The element is based on:Chakra Control and Fire and Earth

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Well manipulating elements that are present in the narutoverse is quite common, Gaara and his sand manipulation, manipulating water and Deidera's clay and things like that. Generating these things isn't as common but still its there, Mei and her usage of Lava, Wood with Yamato Danzo and Hashirama, and fire. So Generating and Manipulating wax isn't something that wouldn't exist in the narutoverse. Now for the Wax itself, Wax is a mixture of Earth and Fire, The usage of Lava is similar to it in liquid form. So Lava is Earth with Fire, and KG level chakra control. So is Clay, if clay is apart of the narutoverse, i don't see how it can't be that Wax is also the same.

How it works: Wax Style is one of the more versatile chakra elements in the whole narutoverse, it allows the user to manipulate and generate wax. Wax can change shape, form, and shift between two phases of matter; Liquid and Solid. The wax is released very hot if the user wishes it to be, in any form. Its a versitle element, in solid form it can make almost any object just like the earth element, but its as hard as steel. Also in a liquid state, at any point the user can wish to have it harden in a split second.

✗ Declined: For several reasons. I can't read PM's, so I already don't know what that PM is supposed to be about, though I have a hunch. Either way very poor proof, in the end you say because there are characters that can use sand or clay, it should be possible to use wax. That's very weak as then you can start saying from a lot of things it could be an element. Not to mention the Sand was the result of the Shukaku and the clay is not even a valid example. On top of that I don't allow elements in multiple forms. There might be sometimes special exceptions, however under no circumstances should there be something like 'in that state it's weak/strong against that and in that state weak/strong against that. Then you can forget it. Also was as strong as steel? Be real, you just copied that from OP, but I'm not going to believe that in Naruto.

The element is based on: Water + Earth + Fire + Chakra Control

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
Throughout the series Ninja have been shown spitting viscous, adhesive or molten liquids from their mouths (Kurosutochi and Mei Terumi). The Mizukage has taken this to another level by showing she can change the concentration of her boil release mist proving that you can use different elemental chakras in varying proportions to produce a desired effect.

This is further supported by the different states elements which compose of the same infusion of the basic elements can have. The ideal example being Wood Release and mud. Both are made of Water and Earth yet have startlingly different properties, a logical explanation would be Earth being the prominent element in Wood Release with Water the main component of mud. This is furthered supported by the states they exist in. From this, its safe to assume that Teraton can be created through using a specific ratio of required elements.

Teraton is based on fusing Earth, Water and Fire chakra in the ratio of 3 : 5 : 2, with water taking up 50% of the entire mixture.

To prove how these elements would fuse on a molecular level (fused completely) are supported by Darui's Storm Release and Oonki's Dust Release. Both of these Kekkei Genkai completely infuse their respective elements into one form. Water and Lightning would typically make a lightning infused torrent of water but Storm Release instead makes bolts of lightning. Wind, Earth and Fire would be thought to create some variation of Lava Release yet creates a new element all together.

As to address why swamps would exist in Naruto is explained by what Swamp exactly is. Swamps are essentially bodies of water which exist in forests and wetlands. Any body of water which is forested is classified as a swamp, essentially meaning Swamps would exist in any forest in Naruto which had a nearby body of water like a lake or river, something which would have to be present for habitats and ecosystems to exist. Any forested area prone to heavy rain would be a swamp, the existence of rain forests implies the existence of swamps. Swamps are nature's natural drainage system which results in their high salinity, heightened viscosity compared to water and the pollutants dissolved in them.

Whilst Utakata was being engaged by Kirigakure's Anbu, the location was essentially a swamp.

How it works:
The element is a superheated green slime like mixture (about 300 Degrees) which is a result of the infusing of fire based chakra with an insoluble solution which merges swamp water and earth.

How the Element Looks

The element's own blistering heat means it is naturally harmful to plant life corroding them away due to the sheer heat. This allows for Teraton when used on a large scale to cause mass desertification of the terrain to occur. This makes Terton an extremely powerful herbicide, which can effectively cause a grassy landscape to become a barren wasteland.

On the other hand it can be lethal against humans, animals and summons due to the sheer heat and stickiness of the mixture. The blazing heat is self-explanatory making it capable of melting through skin with ease, whilst the stickiness means it remains on anything it touches unless scrapped off with a sharp object or cutting winds. Living things which are exposed to Teraton for extended periods of time sustain severe charred burns.

Teraton’s composition grants it properties of being both extremely viscous and an unparalleled level of stickiness. The viscosity of the mixture makes it so that weapons or physical objects can only partially pass through it until they run out of momentum. This mainly translates to kunai, swords and other projectiles become trapped inside the mixture. Its stickiness also grants it the effect of being able to congeal semi-solid elements together such as: Sand, Gold sand and Iron sand. Rendering them ineffective as they can no longer reform and reshape, a property they depend on in combat.

Further building on its adhesive properties, the element's own stickiness can be adjusted by the user to fit their needs, much like Mei adjusts the acidity of her mist. The stickiness can vary anywhere from completely ensnaring to an extremely slippery quality.

Due to possessing a higher density than even liquid lead, allowing Teraton to effectively shield radiation by preventing it from passing through the structure. Lead (liquid lead included) is capable of shielding any type of radiation (alpha, beta and gamma) because of its density, so with a similar composition in terms of density, Teraton achieves the same effect, meaning it is too dense a medium for these rays to pass through.

The most taxing property of the liquid comes from its contact with large quantities of water, cold liquids and extremely cold based elements. Much like molten lava it can be solidified by coming into contact with water, with the only unique exception being it turns into a green sludge-like solid when solidified which loses all of its elemental strengths and weaknesses. Furthemore, once solidified it loses its ability to be manipulated completely, rendering it effectively useless.

Unlike Lava however, its not neutral to water but has a weakness against the element.
The main benefit provided by Scorching Swamp is its natural ability to absorb heat. Teraton's composition allows for it to act like a "heat sponge" allowing it to soak up large amounts of heat without much change to the element itself. Teraton's ability to absorb thermal energy comes down to the idea of "latent heat". Latent heat is basically a material's capacity to absorb heat without undergoing a state transition e.g. Water being boiled off at 100 Degrees. The amount of energy required to raise the temperature of Teraton is outstandingly high compared to all other materials. As a result, Teraton can absorb large amount of heat without undergoing any changes itself.

Through heat absorption alone, Teraton is capable of neutralizing many heat-based elements.

Description: This jutsu can only be done in collaboration with two clones with the Teraton affinity, The user and the clones summon a large amount of chakra into their lungs and continuously expels swamp release from their mouths which they then manipulated uses to stick a thick strands of it from one location to another in quick succession to create an interbranching structure superior to that of a spider's web due to the intricacy of the intersections, the density of the material and the heightened adhesiveness compared to that of a spider's silk. The structure can reach a daunting height and can be used to ensnare the opponent/summons by basing the prison around them. The user can also sense whenever anything comes into contact with the structure due to the ripples created by disturbances.

Earth Element (excluding Mud Based Techniques) - It dissipates the force of the liquid when they come into contact with each other and withstands the sheer temperature as its a extremely durable heat sink.

