Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
In the manga it has been seen that there are metallic weapons such as kunai and shurikens that are used on a day to day basis which must mean that the ores and the makeup of the rocks present within the crust of the Narutoverse are similar to that of our planet Earth. Furthermore, it has been seen on a few occasions that certain people have a KG that allows them to produce steel from their body, and manipulate steel using their chakra, not only that, but explosions have been seen extremely often in the Narutoverse, from the humble explosive tags, to the elusive Explosion release shown in the most recent chapters. We have also seen highly combustive materials such as Oil which is often spewed by Myobakuzan toads and when set aflame would most likely react violently with water. All of these observations can back up the hypothesis of a metal which is fairly light yet strong and malleble and is also highly combustive and when alight and in contact with water can produce a violent explosion, Magnesium, possible. Also Magnesium is a extremely common element, being the Eighth most common in the Earths crust, Nineth most common in the universe as a whole, third most abundant in Sea water, and Fourth in the Earth as a whole, making up 13% of the earth, it is thought that the Planet on which Naruto is set, is extremely similar to that of ours.

How it works:
The user generates both their Fire and Earth chakra, using their chakra control to bond and mould the two elements together allowing their earth chakra to take slight dominance over their fire chakra forming solid Magnesium in a similar way to how steel release is formed. The user however can also do the process in a slightly different way, allowing their Fire chakra to take slight dominance over their Earth chakra, resulting in Molten Magnesium being directly formed in a similar way as lava.

The user can however use their chakra to manipulate the Magnesium abundant in the earth or seawater, using their Fire and Earth chakra to gather the Magnesium particles present in the earth and forming Magnesium to erupt from the ground in whatever shape or form the user wishes.

After creating solid magnesium, the user can through the use of a fire or lightning technique ignite the magnesium, the magnesium is so highly combustible, that it can be ignited through the slightest spark or flame. The Magnesium producing a bright white almost flare like sparks and flames when ignited, the ignition process furthers Magnesium's offensive capabilities and of course seperates it from most other metals, the temprature of the flame being able to reach up to 3100'c however staying relatively close to the metal itself (300mm). After being ignited for some time the Magnesium will eventually melt into molten magnesium, however if the ignited or molten magnesium comes into contact with water, it causes the water to reduce to Hydrogen which it then reacts with. The result is an explosion. Magnesium is unique to other metals because it can be ignited, and it's flames are white.

This light is seen as a white-blue glowing source, if the opponent looks directly at it, it may cause eye injury, resulting in temporarily sight loss of 2 turns.

✗ Declined: Magnesium has a certain potential. Magnesium dust/sand was used in the past for taking pictures (strangely enough you didn't use that as proof, even though camera's exist in the Narutoverse) because it could combust so easily, resulting in a blinding flash. That aspect makes it very interesting as the fire can't be put down with water as that causes the same reaction, so why then are you making the solid form, which doesn't really have access to that ability? People are not going to make cars out of a metal that blows up when in contact with water or fire. Solid magnesium isn't so explosive, that's mainly the liquid and dust form. So at this point this is a metal as any other and thus isn't going to be approved. So IMO it would be better for you to simply make a magnesium dust CE that you use the same way as Gaara uses his sand, that way you could also have a gourd with you with magnesium sand/dust in it. Also remove students, you're not a sensei and remove several of those jutsu's. One is about liquid magnesium, the other about dust then another is in fact an elemental combo disguised as a CE jutsu.

After creating magnesium dust, the user can through the use of a fire or lightning technique ignite the magnesium dust, the magnesium dust is so highly combustible, that it can be ignited through the slightest spark or flame. He can also make the dust come together, to compact (when the magnesium dust unites and makes it more of a condensed object in a similar way of Sand Release). However, doing this makes the magnesium dust unable to ignite or explode. The Magnesium dust produces a bright, white almost flare like sparks and flames when ignited, the ignition process furthers Magnesium's offensive capabilities and of course separates it from most other metals, the temperature of the flame being able to reach up to 3100'c however staying relatively close to the metal itself (300mm). If ignited magnesium dust makes contact with water, an explosion will be created.

However if the Magnesium is Ignited or the Water is hot/surroundings are hot, a violent reaction will occur causing the water to explode and possibly allowing the Magnesium to continue.

Basic fire: The fire will ignite Magnesium, the flames of Magnesium being hotter will combat the flames of the opposing technique while the solid magnesium pummels through, effectively overpowering fire with both Solidity and intangibility at the same time.

Phosphorus - Properties

Phosphorus is a waxy solid, non metal, highly reactive, highly flammable & emits dark gray-black smoke on burning which is an irritant to eyes, mucus membranes, throat, lungs.
Phosphorus exists as several forms (allotropes). The two most common and important allotropes are white(aka yellow) phosphorus and red phosphorus. Other forms include Violet(scarlet) phosphorus and Black phosphorus (Note: All forms are solids).
Order of reactivity:
White phosphorus (Highly flammable/reactive) > Red phosphorus > Violet phosphorus > Black phosphorus

Phosphorus is an element present abundantly on earth's crust. Human body also contains phosphorus which is essential for life. As phosphate, it is a component of DNA, RNA, ATP, and also the phospholipids that form all cell membranes. Demonstrating the link between phosphorus and life, elemental phosphorus was historically first isolated from human urine, and bone ash was an important early phosphate source. Phosphate minerals are fossils.

As we know, earth exists in Narutoverse and ninjas in Naruto are humans and since earth & human body contains phosphorus which is essential for life, hence Phosphorus exists in Narutoverse.

Hence the user can create phosphorus or utilize the existing phosphorus in the earth and manipulate them using their chakra to use it in combat.

How it works:

The Phosphorus element is created by the user by mixing up their fire and earth chakra. This element is majority of the time made by the user but can also be made from the earth by channeling their Fire and Earth chakra into the ground creating Phosphorus, which can be utilized for attack, defense or as a base for future attacks.

The Phosphorus element can be used in various ways. Depending on the the user wishes, It can release a dark gray-black chemical smoke from the reaction of phosphorus with air causing chemical irritation to eyes, throat, mucus membranes, lungs, etc.

Phosphorus is also highly flammable and if the user wishes to cause the ground to explode, he will add some amount of fire and earth chakra into the phosphorus that's already present (from the ground or a previous jutsu). Once done the user will just need to make 1 hand seal (It varies from each jutsu) causing it to ignite and/or explode. This can be used defensively as much as it can offensively.

✗ Declined: I find your proof quite weak on the edge of being childish. In the real world humans have a very limited amount of phosphor in their bodies, earth has, thus in the Narutoverse they have and it can be used as an element? Then you're just roling over it very vaguely. Secondly you don't explain very well the element as you talk about different colors, gasses and solids that I don't even get a real picture now of what kind of element it now exactly is. Thirdly no you do NOT have the ability to make it explode on your whim, that is NOT part of the element. Yes it's flammable, however it does not have the ability to set itself on fire. For that an external source would be needed like a fire jutsu or exploding tag. So you do not take into consideration something like an "ignited" state when making listing strengths and weaknesses. Also your element is also highly combustible, so how is it possible that you list such elements as strengths while they are exactly like your element?

The element is based on: Earth + Fire + Chakra control/manipulation
Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
Mirrors have been shown in Naruto, not only that but Haku used a technique called "Crystal Ice mirrors", thus letting us know that mirrors exist in the Naruto-verse. (And no I don't plan to be like Haku in any way)

How it works:

A mirror is an object that reflects light or sound in a way that preserves much of its original quality subsequent to its contact with the mirror. Some mirrors also filter out some wavelengths, while preserving other wavelengths in the reflection. This is different from other light-reflecting objects that do not preserve much of the original wave signal other than color and diffuse reflected light. The most familiar type of mirror is the plane mirror, which has a flat surface. Curved mirrors are also used, to produce magnified or diminished images or focus light or simply distort the reflected image. The idea behind the creation of this element is mainly for deceiving the opponent. It has been seen that genjutsu can be created from light as seen at the kage summit, using light from raiton to project an image that isn't there and mirrors reflect light. "Well, why not just use raiton to achieve this effect?" Because the images projected by the mirrors are false, but also real at the same time. Say the user creates a mirror, and from that mirror they completely change how light is reflected from it, they create a false tree in front of them. To the opponent, it may seem as if it is solid, thus deceiving them, similar to the "false surroundings" genjutsu. Not only this but light can be used to place opponents under real genjutsu, so mirrors can be greatly used as a tool for this.

