American feminism is about superiority, not equality

If you want equality then you would take those things into account and work on true equality between genders instead of complaining about a wage gap which has proven to be false.
A female teacher once explained to me after studies that women generally earn less because they aren't as much in the high paying fields like say engineering (the number is increasing I believe) and I also from another source that women tend to work less hours due to say a new baby or family. I haven't researched this, so I can't say if it's true or not.

Yeah, I repeat, those aren't issues pertaining to feminism.

Unless you're in a med-long term relationship with someone and you two drink regularly, don't have *** if you're under the influence of alcohol. This goes for the female, as well. It's really that simple.

The only people who would be upset with this are the one's who go out to bars and try to get some ass for a night.

Could it possibly be exploited? Yes. Is it entirely fair under every circumstance? No. But that isn't the issue..

The issue is, something needs to be done so that a common issue (rape) is no longer common. I believe this is moving in the right direction.

And for the sexist assholes who believe rape is more commonly misconstrued than it is accurately accused, **** outta here.

I didn't say feminism was the cause of those things, that was never my argument. My point was you keep going on and on with this equality bullshit yet you can't say shit when there are actual problems that need to be solved for true equality to happen.

The problem with 95% f males being homeless isn't that 95% of males is homeless, but that there are people who are homeless period. Put 2 and 2 together for the rest of what you said to understand the flaw in what you're saying.

Equality and feminist issues are defined by those that are caused by basis of gender. 95% of men aren't homeless because they're men, that's just a correlation.

Then figure out why 95% of homeless are men then, what is it about the culture and society that creates so many outcasts who are men?

That's an economical issue, not feminist.

If we're both under the inluence of alcohol, according to this law I don't have enough bodily control to choose whether or not to have ***. How can I be expected to control my actions while drinking, but not my partner?

It's your responsibility not to get that drunk. The same way it's your responsibility to not get so drunk you hit someone while driving.

Don't get drunk at public/private outings with people you don't know because it could land you in jail..?

Sucks. But it's 100% preventable.

Nope, but if they have *** with you in that state, you can file rape charges. I never denied you have a responsibility for what you put into your body, I said that you do. That however doesn't mean you being raped is justified.

The woman is responsible for what she puts in her body, but that doesn't give anyone the right to take advantage of that. Look at it this way: If someone walks into a dark alleyway by themselves late at night and get murdered, the murderer will receive due punishment even though that person failed to meet their responsibility of keeping themselves out of a dangerous spot. The same applies for a woman who got drunk and was then raped.

And yes, you can rape your drunk girlfriend. Someone dating you doesn't mean you now get a free pass at their body, you still need consent. Chances are, she won't file rape charges if you're already having consensual ***, but she still has the right to.

You heavily implied earlier that women shouldn't have responsibility about what they put in their bodies. I'm not arguing that if a girl gets really drunk, you should just pounce on her. But if you have also been drinking, then you shoudn't be held acountable for having what you legitametly thought was consensual ***. As for the whole don't get drunk in public thing, maybe we should ban the sale of alcohol then, that would totally prevent *****es from getting date raped.

I explicitly said the exact same thing I said in that post earlier. Your memory is horribly failing you.

You can be though. If you can be held accountable for murdering someone while drunk, the same applies for rape, just not as clear-cut.

No, simply stop serving people drinks when you see them getting drunk and stop getting drunk. The solution isn't ban alcohol, but to not be stupid when you drink and get lose-your-mind drunk.

So you can be held accountable for murder, but you can't give a yes? makes sense. You seem to be operating under the assumption that under no means no, you could legally **** a passed out chick. It's still illegal either way and perverts are still gonna do it. The only difference is now you can nail innocent dudes to the wall in the name of getting a higher conviction rate

You could do that with no means no too.

Your drunk (and probably hypothetical) girlfriend isn't going to accuse you of rape given that you two would've probably had consensual, sober *** already.

Of course, this problem is 100% avoidable. Said this twice now..

This just further confirms feminist bullshit. Good job exposing yourselves.
