(Hokuto Shin Ken) - Big Dipper God Fist

Background:During Ancient times there was a secret art passed down by an clan unknown to most of the Ninja world. That clan was the Hokuto clan. The way the story is told, In the Village Hidden under the Moon, The Hokuto clan practiced an art once so forbidden, it was allowed only 1 successor per generation. The original forms of Hokuto Shin Ken were lost, but they are said to contain techniques where which by channeling one's energy into a single blow and striking one of the 708 Keiraku Hikō Hidden Meridian Points in the human body, they could cause victim's to explode, be controlled involuntarily or otherwise incapacitated. It could also be used to heal certain physical and psychological wounds, such as restoring a person's voice, eyesight or memories, though the main purpose of Hokuto Shin Ken was/is assassination. For 1800 years, 1 successor per generation would chose the most worthy of his students to receive the title of "Fist of the Northstar". Due to the deadliness of it's original form, Hokuto Shin Ken could only have one successor per generation according to the art's law. Students who were not chosen to inherit the succession were to renounce the style voluntarily or risk having their memories erased or their fists crushed rendering their jutsu useless. This is due to the extreme consequences of the style being held by one who is evil at heart. This rule would lead to the demise of all the Hokuto clan except one...the one who would be chosen by Ryuken, the previous successor and his adoptive father, as the true Fist of the Northstar! His name was Kenshiro, the youngest of the four fated Hokuto brothers. The 4 brother consisted of Raoh, Toki, Jagi, and Kenshiro. The eldest of the four Hokuto brothers was Raoh. Raoh was known as "Roah the conqueror" and takes the mantle of Ken-oh, or 'Fist King', after being rejected as the successor to Hokuto Shin Ken. Toki was the second of the four Hokuto brothers. He was a pacifist who seeked to use Hokuto Shinken as a healing art, and forfeited his bid for Fist due to illness. Toki's self-made technique, Hokuto Ujoken Jutsu (North Star Humane Fist Technique), was said to be a jutsu that was capable of healing or destroying that which it is used on. Jagi was the third of the four Hokuto brothers. Deceptive and evil, Jagi would stop at nothing to win and frequently cheated during battle. He never really mastered Hokuto Shin Ken, relying on his sly tricks to finish off most of his opponents. And finally there was Kenshiro. Kenshiro was the youngest of the four Hokuto brothers and the chosen successor of Hokuto Shin Ken. They were raised by the previous Fist, Ryuken. The previous successor to the Hokuto Shin Ken style, Ryuken was the sifu who adopted and trained Raoh, Toki, Jagi, and Kenshiro in the Hokuto Shin Ken style. After he chose Kenshiro as his successor, he was slain by Raoh in a fit of jealous rage, a feat made possible by chance; he suffered a stroke at the moment he was about to seal Raoh's fist. Roah left bent on taking the title from Kenshiro by force.
As Kenshiro traveled the Hidden Moon Village unaware of Ryuken, he was ambushed by his other brother Jagi. Jagi had taken to calling himself The Fist and was causing trouble in different villages and in Kenshiro's name. During their brief scuffle, Kenshiro was said to have hit a meridian point that made the hair on Jagi's head burst off as his head began to swell, and the veins on his head began to budge until a few of the veins burst thru the skin, shooting blood like a out of control fire hose. Though limited in his knowledge of Hokuto Shin Ken, Jagi is able to hit counter meridian points, stopping the attack before his head were to explode. As Kenshiro goes to leave his brother alive, he is stopped in his tracks by the news that Roah has killed their Sensai and was coming for him, while also taking credit for egging on Roah's jealousy of Kenshiro position. Unfortunately for Jagi, this news turns Kenshiro's warm heart cold and merciless, and after unleashing one of Hokuto Shin Ken's most forbidden taijutsu's, Jagi's head begins to swell, and as his head explodes he was still cursing Ken's name.
Now aware of Roah's true intention's and with a blood lust for vengeance, Ken seeks out Raoh who was amassing an army of ninja in an attempt to overthrow the Village heads and start his quest for world domination. Fighting his way thru hundreds of ninja's, Kenshiro reached Roah. Roah, mounted on a steed and clad in armor fit for a King, tells Kenshiro how he believed he should have been chosen as successor, and laughed while he said that he killed their "old man" for being so foolish as to choose a weakling like Ken as the Fist as the Northstar. Kenshiro couldn't take no more, and his anger exploded into a violent rage, his chakra could be seen glowing in his eyes. Raoh, being arrogant, begins the fight still sitting on his horse, who soon becomes a victim of Ken's new merciless nature. After an hour of fighting hand to hand, mostly chakra enhanced taijutsu, Raoh had fallen.

