Hashirama has defeated Madara without Kyuubi, more over it was Madara who controlled Kurama. And only after it was sealed in Mito.

Kisame whit or whitout Samehada? He was strongest in his clan. Hashirama's wood stile is water and earth So obviously stronger then Kisames water nature.
And you can't exclude Kyuubi, it is as to say Kakashi without sharingan is nothing. It is his weapon, no matter how he got this. In other case you could just to compare by speed or chakra amount. But in the battle everything is important.

im using logic... naruto had to have inherited chakra from both parents , his chakra is far more than kushina so minato has to be a chakra beast , and im using logic , many minato fans say water style and wind style suit him , even without chakra nature hes number 1

and kisame without samehada , his power is his pets tbh and madara didnt have rinnegan then .... if hiruzen beats him when hes old , every1 on my list does , and hashirama is illegit , he was in my original list but it figures he founded it , he wasnt born there