Rain Element – Same Reason as Water.

Liquid Nitrogen and Liquid Hydrogen - they rapidly cools down the mixture to a greater extent than ordinary water does.

Is strong against:

Lightning Element and all of its CE/KG Variatons - Is both a natural insulator and has an extremely high level of electrical resistivity. Furthermore, the heat of lightning is absorbed by Teraton.

Fire and Lava Release (Includes White Fire, Scorch and Blast Release) – Teraton is capable of absorbing heat, making elements which utilize heat ineffective in affecting it.

Wood Release and Plant-like Elements (including all CE Variants) - The intense heat and pressure of Teraton causes it to burn, melt and break down wood and other similar structures e.g. Plant, Root or Mushroom Release.

Sand Element and all of its KG/CE variations - The mixture congeals all sand based elements together, sticking each grain together, causing it to clot up effectively preventing it from re-shaping and reforming. This includes Iron Sand, Gold Dust and Magnesium Dust.

Radiation Release - Teraton's very dense physical composition means radiation is shielded.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Ozone is an allotrope of oxygen and is found naturally in the atmosphere.Ozone is formed in atmosphere from the action of ultraviolet light and also atmospheric electrical discharges on di-oxygen,and is present in low concentrations throughout the Earth's atmosphere.This could be the same case in Naruto world.Ozone is something found naturally and as such it is something which is applicable.Every time there is a lightning storm,Ozone is said to be formed due to the massive electrical discharges.As we already know,lightning storms are there in the ninja world,so its safe to assume that ozone will be formed this way.Jutus's like Kirin is formed thanks to the lightning storm that one creates by heating the atmosphere,this proves that lightning storms can be created artificially so its possible for ozone to exist and to be created artificially.As ozone can be formed in two ways,the only possible way for a ninja is to make use of both his Lightning nature and Wind nature.

How it works:The ozone release works by combining Lightning nature,Wind nature & Fire Nature,with exceptional chakra control.Ozone is a pale blue gas, slightly soluble in water and its odor is sharp, reminiscent of chlorine, and detectable by people with heightened sense of smell(like inuzuka's) at concentrations of as little as 10 parts per billion in air.At 161 K, it condenses to form a dark blue liquid. The element is based on: Earth + Fire + Lightning

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): We've seen examples of advanced technology on numerous occasions throughout the manga and anime. These things have ranged from video tapes and televisions to computers and radios. Even further we've seen various examples of technology being used directly during battle. The Asura Path from the Six Paths of Pain used a variety of technologies such as rockets, jet propulsion and a chakra cannon from both its arm and head. Deidara used a Scope on his left eye, a type of technology that allowed him to view over long ranges of distance and combat genjutsu. In the current war, Inoichi is hooked up to some sort of machine that aids in his telepathy. What this proves to us is that the characters in Naruto have an advanced understanding of electronics and physics which would be required to create and control advanced technologies.

Technology is the making, modification, usage, and knowledge of tools, machines, techniques, crafts, systems, methods of organization, in order to perform a specific function. It can also refer to the collection of such tools, machinery, modifications, arrangements and procedures. Technologies significantly affect human as well as other animal species' ability to control and adapt to their natural environments. The term can either be applied generally or to specific areas: examples include construction technology, and information technology. The shinobi use of technology began with the conversion of natural resources into simple tools. The prehistorical discovery of the ability to control fire increased the available sources of food and the invention of the wheel helped humans in travelling in and controlling their environment. However, not all technology has been used for peaceful purposes; the development of weapons of ever-increasing destructive power has progressed throughout time, from bars to massive weapons.

How it works: The three elements required to use technology would be earth, fire and lightning. The fire and earth elements would be combined to create the structure of the items by creating and shaping their metallic base. This is also used to create the circuitry within the item which is then given life by adding the lightning element.

Lightning can pierce through and destroy the items made with this release, as well as overload the systems of the items. When the interior of the items are exposed they're susceptible to being short-circuited from water damage causing them to fail.

Is strong against: Earth - Not only would this element be harder than earth and be capable of breaking through it, but the lightning that may be produced by the technology created would obviously tear the earth apart.

Phosphorus - Properties

Phosphorus is a waxy solid, non metal, highly reactive, highly flammable & emits dark gray-black smoke on burning which is an irritant to eyes, mucus membranes, throat, lungs.

Phosphorus exists as several forms (allotropes). The two most common and important allotropes are white(aka yellow) phosphorus and red phosphorus. Other forms include Violet(scarlet) phosphorus and Black phosphorus (Note: All forms are solids).
Order of reactivity:

White phosphorus (Highly flammable/reactive) > Red phosphorus > Violet phosphorus > Black phosphorus

Phosphorus is an element present abundantly on earth's crust. Human body also contains phosphorus which is essential for life. As phosphate, it is a component of DNA, RNA, ATP, and also the phospholipids that form all cell membranes. Demonstrating the link between phosphorus and life, elemental phosphorus was historically first isolated from human urine, and bone ash was an important early phosphate source. Phosphate minerals are fossils.

As we know, earth exists in Narutoverse and ninjas in Naruto are humans and since earth & human body contains phosphorus which is essential for life, hence Phosphorus exists in Narutoverse.

Hence the user can create phosphorus or utilize the existing phosphorus in the earth and manipulate them using their chakra to use it in combat.

How it works:

The Phosphorus element is created by the user by mixing up their fire and earth chakra. This element is majority of the time made by the user but can also be made from the earth by channeling their Fire and Earth chakra into the ground creating Phosphorus, which can be utilized for attack, defense or as a base for future attacks.

The Phosphorus element can be used in various ways. Depending on the the user wishes, It can release a dark gray-black chemical smoke from the reaction of phosphorus with air causing chemical irritation to eyes, throat, mucus membranes, lungs, etc.

Phosphorus is also highly flammable and if the user wishes to cause the ground to explode, he will add some amount of fire and earth chakra into the phosphorus that's already present (from the ground or a previous jutsu). Once done the user will just need to make 1 hand seal (It varies from each jutsu) causing it to ignite and/or explode. This can be used defensively as much as it can offensively.

✗ Declined: I find your proof quite weak on the edge of being childish. In the real world humans have a very limited amount of phosphor in their bodies, earth has, thus in the Narutoverse they have and it can be used as an element? Then you're just roling over it very vaguely. Secondly you don't explain very well the element as you talk about different colors, gasses and solids that I don't even get a real picture now of what kind of element it now exactly is. Thirdly no you do NOT have the ability to make it explode on your whim, that is NOT part of the element. Yes it's flammable, however it does not have the ability to set itself on fire. Also your element is also highly combustible, so how is it possible that you list such elements as strengths while they are exactly like your element?

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

In Naruto series, we have come across many ninjas using smoke bombs for smoke screens to hide their movements or as a distraction or to escape from the tough situations. Also we have seen many ninjas using paper bombs, incendiary bombs to destroy their opponents, buildings or equipments and set them on fire.