In short: Light reflects off of mirrors, you use your chakra as well as the mirror as the medium to manipulate that light creating anything you want, if a mirror covers the entire ground around the area, you could go so far as to create an entirely new world that is just a mere illusion. Mirrors can also be used for genjutsu illusions like lightning flash of illusion pillar can. As well as attacks like earth release can but also can reflect almost 100% of defined wavelenghts, just one more thing that makes this C.E awesome to me. With this the goal here is to be able to use mirrors as a medium for genjutsu but also attacks. You could actually even go so far as to be able to cast genjutsu as you are performing basic mirror attacks such as making a spike of mirror rise from the ground and have it cast an illusion utilizing the light reflecting from it as it rises. Just a basic example.

✗ Declined: This could never be approved. For starters this element is based on mirror, the element is 'mirror', but you didn't even bother explain how you would even make those mirrors. You completely ignored in fact the core business of what a CE is. On top of that a mirror on itself could never even be an element. The only thing it seems you want is the ability to manipulate light waves, that's what you keep talking about. The mirrors are nothing more than a tool solely for you to use light waves. On top of that that ability already falls under the light CE.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
Wind has been shown to have great cutting abilities alongside lightning. Recently in the anime, Danzou had a jutsu which allowed him to spew out his wind chakra onto a Kunai, making it longer and sharper, giving it greater cutting abilities and range. Not only that, but we’ve seen that Asuma was capable of coating his chakra blades in fuuton chakra, enhancing cutting abilities greatly, creating an aura around it, with the chakra itself effectively being a blade. It’s also been shown that using lightning chakra, the user can channel the lightning into a object, causing it to vibrate faster and effectively drastically increasing its sharpness. Vorpal Edge would achieve the same effects to some degree, except would be much more potent, versatile, and there would be no change to the object itself; maintaining its size and structure but giving it the ability to cut. Such as using the chakra around your arm with a punch or karate chop being used to cut a person's arm off. Vorpal Edge would be capable of sharpening a object regardless of it’s shape, even if it were a round ball.

How it works:
Vorpal Edge works by manipulating a structure so as to completely change its sharpness, for instance the user could manipulate a bowling ball, giving it the severing capabilities of the most honed blade, yet the bowling ball would remain relatively unchanged appearance wise, there would be slight disorientations in the area around the ball, but nothing major that would be easy to spot. Especially if the object was moving, it would easily be mistaken for say turbulence. Or it could be used to make something that is already sharp, not sharp, manipulating the object so as to make it “Blunt”. The object in question would have no cutting power. For instance the user could make spikes that are rising beneath him completely harmless, or make it so that a kunai couldn’t even put a scratch on a piece of rather flimsy cloth. In short Vorpal Edge has the ability to make something a dangerous weapon regardless of its shape, or something that would usually be regarded as a dangerous weapon with high piercing or slicing capabilities a blunt and useless toy. This is done by harnessing ones Wind and combining it with sheer willpower along with the Lightning nature while doing so the user concentrates heavily on “Flow”, similar to the flow needed to enhance a kunai with wind, but in a more advanced way, being able to coat practically all objects in this “flow”. The flow however remains more wind orientated then lightning oriented. Like all elements, Vorpal Edge can be divided into categories:

The Main Release
The User manipulates the air around them by using the flow aspect of Vorpal Edge to surround the very air itself so as to give it a Vorpal Edge quality, the edge far exceeding what could ever be granted by standard wind release, the user manipulating the Vorpal to their will, and through manipulating vorpal they manipulate the object coated. The user can do the same for whatever else may be in the terrain, whether it be water, rain, snow, or earth, coating the object in Vorpal. A user of Vorpal Edge in short is capable of making their very surroundings a honed weapon. The object manipulated however gains a slight translucent golden glow. For the most part, the Vorpal Edge coating results in opposing techniques/weapons that clash with the coated object becoming blunter unless stated otherwise.

The Secondary Release
The user simply focuses on their Vorpal Edge chakra, creating whole entities comprised solely of Vorpal Edge. The object will contain the qualities of Vorpal Edge and could be seen as a advanced form of wind, containing its intangibility factor, and being relatively transparent. Regardless of the shape or size of the technique, it will retain Vorpal Edge's sole characteristic. It will either crash, or shred or slice through regardless of shape or size of shredding and slicing, while size and shape plays a key role in “crashing”. This is done by utilizing the flow and using it to create a entity rather than coat a already existing entity. This could be seen as a higher form of wind.

The Specific Release
The User manipulates their body, or objects within a immediate vicinity, (The vicinity being 3 inches), changing the qualities of the object to suit their needs, objects that are manipulated within the immediate vicinity of the user remain relatively unchanged appearance wise. This time however, the glow is much much more translucent, and would under most circumstances only be marginally seen. This is proven to be possible as there is a B-ranked wind jutsu (Wind Release: Hardliner Revolving Cut) jutsu which allows you to channel wind chakra to your foot and have enough power to cut through a mechanical puppet, with the use of Vorpal Edge you can manipulate your body further to cut through harder things as it's more versatile and sharper than normal wind.

-Vorpal Edge has a double strength against lightning, due to possessing the qualities of Wind nature, making it a insulator of electricity, not only that but the Vorpal Edge will result in the lightnings sharpness quality being reduced, so not only is it insulated, but it loses it’s edge of cutting power.

-Vorpal Edge is strong against all forms of slicing wind techniques, as mentioned above, it will reduce the slicing capabilities of the technique in question, rendering it relatively harmless and free to be overshadowed by the slicing capabilities of Vorpal.

-Vorpal Edges extensive cutting capabilities would allow it to slice through dense earth structures with relative ease, the same goes for most crystalline and metal structures, par from exceptionally hard substances such as Diamond, hardened Tungsten, and Titanium.

✗ Declined: I simply see no difference with normal Wind Release. Pretty much everything you just explained, all the qualities and aspects are things that you can do with normal wind. Cutting is an aspect of wind, just like water will make you wet and fire will burn you, wind cuts. If you coat a bowling ball with katon chakra, it becomes a burning bowling ball, if you coat it with wind chakra, it becomes a cutting bowling ball. The only thing you did was saying because you mixed it with lightning chakra (for which you didn't provide any proof it even could be possible or that that would be the result) that it becomes even more sharper. However wind is by default sharper than lightning, the exception was Bee who was able to making his lightning vibrate so fast it increased the penetration force of objects he coated with it, but that was not a standard universal aspect of raiton.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
Wind has been shown to have great cutting abilities alongside lightning. Recently in the anime, Danzou had a jutsu which allowed him to spew out his wind chakra onto a Kunai, making it longer and sharper, giving it greater cutting abilities and range. Not only that, but we’ve seen that Asuma was capable of coating his chakra blades in fuuton chakra, enhancing its cutting abilities greatly, creating an aura around it, with the chakra itself effectively being a blade. It’s also been shown that using lightning chakra, the user can channel the lightning into a object, causing it to vibrate faster and drastically increasing its sharpness. Vorpal Edge would effectively put both of these characteristics to play so as to create a higher form of wind with immense practically unrivaled cutting capabilities or to be the absolute opposite and have no cutting capabilities. Not only that but the user would also be able to coat objects with this immense wind; the Vorpal Edge coating would achieve the same effects to the aforementioned lightning and wind elemental cutting power enhancers, except would be much more potent, versatile, and there would be no change to the object itself; maintaining its size and structure but giving it the ability to cut. This would allow the user to do things like focusing their Vorpal chakra around their arm with a punch or karate chop being used to slice a person's arm off. Vorpal Edge would be capable of sharpening a object regardless of it’s shape, even if it were a round ball.

How it works:
Vorpal Edge sometimes called Golden Wind works by combining ones Wind chakra nature with Lightning chakra. To create Vorpal Edge, the user will start by focusing on their wind chakra, amassing their chakra to create one entity of flowing wind. While in actuality the entity of wind is comprised of hundreds of thousands of miniscule serrated wind blades that ripple in a linear fashion; the user then continues by adding their lightning chakra to the mix, combining it with the wind so as to induce hyperactivity, causing the serrated blades to vibrate, swirl and flex at immense speeds, in a erratic yet linear like motion; the addition of lightning also giving Vorpal Edge it’s golden glow. The lightning and wind combined creates a visually subtle flowing motion, while on a microscopic level the wind and lightning are moving at immense speeds so as to create a shredder like effect. Due to the aforementioned shredding effect being immensely linear and focused, rather than leaving a victim's body ravaged it simply creates a seemingly clean cut. Also the wind moves in such a way that it becomes similar to a grater in the aspect that one side has immense shredding capabilities while the other side is the exact opposite having no shredding capabilities whatsoever. Furthermore, the reason why Vorpal Edge wind would be unrivaled when it comes to cutting power is that it’s shredding capabilities work as a double pronged spear, reducing the opposing techniques cutting abilities while resuming to slice through it. When Vorpal Edge clashes with another sharp object per say a normal blade of wind, the Vorpal Edge acts like a sort of sandpaper, destroying the Winds cutting edge while also slicing through the blade of wind with it’s own “Edge”. In essence, Vorpal Edge is similar to Rasenshuriken in a sense, however unlike Rasenshuriken which simply explodes in a chaotic mess that ravages and destroys the opponent's body on a cellular level, Vorpal Edge focuses all of the shredding power into a linear destructive force allowing it to capitalize on its full destructive potential rather than simply allowing it all to release on the area around the target which in turn could be seen as a waste of Rasenshuriken’s offensive power. Like all elements, Vorpal Edge can be divided into categories:

The Main Release - Golden Wind:
As aforementioned the user simply focuses on their Vorpal Edge chakra, creating whole entities comprised solely of Vorpal Edge. The object will contain the qualities of Vorpal Edge and could be seen as an advanced form of wind, containing its intangibility factor, and being relatively transparent. Regardless of the shape or size of the technique, it will retain Vorpal Edge's sole characteristic. It will shred and slice through something regardless of shape or size.

