Ummm it's never officially stated that Kabuto was a Konoha shinobi. He was a baby who was found during war time and was actually said to be a child of the enemy.

Also Hashirama and Tobirama weren't born in Konoha. They were born before it was even founded hence they shouldn't even be on anyones list.

My reason for putting each is as follows

10) During the 4th Shinobi War, Chouji became the strongest of the Akamichi clan, when he achieved their strongest phase without using their pills.

9) A true master tactician Shikaku is also a better master of shadow jutsus.

8) This place should belong to Neji, but I think that any Hyuga an be here, even Hinata.

7) With his strenght and the 8 gates ability, he is a tough one to beat, even if he himself pays the price later.

6) With his MS, Kakashi is probably the most deadly (I mean deadly, not better, nor stronger) shinobi in Konoha.

5) With the exception of Orochimaru, the Sannins have not been show in any media to use their whole potential. We did see Jiraya use his Sage Mode, but I'm sure we didn't get to see what he is truly capable of. Same goes for Tsunade.

4) Minato was probably the Hokage with less time in charge, but he sure made a name for himself, since the other ninja nations had declared that their forces should flee if they saw him.

3) Sarutobi was the longest reigning Hokage. Its been said he has learned the most jutsus and even at an old age was able to defeat his predecessors and cripple Orochimaru.

2) This spot belongs to the Uchiha brothers Sasuke and Itachi, since both have advanced the most of the Konoha born Uchihas, and I believe that all Uchihas had the same potential.

1) While still an amateur (and still learning), Naruto has become the strongest ninja in the Hidden Leaf, just by surpasing both his father and Senseis. He is of the Senju lineage (according to Tobi) and has the legendary Uzumaki stamina and chakra, THE perfect combination for a strong shinobi.

Tips for your lists.

First two Hokages are not Konoha born so rule them out. Madara also. Sage of six mother****ing paths is definitely not from Konoha. Goddamn Kages of other goddamn villages are not from Konoha. Chuck Norris is not from Konoha. Don't include those guys. Include Naruto, damn, rasen shuriken, sage mode, kyuubi mode, why the hell are you leaving him out? Sasuke is second shinobi in history with EMS, include him, the dude is strong.

The thread tittle is Strongest Konoha Born Ninja. Their ranks (or whatever) shouldn't count. And I stand by my list.

However, I have to wonder, why would you create a thread to share, if you're going to dispute others' opinions? I DO get the fact that some kages mentioned and some other ninjas are not Konoha born, but you've had your opinion and let others have theirs.

You think Minato should be first on your list, but think of this: 1) Rasengam, a technique created by Minato, was finished AND improved by Naruto. 2) Naruto MASTERED Sage Mode, when Minato didn't. 3) Naruto seems to be getting full control of the Kyubii, something not even Hashirama, Mito or Kushina have been able to do. All that combined, makes Naruto stronger than Minato. AND keep in mind, that Naruto is starting to show signs of his father's speed.

and you forgot 4th is faster , has space time ninjutsu , smarter than shikaku and also yamato said he wasnt quite at minatos level yet lol , and yamato worked with minato , plus tobi is probably konoha born due to his knowledge

naruto is genin because he hasnt been given promotion for some reason , i think after the war he will be promoted to anbu captain or a jounin

So my question is, how is Gai so high when all his power comes from the gates? thats not his power, anybody can use the gates if they train. hashirama has just as much claim to the bijuu's power as gai has to the gates if not more since hashirama was actually born with the power. hashirama's power allows him to control the bijuu so his power alone is incredibly powerful. if you restrict hashirama by taking away bijuu, which really is only a small portion of his power, then take gai completely off the list because he has nothing but gates.

it doesnt matter if its an advantage, thats what being a great shinobi is all about. if you have to rely on a power that can kill you then you are weak. hashirama controlling the bijuu is his power, you cant take that away just because it makes him incredibly strong. even without the bijuu he is still stronger than pretty much anybody else.