From these above observations we can conclude that some sort of chemical substance or reaction is involved in creating smoke bombs or explosive tags which leads to the conclusion that a chemical substance which produces smoke and produce explosions exist in Naruto world. Phosphorus fits all these usage description for being able to produce smoke screens, explosions on ignition. Which strongly suggest that Phosphorus may actually exist in Naruto world.

Also in the Naruto manga, we have seen fire works during festivals or special occasions like the fire works show during the beginning of chunnin exams (Part I). Also we have, in several instances seen in manga, many glass materials in form of drinking glasses, window glasses, spectacles (worn by Ebisu, Killer Bee, etc). Phosphorus salts are one of the important components in making those glass & fire works, which again points towards the possibility of existence of Phosphorus in Naruto world.

Phosphorus is 11th most abundantly element present on earth's crust, mainly as inorganic phosphates in rocks and as impurities in other metal ores, making it one of the easiest available element on earth. As we have seen in manga/anime, Naruto world is similar to ours with abundance of mountains & rocks, water, trees, swamps, desert, etc with several metals (eg: Iron) and non-metals that are obtainable from the ground or water or air as much as like in real world. Since iron (in form of kunai, swords, shurikens) exist in Naruto world, iron ores must exist & which indirectly provides the proof of existence of phosphorus as impurities in that metal ores.

Apart from these above proof, we have also seen porcelain (fine china) ware exist in Naruto manga like sake jars, plates, etc which also contains phosphates along with several other materials.

From manga we know that ninjas in Naruto series are humans with flesh, bones and blood. We have seen in manga medical ninjas like Tsunade, Sakura talk about cells, healing fractured arms and Kabuto speaking about DNA for impure world resurrection. Though not in large quantities as compared to that present on earth, human body contains phosphorus as phosphates in very small amount, especially in bones, cells and in DNA. This provides additional proof that phosphorus, as phosphate exist in Narutoverse.

Phosphorus is a waxy solid, non metal, highly flammable & emits dark gray-black smoke on burning which is an irritant to eyes, mucus membranes, throat, lungs.

The Phosphorus element is created by the user by mixing up their fire chakra and earth chakra along with chakra control.
This element can be created & utilized by the user in two ways. By focusing the earth and fire chakra in their body & creating phosphorus or by channeling their chakra into the ground creating Phosphorus from out of existing ground (earth).
Phosphorus is highly flammable & can be easily ignited with fire jutsus or explosive tags. Phosphorus once ignited can burn with intense flames and will release a dark gray-black chemical smoke from the reaction of burning phosphorus with air causing chemical irritation to eyes, throat, mucus membranes, lungs, etc upon contact.

✗ Declined: Nice find, though my main concern is how you explained your strengths and weaknesses, which you did quite sloppy. Twice you say "etcetera", but I have no idea what you understand under that. The only way you can write that if you clearly defined what it refers too, which you twice didn't do. I haven't a clue to what those etcetara's now exactly refer too. Secondly no idea what you mean with water double strength, but I'm pretty sure it's wrong and fail to see the logic in why it would strong against earth or sound. I mean how is it going to stop an earth jutsu? Nowhere is it explained it's stronger than earth.

Lightning and Lightning based CE: This element is mainly earthen based so it's a given that it's weak to Lightning.
Fire: Intense heat has the ability to overpower the hydrophoic properties due to it being caused by fuuton chakra.
Oil (This includes any oily substance I.E Second Mizukage and other CE): A Hydrophope absorbs oil meaning after absorbing an oil like technique the sand will be almost impossible to manipulate any other element that is oil based or oily in nature will have this effect.
Heating Elements (Scorch like elements, Temperature release, etc [used to refer to other heating elements]): If they have enough heat they can take out the fuuton chakra taking away the Hydrophobic properties.

Is strong against:

Water/Non-Oily Liquids: This custom element is mainly doton based so it has a basic strength due to that. It also has the ability to easily repel water giving it a much more developed strength then simply overpowering the water, it has the ability to repel it.
Wind: The red sand is dense enough to over power gusts of wind not being pushed around.
Steam: The sand can repel the moisture.
Earth: The sand can be condensed and compressed being able to compete with the strongest rock and stone and can cause the rock to erode away over a short period of time. (Almost sand paper-esque)

The element is based on: Earth, Water, Fire and High chakra control
Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

Vulcanized Fibre is made created through a process which essentially entails soaking paper in a solution of Zinc Chloride, compressing the soaked paper together and pulling out the Zinc Chloride. This process causes intimate contact of the cellulose fibers, thus promoting bonding between the cellulose chains and results in a product composed of 99% cellulose. The existence of Zinc Chloride in Naruto can be concluded as a result of the existence of Zinc and Chlorine. Zinc’s existence is confirmed since it is a necessary mineral for the human body whereas Chlorine’s existence is confirmed by the use of table salt (Sodium Chloride) in many forms of cooking. Since Zinc Chloride can exist, Vulcanized Fibre can be made.

In the manga and anime, we have seen the manipulation of objects through the infusion on numerous occasions (i.e. Gaara’s Sand ninjutsu, Konan’s Paper ninjutsu, etc.). Similarly, chakra can be infused in Vulcanized Fibre during the process in which it is made. Therefore, Vulcanized Fibre can be manipulated in its final form.

How it works:

The element works by the manipulation of Vulcanized Fibre to take advantage of some of its properties. Some of its physical properties are: being lighter than Aluminum, being stronger than leather, having high burst strength, being an amazing insulator, being abrasion resistant (exemplified through its use for sanding disks), and being flame resistant.

During the process by which Vulcanized Fibre is made, water chakra is channeled into the solution of Zinc Chloride and infused into the paper soaking in the solution. At the end of the process, the chakra still remains. Once in its final from the user is able manipulate the Vulcanized Fibre’s density and shape with earth and fire chakra.

To be used in battle, the user must carry in premade Vulcanized Fibre (similar to how Gaara and Deidera carry sand and exploding clay respectively). As a result of the user’s ability to mold Vulcanized Fibre, he can easily line his clothing and ninja tools with Vulcanized Fibre in addition to bringing a container of it. New Vulcanized Fibre cannot be made in the middle of battle.

Once the opponent is enclosed within the box, the user performs the Boar → Dog handseals and shapes the Vulcanized Fiber on the inside of the box into thousands of sharp spikes which impales the immobilized opponent from every angle. The box is two feet thick and is hard to break unless one of Vulcanized Fibre’s weaknesses is used.

Sound - If covering the user completely with a supplementary technique, the sound would get bounced back because of leather and plastic properties.

Wood - Except for sharp wood technique's, useless against Vulcanized Fiber.

Rain - Vulcanized Fiber has leather properties which is strong against it, rain is completely useless unless used high ranked sharp rain technique's against it.

Crystal - Except for sharp crystal technique's, useless against Vulcanized Fiber.

Paper - Vulcanized fiber has leather properties, paper would be useless against it

Dark - Vulcanized fiber would travel straight through it, it's useless against it.

