Wow ok then so now i concentrate on the chakra flow through my body now releasing the suiton chkra from the pits of my stomach i start spreading it thorughout my body and into all the organs of my body understanding the molecular structure of all these body parts once my analysis is complete i now cause the organs and my entire body to change its molecular structure to replicate that of water as i do this i get the feeling of me melting away and then all i know is i am staring sempai from the ground as though there were a lid

Well this jutsu could be used to turn the terrain to ones own advantage since no water source is required for this jutsu also u can counter against Katon attacks.....
and the normal usage for offensive purposes i think also to make wind water combos perhaps??

and now realsing my suiton chakra into the air i cause it to mix it with the moisture in the air causing it to get heavier and then condense into water i direct this water towards my opponent now!

So now i move towards the lake and as i do so i start channeling suiton chakra in front of my body and as i move into this water i use this suiton chakra to deviate the water currents moving against me and develop water currents that would aid my propulsion in the direction i desire i reappear on the other side of the lake
