen structures would easily overcome this aspect.

Storm: The Storm element has shown beam-like capabilities which exhibit prominent blasting-like piercing properties. It's the high-powered piercing aspect that grants the Storm element an edge over the Caffeine element, similar to the Caffeine element's weakness to Lightning.

Lightning and Custom Piercing Variants: The piercing properties of the Lightning element offers it a significant edge when faced with Caffeine.

Water and Custom Variants: Even though Caffeine is solid in a sense it is still vulnerable to water release, for large amounts of water, being it heated or cold, still manages to soften caffeine and wash it away.

Is strong against: Earth and Non-Metallic Custom Variants: Being capable of growing from earth and using the Earth element as a foundation for its creation, Caffeine would pierce through and break down earth as any crystalline element would.

Scorch: Being it that scorch release is a much more heated element than regular fire release, it has the ability to easily melt/weaken and overpower Caffeine.

Wind and Custom Variants: Since the Caffeine element uses Water and earth as a foundation for its creation, allowing it its powerful crystalline form, Caffeine is able to withstand the piercing power of wind and its properties, though with a powerful enough gust of wind, it might still be able to blast Caffeine away, depending on the rank and size of both techniques being used of the respective elements.

Aburame Bugs: Due to the actual purpose of Caffeine in plants, where the caffeine acts a pesticide to allow the plant better chance of survival, Caffeine is seen as stronger than Aburame bugs, for it kills them off the moment they inhale caffeine and/or allow it to enter their insect bodies.

Fire and Custom variants: Caffeine in its hardened crystal form is naturally resistant to most naked flames, though with a powerful enough fire technique and depending on the form and out come of the fire, like an explosion etc, fire release and fire techniques could be seen as neutral to Caffeine as well.

✗ Declined: You are probably serious about this, but honestly I can't see this as a serious CE. This is a prime example of where you took an idea, but which you just used as a tool to tie everything together as the contents is largely just made up to fit what you want. None of those strengths you listed are realistic strengths. It's a white powder. It will be blown away by the wind, burned by fire and scorch and pierced by earth. Not to mention bugs aren't even something that should be listed here at all. I'm pretty sure you made up the part of that you transforming it into a crystal, thinking that because it has a crystalline structure, it can be exactly the same as quartz or something. It can't. For the record a snowflake also has a crystalline structure.

The element is based on: Water + Earth + Fire + Chakra Control

Water - The water part of this element provides a sort of activator for this element which provides the earth/plants with the nutrients that it needs to grow and survive, thus allowing the plants to produce Caffeine.

Fire - The fire part of this element provides the heat that all plants naturally needs to grow, like in Real life, the sun provides a set amount of heat for the plants, though it has to be set perfectly, to much heat would dry the plants for caffeine out, so basically this is where good chakra control comes in, to ensure that the process of Caffeine is perfect.

Earth - The Earth part of this element provides the base for Caffeine to be formed, earth naturally provides soil for the plants to grow from which Caffeine is formed and/or produced.

Chakra Control - With the use of good chakra control one could be able to manipulate Caffeine to grow faster than usual as well as larger than usual, the Caffeine could even be formed on its own without the necessary use of what it needs to grow in Real Life, all this can be achieved with good chakra control chakra transformation and Chakra manipulation.

Caffeine is mainly found to be of a powdery substance, especially when it has just been extracted from plants, however, being it that caffeine is formed from the water, earth and fire elements, its actual form can be manipulated with proper chakra control, the caffeine powder can be condensed, compressed and/or clumped together, thus increasing its density and giving it a much more solid feature, as it would be with dirt/sand and water forming a mud substance, then by adding heat to it, the mud would naturally harden, same goes for Caffeine, with the correct chakra control, caffeine too can be manipulated from a powder to a more solid form.

As a reference from real life, Caffeine is often added to medication like pills/tablets etc, and when the powder is clumped together like that, its proven to have a solid form.