The element is based on: Fire Release + Lightning Release + Chakra Control

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Now we have seen the usage of Fire Release in the manga and anime it being a composition/result of fireworks. Fireworks in real life are held in containers that hold gun powder inside with a mixture of different elements in order to get the desired effect, color, explosion etc. The powder is ignited by fire creating a chemical reaction which leads to a somewhat uncontrolled explosion. I believe this is possible in the manga as we have seen the advanced Kekkei Genkai, Explosion Release. Firework Release would be similar to Explosion Release but in a more controlled manner. So far we've seen the clay variation of Explosion Release, and the actual variant where explosions are launched from the users body in a uncontrolled manner. Firework Release would be a more controlled variant with additional effects to the explosion which I will mention later on in my submission. Firework can be related to Dust Release as well, since the fireworks would be created in containers (cubes, cylinders, etc.) just like Dust Release is. It can to some degree be connected to Storm Release as well. The condensed form of the lightning in the Firework Release resembles "Laser Circus".

Fireworks in real life: Fireworks are a class of explosive pyrotechnic devices used for aesthetic and entertainment purposes. Fireworks (devices) take many forms to produce the four primary effects: noise, light, smoke, and floating materials (confetti for example). They may be designed to burn with flames and sparks of many colors, typically red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, and silver. Fireworks are generally classified as to where they perform, either as a ground or aerial firework. In the latter case they may provide their own propulsion (skyrocket) or be shot into the air by a mortar (aerial shell). The most common feature of fireworks is a paper or pasteboard tube or casing filled with the combustible material, often pyrotechnic stars. A number of these tubes or cases are often combined so as to make, when kindled, a great variety of sparkling shapes, often variously colored. The skyrocket is a common form of firework, although the first skyrockets were used in war. Such rocket technology has also been used for the delivery of mail by rocket and is used as propulsion for most model rockets. The aerial shell is the backbone of today's commercial aerial display. Ground fireworks, although less popular than aerial ones, create a stunning exhibition. These types of fireworks can produce various shapes, such as simple rotating circles, stars and 3D globes.

How it works: As I said earlier, Firework Release would be similar to Explosion Release to a certain degree but it would be executed with much more precision and control. Fireworks in real life are held in plastic and carton containers and ignited causing a chemical reaction. In our RP the fireworks would be created in a "chakra container". These containers would be chakra created objects focused to have a certain shape (spheres, orbs, cubes, cylinders etc.). The user has the ability to control the size, shape and movements of these containers giving him a certain freedom in their usage. The containers would hold the two nature type chakras mentioned earlier (Fire and Lightning). By using a simple hand seal or focusing chakra into the container the user can "ignite the fuse" of the container activating the Firework blasts. Some fireworks can be ignited upon contact with objects or living beings.The user will however be limited in the location the containers are created at through the techniques.

Lightning Release and chakra control will be a critical factor when it comes to creating the containers. These containers being shaped as I said they would be, will be shiny, dense objects of chakra. Their color will vary from user to user. The orbs and shapes would be created on the principle of Chidori, Raikiri and similar techniques by compressing ones chakra to make the objects as dense as possible.

Fire Release would be the main factor of damage in Firework Release. After using a hand seal or using chakra to ignite the fuse of the containers, the objects will lose it's control and shape bursting up into large explosions of Lightning and Fire chakra while looking as a regular firework. These explosions would take on effects of both Lightning and Fire Release, taking on the paralyzing and numbing effects of Lightning and the burning effects of Fire.

The Fireworks can be used in the following ways (everything will be created through techniques that will be properly restricted):
1. Surprise attacks which will be executed by creating objects of chakra that unexpectedly end up in large explosions.
2. Distractions that lure away the opponents concentration from the battle allowing the user a chance for an offense.
3. Increasing the movement speed of the user through small, controlled bursts (example techniques will be mentioned under Usage Examples)

Firework Release has three different releases:

The Main Release - What I've been talking about so far, the Main Release if executed through creating chakra containers which when ignited by chakra end up in an explosion. The color, size and shape of the containers depend on the user and his wishes. The objects levitate and are created in mid air near the user. These objects can be moved at the users wish and ignited through simple hand seals.

The Advanced Release - The Advanced Release incorporates other types of fireworks that do not include explosion, but rather focus on creating smoke, noise and light that can be used as distraction and confusion of the opponents senses with certain effects. The Advanced Releases focuses only on creating the effects, not manipulating them.

The Specific Release - The Specific Release is a part of Firework Release where the user creates small blasts from his limbs or body in order to increase his movement speed using the velocity gained from Fireworks (Wheels for example). The Crustacean also releases bubbles, just in a more condensed form, however they are still bubbles with a thin consistency. Having a thick consistency means this release isn't thin anymore like water. For example, spray a layer of this foam onto a wall, and it will cling to the wall without immediately running down. ✗ Declined: Ok I can see this is a separate element, but if earth is a weakness so should metal be. Metal is overall way stronger than earth and if earth can blow it away, so can metal. Secondly I want that you give more reasonable explanations for some of the strengths. I mean fire is correct, it would simply put it out and it would avoid something being ignited, combusted or something. Sand I can still imagine based on the analogy with the 2nd mizukage. But I have my doubts about some of the others. For instance yes it would avoid oil being combusted, however that's just a side aspect of the oil element, just like that fire gets stronger with more oxygen. Oil can still be used without having it combusted as to combust you need an external source. Why would it displace water? I'm not really seeing the logic in that, why for instance wouldn't it be that the water displaces the foam? Or lightning? Lightning is probably the most destructive of the basic elements, so why would it be weak? I can easily imagine a lightning bolt blasting through. I find that explanation a bit too shallow.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context)
In the manga, spider webs/spider silk have been used by Kidomaru. Shino Aburame has also been shown making a cocoon which is also made of silk. Also plants and animal make silk in the real world and that fact is why the concept of silk release could possible.

How it works:
Silk is a natural protein fibre made up of amino acids. Silk release can be used and channeled accordingly due to its different properties. Silk can be formed through chakra mixture throughout the body or extracted from the earth itself by combining the proper minerals/ proteins and chakra to make up the desired silk. The mixing of the wind is used to control the consistency. The silk can take on different forms and uses. Different types of silk can be made from this release silks like spider, worm, plant and sea silk..etc; all with different effects and uses.

Spider silk: Is used for its high tensile strength and extensibility (ductility). This enables a silk fiber to absorb a lot of energy before breaking. Weight for weight, silk is stronger than steel, but not as strong as Kevlar. Silk is, however, tougher than both.

Sea silk: Is waterproof and has a moderate tensile strength.

Worm silk: Is know to form cocoons. This silk has a shimmering appearance due to the triangular prism-like structure of the silk fibre, which allows silk to refract incoming light at different angles, thus producing different colors which could be used for different jutsu.

Flexibility: Silk could be interwoven to form materials of many shapes. Due to its flexibility, it can have a constant shape or not as it can be bent in many ways.

✗ Declined: You pretty much voided this CE yourself. What Kidomaru uses, can be considered pretty much silk and the fact that you even try to us spider silk, by default makes this not approvable. I find your explanation on how you create it not good either. Apparently it's just that easy to play with chemist when using an element and getting all the stuff you need for a complex substance just below your feet or in your body.

