beat both his elder predecessors , while old he was at oros level , in his prime he could probably take 2 SM jiraiyas

greatest defense in konoha history? genjutsu beast , very fast

4.sasuke uchiha
very very very fast , susanoo , skilled in every field , shield of black flames , 2 chakra natures which he has mastered atleast 3 S rank ninjutsu in both

3.naruto uzumaki
very very very very very very very fast , chakra monster , ninjutsu god almighty , windstyle , tbb , anti genjutsu , tactician , and has chakra arms , he is basically invincible until he is out numbered or speed blitzed
2.gai(7th gate + opened)
very very very very very very very very very very very very fast... speed blitzes any character in naruto , keeps up with ftg for sure , doesnt get hurt by shit all , chakra surpasses a bijuu at 7th gate , chakra so powerful genjutsu may not work on him at all.

greatest tactician in history , ftg , chakra beast , shadow clone monster , some amazing summons , lots we dont know , taijutsu matches naruto in KM , presumably mastered wind style and / or fire style ( cus it suits him) and he is stated stronger than kyuubi naruto , your list on the other hand:

Madara not konoha born
Hashirama not konoha born
Minato deserves number 1
Mu isnt from konoha
Itachi minato , sasuke , naruto and gai can beat him
Onoki isnt from konoha

Minato isnt a shadow clone master,he didnt master fire justu or wind justus(yeah he learned them to become a jounin but in the manga he was never known that much for his elemental justus so he didnt waste too much time using them which means he probably didnt waste his time learnign too mayn of them)

And for the last time people! his taijutsu is not on par with naruto's KM. That means he would have dodged A's punch with his taijutsu but he had to use ftg.

im using logic , wind style and water syle suit minato , narutos chakra wasnt just inherited from kushina , she is a chakra monster , but naruto has far more , therefor his dad was also a chakra monster ( in most cases they would be) and **** yeah he is the greatest tactician known to naruto manga

Never stated that you should get more then parents. Good example for your Logic is Sarutobi 3rd Hokage and his son Asuma. Asuma was strong but not as strong as father. So. And nature chakra is not inherited. Asuma used wind, 3rd earth and fire. So there is no logic.

How do you know that he has way more chakra than kushina? Its not like they combined their chakra levels and made naruto's
Of course he learned some elemental justu but obviously he didnt master the elemental justus because he wasbt even known for using them. Dont you think that if he took his wsweet time to master the elements dont you think he wouldve used them a lot.
and again him being the greatest tatician is your personal opinion!