It's a powder, condensing a powder and something like sand is already something different, but it's just ridiculous when you start claiming it somehow is fire resistant against regular fire, let alone against high temperature CE. Fireworks:Acetylene can be created by combining water and Calcium Carbide, a product that is used in firework. Since we’ve seen that fireworks have been used in Naruto, for example previous to the Chuunin exams, we know that Calcium Carbide should be present, thus would it be possible to create Acetylene. One particle of Calcium Carbide reacts with water atoms to create one part of Acetylene and one part of Calcium Hydroxide(Ca(OH)2).
As it is possible for acetylene to be created on purpose, it is also possible that acetylene will be present in the earth, especially and inhabited places in the country. ✗ Declined: Sorry, but this is just not a good explanation and to me it seems you don't even understand exactly what you wrote yourself. You contradict yourself more than once. It's based on wind, earth, lightning and chakra, then again it's earth, fire and water and then the conditions to use it are wind, earth, lightning and ninjutsu? You can't see the forest anymore through the trees. You gave an entire scientifical explanation, talking about fireworks which contains Calcium Carbide, which you then need and whatnot. You didn't even really have proven it's possible as gas giants are huge planets. The argument of that Naruto is based on the real world only work to a certain degree. Then you write two times it's strong against wind, because it spreads it out. No it will blow it away if that's your argument. Strong against solids because it can explode? If it explodes, your entire element is gone, meaning it's impossible to be considered a strength based on that. On top of that you don't have any control over the explosion itself as you need a secondary source for that. I have also my sincere doubts about this passing through thing and metal strength. This explanation lacks severely on all levels, when I check wikipedia the first thing I get are chemical formulas. When you get that, you instantly need to ask yourself the question if this can even be a CE as most of the time it means it's mainly made in labs to artificially created the chemical response needed. The name alone indicates that. I thus also have my doubts about this being able to dig it up.

You mainly copy pasted some sentences from wikipedia that don't really proof anything and then just fall back on to the "Naruto is based on the real world" argument, that works only to a certain degree. Mei's tech only shows that something like a corrosive mist can exist. None of that all gives you some kind of a solid bases for your CE and I don't understand why you, in the middle of your supposed proof, start explaining its effects on the health of humans. Not properly explained either how those elements now exactly create Acetylene and do you even understand the meaning of the sentence "it's a common chemical in the universe"? It means it can be common somewhere a million light years away, but that doesn't make it common on earth or the place where you stand. And what is a human doing there in STR/WEAK? 99.9% of all CE is harmful to humans. Also stop bolding half of the submission. That's required for CJ, but not for CE.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Well as we have seen, the ninja in the Manga have had the ability to create all sorts of variations of Earth. From Creating Crystals for a KG and also(in the Akatsuki Filler episodes) an Akatsuki member expelled a concrete like mixture from his mouth. In the manga there have been so many different types of earth creating from the persons body. I believe this is possible due to the ninja using minerals in their own body and mimicing them on a larger scale thus creating these different elemental combinations.

How it works: To start with the properties of Iridium. Iridium is White like Plantium but is has a yellowish tint to it. Iridium is the Second densist element in exsistance only being beaten by Osmium by a very small margin. Also Iridium is the most corrosion-resistant metal known, it is not attacked by almost any acid, aqua regia, molten metals, or silicates at high temperatures. It can, however, be attacked by some molten salts, such as sodium cyanide and potassium cyanide, as well as oxygen and the halogens (particularly fluorine)at higher temperatures. Iridium has a Melting point of 2466 degree's Celcius making it a very resiliant metal when it comes to fire.

To use iridium is the hardest part. It is also one of the Rarest elements in the earths crust and is normally only found in abundance inside meterorites making it very unlikely the user could find it during a battle. Instead Iridium is created from the users body through chakra control and observation. Inside the Human body is an extremely tiny ammount of Iridium(20 parts per trillion of iridium in human tissue) making it very hard to find and access. Through Observing the Iridium properties of actual Iridium and using chakra to pinpoint the very small ammounts of Iridium in the human body the user is able to use his Earth and Fire chakra to mimic the properties of Iridium and this Create it from their body like normal earth release jutsu.

Then with another Tiger handseal the Coffin will collapse inwards crushing the opponent. The plate forms very fast making it a good quick defense.