Kenshiro, now battered and bloody, drops to one knee next to Roah, who smiles at Kenshiro and expresses his regret for killing their father, and that he knew Kenshiro was truly worthy now. As Roah died, so did a lot of Kenshiro's rage, and at Ryuken's grave, he decided that the bloody cycle created by Hokuto Shin Ken's "1 successor per generation" rule must be changed.
He then decided that the forbidden techniques would remain limited to who they were taught, if he ever decided to even do teach them. He took his teachings and created a new form of the Big Dipper God Fist. Using his knowledge of Genjutsu as well as Ninjutsu and Taijutsu, he was able to replace attacks that would have made an enemies explode from within, with a less lethal taijutsu attack that induces a minute genjutsu that shows them the image of themselves exploding while he quickly went for a strike. Instances of this went across all his techniques, and he spent many years refining it before even beginning to teach it himself. He destroyed the Hidden Scrolls so that no one could ever learn the true form of Hokuto Shin Ken, thus saving future generations from the fate of he and his brothers.
Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:As with many Chinese Martial Arts, there is a soft style, which depends on accuracy and agility, and a hard style, which relies on brute power to annihilate targets. The inner workings of Hokuto Shin Ken's true nature is something akin to the Hiyuga clan, in that chakra is channeled from one person to another along meridian points that control chakra flow to other area's of the body. For example, striking a meridian point on the arm may be connected to brain functionality, and so on. Striking different parts of the body, and infusing ones own chakra into the body was capable of controlling ones actions, and internal workings. The hard style was too brutal for anyone to wield, using Hokuto Shin Ken to tap into the body's dormant 70% of untapped strength, allowing for mind bending feats of strength and conditioning. Using the hard style, Kenshiro was shown Splitting a skyscraper in 2 simply by punching it, and hardening his skin to the point of taking no harm as said building collapsed on him. Knowing that his style would be what the outsiders called "DNR'd" if he continued the style in it's original forms, Kenshiro spent years developing a new Hard and Soft style of Hokuto Shin Ken. The Hard style called for attacking straight thru others' attacks, taking collateral damage in order to successfully land a blow. By hardening ones mind and spirit, he is able to take attacks that would have stopped his attacks from landing in stride, continuing his attack like nothing had happened, though, when the battle was over and the adrenaline rush stops, the user would feel every attack that landed on them. Kenshiro changed the hard style from being almost invulnerable to attacks, to simply being mentally tough enough to fight thru attacks despite being attacked simultaneously. Thru this, he was able to fight thru D rank Elemental defenses and withstand C rank Taijutsu, still following thru with his attacks despite being defended, though he would still take damage from said attack which could also include death if the defense were to hit a vital organ. His new version of The Soft style consisted of attacks and defenses that that initiate minute genjutsu illusions during attacking/defending, momentary fluctuations of the enemies chakra network making them see what he wanted them to see. When he would go to kick or punch someone high, he could make the enemy see his body moving in a motion of a low attack, making the enemy defend the wrong area of their body. When throwing a fury of punches, he could make the enemy see 100 fist raging at them when in reality, it was only a hand full of blows that were delivered. He could also, in some instances, make the enemy see him dodge differently than he did, making them believe for a second that their attack had landed as he counter attacks from a different location. All the illusions created from his style were momentary, none were long lasting genjutsu's, and most wore off as soon as his attacks ended without the enemy needing to deduce they were in a genjutsu.