The Secondary Release - Vorpal Coating
Vorpal Edge can also be used to coat objects; this results in the coating increasing or decreasing the sharpness of an object, for instance the user could manipulate a bowling ball, giving it the severing capabilities of the most honed blade, yet the bowling ball would remain relatively unchanged appearance wise, there would be slight disorientations in the area around the ball, but nothing major that would be easy to spot apart from the characteristic golden glow. Or it could be used to make something that is already sharp, not sharp, manipulating the object so as to make it “Blunt”. The object in question would have no cutting power. This is done by allowing the shredding side to face inwards on the object, while the blunt side faces outwards. For instance the user could make spikes that are rising beneath him completely harmless, or make it so that a kunai couldn’t even put a scratch on a piece of rather flimsy cloth. In short Vorpal Edge coatings has the ability to make something a dangerous weapon regardless of its shape, or something that would usually be regarded as a dangerous weapon with high piercing or slicing capabilities a blunt and useless toy. This is done by mimicking the characteristics of Vorpal Edge wind and applying them onto an object in the form of a coating while concentrating on the “flow” aspect. The user can use this to surround the terrain itself, for instance surrounding gravel so as to direct a hollow Vorpal entity filled with gravel towards the opponent, coat the ground so as to prevent spikes from piercing themselves ect. Can even coat/combine with plasmas depending on the technique and situation

The Specific Release
The User manipulates their body, or objects within a immediate vicinity, (The vicinity being 3 inches), changing the qualities of the object to suit their needs, objects that are manipulated within the immediate vicinity of the user remain relatively unchanged appearance wise. This time however, the glow is much much more translucent, and would under most circumstances only be marginally seen. This is proven to be possible as there is a B-ranked wind jutsu (Wind Release: Hardliner Revolving Cut) jutsu which allows you to channel wind chakra to your foot and have enough power to cut through a mechanical puppet, with the use of Vorpal Edge you can manipulate your body further to cut through harder things as it's more versatile and sharper than normal wind.

-Vorpal Edge is weak to Water; this is because if you put water through a shredder the same volume of water is going to come out, albeit dispersed slightly. Vorpal Edge clashing with water would follow this same principle, however the water would also disrupt the small focused static charges within Vorpal that controls the immense vibrations and shredding capabilities, effectively weakening Vorpal Edge greatly leaving just wind that has flowing blades. Effectively, with enough force a water technique would be able to pass through Vorpal Edge while only taking minor damage and still keep a decent proportion of it’s original quantity. Much larger Vorpal Structures could also possibly end up discharging some of the electricity into the water, which would empower the water with a electric charge. The same goes for most other liquid elements as well particularly the more viscous ones.

Lastly, Vorpal Edge would absorb some of the lightnings energy, allowing the blades to become more energetic and enhancing it’s cutting capabilities.

-Vorpal Edge is strong against all forms of slicing wind techniques, as mentioned above, it will reduce the slicing capabilities of the technique in question, rendering it relatively harmless and free to be overshadowed by the slicing capabilities of Vorpal.

-Despite being primarily Wind based, Vorpal Edge is easily able to disperse fires flames due to the shredding motion, and then continue to absorb some of the heat energy that fire converting it to energy that would allow the molecular shredding capabilities of Vorpal to further increase. In effect the Fire does immense damage to Vorpal Edge, however this damage is lessened by the flames quickly being shredded to extinction and then the heat energy being absorbed to re-power the Vorpal Edge.

In the manga, threads, wires are seen used with weapons, plants and animal exist and the fact that clothes are being worn which is totaly a concept of fiber.
Fiber is a class of materials that are continuous filaments or are in discrete elongated pieces, similar to lengths of thread. A fiber can be an elongated tapering thick-walled plant cell that imparts elasticity, flexibility, and tensile strength. They occur and be gotten from plants and animals, in both cases, fibers hold tissues together.
There are diverse ways in which fibre can be used. They can be spun into filaments, multiple strong and elastic strings, or rope, and can be merged to form composite materials, or matted into sheets to make shields, objects and weapons.
Natural Fibres: Natural fibers are produced by plants, animals, and geological processes which are biodegradable over time.
Examples are:
1. Plant Fibre: this can be goten from leaves, roots, vegetables and even food.
2. Wood Fibre: These have their sources from trees and ground wood. They are extracted from wood pulps which is generally used to make materials such as paper, etc.
3. Animal fibre: This consist largely of particular proteins. Instances are silkworm silk, spider silk, sinew, catgut, wool, sea silk and hair such as cashmere, mohair and angora, fur such as sheepskin, rabbit, mink, fox, beaver, etc.
Also fibres can be got from micro organism that can be present in the soil.
Cellulose Fibres: Cellulose fibers are regenerated from natural cellulose. The cellulose comes from various sources. Modal is made from beech trees, bamboo fiber is a cellulose fiber made from bamboo, seacell is made from seaweed, etc.

How it works:
Fibre release can be used and channeled accordingly due to its properties.
Flexibility
Fibres can be formed through chakra or extracted from its various sources (plant, animal, wood, soil) and interwoven to form materials of any shape. Due to its flexibility, it won't have a constant shape as it can be bent in many ways.
Tensile Strenght and Elasticity Due to its high tensile strenght and elasticity, a firbre interwoven as a weapon can be stretched and can not be easily broken. Its strenght being a combination of lattice structures makes it more stronger than wood. And due to its elasticity, it can act as a good defense against cutting and piercing offences, however, it would succumb to constant and persistent offenses of such.
-Objects that are made of fibres can be reversed/split/disembled back to dormant fibres which can also act as firbre sources

That's nothing more than a name to describe a large group of substances that have the same properties. It's the same with fibers, which you have shown yourself by explaining that there are different kinds of fibers. You didn't explain either how it actually works. You just said that you use your fiber chakra to get fibers out of nature, but you didn't even explain nor proof how you make that chakra nor if it's possible. It's not like there isn't any potential, but as it currently is you are far away of getting this approved as it's way too vague and too global. Not to mention you are trespassing on countless of other elements and CE.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): The cell is the basic structural and functional unit of all known living organisms. It is the smallest unit of life that is classified as a living thing, and is often called the building block of life.
Every living thing that exist in the Narutoverse (in real world too) is made up of cell, the basic unit of life. Wihout cells, a living being can't exist.

How it works: Cell Release is composed of 2 natures that being earth and water. A cell wall covering a plasma membrane have a covering layer called a capsule. The envelope is made up of saturated Earth chakra mixed with water chakra, which forms gooey like structure and gives rigidity to the cell and separates the interior of the cell from its environment, serving as a protective filter, where as water alone gives it life.

Cell division: One of the main function of the Cell(called a mother cell) is to divide itself into two daughter cells. This leads to growth in multicellular organisms (the growth of tissue) and to procreation in unicellular organisms. Some other cells like Prokaryotic cells divide by binary fission. Eukaryotic cells usually undergo a process of nuclear division, called mitosis, followed by division of the cell, called cytokinesis.
DNA replication, or the process of duplicating a cell's genome, is required every time a cell divides.

These are the ways using which a cell can divide into or produce more cells. Due to the medical training, a medical ninja can make his own body cells to produce or regenerate damaged cells at very faster rate. In the beginning, he can produce/regenerate the stem cells in very high amount in few hours, after some training it takes minutes for him to generate the same amonut of stem cells, and after mastery in it, the medical ninja can generate stem cells even at larger scale in few seconds. The process of regenerating the damaged cells or producing the new ones is used in order to regenerate/create, from a layer of skin to complete organ or even more when incinerated or heavenly damaged. This process is used to heal injuries, from small cut to heavenly damaged wounds.

