Can tailed beasts use jutsu?

Considering that ninjutsu is performed by making hand signs and manipulating chakra and that tailed-beasts are made up of pure chakra, can they manipulate their chakra and make jutsu? for example, shadow clone or other jutsu?

I think they're severely limited because they're just the chakra aspect of the 10-tails without the physical body aspect. Early in the series Kakashi talked about mixing physical and spiritual energy to create jutsu. But that might have just been to create chakra, in which case, they're already made of. So who knows.

I recall Shukaku (the one tailed beast) using a fuuton technique.

I imagine it may be possible for the other tailed beasts to use some ninjutsu like this in the same manner, though I have no proof.

TBB(Tailed Beast Ball) is a jutsu that pretty much every Biju has so I guess they can.

yes Bijjudama. But as I recall, Killer Bee told Naruto he should learn the most powerful jutsu of a tailed beast which is the Bijjudama. then it means that they should have other jutsu, the strongest of which is the Bijjudama

Bijuudama ,some use specialised jutsu such as lava style /thread

they use there own techniques... which is essentially a jutsu since all 'jutsu' means is 'technique'

however they dont use the common ones a shinobi would use if that is what your asking

no they cant use jutsu they have pure chakras for only creating tailed beast bombs and the other stuff they perform.