Description: The user begins by performing the Heaven's breaking stance form, the user is able to enter Muso Tensai. Once considered the ultimate form of Hokuto Shin Ken, the Nil-Thought Rebirth is learn-able only by one who has know infinite sadness, and allows the user to achieve a conscious state of "nothingness" and to connect with the souls of fallen rivals and comrades, making them appear impervious to physical attacks (C rank and below with-in reason), though the damage will still be taken, the user can battle thru the pain as if they were never attacked (Though attacks to vital points would still kill). In addition, one gains heightened reflexes for a short period, and can on instinct alone, feign out of the way or parry an incoming attack
~Notes~
-Can only be used once per battle
-dodging follows substitution rules, and will end the jutsu if used
-effects last 3 turns, 4 for one who has mastered Hokuto Shin Ken
-After effects wear off, the user will feel the pain from whatever attacks occurred to them while in the state of Musō Tensei

(Hokuto Shin Ken - Himitsu no tekunikku: Tenha Kassatsu) Big Dipper God Fist - Secret Technique: Heaven's Impalement

Description: Considered one of the Ultimate moves of Hokuto, Tenha Kassatsu rescues the user from peril without having to touch the opponent. By focusing raw chakra to the users fists, they are able to thrust forwards with both hands quickly, four fingers pointed outwards in a square on one hand and 3 fingers at an angle on the other, forming the shape of the Big Dipper constellation. Upon thrusting the hands forwards, seven bullets shaped bursts of raw chakra will shoot outwards in a tight grouping towards the enemy, capable of piercing straight thru the enemy and damaging whatever is behind them.

-Can only be used twice per battle, with a 1 turn cool down

(Fuuton: Arashi Ken) Wind Style: Ravaging Sphere
Type: Offense
Rank: S

Description:The user weaves the ram hand seal, and then puts his hands together and then opens them up forming a raging sphere of howling wind as he holds it. The user then launches it, and as the sphere travels it gets bigger in a matter seconds (2 meters in diameter). Resulting in an ball of hurricane winds, trampling and shredding everything in its path to the enemy. Once it reaches the enemy, there are immediately trapped in a sphere of slashing winds. The enemy is continuously slashed and spun around from every angle while being carried all the way to long range. As soon as they enter long range, the enemy is continually slashed while being lifted off the ground where the sphere dissipates leaving the enemy to fall back to the ground with deep slash wounds.

(Youkai Supa-ku) Phantom Sparks

Description: A special ninja tool created from the hardest metal, in the shape of a diamond crystal, two inches in thickness and 3 inches in length. These sharp pendulums are attached to a thick wire and with high conductivity wire mechanism that is worn on the wrist and forearm. The user wears two of these mechanisms, one on each arm. The user channels their lightning chakra through the mechanism to be able to launch the pendulums; the wire can reach up to mid-range. And using the lightning chakra the pendulums are very fast and are extremely maneuverable being able to launch faster than one can throw a kunai/shuriken and can make complex turns on a dime, zig zag, and can retract back to the mechanism as fast as they are launched. The user can be recognized that they are using the pendulums, because when channeling their lightning chakra sparks can be seen flashing around the users body. The pendulums vibrate due to the lightning chakra and can easily pierce the human body and rocks, or cut it if the user wishes by correctly angling the pendulum such as turning it the right way when shot.

(Katon/Doton: Kashou Ten) Fire/Earth Style: Ignite Heaven

Description: The user focus their fire chakra in preparation for a jutsu on a massive scale, making the Tiger handseal then clapping their hands together. Focusing their chakra in the air in the shape of spheres that are scattered across the sky (long range above ground) as far as the eye can see, 2 inches apart in spaces. The user then uses their doton chakra to raise the earth in chunks (to the spheres long range above ground, the each are 5 meters in diameter and raise wherever the enemy steps.) to meet the spheres in the sky wherever the enemy is standing, while the user stands normally on the ground. When the enemy is a meter or less away from any of sphere they will explode violently that then trigger the rest of spheres in a wide array of fire that will light the sky in red flames. That also results also in falling fire cinders that could easily incinerate the enemy, and destroy all the platforms of raised earth. Only leaving rubble everywhere.
-After use the user cannot use Earth or Fire techniques above A rank
-The formation of spheres happen first and then the platforms start to rise
-Can only be used once
-Can only be taught by Abon