Movement or motility: Cells can move during many processes; such as wound healing, the immune response and cancer metastasis. For wound healing to occur, white blood cells and cells that ingest bacteria move to the wound site to kill the microorganisms that cause infection, thus helping the user to fight germs, infections, poisons and bacteria.
At the same time fibroblasts (connective tissue cells) move there to remodel damaged structures.

The cell wall consists of peptidoglycan, made up of sugar and acids and also from water, and acts as an additional barrier against exterior forces. It also prevents the cell, to some extent, from expanding and finally bursting from osmotic pressure against a hypotonic environment. This happens when excess of water moves into the cell. It occurs in a hypotonic environment, where water moves into the cell by osmosis and causes its volume to increase to the point where the volume exceeds the membrane's capacity and the cell bursts. Though bursting of the cell has negligible damaging effect and cell don't usually burst automatically. But user can pass his enough water chakra inside the cells to burst them or when water chakra is added to them they gets swelled and gets in a state where they are "just ready" to burst and collision of cells with anything which gives enough force to burst them like liquids like water, or metals, earth causes cells to burst. User can also add his fire and lightning chakra inside the cells, so that upon collision with liquids, metals, earth etc. the cells bursts and thus disintegrating the object with which it collided. Elements like fire and lightning, upon having contact with cells, can kill the mini life of the cells, rendering them useless. This happens so because cells do not get bursted when collides with the elements like fire and lightning, because they do not provide enough force to the cell to burst.
Bursting of a single cell gives negligible damage but when user causes millions/billions of cells to burst at a time, it can give very high damage.
Now, the user won't be bursting his body cells when inside his body for offensive purposes, so for that, user can use his own body cells like to expel, from dozens to thousands (or even more) of cells from his mouth while adding water chakra in them, fullfilling the osmotic pressure conditions and allowing the cells to enter the state where the cells are just ready to burst. The moment they are ready for being expelled, they start replicating each other at enourmous speed such that before reaching their target they are already in millions or more and bursts upon contact, causing damage, and disintegrating if fire and lightning chakra was added in the cells before expelling.
User can begin with expelling a single cell and then it can be replicated it into hundreds, thousands and then in millions before finally reaching the said target.
In some cases, the atmosphere or environment can also serve a good medium for this element release. And some times, user can use Seruton chakra to create cells in the battlefield. But in no manner user can control opponent's body cells, for that, user must make a physical contact with opponent.
The main basis of this element is Water and thus it is mostly composed of water. Witout water cells can't survive. It even requires oxygen to survive, without oxygen they can't survive. It is the only thing that keeps them alive besides water. But still, they can live without oxygen for, say, from half an hour to one hour, maybe a bit less (depends on what kind of cells they are), but thats enough time of survival for short battles, which makes Cell Release strong against gases which don't provide oxygen like carbon dioxide, nitrogen etc and even vacuum.

When not used offensively by bursting the cells, they are weak to every element. Fire can kill its life, lightning can roast it, water can simply burst it, earth can crush it, wind can slice it.

✗ Declined: This is never going to be approved. You are already trespassing on the domain of other CE, but more importantly in the end this is nothing more than medical ninjutsu. The only difference is that you are saying you just insert cells randomly with other chakra natures, thus making this not even a real element. You can't make cells either out of the blue and shape them to whatever you like, then you're playing god. What medical shinobi in fact do is very simplistically said increasing the production of cells to heal people, but not that they just magically create their own cells from thin air. This was already once submitted in the form of DNA release and declined.

Fire around the sun is fueled regularly with wind which is present around the sun, which makes the fire stronger and hotter. Then it is combined with the lightning, whose temperature itself is very high. When lightning is combined with hot fire combo, its looses its original structure upto a certain limit and gives the whole combo a unique structure. The whole combo is much like chirpling like lightning, fluent like fire and flowing like wind. And since that combo is in contact or very close to the Sun, which is "hottest" substance possible known so far, so when this combo remains very close to the sun by being its atmosphere for years and years, the extreme heat from the sun heats the combo too far that it attains extreme temperature and start getting a structure. The same process is done with other celestial bodies. And when this process repeats again and again for several decades, Corona is formed, which now finally has the temprature of 1000000 K. And finally has a unique structure like a fire whip, which do not have chirpling sound and much fluent fire (actual looks in the spoiler below)

You didn't even understand your own CE as there is no wind as when you say wind you in fact refer to air and space is a vacuum, there is no air, so how could wind possibly fuel the sun? On top of that a star is self sustaining, it's a nuclear reactor. The heat of the corona and the outer edges of the sun are peanuts compared to its core. So anything you wrote about wind and lightning doesn't make much sense and that was supposed to be your proof. Now where is your proof? Quarto I'm not going to allow any longer things like saying that you're immune nor that things start to evaporate just because they are close. Quinto we already have a Solar Wind CE, which is a stream of massive energy blasted from the sun and the Corona, in fact those pictures are part of that phenomenon, so you're also on the territory of someone else's CE.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): A Corona is a type of Plasma "atmosphere" of the Sun or other celestial bodies, extending millions of kilometers into space, most easily seen during a total solar eclipse.
In the movie, Naruto Shippūden 3: Inheritors of the Will of Fire, Hiruko, the missing nin had to make use of Sun's Corona while absorbing the Kakashi's sharingan. He wanted to make Kakashi a part of himself, by fulfilling the conditions of Heaven, Earth and Human. And when the sun would've hid the moon and the solar eclipse casted its light on earth's surface, kakashi would've became a part of Hiruko.
According to wikia "Knowing that the Chimera Technique cannot fully absorb all of the kekkei genkai, Hiruko revealed (as Kakashi and Tsunade discovered) that he needed to absorb a fifth kekkei genkai: the Sharingan which Kakashi received from his late friend, Obito Uchiha, who he has marked with the Puppet Curse when he met Kakashi during the Third Shinobi World War.
In order to carry out his rest of goals, Hiruko has been biding time so that he can draw power from the Sun's corona during a solar eclipse, which was then rapidly approaching. This being so, he activated the Puppet Curse and led Kakashi towards Mount Shumisen, where he will conduct the ritual."
This alone proves that Corona as a CE is possible, as hiruko wanted to use the power of solar eclipse and Sun's Corona for becoming a perfect being. ✗ Declined: I really don't like the way you how you explain things. Yes the movie shows that there is a corona, that's one thing, but doesn't mean you can use it as a CE. I can't recall Hiruko saying anywhere "I need the sun's corona", I mean that corona is always there, you just see it better when there's a solar eclipse. You don't explain the corona very well either, I don't even understand your explanation. I use fire and wind up to their maximum and then lightning? I don't get it. Also you didn't listen to me as I said no more stuff like "I'm immune to my CE". The only you did was rephrasing it mildly. Same thing about the water sources. Yes it's hot, yes for that water can be a strength, but you make it look like that one droplet of it will evaporate a water source 100 times its size. Also crappy explanation about strengths and weaknesses and obviously you're trying to bulk it up with as much as possible. No idea what double weaknesses are, you have no right to say it's the hottest amongst hot element as there is more than one who could claim that title, elements effected by extreme temperature? -10 000 000° is also an extreme temperature, but has nothing to do with your element and I can keep going.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

In narutoverse there are 5 basic elements wind, lightning, fire, water, and earth. Each element is basically used by an individual that has undergone the required training some people can use more than a single element, anyhow they are villages in narutoverse each belonging to a specific land(fire, wind, lightning, water, and earth) and in each land there is a village(hidden leaf, hidden mist, hidden rock, hidden sand, and hidden lightning) and in those villages shinobi mostly specialize in the element of the land(leaf: fire, mist: water, sand: wind etc). Now the hidden rock village mostly specializes in the earth element, they use a pre-existing earth structure and manipulate it to have a purpose(offensive, defensive, and supplementary) or they can use the earth element by simply using their chakra and create a earthen structure like in{Dropping Earth Lid} where they create the structure through the usage of chakra in mid air. Now in the first way of using the earth element(manipulating pre-existing structure) the shinobi will exert their chakra into the earthen structure and manipulate it as a whole not taking into account the different sub-elements present in the earth such as: nitrogen, oxygen, carbon, and uranium. In uranium release the user will do so, they will focus on the uranium sub-element present deep within the earth and exploit it making it it's own element.

How it works:
Unlike in the normal earth element release where the user uses the earth element as a whole to perform techniques, the user will separate the uranium from the core of the earth and use it as it's own element, this done by doing the following procedure: The user will send their earth element chakra deep within the ground once his chakra is inside the ground and deep within it where the uranium particles are located they will use precise chakra control to separate the uranium from the other components of the earth this is done be using the water element and separating the water from the whole ground(basically move it away from the "working" location) this is done so there is only the particles of uranium and particles of elements that posses body(so no carbon hydrogen...)Now the user will then reuse the earth element and separate the uranium from the other elements using precise chakra control the user then "raises" the earth containing the uranium to the surface leaving the uranium on the surface the user will then manipulate the uranium as he wills.

