Simply release water out of your palm you immediatly uses Shape Manipulating on creating a Sword in your Hand, make it steady so it just doesn't collapse in your hands and becomes a puddle on the ground.

Ok so now i channel the Suiton chakra into the palm of my right hand and then release the suiton chakra through the palm of my right hand and then immediately i use the shape manipulation to control the shape of the water and avoid it being spilled also i take the shape manipulation a step further and shape the water into a sword!

Ok so now as i swing this sword around it splats on my hands .. so now i again make this sword this time i concentrate on making the watery edge of the sword sharper by making it finer also i now try swinging the sword around this time concentrating really hard to maintain its shape so when i am successful i move towards the wooden board and then cutting the board down into pieces...