It may be just me, but I see this as more of a CW at the moment. All of your description is on special gloves and the one technique you state is simply the passive activation of them. If you can give other, viable techniques it may seem more feasible as a CFS. Also: "If used against Kekki Genkai users, the rank of the technique is doubled" is troubling; it's way too much and doesn't make sense. Did you mean dōjutsu users (Sharingan, etc)? There's a huge difference when you just state KG, which includes all the elemental releases like ice, lava, wood, etc. As it stands, you're basically doubling the power of any genjutsu towards like 90%+ of the RP community with no drawbacks whatsoever and no real chakra loss.​

I also thought that I should make it a CW, however, let's see what it will do as a CFS. And omg, thanks bro, I don't know how I missed that. I was so focused that I don't miss anything, that I type different stuff. xD I meant Dojutsus.

Well, it would be easier if it was elemental, it could petrify, shock, burn, etc. As for chakra alone, maybe we could develop something along those lines. Like chakra suddenly pushes or pulls, say, a leg, and unbalances your opponent. I don't think you'll get a great chakra output from chakra alone, in fact, I'd advise you to make the technique supplementary (without damage points). Another idea could be to work with the attraction/repel forces of chakra (Like Tree Walking, Water Walking, etc), making your chakra act sort of like a glue. Imagine you touch the calf. You could then have the traces of chakra move towards the inner leg and then, when the trigger happens (handseal, time, etc), it sticks on leg to the other. If we go by that, we could also add the repel side of the chakra and have it work similarily to what you described (again, no damage, I'd suggest), so, for example, you place it on the back of the opponent, and then it pushes him forward, into the ground.
So I was thinking of making a couple CJ that revolve around touching your opponent in CQC, leaving traces of your chakra behind, which results in a delayed reaction type of attack. Let's see what we got.

Description: When in close quarters combat, the user would make contact with the opponent by either punching/kicking/touching, and insert some of their chakra into them. The chakra would either have katon, suiton, doton, raiton, or fuuton natures to it. This chakra would then lay dormant in the area where the user touched them until the user weaves the bird hand seal. Depending on the chakra nature, the opponent could have multiple things happen to them.

Katon - After the chakra is "activated", the opponent would start feelings burns wherever the dormant chakra lays. The burns would be about third degree, causing intense damage.

Suiton - After the chakra is "activated", the opponent would start feeling a dampness on the spot where the dormant chakra lays. Suddenly, a single water tendril will shoot out of their body, causing damage.

Doton - After the chakra is "activated", the opponent would become petrified where the dormant chakra lays, being unable to move for one turn due to the immense weight they are under, which would also hurt their joints.

Raiton - After the chakra is "activated", the opponent would start feeling the shocks wherever the dormant chakra lays. The shocks would paralyze the opponent for a turn, as well as injure him.

Fuuton - After the chakra is "activated", the opponent would start feeling incisions wherever the dormant chakra lays. The cuts would severely damage the opponent and the opponent would start loosing a lot of blood.

Note: Chakra must be activated within three turns of applying.
Note: Can only be used three times per match.
Note: Can only be taught by Penguin.