The element is based on: (Water + Lightning) + Chakra
Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Isoproply Alcohol, despite the pain it causes as a result, has been used as a means of sterilizing/disinfecting wounds of patients. In turn, because of the pain it causes to wounds, it is used to torture prisoners; mere cuts and scrapes causing agonizing pain. Isopropyl Alcohol has been used to ease sore muscles, but also causes dehydration if the body is exposed to too much of it.
How it works: Isopropyl Alcohol, or Rubbing Alcohol, is a colorless, flammable liquid with a strong odor. It is the simplest example of a secondary alcohol, where the alcohol carbon is attached to two other carbons sometimes shown as (CH3)2CHOH. It is soluble in water and capable of being ignited by Lightning, Fire and heat based elements. The user is capable of creating Arukōruton by channeling their chakra outwards and using shape manipulation to give it form as well as through the ground. The strong odor makes it easy for Arukōruton to be recognized. Once ignited, Arukōruton continues onwards as a blue flame that signifies how intense they are. Arukōruton can be used as a way to sterilize wounds as well as cause severe pain to an opponent's wounds. Arukōruton is also capable of rusting metals and dehydrating all plants, roots and trees. If ingested, Arukōruton will act as a poison; it wont cause death, however the person who ingests it will be extreme sick, causing nausea and dizziness. Despite its weakness to wind and water, Arukōruton is incapable of being frozen. The strong odor of Arukōruton is also a good repellant of bugs; they go out of their way to try to avoid the stench. If Arukōruton gets on bugs, it will send them into a frenzy, making their user incapable of being able to control them. The strong odor also affects animals/people with a strong sense of smell throwing off their sense of smell and sending them into a frenzy. Users of this element have built up a strong resistance to this element. They are not immune to it, but have just grown accustomed being around it for a period of time.

The element is based on: Earth and chakra

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):
There are earth expansions like steel, sand, lava...etc so one would be inclined to think another earth expansion could exist. There are oceans and creatures of the ocean (ie fish, octopus, sharks...etc) which also proves that polyps and rock formations could exist.

How it works:
The user would take earth chakra and mix it with raw chakra to form rocks and polyps to form/grow coral. This process could be achieved in different ways, like using ones own body and mixing earth and the raw chakra and spit/shoot/grow out of their body. It can also be utilized from the earth itself by the same process.

There are a few types of coral produced by this release.

Hard coral: This is hard as rock formations that can be used to protect or attack. Making such coral as brain coral, sea fans...etc

Soft coral: This is softer coral, that has a different purpose such as distractions, personal enhancements...etc. making such coral as staghorn coral, sea anemone...etc.

Harmattan is a hot dry wind, coupled with the dust it carries posses an amount of threat to life as a whole.
Its a West African trade wind that blows south from the Sahara into the Gulf of Guinea between the end of November and the middle of March(winter).
Harmattan(dry wind) carries a heavy amount of dust in the air that can severely limit visibility and block the sun for several days as the dense amount of dusty aerosol it poses remain suspended for longer time.
The dense blinding dust of the harmattan is comparable to a heavy fog.
Albeit having more cutting and sharp properties than a normal wind, the harmattan is well known for its unique properties dominant in some regions in Africa. This is dryness. The dry air is so extreme it can even break the trunk of the pine trees growing in that area, even as pine trees are known to store some water in their barks. Also some amount of Natural hazards are seen caused by Harmattans. The dust and sand stirred by these winds is known as the Harmattan haze, which costs airlines millions of dollars in cancelled and diverted flights. Also it risks public health by increasing cases of Meningitis, a rare disease caused by extreme dry wind or rather the dry wind serve as a medium for the breeding of the bacteria that causes the disease. Humidity drops to as low as 15 percent and can result in spontaneous
nosebleeds for some. The wind also can cause severe crop damage.

How it works:
The user combines wind and fire chakra to form a new elemental (Harmattan) chakra then using natue manipulation, the user forms Harmattan which he can spew from within himself or form from the normal surrounding air. The user mixes his/her wind+fire chakra with the surrounding air and form dry wind which he can use to extremely change the visibility of the terrain or creatively use to his own taste. This is totally harmless to the user himself.
The user also can inbue harmattan chakra into his lungs and spew it out as harmattan.

Offensive: It can be used offensively to scotch/peel off the skin when severely exposed to it as the Malphigian(upper) layer of the skin becomes extremely dry when expose to harmattan having its moisture content consumed, the sweatpore closes and begins to constrict and later its bond looses and the skin begins to shed itself giving away to the dehydration. Also its cutting properties are greatly increased.

Alternative Releases
Modifying harmattan chakra, an opponent can be equally exposed to deadly diseases such as "Menigitis" when exposed to severe harmattan which causes severe inflammation of the protective membranes covering the brain and spinal cords. This is caused by infection with viruses, bacteria, or other microorganisms lingering in the surrounding air and the body that are now enhanced and activated by hamattan also serving as its carrier medium. Its symptoms are headache, neck stiffness associated with fever, confusion or altered consciousness, vomiting, and an inability to tolerate light (photophobia) or loud noises (phonophobia). This can lead to serious long-term consequences such as deafness, epilepsy, hydrocephalus and cognitive deficits, especially if not treated quickly.
The user is totally immune to the Alternative harmattan releases itself except for special cases.

Supplementary: Harmattan has a foggy form that blinds opponents as it attacks, a good tactic to mask its direction of propagation/invasion. While the user can entirely see and navigate through it, it totaly blinds the opponent except for byakugan doujutsu.
Its is an extreme dry wind therefore dries/licks up water faster than normal wind.
It combust fire at a faster rate due to it containing no moisture content at all.

✗ Declined: Remove everything about that alternative release. Your element does not create such viruses or bacteria and normal wind can likewise carry it. It's not like that using a jutsu of it for a few seconds that suddenly there is a mass outbreak of viruses and you would have zero resistance against them considering you did not make them. Also I have no idea where that 'foggy' stuff came from, however you can be sure you will be able to see through it. Dust isn't a natural part of this element either + there are already canon wind jutsu's who carry wind, so there is nothing special about it so I don't get why I would lessen the visibility, except for you. I don't see either why it would be sharper than wind + being weak against A-rank and above wind jutsu's is not a weakness.

This element is possible because there are many well known lightning users in the context of the manga, which seem so come up with many forms and high ranked ways of using lightning element. I was watching the episodes of the 12 ninja guardians and their usage of lightning. Then there was a flashback of the technique called Limelight. It was when the four of them channeled their lightning chakra in four locations connecting streams of lightning and then harnessed the lightning to converge ion one location creating a massive lightning attack to come down incinerating everything below it. So I looked up atmospheric lightning to find something close to what they were using their power for. I presumed that they combined their powers to create a technique that was stronger then regular concentrated lightning attacks, but something that was rare and on a larger scale.

How it works:

Atmospheric lightning is a term sometimes used to refer to a family of short-lived electrical-breakdown phenomena that occur well above the altitudes of normal lightning and storm clouds. Most call them TLEs or a transient luminous event that is an electrical discharge phenomena in the upper atmosphere lack several characteristics of the more familiar troposphere lightning.

