Also, CoA provides fire resistance since Luffy didn't even show any signs of pain when he used Red Hawk. Entei could only cover 1/4 of a very small island. They more or less have the same destructive power.

Just weighing in for a bit because we wouldn't want you to be factually wrong, would we? ... Entei is pretty much instant judging by the manga

Ace was a Logia, so in Paradise he didn't need to learn Haki since no one could beat him there. Shortly after he entered the NW he joined the WB Pirates, and no one is stupid enough to attack them so he didn't need to learn Haki to protect himself. You mean the same G2 which even people like Hyouzou were able to react to? And CoA provides resistances to many things, however it doesn't nullify them. A stronger fire attack can easily bypass that. And it's clear as day that the fire from red hawk isn't that strong enough, even the force of the punch, that that isn't directed at Luffy himself, isn't as strong as a casual