✗ Declined: This is simply very bad explained. About 1/4th of what you said is completely unnecessary, what do I care about the villages and their elements? Everyone knows that. You didn't provide even a shred of proof that Uranium even exists in the Narutoverse. Then you didn't explain either its qualities. Also Uranium isn't really a substance you find just about anywhere. Unless it's a very common material in your everyday ground, it's really stupid to dig up something that's located 3km in the ground 500km away from you. I wouldn't even call it an element like that.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

It has been shown in the manga, that psychology is being used. An example, would be the Chuunin Exams round 1. The way the test was drawn out was to psychologically challenge the team members.

"...testing his students during the written exam with questions too hard for any genin to answer."

"During the first part of the exams, Ibiki secretly put two Chūnin into the crowd to answer the questions and to make other genin try to cheat off of their exams."

Ibiki therefore stated before the exam that cheating will be punished (Giving a light punishment, hinting that they must cheat), and if they fail the exam, all team members fail. The test was drawn up with a suggestive iterrogation principle. He subliminally told the participants in the exam that they must copy from certain people.

The Yamanaka Clan, they specialize in mind related techniques. They can control minds, enter minds, confuse minds, they can even telepathically communicate with people.

Saikoroji Kaihou works similar to Genjutsu (Injecting chakra), however, instead of fooling the senses and creating a fictional vision, the user causes real disturbances.

How it works:

The user injects their chakra their target. Then manipulate and control their chakra to specifically sabotage a part of the brain. Whether it be the senses or some kind of autonomic response, the user can disturb it and change some responses. The user can force the opponent to lose balance by disturbing the liquids in the vestibular apparatus. Light is generally the indicator of most Force techniques. Force chakra is effective where the lights beams hits or very close surroundings. NOWHERE else, user cannot freely manipulate force anywhere in the field. It requires collecting gravitons in an area which generates light and that would be an indicator whenever.
Light will not simple erupt out of nowhere, it would travel.

There are several applications of Fore style and tree types of tractors which generally sums up the entirely concept of this element(*Additional techniques are made simply by using chakra manipulation, shape manipulation and chakra flow to form a variety of beams/techniques)
-Repulsors: Repulsors are beams that generate repellent force on the areas it hits, the force generated affects the element in question on a molecular level pushing it away with absolute force. The beams only affect matter based objects.

Force is always variable to the amount of gravitons used, more concentration of gravitons result in a brighter light. Rank determines the effectiveness and potential of the techniques not the force itself.

-Null beams: A special type of beams the eliminate all kinetic energy within an object, the affect is also molecular as other beams. The effect of these beams generates a sort of suspended animation stopping any moving “matter” at its place.

The beams themselves aren’t lethal, they may generate bone breaking strength that might kill from pain. But never the kill on contact lethal.

Excess concentration of Gravitons and their light also produce heat and electrical currents, the user can use these as means to harm opponents while pushing them away or paralyze targets whiling pulling them in, or vice versa.

Normal Force light is Golden-yellowish in color, the addition of heat or electricity by changes in ratio changes the color of light from Red to Blue respectively.

The last application Force Style is to flow force chakra and gravitons in objects..
-Supplementary usage: Supplementary uses of force style allow manipulation of friction movement and breaking. Force chakra could be channeled into objects, like channeling a kunai with force chakra making it radiate energy. When launched the tractor generated around it pushes away other matter completely removing the force of friction causing it to maintain the speed at which it was launched at. With the incredible momentum generated and speed the force of impact can be strong enough to shatter steel simply with a kunai. Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Carbon is a naturally abundant nonmetallic element which forms the basis of most living organisms. Carbon is the fourth most abundant element in the universe, and it plays a crucial role in the health and stability of the planet through the carbon cycle. Carbon is a metal like most chemical elements, and as such has a melting point. By adding a tremendous amount of fire chakra to carbon metal, while applying pressure to it preventing it from evaporating, creating a molten form of carbon. This carbon is extremely viscous super heated metal. The user can then manipulate it using chakra and shape manipulation and direct it at the opponent, use it for defense it use it as a supplement.

How it works: By drawing metal carbon from living things and super heating it by using katon chakra to the point where it begins to melt and aplying pressure using chakra creating molten carbon. Molten carbon of course can burn and burn things depending on what it comes in contact with. This also works by replicating a carbon molecule with your chakra while adding heat to it to create a molten carbon jutsu.

Description: The user draws carbon from all over the battlefield while super heating it and applying pressure and creates a layer of molten carbon all over the battlefield. Anything touching the ground gets burned. It also makes it impossible for earth jutsu to be used that require the use of being connected to the ground. The user isn't immune to this technique either, the user will have to sever connections to the ground as well if they already didn't, implying that this doesn't need to be connected to the ground.
Given the Chakra strain, the user will not be able to preform any other molten carbon techniques above B-rank in the same turn.

It heat ups to the point where anything that is touching it gets burned and begins melting. However this process last 5 seconds before the molten carbon completely evaporates. This can only be used while Molten carbon release: Floor of hell is activated.

Conditions to be able to use it:
-Must have of earth and fire
-Carbon is not required, but its harder to manipulate without it
-Twice as many hand-seals with carbon

Is weak to:
Water: Water hardens it
Earth: Earth structures can dissipate the force of molten carbon rendering the technique to solid.

Is strong against:
Wind- Molten carbon absorbs it and makes it hotter
Lightning- Has no affect on it

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
The user is capable of either forming coal by pulling it out of the surrounding earth or from their body. Earth, already a significant element in the Narutoverse, coal is simply a highly combustible piece of earth. On missions, if there were no Fire element user, the usage of small lumps of coal as long as you have at least a pair, would enable the personnel to create a source of fire. A downfall to the usage of coal itself is that if another person were to get ahold of it before it was ignited, they could use it just as effectively as the user. Not able to manipulate/create it the way the original user could, but if they are able to successfully block the technique before it is ignited, pick it up as it were but a rock.

How it works:
Coal is an easily ignitable/combustible (by fire) substance formed from metamorphic rock (rock subjected to extreme pressure and heat that changes its form and properties) of the earth and dead plant matter inside of it. Being formed by erosion of Wind make it its natural weakness. Strong Lightning cuts and travels too fast through the coal to ignite it as fire would, and cuts cleanly through it; however much weaker lightning is capable of igniting the Coal. After ignited, coal will turn into a gray dust-like rock that is incapable of being reignited. (Turns gray in 1 turn)

✗ Declined: I told you before I do not want things as "before and after ignition" listed there. Stating elemental combo's as strengths/weaknesses is not something you do. When you combine water/lightning with each other logically it's going to be way stronger, but that's something else then listing water/lightning separately. Also you're making a mistake with your dust explosion. If you read the link you yourself posted, you see that it's not the coal itself that explodes, but the combination of very small pieces of coal dust, enough oxygen in a confined space where both components are dispersed evenly. It's not something you can't do in your average situation and it's not your coal that's exploding, but small particles of it that are in the air.

Yeah so i took out "before and after ignition", And fixed the part about the Coal dust. Oh and i removed one of the two Dust Explosion links, the one that wasn't hooked to Wiki.

✗ Declined: Because currently I find it that you did not explain it very well, at least not enough to justify what you wrote as strengths weaknesses. I don't expect, nor even want, that you write an entire essay. However I do expect that you explain the crucial parts clearly, which you didn't do as I do not understand half of your supposedly strength weaknesses. I mean why is earth a strength? If coals harder is than earth ok, but you didn't not say that anywhere and then you contradict yourself saying by that it's weak against wind (also no reason to say cutting only, then it seems you're just trying to lessen its impact) while wind is neutral to normal earth. Where's the logic in that? Also don't say so easily 'and CE variants'. You can do that when you have an element that's almost at the end of a spectrum, like for instance diamond, or when you have clearly explained the boundaries, but I mean what are variant of earth? Aren't those mainly metals? Which are listened as weakness (metals are definitely a weakness, however it's again a contradiction between what you say). But above all I really can not understand why fire is listed as strength, let alone it's CE variants. Humanity has been burning coal as fuel for centuries, so how could that possibly be a strength? Especially when I start imagining CE like Hellfire or Sunfire. Also proving that coal exists shouldn't be so hard in the Narutoverse, still you actually never gave any. When you state your proof for a CE you need to answer two questions: does it exist in Naruto and so yes is it possible to make it. You did not answer the first one.