There are various forms of this electrical discharge that happens in the atmosphere such as sprites, jets, and elves. Upper-atmospheric lightning is believed to be electrically induced forms of optical fluorescence. What causes sprites are usually started off with positive lightning above the thunder clouds of the atmosphere. The typical lightning you see would be the negatively charged lightning usually carries an electrical current of 30,000 amperes (30 kA), and transfers 15 coulombs of electric charge and 500 megajoules of energy. An average bolt of positive lightning carries an electric current of about 300 kA — about 10 times that of negative lightning. Making the formation of sprites on an average ten times stronger then normal lightning. They normally are colored reddish-orange or greenish-blue, with hanging tendrils below and arcing branches above. They can also be preceded by a reddish halo. They often occur in clusters. They lack the hot burning temperatures of regular trophosphere lightning and have more of a cold plasma type of temperature that goes in hand with its flourecent nature.

Jets are a bit different after theyre formation is triggered, which isnt always related to positive lightning strikes. They are brighter then sprites and are shaped like long cones of energy and are blue in color. Elves appear flat and dim with an expanding glow that seems to go for miles.

The user uses chakra control and ultimately a higher regard for lightning element to trigger this type of lightning manipulation. It can be triggered by channeling lightning element into the sky and using wind chakra to adhere to better manipulation of the particles thus creating designated lightning strikes to the ground and also through manipulation of ones own conjunction of lightning and wind nature to further advance into forming these stronger affected lightning style techniques. Its called Heavens Lightning, a synonym to the upper atmosphere.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): Well let me start of with the least shinobi-ish proof, it is clothes, there are clothes in the Narutoverse and they are most likely produced by threads(or unless they are made of plastic O_O) so that proves that threads or fibers exist in Narutoverse. Now a more Shinobi-ish proof is Kakuza of Akatsuki, he uses threads to use his masks, and he has some techniques that are related to direct use of his black threads. So these two prove that Kevlar Release is possible as it is a special type of fiber/thread.
How it works: It's base is earth release, the user will use the earth release base and 'expose' it to lightning release, thus making the earth or rather breaking it into the individual products that are needed, then the final phase is adding water release chakra thus giving the 'earth' a form, which is usually in the form of dark grey fibers. Now once the fibers(Kevlar) are(is) created the user will manipulate the Kevlar into the wanted form or object. Now besides the great defensive capabilities of Kevlar, the user can use choose to use the 'restricting' capabilities of Kevlar as an offensive weapon, the user can cause the Kevlar to crush opponents bones, or bind them, also most offensive attacks are equipped with spikes that are more tough than steal/metal.(Spikes must be stated in description of technique)
In the usage area of Kevlar release it is similar to wood release, as it can be manifested from the ground, or from ones body. But it cannot be manifested in the air.

✗ Declined: In the end it comes down to the paralyzing effect of lightning, which comes by default with the raiton element as wind doesn't really have anything to do with this as a lot of elements can slow you down. Bleach does exist in narutoverse due to the fact that fabrics and cloths existed, hence
gets stained along the line,which brings about the need of bleaching agents, due its
chemical can also be used to sterilized water, killing any type of germs thus its also a
disinfectant. The earliest form of bleaching involves spreading fabrics and cloths out in
a bleach field (this is practically a terrain) to be whitened by the action of the sun and
water so with the manipulation and mixing of fire and water chakra,one could easily obtain
bleach chakra.

How it works:
The user creates bleach chakra, this is done by changing the nature of the user's normal
chakra using Fire/water hybrid. Bleach chakra has no unique color than the normal chakra
however the differ in constituents.
The user creates Liquid bleach using his bleach chakra just like manipulating water
but less denser than water and it is not flammable. This pulverizes any sort of thin organic
Layer, coatings and films such leaving it naked. Some vivid examples are fabric, textile
which are white but are coated with thin layers of colors, a bleach will remove the dyes
leaving it white as it was. This can also be used to break bubbles as they are also thin
film around air itself.

Main Releases:
Liquid bleach has a basic and main purpose, for decoloration and peeling of thin layers and
films. they are less denser and lighter than water thus allows for easy diffusion into
human skin through the sweat-pores via osmosis. this in turn cause severe skin irritation
and eventually peels of the skin. it also is able to sieve through surfaces easily.
Also main releases of liquid bleach would cause decoloration of the skin and organic and
inorganic surfaces turning them white when it comes in contact with it. The reason for this
being that colors in most dye and pigments are produced by molecules which contain
chromophores, such as beta carotene which makes liquid bleach acting as a reducing agent
works by converting double bonds in the chromophore into single bonds. This eliminates the
ability of the chromophore to absorb visible light rendering the resulting substance
colorless.
Liquid bleach having made by the user's chakra is totally harmless to the user.

Alternative Releases:
Liquid bleaches having strong bactericidal properties, can be used for disinfecting and
sterilizing as in the real word today in which they are used in swimming pool sanitation to
control bacteria, viruses and algae and in any institution where sterile conditions are
needed. Following the same explanation, liquid bleach in its alternative release negates
effects of parasitic bacterias, virus and fungus by neutralizing their venom and sterilizing

You just said that you changed your chakra into bleach chakra, then it would be easy to make a CE if such a global explanation would work. I also don't get the explanation behind some things. It's supposed to be less denser and lighter than water, so would it douse fire quicker? Why would water react with it to form bleach?

Sulfur is a chemical element. It is the tenth most abundant element in the universe. Sulfur is a bright yellow crystalline solid when at room temperature. Sulfur is present in many organic compounds and it is essential for life. Sulfur is basically a cystalline element, somewhat similar to the Crystal release, and seeing that Sulfur must absolutely be present in living organisms, the Sulfur element is completely possible to be extracted from the earth where it is abundant and then be manipulated. The Sulfur element will be utilized in three major forms: the solid, the gas, and the liquid.

The user will create the Sulfur element by simply extracting Sulfur from the earth using earth chakra and bring the Sulfur atoms to the surface. The user will then bring the atoms together and compres the atoms together to form the cystalline structure. From the basic cystalline structure the user can then easily access any of the other forms of Sulfur.

The solid form is the most basic form in which Sulfur can be manipulated. In this form, Sulfur is simply a cystalline solid. Similar to the Crystal element, Sulfur can be used exactly like solid earth. In this form, Sulfur is always coated with the user's chakra making the techniques require more chakra so that it does not come in direct contact with external elements and undergo chemical reactions. In this form, Sulfur is incredibly dense and is stronger than normal earth but isn't as strong as other minerals which are know for their denseness.

The gaseous form is a little more complex than the simple solid form. In the gas form, the user no longer needs the chakra coating because he will cause a chemical reaction himself. The reaction is a simple oxidation. The user will expose the Sulfer to their fire chakra which causes the Sulfer to undergo a chemical reaction with oxygen and form Sulfur Dioxide. In this form the user manipulates the Sulfer Dioxide as if the element were wind based and will use their wind chakra to move the element. In this form, the user can use the Sulfur Dioxide to smoother fires.

