Acknowledgement on the dangers of Gale Palm

2. Mitsuki and Boruto both using Gale Palm to boost Sarada's speed, so that they could take down a shinobi who probably was a higher rank than them, since they all acknowledged that they needed team work to defeat him.

I think it's fair to assume that Gale Palm is pretty dangerous, no?

When Team Konohamaru were discussing their flaws in comparison with each other's strengths, why do people assume that Sarada could even react to the same attack Shizuma and the ninja they took down earlier?

I mean no disrespect but it seems like a huge downplaying.

Gale palm is a c rank jutsu if I'm not mistaken. It's Nagato's jutsu taught to him by Jiraiya sensei. It's only been applied via hands in Boruto.

When Sarada made the statement she was thinking of Mitsuki and we know Mitsuki's blitz speed is above everybody's.


A staionary opponent doesn't suffer from tunnel vision and can react to a faster opponent. With the Sharingan's provided edge/ clarity and perception evasion becomes even easier so it's not really an issue for her to deal with such an attack speed boost.

The best example to explain this that I can think of is Sasuke vs Haku who was using demonic ice mirrors. The sharingan amped his perception speed to another level so he could react to overwhelming speed.

Not just speed, but the Gale Palm itself I feel like it's too dangerous for ninjas on Boruto's league.

It literally made Boruto speed to that of someone two ranks higher than him (he was an Academy student), and Mitsuki/Boruto's Gale Palm combination made Sarada knock out a possible Chunin or Special Jonin rank?

This technique is super hacked.

How you gonna use something we learned today to ask why people said it before. Noone ever saw Sarada handle speed in the past, it was just assumed her precog would suffice. Today we learned that this isn't the case yet.

Sarada can become fast if she cared. I hope they don't leave her slower because of CES threat.

She has raiton and can use body flickr if she wanted.. i hope this isn't ignored by authors

Boruto doesn't move that fast outside of this(as seen in the manga) and so it's hard to say fight wise how it would play but if this was coming at her she would get hit until proven otherwise

That's what I'm thinking. But it more than that, because speed itself is a hard counter if your not capable of reacting to it.

Mitsuki doesn't have a "speed blitz" outside of Sage Mode, which she knows nothing about.

Mitsuki was having a hard time with Shizuma in his base, whereas Boruto with Gale Palm took him out.

This is minus its other feats. The point of the thread is acknowledging the dangers of Gale Palm as a whole.

The second part of the thread is acknowledging that there are very limited number of Boruto's peers who could react to this speed if it was utilized against them.