He destroyed the Hidden Scrolls so that no one could ever learn the true form of Hokuto Shin Ken, thus saving future generations from the fate of he and his brothers.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:As with many Chinese Martial Arts, there is a soft style, which depends on accuracy and agility, and a hard style, which relies on brute power to annihilate targets. The inner workings of Hokuto Shin Ken's true nature is something akin to the Hiyuga clan, in that chakra is channeled from one person to another along meridian points that control chakra flow to other area's of the body. For example, striking a meridian point on the arm may be connected to brain functionality, and so on. Striking different parts of the body, and infusing ones own chakra into the body was capable of controlling ones actions, and internal workings. The hard style was too brutal for anyone to wield, using Hokuto Shin Ken to tap into the body's dormant 70% of untapped strength, allowing for mind bending feats of strength and conditioning. Using the hard style, Kenshiro was shown Splitting a skyscraper in 2 simply by punching it, and hardening his skin to the point of taking no harm as said building collapsed on him. Knowing that his style would be what the outsiders called "DNR'd" if he continued the style in it's original forms, Kenshiro spent years developing a new Hard and Soft style of Hokuto Shin Ken. The Hard style called for attacking straight thru others' attacks, taking collateral damage in order to successfully land a blow. By hardening ones mind and spirit, he is able to take attacks that would have stopped his attacks from landing in stride, continuing his attack like nothing had happened, though, when the battle was over and the adrenaline rush stops, the user would feel every attack that landed on them. Kenshiro changed the hard style from being almost invulnerable to attacks, to simply being mentally tough enough to fight thru attacks despite being attacked simultaneously. Thru this, he was able to fight thru C rank Elemental defenses and withstand C rank Taijutsu, still following thru with his attacks despite being defended, though he would still take damage from said attack which could also include death if the defense were to hit a vital organ. His new version of The Soft style consisted of attacks and defenses that that initiate genjutsu illusions before attacking/defending, momentary fluctuations of the enemies chakra network making them see what he wanted them to see. When he would go to kick or punch someone high, he could make the enemy see his body moving in a motion of a low attack, making the enemy defend the wrong area of their body. When throwing a fury of punches, he could make the enemy see 100 fist raging at them when in reality, it was only a hand full of blows that were delivered. He could also, in some instances, make the enemy see him dodge differently than he did, making them believe for a second that their attack had landed as he counter attacks from a different location. All the illusions created from his style were momentary, none were long lasting genjutsu's, and most wore off as soon as his attacks ended without the enemy needing to deduce they were in a genjutsu.

Once considered the ultimate form of Hokuto Shin Ken, the Nil-Thought Rebirth is learn-able only by one who has known infinite sadness, to connect with the souls of fallen rivals and comrades, helping them to achieve a conscious state of "nothingness", making them appear impervious to physical attacks (C rank and below with-in reason), though the damage will still be taken, the user can battle thru the pain as if they were never attacked (Though attacks to vital points would still kill). In addition, one gains heightened reflexes for a short period, and can, on instinct alone, feign out of the way or parry an incoming attack
~Notes~
-Can only be used once per battle
-Because of the connection to the souls of fallen rivals and comrades, customs created by others and taught to the user gain a +5 damage, customs created by the user do not gain the bonus
-dodging follows substitution rules, and will end the jutsu if used
-effects last 3 turns, 4 for one who has mastered Hokuto Shin Ken
-After effects wear off, the user will feel the pain from whatever attacks occurred to them while in the state of Musō Tensei

Description: Considered one of the Ultimate defenses of Hokuto, Tenha Kassatsu rescues the user from peril without having to touch the opponent. By focusing raw chakra to the users fists, they are able to thrust forwards with both hands quickly, four fingers pointed outwards in a square on one hand and 3 fingers at an angle on the other, forming the shape of the Big Dipper constellation. Upon thrusting the hands forwards, seven bullets shaped bursts of raw chakra will shoot outwards in a tight grouping towards the enemy, capable of piercing straight thru the enemy, sending them flying backwards

( Koyōte Genjutsu: Hantaa no Dansu) Coyote Illusion Technique: Dance of the Hunters

Description: The user will perform three handseals, including a special seal known as Coyote seal, which a special one hand seal only known to Coyote signers. Afterwards, the user will channel his chakra into the brain of the user, causing him to fall into a Genjutsu. The target will start to experience a fear of canines, which is commonly known as Cynophobia. As the illusion starts, the target will become surrounded by a pack of seven Coyotes, each circling the target. Each Coyote will unleash a howl which will cause the target to cower as they experience Cynophobia. The coyotes will then proceed to attack the target, biting him/her on several joints of their body, causing the target to panic to the point they pass out from the pain felt in the illusion. In reality the target is shaking in fear and unable to move until the duration of the illusion comes to an end or if broken prior to this. After passing out in the illusion, the target will snap back into reality and would find themselves on the ground due to loosing composure.
-Requires being a Coyote Signer
- Can be used 4 times per battle

