I recall when Naruto could get a part of Kyubbi's chakra, Hachibi told him not to use shadow clones otherwise Kyubbi will sap all his chakra and he will die. But we saw that he used not one but too many shadow clones after killing some Zetsu and deployed them to different parts of battlefield...

Considering that ninjutsu is performed by making hand signs and manipulating chakra and that tailed-beasts are made up of pure chakra, can they manipulate their chakra and make jutsu? for example, shadow clone or other jutsu?