The element is based on: Earth + Fire + Raw Chakra + Advanced Chakra Control

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
Toxic exists within our body, in the form of fluids that are found in your stomach and other organs. These fluids have a certain level of toxicity. The bodily structure of a ninja corresponds with that of a human, as in the bodily systems and such, which leads me to conclude that toxic exists in our body. Also, in the Narutoverse, ninja's have used poison, incorporating it into their fighting styles, one example of which would be puppeteers using poison and venom, which are imbued upon the puppet weapons to inflict potent damage. Since poison and venom, both of which are a form of Toxic, both have been made used of by ninja's, it is most likely thus possible, to manipulate Toxic, as poison and venom are examples of Toxic.

How it works:
User manipulates Earth and Fire chakra, using Fire to melt the Earth into a substance like lava, a thick liquid used as the base for Toxic. The user, then, using advanced chakra control and raw chakra, manipulates the compounds within the molecules, turning it into a corrosive and poisonous substance, known as Toxic. The toxicity, corrosiveness at any point of time, of the substance, can be adjusted at will by the user, from making it harmless to lethally poisonous to the point it can lead to fatality within 3 turns. In addition, Toxic, when coming into contact with fire, would then harden, and release a toxic fume that when inhaled, could prove lethal, within 3 turns as well.

Toxic is deadly, as upon contact, would seep into the pores on the opponent's skin, entering their body. Toxic would corrode the skin, causing it to 'melt', destroying the muscle tissues and nerves. Toxic destroys cells as the toxicity of the substance would not allow the cell to function properly by the sudden influx of a foreign liquid, which thereafter causes the cells to die, be it plant cells or animal cells. By destroying the nerves, the victim of Toxic cannot feel pain and the muscle tissues and skin getting corroded, though as the toxic spreads through your body, the opponent would start to feel pain, numbness in certain parts of the body, and a blur vision, occurring a turn after the Toxic initially makes contact with the victim. Death would occur 3 turns after the toxic enters the body, in which the toxic would have spread throughout and disrupted the bodily functions in the victim, leaving him to die. The part where the Toxic makes contact with would also deform and hence, rendering that body part useless.

Water - Toxic is a fairly dense liquid, denser than water, hence able to overpower water.
Metals – Same as Earth, Toxic would corrode the metal, albeit taking some time.
Biological(Wood | Plant) - Toxic would corrude the biological substance, while at the same time the poison demolishes the cells from within.

The element is based on: Earth + Water
Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
In the concept of medical practice, organic solvents are used to disinfect and kill off human tissue. Many medical practitioners in the narutoverse would have to use this kind of medical practice in order to study human tissue.

Suigetsu expressed knowledge about how the Executioner's Blade worked by repairing itself with iron in the hemoglobin of blood cells but we have seen no evident techniques that can split human red blood cells. Toluene, however, can split and reveal the hemoglobin inside a red blood cell so that researchers can study the properties of blood.

How it works:
The user will develop a special enzyme in their body that will develop toluene molecules and stockpile them in fat tissue in the user's abdominal area, coated with chakra to stop the user from facing the effects of the toluene. By also using this chakra coating, the user can amplify the effects of their toluene by purifying it and concentrating the solution. The user also develops another special enzyme while working with toluene that allows the body to break down the methane group of toluene and replace it with a hydrogen. This change forms it into benzene. The user's enzyme then begins to reshape and change the benzene to an ibuprofen molecule which is then dissociated into the user's body in order to give the user a natural painkiller when exposed to toluene. However, this only affects the toluene when the toluene is inhaled by the user. When the user wants to use the toluene in a liquid form, they will coat their body in chakra and begin releasing toluene from their body with chakra coating. Toluene can be released from any opening of the user including pores, mouth, ears, etc.

Toluene is a colorless liquid that has a faint smell. Toluene, being an organic solvent, can cause serious harm to human tissue and even worse problems if inhaled. When inhaled, toluene can cause neurons to begin to dissociate and fall apart which will lead to neurological problems. These problems begin when one notices the smell of the liquid in a role-play context otherwise they would naturally believe the toluene to be water.

Description: The user will secrete toluene through their pores covering their skin in the light liquid. When the user touches the opponent with their skin, the toluene will begin dissolving through their skin. This is ineffective against metal and inorganic materials. If the opponent is touched by the toluene and doesn't wash it off for 5 turns, they will begin facing neurological problems, such as confusion, bad vision, and loss of motor skills due to the organic solvent's fumes killing their neurons.

Description: The user will compress a powerful amount of toluene in their stomach and after a moment, expel the large amount of toluene with high pressure out of their mouth. After meeting with a hard surface or making contact with an object, the high pressure causes the fumes of toluene to become exponentially more dangerous and abundant (3 Turns till neurological effects are shown).

Description: This technique amplifies the user's toluene so that the toluene is capable of capturing and adding dangerous natural chemicals to it, as well as breaking their chemical bonds. An identifiable change is obvious since the toluene will seemingly change color to expose the dangerous chemicals. Among these chemicals are:
-Purple Iodine
-Brown Bromine
-White Foggy Chlorine
-Yellow-ish Flourine
-White with a glow Phosphorus
The user can select one of these elements in order to have the toluene absorb it into the solution at a much higher rate. After being absorbed and diffused, the toluene takes the effects of each of those elements respectively and adds it to itself. These effects can harm the user.
Restrictions:
~Only usable once.
~Lasts three turns then chemicals are released.
~Chemicals can be released at any time.
~Note that this only amplifies toluene naturally ability to isolate dangerous chemicals so toluene can do this naturally but at a much slower rate.

-The user's body must have been trained and developed to form the enzymes necessary to handle Toluene. (Training when passed down to students)

Common uses for organic solvents are in dry cleaning (e.g., tetrachloroethylene), as a paint thinner (e.g., toluene, turpentine), as nail polish removers and glue solvents (acetone, methyl acetate, ethyl acetate), in spot removers (e.g., hexane, petrol ether), in detergents (citrus terpenes), in perfumes (ethanol), and nail polish, (part of how it stays on nails) and in chemical synthesis. The use of inorganic solvents (other than water) is typically limited to research chemistry and some technological processes.
We have seen Naruto mix his chakra with Gamakichi to dissolve Guren’s crystal technique, that’s why solvent able to dissolve any of liquid, solid and gasses form in NB Role-play

The strong polarity of water is indicated, at 20 °C. Solvents with a dielectric constant of less than 15 are generally considered to be nonpolar.Technically, the dielectric constant measures the solvent's ability to reduce the field strength of the electric field surrounding a charged particle immersed in it.

There is Toad oil which is could cause great fire also Naruto and Gamakichi elemental mixing to dissolve Guren’s Crystal technique, Kigiri smoke tech in Naruto verse or in NB Role-Play, we have seen Pervy’s Hydrogen, Mocking Bird Helium in form of Gases but we have less seen water manipulation.

How it works: When I saw in the Naruto anime when Naruto merge his chakra affinity with Gamakichi and succeeded to dissolve Guren’s Crystal technique, I conduct a little search of chemical which could dissolve liquid, solid and gasses and there I found Solvent and in my work place Solvent used to dissolve label marking on a product, that’s why I think Solvent could be useful in NB Role-Play, as I seen less of Water Custom Element.

✗ Declined: What you describe is nothing more than a name given to something that has a specific quality, however it is not personalized with something, it has no real substance. That's like making a metal CE, metal just refers to a group of substances that has similar qualities. Water, normal water is a solvent and so are countless of other things. That solely depends on what you throw in it and thus can't correspond with a CE as solvent is a quality, just like 'burning' would be for fire.

Solvation, also sometimes called dissolution, is the process of attraction and association of molecules of a solvent with molecules or ions of a solute. As ions dissolve in a solvent they spread out and become surrounded by solvent molecules.
Solvation involves different types of intermolecular interactions: hydrogen bonding, ion-dipole, and dipole-dipole attractions. The hydrogen bonding, ion-dipole, and dipole-dipole interactions occur only in polar solvents. Ion-ion interactions occur only in ionic solvents. The solvation process will be thermodynamically favored only if the overall Gibbs energy of the solution is decreased, compared to the Gibbs energy of the separated solvent and solid (or gas or liquid). How it works: When I saw in the Naruto anime when Naruto merge his chakra affinity with Gamakichi and succeeded to dissolve Guren’s Crystal technique, I conduct a little search of condition which be able to dissolution/solvation something like solid, gasses and liquid form, there I found Solvation and in my work place Solvent used to dissolve label marking on a product, that’s why I think Solvation might be useful in NB Role-Play, as a transparent air form such as burst of chakra which spread out from the users body.