(Hokuto Shin Ken) - Big Dipper God Fist

Background:During Ancient times there was a secret art passed down by an clan unknown to most of the Ninja world. That clan was the Hokuto clan. The way the story is told, In the Village Hidden under the Moon, The Hokuto clan practiced an art once so forbidden, it was allowed only 1 successor per generation. The original forms of Hokuto Shin Ken were lost, but they are said to contain techniques where which by channeling one's energy into a single blow and striking one of the 708 Keiraku Hikō Hidden Meridian Points in the human body, they could cause victim's to explode, be controlled involuntarily or otherwise incapacitated. It could also be used to heal certain physical and psychological wounds, such as restoring a person's voice, eyesight or memories, though the main purpose of Hokuto Shin Ken was/is assassination. For 1800 years, 1 successor per generation would chose the most worthy of his students to receive the title of "Fist of the Northstar". Due to the deadliness of it's original form, Hokuto Shin Ken could only have one successor per generation according to the art's law. Students who were not chosen to inherit the succession were to renounce the style voluntarily or risk having their memories erased or their fists crushed rendering their jutsu useless. This is due to the extreme consequences of the style being held by one who is evil at heart. This rule would lead to the demise of all the Hokuto clan except one...the one who would be chosen by Ryuken, the previous successor and his adoptive father, as the true Fist of the Northstar! His name was Kenshiro, the youngest of the four fated Hokuto brothers. The 4 brother consisted of Raoh, Toki, Jagi, and Kenshiro. The eldest of the four Hokuto brothers was Raoh. Raoh was known as "Roah the conqueror" and takes the mantle of Ken-oh, or 'Fist King', after being rejected as the successor to Hokuto Shin Ken. Toki was the second of the four Hokuto brothers. He was a pacifist who seeked to use Hokuto Shinken as a healing art, and forfeited his bid for Fist due to illness. Toki's self-made technique, Hokuto Ujoken Jutsu (North Star Humane Fist Technique), was said to be a jutsu that was capable of healing or destroying that which it is used on. Jagi was the third of the four Hokuto brothers. Deceptive and evil, Jagi would stop at nothing to win and frequently cheated during battle. He never really mastered Hokuto Shin Ken, relying on his sly tricks to finish off most of his opponents. And finally there was Kenshiro. Kenshiro was the youngest of the four Hokuto brothers and the chosen successor of Hokuto Shin Ken. They were raised by the previous Fist, Ryuken. The previous successor to the Hokuto Shin Ken style, Ryuken was the sifu who adopted and trained Raoh, Toki, Jagi, and Kenshiro in the Hokuto Shin Ken style. After he chose Kenshiro as his successor, he was slain by Raoh in a fit of jealous rage, a feat made possible by chance; he suffered a stroke at the moment he was about to seal Raoh's fist. Roah left bent on taking the title from Kenshiro by force.
As Kenshiro traveled the Hidden Moon Village unaware of Ryuken, he was ambushed by his other brother Jagi. Jagi had taken to calling himself The Fist and was causing trouble in different villages and in Kenshiro's name. During their brief scuffle, Kenshiro was said to have hit a meridian point that made the hair on Jagi's head burst off as his head began to swell, and the veins on his head began to budge until a few of the veins burst thru the skin, shooting blood like a out of control fire hose. Though limited in his knowledge of Hokuto Shin Ken, Jagi is able to hit counter meridian points, stopping the attack before his head were to explode. As Kenshiro goes to leave his brother alive, he is stopped in his tracks by the news that Roah has killed their Sensai and was coming for him, while also taking credit for egging on Roah's jealousy of Kenshiro position. Unfortunately for Jagi, this news turns Kenshiro's warm heart cold and merciless, and after unleashing one of Hokuto Shin Ken's most forbidden taijutsu's, Jagi's head begins to swell, and as his head explodes he was still cursing Ken's name.
Now aware of Roah's true intention's and with a blood lust for vengeance, Ken seeks out Raoh who was amassing an army of ninja in an attempt to overthrow the Village heads and start his quest for world domination. Fighting his way thru hundreds of ninja's, Kenshiro reached Roah. Roah, mounted on a steed and clad in armor fit for a King, tells Kenshiro how he believed he should have been chosen as successor, and laughed while he said that he killed their "old man" for being so foolish as to choose a weakling like Ken as the Fist as the Northstar. Kenshiro couldn't take no more, and his anger exploded into a violent rage, his chakra could be seen glowing in his eyes. Raoh, being arrogant, begins the fight still sitting on his horse, who soon becomes a victim of Ken's new merciless nature. After an hour of fighting hand to hand, mostly chakra enhanced taijutsu, Raoh had fallen.

