No it doesn't. The Yes Means Yes law basically says that consent must be explicit. If someone is unconscious, asleep, incapitated by drugs, or are unable to communicate with you for whatever reason, then consent cannot be given. Therefore, having *** with someone under these conditions means raping them.
Now you have guys like SlimReaper and ShadowShadow Slayer who are actually upset because the definition and standards of rape is less vague in the law. Disgusting.
And here you have someone who believes if you've begun to have *** with someone, and they ask you to stop or that they no longer want it, you can tell them to shut up and keep going. The fact that the concept that someone can take back consent and has the right to stop having *** if they want is a negative thing to you makes you a very disgusting person.
Also, it doesn't mean you have to keep getting consent. It means if you get consent, but the person says they would want to stop before or during the sexual acts, you have to stop.