✗ Declined: It seems you didn't understand what I said last time. What you explain is never going to be approved as you did not make an element nor did you explain how you make it. The only thing you do is talking about solvents, but I already said last time you can't make a solvent CE. Let me make it clear with an example: water, alcohol and oil. All of them could potentially be solvents depending in which situation they are used. You have nothing that corresponds with your solvent CE, there is nothing. At least you did not explain that clearly nor did you even explain how you would be able to create it. Also don't use other people's CE as proof and as I recall it wasn't Gamakichi, but Gamatatsu who did that jutsu with Naruto and if I remember correctly that wasn't a solvent, it was a high pressured water/wind blast that simply obliterated the crystal.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): It has already been shown that earth and earthen chakra can be used in many versatile ways. It can be used as a solid, as a dust like materiel and in a mud like mixture. It can also be ground down and used as a sand like materiel in both the Anime and Manga, what Hydrophobic Red Sand is is simply Earth that has been ground into a fine sand like dust quality, then heated to an immense temperature not high enough to create glass but hot enough to severely heat the sand it is finally tightly coated in Wind Chakra to make it Hydrophobic causing it to repel most liquids.

How it works: Hydrophobic Red Sand is a Hydrophobe meaning it doesn't mix with water instead it repels it causing the grains of sand to adhere to one another and form cylinders (to minimize surface area) when exposed to water. As soon as the sand is taken out of water, it is completely dry and flows freely. It can therefor be manipulated and sent through water basically unaffected by it. Even while underwater the sand is completely dry. When in water the sand comes together in a way that is beyond what normally happens to sand in water. It becomes more like earth release in a way able to still be manipulated even when completely submerged in water. Red Sand can become dense enough to compete with even the hardest rocks.

✗ Declined: Nice find, though my main concern is how you explained your strengths and weaknesses, which you did quite sloppy. Twice you say "etcetera", but I have no idea what you understand under that. The only way you can write that if you clearly defined what it refers too, which you twice didn't do. I haven't a clue to what those etcetara's now exactly refer too. Secondly no idea what you mean with water double strength, but I'm pretty sure it's wrong and fail to see the logic in why it would strong against earth or sound. I mean how is it going to stop an earth jutsu? Nowhere is it explained it's stronger than earth.

It is evident that the world of Narutoverse exists. It consist of matters and particles just like it is in the real world. Particles and matter that make up the basic five element, water, wind, fire, earth, and lighting exists in the narutoverse and it is shown all throughout the anime and the manga itself. Other elements as well, crystals, and wood release has also have been seen throughout the course of the series. In short the universe exist in the real world as well as the universe in the naruto series. The Higgs Boson is based on subatomic level all particles of these matters that make up the universe. Long as the universe or narutoverse exists Higgs Boson exists as well.

How it works:
Through training and with extreme chakra control the user will be able to focus on a subatomic level. The user will literally tap into the particles that exists within the narutoverse that make up narutoverse. Through the use of combining numerous subatomic particles the user will be able to create any for of non elemental matter. Higgs Boson is a subatomic particle responsible for the creation of all forms of matter. But the user may only use this for non elemental jutsu because tht requires Ying Yang Release. However it is not limited to just non elemental matter. Without the Yin Yang release one could create matter at the subatomic level and then infuse that with elemental chakra. As the matter would be existing after it’s creation, that same matter would be abled to infusion of elemental chakra just like it has been shown numerous times within the manga. However through the existing rule of our RP it would have to be done in steps and not at the same time. First the matter as to be created and then infused with elemental chakra as someone without the Yin Yang release they won’t be able to mold two different types of chakra. This method has been used countlessly throughout the narutoverse as well within our RP. Though the drawbacks are evident when using it this way, therefore it is not a practicle use to infuse it with elemental chakra. As long as Narutoverse exists, Higgs Boson exists as it’s a subatomic particle that makes up matter within the world. Through it and concentrating with extreme chakra control on will focus their chakra at a subatomic level. Then the user will be able to create weapons, barriers and anything the user can think of long as it’s not an elemental based matter. As a subatomic particle itself will not be able to create matter itself, the user will have to use shape manipulation as well and gather the particles at an amount needed for the matter to be created and string it together to combine it to achieve their goal. As the matters that get created from Higgs Boson are non elemental matter, it will be naturally weak to elemental based matters. However with the combination of the weakness and strengths that exists within each element, one who controls the Higgs Boson will be able to calculate how and when to create matters for a proper counter from an elemental matter.

The element is based on: Raiton + Katon + Futon + Chakra Control

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Nagato's Tsubaku Tensei is used as a ball of gravity that attracts everything except the user. The Kekei Dotta "dust release" destroys anything in it's range.

How it works: A star is a massive, luminous sphere of plasma held together by gravity.

The user will use 3 separate elements to create a sphere of continues nuclear fusion, which will result into the creation of a small star. First, there is the core of the structure, which is made of raiton. This gives the sphere an electromagnetic field, and keeps it's structure all together.

Then, there is the main body, made of katon. The fire will envelop the raiton, and cover it like a ball. The raiton will then attract and ionize the flame, and bring the cores of the nuclei close enough to overcome the electrostatic repulsion, so they will be attracted to each other due to the attractive nuclear force. This will make the structure of the atoms very unbalanced.

The third, but not less significant part of the process is the futon atmosphere, which will constantly feed the nuclear fusion with oxygen, so it will not be terminated. Once the star is created, it starts emitting a gravitational field of it's own. What the user controls is the Gravitational field.

The user can maniputate the intensity of the gravitational field from being as much as that of the earth (thus neutralizing gravity in the space between the star and the earth, making the gravity zero) to super-gravity, that will super-compress anything close enough, by focusing or un-focusing the gravitational field.

To use super-gravity, the user has to focus the gravitational field of the star in a straight pattern of 90 degrees or less (thus, instead of a gravitational field, the star will emit a gravitational ray). When something enters short range of the star, under the effect of super-gravity, it will be super-compressed into 1/100 of it's original size (for example, a sphere that is 2 meters wide, will be compressed into 2cm.)

Anything that comes into direct contact with the sphere will be instantly reduced to cinders, due to coming in contact with a nuclear fusion.

The star itself has a size of 30cm in diameter. Due to the unstable nature of the jutsu, it has to be constantly at short range from the user. Also, due to the high amount of concentration it needs, the user can't use any other jutsu wile using star release.

The gravity intensity depends on what percentage of the field is used. If the gravity is used as a full field, the gravity will not super-compress anything and will negate gravity till mid range. If 50% of the field is used, the gravity will attract things from long range, and will super-compress anything at short range in front of the user. Finally, if the gravity is focused into a single ray (of 30 cm in width), it will start attracting things till long range and will super-compress everything in it's passage since mid range.

Description: After using the "star gravity release: helios" jutsu, the user will focus the gravitational field of the star to affect only things in front of him (reducing the field of affection to 50%). The gravity will then be much more intense than that of the initial jutsu, and will start attracting things to the star from mid range in front of the user. Anything that comes short range in front of the star will be super-compressed to 1/100 of it's initial size (thus reducing a sphere of 2 meters width to 2 cm.).

Conditions to be able to use it: Mastery over Raiton. Have training in Katon and Futon. High intellect. Wile using Star Release, the user cannot use any other elements due to the high concentration it needs to maintain the balance of the jutsu. Great amounts of chakra. Great Control over chakra manipulation.

Is weak to: Raiton (it will destroy the electrostatic balance, and make the star's structure collapse), Katon (will consume the futon atmosphere of the star, an thus the nuclear fusion won't have something to fuel it, so it will be terminated)

Rice is typically the seed of a kind of plant, and much like how all things that grow from the Earth, such as trees, bushes, or even flowers, they all need water to flourish. Unlike humans however, plants actually need a lot of water to survive - in fact, most plants are actually 90% water, and that water itself gives it the structure and the hydration that it needs to remain steady.
By providing the Earth chakra for the basis or foundation of the Rice plant, and then cultivating it with Water chakra, it allows for the quick process of photosynthesis, growing the plant effectively.

Idea behind its creation:

I sit down every day to a bowl of rice. I see the rice. I taste the rice. I feel the rice...I combine it with amazing stuff like chicken. Bak Choi. Tofu...
Okay, forget it, I give up. It must be because I'm Asian...

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

From the sheer propensity that most aspects of the world of Naruto are relatable to the actual human world, some clear examples the plants are able to flourish are the simple existences of the Wood release or even variants of the Earth release.
Oxygen, sunlight, and everything that is necessary for plants to grow works the way it does in the Naruto world in conjunction with the human world, and it is quite evident that many of the scenes of Naruto contain flourishing trees and grass. Rice should be able to be grown, and could also be considered part of the economy of Naruto itself, as Rice tends to be easy to grow and can literally be planted anywhere, evident in the fact that it feeds over two/thirds of the world's population.
If Yamato can create flowers, plants, and trees, then why can't Rice be created also?

How it works:
Ah, here is where things get quite interesting. There are quite the aspects to this amazing Asian stereotype.