Kenshiro, now battered and bloody, drops to one knee next to Roah, who smiles at Kenshiro and expresses his regret for killing their father, and that he knew Kenshiro was truly worthy now. As Roah died, so did a lot of Kenshiro's rage, and at Ryuken's grave, he decided that the bloody cycle created by Hokuto Shin Ken's "1 successor per generation" rule must be changed.
He then decided that the forbidden techniques would remain limited to who they were taught, if he ever decided to even do teach them. He took his teachings and created a new form of the Big Dipper God Fist. Using his knowledge of Genjutsu as well as Ninjutsu and Taijutsu, he was able to replace attacks that would have made an enemies explode from within, with a less lethal taijutsu attack that induces a minute genjutsu that shows them the image of themselves exploding while he quickly went for a strike. I would personally fix the chakra cost or even better, make it an A-rank that can reach up to mid range. The special hand seal might not fly with the cj checkers. Other than that, sounds neat.

<.< The seal shouldnt be a problem, in naruto exists many nations that use different handseals from the standard ones. I only notice the chakra cost but i was intending on making it A but i think its mostly a B due to it not doing damage

Really? Well that would suck xD. As for your genjutsu, I like it and I think I saw someone else that had one that caused a particular fear so i dont see why it wouldnt work. I tried to make a genjutsu exclusive to kamizuru using the bee's but was met with declines both times myself though

Description: User will upon performance of two hand seals create a portal above opponent,high into the sky similar to one which is formed whilst performing (Doton: Otoshibuta) – Earth Release: Dropping Lid. This portal is up to 15 meters long and thus covers quite a big of an area. As the portal is formed above opponent uncountable number of paper sheets will start to fall down. These paper sheets are all molded into snowflakes which will rain down onto the opponent as well as the area portal covers. Paper sheets which are falling down onto the opponent can be used for performance of other techniques although this particular technique also allows manipulation of paper as to make damage to opponent.

Using this technique user can also make paper sheets change their shape into needles,shurikens,arrows and similar with which they can attack/impale opponent. Although not all of the paper sheets will change their shape but only the one user desires to. This ability is of C rank and changing shape of a paper sheets takes merely a blink of an eye and can be done behind and/or around opponent. As the amount of paper sheets changing their shape increases their singular power decreases.

User can at her will make paper sheet merge as to create a sharp spear or similar objects as to attack opponent. The spear only travels into a straight line and thus makes it much easier to defend from. This ability counts as a move and is of B rank.

Using paper sheets which are falling onto the opponent,user can make them attach onto the opponent and thus make opponent's movement harder. Because paper sheets become attached to the opponent,user can manipulate them as to perform other techniques directly onto the opponent as well as use that paper to crush the opponent. This ability is of A rank and counts as a move.

Using paper sheets which are falling onto the ground, user can make use of them as to create spikes onto the ground directly beneath opponent as well as around him as to unable him to stand on it. This ability is of A rank and can only be used once per match.

Note: Paper sheets left on the ground after this technique is completely finished can be used afterward until they are completely destroyed.
Note: Paper sheets formed upon performance of this technique can be used as to perform other paper ninjutsu techniques.
Note: Portal can stay active on terrain up to 4 turns and this portal can only be used twice per battle but has to have one move cool down before it can be used again.
Note: Activation of this technique costs 40 chakra and keeping it active every move will cost user 5, but using other abilities of this technique will cost as a move and amount of chakra that will be taken off from user will depend on rank of the ability.