Is weak to:Fire: Any fire that is capable of burning over 2466 degree's can melt Iridium.
Lightning: Due to it being a conductor and being extremely hot Lightning can break the bonds between Iridium causing it to fall apart.

Is strong against:Fire: Any fire that is cooler than 2466 degree's will be unable to do anything against Iridium.
Wind: Wind lacks the sheer power and the cutting ability to break through Iridums sturdy defense and Density.
Earth: Being more fragile than Iridium, earth will be unable to over power Iridium
Dark Release: Dark is unable to beat Iridium as Iridium is even stronger than Earth.
Sound: Due to its Density Sound waves are unable to Penetrate or break down Iridium.

✗ Declined: No proof, saying that in the series many forms of earth were used can not even remotely be used as proof as far more forms of earth were not used and it doesn't proof your element specifically exists and can be made. Also controlling bodily substances to such a degree is considered med ninjutsu also it's a bit absurd that your entire element originates from an extremely tiny amount from your own body. Also I don't see anything that makes this metal anything different from existing metal CE.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Primal Water is based heavily on non-conductive cooling fluids more specifically Feser One the one Yard uses in his computer. This cooling fluid is water that is infused with conductive inhibitors and a glycol either Ethylene glycol, Diethylene glycol or Propylene glycol. First off water is found easily in the narutoverse explaining it's existence isn't really a question however the existence of the Ethylene, Diethylene and Propylene glycol would be the main focal point of this section. First off, Ethylene is an important natural plant hormone in agriculture it affects the growth, development, ripening, and senescence (aging) of all plants. It is normally produced in small quantities by most fruits and vegetables. Many fruits produce larger quantities of ethylene and respond with uniform ripening when exposed to an external source of ethylene. Ethylene glycol is produced from ethylene (ethene), via the intermediate ethylene oxide Ethylene oxide reacts with water to produce ethylene glycol. Since there are fruits and vegetables in the narutoverse it seems only rational to reason they fall into the same natural processes as our fruits and vegetables. Diethylene glycol is produced by the partial hydrolysis of ethylene oxide, since we've already reasoned that Ethylene is present in the narutoverse this explains why this could also be there.

Again the element is pretty much just water that's infused with conductive inhibitors and a glycol allowing it to take on special properties. It's about a 60/40 mix of glycol to water.

a fluid used to cool PCs. Primal Water is a non-conductive electrical insulator based upon the principles found in Liquid Cooling PCs focusing on the dispersion of heat rapidly. It absorbs heat and disperses it rapidly as to keep itself at a chilled temperature. In Liquid Cooling water circulates from the engine to the radiator, a system of fins and tubes with a lot of exterior surface area. Heat moves from the hot water to the radiator, causing the water to cool off. The cool water then heads back to the engine. This same principle is applied instead of needing a radiator to absorb the heat the liquid simply expels into the atmosphere at a significantly lesser temperature then the heat it absorbed allowing it to keep a relatively cold temperature while also dispersing and riding the atmosphere and itself of excess heat.

In more detail Primal water is a water based element that can pick up both positive and negative ions from various components of the field and become electrically conductive over time. However it is designed to suppress the formation of these ions by two different mechanisms. First mechanism deals with the use of non-ionic corrosion inhibitors that reduce the rate of corrosion of the metal components, which otherwise would increase the concentration of the ions in the element. The second mechanism of ion suppression is by utilising the compounds of Primal water that would react with the free ions and immobilise them. Once the free ions are immobilised by the compounds, they do not contribute towards the electrical conductivity. The compounds are designed to immobilise both the positive and negative ions in Primal Water. The element also has a high thermal efficiency with a Freezing Point lower than -40°C.

