Okay, so it's the same as before.
Shifting timezones always makes me confused since I'm never sure which countries do it and which don't. I mean, we haven't been doing it for a while, and then for whatever reason our government decided that we'd do it for the last time this year. So now we have permanent Winter time apparently (which is fitting since out winters are long and dark).
It also messes with your head when you travel, especially when it's across several countries in one trip.

Dub? They can barely keep the frame rates consistent in an episode.

Indeed he does. But I'm more irritated by how they made his robe almost floor length and the way they drew his boots. Yeah, I get that they based his design on his early appearance (namely

The budget does have a lot to do with it, new VA's need to get paid, you have to re mix the sound in the episode as well as the animations motions via the words. White fox put so little money into this anime I don't see dubs coming or it being picked up by funimation. Even steins gate was more successful.
Do you have a link saying it's licensed? Because usually they don't license dubs till after the first season when they see how successful it is. It's just hard to believe that they have dubs in mind already.

AgK got licensed before the anime even came out. Wouldn't be surprised if they cancel it though. Despite it's already low budget, they are still losing money since AgK isn't selling at all. Even Rail Wars had better sales, in fact.

I just don't believe that sorry, it has to hit big first in japan to get deals with Funimation or Aniplex, etc. Every dub you've ever seen has been a big anime at some point in japan.