The liquid form is similar to the gas form in that the user will again introduce a chemical reaction to the Sulfur, but it will not be the same. The user will first begin by combining the Sulfur with fire chakra but this time the user will look to created Sulfur Trioxide. This is the first step in the process. Then the use will add their water chakra to the Sulfur Trioxide and cause the chemical reaction to form Sulphuric Acid. The user will then use their water chakra to move the element. Since this form requires more steps than the other two forms, it requires more chakra. In this form, the user can use the Sulfuric Acid to attack earth based elements.

How it works: The solid form works the same way as the Crystal element, the gaseous form works the same way as any other wind element, and the liquid form works the same way as any other water based element. The only and huge difference is that Sulfur will have completely different properties. Even though the element requires different chakra costs for each form, the creation time of the element no matter what form is neglible and is the same as if were any other advanced element. The user never uses pure Sulfur as a gas and does not need to worry about being in a completely Sulfur atmosphere. The user will only use Sulfur Dioxide and will control with wind chakra so it does not affect him as well.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

Sulphur is a naturally occurring element, something which is found in numerous places in reality since its the tenth most abundant element on Earth. Its an essential component for life, is found at hot springs and is a natural product of volcanic eruptions. Sulphur is a necessary component of constituent of fats, body fluids, and skeletal minerals.

Hot Springs in Naruto have been displayed time and time again, providing a stronger case for the existence of sulphur.

Furthermore, the existence of Lava Release (Yoton) displayed by Mei Terumi proves the existence of volcanoes. After all, lava is simply magma outside of a volcano. Since sulphur is found as a product of volcanic eruptions further strengthens the case for the element's existence in the Narutoverse.

Volcanic eruptions have many products including: Lava, ash, smoke and pyroclastic flows. Pyroclastic flow are simply superheated, fast moving gases, which include small debris and hot grains of rock within them as a result of volcanic eruptions. Pyroclastic flow's main component is gaseous sulphur, which gives further evidence for the existence of the element.

How it works:
The element itself is a superheated plume of yellow smoke which carries miniscule deposits of hot rock within it. Sulfuron is created through simultaneously fusing wind, earth and fire chakra. The simultaneous use of these elements give it its ash-like consistency, its scorching heat and its gaseous state, forming pyroclastic sulphur. Pyroclastic sulphur is an extremely dense gas which's heat averages about 500 Degrees. Due to this it gains a distinct array of unique properties compared to other elements in the Narutoverse.

How the Element Looks

Sulfuron's properties make it capable of causing people/organic materials to undergo rapid petrifaction, by depositing small rocks in their pores whilst simultaneously heating them to blazing temperatures. As a result, the people struck by Sulfuron are turned into stone, by causing a layer of rock to form over their skin. The organic material in their skin/flesh is replaced with rocky deposits, leaving the struck person in a fossil-like state. Sulfuron's extreme pressure and scorching heat means this process happens within moments of coming into contact with the element, allowing for perfect fossilized replicas of the affected person/organic material.

Sulfuron is a highly advanced form of petrification. Due to its pyroclastic nature, the process is capable of happening immediately rather than an extended period of time. The heat and pressure of the element act as a blast furnace, the pressure causes the layer of rock to compact into the material's pores, whilst the heat hardens the layer, making it a permanent change.

Due to being an extremely condensed gas, Sulfuron is an extremely difficult medium to pass through. Projectiles moving through it almost instantly come to a stop, with the gas rapidly draining them of their momentum. Small objects such as kunai, shuriken, bullets, arrows would be stopped by even the lowest ranking of sulfuron techniques. Furthermore, Sulfuron's pyroclastic state means its capable of running across the ground at high speeds.

The main benefit provided by Sulfuron is its interaction with water-based elements. On contact, Sulfuron's heat causes the water source to vaporize almost instantly, causing steam explosions. Due to the intense heat of Sulfuron, this process happens within moments of coming into contact with water, making the element effectively capable of making large bodies of water to vanish within an instant. Steam explosions cause the remaining scalding water vapor and boiling hot water to be sprayed in all directions, effectively dissipating Suiton techniques and potentially causing recoil damage onto the opponent.

Furthermore, the user is capable of adjusting the density of Sulfuron much like Mei adjusts the acidity of her Boil Release mist. The density of Sulfuron can range from making it resemble a solid to making the gas lighter than air.

Sulfuron itself is a strong irritant when inhaled. It causes irritant lungs and wheezing, making it more difficult for the opponent to fight. However, inhalation of Sulfuron (due to being such a dense gas) is near impossible unless the opponent/user is breathing extremely heavily.

Sulfuron's heat makes it capable of melting through most materials, as well as demagnetizing the magnetic objects. The sheer heat of the element, causing disruptions in magnetic fields, resulting in permenant demagnetization of the affected objects. This renders anything which utilizes magnetic chakra to become useless.

Much like wind, Sulfron is a natural electrical insulator. Its extremely high electrical resistivity due to its temperature and pressure further this effect, making the element a perfect medium to shield Lightning-based elements. On other hand, due to its extremely flammable nature, it also becomes prone to ignition and being overpowered from Fire based elements. Sulfuron's nature means it strengthens per-existing flames, making it weak to fire-based elements. When aflame, sulfuron burns with a bright-yellow colour.

Due to its environmental polluting nature, Sulfuron can have many effects on the environment.

-When used on a large scale towards the sky, its possible for the element to create conditions for lightning storms (Kirin).

-The element is also capable of forming cyclones, tornadoes, hurricanes and other wind formations. The mixing of hot and cold air currents mean Sulfuron is capable of being manipulated into various wind formations such as these.

-On ecosystems themselves, the presence of sulphur allows the element to be used as a mass herbicide, killing plants/tree on a wide scale, resulting in desertification of the landscape.

✗ Declined: I already have a Pyroclastic Flow CJ and that's what you are actually making. You start talking about normal sulfur and then in fact only use its name to make a pyroclastic flow CE, which once got submitted a long time ago and removed defining it as a very bad CE example. This isn't really an element as you talk about hot gasses and rocks and whatnot, making this more a pseudo-element. Your own explanation of your proof for your sulfur and the CE you then start explaining aren't the same.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

In the manga, we have various Earth Style users and variations of earth based techniques, such as Gaara usage of sand, Gaaras fathers usage of magnetism release to control gold dust, the third Kazekage and his usage of Iron sand, and Jiga who was also able to rip metallic ore and rocks from his environment to make makeshift projectiles to overwhelm an opponent. He turned this ability on and off by slapping his stomach. There are many ways various ninja would use their chakra to utilize earth based techniques form their environment as a source for techniques which led me to look for earth based minerals to manipulate for the same purpose. I then stumbled upon Selenium. Its a nonmetal with intermediate properties of chalcogen elements tellurium and sulfur. Selenium in todays world is used for glass making and various pigments.

It exists in different allotropes, or variations through heating and cooling and is usually found in an amorphous red brick powder state. Amophous meaning without shape and lacking a crystalline structure. When heated, it forms the black, vitreous form, which is usually sold industrially as beads. The structure of black selenium is irregular and complex and consists of polymeric rings with up to 1000 atoms per ring. Black selenium is a brittle, lustrous solid that is slightly soluble in CS2. Upon heating, it softens at 50 °C and converts to gray selenium at 180 °C; the transformation temperature is reduced by presence of halogens and amines.