When it comes in contact with the human body minor irritations usually occur but it can be deadly if ingested. After Inhalation symptoms such as tickles in the throat, itchiness, redness and deterioration of the membranes may occur along with heavy breathing and feeling of burning in the chest area. After skin contact skin irritation may occur in the contact area reddening of the skin as well as itchiness mainly just minor annoyances. After eye contact irritation and reddening can occur as well slight vision loss. After ingestion it can cause severe sickness as well as symptoms such as dizziness, in-coordination of muscle movements, nystagmus, headaches, slurred speech, and confusion. Irritation to the stomach may cause nausea and vomiting. Over time, the body metabolises ethylene glycol into other toxins. seconds after swallowing Primal Water the following symptoms occur: severe headaches, feeling of severe sickness and sometimes regurgitation. Primal Water also changes colours dependent on the user this depends heavily on their chakra colour and it's presence.

A toxic dose requiring medical treatment varies but is considered more than 0.1 mL per kg body weight (mL/kg) of pure substance. That is roughly 16 mL of 50% ethylene glycol for an 80 kg adult. The orally lethal dose in humans has been reported as approximately 1.4 mL/kg of pure ethylene glycol. That is approximately 224 mL of 50% ethylene glycol for an 80 kg adult. The three main systems affected by ethylene glycol poisoning are the central nervous system, metabolic processes, and the kidneys. The central nervous system is affected early in the course of poisoning as the result of a direct action of ethylene glycol.

Description: While standing on a water source the user kneads trace amounts of his doton chakra into the source converting it to a source of Primal Water that can be used for other jutsu. While doing so he performs two hands eals to focus and manipulate his chakra creating the right properties. The source is rather large and can incorporate a vast amount of Primal Water but will never be able to convert large sources like a lake or an entire battlefield. The Primal Water will not conduct electricity and can only be used by the creator even when facing another Primal Water user. The source created can only ever be 15 meters cubed and can never incorporate the entire battlefield into a source leaving usable water in range for the opponent. This can be used on other jutsu A rank and below such as the user's own water techniques that create a source or the opponent's.

Description: The user performs two hand seals (Ram -> Tiger) forcing a mixture of doton and suiton chakra into the atmosphere condensing a source of Primal Water that can be formed into large objects that can be used to attack or defend. The Primal Water created is enough to create a single object that is as large as (Doton: Dai iwa Kyojin no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Great Stone Golem Technique. If used to make more then one object their size diminishes over each use so if two objects are made they can each be half the size of (Doton: Dai iwa Kyojin no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Great Stone Golem Technique. If three are made they can be one third the size of (Doton: Dai iwa Kyojin no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Great Stone Golem Technique however the rank of each object stays the same.
This can be used to create offensive weapons such as swords, spears and various other constructs as well as more life-like constructs like golems and animals that can be moved throughout the field with relative ease. All of these objects hold enough force to cause varying damage to the opponent due to sheer force and size. It can be used defensively to create walls and platforms as well as hands, arms, animals and other creatures these objects and creatures all retain a shape and a form and are relatively solid able to hold off intangible jutsu snuffing them out rather quickly. The constructs follow the strengths and weaknesses found in the element itself.
Notes:
-The constructs move about as fast as a Shinobi can run full sprint.
-Only three constructs can be made per use.
-Can only be used thrice per battle.
-Once released the Primal Water can be used as a source for other Primal Water techniques.
-Can only use Primal Water, Water and Earth jutsu while this jutsu is active
-The constructs can only be formed in a Short range but can be manipulated up to Long Range.

Is strong against:

Lightning and lightning based CE: Primal Water will not conduct electricity allowing it to snuff it out much like wind.
Fire and fire based CE: Primal Water absorbs the heat dispersing it throughout the air allowing it to remain in a somewhat cool state allowing it to snuff out fire with relative ease.
Water, Steam and water based CE: Primal Water is denser and stronger then normal water able to overpower it and can negate the heat of steam rather quickly.
Wood and plant/root/mushroom based CE: Primal Water prevents the growth of those kind of elements and is toxic in nature to them killing them off easily.
Scorch and heating based CE: Primal Water absorbs heat and disperses it throughout the air surrounding the liquid allowing it to deal with high temperatures with relative ease. However if in the presence of high temperatures for extended periods of time this process isn't quick enough and it ignites reaching it's Flash Point.
Oil, oily substances I.E Second Mizukage and other CE: Primal Water is denser then water allowing it to compete even with most oils. It is also non-polar not mixing with oil having enough force to hold it off and overpower it.
Ice and cooling based CE: Primal Water has a high thermal efficiency therefore a low freezing point. Unlike water it won't be frozen easily and can melt away Ice when coming into contact with it. It's an element that is made to be able to be very cold and still be in fluid form.
Sand: For the same reasons as water in the narutoverse.