Size
From all the varieties of rice and uses, it has been listed that the length of it can go up to 0.20–0.47 inches long, and the thickness of it 0.079–0.12 inches. However, bear in mind that this is still extremely small.
Now, transition over to the human body. Just a simple glance at it allows any trained shinobi to immediately note many the vulnerabilities.
To start simple, there is the ear canal. The ear canal is about 35 mm in length and 5 to 10 mm in diameter. Recall what was said earlier about the size of rice, which only goes up to 0.47. By creating rice from the ground and then using them as small projectiles, one can easily direct a simple grain of rice down the ear canal, which by the way, is connected directly to the nose.

Take a look at this rice, known as Wild Rice. Say that one of these pierced the ear canal and went so far deep that it ruptured the ear drum. This results in excruciating pain, oh, and a high chance of hearing loss, which can seriously hurt an opponent in battle as we gather most of our information from our sight and hearing during battle.
How about not even the ear canal? What about the eyes? Yes, with a proper aim like most trained shinobis are with the shurikens or kunais, one can even direct only two pieces of grain to pierce the opponent's eyes accordingly. The results should be quite obvious and rather painful.
There are also many pressure points on the human point, and much more vulnerable areas, but the main point here is that rice is small, barely noticeable, but can do quite the amount of damage with its size.

Durability and Flexibility
Rice is generally protected by several hulls, or rough outside layers. The first one is known as the chaff, which is the casing of the rice itself. It tends to be rather scaly, serving for a good protection. The second part is generally known as the bran, which consists of combined aleurone, and the main point here, the pericarp layers.
Most of what is edible and grown from the ground share these layers, and one of the main purposes of it is to protect the fruit itself. It is rich in dietary fiber, making it rather course. From this, and how small it is, most physical attacks should not be enough to destroy rice.

The second point to be made is the fact that rice is such an important staple food for the entire world. When mentioned earlier, it would be great for this to be capitalized - the main reason why rice is such a huge part of that particular economy is due to the fact that it is a seasonal crop.
Rice can practically sprout from anywhere, from high places such as mountains, or even sea level itself. By simple use of chakra itself, rice should be able to be formed and grown from nearly any type of terrain that it is not weak to. The plant itself is extremely, extremely tolerant of water.
So, in battle, one can even summon rice from beneath their enemies' legs and attack them in that manner - earth will only empower rice, making it twice as strong due to its qualities and rich soil.

Variety

There are many types of rice, and while all of them share similar aspects and qualities, some can be used in different ways. However, there remains two conspicuous varieties of rice.
The first type of rice is mentioned above, also known as Wild Rice. It is extremely thin and long, and can almost be compared to a senbon, however, it is much more durable. This can be used in a more piercing manner and at high speeds or velocities, easily strike the vulnerable parts of a human body.
A second type of rice that is extremely, extremely important to take into account is the sticky rice. The reason why it is sticky is because while most root vegetables contain the two main starch components of amylose and amylopectin, this type of rice only contains mainly amylopectin. This particular starch is extremely water soluble, meaning that it breaks apart under the correct conditions, allowing the molecules to easily bond with others. Then it becomes naturally sticky and can easily clump together to form thick balls of rice that can be utilized in any way possible - such as making walls for defensive, creating it beneath the enemy to trap them with its stickiness, or even causing a huge amount of rice to drop onto the enemy. Because each of the rice is directly connected to the user's chakra, one can break it apart it any time to perhaps transtion into different types of jutsu. All a shinobi needs to make sticky rice is just to add a bit more water chakra.

Because the user is able to summon thousands of grains of rice at their disposal, it makes it hard for the opponent to completely destroy the rice without wide-ranged attacks. Small scale attacks can not always fully get rid of every grain of rice and as long as there is a single grain of rice still floating around, the user can still do great harm.

Releases

Main Release:
By simply combining Earth and Water chakra together, the user can create rice anywhere - rice in its purest form is white basic rice and the user can create as many as they wish, each of the grains directly intertwined with his chakra. This can simply be a wave of grains of rice directed at the opponent and much like the creativity that Wood and Ice allows, the limit is the user's own imagination.
Alternative Release:
As mentioned before, the limit of this jutsu is basically the user's own imagination. They can create from this pillars of rice, walls of rice, swords of rice...much like how Earth easy to manipulate, so is rice, and each grain is considered a rather dangerous weapon as of itself.
Advanced Release:
There are hundreds of types of rice in the world, however, some of them can be extremely helpful during battle situations. Take for example, sticky rice, where the user would simply send an extra wave of chakra throughout the rice, allowing the rice to clump together and form a tolerable defense against fire or wind. Also, the extra mass means that the jutsu would be more powerful.

Description: Because rice is so adaptable to water, the user can simply send a wave of Rice chakra through any water source the enemy has created, easily infecting it with rice and surrendering it under his control.

Conditions to be able to use it:

The user must have mastered Water + Earth.
The user must be at least Kage rank to have good chakra control over the grains of Rice.

Is weak to:

Lightning. Wide area lightning attacks can easily destroy rice, however, concentrated amounts of lightning may not be able to annihilate every single grain of rice.
Ice. Rice can't be grown in the winter and the ice itself would freeze all the grains in midair and render them useless.
Fire. Unless the user decides to release it in sticky form, whereas there would be only minimal effect upon it, normal rice would easily burn and spread, however, the user can minimize the effects by separating the grains of rice as necessary.

Is strong against:

Water. Rice easily absorbs water so literally all water jutsus would be rendered useless against rice. Furthermore, it only makes sticky rice more sticky.
Earth. Rice can be grown anywhere where there is earth, also, not to mention how small rice is, most Earth jutsu would have no effect.
Light. Plants use photosynthesis to grow faster so this would only enhance Rice itself.
All, if not most, physical attacks. There's a huge quantity of rice and only two human hands and feet. Couldn't be possible for someone to get rid of all the rice in one blow.

How it works: Tar's are made with fine grains of different minerals "earth", by mixing the correct minerals using your Doton Chakra you get the perfect recipe, the only thing left is to heat them under pressure, and that's where Katon and Chakra come into play. By Using Doton and Katon and adding Chakra for pressure the user will be able to Convert the minerals into Tar and with basic Chakra control, manipulate the Tar for Jutsu's.

Is weak to: Because of Tar's structure, when cooled down at a fast rate it can become weak and sharer. Mixing sand int tar will make the Tar thick and difficult to use. If mixed with water, Tar will be rendered usless. Earth is able to withstand the force of Tar.

Is strong against: Tar is able to become super heated, because of this, anything hot such as Katon or anything that uses Katon as the main point of power is weak to tar, this is because Tar can overcome the heat only strengthening it's self, wind will also heat it up and cool it down in different simulations, because of the heat it also becomes strong against metals and plastic based elements. it is also very conductive, making Raiton based attacks have little effect on it.

✗ Declined: Your proof is ok and the way how you make it too, but for the rest you're still too shallow in your explanation. I mean you didn't explain its characteristics very well, which is quite important for me to determine whether your strengths/weaknesses are correct. You just suddenly start saying things when you actually list those (meaning too late, that should already have been elaborated on before) and they are contradictory. Earth is listed as weakness, but you say that it becomes strong against metals, while those belong in the same category and there is nothing that indicates tar would be strong against those. I also have my sincere doubts about those so-called conductive abilities, which makes my ask myself now about in what kind of state that tar is now?

Is weak to: Tar is weak to both Water and water like Elements This is because of Tar's inability to mix with water. when Water comes into contact with Tar the effects are much like when Lava and water. The water will rapidly cool down Tar making it weak and usless. Tar is also weak to Earth and Earth like Elements such as Metal this is because Tar does not have the brute force like Earth Element. This means that Earth and simular elements can easily smash their way through Tar. Tar also becomes britle and weak in Cold Temperatures

Is strong against: Tar has an incredable talerance to Heat, because of this Tar is able to overcome the heat from Fire and Fire like Elements. This makes Tar Ideal to use aginst such elements. Tar is also strong aginst Wind and Wind like Elements. Strong winds heat up tar, making it stronger. This is also why Tar is strong aginst Hot Temperatures.

✗ Declined: I was almost going to approve it, however I'm getting the impression you are trying to use this too as 'rubber', which does not fall under your CE. I can agree that when your tar has cooled down it has become some rubber substance, but that does not fall under your CE in the manner that you have any control over that. When someone uses a lava jutsu, the lava will eventually cool down to a solid, but the lava user has no control over that. Yes you can use additional jutsu's, for example a water jutsu, to hasten the process of cooling down, but you do not have the inherent ability to say "I'm going to cool down my tar now because I can use tar jutsu'". So a jutsu that says you coil tar around the user and then tie him down by cooling the tar is not something you can do.