Nutritional sources of selenium
Selenium can come from nuts, cereals, meat, mushrooms, fish, and eggs. In descending order of concentration, high levels are also found in kidney, tuna, crab, and lobster.
The human body's content of selenium is believed to be in the 13–20 milligram range.

Certain species of plants are considered indicators of high selenium content of the soil, since they require high levels of selenium to thrive. How it works:

The user should be able to channel and manipulate selenium by using their Earth Chakra within the ground to gather enough minerals to form selenium techniques. Since selenium can come from the soil and plants, it shouldnt be very difficult to perform when gathering from an outside source. Selenium can be further manipulated in ones own body to be perform outwards attacks and create more of a useful source such as channeling selenium chakra into the air. It's a versitile nonmetal that can take various shapes and can withstand temperatures of close to 500 degrees before melting into a solid black amorphous state, and has a high boiling point 1,265 °F.

Fire: Starts to melt selenium and makes the affected portion harden to a black state which can cause problems if its momentum isnt stopped, the opponent can still be hit (when something like a projectile is coming towards them). Fire would cause the selenium to harden up and still protect the user.

✗ Declined: Apparently only has one weakness. Saying something like 'it stops it momentum, but does not get rid of the element' is an unnecessary comment. Does an earth jutsu get rid of a water jutsu? Secondly it's not clear which state you are using. It becomes black when heated, however that's not inherent to the CE itself. For that an external source is needed and you will not able to manipulate it afterwards as it's not part of the CE. Unless you want the black version, in which case the element should be based on earth+fire, but that you can't have the red one. You are very unclear on what kind of Selenium you actually want and in which state. For the record saying that you use a fire jutsu in a jutsu description to melt it is not allowed like that. Also that you extract substances from the ground itself that you can find in large quantities individually I can understand, but no extractions from things like plants or nuts or whatever. The human body mainly consists out of water, however that doesn't mean a water user can extract water from your body.

Fiber is a class of materials that are continuous filaments or are in discrete elongated pieces, similar to lengths of thread. A fiber can be an elongated tapering thick-walled plant cell that imparts elasticity, flexibility, and tensile strength. They occur and be gotten from plants and animals, in both cases, fibers hold tissues together.
There are diverse ways in which fibre can be used. They can be spun into filaments, multiple strong and elastic strings, or rope, and can be merged to form composite materials, or matted into sheets to make shields, objects and weapons.
Natural Fibres: Natural fibers are produced by plants, animals, and geological processes which are biodegradable over time.
Examples are:
1. Plant Fibre: this can be goten from leaves, roots, vegetables and even food.
2. Wood Fibre: These have their sources from trees and ground wood. They are extracted from wood pulps which is generally used to make materials such as paper, etc.
3. Animal fibre: This consist largely of particular proteins. Instances are silkworm silk, spider silk, sinew, catgut, wool, sea silk and hair such as cashmere, mohair and angora, fur such as sheepskin, rabbit, mink, fox, beaver, etc.
Also fibres can be got from micro organism that can be present in the soil.
Cellulose Fibres: Cellulose fibers are regenerated from natural cellulose. The cellulose comes from various sources. Modal is made from beech trees, bamboo fiber is a cellulose fiber made from bamboo, seacell is made from seaweed, etc.

How it works:
Fibre release can be used and channeled accordingly due to its properties.
Flexibility
Fibres can be formed through chakra or extracted from its various sources (plant, animal, wood, soil) and interwoven to form materials of any shape. Due to its flexibility, it won't have a constant shape as it can be bent in many ways.
Tensile Strenght and Elasticity Due to its high tensile strenght and elasticity, a firbre interwoven as a weapon can be stretched and can not be easily broken. Its strenght being a combination of lattice structures makes it more stronger than wood. And due to its elasticity, it can act as a good defense against cutting and piercing offences, however, it would succumb to constant and persistent offenses of such.
-Objects that are made of fibres can be reversed/split/disembled back to dormant fibres which can also act as firbre sources

✗ Declined: Not an element as there is nothing that really conforms with it. It's the same principle as saying you make a metal element. That's nothing more than a name to describe a large group of substances that have the same properties. It's the same with fibers, which you have shown yourself by explaining that there are different kinds of fibers. You didn't explain either how it actually works. You just said that you use your fiber chakra to get fibers out of nature, but you didn't even explain nor proof how you make that chakra nor if it's possible. It's not like there isn't any potential, but as it currently is you are far away of getting this approved as it's way too vague and too global. Not to mention you are trespassing on countless of other elements and CE.

Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context)
In the manga, threads, wires are seen used with weapons. Nylon, synthetic bags, special fibre clothings proves this to be true. Synthetic fibers are the result of extensive research by scientists to improve on naturally occurring animal and plant fibers thus bring us to the existence of plant and animal in Narutoworld also scientific researches are also seen done in Naruto.
Synthetic fibers are made from synthesized polymers or small molecules. The compounds that are used to make these fibers come from raw materials such as petroleum based chemicals which can be extracted from earth or petrochemicals also knowns as carbon compounds that are readily available also in the earth crust. These materials are polymerized into a long, linear chemical that bond two adjacent carbon atoms. Differing chemical compounds will be used to produce different types of fibers in this case I choose Nylon as a core subject. Although there are several different synthetic fibers, they generally have the same common properties.

How it works:
Unlike some elements in Naruto world, Synthetic Fibre has just two way mode of release and are all based on the idea of its several structural properties.

The user send his synthetic fibre chakra into the earth and extracts petrochemical minerals contained in it while converting them to synthetic fibres then he can mould them into anything he likes. synthetic fibres having extreme flexibility and elasticity with great tensile strenght can be easily mould into any shape without breaking. Percentages of petrochemicals (carbon compounds) are also contained in the surrounding air and aerosols, therefore synthetic fibres can also be made in lesser quantity compared to the ones extracted from beneath the earth. following the process as forming ice from thin air combining wind chakra with water/moisture contained in air, Materialising synthetic fibres from above the earth crust is not far fetched.

This follows differently from the Main release.
Smoke is as a result of petrochemcal waste therefore this can be taken advantage of. A Synthetic Fibre user may use surrounding petrochemical materials to create fibres. Examples of materials that can be harnessed are:
Smoke, Clothing, ozone(contain green-house gases which solely comprises of petrochemicals), Carbon compound chemicals, weapons made of synthetic materials.
As seen as of several cannon elements, Synthetic fibres can also be summoned through portals and likewise can be spewed from the mouth in a similar fashion to "Water Syrup Starch".

Earth: It is biodegradable therefore makes earth looses its bond.
Water: absorbs it to make it stronger.
Lightning: Its a natural insulator. Instead of piecing through it accumulates on the surface and can be of advantage to the user himself
Decay: they are naturally not prone to rot
Insect: they are resistant to insect and pest
Fungus: when they are dry, Synthetic fibre walls becomes unbreedable for fungi thus are impenetrable.