✗ Declined: For starters I already have some difficulties to consider this a CE as it really seems just to be water with some stuff added to it, stuff that based on the names you gave already raises my eyebrows and you provided no proof that an element like this is even possible. Then you give an explanation of which half I don't even understand properly and doesn't seem to be even relevant. You give an entire analysis of the effects on the human body when digested and first you say its non conductive, then you say it becomes conductive over time, but that there are mechanisms to prevent that. I mean what? Also way too op for just a cooling fluid which, as I understand, can easily be replaced by distilled water. Finally this seems to be related closely to the Antifreeze CE Rojuro is trying to submit.

The element is based on:

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

Earth has various applications in the manga and has already shown the ability to make mud-like mixtures and even more solid clay like mixtures this is taking that property to it's fullest making a soft mallable dough that under stress takes on solid properties able to absorb and disperse momentum allowing it to play in equal terms with solid earth release stopping it from moving then returning to it's malleable dough like consistency.

This element is based on the mixture of Lightning and Earth, this combination has been shown to create clay in the Manga/Anime but in a different proportion it could easily create a dough-Like mixture that would react differently to stress depending on the amount of force and stress placed on it. Instead of being soft like Plasticine (play dough) while under stress it would be hard like Earth due to the change in viscosity.

This can be accomplished by coating the dough in chakra or an outside force such as Wind or Water from an opponent's jutsu which would place the soft dough under enough stress to maintain a solid. While there is no stress on the substance it would act as a soft dough and have no hard properties to it easily flowing across the battlefield. This can be used to do many things such as create projectiles, as well as large scale jutsu that can leave the opponent coated in a dough that would highly restrict movement. This would be dependent on how and if the opponent struggles. D3O is a lot like quicksand in that when you fight it or you struggle it simply works against you making movement even harder. And depending on the user, the D3O Release will acquire different color (but will never be colorless). If no color is decided, it´ll be orange by default.

is a non-newtonian fluid. It acts like a soft dough when no impact force are applied to it but when an instantaneous outside stress or excess force is applied it acts as a solid. D3O is a Dilatant which basically acts like a solid on impact and a soft dough when no impact force is applied.

. With the same theory, when blunt objects and liquids are thrown at the element, they will bounce back or away depending on the surface the object is bouncing on.

Dilatant: A shear thickening fluid, also called a dilatant, is a Non-Newtonian fluid where the shear viscosity increases with applied shear stress. This behavior is only one type of deviation from Newton’s Law, and it is controlled by such factors as particle size, shape, and distribution. Shear thickening behavior occurs when a colloidal suspension transitions from a stable state to a state of flocculation. D3O is an example of a dilatant it acts differently under stress than that of a normal Newtonian fluid.

D3O is a smart, rate sensitive material the stress vs. strain characteristics are dependent on the rate of loading. This means that the harder the impact, the greater the resistance to the force. In essence the harder the impact the harder the substance becomes momentarily it has the ability to absorb force and disperse it rapidly.

Description: The user pulls on a source of D3O or creates a new source and from that he creates a vest and leggings made of D3O. The D3O is coated with a layer of chakra which lets the D3O keep and retain a form around the user which appears to be a hoodie and pants. The D3O is able to defend against projectiles, punches and kicks as well as attacks that oobleck is strong against up to S rank, if it is an attack that D3O is weak against the D3O can be destroyed by a B rank of the element it is weak to. The armor will, however, be weakened to a certain degree by any technique that it is hit by. If the D3O is hit by an element it is strong to, it will simply just harden briefy, this can leave the user vulnerable because their body will be stiff unable to move until to molding relaxes.

-Note: Active for 4 turns unless destroyed.
-Note: Can be created twice but must wait 2 turns in between
